Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a collapsible grilling device, comprising a carrier frame and a grill grill supported by the carrier frame, wherein the carrier frame is formed from a plurality of plate-shaped walls which are connected to one another by detachable plug connections. Thus, by releasing these plug connections, the grilling device can be transferred into a transport and storage state in which the plate-shaped walls and the grilling grid are placed one above the other to form a flat stack.Such collapsible grilling devices are used in a mobile and portable manner since they are easy and quick to install and disassemble. Their individual parts can be simply and preferably assembled without tools in order to mount a stable grilling device. At the same time, the individual parts can also be easily detached from one another again, in order to store and / or transport them, for example, in a relatively flat stack. For example, CH 709799 A2 discloses such a portable grilling device. The portable grilling device comprises four side walls, a fifth side wall designed as a base part, a grilling grid for placing the material to be grilled on, and a charcoal grid for placing charcoal, which serves as a heat source when ignited. The four side walls are connected to one another in a form-fitting manner by means of a plug connection, wherein the grill grill grid is in turn connected in a form-fitting manner to two side walls arranged parallel to one another. The portable grilling device can be easily disassembled into flat individual parts and is therefore suitable for outdoor activities, in particular for camping or for travel sources. The portable grilling device can be stored in a space-saving manner, for example, in a backpack. However, it is disadvantageous with this or similar known grilling devices that they are operated with charcoal which is placed on the charcoal grate in order to provide the necessary heat for grilling. This means for a user of the mobile grilling device that he must carry a supply of charcoal during travel sources. This restricts the stowage space in its backpack and the luggage weight to be carried is unnecessarily increased by the charcoal to be carried along by the user. Moreover, the charcoal has the disadvantage that an open fire occurs during grilling. Particularly in areas where high dryness prevails, spark flight caused by the charcoal can lead to fires. The operation of such a mobile grilling device can then become quite hazardous to the user if the dry environment around the portable grilling device burns. Furthermore, in certain areas it may be fundamentally prohibited to grill with open fire, so that portable grilling devices with charcoal operation must not be used.It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a compact collapsible grilling device which can be stowed in a space-saving manner and can nevertheless be operated securely by a user.According to the invention, this object is achieved by a collapsible grilling device according to independent claim 1. Advantageous further developments of the grilling device are described in dependent claims 2-14.It should be noted that the features listed individually in the claims can be combined with one another in any technically expedient manner and reveal further configurations of the invention. The description additionally characterizes and specifies the invention, in particular in conjunction with the figures. The grilling device according to the invention can be collapsed. For this purpose, it consists of a carrier frame and a grill grill grill supported by the carrier frame, wherein the carrier frame is formed from a plurality of plate-shaped walls which are connected to one another by detachable plug connections. The plate-shaped walls preferably consist of sheets of stainless steel or another heat-resistant metal material. The thickness of the sheets used is between 1 and 8 mm, wherein in particular the grill grid can also be made thicker than the walls of the support frame.By releasing the plug connections, the grilling device can be transferred into a transport and storage state in which the plate-shaped walls and the grill grid are placed one above the other to form a flat stack. The plate-shaped walls can be completely planar without any elevations or projections, whereby they form a particularly flat stack when placed one on top of the other. However, walls with smaller elevations or projections are still to be regarded as plate-shaped walls within the meaning of this invention. For example, it can also be provided that in such a stack of individual parts, a projection in one wall engages in a recess in the closest wall. Slightly angled plates are also to be regarded as plate-shaped walls within the meaning of the invention. For example, such a bend may be on the order of about 179° to 160°. Furthermore, sheets angled in opposite directions can also be used. However, it is essential for the invention that the individual parts of the collapsible grilling device, placed one on top of the other, result in a flat stack, the height of which is many times less than its dimensions in the other directions.According to the invention, it is provided that a collapsible grilling device with a carrier frame formed in this way has at least two oppositely disposed bearing elements, in which a heating device operated with a combustible gas is held in a detachable manner. The invention thus combines the advantages of a collapsible grilling device with a fluid-operated heating device such as a gas burner. However, a conventional gas burner is not simply placed under a grill grid, as could be done with known collapsible grill devices. Instead, special bearing elements are provided on the support frame of the grilling device, in which bearing elements a heating device operated with a combustible fluid is detachably held. Thus, the heating device is held relative to the carrier frame, which ensures safety during operation of the grilling device. At the same time, however, the heating device is detachable from the carrier frame, and in particular preferably without separate fastening means having to be detached. The detachment of the heating device is therefore preferably also effected without a tool. The heating device is thus in particular not screwed, riveted or even welded on, but rather easily detachable from the carrier frame as part of the collapsible grilling device. For this purpose, for example, positively locking plug connections are possible, which however can be broken up again by simple pulling and / or rotating movements. The heating device can also be removed in this way and accommodated in a stack of individual parts. This embodiment of a grilling device according to the invention results in several advantages, which are important in particular for outdoor activities such as travel sources or camping. All individual parts of the grilling device can be stored and transported easily, compactly and securely, for example, in the moving luggage by a user. In addition, it is advantageously possible to dispense with storing charcoal in the moving luggage which would otherwise be required for a multiplicity of grilling processes. When using the grilling device according to the invention, only one storage container with the combustible gas needs to be carried along in liquid form. The storage container can be stored in the moving luggage in a space-saving manner. There is also no problem of fire-proof disposal of spent charcoal. Furthermore, the grilling device can also be used in areas in which open fire is prohibited with wood or charcoal.A further advantage of the grilling device according to the invention is that the safety for the user during the grilling process is considerably improved. Uncontrolled spark flight, as is the case, for example, with burning charcoal, can be advantageously prevented by using the heating device operable with the combustible fluid. In a hazardous situation, the user can immediately contain a flame by turning off the gas feed and minimize or even prevent the risk of a fire. Moreover, by attaching the heating device to the carrier frame of the grilling device, it can be ensured that the outflow direction of the gas remains substantially constant and flows in a targeted manner to the grill grid. The material to be grilled can therefore be positioned exactly above the heat source, as a result of which, as in the case of conventional gas grills, good cooking and heating of the material to be grilled can be achieved. In the sense of the invention, the mobile grilling device is therefore an easily assembled and disassembled cooking, grilling and / or cooking point, which is suitable in particular for camping or for travel sources. Individual parts of the mobile grilling device can be mounted and disassembled without great effort. The individual parts are compact and stable structural elements which can be stored in a space-saving manner, for example in a backpack or in a pocket. The individual parts can be mounted and removed in a few minutes by the user, and additional tools for mounting and removing can preferably be dispensed with, because the grilling device dispenses with screw elements, for example. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the heating device is designed as a tubular fuel rod with a plurality of outlet openings for the outflow of combustible gas. The outlet openings are arranged, for example, spaced apart from one another in one or more rows and preferably directed in the direction of the grill grid such that a desired uniform heating of grill items results. Such a fuel rod has the advantage that it is easy to handle and can be attached to the support frame of the grilling device in bearing elements. Furthermore, it can also be accommodated well in a stack of individual parts of the grilling device. The heating device has a connection for a storage container with combustible gas in the liquid state. In particular, a pressure regulator is provided between the heating device and this storage container. If a tubular fuel rod is used as heating device, it can have at one end a connection for a storage container with combustible gas in the liquid state, while the opposite end is sealed gas-tight. Flammable gas flows into the fuel rod through a gas inlet opening on the connection side and exits through a plurality of holes and can be ignited. The gas-tight end of the fuel rod can be welded, glued or closed by a pinch seam, for example. The connection for a storage container with combustible gas is preferably located on the outside of the carrier frame, so that it is accessible from the outside when the heating device is installed. In this case, it is shielded to the greatest possible extent from heat by the heating device. If a storage container is connected to the heating device via a hose, this is located together with a pressure regulator outside the carrier frame. The storage container with the combustible gas can thus be positioned at a sufficiently secure distance from the flames of the heating device, wherein a flexible hose made of stainless steel, for example, is preferably used. The bearing elements for holding the heating device can be formed in various ways. For example, these may be supports, latching devices, recesses, etc. Furthermore, the bearing elements are either designed such that the heating device can be attached to the carrier frame after it has been completely assembled beforehand. In an alternative embodiment, it is provided that the introduction of the heating device is integrated as a step in the assembly of the grilling device. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, at least one bearing element is formed by an opening in the carrier frame, into which opening a section of the heating device is inserted with play. Thus, the heating device can be easily inserted into an opening and also pulled out of it again. This is particularly appropriate in heating devices in the form of fuel rods which are pushed through an opening. Preferably, both bearing elements are designed as opposite openings into which the heating device is inserted with play.In order to increase the safety of the grilling device, however, it is preferably provided that a movement of the heating device in the direction between the two bearing elements is limited by at least one blocking element on the heating device. Thus, the heating device cannot be unintentionally pulled or pushed out of the carrier frame. Such a locking element can also be designed in various ways. It should be designed such that, when the heating device is installed, it limits its movement in the direction between the two bearing elements, i.e. a slight movement can optionally be permitted. In order to remove the heating device, the blocking element can, however, be overcome with simple pulling and / or rotating movements of the heating device. For example, outer or inner locking elements can be used. An outer locking element lies on the outside of the carrier frame, while an inner locking element lies on the inside of the carrier frame. An opening within the carrier frame can accommodate a section of the heating device in such a way that it is held in the opening by positive locking during operation of the grilling device. However, this positive connection can be resolved for dismantling the grilling device with simple pulling and / or rotating movements of the heating device. In one embodiment of the invention, a blocking element used for this purpose is formed by a fastening portion which projects from the heating device at an angle α to the longitudinal axis of the latter and has a height H in this direction which is greater than the height h of the opening of a bearing element. This relates to the operating state of the grilling device in which it is set up on a substantially horizontal plane. The fastening section projects in particular at an angle α of approximately 90° with respect to the longitudinal axis of the heating device. If, for example, a horizontally extending slot having a height h is used as the opening, an outer locking element can have such a fastening section which is angled either downward or upward. The attachment portion is located on the outside of the support frame and abuts against this outside when being pulled inward with the heater because it does not pass through the slot.In order to be able to mount the heating device on the carrier frame with this angled fastening section, the heating device is easily tilted about the longitudinal axis of the slot in the carrier frame, whereby the fastening section can be guided through the slot with a tilting movement. For removal of the heating device, this movement is carried out in the opposite direction. The blocking element therefore limits its movement only when the heating device is ready for operation, which can be resolved, however, by simple pulling and / or rotating movements. This provides a securing of the heating device within the grilling device, which nevertheless can be released easily and intuitively without tools.A blocking element can also be formed by a widened projection, the width B of which is greater than the width b of the opening of a bearing element. Preferably, such a locking element is formed as an inner locking element on the inner side of the carrier frame. Thus, the heater can be prevented from being pushed out through an opening. This is advantageous in particular in the case of a tubular fuel rod, since the latter could otherwise be pushed unimpeded through two openings lying opposite one another. In one embodiment, an inner blocking element and an outer blocking element are provided only at one end of the heating device, so that the heating device is limited in an opening against inward and outward movement. At an opening lying opposite, blocking elements can then be dispensed with. If, for example, a tubular fuel rod is used as heating device, it can be provided in one embodiment of the invention that a bearing element is formed as a horizontal slot in the carrier frame, through which a flattened, angled fastening section at the end of the fuel rod is guided in order to form an outer locking element. The described projection is also formed as an inner blocking element at this end of the fuel rod. The opposite bearing element, on the other hand, is designed as a through-opening through which the other end of the fuel rod can be guided.A slot as a bearing element in combination with a flattened portion at the end of a round fuel rod, wherein the flattened portion is pushed through the slot, furthermore has the advantage that the fuel rod can also be secured against rotation about its longitudinal axis. The dimensions of the flattened portion and of the slot are selected accordingly such that the flattened portion can rotate as little as possible or even not at all within the slot about the longitudinal axis of the fuel rod. Such a rotation protection in a bearing element can, however, also be formed in a different manner. For example, the fuel rod could have a polygonal cross section completely or at least partially, which is secured in a correspondingly formed opening in the carrier frame against rotation about its longitudinal axis. Preferably, a rotation protection can thus be produced between the heating device and the carrier frame in at least one bearing element, which however can likewise be broken up again by simple pulling and / or rotating movements. In order to be able to mount a heating device despite different types of blocking elements, the introduction of the heating device is preferably integrated as a step in the assembly of the grilling device. The construction steps used for this advantageously depend substantially on the construction of the carrier frame and the plug connections used for connecting the individual parts. In one embodiment of the invention, the carrier frame is formed by at least four side walls which are at right angles to one another and are connected to one another by means of detachable plug connections. In this case, different types of plug connections can be used, wherein all plug connections can be of the same type. However, different types of plug connections can also be combined. It has proven advantageous if at least the detachable plug connections for the side walls are each formed by hook tabs which can be toothed with a corresponding insertion slot by a movement in the direction of the edges of the side walls to be connected. If, for example, two vertically standing side walls are to be connected to one another via their edges, hook-shaped hook tabs with oppositely directed insertion slots are located on these edges. The hook tab and the insertion slot are inserted into one another by a movement in the direction of the edges and thus hooked together. In the same way, the hook tabs can also be released again from the insertion slots. In one embodiment of the invention, two downwardly directed hook tabs are respectively located on two opposite side walls, which hook tabs can be inserted from above into insertion slots on the two other side walls.Preferably, such hook tabs and insertion slots are located only on the upper edges of the side walls, while the side walls are connected to one another in the lower region by other types of plug connections. For example, below the heating device there is a base part which is attached to the four side walls by detachable plug connections. For these plug connections, simpler connections are preferably selected. In particular, it is in each case a hook tab which is hooked into a simple slot in a side wall. It can also be a simple tab which is pushed into a slot. This combination of different plug connections makes it possible to join the grilling device according to a specific construction scheme without the need to join walls or hook tabs under pressure or even bend them. The introduction of the heating device can also be integrated into this construction scheme. Assembled, an extremely stable and torsionally stiff grilling device results.A base part is preferably designed as an angled sheet metal, so that a concave drip surface is produced, on which material dripping from above can collect. In order to improve the gas grill function of the grill device according to the invention, a flame cover can furthermore be introduced between the heating device and the grill grid. This flame cover is also preferably attached to the carrier frame by detachable plug connections, wherein the attachment thereof can likewise contribute to the torsional rigidity of the grilling device. The flame covering is preferably formed by a roof-shaped sheet metal which runs above the heating device between the two walls with the bearing elements. The flame cover has a plurality of recesses through which flames can pass. Thus, the heat can be better distributed to the material to be grilled on the grill grid. Moreover, in one embodiment, it can be provided that the side walls form feet. This can be achieved by providing at least one indentation on the underside of at least two side walls. In addition to this indentation, feet are formed in such a way that the grilling device does not rest with long, continuous edges on a floor, but with at least four feet with shorter edges. This increases the stability of the grilling device in the case of uneven ground. This can be supplemented by a further indentation in the feet. Thus, the grilling device can be deposited with these second indentations on two transversely arranged branches. This also allows the stability of the grilling device to be increased, wherein branches are easily found and thus do not have to be carried along additionally. The grilling device can also be placed on a flat transport pocket in which the components of the grilling device can be transported in a flat stack.Further advantages, special features and practical further developments of the invention are evident from the dependent claims and the following description of preferred exemplary embodiments with reference to the figures. The figures show: FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a grilling device according to the invention in a perspective illustration, FIG. 2 shows the grilling device according to FIG. 1 in an exploded illustration, FIG. 3 shows a first side view of the grilling device, FIG. 4 shows a second side view of the grilling device, FIG. 5 is a longitudinal view of the grilling device, FIG. 6 is a top view of a grilling device, and FIG. 7 shows an assembly step in the attachment of a heating device. The figures show an embodiment of a grilling device 10 according to the invention, which is suitable in particular for outdoor activities, such as, for example, travel sources or camping. The grilling device 10 shown in the present exemplary embodiment comprises a carrier frame and a grill 20 attached to the carrier frame. The carrier frame is formed by a plurality of plate-shaped walls, in particular by four side walls 11, 12, 13 and 14. Two shorter side walls 11 and 12 are connected to one another via two longer side walls 13 and 14. This shape with two shorter and two longer side walls is not, however, to be understood as restrictive, but the description also applies to shapes with side walls of equal length or other aspect ratios. The underside of the grilling device 10 is closed off by a base part 15 which is connected to all side walls 11, 12 and 13, 14. The base part 15 is also plate-shaped, but has a bend, resulting in a concave groove running between the two shorter side walls 11 and 12. Thus, the bottom part 15 forms a drip gutter, which is preferably designed to be closed. The grilling device 10 further comprises a heating device 30, which is operated with a combustible gas. In this embodiment, the heating device 30 is designed as a fuel rod with a round cross section, which has a plurality of outlet openings for the outflow of combustible gas, of which one outlet opening is exemplarily provided with the reference numeral 34. These outlet openings 34 are arranged in a row spaced apart from one another over the length of the fuel rod 30, wherein a plurality of rows can be provided of this. However, the heating device 30 can also have a different shape. For example, it can also be designed as a rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular rectangular. The heating device 30 extends between the two shorter side walls 11 and 12 and is held on these in respective bearing elements. These bearing elements are formed by openings in the short side walls 11 and 12. An opening in the side wall 11 is formed by a slot 50, while an opening in the opposite side wall 12 is formed by a circular cutout 51. The tube of the fuel rod 30 has a flattened portion 32 at one end, with which it is pushed into the slot 50. The flattened portion 32 is introduced, for example, by a pinch seam or a weld, with which the tube of the fuel rod is sealed gas-tightly at this end. The other end of the fuel rod 30 is inserted into the circular recess 51. At this end of the fuel rod 30 there is also the connection for a storage container with combustible gas in liquid form, so that at this end there is a gas inlet opening 31, via which gas can flow into the fuel rod 30 in order subsequently to escape through the outlet openings 34. The end with the flattened portion 32 is, on the other hand, gas-tight.The gas inlet opening 31 and thus the connection for a storage container with gas in liquid form is located in the assembled state on the outer side of the carrier frame formed by the side walls, i.e. on the outer side of the side wall 12. The fuel rod 30 thus protrudes with a certain length beyond the side wall 12.Above the heater 30, a roof-shaped flame cover 40 is disposed. The flame cover is formed in a manner known from conventional gas grooves. In particular, it has a plurality of flame openings 41 which are arranged spaced apart from one another in two lateral rows. The two longer side walls 13 and 14 each have a central indentation at their lower edges, by which two feet 16, 17 and 18, 19 are formed in each case. In addition, a further, smaller indentation is formed in each of the lower edges of these feet 16, 17, 18, 19. With these indentations, the grilling device can optionally be placed on transversely placed branches, as is shown in dashed lines in FIG. 1.These various individual parts of the grilling device are connected to one another by a plurality of detachable plug connections. The four side walls 11, 12, 13, 14 are connected to one another at their vertical edges by plug connections which are produced by hook-shaped tongues and insertion slots. These tabs are also referred to below as hook tabs, since they protrude from the side walls like hooks. For example, the side wall 11 has a respective hook tab 70 and 71 at its lateral edges, while the opposite side wall 12 has two hook tabs 72 and 73 at its lateral edges. These hook tabs are located in the upper region of the side walls 11, 12, so that they can be introduced from above into corresponding slots in the two other side walls 13 and 14. The side wall 13 has two such insertion slots 91, 92, while the opposite side wall 14 has two insertion slots 93, 94.The bottom part 15 is connected to the side walls 11, 13 and 14 by means of further plug connections. In the embodiment shown, there is no plug connection to the side wall 12, since this side wall 12 is preferably mounted last and a further plug connection in this region would make it more difficult for the hook tabs 7, 73 to be inserted into the insertion slots 92, 94 from above. The bottom part 15 has four lugs 80, 81, 82 and 83 which can be pushed into corresponding slots 60, 61, 62, 63 in the side walls 13 and 14. These tabs 80, 81, 82, 83 are likewise shaped like hooks, the hooks protruding in the direction of the side wall 11. When the tabs 80, 81, 82, 83 are pushed into the slots 60, 61, 62, 63, the base part 15 is therefore pressed slightly in the direction of the side wall 11 in order to realize a hook connection. On a side of the base part 15 facing the side wall 11, two further tabs 84 and 85 protrude. These are formed by simple bulges without hook function. They are therefore simply inserted into corresponding slots 64 and 65 in the side wall 11 and are not hooked in at the same time. The tabs 84 and 85 simply rest in the slots 64 and 65, so that these slots 64, 65 can also be referred to as bearing slots.Further support slots 66, 67, 68, and 69 are provided in the side wall 11 and the side wall 12 to support the flame cover 40. For this purpose, the flame cover 40 has at each of its ends two simple tabs 42, 43 and 44, 45 which are inserted into the support slots 66, 67, 68 and 69 without interlocking. Due to the angled roof shape of the flame cover 40, the brackets 42, 43, 44, 45 and thus the support slots 66, 67, 68, 69 are inclined. The grill 20 is likewise connected to the four side walls 11, 12, 13, 14 via brackets and receptacles. For this purpose, the grill 20 has four support teeth 21, 22, 23 and 24 protruding on the sides. These can be inserted from above into correspondingly shaped receptacles on the side walls, which are open toward the top. These receptacles 26, 27, 28 29 are located, for example, on the upper edges of the longer side walls 13 and 14 and their cross section widens upwards. In addition, a further protruding plug-in tooth 25 is formed on the grill grid 20, which is inserted into a further bearing slot 90 on the side wall 12.In the state shown in FIG. 1, the grilling device 10 is completely mounted and can be used for grilling items to be grilled on the grill rack 20. For this purpose, a storage container with combustible gas in liquid form is connected to the fuel rod 30, which can also include, in particular, the attachment of pressure regulators, pressure valves, hoses, etc. The grilling device 10 is stable, very torsionally stiff and safe to handle. In particular, fuel rod 30 is secured against movement within apertures 50 and 51, as will be described with reference to FIG. 7.In order to put the grill device 10 from its various individual parts into the state of FIG. 1, a predefined assembly scheme is preferably observed. In particular, first the two longer side walls 13 and 14 are connected to the shorter side wall 11 via the described plug connections. The two side walls 13, 14 are spread apart slightly in order to connect the base part to the three side walls 11, 13, 14 via the plug connections which are likewise described. Furthermore, the end of the fuel rod 30 with the gas inlet opening 31 is pushed from the inside through the opening 51 in the side wall 12. In this state, the other end of the fuel rod 30 with the flat 32 is pushed through the slot 50 in the side wall 11. For this purpose, the fuel rod 30 is tilted slightly upward about the longitudinal axis of the slot 50 in order to be able to push an upwardly angled fastening section 33 on the flattened portion 32 through the slot 50. This operation is shown by an arrow in FIG. 7. Since the fuel rod 30 is inserted with play into the round opening 51, the side wall 12 can be tilted slightly outwards in order to push the flame cover 40 with its lugs 42, 43, 44, 45 into the support slots 66, 67, 68, 69. The side wall 12 is pressed in the direction of the opposite side wall 11 in order to be able to hold the flame cover 40 between the two side walls 11, 12. In this state, the side wall 12 can be lowered downward in order to insert the hook tabs 72 and 73 from above into the insertion slots 92 and 94 of the two side walls 13, 14. Subsequently, the grill 20 is pushed obliquely with its plug-in tooth 25 into the slot 90 and lowered. The support teeth 21, 22, 23, 24 can be deposited in the receptacles 26, 27, 28, 29. As can be seen in particular from the side view of FIG. 5, the support teeth 21, 22, 23 and 24 each interlock with a projection in the lower region of a side wall of the respective receptacle 26, 27, 28, 29 when the grill 20 is inserted with its plug-in tooth 25 in the direction of the slot 90. Thus, the grill 20 can no longer be easily lifted upward out of the receptacles 26, 27, 28, 29. For this purpose, rather, the grill grate 20 must first be pulled out of the slot 90 with its plug-in tooth 25 in order to release the interlocking with the projection of a respective receptacle. Furthermore, a depression can be provided on the bottom of a receptacle 26, 27, 28, 29, into which a support tooth 21, 22, 23 and 24 lowers under a projection during insertion (see, for example, right receptacle 27 in FIG. 5 ). The grill 20 is thus secured against horizontal movement and is held in the depression by gravity when the grill 20 is appropriately weighted. This securing is released when the grill rack 20 is lifted with a pulling and tilting movement out of the slot 90 and the receptacles 26, 27, 28, 29.In this final state, the fuel rod 30 is secured against a movement between the two openings 50, 51, since at least one blocking element, but preferably two blocking elements, act on the slot 50 (see FIG. 7 ). A first blocking element is formed by the fastening portion 33, which projects at an angle α from the longitudinal axis of the fuel rod 30. It projects upwardly here and has in this direction a height H which is greater than the height h of the slot 50. the fastening portion 33 lies on the outer side of the side wall 11 and prevents movement of the fuel rod 30 in the direction of the opposite side wall 12 by positive locking, since the fastening portion in this position does not fit through the slot 50. Thus, the fuel rod 30 cannot be inadvertently pulled out of the grilling device through the opening 51. For example, if a hose and / or the combustible gas reservoir is inadvertently drawn, this does not result in a hazardous situation where a fuel rod 30 is drawn out with flames. Rather, the fuel rod 30 is always protected and securely accommodated in the interior of the grilling device. However, too far insertion of the fuel rod 30 through the grilling device is also prevented by a further blocking element. For this purpose, a widened projection 35 is provided on the end-side flattened portion 32 of the fuel rod 30. This protrusion 35 has a width B larger than the width b of the slit 50 in the side wall 11, and the protrusion 35 thus abuts against the inside of the side wall 11 when the fuel rod 30 is pushed in this direction. The flat 32 in the slot 50 also provides anti-rotation protection. The fuel rod 30 is secured in the grilling device 10 by these blocking elements 33, 35. However, this securing means can be released by simple pulling and / or rotating movements when the grilling device is disassembled. The above-described assembly steps are carried out in the reverse sequence, wherein first the side wall 12 is pulled upward out of the insertion slots 92, 94, etc. The detachment of the fuel rod 30 from the slot 50 takes place by a pulling / tilting movement of the fuel rod 30 upward. Subsequently, all further plug connections can be released and the fuel rod can also be removed from the side wall 12. At the end, the entire grilling device is present in a plurality of flat individual parts which can be stacked one above the other in order to transport them preferably in a bag or a backpack. As can be seen from FIG. 3, for example, an opening is located in the region of the slot 50. By means of these, the heating device can be ignited with a flame or spark source.List of reference numbers:10 Grilling device 11, 12, 13, 14 Side wall 15 Bottom part 16, 17, 18, 19 Stand 20 Grill grid 21, 22, 23, 24 Support tooth 25 Plug-in tooth 26, 27, 28, 29 Receptacle 30 Heating device, fuel rod 31 Gas inlet opening 32 Flattened portion 33 Fastening section 34 Outlet opening 35 Projection 40 Flame cover 41 Flame opening 42, 43, 44, 45 Tab 50, 51 Bearing element, opening 60, 61, 62, 63 Slot 64,65,66,67,68,69 Support slot 70, 71, 72, 73 Hook tab 80,81,82,83,84,85 tab 90 Rust prevention, slot 91, 92, 93, 94 Plug-in slotReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
