Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle having a slide pedal according to claim 1.A "vehicle" can be understood in the present case in particular as a wheeled or railborne vehicle. In the present context, wheeled vehicles can be transport vehicles for passenger traffic, for example bus vehicles. In the present context, rail-bound vehicles can likewise be transport vehicles for passenger traffic, for example rail trains, S trains, trains (regional trains, toll trains), U trains, trains, etc.Sliding steps with an extendable extension are generally used in vehicles of any type in which, when persons enter or exit, a height difference or a gap between a retaining platform and a floor surface in the interior of the vehicle must be overcome. Such a situation can occur, for example, when holding a train in the station, but also when holding an aircraft at a gate or holding platform of the gate.As described, sliding steps serve in particular to bridge a gap between a vehicle and a retaining platform through this sliding step. In the extended state, the sliding step should thereby end as flush as possible with the upper edge of the retaining platform. In particular due to tolerances during the assembly of the vehicle, it may occur that an extended sliding step does not have the height level of the retaining platform, but a height difference or a vertical distance remains between the front edge of the extension and the retaining platform. In practice, the tolerances during vehicle assembly can be designed such that height differences from the front edge of the slide tread to the retaining platform of up to 20 mm occur. In order for the front edge to terminate flush with the retaining platform, the latter must be adjustable in height; in particular, the front edge must be adjustable in height by up to about 20 mm.The underlying object of the present invention is therefore to provide a vehicle with a sliding step which enables the simplest possible adaptation of the vertical position of the front edge of the extension in order to compensate for the tolerance-dependent height differences between the vehicle and the retaining platform. In particular, the vertical distance between the upper edge of a tread strip and a tread surface should also remain unchanged. The object is achieved according to the invention with the features of the independent claim. Further practical advantages and embodiments are described in connection with the dependent claims.A vehicle according to the present invention includes a vehicle body. A vehicle body is referred to in particular as a car body. The vehicle has a sliding step, wherein the sliding step comprises a displaceable extension. The extension can be moved back and forth between a retracted and an extended position, in particular along a displacement axis extending in the transverse direction of the vehicle. In the extended position, the drawer provides a tread surface via which a person can enter or exit the vehicle. In order to ensure such a linear displacement of the drawer, the drawer can be guided linearly displaceably by means of a guide in a base frame. Sliding steps facilitate getting in and out of a vehicle by bridging a gap present between the vehicle and a retaining platform (e.g. a platform edge). The sliding step also has a step strip. A tread strip is in particular a surface running at an angle to the tread surface, obliquely to the vehicle. The extension can be moved back and forth below the tread strip, in particular when viewed in the vertical direction of the vehicle. The drawer has a front edge which is provided for flush termination with a retaining platform. In order to adapt the extension and in particular the front edge in the vertical position relative to the vehicle body, the extension is pivotable together with the tread bar about a defined axis of rotation with respect to the vehicle body (the car body). A defined axis of rotation means here that the sliding pedal is pivotable about an axis fixed relative to the vehicle. The tread bar and the extension are pivotable together in such a way that a vertical distance d between the tread bar and a tread surface of the extension remains unchanged during pivoting. In other words, the sliding step is pivotable with respect to the base body together with the extension and the tread strip. Depending on the inclination of the slide pedal relative to the vehicle, the height position or vertical position of the extension and thus of the front edge relative to the vehicle body changes. The ejection is inclined further upwards or further downwards by the rotation. It is also ensured by a firm connection between the extension and the tread strip that the surface of the extension and the surface of the tread strip only have a defined vertical distance which is smaller than a predetermined height in order to ensure freedom from barriers. The pivoting of the sliding pedal is relatively simple and intuitive to implement, as described below. It requires little space or complicated mechanical parts.By pivoting or rotating the slide tread together with the extension and tread strip-in contrast to solutions, wherein only a front edge of the extension is pivoted with respect to the remaining extension-the extension forms a flat tread surface over its entire surface, regardless of the inclination of the extension. This enables full-surface position detection by a switching mat for passenger detection on the drawer. In particular, the sliding step can be pivoted upwards by a maximum pivot angle of at least +0.6° and preferably by at least +1° and preferably by at least +2° and in particular by at least -1°, more preferably by -1.4° and particularly preferably by at least -2°.In a practical embodiment, the push step has a base frame and the base frame is pivotable together with the push-out and the step strip about the defined axis of rotation. A pivoting together with the frame enables simple handling of the pivoting. The sliding step also comprises in particular the push-out mechanism for the linear displacement of the push-out and / or the push-out electronics. In a practical embodiment, the sliding pedal and in particular the base frame is rotatably mounted on a side part connected to the vehicle. In particular, a side part connected to the vehicle is arranged on each side of the base frame. The side part may be a bracket fixedly connected to the vehicle body. In particular, the base frame and the respective side part are connected to one another via a bolt, about which the base frame can be rotated with respect to the side part.In order to fix the base frame in the set position, it can be screwed to the side part. For this purpose, the base frame and the side part each have corresponding openings through which a screw can pass. The side part has in particular one or more slots, in which a screw is guided when the base frame is pivoted, and wherein the screw can then be tightened in the final mounting position. The maximum swivel angle is limited in particular by a stop. The maximum swivel angle, i.e. the maximum rotation of the sliding step relative to the vehicle, can be limited in particular by the length of the elongated holes on the side part. If the screw for fixing the base frame on the side part abuts against the upper or lower edge of the corresponding slot, the maximum rotational position is reached. In particular, the tread strip is firmly connected to the base frame. When pivoting the base frame, it can then be achieved that the extension and also the tread strip are also pivoted. In a further practical embodiment, the tread strip is movably engaged with a cover plate. For this purpose, the tread strip has, in particular on an end face pointing toward the vehicle inner side, a projection which is accommodated in a groove in the cover plate. The groove has a round geometry, in particular when viewed in cross section, and the projection is dimensioned such that it can be moved in the groove when the tread strip rotates relative to the cover plate. The tread strip and the cover plate are thus movable relative to one another and can be pivoted relative to one another about an axis of rotation in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The cover plate is in particular arranged movably on the step in such a way that it changes its inclination exclusively rotationally when the base frame is pivoted. The end of the cover plate opposite the step is arranged in particular in a stationary manner on the vehicle. A translatory displacement in the transverse direction of the vehicle or vertical direction of the vehicle does not take place as a result of this stationary arrangement of the axis of rotation during pivoting. By avoiding a translatory displacement in the transverse direction of the vehicle and in the vertical direction of the vehicle, compensation for dimensional changes during pivoting at the interface to the stationary arrangement on the vehicle is not necessary. In particular, the cover plate is arranged pivotably relative to the tread bar in such a way that, when the tread cassette is pivoted through the maximum pivot angle, no displacement of the cover plate takes place. In particular, a first axis of rotation about which the step cassette is pivotable with respect to the vehicle (=defined axis of rotation) and a second axis of rotation about which the cover plate is pivotable relative to the step are arranged concentrically. The first axis of rotation and the second axis of rotation can, however, also be arranged spaced apart from one another. Then, an impact between the groove of the cover plate and the projection of the tread strip is dimensioned in such a way, or there is sufficient play between the tread strip and the cover plate, that at a maximum swivel angle, the cover plate is not moved in the vehicle transverse direction. The axis of rotation is arranged eccentrically, in particular, as viewed over the length of the base frame. The length of the base frame here means the length extending in the transverse direction of the vehicle. In particular, the axis of rotation is arranged on the outside half of the base frame, as viewed from the center, and in particular in the outer 30%. The vertical variation is accordingly different at the two opposite ends of the base frame. Thus, the stroke on the outside, at which the extension is extended from the base frame in the direction of the platform, is smaller than on the inside of the vehicle and can thus be set more finely. The invention also relates to a method for adjusting the vertical position of the front edge of a sliding step, wherein a sliding step is installed in the vehicle and then the extension together with the tread strip or in particular the entire sliding step with base frame is pivoted. As a result of the pivoting, the front edge of the slide pedal or of the drawer inclines upwards or downwards. The tread strip is pivoted together with the sliding tread and the vertical distance between the tread surface of the drawer and tread strip remains constant independently of the pivoting. In particular, the tread strip engages with a cover plate during the pivoting, wherein the cover plate remains in its position even when the tread strip is pivoted. In particular, an end of the cover plate connected to the vehicle remains in position and is pivoted only about an axis of rotation arranged in a fixed position on the vehicle. The end of the cover plate does not shift in the vehicle transverse direction or vehicle vertical direction. After setting the vertical position of the front edge of the drawer, this position is fixed, in particular by screwing a base frame of the sliding step to the vehicle, in particular to a side part.Further practical embodiments and advantages are described in connection with the figures. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a push pedal in a vehicle with a side part in a sectional illustration in a perspective view obliquely from the front, FIG. 2 shows the sliding step from FIG. 2 in a perspective view obliquely from the side, FIG. 3 shows the sliding step from FIGS. 1 and 2 insulated from the vehicle, but with the cover plate, in a perspective view obliquely from the front, FIG. 4 shows the sliding step from FIGS. 1 to 3 in a sectional view along a section line running in the transverse direction of the vehicle through the sliding step, FIG. 5 shows the sliding step from FIGS. 1 and 3 in a first position in the vehicle in a sectional illustration in a perspective view obliquely from the front, and FIG. 6 shows the sliding step from FIGS. 1 and 3 in a second position in the vehicle in a sectional illustration in a perspective view obliquely from the front.FIGS. 1 and 2 each show a sliding step 10 in an installed position in a vehicle 12. The vehicle 12 includes a vehicle body 14, here shown having a vehicle side facing outer skin 16, two side walls 18 defining an entrance area 20, and a lower cross member 22. Further, the vehicle body 14 has two beam-like side parts 24.The vehicle longitudinal direction, which extends in the direction of travel of the vehicle 12, is marked x in the figures, the vehicle transverse direction is marked y and the vehicle vertical direction is marked z.The sliding pedal 10, which is arranged in a cavity 26 provided in the entry region 20 of the vehicle 12, comprises a base frame 28, which comprises two longitudinal beams 30 and a cross beam 32, which are arranged in a U-shape with respect to one another. In relation to the base frame 28, a drawer 34 can be moved in and out in the transverse direction (y direction) of the vehicle in the manner of a drawer. The extension 34 has a flat tread surface 36. The drawer has a front edge 38 rigidly arranged on the drawer 34.The slide pedal 10 further comprises here, overall, components provided with the reference numeral 39 as mechanical and electrical components, such as a linear drive and a guide for the linear movement of the drawer 34.Furthermore, the push step 10 also comprises a step 40 which is arranged fixedly on the base frame 28. The step 10 has a fixed vertical distance d (see FIG. 5 ) from the tread surface 36 of the drawer 34. The push-out 34 moves below the tread stage 40.In the direction of the inside of the vehicle, the step 40 is connected to a cover plate 42. The cover plate 42 serves to bridge the vertical distance from the step 40 to the vehicle floor 44 and the cover plate 42 and the step 40 are movably connected to each other. As can be seen clearly in FIG. 4, the step 40 has a nose-shaped projection 46 which engages in a rounded groove 48 in the cover plate 42. The tread strip 40 and the cover plate 42 are pivotable relative to each other. As can be seen easily in FIG. 3, the base frame 28 has the two longitudinal members 30, which have a first fastening section 50 and a second fastening section 52 for connection to the vehicle 12. The first fastening portion 50 is a tab protruding in the vehicle vertical direction (z direction). The first fastening section 50 and the second fastening section 52 each have openings 54 for screws 56 for fixing the base frame 28 and the longitudinal beams 30 to the side parts 24 of the vehicle 10.It can be seen from a combination of FIGS. 5 and 6 that the sliding pedal 10 as a whole is pivotable relative to the vehicle round body 14. The base frame 28 together with the drawer 34 and with the tread strip 40 are pivotable relative to the vehicle 12.In FIG. 5, the sliding step 10 is pivoted such that the drawer 34 or the front edge 38 is raised upwards in the vehicle vertical direction (z direction). It can be clearly seen in FIG. 5 that the end of the push pit 10 arranged in the vehicle 12 is pivoted downward and rests on the cross member 22.In order to clarify the pivoting, the horizontal is represented here by the solid line 58 and, for this purpose, the orientation of the base frame 28 is represented by the dashed line 60.In FIG. 6, the extension 34 or the front edge 38 is lowered downwards with respect to the vehicle 12. The end of the base frame 28 arranged within the vehicle 12 is pivoted upwards. The first axis of rotation 62, about which the sliding pedal 10 is pivotable relative to the vehicle 12, is realized here by a bolt 64, which projects through the respective one longitudinal member 30 of the base frame 28 and a side part 24 (cf. FIGS. 1, 3 and 4 ). For guiding and fixing the base frame 28 in the vehicle 12, elongated holes 66, which are aligned with the openings 54 in the first fastening section 50 and the second fastening section 52 and through which the screws 56 can be inserted for fixing, are formed in the side part 24.The slots 66 simultaneously define the maximum angle of rotation as a stop 68. If the screws 56 strike the longitudinal holes 66 at the top or bottom, the maximum swivel angle is reached. The first axis of rotation 62 of the base frame 28 relative to the vehicle body 14 is arranged eccentrically to the length of the longitudinal beams 30 of the base frame 28, as viewed in the transverse direction (y direction). The first rotation axis 62 is disposed in the vehicle outer side-facing half and adjacent to the first mounting portion 50.Furthermore, the first axis of rotation 60 is adjacent to a second axis of rotation 70 about which the cover plate 42 and the tread strip 40 are pivotable. The joint between the cover plate 24 and the tread strip 40 has so much play that no displacement of the cover plate 42 is caused even when the tread strip 40 is pivoted to a maximum extent together with the base frame 28 about the first axis of rotation. The cover plate 42 is itself connected in a stationary manner to the vehicle 12 and here to the vehicle floor 44 and is pivotable relative to the vehicle floor 44 about a third axis of rotation 72 (cf. FIG. 4 ). When the base frame 28 is pivoted and the inclination of the tread 36 and the tread strip 40 is changed, the inclination of the cover plate 42 also changes, but the cover plate 42 does not shift in the transverse direction (y direction) of the vehicle or in the vertical direction (x direction) of the vehicleList of reference characters10 Sliding step 12 Vehicle 14 Vehicle body / car body 16 Outer skin 18 Side wall 20 Entry region 22 Lower cross member 24 Side part 26 Cavity 28 Base frame 30 Longitudinal member (base frame) 32 Cross member (base frame) 34 Extension 36 Tread 38 Front edge 39 Mechanical and electrical components 40 Tread strip 42 Cover plate 44 Vehicle floor 46 Projection 48 Groove 50 First fastening section 52 Second fastening section 54 Opening 56 Screw 58 Line (horizontal) 60 Line (pivot base frame) 62 First axis of rotation 64 Bolt 66 Elongated hole (side part) 68 Stop 70 Second axis of rotation 72 Third axis of rotation
