Description

The present invention relates to an optoelectronic sensor system according to the preamble of claim 1.Optoelectronic sensor systems according to the prior art have a light transmitter and a light receiver. The emitted light beams of the light transmitter are directed onto the light receiver and are evaluated by the light receiver. A light barrier is formed by the light transmitter and the light receiver. When an object is located between the light transmitter and the light receiver, the light path between the light transmitter and the light receiver is interrupted, and an object detection signal is generated and output by the light receiver.Such optoelectronic sensor systems have the disadvantage that only one object is detectable between light transmitter and light receiver and only one region, namely the region between light transmitter and light receiver, is available for object detection. It is an object of the invention to provide an improved optoelectronic sensor system. The object is achieved according to claim 1 by an optoelectronic sensor system for detecting objects, having at least one light transmitter, wherein at least one partially transparent transmitted light receiver is arranged, wherein the light transmitter and the partially transparent transmitted light receiver are arranged at a distance from one another, wherein the light beams from the light transmitter strike the partially transparent transmitted light receiver, wherein an object is detected when the light beams are interrupted between the light transmitter and the partially transparent transmitted light receiver, wherein the light beams from the light transmitter are guided through the partially transparent transmitted light receiver. The light transmitter has, for example, a housing, a connecting line, at least one light-emitting element and an optical unit for beam shaping. Furthermore, the light transmitter has, for example, a control unit for controlling the light transmission element. The light-emitting element can be, for example, a light-emitting diode or a laser diode. However, the light-emitting element can also have, for example, a plurality of light-emitting diodes or laser diodes. The partially transparent transmitted light receiver has, for example, a housing, a connecting line, at least one light receiving element and an optical unit for beam shaping. Furthermore, the partially transparent transmitted light receiver has, for example, a partially transparent body through which the transmitted light passes. Furthermore, the partially transparent transmitted light receiver has, for example, a control and evaluation unit for evaluating the received light signals of the light receiving element and for forming an object detection signal. The light receiving element may be, for example, a photodiode or a phototransistor. For example, the light receiving element may be formed by a plurality of photodiodes or phototransistors, for example, it may be a photodiode array or the like. The partially transparent transmitted light receiver is not a fully transparent light receiver. A small portion of the transmitted light, for example less than 10% or less than 5% of the received light, is remitted or reflected in the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and reaches the light receiving element of the partially transparent transmitted light receiver. A part of the transmitted light is thus evaluated by the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and processed to form an object detection signal. If, for example, no object is present between the light transmitter and the partially transparent transmitted light receiver, the transmitted light passes through the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and, for example, less than 10% or less than 5% of the received light is remitted or reflected in the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and reaches the light receiving element. A part of the transmitted light is thus evaluated by the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and processed to form an object detection signal and indicated that no object is located between the light transmitter and the transmitted light receiver. For example, if an object is present between the light transmitter and the partially transparent transmitted light receiver, no transmitted light passes through the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and no received light is remitted or reflected in the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and does not reach the light receiving element. Thus, no part of the transmitted light is registered and evaluated by the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and processed to form an object detection signal and indicated that an object is located between the light transmitter and the transmitted light receiver. If, for example, no object is present between the light transmitter and the partially transparent transmitted light receiver, the transmitted light passes through the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and, for example, less than 10% of the received light is remitted or reflected in the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and reaches the light receiving element. The remaining transmitted light passes through the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and can be made available for evaluation to further light receivers, further partially transparent transmitted light receivers, mirrors and / or other sensors, for example. As a result, a further region can be monitored for invading objects. The partially transparent body of the partially transparent transmitted light receiver is, for example, a transparent body in which particles are uniformly arranged, which re-emit, scatter or reflect a part of the incoming light in different directions. The remitted, scattered or reflected light then reaches the light receiving element of the partially transparent transmitted light receiver. For example, the partially transparent body is an acrylic body, in particular a colored partially transparent acrylic body. The partially transparent body can be formed, for example, from plastic, glass or similar materials. In a development of the invention, a light receiver is arranged, wherein the light transmitter and the light receiver are arranged at a distance from one another, wherein the light beams from the light transmitter strike the light receiver, wherein an object is detected when the light beams are diffracted below between the light transmitter and the light receiver, wherein at least the partially transparent transmitted light receiver is arranged between the light transmitter and the light receiver, wherein the light beams from the light transmitter strike the light receiver through at least the partially transparent transmitted light receiver, wherein an object is detected when the light beams between the light transmitter and the partially transparent transmitted light receiver are interrupted or the light beams between the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and the light receiver are interrupted. As a result, a further region is monitored for invading objects. A first monitoring area is formed between the light transmitter and the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and a second monitoring area is formed between the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and the light receiver, wherein the light beams are emitted by the single light transmitter. The light receiver has, for example, a housing, a connecting line, at least one light receiving element and an optical unit for beam shaping. Furthermore, the light receiver has, for example, a control and evaluation unit for evaluating the received light signals of the light receiving element and for forming an object detection signal. If, for example, no object is present between the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and the light receiver, the transmitted light passes through the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and, for example, more than 90% of the transmitted light is received in the light receiver and reaches the light receiving element of the light receiver. A part of the transmitted light is thus evaluated by the light receiver and processed to form an object detection signal and indicated that no object is located between the light transmitter and the light receiver or between the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and light receiver. For example, if an object is present between the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and the light receiver, then no transmitted light passes through the partially transparent transmitted light receiver and no light is received in the light receiver and no light from the light transmitter reaches the light receiving element of the light receiver. Thus, no part of the transmitted light from the light receiver is registered and evaluated and processed to form an object detection signal and it is indicated that an object is located between the light transmitter and the light receiver or between partially transparent light receiver and light receiver. In a development of the invention, the partially transparent transmitted light receiver has a frame-shaped housing, at least two opposite sides being open, as a result of which the light can pass through the frame-shaped housing, a partially transparent body being arranged in the frame-shaped housing, at least one electronic light receiving element being arranged at the edge of the partially transparent body, between the frame-shaped housing and the partially transparent body. The frame-shaped housing can be, for example, a closed frame with four sides or, for example, an open frame with, for example, only three or fewer sides. In a further development of the invention, the partially transparent body has at least six sides and an electronic light receiving element is arranged on each of at least two sides in each case between the frame-shaped housing and the partially transparent body. The two sides can be opposite or even adjacent. According to the development, at least two electronic light receiving elements are arranged, whereby a better reception quality is achieved. In a further development of the invention, an electronic light receiving element is arranged on at least three sides in each case between the frame-shaped housing and the partially transparent body.According to the further development, three light receiving elements are provided, each light receiving element being arranged between the frame-shaped housing and in each case one side of the partially transparent body. It is only important that two opposite sides of the partially transparent body are free for the passage of light of the transmitted transmitted light. According to the development, at least three electronic light receiving elements are arranged, whereby a better reception quality is achieved. In a further development of the invention, an electronic light receiving element is arranged on at least four sides in each case between the frame-shaped housing and the partially transparent body.According to the further development, four light receiving elements are provided, each light receiving element being arranged between the frame-shaped housing and in each case one side of the partially transparent body. It is only important that two opposite sides of the partially transparent body are free for the passage of light of the transmitted transmitted light. According to the development, at least four electronic light receiving elements are arranged, whereby a better reception quality is achieved. In a development of the invention, a plurality of partially transparent transmitted light receivers are arranged one behind the other in each case at a distance from one another, wherein an optical axis or a light path of the light transmitter runs through all the partially transparent transmitted light receivers arranged. As a result, a plurality or a plurality of monitoring regions can be formed, wherein the additional monitoring regions are formed between the individual spaced-apart partially transparent transmitted light receivers. In a development of the invention, the partially transparent body is a refractive optical element, wherein the refractive optical element is designed to redirect the light at an angle different from zero. For example, the transmitted light is monochrome light. In particular, the transmitted light is infrared light or red light. For example, the refractive element is a prism or a prism-shaped optical body, as a result of which the light is deflected at an angle different from zero, in particular an acute angle. For example, the light is deflected at an angle of less than 10°, in particular at an angle of less than 5°.However, it can also be provided that the transmitted light is deflected at a greater angle, for example, in particular at an angle of 30°, 45°, 60° or 90°. Such angle deflections can be used to form angled sections or else circumferentially closed sections of monitoring regions. By a spaced-apart arrangement of light beams, multi-beam light barriers can also be formed. In a further development of the invention, an object detection signal is formed by the light receiver or the partially transparent transmitted light receiver. This forms a logical OR operation. Thereby, the object detection signal is respectively formed by each of the two receivers. As a result, each detected object is detected, reported and optionally displayed. As a result, for example, a sensor system with a higher availability is formed. In a further development of the invention, an object detection signal is formed by the light receiver and the partially transparent transmitted light receiver. This forms a logical AND operation. As a result, the object detection signal is formed only when both receivers detect the object. As a result, each detected object is detected, reported and optionally displayed, but by means of a redundant evaluation, namely by both receivers, as a result of which a safe evaluation in the sense of a functionally safe evaluation takes place. In a development of the invention, a passive optical element is arranged at the end of an optical path. According to the further development, no light receiver is arranged at the end of the optical path, but a passive optical element. As a result, the sensor system can be constructed only with at least one light transmitter, at least one partially transparent transmitted light receiver and the passive element. As a result, only the partially transparent transmitted light receiver is used as receiver. In particular, a plurality of partially transparent transmitted light receivers can be arranged at a distance from one another. In a development of the invention, a plurality of light emitters are arranged, wherein the light of the plurality of light emitters is directed at a single partially transparent transmitted light receiver. As a result, a plurality of adjacent or spaced-apart light barriers can be formed, wherein, however, only a single partially transparent transmitted light receiver is used to form the plurality of light barriers. In particular, however, further partially transparent transmitted light receivers can also be arranged below, as has already been described above. The invention is also explained below with regard to further advantages and features with reference to the attached drawing on the basis of exemplary embodiments. For example, the light receiving element 10 may be formed by a plurality of photodiodes or phototransistors, for example, a photodiode array or the like. The partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4 is not a fully transparent light receiver. A small portion of the transmitted light, for example less than 10% or less than 5% of the received light, is remitted or reflected in the partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4 and reaches the light receiving element 10 of the partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4.If, for example, no object 2 is present between light transmitter 3 and partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4, then the transmitted light passes through partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4 and, for example, less than 10% or less than 5% of the received light is remitted or reflected in partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4 and reaches light receiving element 10.For example, if an object 2 is present between light transmitter 3 and partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4, no transmitted light passes through partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4 and no received light is remitted or reflected in partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4 and does not reach light receiving element 10.If, for example, no object 2 is present between light transmitter 3 and partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4, the transmitted light passes through partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4 and, for example, less than 10% of the received light is remitted or reflected in partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4 and reaches light receiving element 10. According to FIG. 2 and in the following figures, the light beams 5 are drawn in for better clarity, although the objects 2 are located in the light path.As a result, a further region is monitored for invading objects 2. By a spaced-apart arrangement of light beams one above the other or side by side arrangement, multi-beam light barriers can also be formed.Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, an object detection signal is formed by the light receiver 6 or the partially transparent transmitted light receiver 4. This forms a logical AND operation. As a result, the object detection signal is formed only when both receivers detect the object 2. As a result, each detected object 2 is detected, reported and optionally displayed, but by means of a redundant evaluation, namely by both receivers, as a result of which a safe evaluation in the sense of a functionally safe evaluation takes place.According to FIG. 8, a passive optical element 14 is arranged at the end of an optical path.
