Description

The invention relates to a spring force clamping connection having a busbar and a clamping spring which has a clamping limb having a clamping edge for clamping an electrical conductor to the busbar, a contact limb and a spring bend which connects the contact limb to the clamping limb. The invention further relates to a conductor connection terminal with an insulating material housing and with such a spring force connection terminal.Spring force clamping connections serve for clamping an electrical conductor to a clamping point which is formed between the clamping limb of a clamping spring and a busbar. For clamping the electrical conductor, the clamping spring is pressed away from the busbar by the electrical conductor against the force of the clamping spring during the direct plug connection. This is possible for rigid conductors, but not for multi-wire conductors or stranded conductors. There is a need for clamping electrical conductors to provide a spring force clamping terminal in a self-holding manner in an open position. It is often desired that the conductor connection terminals are delivered at the factory with the spring force clamping terminal open.EP 2 768 079 B1 discloses a spring force clamp designed as a direct plug-in clamp for connecting an electrical conductor, which has a busbar for contacting an electrical conductor and a clamping spring acting as a compression spring for fixing the electrical conductor in the spring force clamp. The clamping spring has a clamping leg which can be pivoted about a pivot axis in a pivot direction and which can be adjusted from a latching state, in which it is latched on a holding means, by displacement of the electrical conductor into a clamping state, in which it is unlatched from the holding means and presses the electrical conductor against the busbar. The spring force clamp also comprises a restoring means for pivoting the clamping leg back, with which the clamping leg can be pivoted back from the clamping state into the latching state by displacing the restoring means counter to the pivoting direction.EP 3 469 659 B1 describes a spring force clamp for connecting an electrical conductor to a housing, a busbar for contacting the electrical conductor, and a clamping spring having a clamping leg which can be transferred between a release position for inserting the electrical conductor into the housing and a clamping position for clamping the electrical conductor in contact with the busbar. A release and holding spring is provided with a release section for transferring the clamping leg from the release position into the clamping position and with a holding section for holding the clamping leg in the release position. A latching device is provided with a first latching element on the holding section of the release and holding spring and with a second latching element on the clamping spring, wherein the clamping leg is arranged in the release position in the latched state of the first and second latching elements and in the unlatched state of the first and second latching elements in the clamping position. The second latching element is provided on a rear side of the clamping leg of the clamping spring facing away from the receptacle for the electrical conductor, wherein the second latching element has at least one latching wing which projects from a longitudinal edge of the clamping leg of the clamping spring. The first latching element has at least one latching nose on the holding section of the release and holding spring, which latching nose is arranged in the release position on the rear side of the clamping limb facing away from the receptacle for the electrical conductor. The holding section of the release and holding spring is plate-shaped. The at least one latching nose is formed by a narrow region of the plate-shaped holding section of the release and holding spring.DE 10 2020 119 373 A1 discloses a conductor connection terminal having an insulating material housing which has a conductor insertion opening for receiving an electrical conductor in a conductor insertion direction, having a busbar section, and having a clamping spring. The clamping spring has a clamping leg which forms a clamping point for the electrical conductor with the busbar section, wherein the clamping leg can be latched to the conductor connection terminal in an open position of the clamping point. The clamping spring has a contact limb which has a fastening portion which is designed to fasten the clamping spring to the busbar portion, a holding portion which is designed to hold the clamping limb in the open position of the clamping point, and a releasing portion which is designed to release the latching of the clamping limb when the clamping point is in the open position.DE 20 2011 051 466 U1 discloses a clamping spring for a connection terminal having a clamping leg, a first clamping device for prestressing the clamping leg into a clamping position, and an actuatable latching leg for fixing the clamping leg in a clamping position. The latching leg comprises an actuating section which can be actuated in an actuating direction by the conductive region of a cable and by means of which the latching leg can be transferred from the clamping position into an actuated release position in which the latching leg releases the clamping leg for a movement in the direction of the clamping position.Proceeding from this, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved spring force terminal connection and a conductor terminal connection equipped therewith. The object is achieved with the spring force terminal having the features of claim 1 and with the conductor terminal having the features of claim 14. Advantageous embodiments are described in the dependent claims and the description. It is proposed that the contact limb has a first latching contour and the clamping limb has a second latching contour. The two latching contours are designed for latching the clamping limb with its second latching contour on the first latching contour of the bearing limb in an open position, in which the clamping edge is spaced apart from the busbar. There is also an actuating rocker with a recess and an actuating tab adjoining the recess. The contact leg is passed through the recess. The actuating rocker is designed to disengage the first latching contour from the second latching contour when the actuating tab is displaced, when an electrical conductor to be clamped strikes the actuating tab and exerts an actuating force on the actuating rocker. This achieves a clamping spring hold open, which can be unlocked by an inserted electrical conductor, with a very compact and simple design. The actuating rocker can exert a compressive force on the second latching contour of the clamping limb and press the second latching contour past the first latching contour of the contact limb. The actuating rocker can in this case bear with a section in the region of the recess or above the recess against the busbar, wherein this bearing point serves as a tilting point or pivot bearing for the actuating rocker. The recess of the actuating rocker can be bounded by two lateral webs. The contact leg extends between the two lateral webs through the recess. An even more stable symmetrical design is thus achieved. The first latching contour of the contact limb can be a tab which is exposed from the contact limb.Likewise, the second latching contour of the clamping leg can be a tab which is exposed from the clamping leg. These tabs individually make possible either only on the contact limb or only on the clamping limb or in combination a very compact construction with small latching contours. Such a tab provides elasticity that facilitates the latching and unlatching. The tab can be exposed from the clamping leg at a root region. The tab released from the clamping leg can be oriented toward the contact leg. The section of the clamping leg adjoining the root region and leading to the clamping edge can be oriented away from the contact leg.The contact leg and the clamping leg can each have a pair of interacting first and second latching contours on both side edge regions. In a root region of the contact limb, the pair of first latching contours of the contact limb can be arranged on the two edge regions. In the central region, an abutment portion can extend away from the root region, which abutment portion has a smaller width than the portion of the abutment leg extending from the feather arch to the root region. In a root region of the clamping limb, the pair of second latching contours of the clamping limb can be arranged on the two edge regions. In the central region, a clamping section leading to the clamping edge can extend away from the root region, which clamping section has a smaller width than the section of the clamping leg extending from the feather arch to the root region. The busbar can have a conductor feedthrough opening, wherein the clamping spring projects with the clamping leg and the contact leg into this conductor feedthrough opening. The contact leg can abut on a first end side delimiting the conductor passage opening, so that the clamping spring is mounted on the busbar. The busbar can have a clamping projection on a second end side of the conductor feedthrough opening, which clamping projection extends away from the plane of the busbar spanned by the conductor feedthrough opening and forms a clamping section for clamping the electrical conductor between the clamping edge of the clamping leg and the clamping projection. The conductor feedthrough opening of the busbar can have a collar which partially or completely delimits the conductor feedthrough opening and extends from the plane of the busbar spanned by the conductor feedthrough opening toward the terminating end region of the actuating tab of the actuating rocker. The clamping portion may be formed on this collar.A busbar can have a plurality of conductor plug-through openings, each with a clamping spring arranged thereon and having an actuating rocker. A plurality of electrical conductors can thus be clamped to a common busbar and electrically conductively connected to one another. The clamping spring is preferably a leg spring. Such leg springs are bent in a U-shape, wherein the clamping leg and the contact leg project quasi parallel from two ends of a spring curve bent in a U-shape.The conductor terminal has an insulating housing and at least one spring force terminal described above in the insulating housing. The insulating material housing has a conductor insertion opening leading to an actuation tab of an actuation rocker. The conductor insertion opening is preferably aligned with its alignment on the actuating rocker or a release surface of the actuating rocker, so that an electrical conductor inserted into the conductor insertion opening and guided past the busbar and the clamping limb can strike the actuating rocker and displace it.In the context of this application, the words "a / an", unless expressly defined otherwise, are not to be understood as a numerical word, but rather as an indeterminate article having the word sense of "at least one / one".The invention allows various embodiments and is described in more detail below by way of example with reference to an exemplary embodiment. These are bounded by boundary walls and have a longitudinal direction of extent with an alignment F which leads to an actuating rocker 5. The actuating rocker 5 has an actuating tab 6, which projects with its end section into a conductor collection pocket 7 of the insulating material housing 2. The end section of the actuating tab 6 protrudes into the alignment F of the conductor insertion opening 4 and provides a release surface for an electrical conductor which is inserted into the conductor insertion opening 4 in a conductor insertion direction L and can strike the release surface and exert a release force on the actuating rocker 5.The spring force clamping connection 3 has a busbar 8, which together with a respective clamping spring 9 forms a clamping point for clamping an electrical conductor between a clamping section 10, busbar 8 and a clamping edge of the clamping spring 9.The clamping spring 9 has a clamping leg 11 and a contact leg 12, which are connected to one another via a common spring bend 13 and extend toward the busbar 8. The clamping spring 9 can abut with its contact leg 12 for example on the busbar 8 in order to be mounted there. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the busbar 8 has a conductor passage opening 14, which has a collar 15 completely or partially enclosing the conductor passage opening 14 on the underside, which is diametrically opposite the upper side facing the conductor insertion opening 4. On the collar 15, a collar end wall 16 is set out obliquely to the perpendicular of the busbar plane to the actuating rocker 5 in order to form a clamping section 10 presented for the inserted electrical conductor.Next to each conductor insertion opening 4, an actuating opening 17 is provided in the insulating material housing 2, which leads to a clamping leg 11 of the clamping spring 9. An actuating tool, such as a screwdriver, can be inserted into the actuating opening 17 or an actuating element 18 can be installed. In the exemplary embodiment shown, actuation pressers are present as actuating elements 18 which are mounted displaceably and the free ends of which come into contact with an actuating surface of a clamping limb 11 and can exert an actuating force on the clamping limb 11 which pivots the clamping limb 11 towards the contact limb 12. The clamping point for clamping an electrical conductor is thus opened and the clamping spring 9 is brought into the open position. The conductor connection terminal 1 can be designed, for example, as illustrated, as a terminal block with a latching foot 19 for latching the insulating material housing 2 onto a support rail. A plurality of such conductor connection terminals 1 can thus be arranged side by side and, if necessary, electrically conductively connected to cross bridges. For this purpose, bridge openings 20 can be made in the insulating material housing 2, which open out towards a bridge opening in the busbar 8 by means of a bridge contact spring 21. A connection contact of a cross bridge or of an electronics module or other plug contact can be inserted into the bridge opening 20 and electrically connected via the bridge contact spring 21 to the busbar and the electrical conductors clamped to its spring force clamping connections 3. This variant is exemplary. The basic structure of the conductor connection terminal 1 with at least one spring force clamping connection 3, which is formed from the busbar 8, a clamping spring 9 and the actuating rocker 5, is also conceivable in other designs of the insulating material housing 2 and optionally even without an insulating material housing 2. It can also be used, for example, for printed circuit board connection terminals, socket terminals, plug connectors and the like.FIG. 2 shows a front view of the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 1 with the section line for the following sectional views. The front view shows the view of the left end face of the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 1. In the upper region, the conductor insertion opening 4 is located with the actuating opening 17 located behind it in the direction of view.FIG. 3 shows a side sectional view of the conductor connection terminal 1 with the left clamping spring 9 in the closed starting position and the right clamping spring 9 in the open position. It can be seen that a conductor feed-through opening 14 is formed in the busbar plane of the busbar 8 for each spring-force clamping connection, said conductor feed-through opening having a collar 15 on the underside of the busbar 8. The collar 15 is formed from the collar end wall 16 which is set obliquely in order to form the clamping section 10, an opposite bearing collar end wall 22 and at least one collar longitudinal wall 23 which connects the two collar end walls 16 and 22. Preferably, two parallel and spaced apart collar longitudinal walls 23 are present, so that the conductor passage opening 14 is bounded circumferentially by the collar 15. The conductor passage opening 14 forms with the collar 15 a tunnel for receiving and guiding an electrical conductor inserted into the conductor insertion opening 4 and guided through the collar 15 to the conductor collection pocket 7.The clamping spring 9 protrudes with its clamping leg 11 and contact leg 12 into the collar 15. In the closed starting position, the clamping edge 24 at the free end of the clamping limb 11 bears against the inner wall of the collar end wall 16, which has the clamping portion 10. The contact leg 12 is mounted on the opposite contact collar end wall 22.The contact leg 12 is guided through a recess 25 of the actuating rocker 5. The recess 25 is bounded by a transverse web 26 at the upper free end of the actuating rocker 5, which is opposite the actuating tab 6. This cross-web 26 is positioned on the upper side of the busbar 8, i.e. on the side facing the spring bend 13, behind the contact limb 12. It can be seen in particular from the right spring force clamping connection 3 in the open position that the contact limb 12 is arranged between the clamping limb 11 and the transverse limb 26.The recess 25 is arranged substantially in the collar 15. The actuating tab 6 adjoins the recess 25, which defines the recess 25 on the side opposite the transverse web 26. The actuating tab 6 extends into the conductor-collecting pocket 7. It is arranged on the underside of the busbar 8 diametrically opposite the conductor insertion opening 4 in alignment F. The actuating tab 6 extends from the recess 25 approximately in the direction of extension of the contact limb 12 and, after a curvature, merges into a release surface which is approximately parallel to the busbar plane. An electrical conductor inserted into the conductor insertion opening 4 thus strikes the actuating tab 6 with its end and can exert a triggering force acting in the conductor insertion direction L on the actuating rocker 5.In the unactuated open position of the right spring force clamping connection 3, the actuating rocker 5 is pivoted in such a way that the transverse web 26, with the exception of a contact at the transition between the recess 25 and the transverse web 26, and the transition between the recess 25 and the actuating tab 6, is spaced apart from the contact limb 12. It can be seen from the left spring force clamping connection 3 that the actuating rocker 5 in the actuated closed starting position or with the conductor lying therebetween in the clamping position is pivoted by movement of the free end of the actuating tab 6 away from the busbar 8 such that the recess 25 and the transverse web 26 are moved further towards the contact limb 12 and a latching of the clamping limb 11 to the contact limb 12 is disengaged.FIG. 4 shows a side sectional view of the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 3 with actuating elements 18 in the form of actuating plungers. The illustration is comparable to FIG. 3, so that reference is made to the above explanations. It can also be seen that the actuating elements 18 are mounted displaceably in a respective actuating opening 17 and come with their free actuating end into contact with an actuating surface of the associated clamping limb 11. The actuating elements 18 have an actuating head 27 which is accessible from the outside via the actuating opening 17. Thus, for example, a force directed toward the clamping leg 11 can be exerted on the actuating head 27 with an actuating tool in order to pivot the clamping leg 11 from the closed starting position (cf. left spring force clamping connection 3) toward the contact leg 12 into the open position (cf. right spring force clamping connection 3).FIG. 5 shows a side sectional view of the busbar with two clamping springs 9 for the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 3.It can be seen that the contact limb 12 is passed through the recess 25 of the associated actuating rocker 5 and rests with its free end 28 on the inner side of the contact collar end wall 22. The actuating rocker 5 is likewise mounted on the contact collar end wall 22 or the adjoining boundary of the conductor passage opening 14 in the transition between the recess 25 and the transverse web 26. Viewed from the clamping limb 11, the transverse web 26 lies behind the bearing limb 12.The clamping leg 11 has a material tab, i.e. a tab which is exposed from the clamping leg 11, with a second latching contour 29. The clamping leg 11 extends from the spring bow 13 in a direction which points towards the contact leg 12 in the open position and which the material tab retains. From the root region of the material tab, the clamping leg 11 is bent away from the contact leg 12 in the direction of the clamping edge 24, so that the material tab is exposed with the second latching contour 29.In the open position, the second latching contour 29 of the tab protrudes past the contact limb 12 toward the transverse web 26 and latches to a first latching contour 30 of the contact limb 12.When the actuating rocker 5 is pivoted out of the open position (right spring force clamping connection 3) into the closed starting position or clamping position (left spring force clamping connection 3), the transverse web 26 exerts a disengaging force on the second latching contour 29 of the material tab, which disengaging force cancels the latching of the second latching contour 29 on the first latching contour 30. The clamping leg 11 can thus move away from the contact leg 12 by the spring force stored in the spring arch 13.FIG. 6 shows an enlarged side view of the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 1 with the clamping spring 9 in the closed starting position. It can be seen that the second latching contour 29 has a latching web on the clamping limb 11. The first latching contour 30 on the contact limb is designed as a latching tongue, i.e. as a tab which is exposed by the contact limb 12. When the clamping leg 11 is pivoted into the open position toward the contact leg 12, the latching web of the second latching contour 29 reaches behind the latching tongue of the first latching contour 30, so that the first latching contour 30 forms a stop for the second latching contour 29 and latches the clamping leg 11 on the contact leg 12.In the closed starting position, the actuating rocker 5 can rest with its transverse web 26 in the region of the first latching contour 30 on the rear side of the bearing limb. The clamping spring 9 can be mounted on a holding pin 31 of the insulating material housing 2 which extends into the space bounded by the spring arch 13.FIG. 7 shows an enlarged side sectional view of the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 3 with the clamping spring 9 in the closed starting position. It is clear that the clamping limb 11 bears with its free end against the inner wall of the obliquely positioned collar end wall 16 and the free end of the bearing limb 12 is mounted on the inner wall of the opposite bearing collar end wall 22. The actuating rocker 5 rests on the busbar 8 in the region of the transition between the recess 25 and the transverse web 26 and is mounted pivotably there. The contact leg 12 is guided through the recess 25.It is also clear that the actuating element 18 has a, for example, tapered free actuating end 32 which is opposite the actuating head 27 and comes into contact with the actuating surface of the clamping limb 11.The actuating tab 6 adjoining the recess 25 is positioned with the collar 15 below the conductor passage opening 14 in the conductor insertion direction L and provides a release surface that is perpendicular to the alignment F.The terminating (free) end of the actuating tab may be stiffened to prevent bending of the actuating tab by an impinging electrical conductor. For this purpose, beads, ribs and / or edge webs can be provided, for example.FIG. 8 shows an enlarged side view of the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 1 with the clamping spring 9 in the open position. It can be seen here that the second latching contour 29 of the clamping limb 11 is latched to the first latching contour 30 of the bearing limb 12. The second latching contour 29 has a latching web 33 at the free end of the material tab, which rib delimits a depression 34 or recess. In the open position, the first latching contour 30 projects with its latching tongue into the depression 34 and bears against the latching web 33, for example against the inner end face. The first latching contour 30 thus forms a stop for the second latching contour 29.If a triggering force is now exerted on the actuating tab 6 in the conductor insertion direction L by an inserted electrical conductor, the actuating rocker 5 mounted on the busbar 8 pivots in such a way that the transverse web 26 is moved toward the latching web 33 and the bearing limb 12 lying behind it. As a result, a release force is exerted on the latching web 33, which pushes it past the stop formed by the latching tongue of the first latching contour 30 and thus disengages the clamping limb 11 from the contact limb 12.FIG. 9 shows an enlarged side sectional view of the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 3 with the clamping spring 9 in the open position. It can be seen that the actuating element 18 rests with its actuating end 32 on the clamping limb 11. If an actuating force is exerted on the actuating head 27 in the direction of the actuating end 32, the actuating element 18 presses the clamping limb 11 towards the contact limb 12 into the open position shown. This force leads to the second latching contour 29 being connected to the first latching contour 30 in a form-fitting and / or frictional or force-fitting manner.FIG. 10 shows a perspective view of an actuating rocker 5 with a clamping spring 9 inserted therein in the closed starting position. It becomes clear that the narrower free end 28 of the contact limb 12 adjoining the lateral first latching contour 30 in a root region extends through the recess 22 of the actuating rocker 5. The contact leg 12 is arranged in this root region of the lateral first latching contour between the clamping leg 10 and the transverse web 26.It can also be seen that the clamping leg 10 has two lateral material flaps or tongues in a root region, on which the second latching contour 29 is formed by a depression 34 and a latching web 33 at the free end of the material flap. The clamping leg 10 is bent out from the root region between the material flaps, pointing away from the plane of the root region, and the material flap is bent out from the contact leg 12.The actuating rocker 5 has an actuating tab 6 adjoining the recess 25, the end section of which is bent over transversely to the direction of extent of the material tabs of the clamping limb 10 and transversely to the direction of extent of the free end 28 of the contact limb. This forms a release surface on which an electrical conductor to be clamped impinges and which can exert a release force for pivoting the actuating rocker 5.The actuating tab 6 merges into two webs 35 which are spaced apart from one another and laterally delimit the recess 25. The recess is thus bounded circumferentially by the upper edge of the actuating tab 6, the opposite lower edge of the transverse web 26 and the two webs 35.FIG. 11 shows a side view of the actuating rocker 5 with the clamping spring 9 from FIG. 10 installed therein in the closed starting position. It can be seen that the transverse web 26 of the actuating rocker 5 lies on the rear side of the contact limb 12 facing away from the clamping limb 10 adjacent to the first latching contour 30 (latching tongue) and, on the opposite side of the recess 25, the actuating tab 6 adjoining it lies on the front side of the free end 28 of the contact limb 12 facing the clamping limb 10.FIG. 12 shows a perspective view of an actuating rocker 5 with a clamping spring 9 installed therein in the open position. It is clear that the clamping leg 11 is locked to the contact leg 12 by the first locking contour 30 with its locking tongues dipping into the depressions 34 at the side edges of the material flaps of the clamping leg 10. The first latching contour 30 is connected to the second latching contour 29 in a form-fitting and optionally also in a force-fitting or frictional manner, in that the latching webs 33 each bear against a latching tongue of the first latching contour 30.The end section of the clamping leg 11 that leads out toward the clamping edge 24 can enter the recess 25 between the webs 35 in the open position.FIG. 13 shows a side view of the actuating rocker 5 with the clamping spring 9 from FIG. 12 installed therein in the open position. It can be seen that the second latching contour 29 is latched to the first latching contour 30. The section of the clamping leg 11 bent out of the material tabs of the second latching contours 29 from the root region bears against the free end 28 of the bearing leg 12.The webs 35 which delimit the recess 25 can be curved in order to optimize the lever kinematics and overall size.FIG. 14 shows a perspective view of the clamping spring 9 in the closed starting position. The first latching contour 30 is decoupled from the second latching contour 29, so that the clamping limb 11 is pivoted away from the contact limb 12.It can be seen that the free end 28 of the contact limb 12 is connected in a root region to the latching tongues of the first latching contour 30 which are bent out of the plane. Starting from this root region, the free end 28 has an indentation 36 and merges at the end of the indentation 36 into a wider end section which is bent away from the clamping leg 11.FIG. 15 shows a side view of the clamping spring 9 from FIG. 14 in the closed starting position. It can be seen that the material tab which has the second latching contour 29 extends in the direction of the free end 28 of the contact limb 11. The latching tongue of the first latching contour 30 is bent out of the plane of the contact limb 12 at an edge region in the direction of the latching web 33 in a root region. It is also clear that the free end 28 of the contact limb is bent away from the clamping limb 11 in its end section.FIG. 16 shows a perspective view of the actuating rocker 5 for the spring force clamping connection 3. The recess 25 is bounded at the top by a transverse web 26 connecting the webs 35 and at the bottom by the actuating tab 6. The contact leg 12 of the clamping spring 9 is passed through this recess 25.After a curvature, the actuating tab 6 extends at an obtuse angle to the extension of the transverse web 26 beyond the plane of the recess 25 to the adjoining upper section of the actuating tab 6.FIG. 17 shows a side view of the actuating rocker 5 from FIG. 16, it being evident that the webs 35 have an arcuate bend and the actuating tab 6 adjoining the latter is bent in an L-shape.FIG. 18 shows a perspective view of the clamping spring 9 in the open position. It can be seen here that the clamping leg 11 has at its edge regions two material tabs which project from the spring arch 13 and a root region on a constant plane and on which the second latching contour 29 with the depression 34 and the latching web 33 are each formed on the side edge. It is clear that the latching tongue of the first latching contour 30 of the contact limb is latched to the second latching contour 29.FIG. 19 shows a side view of the clamping spring 9 from FIG. 18 in the open position. The locking of the clamping leg 11 to the contact leg 12 becomes more clear. This is achieved in that the contact limb 12 is oriented at an acute angle to the clamping limb 11, in particular the flap of material projecting from the root region. The latching tongue of the first latching contour 30 dips into the laterally open depression 34 and abuts the inner edge of the latching web 33 delimiting the depression 34. A form fit or at least a frictional fit or frictional fit for locking is thus formed.FIG. 20 shows a perspective view of the actuating rocker 5 with the clamping spring 9 and actuating element 18 in the form of an actuating presser in the closed starting position installed therein. The actuator 18 has a flared actuating head 27 at the upper end and a narrower actuating end 32 at the opposite lower end. The actuating end 32 can rest on the clamping limb 11 and slide on an actuating surface which adjoins the root region which separates the lateral material flaps with the second latching contour 29 from the narrower end region of the clamping limb 10 lying therebetween.FIG. 21 shows a perspective view of the actuating rocker 5 with the clamping spring 9 and actuating presser 18 installed therein in the open position. It can be seen that the actuating end 32 is guided along the end region of the clamping limb 11 which ends towards the clamping edge 24, and an actuating force is thereby exerted on the clamping limb 11 which pivots the clamping limb 11 towards the contact limb 12.This actuating force presses the latching web 33 of the second latching contour 29 past the latching tongue of the first latching contour 30, with the result that the latching tongue dips into the depression 34 and latches the clamping limb 11 on the bearing limb 12.List of reference characters1 Conductor connection terminal 2 Insulating material housing 3 Spring force clamping connection 4 Conductor insertion opening 5 Actuating rocker 6 Actuating tab 7 Conductor collecting pocket 8 Busbar 9 Clamping spring 10 Clamping section 11 Clamping limb 12 Contact limb 13 Spring bend 14 Conductor passage opening 15 Collar 16 Collar end wall 17 Actuating opening 18 Actuating element 19 Latching foot 20 Bridge openings 21 Bridge contact spring 22 Contact collar end wall 23 Collar longitudinal wall 24 Clamping edge 25 Recess 26 Transverse web 27 Actuating head 28 Free end (contact limb) 29 Second latching contour 30 First latching contour 31 Retaining pin 32 Actuating end 33 Latching web 34 Depression 35 Web 36 Indentation F Alignment L Conductor insertion directionReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
