Description

The present invention seeks to help feed replenishment of a feed station, according to patent application 10 2023 108 364.3, be performed even more easily and in a more receptable manner, e.g. by less manual work but more feed stock.Prior ArtIt can be said that the Stan corresponds to the technique of the above-mentioned application. It is described and shown therein how the individual modules are filled from the rear with feed material (loose hay), for which purpose only the container block (mounted on the carrier block) of the module with the drive block serves. In this case, a round bale is rolled onto a special transport carriage and pushed to the rear side of the module to be filled. There, the bale can then be unwound by hand directly from the transport carriage, i.e. the hay can be unwound and filled into the container block.Unwinding can also be effected by special attachment to the lifting device of a tractor. The same can be set up with a rectangular bale by installing a pushing and separating device on a pallet so that filling can be carried out from the driver's seat.See description in the above application.Object Setting Up To AchieveThe object according to the invention is to simplify the processing of the available feed material (hay) and in the process already "presorting" the feed material for feeding in order to feed it, in the loose state, to the feed bag which is later distributed over a plurality of feed modules and to transport it, if necessary, into the empty feed container of the feed module to be filled and to connect it to the drive block. In detail, the following steps are taken: Fig. 1 shows an empty feed 1 suspended from a "winch" 2 supported on rollers 3 for easy hand transport from the filling station 5 to the feed station 6. The winch 4 can be operated manually or electrically by remote control. In the simplest version of the lining filling with the crosswind 2, the empty lining bag 1 is pushed to the filling station 5 and firmly locked with the wedge 7 and its associated "stop shoe" 7a, with the concrete base 8. Thus securely, the bag filling frame 9 can be lowered with the loosening of the rope 2a from the winch 2 to hang it at the filling station 5 on the filling hopper 10. In this case, the cable 2a is laid over the bracket 9a on the upper side of the filling frame 9. Now the rectangular block bale 11 is rolled or "moved" onto the roller path 12 (e.g. by a transporter or with a transport cart from modatech) and raised with the lifter 13 manually or electrically, at the rear, so that the bale 11 moves downwards by itself against the filling funnel 10.In this simplest version, provision is made for personnel with forks or the like 14 to add the feed material 15 uniformly (according to quality and quantity) by hand into the filling hopper 10 in a controlled manner, so that the two intake drums 16 aand 16 b(optionally equipped with tools 16 c, such as spikes, prongs, etc.) continuously transport the feed material 15 into the feed bag 1. The leaf blower 17 also serves to convey the feed material 15 further, which blows the feed material hay 15 "floating" as far as the feed bag discharge frame 18.Once the feeding bag 1 has been filled, it is pulled upwards by the winder 19, with the rope 2a, until it is automatically stopped by the stopper 20. Now the winch 2 can be pulled backwards out of the stop shoe 7a to push it into the empty feeding station 6. Now, from the open wall side of the module, the bag-discharge frame 18 still has to be gripped in order to hang it via the input tongue 26 of the drive block 22 on its input frame 21. Then the feeding module of the feeding station 6 is ready for use.At the bottom right, the automatic filling station 5 is shown with a rectangular bale of hay 11 on the roller conveyor 12. With the lifter 13, the bale 11 is now lifted upwards at the rear, so that it rolls forward, counter to the filling station 5. There, the small separating drum with conveyor belt 23 now grasps the first feeding parts 24 of the bale 11 and transports them further between the feeding drums 16a and 16b, supported by the leaf blower 17, which are both controlled together by the controller 25, e.g. with laser sensors plus program. When the feeder detects a completed filling of the feed bag 1 or a clog or idle, it changes the speeds from the intake drums 16a and 16b or gives an alarm and turns off the filling hopper 10.The novel invention thus ensures a substantially more fleetier and better more uniform, also controlled, filling of the feed material 15 by hand by the personnel, it being possible in this case for the amount of stock to be reliably increased by three times the amount, and in the automatic version personnel are only necessary at the beginning and end of the filling operation.List of reference characters1 Forage bag 2 Transwind 2a Cable 3 Rollers 4 Cable winch 5 Filling station 6 Forage station Forage module 7 Wedge 7a Stop shoe 8 Concrete block 8a Module wall not visible 9 (forage bag) filling frame 10 Filling hopper 11 Cuboid bales (hay) 12 Roller track 13 Lifter 14 Personnel 15 Forage (hay) 16a Intake drum 16b Intake drum 16c Tools without illustration 17 Leaf blower 18 Forage output frame 19 Winder 20 Stopper 21 Input frame 22 Drive block 23 Separating drum with conveyor belt 24 Lining parts 25 Controller 26 Input tongue 27 Lifting carriage 28 Port loaderReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader. Claims

Feed filling of a feeding station of natural, type-appropriate soil feeding, in particular for horses, in a feeding module 6, characterised bythe filling station 5 with the filling hopper 9, the transfer winch 2 and the feeding bag 1.Feed filling according to claim 1, characterised in that the crosswind 2 can be moved on rollers 3 or is transported with lift trucks 27 or port loaders 28, similar to a pallet, wherein always a secure stand is ensured by e.g. a wedge 7 with stop shoe 7a and concrete base 8 or module wall 8a.Feed filling according to claims 1-2, characterized in that the feed bag filling frame 9 is lowered with the loosening of the rope 2a from the winch 2 to hang it on the filling hopper 10 at the filling station 5, the rope 2a being laid over the stirrup 9a on the upper side of the filling frame 9, and then the rectangular bale 11 is rolled or "slid" onto the roller path 12 (e.g. by a transporter or transport cart from modatech) and lifted with the lifter 13 manually, or electrically, backwards, so that the bale 11 moves downwards against the filling hopper 10 by itself.Feed filling according to claims 1 - 3, characterised in that in the simplest version of the feed filling it is provided that personnel with forks or the like 14 manually add the feed material 15 uniformly (according to quality and quantity) into the filling hopper 10 so that the two intake drums 16a and 16b (optionally equipped with tools 16c, such as spikes, prongs etc.) continuously transport the feed material 15 into the feed bag 1, which is supported by the leaf blower 17 which blows the feed material hay 15 "floating" as far as the feed bag output frame 18.Feed filling according to claims 1-4, characterized in that the filled feed bag 1 is pulled up by the winder 19, with its rope 2a, until it is automatically stopped by the stopper 20 so that the winch 2 can be pulled out of the stop shoe 7a backwards to push it into the empty feeding station 6 to allow, from the open wall side 8a of the module, the feed bag output frame 18 to be gripped to hang over the input tongue 26 of the drive block 22 on its input frame 21.Feed filling according to claims 1 - 5, characterised in that in an automatic filling station 5, with a rectangular bale of hay 11 on the roller conveyor 12, the lifter 13 lifts the bale 11 rearwardly upwards so that it rolls forwards towards the filling station 5, with the filling hopper 10, where the small separating drum with conveyor belt 23 captures the first feed parts 24 of the bale 11 and transports them further between the intake drums 16a and 16b, supported by the leaf blower 17, which are both controlled together by the controller 25 (e.g. with laser sensors and corresponding program), such as e.g. the distance between both intake drums, the speed of both and the throughput of the feed parts 24 or the lifting by the lifter 13, so that with a filled feed bag 1, the feed is filled, The operation of the filling funnel 10 is stopped or a re-equalization takes place automatically.
