Abstract
Description
FIELD OF APPLICATION AND PRIOR ARTThe invention relates to a water pen with a heating head.Water whistles, also referred to as Shisha or Hookah, typically comprise a container and a base, also referred to as a closure head, which closes the container. The water pipe further comprises a smoke tube extending through the base, at the upper end of which a whistle or tobacco head is arranged. The lower end of the smoke tube extends into the container and opens, in use, below a surface level of a fluid located in the container, in particular a water located in the container. The water whistle has one or more smoke connections via which a user draws tobacco smoke from an air space remaining above the water level. The suction creates a negative pressure in the container, which causes air enriched with tobacco to be sucked into the container via the smoke tube. The tobacco enriched air is cleaned by the water in the container and collects in the air space. For heating tobacco, it is known to use carbon pieces or other heat sources. In order to avoid direct contact of the carbon pieces with the tobacco, it is known to provide an aluminium foil or screen between the carbon pieces and the tobacco.Furthermore, attachments referred to as heating heads are known in connection with the utility model, which serve to receive pieces of carbon or electric heating units and are placed on the tobacco head. For example, WO2013 / 184847 A1 describes heat management devices (Engl. Heat management devices, referred to as HMD for short), for receiving pieces of carbon are known, having a cover. The heat management devices known from WO2013 / 184847 A1 comprise a base surface, referred to as a plate, on which carbon pieces are placed, a wall connected to the base surface, which wall is designed in such a way that it retains the heat generated by means of the carbon pieces, a lower cover attached to the wall, which cover has passage openings for air and heat, and an upper cover resting on the lower cover, which upper cover is likewise provided with passage openings for air and heat. By changing a position of the upper cover relative to the lower cover, an air flow and thus a heat supply can be regulated. Regulating the heat input is intended to prevent the tobacco from being heated too strongly, which has a negative effect on the aroma of the tobacco. However, safe operation typically requires an experienced user.DE202022103387 U1 discloses a heating head for a water pen, comprising a housing and an electric heating unit, wherein the housing has a sleeve and a contact plate arranged at the lower end of the sleeve for placing on a tobacco head, wherein the heating unit has a heating conductor and a heating plate arranged in the sleeve and having a heat-radiating upper side, and wherein the heat-radiating upper side does not face the contact plate.OBJECT AND SOLUTIONIt is an object of the invention to provide a shape-friendly and easily operable water pen and a tobacco head for such a water pen. This object is achieved by a water pen having the features of claims 1 and 4 and the tobacco head having the features of claim 15.According to a first aspect, there is provided a water pen comprising a container, a base disposed at an upper end of the container, and a heating head, the heating head being movably connected to the base such that the heating head is movable between a use position and a rest position. The terms "a", "an", etc. are used in connection with the application merely as indefinite articles and not as counting words. For example, in embodiments it is conceivable that a plurality of heating heads are provided, which can be selectively brought into a use position for heating the tobacco. For example, in embodiments, it is provided that the water pen has a first heating head with an electric heating element and a second heating head for receiving a fuel such as a carbon piece. In embodiments, it is provided that both heating heads are connected to the base. In other embodiments, only one of the heating heads is connected to the base. The terms "first", "first", etc. and "second", "second", "third", etc. in connection with the application serve merely to distinguish different components and are not intended to indicate any sequence. Likewise, the use of the term "first", etc., does not require the presence of a separate second component. In embodiments, the container is detachably connected to the base in order to fill and / or clean the container. In embodiments, the container is a vessel closed at the bottom, in particular a glass vessel closed at the bottom. In other embodiments, the container comprises a sleeve which is open at the bottom and a separately produced container base, by means of which a lower end of the sleeve is sealingly closed.
