Abstract
Description
Technical field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of dosing technology, in particular to a valve body translation assembly, a valve body actuator assembly, a dosing machine and a dosing method. Technical background
[0002] The basic principle behind various automotive paints, varnishes, latex paints, and inks is to mix different masterbatches and additives according to a specific formulation to ultimately obtain the desired coating. Nowadays, in addition to traditional manual mixing by painters, various types of paint mixing systems are becoming increasingly popular. A paint mixing system generally comprises several masterbatch drums and a dosing and conveying module. This module dispenses the masterbatch from different drums according to the formulation and mixes them in a receiving container to produce the desired coating.
[0003] In industrial precision solution preparation, common dispensing devices comprise multiple valve bodies arranged in a circular configuration above a stationary receiving point. These valve bodies are generally centered around the feed container. If the material container has a small opening, these valve bodies are typically each mounted on a swivel arm. The central section of the swivel arm is further equipped with a pull cylinder that, by extending and contracting, moves the valve body on the swivel arm to the center of the circle, thus completing precise dispensing. This dispensing device can significantly reduce the required installation space.Due to the circular arrangement of the nozzles, once the number of valve bodies reaches a certain limit, these nozzles can no longer be arranged sequentially around the circumference in a reasonable order, and the number of valve bodies cannot be increased further. This limits the types of material that can be used in the dispensing process. Subject of the revelation
[0004] The purpose of the disclosure is to provide a valve body translation assembly, a valve body drive assembly, a metering machine and a metering method to increase the number of valve bodies that the metering machine can accommodate.
[0005] The embodiments of the disclosure are implemented as follows. In a first aspect, the embodiment of the disclosure provides a valve body translation assembly comprising: a frame, a drive assembly for translation, and a metering assembly mounted on the frame. The drive assembly for translation comprises a first fitting section and a first drive mechanism that drives the first fitting section to move back and forth, and a metering assembly mounted on the frame, wherein the metering assembly comprises a first linear guide rail and a connecting rod that is slidably connected to the first linear guide rail, and wherein several valve bodies for material discharge are connected to the connecting rod, and wherein the arrangement orientation of the several valve bodies coincides with the extension direction of the first linear guide rail, and wherein a second fitting section is further provided on the connecting rod that can be connected to the first fitting section, and wherein the connecting rod can be moved back and forth by drive when the first fitting section is fitted to the second fitting section along the extension direction of the first linear guide rail under the driving action of the first drive mechanism.
[0006] In the above technical solution, the connecting rod in each dispensing assembly comprises several valve bodies. When using the valve body translation assembly in the dispensing machine, assuming a constant number of valve bodies, the number of dispensing assemblies can be reduced, thereby decreasing the space required inside the dispensing machine. Furthermore, assuming a constant number of dispensing assemblies, more valve bodies can be arranged in a single dispensing machine. Accordingly, when using the valve body translation assembly in the dispensing machine according to the above technical solution, more valve bodies can be arranged in a limited space to provide a wider range of material types. The connecting rod can move back and forth along the first linear guide rail under the action of the first drive mechanism, thus changing the position of the valve body and enabling its movement into the discharge point by the first drive mechanism. Since the orientation of the multiple valve bodies coincides with the direction of extension of the first linear guide rail, the paths of movement of the different valve bodies overlap. Therefore, the valve bodies can be moved sequentially into the discharge point along the connecting rod.
[0007] In combination with the first aspect, and in some embodiments, the connecting rod is a vertically oriented component with a straight, rod-like shape. The upper end of the connecting rod is slidably connected to the first linear guide rail, and the lower end is connected to several valve bodies. Due to the multiple valve bodies on the connecting rod, it bears a considerable weight. In the above technical solution, the connecting rod is arranged vertically, with its upper end slidably connected to the first linear guide rail and its lower end connected to the valve bodies. This avoids excessive eccentric loading on the connecting rod, resulting in high positional accuracy for the valve body movement and a longer service life for the connecting rod.
[0008] In combination with the first aspect, and in some embodiments, the second fitting section is a hook, wherein the hook has an opening facing the first fitting section, and wherein the first fitting section is a T-shaped rod, and wherein the larger end of the T-shaped rod is designed to engage in the opening, and the smaller end of the T-shaped rod protrudes from the opening of the hook. In the above technical solution, the larger end of the T-shaped rod is designed to engage in the opening, and the smaller end of the T-shaped rod protrudes from the opening of the hook. Thus, by rotating the T-shaped rod, the larger end of the T-shaped rod can be more easily engaged in the opening.
[0009] In combination with the first aspect, in some embodiments the valve body translation assembly further comprises a first limiting assembly that is attached to the frame, wherein the first limiting assembly is optionally fitted with the connecting rod to fix the connecting rod in a fixed position relative to the frame. In the above technical solution, the position of the connecting rod is fixed so that a precise fit of the first fitting section with the second fitting section can be achieved. The movement of the connecting rod along the extension direction of the first linear guide rail under the action of the first drive mechanism can be effected by disengaging the fit of the first limiting assembly with the connecting rod.
[0010] In connection with the first aspect, in some embodiments the first limiting assembly comprises a second drive mechanism and a first limiting element, wherein the second drive mechanism is drive-connected to the first limiting element to drive the first limiting element such that the first limiting element is selectively fitted with the connecting rod. In the above technical solution, the first limiting element is fitted with the connecting rod, and the first limiting element is moved by the second drive mechanism so that the connecting rod can be fitted with the first limiting element or this fit can be released. Thus, the connecting rod is either fixed to the frame or the connecting rod can move along the first linear guide rail.
[0011] In connection with the first aspect, in some embodiments a positioning hole is provided on the connecting rod and the first limiting part is a cylindrical part which can be inserted into the positioning hole and is fitted with the positioning hole, or that the dosing assembly further comprises a sliding block attached to the connecting rod, which is slidably connected to the first linear guide rail, wherein a positioning hole is provided on the sliding block, and wherein the first limiting part is a cylindrical part which can be inserted into the positioning hole and is fitted with the positioning hole.
[0012] In connection with the first aspect, in some embodiments the valve body translation assembly further comprises a second limiting assembly, wherein the second limiting assembly comprises a second limiting part which is mounted on the frame, and wherein the second limiting part is optionally located on the movement path of the connecting rod in order to limit the movement of the connecting rod until it detaches from the first linear guide rail.
[0013] In the above technical solution, the second limiting element restricts the connecting rod's position on the first linear guide rail, thus preventing the connecting rod from detaching from the first linear guide rail when the first and second fitting sections are not properly aligned. When the first and second fitting sections are properly aligned, removing the second limiting element from the connecting rod's path allows it to be driven along the first linear guide rail.
[0014] In connection with the first aspect, in some embodiments the lower end of the connecting rod is connected to a valve body assembly comprising a valve body seat and a valve body seat tab connected to the lower end of the connecting rod, wherein the multiple valve bodies are each mounted on the valve body seat, and wherein the valve body seat is connected to multiple groups of the inlet pipe and the return pipe, and each group of the inlet pipe and the return pipe is fluidically connected to one of the valve bodies in a unique manner, and wherein the inlet pipe and / or the return pipe is further connected to the valve body seat tab, and wherein both the inlet pipe and the return pipe are metallic components. In the above technical solution, the lower end of the connecting rod is connected to a valve body assembly, allowing the valve body assembly to be manufactured separately and simplifying the structure of the connecting rod. The valve body and valve seat are connected to the valve seat lug via the inlet pipe and / or the return pipe. Both the inlet and return pipes are metallic components. The valve seat lug is connected to the connecting rod, allowing the valve body to move synchronously with the connecting rod and ensuring positional accuracy during valve body movement.
[0015] In connection with the first aspect, in some embodiments the connecting rod is further provided with position markings, the number of which corresponds to the number of valve bodies, wherein in the extension direction of the first linear guide rail the distribution interval between the position markings corresponds to the distribution interval between the valve bodies, and wherein the drive assembly for translation is connected to a first position sensor for detecting the position marking. In the above technical solution, position markers and a first position sensor for detecting the position markers are provided, and the position markers have the same distribution interval in the extension direction of the first linear rail as the valve bodies, whereby the valve body can be determined in the discharge point by the position sensor distinguishing the detected position markers, or it can be determined whether the valve body is in the discharge point by deciding whether the position sensor has detected the position markers.
[0016] In connection with the first aspect, in some embodiments the first drive mechanism comprises a first motor, a threaded spindle connected to the first motor, and a connecting block connected to the threaded spindle by threads, with the first fitting section attached to the connecting block. In the above technical solution, the first drive mechanism comprises a threaded spindle and the first fitting section connected to the connecting block. The distance traveled by the first fitting section on the threaded spindle can be controlled by controlling the revolutions of the threaded spindle. Thus, the revolutions of the threaded spindle can be determined based on the distance between the valve bodies on the connecting rod.Once the first fitting section is connected to the second fitting section, the corresponding valve body can be moved to the discharge point on the connecting rod by turning the threaded spindle.
[0017] In a second aspect, the present disclosure provides a valve body actuator assembly, wherein the valve body actuator assembly comprises a valve switch assembly and a valve body translation assembly according to the first aspect, wherein the valve body has a valve door; and wherein the valve switch assembly comprises a third actuator mechanism, a fourth actuator mechanism and a valve opener, and wherein the third actuator mechanism and the fourth actuator mechanism are each actuarially connected to the valve opener;and wherein, when the first fitting section is connected to the second fitting section, the first drive mechanism is configured to drive the connecting rod in such a way that the valve door of a valve body is moved into a position corresponding to the valve opener, and wherein the third drive mechanism is configured to drive the valve opener in horizontal motion such that the valve opener is connected to the valve door, and wherein the fourth drive mechanism is configured to drive the valve opener in vertical motion such that the valve opener brings the valve door to different degrees of opening.
[0018] In the above technical solution, when the valve body in the valve body translation assembly is moved into a position corresponding to the valve opener—that is, when the valve body is in the discharge position—the valve door is opened by the designated valve switch assembly, allowing the material to flow out of the valve body and the material discharge to occur. Interference between the valve opener and the moving valve body can be avoided during movement along the extension direction of the first linear guide rail, since the valve opener only comes into contact with the valve door under the action of the third drive mechanism. The material flow during the metering process can be controlled by moving the valve opener vertically under the action of the fourth drive mechanism, thereby opening the valve door to different degrees.
[0019] In connection with the second aspect, in some embodiments the fourth drive mechanism comprises several telescopic elements arranged in series in the vertical direction, with the valve opener located at the top or bottom of the telescopic element. In the above technical solution, several telescopic elements arranged in series in the vertical direction are provided, and the valve opener is connected to the telescopic element. Thus, the valve opener can be moved vertically by various distances, allowing the valve door to be opened to different degrees by simultaneously extending or retracting a different number of the telescopic elements.
[0020] In connection with the second aspect, in some embodiments the telescopic element is a pneumatic cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder, wherein the number of telescopic elements corresponds to the number of opening wheels of the valve door.
[0021] In connection with the second aspect, in some embodiments the valve opener is connected to one end of the third drive mechanism, wherein the valve opener has a recess, and wherein the recess is arranged on a side of the valve opener facing away from the third drive mechanism in a horizontal direction, and wherein the recess is designed for a fitted connection with the valve door. In the above technical solution, the recess is arranged on a side of the valve opener facing away from the third drive mechanism in a horizontal direction, and the recess is designed for a fitted connection with the valve door. Thus, the valve opener can be easily connected to the valve door by the action of the third drive mechanism.
[0022] In connection with the second aspect, in some embodiments the fourth drive mechanism and the third drive mechanism are arranged one above the other in a vertical direction, wherein the fourth drive mechanism, the third drive mechanism and the valve opener are sequentially connected to each other by means of a drive mechanism, and wherein a lower mounting plate is provided below the fourth drive mechanism, and wherein the fourth drive mechanism can drive the lower mounting plate in a vertical direction, and wherein the third drive mechanism is mounted on the lower mounting plate, and wherein a sliding frame and a sliding plate, which is slidably mounted on the sliding frame, are connected to the lower mounting plate, and wherein the valve opener is attached to the sliding plate, and wherein the third drive mechanism is sequentially connected to the sliding plate.to drive the sliding plate and the valve opener together in a synchronous horizontal movement.
[0023] In the above technical solution, the valve opener is attached to the sliding plate, the sliding plate is mounted on the sliding frame, the sliding frame is connected to the lower mounting plate, and the lower mounting plate is connected below the fourth drive mechanism. Therefore, during the opening process of the valve door, the force applied by the valve opener via the fourth drive mechanism is not transmitted through the third drive mechanism, thus reducing the load on the third drive mechanism. This extends the service life of the third drive mechanism and reduces the load on its drive shaft in the vertical direction, provided the third drive mechanism is a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or similar component.Furthermore, the structure consisting of the sliding frame, sliding plate and the lower mounting plate exhibits good rigidity, enabling it to withstand a large force in the vertical direction.
[0024] In connection with the second aspect, in some embodiments the sliding frame comprises two parallel rail plates connected to the underside of the lower mounting plate, with sliding grooves at the same height provided on opposite sides of the two rail plates, and with each side of the sliding plate positioned in one of the sliding grooves. In the above technical solution, the connection point between the sliding plate and the rail plate can withstand a large vertical force because the two sides of the sliding plate are each positioned in the sliding grooves of the rail plate to support the sliding plate.
[0025] In connection with the second aspect, in some embodiments the valve switch assembly and the drive assembly for translation are arranged at the same end of the first linear guide rail, with the valve switch assembly being fixed in position relative to the drive assembly for translation. In the above technical solution, the valve switch assembly and the drive assembly for translation are arranged at the same end of the first linear guide rail, with the valve switch assembly being fixed in position relative to the drive assembly for translation. Thus, the transport of various valve bodies in the metering assembly, located at different points on the circumference, to the discharge point corresponding to the valve opener takes place, and the valve door of the valve body is opened by the valve opener.
[0026] In a third aspect, the present disclosure provides a metering machine comprising a valve body drive assembly according to the second aspect, wherein the metering machine comprises several metering assemblies arranged along a circular circumference on the frame, and wherein, under the driving action of the first drive mechanism, the valve body on the metering assembly is movable into a position where the valve door of the valve body corresponds to the valve opener, and wherein the valve switch assembly is configured to open the valve door.
[0027] In the above technical solution, the dosing machine comprises several dosing assemblies arranged along a circular circumference on the frame. Since multiple valve bodies are provided on the connecting rod within the dosing assembly, the dosing machine can accommodate more valve bodies. The first drive mechanism moves the valve body into the position corresponding to the valve opener. Subsequently, the valve switch assembly opens the valve door, allowing the material to flow out of the valve body and thus discharging the material.
[0028] In connection with the third aspect, in some embodiments the valve switch assembly and the translation drive assembly are located at the same end of the first linear guide rail, the valve switch assembly being fixed relative to the translation drive assembly, and the metering machine further comprising a rotary drive mechanism that can rotate the translation drive assembly so that the first mating section of the translation drive assembly is sequentially mated with the second mating section of a metering assembly. In the above technical solution, the translation drive assembly is rotated by a rotary drive mechanism so that the first mating section of the translation drive assembly can be sequentially mated with the second mating section of a metering assembly. In the metering machine according to the above technical solution, the assembly for translation is rotated by a rotating drive mechanism, so that the first fitting section of the drive assembly for translation can come into fitted connection with the second fitting section on the connecting rod in different metering assemblies, and then the valve body is pulled into the discharge point at different points on the circumference of the circle on the connecting rod.
[0029] In connection with the third aspect, in some embodiments the frame is provided with a fixed disk, wherein the metering assembly is arranged along the circumference of the fixed disk, and wherein the rotary drive mechanism comprises a rotary table and a rotary drive, and wherein the rotary table is rotatably arranged relative to the fixed disk, and wherein the rotary drive is mounted on the frame or on the fixed disk and drive-connected to the rotary table to rotate the rotary table, the rotary table being rigidly connected to the drive assembly for translation and the valve switch assembly. The above technical solution provides a specific design and assembly method for the rotary drive mechanism. The rotary drive is connected to the rotary table via a drive mechanism, and both the translational drive mechanism and the valve switch assembly are mounted on the rotary table, so that the drive mechanism is fixed in position relative to the valve switch assembly. During rotation of the rotary table, the valve opener in the valve switch assembly is also rotated to align the mounting position of the metering assembly on the circumference, allowing the valve opener to be connected to the valve door of the valve body in the metering assembly at various points.
[0030] In connection with the third aspect, some embodiments include a second linear guide rail on the rotary table. When the first fitting section in the translational drive assembly is connected to the second fitting section of a metering assembly under the driving force of the rotary drive, the second linear guide rail engages with the corresponding first linear guide rail of the metering assembly. This allows the connecting rod in the metering assembly to slide from the first linear guide rail to the second linear guide rail under the driving force of the first drive mechanism in the translational drive assembly. In the above technical solution, the upper end of the connecting rod is slidably connected to the first linear guide rail, and the lower end is connected to the valve body to reduce the eccentric load on the connecting rod. The connecting rod is rod-shaped.To increase the travel distance of the valve body, a second linear guide rail is provided on the rotary table, which can be joined to the first linear guide rail. The connecting rod can move onto the second linear guide rail, thus moving the valve body further into the discharge position.
[0031] In connection with the third aspect, in some embodiments the fixed disk is further equipped with a second position sensor associated with the second linear guide rail. When the second linear guide rail triggers the second position sensor, the second linear guide rail is joined with the corresponding first linear guide rail. In the above technical solution, a second position sensor is provided that corresponds uniquely to the first linear guide rail. The position of the second linear guide rail is detected by the second position sensor to determine whether the first linear guide rail has been successfully joined with the second linear guide rail and, indirectly, to determine whether the first fitting section has been fitted with the second fitting section.
[0032] In connection with the third aspect, in some embodiments the rotary table is further connected to a liquid receiving box, wherein the liquid receiving box is provided with a material waste channel and a liquid receiving groove on both sides of the material waste channel, and wherein when one of the valve doors in a metering assembly is opened by the valve opener, the discharge opening of the valve body whose valve door is opened is located above the material waste channel, and the discharge opening of the valve body in the metering assembly whose valve door is not opened is located above the liquid receiving groove. In the above technical solution, it can be avoided that the material drips from the other valve bodies, which leads to inaccurate dosing, by providing a liquid intake box and ensuring that, during discharge at the valve body on the connecting rod, the discharge opening of the other valve body on this connecting rod is located above the liquid intake groove.
[0033] In connection with the third aspect, some embodiments of the dosing machine further include a rinsing device having a nozzle, wherein the nozzle is designed to rotate about an axis such that it can reach below the valve body, which is located in various starting positions. In the above technical solution, the provision of the rinsing device below the valve body, which is located in various starting positions, enables the cleaning of previously used valve bodies.
[0034] In a fourth aspect, the present disclosure presents a metering method suitable for a metering machine according to the third aspect, wherein the metering method comprises: controlling the rotary drive mechanism to rotate the translational drive assembly and the valve switch assembly synchronously, such that the first fitting section of the translational drive assembly is fitted with the second fitting section of a metering assembly; moving the connecting rod by a predetermined distance through the first fitting section under the driving action of the first drive mechanism, such that the intended valve body moves along the connecting rod along the first linear guide rail into the position corresponding to the valve opener; controlling the third drive mechanism to move it horizontally, such that the valve opener is connected to the valve door;as well as controlling the fourth drive mechanism to move the valve opener upwards, so that the valve opener gives the valve door different degrees of opening, and the material flows out of the discharge opening of the valve body at different flow rates.
[0035] In the above metering method, the distance traveled by the connecting rod moves the intended valve body into the position corresponding to the valve opener, namely the discharge point. The valve door is then opened by the valve opener to dispense the product. Thus, the intended valve body can be moved precisely into the position corresponding to the valve opener when multiple valve bodies are present on the connecting rod.
[0036] In connection with the fourth aspect, in some embodiments the metering method comprises: moving the connecting rod to its starting position through the first fitting section under the influence of the first drive mechanism after the use of a metering assembly, wherein the rinsing device then cleans the used metering assembly, and wherein the rotary drive mechanism, the drive assembly for translation, and the metering assembly are simultaneously controlled for metering. In the above technical solution, the valve bodies of the metering assembly already in use can be cleaned while the other metering assembly is being used. The metering method is thus more compact, and contamination from material falling from the opening on the valve body can be avoided. Description of the drawings

[0044] It should further be noted in the description of the disclosure that, unless expressly specified and defined otherwise, terms such as "arranged," "attached," "coupled," and "connected" are to be understood in a broad sense. This can refer to a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or a one-piece connection; a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; a direct connection, an indirect connection via an intermediate medium, or an internal connection between the two elements. The specific meaning of the aforementioned terms within the context of the disclosure will be readily apparent to the person skilled in the art.
[0045] The inventor of the disclosure provides a dosing machine. The dosing machine can further increase the number of valve bodies (230) that the dosing machine can accommodate compared to the prior art, so that the dosing machine can use more types of materials for dosing.
[0046] As in Fig. As shown in Figures 1 to 13, the metering machine provided in the disclosure comprises a valve body drive assembly, wherein the valve body drive assembly includes a valve body translation assembly and a valve switch assembly 300. The valve body translation assembly comprises a drive assembly 100 for translation, a frame 400, and several metering assemblies 200 arranged along a circumference on the frame 400. Each metering assembly 200 is provided with several valve bodies 230. The metering assembly 200 can move under the action of the drive assembly 100 for translation. Both the valve switch assembly 300 and a rotary drive mechanism 500 are mounted directly or indirectly on the frame 400. In the figures provided in the disclosure, only a small part of the frame 400 is shown, and some of the figures also show only one metering assembly 200 on the circumference.
[0047] In the metering machine provided in the disclosure, each motion assembly for valve bodies 230 comprises several valve bodies 230. When the number of metering assemblies 200 that can be arranged on the circumference reaches a limit, the types of materials that the metering machine can accommodate can be increased by increasing the number of valve bodies 230 in each of the metering assembly 200, where several valve bodies 230 are understood to mean two or more than two valve bodies 230.
[0048] The metering machine provided in the disclosure moves the valve bodies 230 of the metering assembly 200 from the starting position to the discharge point during the metering process by means of the drive assembly 100 for translation, so that the material discharge takes place above the container designed for receiving the material, i.e. from the point in Fig. 1 position shown in the Fig. 2 position shown or from the one in Fig. 10 positions shown in the Fig. 11 position shown or from the one in Fig. 12 positions shown in the Fig. Position 13 shown.
[0049] It is not difficult for a person skilled in the art to understand that the discharge point is a position in which the valve body 230 discharges materials. The discharge point is located above the material receiving container. Within the scope of the disclosure, the initial position of the valve body 230 is a position in which the valve body 230 is located on the metering assembly 200 when the assembly 200 is located on a circular circumference on which it is mounted. In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the projection of the valve body 230 onto a horizontal plane is distributed circularly around the discharge point.
[0050] Furthermore, in some embodiments of the dosing machine provided in the disclosure, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 4, Fig. 6 and Fig. Figure 7 shows a rotary drive mechanism 500. The rotary drive mechanism 500 is connected to the drive assembly 100 for translation in order to drive the drive assembly 100 for translation to rotate, so that the drive assembly 100 for translation comes into drive connection with the metering assembly 200 located at various points on the circumference and then meter materials through the valve bodies 230 in the respective metering assembly 200.
[0051] This means that in the metering machine provided by the above embodiment, only one valve body translation assembly is provided, and accordingly, only one drive assembly 100 for translation is provided. During the metering process of the metering machine provided by the above embodiment, the rotary drive mechanism 500 drives the drive assembly 100 for translation to rotate in order to engage with the metering assemblies 200 located at various points on the circumference. Subsequently, the valve body 230 of the metering assembly 200 located at the respective point is moved to the discharge point to enable material discharge above the container intended for material intake. In this embodiment, the number of valve body translation assemblies and the number of drive assemblies 100 for translation can be only one, which simplifies the structure of the metering machine.
[0052] Of course, in some other embodiments of the dosing machine provided in the disclosure, as in Fig. As shown in Figures 9 to 11, the number of valve body translation assemblies is equal to the number of metering assemblies 200. The drive assembly 100 for translation in the valve body translation assembly is directly connected to the metering assembly 200. That is, each metering assembly 200 is connected to a drive assembly 100 for translation. During the metering process of the metering machine provided in this embodiment, the metering assembly 200 is driven by the respective drive assembly 100 for translation to move, so that the valve bodies 230 in the metering assembly 200 move to the discharge point for material discharge.
[0053] Furthermore, in a metering machine provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the drive assembly 100 for translation is connected to the rotary drive mechanism 500 in a drive-technical manner, wherein the rotary drive mechanism 500 serves to drive the drive assembly 100 for translation to rotate in order to connect the drive assembly 100 for translation to the metering assembly 200 located at various points on the circumference.
[0054] In some embodiments of the valve body translation assembly, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 14, the drive assembly 100 for translation comprises a first fitting section 110 for a fitted connection with the metering assembly 200 and a first drive mechanism 120 for driving the first fitting section 110 to move it back and forth. As shown in Fig. 2 to 4 and Fig. As shown in Figures 14 to 16, the dosing assembly 200 comprises a first linear guide rail 210 and a connecting rod 220, which are in a sliding connection with each other. The first linear guide rail 210 is mounted on the frame 400, and a second fitting section 240 is provided on the connecting rod 220, which fits with the first fitting section 110. The multiple valve bodies 230 in each dosing assembly 200 are each connected to the connecting rod 220. With the first fitting section 110 and the second fitting section 240 properly connected, the drive assembly 100 for translation can be fitted to the dosing assembly 200, so that the connecting rod 220 can move back and forth along the first linear guide rail 210 under the action of the first drive mechanism 120, thereby moving the valve bodies 230 into or away from the discharge point. The process in which the rotary drive mechanism 500 drives the translational drive assembly 100 to rotate in order to connect the translational drive assembly 100 to the metering assembly 200 located at various points on the circumference can also be understood as follows: Under the driving action of the rotary drive mechanism 500, the translational drive assembly 100 rotates the first fitting section 110 about an axis to enable a fitted connection with the second fitting section 240 in the metering assembly 200, which is located at various points on the circumference. It is easy to understand that the axis of rotation of the first fitting section 110 passes through the center of the circumference on which the metering assemblies 200 are distributed, and the axis of rotation is perpendicular to the plane in which the circumference of the circle on which the metering assemblies 200 are distributed lies.
[0055] Reference to Fig. 9 to 11, in an embodiment provided in the present disclosure, in which each metering assembly 200 is connected to a drive assembly 100 for translation, the connection with the various metering assemblies 200 is made without the need to switch the drive assembly 100 for translation to another metering assembly 200. Therefore, the first fitting section 110 in the drive assembly 100 for translation can be directly in fixed connection with the second fitting section 240 in the metering assembly 200. In one embodiment, the drive assembly 100 for translation can be a threaded spindle-nut mechanism that is directly drive-connected to the metering assembly 200. In this embodiment, the motor that drives the nut in the threaded spindle nut mechanism constitutes the first drive mechanism 120, and the first fitting section 110 is provided on the nut of the threaded spindle nut mechanism. In another embodiment, the drive assembly 100 for translation can also be a linear motor, and the components, such as the stator and cable in the linear motor, can be considered the first drive mechanism 120. The first mating section 110 is provided on the rotor of the linear motor. In the embodiment described above, the structure in which the drive assembly 100 for translation and the metering assembly 200 are connected constitutes the first mating section 110 and the second mating section 240. The shape of the fit is not restricted as long as the mated connection of the first mating section 110 with the second mating section 240 allows for motion transmission between the drive assembly 100 for translation and the metering assembly 200. For example, a threaded fit or a snap-fit connection can be formed between the first mating section 110 and the second mating section 240.
[0056] The valve switch assembly 300 provided in the disclosure is used to open the valve door 231 of the valve 230 at the discharge point when the valve body 230 moves into the discharge point. Thus, the material flows from the discharge opening of the valve body 230 into the container for material collection. Due to the arrangement of the metering assemblies 200 on the circumference, the valve switch assembly 300 is fixed relative to the drive assembly 100 for translation, so that the valve switch assembly 300 can always open the valve door 231 at the respective metering assembly 200 when the drive assembly 100 for translation comes into appropriate contact with the metering assemblies 200 located at different points. Accordingly, the valve switch assembly 300 has the same relative positional relationship to each of the metering assemblies 200 that is appropriately connected to the drive assembly 100 for translation.
[0057] As in Fig. As shown in Figures 18 to 20, the valve switch assembly 300 provided in the disclosure comprises a valve opener 350 for fitting connection with the valve door 231 of the valve body 230, a third drive mechanism 310 for driving the valve opener 350 to fit with the valve door 231 and a fourth drive mechanism 320 for driving the valve opener 350 to move in order to open the valve door 231. Accordingly, the relative positional relationship between the valve switch assembly 300 and the drive assembly 100 for translation should be such that when the drive assembly 100 for translation drives the valve body 230 into the discharge point, the valve opener 350 can, under the action of the third drive mechanism 310, come into alignment with the valve door 231 on the valve body 230 located in the discharge point, and then the valve opener 350 can, under the action of the fourth drive mechanism 320, open the valve door 231.
[0058] For a person skilled in this field, it is not difficult to understand that the dosing process using the dosing machine provided by the above technical solution comprises the following. The translational drive assembly 100 is rotated by the rotary drive mechanism 500, so that the translational drive assembly 100 is connected in a suitable manner to the dosing assembly 200, which is located at various points on the frame 400. Accordingly, the valve switch assembly 300 also rotates together with the translational drive assembly 100 during its rotation. Under the influence of the translational drive assembly 100 on the dosing assembly 200, the valve body 230 on the dosing assembly 200 moves from its starting position to the discharge point.Subsequently, the valve door 231 of the valve body 230 located in the discharge point is opened by the valve switch assembly 300 to enable the material discharge and thus the dosing process.
[0059] In one embodiment of the metering machine provided in this disclosure, as in Fig. 4 and Fig. As shown in Figure 7, the frame 400 is provided with a fixed disk 410, the metering assembly 200 being arranged along the circumference of the fixed disk 410. The rotary drive mechanism 500 comprises a rotary table 520 and a rotary drive 510. The rotary table 520 is rotatably arranged relative to the fixed disk 410. The rotary drive 510 is mounted on the frame 400 or on the fixed disk 410 and is drive-connected to the rotary table 520 to rotate the rotary table 520. The rotary table 520 is rigidly connected to the drive assembly 100 for translation and the valve switch assembly 300. Since, in this embodiment, the fixed disk 410 is mounted on the frame 400, the rotary drive 510 can be mounted either on the fixed disk 410 or on the frame 400. Furthermore, the turntable 520 is located on the inside of the fixed disk 410.The rotary drive 510 can be a servo motor or another existing device that outputs rotary motion.
[0060] In the above embodiment, a fixed disk 410 is provided on the frame 400, and the metering assembly 200 is arranged along the circumference of the fixed disk 410. This simplifies the mounting of the metering assembly 200. It is possible to mount the drive assembly 100 for translation and the valve switch assembly 300 in a fixed position relative to each other by rigidly connecting both the drive assembly 100 for translation and the valve switch assembly 300 to the rotary table 520.For a person skilled in the art in this field, it is not difficult to understand that in some embodiments, even if the valve switch assembly 300 and the drive assembly 100 for translation are not mounted in the same structure, the drive assembly 100 for translation can be mounted in a fixed position relative to the valve switch assembly 300, for example by driving the valve switch assembly 300 and the drive assembly 100 for translation to rotate by different drive elements in order to keep the valve switch assembly 300 and the drive assembly 100 for translation fixed in position relative to each other.
[0061] In a preferred embodiment of the metering machine of the present disclosure, as in Fig. 2 and Fig. 4, Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Figure 7, several valve bodies 230 are arranged along the extension direction of the first linear guide rail 210 on the connecting rod 220, such that the valve body 230 located further along in the direction of movement would pass the position of the valve body 230 located ahead in the direction of movement during the process in which the connecting rod 220 moves along the first linear guide rail 210 to bring the valve bodies 230 to the discharge point. Therefore, the various valve bodies 230 connected to the connecting rod 220 can be brought to the discharge point by controlling the distance by which the connecting rod 220 moves along the extension direction of the first linear guide rail.
[0062] In some embodiments of the metering machine of the present disclosure, as in Fig. As shown in Figures 2 to 4, a second linear guide rail 530 is provided on the rotary table 520. When the first fitting section 110 in the drive assembly 100 for translation is in fitted connection with the second fitting section 240 of one of the metering assemblies 200 under the driving force of the rotary drive 510, the second linear guide rail 530 is docked with the corresponding first linear guide rail 210 of the metering assembly 200, so that the connecting rod 220 in the metering assembly 200 can slide from the first linear guide rail 210 to the second linear guide rail 530 under the driving force of the first drive mechanism 120 in the drive assembly 100 for translation.
[0063] In the technical solution provided by the above embodiment, by providing a second linear guide rail 530 on the rotary table 520, the connecting rod 220 can move towards the second linear guide rail 530, thus extending the distance over which the connecting rod 220 can move. This allows the connecting rod 220 to convey the valve body 230 to the discharge point with sufficient travel, without the need to bend the lower end of the connecting rod 220 towards the discharge point to reduce the distance between the valve body 230 and the discharge point, nor to mount the valve body 230 at the lower end of the bent connecting rod 220. Therefore, the valve body 230 can be transported to the discharge point on the connecting rod 220 even if the travel distance of the connecting rod 220 is small. In this embodiment, the connecting rod 220 can have a straight rod structure, so that the connecting rod 220 has an improved force distribution and the eccentric load on the connecting rod 220 is reduced.
[0064] Of course, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, it is possible not to provide a second linear guide rail 530, as long as the valve body 230 can be moved into the discharge point. For example, the lower end of the connecting rod 220 is bent towards the discharge point, and thus the connecting rod 220 is L-shaped. Several valve bodies 230 are mounted on the end of the connecting rod 220 facing the discharge point such that, when the valve bodies 230 are in their initial position, the distance between the valve body 230 and the discharge point is as small as possible, so that the connecting rod 220 only has to travel a short distance to convey the valve body into the discharge point. Thus, the second linear guide rail 530 on the rotary table 520 can be omitted.
[0065] Furthermore, in some other embodiments, where each metering assembly 200 is connected to a drive assembly 100 for translation, the valve body 230 can be moved into the discharge point while the connecting rod moves along the first linear guide rail 210, provided that the first linear guide rail 210 is sufficiently long. The length of the first linear guide rail 210 can either remain constant or be variable. As in Fig. 12 and Fig. As shown in Figure 13, a telescopic first linear guide rail 210 can be used in the dosing machine where space is limited. When the valve body 230 is in its starting position, the first linear guide rail 210 is in a retracted state (as shown in Figure 13). Fig. 12); when the valve body 230 is used for metering, the first linear guide rail 210 is extended accordingly so that the valve body 230 can be sent to the discharge point on the connecting rod 220 (as shown in Fig. 13 shown), while the corresponding connecting rod 220 moves along the extended first linear guide rail 210.
[0066] In some embodiments of the metering machine provided in the disclosure, the fixed disk 410 is further equipped with a second position sensor, which is uniquely assigned to the second linear guide rail 530. When the second linear guide rail 530 triggers the second position sensor, the second linear guide rail 530 docks with the corresponding first linear guide rail 210. By providing a second position sensor and having the position of the second linear guide rail 530 detected by the second position sensor, it is determined whether the first linear guide rail 210 is docked with the second linear guide rail 530. Since, when the first linear guide rail 210 docks with the second linear guide rail 530, the first fitting section 110 is connected to the second fitting section 240, it can be indirectly determined whether a fitted connection between the first fitting section 110 and the second fitting section 240 has been achieved. In other embodiments, the second position sensor may not detect the position of the second linear guide rail 530. Instead, the rotary drive 510 can be used to control the rotation angle of the rotary table 520. Thus, the second linear guide rail 530 is rotated into the position corresponding to the first linear guide rail 210.
[0067] In a preferred embodiment of the metering machine provided in the disclosure, the direction of a rotational axis about which the first pass section 110 rotates under the influence of the rotary drive mechanism 500 is vertically oriented, and the discharge point of the valve body 230 is located on this rotational axis. The direction of extension of both the first linear guide rail 210 and the second linear guide rail 530 passes through this rotational axis, and the direction of movement of the first fixed section also passes through this rotational axis.
[0068] The disclosure does not specify any particular restrictions regarding the shape of the first fitting section 110 and the second fitting section 240, as long as the first fitting section 110 can engage with the second fitting section 240 on the connecting rod 220 of the valve body 230 when it is in its initial position, as the first fitting section 110 is rotated under the influence of the rotary drive mechanism 500. In some embodiments, the second fitting section 240 is a hook, and the hook has an opening facing the first fitting section 110. The first fitting section 110 is a T-shaped rod, with the larger end of the T-shaped rod being used to engage in the opening and the smaller end of the T-shaped rod protruding from the opening of the hook, so that the T-shaped rod fits into the opening. Furthermore, as in Fig. 3, Fig. 15 and Fig. Figure 16 shows the opening a T-shaped groove of the second fitting section 240, and the first fitting section 110 is a T-shaped rod-shaped structure that is fitted with the T-shaped groove.
[0069] In one embodiment of the metering machine provided in the disclosure, as in Fig. As shown in Figures 1 to 4 and 20, the rotary table 520 is still connected to a liquid receiving box 600. The liquid receiving box 600 is provided with a material waste channel 610 and a liquid receiving groove 620 on both sides of the material waste channel 610. When one of the valve doors 231 in the metering assembly 200 is opened by the valve opener 350, the discharge opening of the valve body 230, whose valve door 231 is opened, is located above the material waste channel 610, and the discharge opening of the valve body 230 in the metering assembly 200, whose valve door 231 is not opened, is located above the liquid receiving groove 620. It should not be difficult for a person skilled in the art to understand that the aforementioned material waste channel 610 is located below the discharge point of the valve body 230. The revelation contains no restriction on the specific structure of the liquid intake box 600.The person skilled in the art can appropriately modify the structure of the rotary table 520 or the liquid receiving box 600 so that, when directly connected to the rotary table 520, the liquid receiving box 600 can be located below the discharge point of the valve body 230. In the embodiment described above, the liquid receiving box 600 is connected to the rotary table 520, and this connection can be either indirect or direct. For example, as shown in... Fig. Figures 1 to 4 and 20 show the liquid receiving box 600 indirectly connected to the rotary table 520 by being connected to the valve switch assembly 300.
[0070] Due to the presence of several valve bodies 230 in the same metering assembly 200, it is possible, according to the disclosure, to continuously use two valve bodies 230 from the same metering assembly 200 for material discharge during the metering process. In this case, during the discharge process of the valve body 230 that has already completed its discharge, the discharge opening of the valve body 230 that has already completed its discharge may still contain material that can fall down during the discharge process of the next valve body 230. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the material from dripping into the receiving container from the preceding valve body 230 that has already completed its discharge by providing a liquid receiving box 600.
[0071] In the metering machine provided in the disclosure, there is no restriction as to whether the drive assembly 100 for translation is also mounted on the frame 400. Since the drive assembly 100 for translation is connected to the rotary drive mechanism 500 for rotation by means of the rotary drive mechanism 500, such that the first fitting section 110 is mate-fit with the second fitting section 240 in the metering assemblies 200, which are distributed at various points around the circumference, the rotary drive mechanism 500, the drive assembly 100 for translation, and the valve switch assembly 300 can also be mounted on a structure that is independent of the frame 400.
[0072] In the metering machine provided in the disclosure, the specific structure of the drive assembly 100 for translation is not restricted, as long as the drive assembly 100 for translation can drive the valve body 230 in the metering assembly 200 to move the valve body to the discharge point. Likewise, in the metering machine provided in the disclosure, the specific structures of the rotary drive mechanism 500, the third drive mechanism 310, the fourth drive mechanism 320, the valve opener 350, the first pass section 110, and the second pass section 240 are not restricted.
[0073] The disclosure also provides some preferred embodiments of the valve body translation assembly and the valve body actuator assembly.
[0074] In some embodiments of the valve body translation assembly, as in Fig. 15 and Fig. As shown in Figure 16, the connecting rod 220 is arranged vertically and has a straight rod shape. The upper end of the connecting rod 220 is slidably connected to the first linear guide rail 210, and the lower end is connected to the multiple valve bodies 230 to reduce the eccentric load on the connecting rod 220. In a preferred embodiment, the upper end of the connecting rod 220 is connected below the first linear guide rail 210, and multiple valve bodies 230 are connected below the connecting rod 220. Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting rod 220 can also have a specially shaped design, and the connecting rod 220 can also be connected to the first linear guide rail 210 and the valve body 230 at other locations.
[0075] In some embodiments of the valve body translation assembly, a sliding block 250 is attached to the upper end of the connecting rod 220 and is slidably connected to the first linear guide rail 210. The valve body translation assembly also includes a first limiting assembly 260, which is attached to the frame 400. The first limiting assembly 260 can be selectively fitted with the sliding block 250 to hold the sliding block 250 in a fixed position relative to the first linear guide rail 210. The phrase "the first limiting assembly 260 can be selectively fitted with the sliding block 250" can be understood to mean that the first limiting assembly 260 is fitted with the sliding block 250 in one state and not fitted with the sliding block 250 in another state, with the first limiting assembly 260 being able to switch between these two states.Specifically, when the valve body 230 is in its initial position in the metering assembly 200, the first limiting assembly 260 is fitted with the sliding block 250 to secure the connecting rod 220 in the metering assembly 200 to the first linear guide rail 210 via the sliding block 250, thereby defining the position of the second fitting section 240. With the position of the second fitting section 240 remaining unchanged, it is possible to connect the first fitting section 110 to the second fitting section 240 during its rotation around the axis.
[0076] Furthermore, the first limiting assembly 260 comprises a second drive mechanism 261 and a first limiting part 262. The second drive mechanism 261 is connected to the first limiting part 262 to drive it. Thus, the first limiting part 262 can be optionally fitted with the sliding block 250. A positioning hole is also provided on the sliding block 250, and the first limiting part 262 is a cylindrical part that can be inserted into the positioning hole and fitted with it. For example, the first limiting part 262 is a positioning pin, and the second drive mechanism 261 is a linear cylinder. The positioning pin is inserted into the corresponding positioning hole on the sliding block 250 by the action of the linear cylinder. The disclosure does not specify any restriction on the insertion direction of the positioning pin.The positioning pin can be inserted either horizontally or vertically.
[0077] In the embodiment described above, the function of the first limiting assembly 260 includes fixing the position of the connecting rod 220 in the metering assembly 200. That is, the first limiting assembly 260 holds the connecting rod 220 in a fixed position relative to the frame 400, thereby fixing the position of the second fitting section 240. Thus, a fit is achieved between the second fitting section 240 and the first fitting section 110, which is undergoing rotation. The method for indirectly achieving the fit between the first limiting assembly 260 and the connecting rod 220 by fitting the first limiting assembly 260 with the sliding block 250 is only one specific embodiment of the embodiments described above. In other embodiments described in this disclosure, the first limiting assembly 260 can also be fitted with other components in the metering assembly 200. As described in Fig. As shown in Figure 1, the first limiting assembly 260 is fitted directly to the connecting rod 220 to determine the position of the connecting rod 220.
[0078] In some embodiments of the valve body translation assembly provided in the disclosure, a second limiting assembly is also included, and the number of the second limiting assembly corresponds to the number of metering assemblies 200, and the second limiting assemblies correspond to the metering assemblies 200 in a one-to-one relationship. The second limiting assembly comprises a second limiting element 420, which is mounted on the frame 400. The second limiting element 420 is optionally located on the path of movement of the connecting rod 220 in order to limit the movement of the connecting rod 220 until it detaches from the first linear guide rail 210. The second limiting element 420 is located at one end of the first linear guide rail 210.This does not mean that the second limiting part 420 is necessarily arranged at both ends of the first linear guide rail 210, but also in the middle position of the first linear guide rail 210, as in . Fig. The second limiting element 420 can be arranged as shown in Figure 8. It can optionally be located on the movement path of the connecting rod 220. This means that the second limiting element 420 is in one state on the movement path of the connecting rod 220 and in another state not on the movement path of the connecting rod 220, with the second limiting element 420 being able to switch between the two states mentioned above. Since, in the actual operation of the metering machine, the valve body 230 is connected to an elastic supply line, providing the second limiting assembly prevents the connecting rod 220 from detaching from the first linear guide rail 210 after failure of the first limiting assembly 260.Likewise, in the above-mentioned embodiment, there are no restrictions regarding the installation position and the specific structure of the second limiting assembly, as long as the above-mentioned function can be achieved.
[0079] Furthermore, in the corresponding embodiment of the dosing machine, a second drive element 130 is connected to the rotary table 520. This second drive element 130, such as a cylinder, hydraulic cylinder, or motor, can drive the second limiting element 420 to move it away from the path of movement of the connecting rod 220. The second drive element 130 can be connected directly or indirectly to the rotary table 520, as long as it can drive the second limiting element 420 corresponding to each dosing assembly 200. For example, the second drive element 130 can be mounted on the second linear guide rail 530 or the translation drive assembly 100 to be indirectly connected to the rotary table 520, as shown in Fig. Figure 8 shows the second drive element 130 being mounted on the drive assembly 100 for translation. Furthermore, the second limiting element 420 can also be connected to a return spring. After the second drive element 130 is separated from the second limiting element 420, the second limiting element 420 is repositioned on the movement path of the connecting rod 220 on the first linear guide rail 210 under the influence of the return spring. In other embodiments, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 8, after the separation of the second drive element 130 from the second limiting element, the second limiting element can also be repositioned on the movement path of the connecting rod 220 on the first linear guide rail 210 under its own gravity. This disclosure does not impose any restrictions regarding the specific structural shape and position of the second limiting element. A person skilled in this field can make adaptive adjustments according to the technical solution disclosed in the embodiment above. For a person skilled in this field, a structure corresponding to the second limiting element can be provided on the metering assembly 200 to limit the movement of the connecting rod 220 through the second limiting element.
[0080] In some embodiments of the valve body translation assembly provided in the present disclosure, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 4, Fig. 15 and Fig. As shown in Figure 16, the lower end of the connecting rod 220 is connected to a valve body assembly 270, which includes a valve body seat 271 and a valve body seat lug 272 connected to the lower end of the connecting rod 220. Several valve bodies 230 are each mounted on the valve body seat 271, and the valve body seat 271 is connected to several groups of the inlet pipe 273 and the return pipe 274. Each group of inlet pipe 273 and return pipe 274 is fluidically connected to one of the valve bodies 230 in a unique manner. The inlet pipe 273 and / or the return pipe 274 is also connected to a valve body seat lug 272, and both the inlet pipe 273 and the return pipe 274 are metallic components.
[0081] In some embodiments of the valve body translation assembly provided in the disclosure, as in Fig. 16 and Fig. As shown in Figure 17, the connecting rod 220 is further provided with position markings 280, the number of which corresponds to the number of valve bodies. In the extension direction of the first linear guide rail 210, the distribution interval between the position markings 280 corresponds to the distribution interval between the valve bodies 230. The drive assembly 100 for translation is connected to a first position sensor for detecting the position marking 280. The first position sensor is connected to the rotary table 520. This connection can be direct or indirect. Since the first position sensor is connected to the rotary table 520 and can rotate with it, it is possible to detect the position marking 280 on different connecting rods 220.In some embodiments, the number of first position sensors can be identical to the number of position markers 280, and the relative positional relationship between the first position sensors and the position marker 280 is configured such that one position marker 280 triggers a first position sensor. In other embodiments, there is only one first position sensor, and during the movement of the connecting rod 220, the position marker 280 sequentially triggers the first position sensor. In the above implementation, the position marker 280 can be a magnetic steel or other components that can be used in combination with sensors.
[0082] The operating principle of the metering machine of the above embodiment is explained as follows: After the first fitting section 110 is connected to the second fitting section 240, the connecting rod 220 moves under the action of the first drive mechanism 120, thereby moving the valve body 230 on the connecting rod 220 into the feed position. When the valve body 230 moves into the feed position, the corresponding position marker 280 triggers the first position sensor. During the further movement of the connecting rod 220, another position marker 280 triggers the first position sensor when another valve body 230 on the connecting rod 220 moves into the discharge position. For someone skilled in the art, it should not be difficult to understand that the above operating principle can always be achieved by modifying the design of the first position sensor and position sensor 280, as long as the number of first position sensors is one or equal to the number of position sensors 280. The above embodiment can be used to determine whether valve body 230 is located at the discharge point and to determine which valve body 230 is located at the discharge point on the connecting rod 220.
[0083] In some embodiments of the valve body translation assembly provided in the disclosure, as in Fig. 4 and Fig. As shown in Figure 14, the first drive mechanism 120 comprises a first motor, a threaded spindle 121 connected to the first motor, and a connecting block 122, which is threaded to the threaded spindle 121. Furthermore, the threaded spindle 121 is fixedly mounted on the rotary table 520. In implementing the above-mentioned technical solution, a person skilled in the art could also adaptively provide a support rod 123 parallel to the threaded spindle 121, as shown in Figure 14. Fig. Figure 14 shows that the connecting block 122 can be slidably connected to the retaining rod 123. Of course, it is also possible in an embodiment to provide that one side of the connecting block 122 is in contact with the rotary table 520 without using a retaining rod 123, so that the connecting block 122 can move along the axial direction of the first fitting section 110 during the rotation of the threaded spindle 121. Those skilled in the art can adaptively adjust the connecting block 122 to the actual situation.
[0084] In the above technical solution, the distance traveled by the first fitting section 110 on the threaded spindle 121 can be controlled by controlling the number of revolutions of the threaded spindle 121, and the number of revolutions of the threaded spindle 121 can thus be determined based on the distance between the valve body 230 and the discharge point. After the first fitting section 110 is connected to the second fitting section 240, the corresponding valve body 230 can move to the discharge point on the connecting rod 220 by controlling the number of revolutions of the threaded spindle 121.
[0085] In one embodiment of the valve body actuator assembly provided in the disclosure, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figures 18 to 20, the fourth drive mechanism 320 comprises several telescopic elements 321 arranged in series in the vertical direction, and the valve opener 350 is arranged on the top or bottom of the telescopic elements 321. In the above technical solution, when several telescopic elements 321 are arranged vertically in series and connected to the valve opener 350, the valve opener 350 can move by different distances in the vertical direction as a different number of telescopic elements 321 extend or retract simultaneously, thereby achieving different openings of the valve door 231.It should not be difficult for the expert in the field to understand that the mounting of the valve opener 350 on the telescopic element 321, which is located at the top or bottom, can always achieve different opening degrees for the valve 231, and only adaptive adjustments need to be made to the structure of the fourth drive mechanism 320.
[0086] Furthermore, the telescopic element 321 is a cylinder, hydraulic cylinder, or linear motor, and the number of telescopic elements 321 corresponds to the number of opening wheels of the valve door 231. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the fourth drive mechanism 320 can also be a threaded spindle and nut mechanism to drive the valve opener 350 by different distances, so that the valve door 231 is in different opening positions.
[0087] Accordingly, in other embodiments of the valve body translation assembly of the present disclosure, the first drive mechanism 120 can also be implemented by a mechanism in which the first fitting section 110 is connected to several telescopic elements 321 arranged in series. By extending or retracting the different number of telescopic elements 321, the first fitting section 110 drives the valve body 230 on the connecting rod 220 by different distances in the direction of the feed position, thereby achieving the transport of different valve bodies 230 on the connecting rod 220 to the discharge point.
[0088] In one embodiment of the valve body actuator assembly provided in the disclosure, as in Fig. 18 and Fig. As shown in Figure 19, the valve opener 350 is connected to one end of the third drive mechanism 310, and the valve opener 350 has a recess 351. The recess 351 is located on a side of the valve opener 350 that faces away from the third drive mechanism 310 in a horizontal direction. The recess 351 serves for a fitted connection with the valve door 231. In detail, as shown in Fig. Figure 5 shows that the connection with the valve door 231 is achieved by the valve door 231 snapping into the recess 351 in the valve opener 350. In other embodiments, the fitted connection of the valve opener 350 with the valve door 231 can also be achieved in a different way. Due to the presence of several valve bodies 230 on the connecting rod 220 and the arrangement of the valve bodies 230 along the first linear guide rail 210, it is difficult to automatically connect the valve door 231 with the valve opener 350 when the valve body 230 reaches the discharge point. Therefore, in the above technical solution, when the valve body 230 moves to the discharge point, the third drive mechanism 310 actuates the valve opener 350 to move the valve opener horizontally. Thus, the connection between the valve opener 350 and the valve door 231 is made at the valve body 230. Interference between the valve opener 350 and the movable valve body 230 is avoided. The valve opener 350 is connected to the valve door 231 via the recess 351, thus facilitating the connection between the valve opener 350 and the valve door 231. Furthermore, the third drive mechanism 310 can be either a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or an electric cylinder.
[0089] In one embodiment of the valve body actuator assembly provided in the disclosure, as in Fig. 18 and Fig. As shown in Figure 19, the fourth drive mechanism 320 and the third drive mechanism 310 are arranged vertically one above the other, and the fourth drive mechanism 320, the third drive mechanism 310, and the valve opener 350 are sequentially connected to one another. A lower mounting plate 362 is arranged below the fourth drive mechanism 320, and the fourth drive mechanism 320 can drive the lower mounting plate 362 to move it vertically. The third drive mechanism 310 is mounted on the lower mounting plate 362. A sliding frame and a sliding plate 370 are attached to the lower mounting plate 362 and are slidably mounted on the sliding frame. The valve opener 350 is attached to the sliding plate 370, and the third drive mechanism 310 is sequentially connected to the sliding plate 370 to drive the sliding plate 370 and the valve opener 350 into a synchronous horizontal movement. The valve switch assembly 300 further comprises a mounting base 390. The upper end of the mounting base 390 is connected to the rotary table 520, and the lower end of the mounting base 390 is provided with an upper mounting plate 361. The fourth drive mechanism 320 is mounted on the upper mounting plate 361, and guide columns 363 are also arranged between the upper mounting plate 361 and the lower mounting plate 362. The upper end of the guide column 363 is slidably connected to the upper mounting plate 361, and the lower end of the guide column 363 is fixedly connected to the lower mounting plate 362.
[0090] Because the third drive mechanism 310 is designed to drive the valve opener 350 in a horizontal direction, its drive shaft can only withstand a smaller force in the vertical direction if the third drive mechanism 310 is designed as a known device such as a pneumatic cylinder, electric cylinder, or hydraulic cylinder. In the above technical solution, forces in the vertical direction are not transmitted to the third drive mechanism 310 during the opening process of the valve door 231 by the valve opener 350. This is achieved by mounting the valve opener 350 on a horizontally sliding plate 370, which is horizontally mounted on the sliding frame, and by connecting the sliding frame to the fourth drive mechanism 320 via the lower mounting plate 362. This extends the service life of the third drive mechanism 310.
[0091] Furthermore, the sliding frame includes, as in Fig. Figure 19 shows two parallel rail plates 380 connected to the underside of the lower mounting plate 362 (the rail plate 380 on one side has been omitted in the drawing), with a sliding groove arranged at the same height on opposite sides of each of the two rail plates 380. The sliding connection of the two rail plates 380 to the two sides of the sliding plate 370 improves the overall strength to withstand greater forces in the vertical direction.
[0092] In one embodiment of the metering machine of the present disclosure, as in Fig. 21 and Fig.As shown in Figure 22, the metering machine further comprises a rinsing device 700, which has a nozzle that is rotatable about an axis. This allows the nozzle to be located below the valve body 230 at various starting positions, thereby rinsing the valve body 230 as it returns from the discharge point to its starting position.
[0093] Accordingly, this disclosure also provides a method for dosing using a dosing machine provided in the embodiments described above. The method comprises: S1: Determining the position of the valve body 230 containing the required materials. The position of the valve body 230 includes the dosing assembly 200 in which the valve body 230 is located, the positioning position of the dosing assembly 200 on its circumference, and the position of the valve body 230 within the dosing assembly 200. S2: Controlling the rotary drive mechanism 500 to rotate the translational drive assembly 100 and the valve switch assembly 300 synchronously, so that the first mating section 110 of the translational drive assembly 100 is mated with the second mating section 240 of the metering assembly 200, which is determined in step S1. The rotation of the translational drive assembly 100 relative to the first mating section 110 and the second mating section 240 can be achieved as follows. Depending on the different positions of the metering assembly 200 on the circumference, the translational drive assembly 100 is rotated by a predetermined angle relative to the first mating section 110 by controlling the rotary drive mechanism 500, so that the first mating section 110 and the second mating section 240 can be mated.Alternatively, during the rotation of the translation drive assembly 100 by the rotary drive mechanism 500, the position of the second linear guide rail 530 can be detected by a second position sensor. When the second linear guide rail 530 triggers the second position sensor, the translation drive assembly 100 is controlled to stop rotating, causing the first linear guide rail 210 to dock with the second linear guide rail 530. Accordingly, the first fitting section 110 is connected to the corresponding second fitting section 240. S3: Moving the connecting rod 220 by a predetermined distance by actuating the first fitting section 110 using the first drive mechanism 120, so that the valve body 230 determined in step S1 moves along the first linear guide rail 210 into the position corresponding to the valve opener 350. The threaded spindle-nut mechanism can be used as the first drive mechanism 120, and the intended valve body 230 can be moved into the discharge position by controlling the number of revolutions of the threaded spindle. Alternatively, this can be achieved by providing several telescopic elements arranged in series. By retracting a different number of telescopic elements, the intended valve body 230 can be moved into the discharge position. S4: Controlling the third drive mechanism 310 to move it horizontally. Thus, the valve opener 350 is connected to the valve door 231 of the valve body 230 provided in step S1. S5: Moving the valve opener 350 upwards by controlling the fourth drive mechanism 320, such that the valve door 231 has different opening degrees via the valve opener 350, and the material flows from the discharge opening of the valve body 230 at different flow rates. Several telescopic elements 321 arranged in series can be used as the fourth drive mechanism 320, and the valve 231 can be opened to different degrees by simultaneously retracting different numbers of telescopic elements 321. This can also be achieved by using a threaded spindle-nut mechanism as the fourth drive mechanism 320, which, through different rotations of the threaded spindle, brings the valve door 231 to different opening degrees.
[0094] Furthermore, in some dosing processes, the first fitting section 110 moves the connecting rod 220 into its starting position under the influence of the first drive mechanism 120, after the valve body 230 has been used in a dosing assembly 200. The rinsing device 700 then cleans the used dosing assembly 200. Simultaneously, the rotary drive mechanism 500, the drive assembly 100 for translation, and the dosing assembly 200 are controlled for dosing. Specifically, the following steps are also included based on the aforementioned dosing process: S6: After completion of step S5 described above, the telescopic element 321 and the third drive mechanism 310 are moved in a path and sequence opposite to that of the dispensing process, thereby closing the valve door 231 of the valve body 230 and separating the valve opener 350 from the valve door 231. Subsequently, the first fitting section 110 in the drive assembly 100 is moved backward for translation, thereby returning the valve body 230 to its initial position in the corresponding dispensing assembly 200. S7: Perform the dosing process according to steps S1 to S6, selecting a different valve body 230 based on the different material required. Simultaneously, the valve body 230 is cleaned using the rinsing device 700 and returns to its initial position in step S6.
