system, and the
tail end of the gas guide
pipe is inserted into an inverted gas collection bottle opening; s3, the engine runs, when the engine runs to a preset working condition, the gas guide
pipe starts to convey gas into the gas collection bottle, the initial detection time is recorded, and the engine continues to run; s4, when the volume of the gas collected in the gas collection bottle reaches a preset proportion of the volume of the gas collection bottle, taking out the gas guide pipe from a gas collection bottle opening, recording detection termination time, keeping the gas collection bottle in an inverted state in the
water storage container, tightening a
bottle cap, taking out the gas collection bottle from the
water storage container, and measuring the volume of the collected gas; and S5, according to the gas volume and the detection time, the external gas
inlet flow of the cooling
system is calculated. The device has the advantages of conveniently and accurately quantifying the entering flow of external gas and the like.
