Like or similar reference numerals in the drawings and description have been used to refer to like or similar parts of the present disclosure. As used herein, terms "first," "second," "third," and the like may be used interchangeably to distinguish one component from another. However, such terms are not intended to represent the position or importance of any individual component.

[0020] As in Fig. 1 to 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a double lifting mechanism of a treadmill which is arranged below a treadmill body 1 and which comprises a first lifting mechanism 2 arranged at a front side of the treadmill body 1 and a second lifting mechanism 3 arranged at a rear side of the treadmill body 1, wherein both the first lifting mechanism 2 and the second lifting mechanism 3 can perform an inclination adjustment of the running platform of the treadmill independently of each other.

[0021] The first lifting mechanism 2 comprises two support rods 21 of the same shape and size, wherein first ends of the two support rods 21 are each pivotally connected to a lower part of the treadmill body 1, wherein second ends of the two support rods 21 are each used for contact with the ground. A connecting frame 22 is provided between the two support rods 21, wherein the connecting frame 22 is fixedly connected to the support rods 21 on both sides, such that the connecting frame 22 drives the two support rods 21 for synchronous movement. The first lifting mechanism 2 further comprises a telescopic drive 23, wherein a first end of the telescopic drive 23 is fixedly mounted to the treadmill body 1 and a second end of the telescopic drive is rotatably connected to the connecting frame 22.The second end of the telescopic drive 23 drives the connecting frame 22 such that the support rod 21 can be rotated about a pivot point of the first end of the support rod 21.

[0022] In some embodiments, the telescopic drive 23 includes a motor and a lead screw mechanism connected to an output of the motor, the motor driving the lead screw mechanism to extend or contract to adjust an angle between the support rod 21 and the ground, thereby adjusting the height of a front end of the walking platform of the treadmill to the ground and enabling adjustment of the inclination of the walking platform of the treadmill.

[0023] In some embodiments, a roller 24 is mounted on the second end of the support rod 21. When the support rod 21 rotates about the pivot point of the first end, the roller 24 creates rolling friction between the second end of the support rod 21 and the ground, thereby facilitating tilt adjustment.

[0024] The second lifting mechanism 3 comprises two adjustment blocks 31, each of which is pivotally connected to the treadmill body 1. When the two adjustment blocks 31 are mounted on the lower part of the treadmill body 1, the rotating shafts of the two adjustment blocks 31 lie on an identical straight line. Thus, the rear end of the treadmill body 1 is supported at the same height by the two adjustment blocks 31. A first support surface 315 and a second support surface 316 are provided on the edge of the adjustment block 31, each of which is distributed with different radii around the pivot point, so that when different support surfaces come into contact with the ground, the height of a rear end of the treadmill platform relative to the ground is different. This enables adjustment of the angle of inclination of the treadmill platform.

[0025] In some embodiments, a plurality of non-slip strips are provided on the support surface of the adjustment block 31 to increase the friction force between the support surface of the adjustment block 31 and the floor.

[0026] In some embodiments, the overall shape of the adjustment block 31 is triangular, with the first support surface 315 and the second support surface 316 each located at two vertices of the adjustment block 31, so that a triangle with three unequal sides is formed by the axis center of the first through-hole 313, the center point of the first support surface 315 and the center point of the second support surface 316.

[0027] In some embodiments, the overall shape of the adjustment block 31 is a right-angled triangle, with the first support surface 315 located at the right angle. When the first support surface 315 is in contact with the ground for support, a hypotenuse of the adjustment block 31 opposite the first support surface 315 abuts a lower surface of the treadmill body 1. When the second support surface 316 is in contact with the ground for support, a right-angled side of the adjustment block 31 opposite the second support surface 316 abuts the lower surface of the treadmill body 1. This improves the stability of the support provided by the adjustment block 31.

[0028] In some embodiments, a first groove 311 is provided on a first side of the adjustment block 31, wherein a pivot block 312 is provided within the first groove 311, wherein a first through-hole 313 is provided on the pivot block 312. The second lifting mechanism 3 further comprises a connecting piece 32 and a rotating shaft 33, wherein the connecting piece 32 is a U-shaped plate with a third groove 321 in the center, wherein a second through-hole 322 is provided at a first end of the connecting piece 32. During assembly, the rotary block 312 is placed in the third groove 321 of the connecting piece 32, wherein the first through hole 313 and the second through hole 322 are opposite to each other, wherein the rotary shaft 33 is guided through the first through hole 313 and the second through hole 322 in order to realize an articulated connection between the adjustment block 31 and the connecting piece 32.A second end of the connecting piece 32 is fixedly connected to the treadmill body 1 to realize a hinged connection between the adjustment block 31 and the treadmill body 1. The size of the connecting piece 32 is adjusted so that when the second support surface 316 contacts the ground, a bottom plate of the second end of the connecting piece 32 lies within the first groove 311, which facilitates stable contact of a rectangular side of the adjustment block 31, which is opposite to the second support surface 316, with the lower surface of the treadmill body 1.

[0029] In some embodiments, the bottom plate of the second end of the connecting piece 32 is connected to the treadmill body 1 by welding, screwing or gluing.

[0030] In some embodiments, the second lifting mechanism 3 further comprises a limit rod 34, wherein the limit rod 34 is fixedly connected to the lower part of the treadmill body 1. A second groove 314 is provided on each of the two adjustment blocks 31, wherein the second grooves 314 of the two adjustment blocks 31 are opposite one another, so that when the adjustment block 31 rotates until the second support surface 316 is in contact with the ground for support, the two ends of the limit rod 34 are each located in the two second grooves 314, thereby limiting further rotation of the adjustment block 31 in the direction of the limit rod 34. When the adjustment block 31 rotates until the first support surface 315 is in contact with the ground for support, a surface of the adjustment block 31 that is opposite the first support surface 315 rests against the lower surface of the treadmill body 1.

[0031] In Fig. Figures 5 to 8 show some incline states of the treadmill. Fig. Figure 5 shows a first state for inclination adjustment of the treadmill, with the second support surface 316 of the adjustment block 31 in contact with the ground and the first lifting mechanism 2 in an initial state. At this time, the running platform is in a horizontal state. Fig. 6 shows a second state for adjusting the inclination of the treadmill. Based on the first state, the adjustment block 31 is rotated counterclockwise so that the first support surface 315 rests against the ground, with the first lifting mechanism 2 in the initial state. Since the distance between the first support surface 315 and the rotating shaft 33 is smaller than the distance between the second support surface 316 and the rotating shaft 33, rotating the adjustment block 31 to this position reduces the support height of the rear end of the treadmill body 1. Fig. 7 shows that, based on the first state, the adjustment block 31 is in contact with the ground with the second support surface 316, and the support rod 21, driven by the telescopic drive 23, increases an angle between the support rod 21 and the ground, so that the support height of the front end of the treadmill body 1 is increased. Fig. 8 shows that, based on the second state, the adjustment block 31 is in contact with the ground with the first support surface 315, and the support rod 21, driven by the telescopic drive 23, increases an angle between the support rod 21 and the ground, so that the support height of the front end of the treadmill body 1 is increased, thereby further increasing the degree of inclination between the running platform and the ground based on the second state.

[0032] From the above description, it is apparent that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects: 1. A lifting mechanism is provided at each end of the lower part of the treadmill body, whereby both the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism can independently adjust the inclination of the running platform of the treadmill. 2. The adjustment block of the second lifting mechanism is provided with at least two support surfaces, each of the support surfaces having a different distance from the rotating shaft, thereby enabling adjustment with different support heights. 3. A limit rod is mounted on a lower part of a body of the second lifting mechanism, wherein a second groove is provided on the adjustment block, wherein, when the second support surface is in contact with the ground, the rod body part of the limit rod lies in the second groove to limit further rotation of the adjustment block to the side of the limit rod. 4. Anti-slip strips are provided on each support surface of the adjustment block to improve the support stability of the adjustment block in the current support position.

[0033] Compared with the prior art, the treadmill with a double lifting mechanism according to the present invention has a variety of incline adjustment gears to suit different exercise needs of users.

[0034] The above illustrates only a few embodiments of the present invention, which are not intended to limit the present invention. Various modifications and alterations of the present invention are possible for those skilled in the art. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc., made within the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
