Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present application relates to the technical field of batteries, for example a top cover assembly and a battery. STATE OF THE ART A battery generally consists of a cell, a tray, and a top cover assembly. The top cover assembly covers the tray and forms a protective shell with the tray, and the battery cell is housed in the protective shell. The top cover assembly is usually equipped with a positive and negative electrode terminal to guide the positive and negative electrodes of the cell out of the protective shell. In related technologies, the terminal usually adopts a cylindrical structure to simplify the manufacturing and installation process of the terminal. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The cylindrical structure of the pole results in poor torsional strength of the pole, which affects the mechanical properties of the top cover assembly. The present application provides a top cover assembly. The top cover assembly comprises: a cover plate having a first surface and a second surface opposite one another, wherein a first through-hole is formed in the cover plate, the first through-hole extending from the first surface to the second surface;a pole extending through the first through-hole and insulatively connected to the cover plate, the pole comprising a first connecting portion extending through the first through-hole, the orthogonal projection of the first connecting portion in a direction pointing from the second surface to the first surface forming a first contour extending along a first direction and having a first maximum length in the first direction, the first maximum length being L1, the first contour having a first maximum width in a second direction, and the first maximum width being L2, the ratio of the first maximum length to the first maximum width satisfying the relationship: 2≤L1 / L2≤3; the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction; The present application further provides a battery. The battery comprises: a tray forming a receiving cavity; the above top cover assembly, the cover plate of which is connected to the tray; a cell located in the receiving cavity, the cell being electrically connected to the terminal in the top cover assembly. Beneficial effects: The top cover assembly includes a cover plate and a pole. The cover plate has a first surface and a second surface that are opposite one another. A first through-hole is formed in the cover plate. The first through-hole extends from the first surface to the second surface. The pole extends through the first through-hole and is insulatedly connected to the cover plate, the pole comprising a first connecting portion extending through the first through-hole, the orthogonal projection of the first connecting portion in a direction pointing from the second surface to the first surface forming a first contour extending along a first direction and having a first maximum length in the first direction, the first maximum length being L1, the first contour having a first maximum width in a second direction and the first maximum width being L2, the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction.By setting the ratio of the first maximum length to the first maximum width to 2≤L1 / L2≤3, the pole has good torsional strength and can avoid the excessive ratio that causes the tensile performance of the pole to decrease, thereby improving the overall mechanical properties of the top cover assembly. The battery provided in the present application uses the above-mentioned top cover assembly, and the cover plate of the top cover assembly is connected to the tray, and the terminal of the top cover assembly is electrically connected to the cell. In the top cover assembly, by setting the ratio of the first maximum length of the first connecting part of the terminal to the first maximum width of the terminal to 2≤L1 / L2≤3, the terminal 120 has good torsional strength while preventing the ratio from being too large and thereby reducing the tensile strength of the terminal 120, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the battery as a whole and thus increasing the stability of the battery during use. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second," which have no particular meaning, are used merely to achieve a distinction in the description. The embodiment of the application provides a top cover assembly as shown in Figs. 1 to 3, wherein the top cover assembly 100 includes a cover plate 110. The cover plate 110 has a first surface 111 and a second surface 112 that are opposite one another. A first through-hole 113 is formed in the cover plate 110, the first through-hole 113 extending from the first surface 111 to the second surface 112. That is, the first through-hole 113 penetrates the cover plate 110 along the thickness direction of the cover plate 110, so that when the cover plate 110 is installed in the battery 10, the cell 300 located within the battery 10 is configured to be electrically connected to an external circuit through the cover plate 110. The top cover assembly 100 includes a terminal 120. The terminal 120 extends through the first through-hole 113 and is insulatedly connected to the cover plate 110. The terminal 120 is used for electrical connection to the cell 300 in the battery 10 to establish the connection between the cell 300 and the external circuit. The terminal 120 has a first connecting portion 121 that penetrates through the first through-hole 113, wherein the orthogonal projection of the first connecting portion 121 in a direction pointing from the second surface 112 to the first surface 111 forms a first contour, i.e.The first connecting portion 121 is a part of the pole 120 that passes through the first through-hole 113 on the cover plate 110. The side walls of the first connecting portion 121 and the first through-hole 113 are connected in an insulated manner to realize the insulated connection between the pole 120 and the cover plate 110. The first contour is the surface formed by the orthogonal projection of the first connecting portion 121 in the thickness direction of the cover plate 110. As shown in Fig. 5, the first contour extends along the first direction X, the first contour has the first maximum length in the first direction X, the first maximum length is L1, the first contour has the first maximum width in the second direction Y, the first maximum width is L2 and the ratio of the first maximum length to the first maximum width satisfies the relationship: 2≤L1 / L2≤3, and the first direction X is perpendicular to the second direction Y It should be noted that the first direction X refers to the direction of the line of the two farthest points on the first contour, that is, the first contour can be regarded as running along the first direction X, and the length of the line connecting the two points is the first maximum length of the first contour in the first direction X. Accordingly, the second direction Y perpendicular to the first direction X is the width direction of the first contour, and the maximum width of the first contour in the second direction Y is the first maximum width. The ratio of the first maximum length L1 to the first maximum width L2 is directly related to the shape of the first contour. For example, if the first contour is circular, the first maximum length is equal to the first maximum width. If the ratio of the first maximum length L1 to the first maximum width L2 is smaller, this means that the first contour approaches a circle and the pole 120 is approximately cylindrical, which leads to poor torsional strength of the pole 120. If the ratio of the first maximum length L1 to the first maximum width L2 is larger, the first contour will be approximately rectangular, and the pole 120 will be approximately strip-shaped, which will lead to poor tensile strength of the pole 120.By setting the ratio of the first maximum length L1 to the first maximum width L2 to 2≤L1 / L2≤3, the pole 120 can meet the tensile strength requirements while having good torsional strength, thereby improving the overall mechanical properties of the top cover assembly 100. It should be noted that since the first connecting portion 121 penetrates into the first through-hole 113 to ensure the connection stability of the pole 120 and the cover plate 110, the shape of the first through-hole 113 and the shape of the first connecting portion 121 are adaptable to each other, that is, the contour shape formed by the orthographic projection of the first through-hole 113 in the direction to be pointed from the second surface 112 to the first surface 111 corresponds to the shape of the first contour, and the contour area corresponding to the first through-hole 113 is slightly larger than the surface area formed by the first contour to ensure the smooth assembly of the pole 120 and the cover plate 110. The pole 120 may be in a regular shape, such as an elliptical cylindrical or waist-shaped shape, or another irregular special shape, as long as the pole 120 has good torsional and tensile properties and there is no particular restriction here. The top cover assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the application includes a cover plate 110 and a pole 120. The cover plate 110 has a first surface 111 and a second surface 112 that are opposite one another. A first through-hole 113 is formed in the cover plate 110. The first through-hole 113 extends from the first surface 111 to the second surface 112.The pole 120 extends through the first through-hole 113 and is insulatedly connected to the cover plate 110, the pole 120 comprising a first connecting portion 121 which extends through the first through-hole 113, the orthogonal projection of the first connecting portion 121 in a direction pointing from the second surface 112 to the first surface 111 forming a first contour which extends along a first direction X and has a first maximum length in the first direction X, the first maximum length being L1, the first contour having a first maximum width in a second direction Y and the first maximum width being L2, the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction.By setting the ratio of the first maximum length to the first maximum width to 2≤L1 / L2≤3 at the time of application, the pole 120 has good torsional strength and can avoid the excessive ratio that causes the tensile performance of the pole 120 to decrease, thereby improving the overall mechanical properties of the top cover assembly 100. Furthermore, setting the ratio of the first maximum length to the first maximum width to 2≤L1 / L2≤3 also contributes to improving the welding effect between the pole 120 and the external circuit, such as a bar or a busbar, to realize the connection between the pole 120 and the external circuit. In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, the pole 120 further comprises a second connection portion 122 arranged outside the first through-hole 113, the second connection portion 122 being electrically connected to the first connection portion 121, the orthogonal projection of the second connection portion 122 in the direction pointing from the second surface 112 to the first surface 111 covering the orthogonal projection of the first connection portion 121 in the direction pointing from the second surface 112 to the first surface 111, the orthogonal projection of the second connection portion 122 in the direction pointing from the second surface 112 to the first surface 111 forming a second contour. That is, the second contour encloses the first contour from the outside, and the cross-sectional area of the second connecting portion 122 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the first connecting portion 121, so that when the terminal 120 is assembled with the cover plate 110, the second connecting portion 122 is located outside the first through-hole 113 and then plays a certain positioning role in the installation position of the terminal 120; Moreover, setting the cross-sectional area of the second connecting portion 122 to an amount larger than the cross-sectional area of the first connecting portion 121 also contributes to increasing the effective connection area of the terminal 120, thereby contributing to the electrical connection design of the terminal 120 and the cell 300 in the battery 10. Here, as shown in Fig. 5, the second contour extends along the first direction X, that is, the trend of the second contour is consistent with the trend of the first contour. The second contour has a second maximum length in the first direction X, the second maximum length is L3, the second contour has a second maximum width in the second direction Y, the second maximum width is L4, and the ratio of the second maximum length to the second maximum width corresponds to the relationship: 2≤L3 / L4≤3, that is, the second connecting portion 122 and the first connecting portion 121 are structures of the same shape to facilitate the integrated structural design of the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 122. It should be noted that the top cover assembly 100 includes a connector 170 used for electrical connection with the second connecting portion 122 and for electrical connection with the cell 300 in the battery 10. The connector 170 is located on the second surface 112 of the cover plate 110. A fourth through-hole 171 suitable for the second connecting portion 122 is formed in the connector 170. The second connecting portion 122 passes through the through-hole on the connector 170 and is electrically connected to the connector 170. By setting the ratio of the second maximum length L3 to the second maximum width L4 to 2≤L3 / L4≤3, the tensile strength requirement can be met while ensuring that the second connecting portion 122 has good torsional strength. This improves the overall mechanical properties of the top cover assembly 100; Moreover, by setting the ratio of the second maximum length L3 to the second maximum width L4 to 2≤L3 / L4≤3, the welding effect between the terminal 120 and the connector 170 and the cell 300 in the battery 10 is also improved to realize the connection between the terminal 120 and the internal circuit. In some embodiments, the ratio of the first maximum length to the first maximum width and the ratio of the second maximum length to the second maximum width are the same, that is, the first contour and the second contour are concentrically arranged in the same ratio, that is, the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 122 are concentrically arranged in the same ratio to facilitate the integrated design of the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 122; Moreover, the electrical connection structure of the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 122, respectively, contributes to improving the uniformity of the force between the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 122 and thus improving the overall mechanical properties of the top cover assembly 100. In other embodiments, the distance between the two opposite sides of the first contour in the first direction X and the corresponding second contour is the same, i.e., in the first direction X, the width of the part of the second connecting portion 122 protruding from the side of the first connecting portion 121 is the same everywhere, i.e., the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 122 are arranged concentrically in the first direction X, and the first connecting portion 121 is located in the central region of the second connecting portion 122, thereby contributing to improving the aesthetics of the pole 120. It also assists in the assembly of the pole 120 and the cover plate 110. In some other embodiments, the distance between the two opposite sides of the first contour in the second direction Y and the corresponding second contour is the same, i.e., in the second direction Y, the width of the part of the second connecting portion 122 protruding from the side of the first connecting portion 121 is the same everywhere, i.e., the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 122 are arranged concentrically in the second direction Y, and the first connecting portion 121 is located in the central region of the second connecting portion 122, thereby contributing to improving the aesthetics of the pole 120. It also assists in the assembly of the pole 120 and the cover plate 110. In some embodiments, as shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the top cover assembly 100 includes a first insulator 130, the first insulator 130 is positioned on the second surface 112 of the cover plate 110, a second through-hole 131 is formed in the position corresponding to the first through-hole 113 on the first insulator 130, the pole 120 passes through the second through-hole 131 and the first through-hole 113 and is insulatedly connected to the cover plate 110 by the first insulator 130. That is, the first insulator 130 is used to separate the pole 120 from the cover plate 110 to avoid a short circuit between the pole 120 and the cover plate 110, and similarly, the second through-hole 131 on the first insulator 130 is matched to the pole 120, that is, the contour of the second through-hole 131 matches the contour of the pole 120. As shown in Fig. 4, the second through-hole 131 forms a first opening 132 on a side of the first insulator 130 facing the cover plate 110. The second through-hole 131 forms a second opening 133 on a side of the first insulator 130 facing away from the cover plate 110. The opening area of the first opening 132 is larger than the opening area of the second opening 133.That is, the second through-hole 131 is a non-uniform hole, and the side wall of the second through-hole 131 does not extend in the direction parallel to the axis of the second through-hole 131, and this arrangement causes the side wall of the second through-hole 131 to increase relative to the side wall of the vertical through-hole, and when leakage current occurs at the first insulator 130 during use of the top cover assembly 100, the creepage distance along the side wall of the second through-hole 131 can be increased to improve the electrical performance of the top cover assembly 100. It should be noted that the top cover assembly 100 further includes a gasket 160, and the gasket 160 is slid onto the pole 120, and serves to realize the sealing insulation between the pole 120 and the cover plate 110. When assembling the top cover assembly 100, the gasket 160 is slid onto the pole 120, and then the pole 120 passes through the second through hole 131 and the first through hole 113 in sequence, and the gasket 160 can abut against the side wall of the pole 120, the cover plate 110, and the second through hole 131 simultaneously under the action of the compressive force, so that the sealing insulation between the pole 120 and the cover plate 110 is realized. In some embodiments, in a direction pointing from the second opening 133 toward the first opening 132, the sidewall of the second through-hole 131 is at least partially inclined away from the axis of the second through-hole 131 to form an inclined surface 134, i.e., in the direction pointing from the second opening 133 toward the first opening 132, the sidewall of at least a portion of the second through-hole 131 tends to expand such that the effective length of the sidewall of the second through-hole 131 is increased, thereby increasing the creepage distance of the top cover assembly 100 during use. Improved electrical performance of the top cover assembly 100. Wherein the angle between the inclined surface 134 and the axis of the second through-hole 131 is greater than or equal to 45°, i.e.the expansion angle of the inclined surface 134 is greater than or equal to 45° to ensure that the creepage distance of the top cover assembly 100 can be effectively increased during use. In other embodiments, in the direction pointing from the second opening 133 to the first opening 132, the sidewalls of the second through-hole 131 are at least partially bent away from the axis of the second through-hole 131 to form a curved surface, that is, in the direction pointing from the second opening 133 to the first opening 132, the sidewalls of at least a portion of the second through-hole 131 are shaped to be rounded, and this method can also result in the sidewalls of at least a portion of the second through-hole 131 having a widening tendency, so that the effective length of the sidewalls of the second through-hole 131 is increased. This increases the creepage distance of the top cover assembly 100 during use and improves the electrical performance of the top cover assembly 100. In another embodiment, a limiting portion 135 is protrudingly disposed on a side of the first insulator 130 facing the cover plate 110. A limiting groove 115 is formed on a side of the cover plate 110 facing the first insulator 130, and the limiting portion 135 is configured to be inserted into the limiting groove 115 to realize the positioning or assembly of the first insulator 130 and the cover plate 110. At the same time, the mutual cooperation of the limiting portion 135 and the limiting groove 115 can also improve the torsional resistance between the first insulator 130 and the cover plate 110, thereby improving the overall mechanical properties of the top cover assembly 100. In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, the top cover assembly 100 further includes a second insulator 140 and a connection terminal 150, and the second insulator 140 and the connection terminal 150 are arranged sequentially away from the first surface 111; The location on the second insulator 140 corresponding to the first through-hole 113 is provided with a third through-hole 141, and the pole 120 passes through the first through-hole 113 and the third through-hole 141 and is electrically connected to the connection terminal 150.That is, the connecting terminal 150 is used for electrical connection with the external circuit to realize the electrical connection between the cell 300 located in the battery 10 and the external circuit, and the second insulator 140 is used to separate the connecting terminal 150 from the cover plate 110 to avoid a short circuit between the connecting terminal 150 and the cover plate 110, so as to realize the insulated connection between the pole 120 and the cover plate 110. As shown in Fig. 6, a groove 142 is formed in a side of the second insulator 140 facing the connection terminal 150. The groove 142 is connected to the third through-hole 141, and a groove 142 is formed in the second insulator 140 so that when the connection terminal 150 is welded to the pole 120, the gas and smoke generated during the welding process can be discharged along the groove 142 in a timely manner, thereby contributing to improving the welding effect between the connection terminal 150 and the pole 120 and thus increasing the overall electrical performance of the top cover assembly 100. It should be noted that the shape of the groove 142 in the embodiment of the present application may be I-shaped, cross-shaped, or Z-shaped, and its specific shape can be selected and adjusted according to actual design requirements, and no particular limitations are imposed here. The side of the connection terminal 150 facing the second insulator 140 and the side facing away from the second insulator 140 can be formed the same, that is, the connection terminal 150 does not distinguish between the front and the back, so that the connection terminal 150 has an error-preventing effect, and the front and back do not need to be distinguished in the manufacturing and assembly process of the top cover assembly 100, thereby contributing to improving the production and assembly efficiency of the top cover assembly 100. In some embodiments, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 6, a mounting groove 114 is formed in the first surface 111, in which at least a portion of the second insulator 140 is disposed, wherein a notch 143 is formed on a side of the second insulator 140 facing the cover plate 110, and the sidewall of the notch 143 at least partially abuts the sidewall of the mounting groove 114. That is, the corresponding position of the notch 143 on the second insulator 140 and the mounting groove 114 on the first surface 111 of the cover plate 110 forms an error-preventing structure to facilitate the rapid assembly of the second insulator 140 and the cover plate 110, thereby improving the overall assembly efficiency of the top cover assembly 100. The notch 143 on the second insulator 140 can be arranged at one of the corners of the second insulator 140 or at two corners in an obliquely opposite direction, and the mounting groove 114 on the first surface 111 of the cover plate 110 is formed accordingly. The contour shape of the notch 143 can be triangular or other regular or irregular shapes, and the corresponding position of the mounting groove 114 is adapted, and no particular restriction is imposed here. Furthermore, the embodiment of the present application provides a battery including a top cover assembly, and the specific structure of the top cover assembly can be understood from the relevant descriptions of the above embodiments. Since the battery adopts all the technical solutions of all the above embodiments, it has at least all the advantageous effects brought about by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, and repetition is omitted herein. As shown in Fig. 7, the battery 10 includes a tray 200, a top cover assembly 100, and a cell 300. The tray 200 forms a receiving cavity 210, the cover plate 110 of the top cover assembly 100 is connected to the tray 200, the cell 300 is located in the receiving cavity 210, and the cell 300 is electrically connected to the terminal 120 in the top cover assembly 100 to facilitate the electrical connection design of the cell 300 and the external circuit. The cell 300 includes a first electrode and a second electrode. Two poles 120 may be arranged simultaneously on the cover plate 110 of the top cover assembly 100, and the first electrode and the second electrode of the cell 300 are electrically connected to the two poles 120.
