Abstract
Claims
[1] Distribution structure (30) for a heat exchanger (20), comprising: an inlet pipe (31) which is divided into a supply section (311) and an extension section (312) connected to this supply section (311); at least two distribution pipes (32) which are connected to the inlet pipe (31) and are arranged at a distance from one another along the supply section (311) of the inlet pipe (31), wherein the at least two distribution pipes (32) are connected to the heat exchanger (20); and at least one return pipe (33) connected at both ends to the inlet pipe (31), wherein one side of the at least one return pipe (33) is connected to the supply section (311) of the inlet pipe (31) and lies between the at least two distribution pipes (32), while the other end is connected to the extension section (312) of the inlet pipe (31). [2] Distribution structure (30) for a heat exchanger (20) according to claim 1, wherein the number of the at least one return pipe (33) is N and the number of the at least two distribution pipes (32) is N+1, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and the at least one return pipe (33) is arranged with one end at the supply section (311) of the inlet pipe (31) between the at least two distribution pipes (32). [3] Distribution structure (30) for a heat exchanger (20) according to one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the inlet pipe (31) has a first straight pipe section (315), a curved section (316) adjoining this first straight pipe section (315) and a second straight pipe section (317) connected to the curved section (316), wherein the first straight pipe section (315) forms the supply section (311) of the inlet pipe (31) and the curved section (316) and the second straight pipe section (317) form the extension section (312). [4] Distribution structure (30) for a heat exchanger (20) according to claim 3, wherein the first straight tube section (315) and the second straight tube section (317) are arranged parallel to each other. [5] Distribution structure (30) for a heat exchanger (20) according to claim 4, wherein the first straight tube section (315) and the second straight tube section (317) are arranged horizontally. [6] Distribution structure (30) for a heat exchanger (20) according to one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the at least one return pipe (33) is connected to one end of the extension section (312) of the inlet pipe (31), but not to the closed end section (318) of the extension section (312), which is closed and forms the end of the inlet pipe (31). [7] Distribution structure (30) for a heat exchanger (20) according to one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the at least two distribution pipes (32) run perpendicular to the inlet pipe (31) and are arranged uniformly along the supply section (311) of the inlet pipe (31). [8] Distribution structure (30) for a heat exchanger (20) according to claim 7, wherein the at least one return pipe (33) is connected to the supply section (311) such that the distance to the nearest of the at least two distribution pipes (32) is the same. [9] Distribution structure (30) for a heat exchanger (20) according to claim 8, wherein the inlet pipe (31) has a first straight pipe section (315), a curved section (316) adjoining this first straight pipe section (315) and a second straight pipe section (317) connected to the curved section (316), wherein the first straight pipe section (315) forms the supply section (311) and the curved section (316) and the second straight pipe section (317) form the extension section (312) of the inlet pipe (31). [10] Distribution structure (30) for a heat exchanger (20) according to claim 9, wherein the at least one return pipe (33) is connected to one end of the extension section (312) of the inlet pipe (31), but not to the end section (318) of the extension section (312), which is closed.
