Description

[0001] The invention relates to a massage device.

[0002] Massage devices for treating various muscle groups are known from the prior art. Such massage devices can be used by a therapist as an aid to increase the effectiveness of the massage. Massage devices intended for self-application are also known, allowing the independent treatment of tense muscle groups. One such massage device is known, for example, from DE 20 2022106226 U1.

[0003] It is advantageous if such massage devices can be used flexibly, both with regard to the body part being treated and with regard to the location of use. For example, it is advantageous if the massage device is easily transportable. At the same time, the massage device must have a certain degree of stability, as considerable forces are often applied to the body part being treated via the massage device during treatment.

[0004] The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a massage device which can be used flexibly and which has a robust construction.

[0005] The object according to the invention is achieved by a massage device, comprising a central receiving element for receiving at least one massage attachment, and comprising a fixing device for releasably fastening the massage device to a surface, wherein the central receiving element is designed for releasably fastening to the fixing device and wherein the receiving element is designed as a handle element.

[0006] The massage device is advantageously designed to be flexible, since the massage device is designed to be attached to a surface and can thus be used for self-treatment and can also be used handheld by means of the handle element. This is advantageously made possible by the central receiving element, which advantageously fulfills several functions. A first function is the use of the receiving element as a handle element in order to use the massage device handheld and the fixing device can either be detached from the massage device or the receiving element or not. In a second function, the massage device can be attached to a surface so that the massage device is spatially fixed for self-treatment without a therapist and the body part to be treated is moved relative to the massage device. When used according to both the first and second functions, the at least one massage attachment can be attached to the massage device or not. For this purpose, the at least one massage attachment can preferably be releasably fixed to the receiving element.

[0007] Preferably, the receiving element is rod-shaped.

[0008] If no massage attachment is attached to the receiving element, the receiving element itself can advantageously be used as a massage attachment. For this purpose, the receiving element advantageously has a substantially rod-shaped section with a rounded free end, or the central receiving element is entirely substantially rod-shaped, with at least one or both ends being rounded.

[0009] The central receiving element preferably comprises a handle portion. The handle portion is preferably substantially rod-shaped. The handle portion can form a central part of the central receiving element. The handle portion can preferably have a surface structure and / or a coating, for example, a rubber coating. This advantageously allows for a better grip on the massage device and prevents it from slipping in the hand.

[0010] Preferably, the fixing device is releasably attachable to a first end of the receiving element, while the at least one first massage attachment is arranged at a second end of the receiving element. The handle portion is preferably arranged between the first and second ends.

[0011] Preferably, the central receiving element can be releasably fastened to the fixing device in the region of the handle section. A free end of the central receiving element preferably forms the handle section. The free end can, for example, be received in the fixing device and secured there, in particular by means of one or more fixing elements, for example screws.

[0012] Preferably, the securing device is a suction cup. The suction cup allows the massage device to be easily and conveniently attached to a variety of different surfaces, such as walls, doors, or tabletops. Furthermore, the massage device can advantageously be securely fixed to the surface. This increases the safety of the massage device during handling.

[0013] Preferably, exactly one suction lifter is provided. Alternatively, the fixing device can comprise more than one, for example two, suction lifters.

[0014] Preferably, the receiving element is fastened to the fixing device in such a way that a longitudinal axis of the receiving element runs perpendicular to a surface to which the massage device can be fixed.

[0015] Preferably, a fastening pin is arranged on the fixing device, which can be fastened in an opening in a front side of the receiving element to fix the receiving element. The fastening pin is designed, in particular, essentially identical to the fastening pins of the massage attachments, so that the same openings on the front sides in which the massage attachments are attached can be used to fix the receiving element to the fixing device.

[0016] In particular, the fixing pin can be made of 42CrMo4 or comprise this material.

[0017] The receiving element preferably comprises a plurality of receiving points for receiving the massage attachment, wherein the receiving points are arranged at different positions on the receiving element. The receiving points are preferably spaced at different distances from one another or are arranged at equal distances from one another on the receiving element. In particular, between one and ten receiving points can be provided. For example, seven receiving points can be provided, with one receiving point each arranged on the end surfaces of the receiving element and five receiving points arranged laterally on a flat side of the receiving element.

[0018] If the receiving element is preferably substantially rod-shaped, the receiving points are preferably arranged on a lateral surface of the receiving element along its longitudinal extent. Furthermore, a plurality of receiving points can be arranged at different positions along the circumference of the receiving element, so that massage attachments attached to the receiving points protrude laterally or radially from the receiving element. Furthermore, a receiving point can be arranged at at least one or both of the free ends of the receiving element, so that a massage attachment can be attached in such a way that it protrudes longitudinally from the receiving element.

[0019] Preferably, the receiving points are openings for receiving a fastening pin of the massage attachment. By attaching the massage attachments using fastening pins that extend into the openings, the massage attachments are advantageously held firmly in the massage device.

[0020] Preferably, the openings are each a core hole, and the fastening pin includes an external thread for screwing into the core hole. This allows the massage attachments to be easily screwed into the receiving element, in particular without the need for any tools.

[0021] Alternatively, the openings can be designed as through-holes. This advantageously allows a massage attachment or a mounting pin of the massage attachment to be attached to two opposite sides of the receiving element.

[0022] Preferably, a length of the fastening pin corresponds substantially to a depth of the through-opening, so that one end of the fastening pin is flush with the surface of the receiving element, so that the fastening pin is arranged in the through-opening.

[0023] Preferably, each opening can be assigned a lateral through-hole, which is connected to the opening and through which a fixing element, for example a grub screw, can be passed, which can serve to secure the fastening pin in the opening. The grub screw can then be loosened or tightened, in particular with an Allen key, which can be easily carried along, in order to change the massage attachments.

[0024] Preferably, the fastening pin can have an external thread for screwing into an internal thread of the opening, or the outer surface of the fastening pin and the inner wall of the opening can be substantially smooth. The latter can be provided in particular when the fastening pin is secured via the fixing element. A circumferential recess or groove can then preferably be arranged in the fastening pin, into which the fixing element can engage to secure the fastening pin.

[0025] The opening is specifically an M6 hole.

[0026] The grub screw is specifically an M5 screw.

[0027] The depth of the opening on the end faces is preferably between 13 mm and 25 mm, particularly preferably between 15 mm and 23 mm, and particularly preferably between 17 mm and 20 mm. The depth can be, for example, 19 mm.

[0028] Preferably, the opening is a through-hole, with the massage device comprising a locking element, in particular a lock nut, for locking the screw connection. This advantageously increases safety, as the massage attachment is particularly firmly attached to the massage device. This is particularly important since significant forces can act on the massage attachment during use.

[0029] The receiving element is preferably rod-shaped. Preferably, at least one receiving point is arranged laterally on a longitudinal section of the receiving element and at least one receiving point is arranged on an end face of the receiving element. This allows the massage attachments to be used particularly flexibly. If the massage device is attached to a wall, for example, a massage attachment can be arranged such that it protrudes forwards or laterally, upwards or downwards. This enables many types of treatment of body parts. Preferably, the receiving element has a length between 8 cm and 12 cm, particularly preferably between 9 cm and 11 cm, and most preferably between 9.5 and 10.5 cm. The length can be 10 cm, for example. Preferably, the receiving element can be flattened with two opposite wide sides and two narrow sides. The width of the wide sides can be between 1 cm and 3 cm, particularly preferably between 1.5 cm and 2.5 cm. For example, the width can be 1.9 cm. The width of the narrow sides can be between 0.5 cm and 1.5 cm, particularly preferably between 0.7 cm and 1.3 cm. For example, the width can be 1.2 cm.

[0030] Starting from one end of the receiving element with a length of 10 cm, five receiving points can be arranged at a distance of 2.5 cm, 3.75 cm, 5 cm, 6.25 cm and 7.5 cm from the end of the receiving element,

[0031] The massage device preferably comprises a plurality, in particular two, three, or four, of massage attachments. Some or all of the massage attachments can be attached to the massage device simultaneously. Alternatively, only one of the massage attachments can be attached to the massage device.

[0032] The massage attachments preferably differ in size, shape, and / or material. The massage attachments can be specifically designed for treating different parts of the body. For example, the massage elements can have a rounded, nubby, or wavy surface.

[0033] The massage attachments preferably comprise or are made of steel, particularly medical-grade steel. This makes the massage attachments particularly hygienic. However, alternative materials such as plastic, rubber, wood, or silicone are also conceivable.

[0034] Preferably, each of the massage attachments is designed for detachable connection to each of the receiving points. The attachments can thus advantageously be flexibly fixed to the receiving element.

[0035] Preferably, the at least one massage attachment is a sphere, in particular a hollow sphere. By designing it as a hollow sphere, weight can advantageously be saved, so that the massage device is particularly suitable for use on the go, for example when traveling. Preferably, the massage device comprises a plurality of spheres with identical or different diameters. Preferably, a first massage attachment can be a sphere, in particular a hollow sphere, with an outer diameter between 0.5 cm and 1.5 cm, particularly preferably between 0.7 and 13 cm. For example, the outer diameter of the first massage attachment can be 1 cm. Preferably, a second massage attachment can be a sphere, in particular a hollow sphere, with an outer diameter between 4.6 cm and 5.5 cm, particularly preferably between 4.7 and 5.3 cm. For example, the outer diameter of the first massage attachment can be 5 cm.Between these two exemplary diameters, all diameters are conceivable, in particular in the range between 0.5 cm and 5.5 cm, particularly preferably between 1 cm and 5 cm.

[0036] The massage attachment is preferably made of metal or includes metal. In particular, the massage attachment is made of stainless steel, especially V2A steel, which is rust- and acid-resistant.

[0037] In an exemplary configuration, a massage attachment, in particular a massage ball, can be arranged on the receiving element. These can then advantageously serve as handles for manual operation of the massage device.

[0038] Two identical massage attachments, in particular two massage balls of the same size, can then preferably be arranged in the lateral area of the receiving element. The directly adjacent massage balls can advantageously achieve a particularly effective massage effect.

[0039] The massage attachment is preferably designed to dispense a massage agent, in particular a massage oil or massage cream. For this purpose, the massage attachment preferably comprises a roller through which the massage agent can be dispensed. Such a roller is designed, in particular, similar to a deodorant roller.

[0040] The massage attachment preferably includes openings for dispensing the massage agent. The openings are preferably formed in a surface of the massage attachment and are designed such that small amounts of the massage agent can escape during use.

[0041] Furthermore, the massage device preferably comprises a receiving container in which the massage agent is located.

[0042] The invention is explained in more detail below using exemplary embodiments.
