Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELDThe present invention relates to the technical field of temperature control for frequency converters, and more particularly to a temperature control device for frequency converters of electric shovels.PRIOR ARTThe electric shovel WK-20 / 35 was originally equipped with a temperature control probe in the rectifier cabinet AFE of frequency converter 6SE70 to protect the frequency converter during the over- or low-temperature operation. However, due to cold winter, when the blade is stopped for a long time or the temperature in the electric space is low after occurrence of a fault, the frequency converter may not start to protect the performance of the components in the cabinet from damage. Therefore, an external electric grill is required to heat the electric space for a period before the start, which wastes a lot of time and seriously deteriorates the production efficiency. Or, the device is forcibly started after the temperature control probe in the cabinet is manually disassembled and externally heated, which easily leads to damage to the component performance. This study aims to install a set of temperature control devices within an AFE rectifier cabinet to avoid situations where, due to longer downtime, the inverter cannot start at low temperatures or component performance is damaged, thereby improving production and maintenance efficiency.CONTENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTIONIn view of the problem that the above frequency converter 6SE 70 is unable to start in low-temperature environments, the present application is proposed. Therefore, the purpose of the present application is to provide a temperature control device for frequency converters of electric shovels. To solve the above technical problems, the present application provides the following technical solutions: including an AFE rectifying cabinet including a cabinet body, a cabinet door fixedly connected to the cabinet body by hinges, a frequency converter 6SE70 fixedly connected inside the cabinet body, an air outlet provided at the top of the cabinet body, and an air inlet provided at the top of the cabinet body; and when the temperature falls, it will bend in the opposite direction. wherein when the temperature is below -10°, the thermal sensory bimetallic sheet bends and drives the contact head to contact a stopper and open the delay short-circuiting switch, so that the heating component functions; When the temperature exceeds 55°C, the thermal sensing bimetallic sheet flexes and drives the contact head to contact a lever and lift a guide rod so that the blocking plate rises, and when the blocking plate rises to a certain level, the lever contacts a contact point to cause the fan blade to function. As a preferred solution for the temperature control device for frequency converters of electric shovels according to the present application, the deceleration short-circuiting switch includes a housing fixedly connected within the housing, a ratchet short-circuiting switch movably connected within the housing, and a differential gear set movably connected within the housing; the guide rod passing through and movably connected to the cabinet body. The advantageous effects of the present application are as follows: Due to the different thermal expansion coefficient of the thermal sensing bimetallic sheet, when the temperature is too low, the heating component is caused to function by contacting the delay short-circuiting switch. Under the drive of the delay short-circuit switch, the thermal sensing bimetallic sheet is not reset due to the short-term temperature rise before the frequency converter 6SE70 is fully heated, thereby improving the working efficiency. If the temperature is too high, the thermal sensing bi-metallic sheet causes the blocking plate to be raised by the connecting rod component, at the same time the fan blade opens separately to dissipate heat.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSIn order to more clearly illustrate the technical solution of the embodiments of the present application, a brief introduction will be given to the accompanying drawings, which are required for the description of the embodiments. At the same time, the contact point 204c is touched and the fan blade 201b opens separately as the hot air in the AFE rectifier cabinet is discharged.Second EmbodimentReferring to FIGS. 1-11, the second embodiment of the present application differs from the previous embodiment in that it provides a ratchet short-circuiting switch 203b.Specifically, an outer surface of the housing 203 ais provided with a first 203 a- 1 and a second connector 203 a- 2, the first connector 203 a- 1 is connected to a positive terminal of the power supply, and the second connector 203 a- 2 is connected to the mounting base 201 avia a wire and connects the fan blade 201 bin series to the heating tube 201 c.Further, the ratchet short-circuiting switch 203 bincludes a ratchet wheel 203 b- 1 movably connected inside the housing 203 a, a stopper 203 b- 2 fixedly connected on the rear side of the ratchet wheel 203 b- 1, a torsion spring 203 b- 3 fixedly connected to the ratchet wheel 203 b- 1 on the surface of the stopper 203 b- 2, a protrusion 203 b- 4 fixedly connected on the surface of the ratchet wheel 203 b- 1, an elastic switch 203 b- 5 fixedly connected inside the housing 203 aand movably cooperating with the outer surface of the protrusion 203 b- 4, a first guide plate 203 b- 6 fixedly connected inside the housing 203 a, and a second guide plate 203 b- 7 fixedly connected inside the housing 203 a; wherein the first guide washer 203 b- 6 is connected to the first connector 203 a- 1 via the wire, and the second guide washer 203 b- 7 is connected to the second connector 203 a- 2 via the wire. When the WK-20 / 35 electric shovel is stopped during operation, the power switch is turned on. When the temperature in the AFE rectifying cabinet is too low, the thermal sensing bimetallic sheet 202 bends, whereby the contact head 202d pushes up the stopper 203b-2. At this time, the ratchet wheel 203b-1 rotates while the protrusion 203b-4 is driven to rotate, thereby rotating the elastic switch 203b-5 out of the groove inside the protrusion 203b-4. At this time, the elastic switch 203b-5 presses the first guide plate 203b-6 to contact the second guide plate 203b-7, so that the circuit is turned on. At this point, the heating component 201 starts to operate and the internal temperature of the cabinet body 101 increases so that the 6SE70 frequency converter 103 is at the corresponding temperature. In summary, when the WK-20 / 35 electric shovel stops, the thermal sensing bimetallic sheet 202 detects a temperature change and deforms, and causes the stopper 203b-2 while causing the ratchet wheel 203b-1 to rotate to turn the elastic switch 203b-5 out of the groove inside the protrusion 203b-4, thereby pressing the first guide plate 203b-6 and contacting the second guide plate 203b-7 to turn on the circuit and start the heating component 201.Third EmbodimentReferring to FIGS. 1-11, the third embodiment of the present application differs from the previous embodiment in that it provides a differential gear set 203c. The heating component 201 starts to operate. After a long time of operation, the inside temperature of the cabinet body 101 rises. The thermal sensing bimetallic sheet 202 is set back due to the temperature rise. However, under the cooperation of the respective differential gears in the differential gear set 203c with the ratchet wheel 203d, the elastic switch 203b-5 takes some time to separate the first guide plate 203b-6 from the second guide plate 203b-7. At this time, the heating component 201 still functions. The first guide disk 203 b- 6 and the second guide disk 203 b- 7 do not separate until the 6SE 70 frequency converter 103 has been heated to the corresponding temperature. The delay time can be adjusted depending on the number of teeth as well as the size and amount of the differential gears. In summary, by setting the differential gear set 203 c, the separation time between the first guide plate 203 b- 6 and the second guide plate 203 b- 7 has been extended, whereby the heating component 201 can heat the frequency converter 6SE 70 for a certain period of time before stopping the work, thereby significantly improving the production efficiency. It is important to note that the construction and arrangement of the present application shown in several different example embodiments are illustrative only.
