TECHNICAL FIELDThe present application relates to the technical field of the storage box, and more particularly to an arcuate cover plate of a storage box.PRIOR ARTStorage cases, as one type of daily needs for storing items, have experienced some changes to the top cover of storage cases because the human requirements for the aesthetic and praxis of the daily needs have further increased. The traditional flat cover plate has been replaced by an arcuate cover plate.However, in the conventional arc-shaped cover plate, a sheet metal plate of an appropriate length is often used, which is bent and welded to the storage box. This structure of the arcuate cover plate is prone to counterbores and is difficult to recover under a certain pressure. The arc-shaped cover plate of a storage box joined by welding often has unsightly welding marks, and it is certainly difficult to replace and maintain the arc-shaped cover plate. Therefore, the purpose of the present application is to release the support strength of the arc-shaped cover plate and at the same time to reduce the welding effort.The above content is only for understanding the technical solution of the present application and does not provide any recognition that the above content is closest to the related art of the present application.CONTENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTIONOn this basis, the present application provides an arcuate cover plate of a storage box to solve any of the above technical problems.The technical solution adopted by the present application to solve its technical problems is an arcuate cover plate of a storage box, including: a cover plate formed in an arcuate shape as a whole; a cover plate frame fitted to the arc of the cover plate and fixed to both ends of the inside of the cover plate; a bracket fitted to the arc of the cover plate and fitted to and fixed to the cover plate frame on one side; and a support plate fitted to the arc of the bracket and fitted to and fixed to the bracket on one side.In some embodiments, the cover plate frame is attached to the cover plate by welding, and the support and the support plate are positioned and mounted to the cover plate frame by riveting.In some embodiments, the support is formed as a whole in an L-shape and divided into an arcuate portion and a support portion, the arcuate portion being fitted to and fixed to one side of the support, and the support portion being fitted to and fixed to the support plate.In some embodiments, the arcuate portion is provided with a plurality of notches.In some embodiments, the cover plate is provided on the inner side with two pivot portions by riveting.In some embodiments, the support plate occupies a range between 40% and 60% of the area of the inside of the cover plate.In some embodiments, the two ends of the support plate are provided with support plates which abut the inside of the cover plate.The advantageous effects of the present application are as follows: By adding additional supports for assembly, the overall shape of the cover plate becomes two-layered, which provides a higher support strength compared to conventional arcuate cover plates and can effectively prevent the greater force from lowering the arcuate cover plate. Moreover, the technical solutions between the different embodiments may be combined with each other, but this must be based on the fact that the skilled person is able to do so. When the combination of the technical solutions is conflicting or not feasible, it should be understood that this combination of the technical solutions does not exist and does not fall within the scope of the present application.In an embodiment of the present application, referring to FIGS. 1-2, an arc-shaped cover plate 1 of a storage box according to the present application substantially includes: a cover plate 1 formed in an arc shape as a whole; a cover plate rack 2 fitted to the arc of the cover plate 1 and fixed to both ends of the inside of the cover plate 1; a bracket 3 fitted to the arc of the cover plate 1 and fitted to and fixed to the cover plate rack 2 on one side; and a support plate 4 fitted to the arc of the bracket 3 and fitted to and fixed to the bracket 3 on one side.Specifically, the cover plate 1 is welded to the cover plate frame 2 to mount the support 3 and the support plate 4, and the protruding part of the cover plate frame 2 can also aid in positioning on the storage box while the support 3 and the support plate 4 mounted on the cover plate frame 2 play a support and fixing role on the cover plate 1. When a larger force is applied to the cover plate 1, the support 3 and the support plate 4 can effectively distribute the external force and play a role in enhancing the support strength of the cover plate 1.Some preferred / improved exemplary embodiments based on the aforementioned exemplary embodiments will be discussed further below. Each of the following embodiments may be selected, or a plurality of embodiments may be selected in combination.Referring to Fig. 1, the cover plate frame 2 is fixed to the cover plate 1 by welding, and the support 3 and the support plate 4 are positioned and mounted to the cover plate frame 2 by rivets 5 to make the connection between the parts of the inside of the cover plate 1 more robust and at the same time reduce the welding effort.Referring to FIG. 2, the support 3 is formed in an L-shape as a whole and divided into an arcuate portion 31 and a support portion 32, the arcuate portion 31 is fitted to and fixed to one side of the support 3, and the support portion 32 is fitted to and fixed to the support plate 4. This allows the cover plate 1 to be connected to the support plate 4 as close as possible to the curvature of the cover plate frame 2.Preferably, the arcuate portion 31 is provided with a plurality of notches 311. This arrangement makes it possible to smoothen the bending of the support portion 32 and prevent the arcuate portion 31 from twisting and changing its shape due to forced bending.Referring to Fig. 1, the cover plate 1 is provided on the inside with two pivot portions 6 by rivets 5. This arrangement enables the arcuate cover plate 1 of the storage box to be rotated under the connection with the pivot portions 6.In order that the support plate 4 can distribute the external force effect on the cover plate 1 as well as possible, the support plate 4 preferably occupies a range between 40% and 60% of the area of the inner side of the cover plate 1.Preferably, both ends of the support plate 4 are provided with support plates 41 abutting against the inside of the cover plate 1 so that no visible gap is formed between the support plate 4 and the cover plate 1, thereby preventing dust from entering the storage box or damaging the goods in the storage box through the gap when shaking.Various embodiments of the present application have been described in detail so far. In order not to obscure the concept of the present application, some details known in the art have not been described. The skilled person can understand from the above description how the technical solutions disclosed here can be realized.Finally, it should be noted that the above description is only preferred exemplary embodiments of the present application and the preceding exemplary embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application and do not restrict these.
