[0046] Fig. Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of an installation state of a suspension device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, Fig. Figure 2 shows a perspective view with a schematic representation of the design of the suspension device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and Fig. Figure 3 shows an exploded perspective view with a schematic representation of the design of the suspension device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0047] Referring to the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 The suspension device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a support 100, a spring 200, a compound link axle 300, a first support element 400, a second support element 500 and a connecting element 600.
[0048] A vehicle body V, as described below, can refer to various structures that form the structural skeleton of a vehicle, such as a frame body, a subframe, and a body-in-white. The following is an example where the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body V is parallel to an X-axis according to... Fig. 1 and the width direction of the vehicle body V to a direction parallel to a Y-axis according to Fig. 2 refers to.
[0049] A wheel W, described below, can refer to a rear wheel of the vehicle. The central axis of the wheel W can be arranged parallel to the width direction of the vehicle body V.
[0050] The support 100 can be connected to the wheel W, which is rotatably mounted on an underside of the vehicle body V. The support 100 can serve as an embodiment for providing the mechanical connection between various suspension components, such as the spring 200 and the compound link axle 300, which are described below, between the vehicle body V and the wheel W.
[0051] The support 100 can be provided as a pair. A pair of supports 100 can be individually connected to a pair of wheels W, which are arranged so that they face each other along the width direction of the vehicle body V.
[0052] The carrier 100 according to the present embodiment can have a first carrier body 110 and a second carrier body 120.
[0053] The first support body 110 can form the outer appearance of one side of the support 100 and can rotatably mount the wheel W.
[0054] The first support body 110 according to the present embodiment can be arranged such that it faces the wheel W along the width direction of the vehicle body V. The first support body 110 can be spaced from an inner surface of the wheel W by a predetermined distance along the width direction of the vehicle body V. The inner surface of the wheel W can refer to a surface where a pair of wheels W, spaced apart along the width direction of the vehicle body V, face each other. The first support body 110 can be connected to the wheel W by a wheel bearing B. The first support body 110 can rotatably mount the wheel W about a central axis C of the wheel W. The specific shape of the first support body 110 is not limited to the one described in the Fig. 2 and Fig. The form shown in 3 is limited, and the first support body 110 can be designed to have different shapes.
[0055] The second support body 120 forms the external appearance of the other side of the support 100 and can carry the spring 200, which is described below.
[0056] The second support body 120 according to the present embodiment can extend from the first support body 110 in a first direction. An example is described below in which the first direction is a direction parallel to the width direction of the vehicle body V, i.e., a direction from the first support body 110 to a centerline A of the vehicle body V. However, the first direction is not limited to this and can also be a direction inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the width direction of the vehicle body V. The specific shape of the second support body 120 is not limited to those described in the Fig. 2 and Fig. The form shown in 3 is limited, and the second support body 120 can be designed to have different shapes.
[0057] The second support body 120 can have a seat groove 121 in which the spring 200 sits, which is described below.
[0058] The seat groove 121 according to the present embodiment can be shaped such that it has the form of a groove that is concavely recessed downwards from an upper surface of the second support body 120. The seat groove 121 can be arranged at one end of the second support body 120. The seat groove 121 can have an approximately circular cross-section.
[0059] The spring 200 can be arranged between the support 100 and the vehicle body V. The spring 200 can be elastically deformable. In one embodiment, the spring 200 can be configured to generate a load in a direction opposite to the movement of the wheel W by elastic deformation when the wheel W impacts, thus maintaining the wheel W's contact with the ground and damping shocks from the road surface. The spring 200 according to the present embodiment can be shaped as a longitudinally extensible coil spring. A lower part of the spring 200 can be inserted into the seat groove 121 and attached to a lower surface of the seat groove 121. An upper part of the spring 200 can be attached to the vehicle body V. The longitudinal direction of the spring 200 can be perpendicular to the ground. However, the spring 200 is not limited to this and can also be inclined at a predetermined angle to the ground in a range in which a downward elastic restoring force can be generated when the wheel W impacts.
[0060] The compound link axle 300 can be spaced apart from the support 100 and connected to the vehicle body V. The compound link axle 300 can be connected to the support 100 via the first support element 400, the second support element 500, and the connecting element 600, which is described below.
[0061] The compound link axle 300 according to the present embodiment can have a torsion bar 310 and a longitudinal link 320.
[0062] The torsion bar 310 can form the external appearance of a central section of the compound link axle 300 and can be arranged remotely from the support 100. The torsion bar 310 can serve as a design for absorbing pitching movements that occur in the vehicle body V during travel due to its own torsional deformation, and for improving roll stiffness when the vehicle is turning, thereby ensuring cornering stability.
[0063] The torsion bar 310 according to the present embodiment can be shaped such that it has the form of a rod arranged parallel to the width direction of the vehicle body V. The length of the torsion bar 310 can be less than the gap between the pair of wheels W.
[0064] The torsion bar 310 can be positioned behind the central axis C of the wheel W. That is, the torsion bar 310 can be located at a position rearward from the central axis C of the wheel W by a predetermined distance along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body V. Accordingly, the torsion bar 310 can further improve the packaging efficiency of a battery (not shown) by increasing the space in which the battery is installed beneath the vehicle body V. The specific shape of the torsion bar 310 is not limited to the one shown in the Fig. 2 and Fig. The form shown in Figure 3 is limited, and the torsion bar 310 can be designed to have different shapes.
[0065] The longitudinal control arm 320 can be connected to the torsion bar 310 and support the torsion bar 310 in relation to the vehicle body V.
[0066] The longitudinal control arm 320 according to the present embodiment can be connected to one end of the torsion bar 310. The longitudinal control arm 320 can be attached to the end of the torsion bar 310 by various coupling methods such as welding and bolting. One end of the longitudinal control arm 320 can extend rearward from the torsion bar 310 and be connected to the vehicle body V. The end of the longitudinal control arm 320 can be rotatably connected to the vehicle body V to absorb any displacement that occurs when the wheel W impacts or rebounds. The end of the longitudinal control arm 320 can be rotatably connected to the vehicle body V, for example, by a bushing, a bearing, a ball joint, or the like.
[0067] The longitudinal control arm 320 can be provided as a pair. The pair of longitudinal control arms 320 can be spaced apart from each other along the width direction of the vehicle body V. Each pair of longitudinal control arms 320 can be connected to both ends of the torsion bar 310.
[0068] The first support element 400 can extend from the beam 100. The first support element 400 can serve as a configuration to provide a connection structure between the connecting element 600, which is described below, and the beam 100.
[0069] The first support element 400 according to the present embodiment can be shaped as a cantilever extending upwards from the first support body 110. The first support element 400 can be arranged between the wheel W and the spring 200.
[0070] The second support element 500 can extend from the compound link axle 300 and be arranged so that it faces the first support element 400. The second support element 500 can serve as an embodiment for providing a connection structure between the connecting element 600, which is described below, and the compound link axle 300.
[0071] The second support element 500 according to the present embodiment can be shaped as a cantilever extending from the longitudinal control arm 320. The second support element 500 can be arranged to face the first support element 400 along the first direction. The first support element 400 and the second support element 500 can be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance along the first direction. Accordingly, the first support element 400 and the second support element 500 can align the longitudinal direction of the connecting element 600, which is described below, in a direction parallel to the first direction. The second support element 500 can be arranged between the wheel W and the spring 200, more precisely between the first support element 400 and the spring 200.
[0072] The connecting element 600 can be provided between the first support element 400 and the second support element 500. The connecting element 600 can serve as an embodiment for connecting the first support element 400 with the second support element 500 and for compensating a moment that is generated between the first support element 400 and the second support element 500 when the wheel W makes contact.
[0073] Fig. Figure 4 shows an enlarged view with a schematic representation of the design of the connecting element according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, Fig. Figure 5 shows a cross-sectional view with a schematic representation of the design of the connecting element according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and Fig. Figure 6 shows an exploded perspective view with a schematic representation of the design of the connecting element according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0074] Referring to the Fig. According to the present embodiment, the connecting element 600 can have a first bushing 610, a second bushing 620 and a tube 630, as shown in figures 1 to 6.
[0075] The first bushing 610 can be connected to the first support element 400. The first bushing 610 can be elastically deformable. The first bushing 610 can be elastically deformed when the wheel W makes contact and can generate a reaction force that counteracts a load applied by the wheel W to the support 100.
[0076] The first bushing 610 according to the present embodiment can be shaped to have different types of bushings, including an inner body and an outer body in the form of a ring, arranged to form a concentric circle, and an elastic body located between the inner body and the outer body.
[0077] The first support element 400 can have a first insertion hole 410 into which the first bushing 610 is inserted. According to the present embodiment, the first insertion hole 410 can be shaped to have the form of a hole that penetrates both sides of the first support element 400 along the first direction. The first insertion hole 410 can be located at an upper end of the first support element 400.
[0078] The first bushing 610 can be inserted into the first insertion hole 410, and an outer circumferential surface of the first bushing 610 can be attached to an inner circumferential surface of the first insertion hole 410. A central axis of the first bushing 610 can be arranged parallel to the first direction.
[0079] The second bushing 620 can be connected to the second support element 500 and arranged so that it faces the first bushing 610. The second bushing 620 can be elastically deformable. The second bushing 620 can be elastically deformed when the wheel W impacts it and can generate a reaction force that counteracts a load applied by the spring 200 to the support 100.
[0080] The second bushing 620 according to the present embodiment can be shaped to have different types of bushing shapes, including an inner body and an outer body in the form of a ring, arranged to form a concentric circle, and an elastic body located between the inner body and the outer body.
[0081] The second support element 500 can have a second insertion hole 510 into which the second bushing 620 is inserted. According to the present embodiment, the second insertion hole 510 can be shaped to penetrate both sides of the second support element 500 along the first direction. The second insertion hole 510 can be located at the upper end of the first support element 400. A central axis of the second insertion hole 510 can be arranged coaxially with a central axis of the first insertion hole 410.
[0082] The second bushing 620 can be inserted into the second insertion hole 510, and an outer circumferential surface of the second bushing 620 can be pressed against and secured to an inner circumferential surface of the second insertion hole 510. A central axis of the second bushing 620 can be arranged parallel to the first direction and can be arranged so that it is coaxial with the central axis of the first bushing 610.
[0083] The tube 630 can be positioned between the first socket 610 and the second socket 620.
[0084] The tube 630 according to the present embodiment can be shaped like a hose with an empty interior and two open ends. Both ends of the tube 630 can be connected to the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620, respectively. Accordingly, the tube 630 can serve as a moment arm that transmits a rotational force generated in the support 100 when the wheel W makes contact with it to the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620, causing elastic deformation of the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620, and transmits a reaction moment generated by the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 to the support 100.
[0085] The tube 630 can be arranged such that its longitudinal direction is parallel to the first direction. Accordingly, the tube 630 can generate a reaction moment, which is produced by the elastic deformation of the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 when the wheel W impacts, to act in a direction offset from the direction of a moment generated in the support 100 by the wheel W and the spring 200.
[0086] Since the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 are connected by the tube 630, which is separated from the first support element 400 and the second support element 500, the magnitude of a load applied to the support 100 and the compound link axle 300 when the wheel W impacts can be reduced, thus improving the durability of the component. Furthermore, since the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 are connected by the tube 630, which is separated from the first support element 400 and the second support element 500, the thickness of the first support element 400 and the second support element 500 can be reduced parallel to the first direction, thus reducing the overall weight of the product and improving space utilization.Furthermore, a gap between the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 can be increased compared to when the first support element 400 and the second support element 500 are directly connected to each other, so that the magnitude of a load applied to the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 can be reduced.
[0087] Both ends of the tube 630 can be connected to cavities of the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620.
[0088] The connecting element 600 according to the present embodiment can further comprise a fastening rod 640, a first pressing element 650 and a second pressing element 660.
[0089] The fastening rod 640 can penetrate the first bushing 610, the tube 630 and the second bushing 620.
[0090] The fastening rod 640 according to the present embodiment can be shaped like a bolt with a thread formed on its outer circumferential surface. The fastening rod 640 can be arranged such that its longitudinal direction is parallel to the first direction. The fastening rod 640 can be inserted to successively penetrate the first bushing 610, the tube 630 through the cavity of the first bushing 610 or the second bushing 620, and the second bushing 620. In such a case, both ends of the fastening rod 640 can protrude from the first bushing 610 or the second bushing 620, respectively.
[0091] The first pressing element 650 can be connected to one end of the fastening rod 640 and push the first bushing 610 towards the second bushing 620.
[0092] The first pressing element 650 according to the present embodiment can be connected to an end of the fastening rod 640 that projects from the first bushing 610. For example, the first pressing element 650 is shaped like a hollow nut with a thread on its inner circumferential surface and can be screwed to the outer circumferential surface of one end of the fastening rod 640. The first pressing element 650 can move back and forth along the longitudinal direction of the fastening rod 640 in the direction of rotation, and a gap to the first bushing 610 can be established. When the first pressing element 650 moves a defined distance or more toward the first bushing 610, the inner surface of the first pressing element 650 can come into contact with the outer surface of the first bushing 610, so that the first pressing element 650 can push the first bushing 610 toward the second bushing 620.
[0093] The second pressing element 660 can be connected to the other end of the fastening rod 640 and push the second bushing 620 towards the first bushing 610.
[0094] The second pressing element 660 according to the present embodiment can be connected to the other end of the fastening rod 640, which projects from the second bushing 620. For example, the second pressing element 660 can be shaped like a bolt head that is integrally connected to the other end of the fastening rod 640. When the fastening rod 640 is fully inserted into the first bushing 610, the tube 630, and the second bushing 620, the inner surface of the second pressing element 660 can come into contact with the outer surface of the second bushing 620, so that the second pressing element 660 can push the second bushing 620 toward the first bushing 610.Accordingly, the first pressing element 650 can constantly maintain a gap to the first support element 400 and the second pressing element 660 can constantly maintain a gap to the second support element 500, thereby essentially preventing the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 from being detached from the first support element 400 and the second support element 500, respectively.
[0095] An example was described above in which the first pressing element 650 has the shape of a screw nut and the second pressing element 660 has the shape of a bolt head; however, the first pressing element 650 and the second pressing element 660 are not limited to this, and it is also possible that the first pressing element 650 has the shape of a bolt head and the second pressing element 660 has the shape of a screw nut.
[0096] The suspension device according to the present embodiment can further comprise a shock absorber 700 and a connecting arm 800.
[0097] The shock absorber 700 can be connected to the support 100 to dampen vibrations or shocks transmitted from the road surface to the wheel W. The shock absorber 700 according to the present embodiment can be exemplified by various types of shock absorbers 700 filled with gas, oil, or the like, which can generate a damping force through expansion. A lower part of the shock absorber 700 can be connected to the first support body 110 or the second support body 120 by a ball joint, a bushing, or the like. An upper part of the shock absorber 700 can be connected to the vehicle body V by a ball joint, a bushing, or the like.
[0098] The connecting arm 800 can be connected to the support 100 and support the support 100 with respect to the body V. The connecting arm 800 can also serve as an embodiment to provide additional support for a support 100 separately from the longitudinal control arm 320.
[0099] The connecting arm 800 according to the present embodiment can be shaped to have various types of suspension links. A lower part of the connecting arm 800 can be connected to the first support body 110 or the second support body 120 by a ball joint, a bushing, or the like. The upper part of the connecting arm 800 can be connected to the vehicle body V by a ball joint, a bushing, etc. An upper part of the connecting arm 800 can be positioned in front of the central axis of the wheel W. That is, the trailing arm 320 and the connecting arm 800 can be spaced forward and backward along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body V based on the central axis of the wheel W.
[0100] The following describes an operating process of the suspension device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0101] Fig. 7 and Fig. Figure 8 shows schematic representations of the operating process of the suspension device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0102] Referring to Fig. 7. During the journey of the vehicle, a load directed upwards from the road surface may be applied to the wheel W and the first support body 110 due to unevenness or the like of the road surface.
[0103] Due to such a load, the spring 200 can be compressed in the longitudinal direction and exert an elastic force on the second support body 120 in the direction of the road surface.
[0104] Since a load applied to the first support body 110 by the wheel W and a load applied to the second support body 120 by the spring 200 act in opposite directions, a rotational force is generated in the support 100 which is centered in a direction that intersects the first direction.
[0105] Since such a rotational force is transferred via the first support element 400 to the connecting element 600, and the first support element 400 and the second support element 500 are integrally connected to the connecting element 600, a moment is generated in the middle of the tube 330, which is centered in the direction that intersects with the first direction.
[0106] Referring to Fig. 8. The first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 are elastically deformed by the moment acting on the center of the tube 330. More precisely, the first bushing 610 exerts a downward load towards the road surface on the first support element 400, and the second bushing 620 exerts an upward load from the road surface on the second support element 500.
[0107] Due to the elastic loads of the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620, a reaction moment is generated in the middle of the tube 330 to counteract the moment generated by the wheel W and the spring 200, and the rotation of the support 100 can be substantially prevented.
[0108] The following describes a suspension device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0109] The suspension device according to the present embodiment can be designed such that it differs from the suspension device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is based on the, only in the detailed design of the tube 630. Fig. 1 to 8 are described.
[0110] Accordingly, in the description of the suspension device according to the present embodiment, only the detailed design of the tube 630 is described, which differs from the suspension device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0111] The description of the suspension device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure can be applied unchanged to the other embodiments of the suspension device according to the present embodiment.
[0112] Fig. Figure 9 shows a cross-sectional view with a schematic representation of the design of a pipe according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, and Fig. 10 and Fig. Figure 11 shows schematic representations of the operating process of the pipe according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0113] Referring to the Fig. 9 to 11 the tube 630 according to the present embodiment can have a first tube 631 and a second tube 632.
[0114] The first tube 631 can form the external appearance of one side of the tube 630 and extend from the first bushing 610 towards the second bushing 620.
[0115] The first tube 631 according to the present embodiment can have the form of a hose with an empty interior and open at both ends. The first tube 631 can be arranged such that its longitudinal direction is parallel to the first direction. One end of the first tube 631 can be attached to the inner surface of the first bushing 610. The other end of the first tube 631 can be spaced a predetermined distance from the inner surface of the second bushing 620.
[0116] The second tube 632 can form the external appearance of the other side of the tube 630 and extend from the second socket 620 towards the first socket 610.
[0117] The second tube 632 according to the present embodiment can have the form of a hose with an empty interior and open at both ends. The second tube 632 can be arranged such that its longitudinal direction is parallel to the first direction. One end of the second tube 632 can be attached to the inner surface of the second bushing 620. The other end of the second tube 632 can be spaced a predetermined distance from the inner surface of the first bushing 610.
[0118] The second tube 632 can be connected to the first tube 631 in such a way as to be movable back and forth in a direction parallel to the first. Accordingly, the tube 630 can vary the distance between the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 by a relative movement of the first tube 631 and the second tube 632.
[0119] For example, the first tube 631 can be inserted into the second tube 632. Screw threads can be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the first tube 631 and the inner circumferential surface of the second tube 632, and the inner circumferential surface of the second tube 632 can be screwed to the outer circumferential surface of the first tube 631. However, the first tube 631 and the second tube 632 are not limited to this, and the outer circumferential surface of the first tube 631 can also be screwed to the inner circumferential surface of the second tube 632.
[0120] In a state where the second tube 632 is screwed to the first tube 631, the second tube 632 can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise in the first direction. In such a case, the second tube 632 can be rotatably connected directly to the second bushing 620. However, if the second tube 632 is integrally connected to the second bushing 620 and is rotated in a state where the second bushing 620 is not inserted into the second insertion hole 510, the second tube 632 can also be rotated together with the second bushing 620 in the first direction.
[0121] The second tube 632 can move back and forth along the first tube 631 in a direction parallel to the first direction depending on the direction of rotation and vary the distance between the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620.
[0122] More precisely, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 10, when the second tube 632 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise around the first direction, the second tube 632 moves in the opposite direction to the first direction towards the first bushing 610, so that the distance between the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 can be reduced.
[0123] If there is a concern that the first support element 400 and the second support element 500 could interfere with adjacent components, a user can accordingly ensure packaging space by reducing the distance between the first socket 610 and the second socket 620.
[0124] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 11, when the second tube 632 is rotated in the opposite direction, either clockwise or counterclockwise around the first direction, the second tube 632 moves in the first direction so that the distance between the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 can be increased.
[0125] Accordingly, if the load emanating from the road surface is expected to increase depending on the vehicle's driving conditions, the user can increase the distance between the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620, thereby increasing the magnitude of the reaction moment generated by the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620 and reducing the magnitude of the load applied to the first bushing 610 and the second bushing 620.
[0126] An example has been described above in which the second tube 632 is rotatably connected to the first tube 631; however, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and the first tube 631 can also be rotatably connected to the second tube 632.
[0127] The following describes a suspension device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0128] Fig. Figure 12 shows a schematic representation of an installation state of a suspension device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, Fig. Figure 13 shows a perspective view of the suspension device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, viewed from a first angle. Fig. Figure 14 shows a perspective view of the suspension device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, viewed from a second angle, and Fig. Figure 15 shows an exploded perspective view of the suspension device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, viewed from a second angle.
[0129] Referring to Fig. The suspension device, as shown in figures 12 to 15, can comprise a support 100, a spring 200, a compound link axle 300, a support element 140, and a connecting part 150. The suspension device can further comprise a shock absorber 700 and a connecting arm 800.
[0130] A vehicle body V, described below, can refer to various structures that form the structural frame of a vehicle, such as a frame body, a subframe, and a body-in-white. The following is an example where the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body V is parallel to the direction of travel of a wheel W, based on Fig. 12 and the width direction of the vehicle body V in a direction parallel to the central axis of two wheels W based on Fig. 12 refers to.
[0131] The wheel W, described below, can refer to a rear wheel of the vehicle. The central axis of the wheel W can be arranged parallel to the width direction of the vehicle body V.
[0132] The support 100 can be connected to the wheel W, which is rotatably mounted on an underside of the vehicle body V. The support 100 can serve as an embodiment for providing the mechanical connection between various suspension components, such as the spring 200 and the compound link axle 300, which are described below, between the vehicle body V and the wheel W.
[0133] The support 100 can be provided as a pair. A pair of supports 100 can be individually connected to a pair of wheels W, which are arranged so that they face each other along the width direction of the vehicle body V.
[0134] The carrier 100 can have a first carrier body 110 and a second carrier body 120.
[0135] The first support body 110 can form the outer appearance of one side of the support 100 and rotatably mount the wheel W. The first support body 110 can be arranged such that it faces the wheel W along the width direction of the vehicle body V. The first support body 110 can be spaced from an inner surface of the wheel W by a predetermined distance along the width direction of the vehicle body V. The inner surface of the wheel W can refer to a surface where a pair of wheels W, spaced apart along the width direction of the vehicle body V, face each other.
[0136] The first support body 110 can be connected to the wheel W by a wheel bearing. The first support body 110 can rotatably mount the wheel W about the central axis C of the wheel W. The specific shape of the first support body 110 is not limited to the one specified in the Fig. The form shown in 12 to 15 is limited, and the first support body 110 can be designed in various forms.
[0137] The beam 100 can have a first beam body hole 111, which is designed as a hole that penetrates the first beam body 110. A connecting part 150, which is described below, can be arranged in the first beam body hole 111, and the beam 100 and the beam support element 140 can be connected via the connecting part 150. A bushing can be arranged in the first beam body hole 111.
[0138] The second support body 120 forms the external appearance of the other side of the support 100 and can support the spring 200, which is described below. The second support body 120 can extend from the first support body 110. According to another embodiment, the second support body 120 can extend such that it projects from the first support body 110. An example is described below in which one direction in which the second support body 120 projects from the first support body 110 is a direction parallel to the width direction of the vehicle body V, i.e., a direction from the first support body 110 toward the center of the vehicle body V. However, the direction of projection of the second support body 120 is not limited to this and can also be a direction inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the width direction of the vehicle body V.The specific shape of the second support body 120 is not based on the one in the . Fig. The form shown in 13 to 15 is limited, and the second support body 120 can be designed in various forms.
[0139] The second support body 120 can have a seat groove 121 in which a spring 200, described below, is seated. An elastic force generated in the spring 200, which supports the vehicle body V, can be transmitted to the ground via the second support body 120, the first support body 110, and the wheel W.
[0140] The seat groove 121 can be shaped such that it has a groove form that is concave downwards from an upper surface of the second support body 120. The seat groove 121 can be arranged at one end of the second support body 120. The seat groove 121 can have an approximately circular cross-section.
[0141] A spring fastening element 1211 can be arranged in the seat groove 121. The spring fastening element 1211 can be attached to the seat groove 121. Part of the spring fastening element 1211 can be inserted into the spring 200 to essentially prevent the spring 200 from detaching from the support 100.
[0142] A beam-connecting arm connecting element 122 can be arranged on the second beam body 120. The beam 100 and the connecting arm 800 can be connected by the beam-connecting arm connecting element 122. The beam 100 and the connecting arm 800 can be bolted together. According to a further embodiment, a bolt penetrating the beam-connecting arm connecting element 122 and the connecting arm 800 can be arranged to connect the beam 100 and the connecting arm 800.
[0143] A support-shock absorber connecting element 123 can be arranged on the second support body 120. The support 100 and the shock absorber 700 can be connected by the support-shock absorber connecting element 123. The support 100 and the shock absorber 700 can be bolted together. According to another embodiment, a bolt penetrating the support-shock absorber connecting element 123 and the shock absorber 700 can be arranged to connect the support 100 and the shock absorber 700.
[0144] The spring 200 can be arranged between the support 100 and the vehicle body V. The spring 200 can be elastically deformable. The spring 200 can serve as an embodiment for generating a load in a direction opposite to the movement of the wheel W by elastic deformation when the wheel W impacts, thus maintaining the ground contact of the wheel W and damping impacts from the road surface.
[0145] The spring 200 can be shaped to resemble a longitudinally expandable coil spring. A lower part of the spring 200 can be inserted into the seat groove 121 and fastened to a lower surface of the seat groove 121.
[0146] An upper part of the spring 200 can be attached to the vehicle body V. The longitudinal direction of the spring 200 can be perpendicular to the ground. However, the spring 200 is not limited to this and can also be inclined at a predetermined angle to the ground in a range where a downward elastic restoring force can be generated when the wheel W makes contact.
[0147] The spring 200 can be substantially prevented from detaching from the carrier 100 by the spring fastening element 1211 inserted into the spring 200.
[0148] The compound link axle 300 can be spaced apart from the support 100 and connected to the vehicle body V. The compound link axle 300 can be connected to the support 100 via the first support body 110, the support element 140, and the connecting part 150, which is described below.
[0149] The compound link axle 300 can have a torsion bar 310 and a longitudinal control arm 320.
[0150] The torsion bar 310 forms the external appearance of a central section of the compound link axle 300 and can be arranged remotely from the support 100. The torsion bar 310 can serve as a design for absorbing the deformation that occurs in the vehicle body V during travel due to its own torsional deformation, and for improving roll stiffness when the vehicle is turning, thereby ensuring cornering stability.
[0151] The torsion bar 310 can be shaped as a rod that is parallel to the width direction of the vehicle body V. The length of the torsion bar 310 can be less than the gap between the pair of wheels W.
[0152] The torsion bar 310 can be positioned behind the central axis C of the wheel W. The form shown in 12 to 15 is limited, and the torsion bar 310 can be designed to have different shapes.
[0153] The longitudinal control arm 320 can be connected to the torsion bar 310 and support the torsion bar 310 with respect to the vehicle body V. The longitudinal control arm 320 can be connected to one end of the torsion bar 310. The longitudinal control arm 320 can be attached to the end of the torsion bar 310 by various coupling methods such as welding or bolting. The end of the longitudinal control arm 320 can extend rearward from the torsion bar 310 and be connected to the vehicle body V.
[0154] The end of the trailing arm 320 can be rotatably connected to the vehicle body V to absorb any displacement that occurs when the wheel W impacts or rebounds. The end of the trailing arm 320 can be rotatably connected to the vehicle body V, for example, by a bushing, bearing, ball joint, or the like.
[0155] A trailing arm hole 321 can be provided as a hole that penetrates the end of the trailing arm 320. A trailing arm bushing 322 can be arranged in the trailing arm hole 321. Since a bolt is inserted into the trailing arm bushing 322 and connected to the vehicle body V, the end of the trailing arm 320 can be attached to the vehicle body V.
[0156] The longitudinal control arm 320 can be provided as a pair. The pair of longitudinal control arms 320 can be spaced apart from each other along the width direction of the vehicle body V. Each pair of longitudinal control arms 320 can be connected to both ends of the torsion bar 310.
[0157] The first support body 110 can extend from the support 100. The first support body 110 can serve as an embodiment for providing a connection structure between the connecting part 150, which is described below, and the support 100.
[0158] The first support body 110 can be shaped like a cantilever extending upwards from the first support body 110. The first support body 110 can be positioned between the wheel W and the spring 200.
[0159] The support element 140 can extend from the compound link axle 300 and be arranged so that it faces the first support body 110. The support element 140 can serve as an embodiment for providing a connection structure between the connecting part 150, which is described below, and the compound link axle 300.
[0160] The support element 140 can have a first support element 1410 and a second support element 1420 extending from the longitudinal control arm 320.
[0161] Both the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420 can be shaped like a cantilever extending from the longitudinal link 320. Accordingly, the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420 can be spaced apart from each other. The first support body 110 can be positioned between the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420. The first support element 1410, the second support element 1420, and the first support body 110 can be connected to each other by the connecting part 150.
[0162] The first support body 110 and the support element 140 can be spaced apart from each other by a certain distance along one direction. The second support element 140 can be arranged between the wheel W and the spring 200, more precisely between the first support body 110 and the spring 200.
[0163] The connecting element 150 can be provided between the first support body 110 and the support element 140. The connecting element 150 can serve as an embodiment for connecting the first support body 110 to the support element 140 and for compensating for a moment that is generated between the first support body 110 and the second support element 140 when the wheel W makes contact.
[0164] The first support element 1410 can have a first support hole 1411 in which a first support bushing 1412 is arranged. The second support element 1420 can have a second support hole 1421 in which a second support bushing 1422 is arranged. A central axis of the first support hole 1411 can be arranged coaxially with a central axis of the second support hole 1421.
[0165] The suspension device may also include the shock absorber 700 and the connecting arm 800.
[0166] The shock absorber 700 can be connected to the support 100 to dampen vibrations or shocks transmitted from the road surface to the wheel W. According to another embodiment, the lower part of the shock absorber 700 can be connected to the second support body 120. An upper part of the shock absorber 700 can be connected to the vehicle body V by a ball joint, a bushing, or the like.
[0167] The connecting arm 800 can be connected to the support 100 and support the support 100 with respect to the body V. The connecting arm 800 can also serve as an embodiment to provide additional support for a support 100 separately from the longitudinal control arm 320.
[0168] The connecting arm 800 can be shaped to resemble various types of suspension links. A lower part of the connecting arm 800 can be connected to the first support body 110 or the second support body 120 by a ball joint, bushing, or the like. The upper part of the connecting arm 800 can be connected to the vehicle body V by a ball joint, bushing, etc. An upper part of the connecting arm 800 can be positioned in front of the central axis of the wheel W. That is, the trailing arm 320 and the connecting arm 800 can be spaced forward and backward along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body V based on the central axis of the wheel W.
[0169] The connecting arm 800 can limit the path along which the support 100 moves. Furthermore, the compound link axle 300 can limit the path along which the support 100 moves. In this way, the path of movement of the support 100 can be limited by the compound link axle 300 and the connecting arm 800, and the support 100 can be supported by the vehicle body V via the compound link axle 300 and / or the connecting arm 800.
[0170] The shock transmitted to the carrier 100 can be reduced by the shock absorber 700.
[0171] Fig. Figure 16 shows a schematic representation of an operating process of the suspension device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, Fig. Figure 17 shows a front view of a first support body and a support element of the suspension device according to a further embodiment of the present disclosure, Fig. Figure 18 shows an exploded front view of the first support body and the support element of the suspension device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, and Fig. 19 and Fig. Figure 20 shows schematic representations of the operating process of the first support body and the support element of the suspension device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0172] Referring to Fig. 16 to 20, during the journey of the vehicle, a load directed upwards from the road surface onto the wheel W and the first support body 110 may be applied due to unevenness or the like of the road surface.
[0173] Due to such a load, the spring 200 can be compressed in the longitudinal direction and exert an elastic force on the second support body 120 in the direction of the road surface.
[0174] Since a load applied to the first support body 110 by the wheel W and a load applied to the second support body 120 by the spring 200 act in opposite directions, a rotational force is generated in the support 100 which is centered in a direction that intersects the first direction.
[0175] Since such a rotational force is transmitted via the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420 to a connector 1510, and since the first support element 1410, the second support element 1420 and the first beam body 110 are integrally connected to the connector 1510, a moment is generated in the first beam body 110 to rotate with respect to the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420.
[0176] Referring to Fig. 19. The first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 are elastically deformed by a moment exerted by the connector 1510. More precisely, the first bushing 1412 exerts a downward load towards the road surface on the first support element 1410, and the second bushing 1422 exerts an upward load from the road surface on the second support element 1420.
[0177] Referring to Fig. 20 The first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 are elastically deformed by a moment exerted by the connector 1510. More precisely, the first bushing 1412 exerts a load directed upwards from the road surface onto the first support element 1410, and the second bushing 1422 exerts a load directed downwards towards the road surface onto the second support element 1420.
[0178] Due to the elastic loads of the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422, a reaction moment is generated in the first support body 110 to counteract the moment generated by the wheel W and the spring 200, and the rotation of the support 100 can be substantially prevented.
[0179] The connecting part 150 can have a connector 1510 and a push element 1520.
[0180] The connector 1510 can penetrate the first support body 110. According to a further embodiment, the connector 1510 can penetrate the first support body hole 111, which is arranged in the first support body 110. According to a further embodiment, the connector 1510 can penetrate a bushing that is arranged in the first support body hole 111.
[0181] The connector 1510 can penetrate the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420. According to a further embodiment, the connector 1510 can penetrate the first support element 1410, the first support body 110, and the second support element 1420. The connector 1510 can penetrate the first support bushing 1412, which is arranged in the first support hole 1411 of the first support element 1410, the second support bushing 1422, which is arranged in the second support hole 1421 of the second support element 1420, and the bushing arranged in the first support body hole 111 of the first support body 110.
[0182] One end of the connector 1510 can be coupled to the push element 1520. The push element 1520 can be coupled to the end of the connector 1510 and move towards the other end of the connector 1510. According to a further embodiment, the connector 1510 and the push element 1520 can be provided with a bolt and a nut.
[0183] When the connector 1510 penetrates the first support element 1410, the first support body 110 and the second support element 1420 and is attached to the push element 1520, the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420 can be pushed by the connecting part 150 towards the first support body 110.
[0184] The first support bushing 1412, the second support bushing 1422, and the bushing can be elastically deformable. The first support bushing 1412, the second support bushing 1422, and the bushing can be elastically deformed when the wheel W impacts them, and can generate a reaction force that counteracts a load applied by the wheel W to the support 100.
[0185] The connector 1510 can serve as a moment arm that causes elastic deformation of the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 by transferring a rotational force generated in the support 100 when the wheel W impacts to the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 and by transferring a reaction moment generated by the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 to the support 100.
[0186] The longitudinal direction of the connector 1510 can run parallel to the direction in which the second support body 120 projects. Accordingly, the connection 1510 can generate a reaction moment, which is produced by the elastic deformation of the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 when the wheel W impacts, to act in a direction in which the reaction moment balances the moment generated in the support 100 by the wheel W and the spring 200.
[0187] Since the first support body 110 is arranged between the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422, the magnitude of a load applied to the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 when the wheel W impacts can be reduced and the durability property of the component can be improved.
[0188] Since the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 are connected to each other by the connector 1510 which is separate from the first support body 110, the thicknesses of the first support body 110, the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420 are reduced, so that the overall weight of the product can be reduced and the use of space can be improved.
[0189] The gap between the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 can be increased compared to when the first support body 110 is connected to a bracket. According to a further embodiment, when the first support body 110 is arranged between the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422, the moment length L between a first action point P1 of the first support bushing 1412 and a second action point P2 of the second support bushing 1422 can be increased. With an increasing moment length L, the magnitudes of the reaction forces generated at the first action point P1 and at the second action point P2 can be reduced.
[0190] If the moment length L between the first action point P1 of the first support bushing 1412 and the second action point P2 of the second support bushing 1422 increases and the magnitude of the reaction force generated at the first action point P1 and at the second action point P2 decreases, the durability of the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 can be improved.
[0191] Since the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 are arranged on the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420 instead of the first support body 110, the volume of the first support body 110 can also be reduced.
[0192] Since the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 are arranged on the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420, a bushing tube for receiving the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 can also be welded to the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420, so that the formability of the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420 can be improved.
[0193] Since the volume of the first support element 1410 and the second support element 1420 is reduced, the weight of the beam 100 can also be reduced and the costs lowered.
[0194] Referring to Fig. 19 When the support 100 is rotated clockwise, the connector 1510 connected to the first support body 110 of the support 100 also rotates clockwise, and a reaction force can be generated on the first support bushing 1412 and the second support bushing 1422 connected to the connector 1510.
[0195] The first support bushing 1412 generates a reaction force in the direction towards the ground, and the second support bushing 1422 generates a reaction force in the direction away from the ground. Accordingly, a moment acting on the connector 1510 can be balanced.
[0196] Referring to Fig. 20 When the carrier 100 is rotated counterclockwise, the connector 1510 connected to the first carrier body 110 of the carrier 100 also rotates counterclockwise, and a reaction force can be generated on the first carrier bushing 1412 and the second carrier bushing 1422 connected to the connector 1510.
[0197] The first support bushing 1412 generates a reaction force in the direction away from the ground, and the second support bushing 1422 generates a reaction force in the direction towards the ground. Accordingly, a moment acting on the connector 1510 can be balanced.
