Description

Technical area

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of ink production equipment, and more particularly to a turntable assembly and a color mixing machine. Technical background

[0002] The basic principle behind various automotive paints, varnishes, latex paints, and inks is to mix various liquid colors and additives according to a formulation to ultimately create the desired color. Regarding the color mixing process, in addition to the traditional manual mixing process using paint mixers, various types of paint mixing systems are also widely used today. These paint mixing systems typically include several liquid paint drums and a material feed module that, according to a formulation, dispenses liquid colors from various liquid paint drums and mixes them in a dedicated container to achieve the desired colors.

[0003] Nowadays, the number of customers in the market who want to order various customized paints is increasing. To meet this demand, the paint mixing system must be able to store various liquid paint drums under a constant environment to ensure that the liquid paints do not deteriorate due to repeated exposure to air. Furthermore, large-capacity liquid paint raw material tanks are disadvantageous for use in such a scenario. Repeatedly pouring liquid paints from a large-capacity liquid paint raw material tank into a small-capacity liquid paint drum may result in deteriorated liquid paint quality, resulting in the liquid paints sticking to the wall and being lost due to solidification. One type of paint mixing system on the market comprises a rectangular liquid paint drum storage cabinet in which several liquid paint drums are arranged in a matrix on a plane. A discharge actuating mechanism is provided on one side of the liquid paint drum storage cabinet to dispense the liquid paints in the liquid paint drums in a metered manner. To deliver the liquid paint drums to the discharge actuating mechanism, a set of robotic arms is also required in the liquid paint drum storage cabinet. This robotic arm should have a three-axis XYZ movement mechanism. The lengths of the movement paths along the X-axis and Y-axis may increase with the increase in the number of liquid paint drums, resulting in a longer movement time for the liquid paint drums in the liquid paint drum storage cabinet. In addition, due to the matrix-like distribution of the liquid paint barrels, the distance by which the robot arm apparatus is to move in order to store or unload liquid paint barrels at different positions varies, which makes the movement of the mechanical robot arm complex and thus the design of the paint mixing machine complicated. Subject of the utility model

[0004] The object of this disclosure is to provide a turntable assembly and a paint mixing machine to simplify the construction of the paint mixing machine.

[0005] The embodiments of this disclosure are implemented as follows: In a first aspect, the embodiments of this disclosure provide a turntable assembly, wherein the turntable assembly comprises a worktable and a turntable rotatably connected to the worktable, and wherein the turntable is provided with a plurality of liquid paint barrel installation locations on its upper surface distributed along a circumference, and wherein the axis about which the turntable rotates passes through the center of the circumference.

[0006] A number of limiting elements corresponding to the number of liquid paint barrel installation locations are also distributed along the circumference of the circle, wherein the liquid paint barrel installation locations are arranged at a distance from one another with the limiting elements, and wherein the limiting element has an arcuate surface extending along the direction of the axis and is designed to limit the radial movement of a liquid paint barrel assembly with respect to the circumference of the circle towards the center of the circle.

[0007] In the above technical solution, the liquid paint barrel installation location is configured for the installation of the liquid paint barrel assembly. Since the liquid paint barrel installation locations are distributed along the circumference of the turntable, each liquid paint barrel installation location would pass by the same position when the turntable rotates. Therefore, when the turntable assembly provided by the above technical solution is used on a paint mixing machine, the turntable can be rotated, and a liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism, such as a robot arm, can pick up or place the liquid paint barrel assembly at the location where each liquid paint barrel installation location would pass by. This ensures that each liquid paint barrel installation location passes by when the turntable is picked up or placed. When each liquid paint barrel assembly is placed, the movement distance of the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism remains the same, which allows a simplified structure of the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism and thus simplifies the design of the paint mixing machine to which a turntable assembly provided by the above technical solution is applied.

[0008] Furthermore, when the liquid paint barrel assembly is placed into the liquid paint barrel installation location by the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism, the liquid paint barrel assembly can be positioned in that a number of limiting elements is provided that corresponds to the number of liquid paint barrel installation locations, and the arcuate surface of the limiting element restricts the radial movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly with respect to the circumference toward the circle center, thereby improving the positioning accuracy of the liquid paint barrel assembly and thus improving the accuracy when picking up or placing the liquid paint barrel assembly. Furthermore, the arcuate surface extends along the direction of the rotation axis of the turntable and can act to restrict the movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly toward the circle center. For this purpose, the arcuate surface has a certain size along the extension direction of the rotation axis and a larger contact area with the liquid paint barrel assembly, which can reduce the damage to the liquid paint barrel assembly to a certain extent.

[0009] In combination with the first aspect, in some optional embodiments, the boundary element comprises a first arcuate plate and a second arcuate plate connected to each other, wherein the first arcuate plate and the second arcuate plate each have the arcuate surface.

[0010] In this case, one of the two adjacent boundary elements is referred to as a first boundary element and the other of the two adjacent boundary elements is referred to as a second boundary element, wherein the liquid paint barrel installation location between the first and second boundary elements is referred to as a first liquid paint barrel installation location.

[0011] The arcuate surface of the first arcuate plate located in the first limiting member and the arcuate surface of the second arcuate plate located in the second limiting member jointly limit the circumferential radial movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly located in the first liquid paint barrel installation location toward the center of the circle.

[0012] In the above technical solution, the movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly from the liquid paint barrel installation position toward the circle center is jointly restricted by the first arc-shaped plate of the first restricting member and the second arc-shaped plate of the second restricting member, whereby the processing difficulty of the restricting member can be reduced.

[0013] In combination with the first aspect, in some optional embodiments, the arcuate surface represents a circularly circumferential surface and the installation locations of the first limiting element and the second limiting element are configured such that the arcuate surface of the first arcuate plate located in the first limiting element and the arcuate surface of the second arcuate plate located in the second limiting element lie on the same circular cylindrical surface.

[0014] In the above technical solution, since the arcuate surfaces in a limiting element each represent a circular circumferential surface and the arcuate surface of the first arcuate plate in the first limiting element lies on the same circular cylindrical surface as the arcuate surface of the second arcuate plate in the second limiting element, the first limiting element and the second limiting element can jointly have a limiting effect on the liquid paint barrel assembly.

[0015] In combination with the first aspect, in some optional embodiments, the limiting element further comprises a positioning piece, wherein the positioning piece is connected to the turntable, and wherein the first arcuate plate and the second arcuate plate are each connected to the positioning piece, and wherein the positioning piece extends radially with respect to the circumference, and wherein the positioning piece in the first limiting element and the positioning piece in the second limiting element jointly limit the circumferential movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly located in the first liquid paint barrel installation location.

[0016] In the above technical solution, the positioning piece in the limiting element extends in the radial direction relative to the circumference. When the turntable rotates, the position change of the liquid paint barrel assembly can be reduced by the positioning pieces of the first limiting element and the second limiting element jointly restricting the movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly in the circumferential direction relative to the circumference, thereby enabling the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism to pick up the liquid paint barrel assembly at a liquid paint barrel installation location and increasing the accuracy of the liquid paint barrel assembly picking process.

[0017] In combination with the first aspect, in some optional embodiments, the limiting element further comprises a side plate, wherein the first arcuate plate and the second arcuate plate are each connected to a side edge of the side plate, thereby forming a Y-shaped structure in a sectional area, and wherein another side edge of the side plate is connected to the positioning piece.

[0018] In the above technical solution, the side plate can function as a reinforcing rib between the first arcuate plate or the second arcuate plate and the positioning piece by the side plate connecting the first arcuate plate or the second arcuate plate to the positioning piece, thereby reducing the possibility of significant deformation of the first arcuate plate and the second arcuate plate when positioning the liquid paint barrel assembly by the first arcuate plate and the second arcuate plate, thus increasing the positioning accuracy of the liquid paint barrel assembly by the first arcuate plate and the second arcuate plate, thus improving the positioning accuracy of the liquid paint barrel assembly by the first arcuate plate and the second arcuate plate, so that the accuracy of picking up or putting down the liquid paint barrel assembly is improved.

[0019] In combination with the first aspect, in some optional designs the size of the side plate along the axis gradually reduces in the direction away from the first arcuate plate.

[0020] In the above technical solution, the side plate occupies a comparatively small space, which can reduce the installation space occupied by the turntable assembly and reduce the possibility of interference between the side plate and other structures.

[0021] In combination with the first aspect, in some optional designs, the size of the arcuate surface along the axis is not less than 10 cm. In the above technical solution, the size of the arcuate surface along the axis is comparatively large, and the contact area with the liquid paint barrel assembly is thus larger, which can reduce damage to the liquid paint barrel assembly to a certain extent and improve the positioning of the liquid paint barrel assembly.

[0022] In combination with the first aspect, in some optional embodiments, the work table is further connected to a protective plate, wherein the protective plate has an arc-shaped structure and encloses the liquid paint barrel installation location on the outside, and wherein the upper edge of the protective plate is higher than the upper surface of the turntable.

[0023] In the above technical solution, the protective plate surrounds the outside of the liquid paint barrel installation location, and the upper edge of the protective plate is higher than the upper surface of the turntable. Therefore, the protective plate can prevent the liquid paint barrel assembly mounted on the upper surface of the turntable from radially shifting away from the center of the circle, thereby reducing the positional variation of the liquid paint barrel assembly and allowing the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism to more accurately pick up the liquid paint barrel assembly at the liquid paint barrel installation location. Thus, the accuracy of the liquid paint barrel assembly picking process is increased.

[0024] In combination with the first aspect, in some optional embodiments, the protective plate is formed as an enclosing annular structure having a recess, the recess being configured to allow the liquid paint barrel assembly to pass therethrough.

[0025] In the above-mentioned technical solution, the liquid paint barrel assembly can be picked up or put down via the recess of the annular structure, thereby simplifying the movement of the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism and simplifying the structure of a paint mixing machine having the above-mentioned turntable assembly.

[0026] In a second aspect, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a paint mixing machine, wherein the paint mixing machine comprises a liquid paint barrel assembly, a liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism, a drive device, and a turntable assembly according to the first aspect, wherein the drive device is mounted on the work table and drivingly connected to the turntable, and wherein the liquid paint barrel assembly is arranged at the liquid paint barrel installation location, and wherein the paint mixing machine is configured such that the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism is insertable into the recess to remove the liquid paint barrel assembly from the recess.

[0027] In the paint mixing machine provided by the above technical solution, in order to pick up or place the liquid paint barrel assembly under the action of the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism via the recess of the protective plate, a predetermined liquid paint barrel installation location can first be rotated to a specific position near the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism by the turntable, so that the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism picks up the liquid paint barrel assembly from the predetermined liquid paint barrel installation location through this recess, or places the liquid paint barrel assembly in the predetermined liquid paint barrel installation location. It is possible to pick up or place the liquid paint barrel assembly in this way with respect to various liquid paint barrel installation locations, simplifying the movement of the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism and thus simplifying the structure of the paint mixing machine.By further providing a limiting element on the turntable assembly to limit the position of the liquid paint barrel assembly, the liquid paint barrel assembly can be positioned and its positional change on the turntable reduced. This allows the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism to pick up and place the liquid paint barrel assembly more precisely, thereby increasing the accuracy of picking up and placing the liquid paint barrel assembly. [0035] It should also be noted in the description of the present disclosure that, unless expressly stated and defined otherwise, terms such as "arranged," "attached," "coupled," and "connected" are to be understood in a broad sense. [0036] The present disclosure provides a paint mixing machine in which a simplified construction of the paint mixing machine is enabled by simplifying the manner of movement of a liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism.

[0037] As in Fig. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the paint mixing machine provided by the present disclosure includes a liquid paint drum assembly 300, a liquid paint drum gripping mechanism, a turntable assembly 200, and a drive device 500. The turntable assembly 200 further includes a worktable 210 and a turntable 220 rotatably connected to the worktable 210. The worktable 210 is stationary, for example, connected to the frame 100 of the paint mixing machine, and remains stationary relative to the floor during operation of the paint mixing machine. The turntable 220 is drivingly connected to the drive device 500, and thus the rotation of the turntable 220 is driven by the operating drive device 500. The turntable 220 has a plurality of liquid paint barrel installation locations 221 distributed along a circumference, and the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 can be placed in the liquid paint barrel installation location 221.The liquid paint barrel installation locations 221 are distributed along a circumference on the top of the turntable 220, and the center of the circumference is located on the rotation axis of the turntable 220. In . Fig. 1 to 5, the turntable 220 is a circular disk-shaped component, and the rotation axis of the turntable 220 is perpendicular to the top surface of the turntable 220. During the rotation of the turntable 220, the trajectory of movement with respect to each liquid paint barrel installation location 221 remains identical, and accordingly, the trajectory of movement with respect to each liquid paint barrel assembly 300 also remains identical, whereby the predetermined liquid paint barrel installation location 221 is rotated to a position in the immediate vicinity of the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism for picking up or placing a liquid paint barrel assembly 300.It is not difficult to understand that, prior to being picked up by the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism, the predetermined liquid paint barrel installation location 221 is selected by the operator or the control program based on the desired arrangement position of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 or on the unoccupied liquid paint barrel parking locations.

[0038] Since the movement path of each liquid paint barrel installation location 221 remains identical and the movement path of each liquid paint barrel assembly 300 remains identical, in the above-mentioned paint mixing machine according to this disclosure, when both picking up and setting down the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 with respect to each liquid paint barrel installation location 221, the rotation of the turntable assembly 200 can be driven by the drive device 500, so that the predetermined liquid paint barrel installation location 221 is rotated to a position in the immediate vicinity of the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism. Subsequently, the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 is picked up from the predetermined liquid paint barrel installation location 221 by the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism or set down in the predetermined liquid paint barrel installation location 221. Therefore, the movement manner of the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism is independent of the location where the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 is picked up or set down.which simplifies the movement of the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism and thus the design of the paint mixing machine.

[0039] In some embodiments, the motion transmission between the rotary table 220 and the drive device 500 is achieved by a gear transmission. Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 3, a ring gear is provided on the underside of the turntable 220, and an electric motor mounted on the work table 210 is provided as the drive device 500. A gear meshing with the ring gear is connected to the output shaft of the electric motor, and the rotation of the turntable 220 is achieved by rotation of the electric motor. Furthermore, the liquid ink barrel installation location 221 is located on the top side of the turntable 220, so the liquid ink barrel assembly 300 is placed on the top side of the turntable 220.

[0040] To achieve greater precision when picking up or placing down the liquid paint barrel assembly 300, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, a number of limiting elements 230 are distributed along the circumference along which the liquid paint barrel installation locations 221 are distributed, wherein the number of limiting elements corresponds to the number of liquid paint barrel installation locations 221. The liquid paint barrel installation locations 221 are arranged at a distance from the limiting elements 230, i.e., on the circumference along which the liquid paint barrel installation locations 221 are distributed, there is one limiting element 230 between each two adjacent liquid paint barrel installation locations 221, and one liquid paint barrel installation location 221 between each two adjacent limiting elements 230.The limiting element 230 has an arcuate surface 231 extending along the rotation axis of the turntable 220, which prevents the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 from moving radially with respect to the circumference toward the center point, thus allowing the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 to be positioned when the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 is placed into a liquid paint barrel installation location 221 by the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism. This improves the accuracy of the placement process of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 and guarantees the positioning accuracy of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 in the liquid paint barrel installation location 221. Based on this, the accuracy of the pick-up process of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 from the liquid paint barrel installation location 221 is also increased.

[0041] In the Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 4, the rotational axis of the turntable 220 extends in the vertical direction, and accordingly, the arcuate surface 231 extends in the vertical direction. That is, the curve formed by the intersection of the arcuate surface 231 with the horizontal plane is an arcuate line, and the curve formed by the intersection of the arcuate surface 231 with the vertical plane is a straight line. It should not be difficult for a person skilled in the art to understand that the arcuate surface 231 should have a certain size in the direction of the rotational axis of the turntable 220 because, when the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 is placed into the liquid paint barrel installation location 221 by the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism, the arcuate surface 231 can position the liquid paint barrel assembly 300. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the contact area between the arcuate surface 231 and the liquid paint container assembly 300 is therefore relatively large, thereby reducing damage to the liquid paint container assembly 300 to some extent. Furthermore, the size of the arcuate surface 231 in the direction of the rotation axis of the rotation axis 220 is not less than 10 cm. Furthermore, the size may be 10 cm to 20 cm, such as 10 cm, 12 cm, 14 cm, 16 cm, 18 cm, and 20 cm. In other embodiments, the size may also be 25 cm, 30 cm, etc.

[0042] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the limiting element 230, whose structure is as shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, a first arcuate plate 232 and a second arcuate plate 233 are connected to each other. Both the first arcuate plate 232 and the second arcuate plate 233 have the arcuate surface 231 configured to restrict the movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 along the radial direction of the circumference to the circle center. Furthermore, it is assumed that one of the two adjacent restriction members 230 is a first restriction member and the other is a second restriction member, and that the liquid paint barrel installation location 221 between the first and second restriction members is a first liquid paint barrel installation location. The arcuate surface 231 of the first arcuate plate 232 located in the first restriction member and the arcuate surface 231 of the second arcuate plate 233 located in the second restriction member jointly restrict the movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 provided in the first liquid paint barrel installation location along the radial direction of the circumference to the center of the circle. In this embodiment, the two adjacent restriction members 230 jointly restrict the movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 located between the two adjacent restriction members 230, thereby reducing the processing difficulty of the restriction members 230.

[0043] Furthermore, the arcuate surface 231 represents a circular surface, i.e. the curve formed by the intersection of the arcuate surface 231 with the horizontal surface is a circular arc. As shown in Fig. 5, the arcuate surface 231 of the first arcuate plate 232 and the arcuate surface 231 of the second arcuate plate 233 are located on the same circular cylindrical surface after the first limiting member and the second limiting member are connected to the rotary table 220.

[0044] In the above embodiment, as shown in Fig. 5, in a boundary element 230, the first arcuate plate 232 and the second arcuate plate 233 form a substantially V-shaped structure. In other embodiments, the arcuate surface 231 of the first arcuate plate 232 and the arcuate surface 231 of the second arcuate plate 233 in a boundary element 230 may have a smooth transition and form a continuous arcuate surface, that is, the first arcuate plate 232 and the second arcuate plate 233 in the same boundary element 230 form a structure that is substantially ∩-shaped.

[0045] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the limiting element 230 further comprises a positioning piece 234 for limiting the movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 in the radial direction. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the positioning piece 234 is connected to the turntable 220, and the first arcuate plate 232 and the second arcuate plate 233 are respectively connected to the positioning piece 234. The positioning piece 234 extends radially with respect to the circumference on which the liquid paint barrel installation locations 221 are distributed, and the positioning pieces 234 in the first and second restriction members, each on a respective side in the circumferential direction, restrict the circumferential movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 with respect to the circumference. By restricting the movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 in the circumferential direction, the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism can more accurately pick up a liquid paint barrel assembly 300 located in the liquid paint barrel installation location 221, thereby improving the accuracy of the pick-up operation of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300.

[0046] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the limiting element 230 further comprises a side plate 235 that connects the arcuate plate (including the first arcuate plate 232 and the second arcuate plate 233) to the positioning piece 234. That is, both the first arcuate plate 232 and the second arcuate plate 233 are directly connected to the positioning piece 234 on the one hand, and indirectly connected to the positioning piece 234 through the side plate 235 on the other hand, in order to increase the rigidity of the overall structure of the limiting element 230 and reduce the deformation of the limiting element 230 under an external force. As shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. As shown in Figure 5, each of the first arcuate plate 232 and the second arcuate plate 233 is connected to a side edge of the side plate 235, whereby the first arcuate plate 232, the second arcuate plate 233, and the side plate 235 form a Y-shaped structure in a sectional plane. It is not difficult to understand that this sectional plane is a plane perpendicular to the extension direction of the arcuate surface 231. Another adjacent side edge of the side plate 235 is connected to the positioning piece 234. In the embodiments shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. In the structures shown in Figure 5, the side plate 235 can function as a reinforcing rib. While the liquid ink barrel gripping mechanism inserts the liquid ink barrel assembly 300 into a liquid ink barrel installation location 221, the first arcuate plate 232 and the second arcuate plate 233 may come into contact with the liquid ink barrel assembly 300. Thus, due to the presence of the side plate 235, the deformation at the end of the first arcuate plate 232 and the second arcuate plate 233, respectively, facing away from the positioning piece 234 can be reduced.

[0047] In order to reduce the possibility of interference between the side plate 235 and other structures (such as the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism), the size of the side plate 235 along the axis of the turntable 220 (i.e., the extending direction of the arcuate surface 231) gradually decreases in the direction away from the first arcuate plate 232. That is, as shown in Fig. 2, the side plate 235 is a triangular component.

[0048] In the Fig. 2 to 5, the turntable assembly 200 further comprises a protective plate 240 connected to the work table 210. The protective plate 240 has an arcuate structure and encloses the liquid paint barrel installation locations 221 from the outside, with the upper side of the protective plate 240 being higher than the upper surface of the turntable 220. Furthermore, the connection point between the protective plate 240 and the work table 210 is located on the outside of the turntable 220, and the surface of the protective plate 240 that serves to limit the movement of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 is located inward with respect to the edge of the turntable 220. In the embodiment shown in Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 3, the protective plate 240 has a vertically arranged circular circumferential surface whose axis coincides with the rotational axis of the rotary table 220. The radius of this circular circumferential surface is larger than the radius of the circumference at which the liquid ink installation points 221 are located and smaller than the radius of the rotary table 220.

[0049] It is not difficult to understand that the protective plate 240 can prevent the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 from moving radially away from the center of the circumference under the action of centrifugal force, thereby reducing the position change of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300, thus allowing the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism to more accurately pick up the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 located in the liquid paint barrel installation location 221, and improving the accuracy of the picking operation of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300.

[0050] Furthermore, in the Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 3, the protective plate 240 is formed as an enclosing annular structure with a recess 241 sized to allow the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 to pass through. It should not be difficult for those skilled in the art to understand that during the process of picking up or placing down the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 by the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism, the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 can pass through this recess 241, thus eliminating the need to complicate the movement of the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism to avoid the protective plate 240, thereby making the movement of the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism comparatively simple. It is not difficult to understand that the size of the recess 241 should also allow the liquid paint barrel gripping mechanism to pick up the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 from the liquid paint barrel installation location 221 or place it therein.

[0051] In the Fig. In the embodiments shown in Figures 2 to 5, the protective plate 240 represents a longer ring structure having a recess 241 and consisting of several shorter arcuate structures to facilitate processing of the protective plate 240. In other embodiments, the protective plate 240 may also be an integral ring structure with a recess 241.

[0052] Furthermore, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 includes a liquid paint barrel and an agitator shaft connected to the liquid paint barrel, one end of the agitator shaft being located inside the liquid paint barrel and the other end of the agitator shaft being located outside the liquid paint barrel. A stirring mechanism 250 is provided at each liquid paint barrel installation location 221. When the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 is placed at the liquid paint barrel installation location 221, the agitator shaft of the liquid paint barrel assembly 300 is connected to the agitator mechanism 250. During rotation of the turntable 220, the agitator mechanism 250 drives the rotation of the agitator shaft to agitate the paint inside the liquid paint barrel, thereby preventing the paint from solidifying.

[0053] The foregoing merely represents preferred embodiments of this disclosure and is not intended to limit this disclosure. Various changes and modifications to this disclosure are conceivable by those skilled in the art. All changes, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc., made within the spirit and principles of this disclosure are within the scope of this disclosure.
