Abstract

Core lifter which grabs cores created when drilling with diamond core bits so that they can be lifted and transported.

Description

[0001] The invention relates to a core lifter for collecting cores created during drilling in concrete and stone with diamond core bits. Depending on their diameter, these cores weigh between 10 and 150 kg. Due to their compact shape and heavy weight, these cores are difficult to transport manually.

[0002] The innovation is based on the task of grasping the drill cores with a gripper and then picking them up and transporting them.

[0004] The housing -1- consists of a U-profile whose side legs -1a- are provided with holes into which the gripper arm -2- and gripper arm -3- are movably attached at the ends -2a- and -3a-. After the gripper arms -2- and -3- are positioned on the core sample -6-, the core sample grabber is raised using the handle -4- or the additional support rods -5-, and the gripper arms -2- and -3- grip the core sample -6- so that it can be lifted and transported.

[2] Core extractor according to claim -1- characterized by that the housing consists of a U-profile in order to support a movable gripper arm inside and a movable gripper arm outside on the leg of the U-profile. [3] Core extractor according to claim 1-2 characterized by that two support rods can be mounted using the plug-in method. [4] Core extractor according to claim 1-3 characterized by that the movable gripper arms for drill cores from 100mm-400mm Ø can be adjusted continuously and without tools.
