Abstract

The sausage cutter for grilled sausages is a two-part plastic block made of food-safe plastic in which six knives (No. 3) are installed at a constant distance. The knife block consists of part 1 (No. 1) and part 2 (No. 2). These are connected by two screws (No. 4). The blades are embedded in a groove. A crossbar (No. 5) prevents them from falling out. There are four rubber anti-slip feet (No. 6) mounted in the corners on the underside. The mounting hole (No.7) can be used for additional fastening.

Description

[0001] The sausage scorer for grilled sausages is a two-part knife block made of food-safe plastic, in which six sausage scoring knives are installed at a constant distance.
