Abstract

A cleaning robot characterized in that it comprises: a body, wherein a housing is provided at the bottom of the body; a drive device, wherein the drive device comprises a first drive source and a sliding plate connected to the first drive source, and wherein the sliding plate has a lifting section; a wiping assembly arranged in the housing, wherein the wiping assembly is connected to the sliding plate via a connecting component and the connecting component and the sliding plate are movable relative to each other; wherein, when the first drive source outputs a drive force in a first direction, the first drive source drives the sliding plate and thereby moves the connecting component in the direction from a first working position to a second working position, so that part of the wiping assembly is exposed;and wherein, when the first drive source outputs a driving force in a second direction, the first drive source moves the sliding plate relative to the connecting component in the direction from the second working position to the first working position and, after the connecting component has reached a first position, one side of the wiper assembly rests against a side wall of the housing, wherein, when the first drive source continues to output driving force in the second direction, the connecting component rises along the lifting section of the sliding plate and moves the wiper assembly upwards.
