Capsule structure (C) with a Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide compound, comprising: - a capsule body (10) comprising a first capsule shell (11) and a second capsule shell (12), wherein the first capsule shell (11) and the second capsule shell (12) are placed on top of each other in such a way that they together enclose a closed receiving space (13); and - several functional particles (20) arranged in the receiving space (13) of the capsule body (10), wherein the composition of the several functional particles (20) comprises β-polydextrose and Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body extract.

Description

The present invention relates to a capsule structure, more particularly to a capsule structure comprising a Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide compound.The rapid life of modern society and the hectare of people who often stay late in the night, irregular working and rest times, and imbalanced nutrition result in symptoms such as mild disease, physical weakness and fatigue, which impairs the normal physiological function of the human body. In order to maintain or improve health in a short time, modern people therefore generally decide to intake healthy foods in order to improve and regulate their physiological functions.Therefore, the question of how to increase vitality and protective power by consuming healthy foods to aid in regulating physiological functions and alleviate the phenomenon of physical weakness has become an important issue to be solved in this technical field.Starting from the disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention has for its object to offer a capsule structure with a Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide compound. With the capsule structure comprising a Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide compound according to the present invention, effective enhancement of protective force, physical strength and vitality as well as improvement of physical weakness can be achieved.To achieve this object, the present invention proposes a capsule structure comprising a Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide compound comprising a capsule body and a plurality of functional particles. The capsule body has a first capsule shell and a second capsule shell, wherein the first capsule shell and the second capsule shell are placed on top of one another such that they together enclose a closed receiving space. The functional particles are arranged in the accommodation space of the capsule body. The composition of the functional particles contains β-polydextrose and Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract.In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first capsule shell has a first closed end and a first placement end opposite the first closed end, and the second capsule shell has a second closed end and a second placement end opposite the second closed end, wherein the outer diameter of the second placement end corresponds to the inner diameter of the first placement end of the first capsule shell, such that the second capsule shell latches into the first capsule shell.In one embodiment of the present invention, the content of the β-polydextrose is 150 mg to 300 mg and the content of the Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract is 100 mg to 200 mg.In one embodiment of the present invention, the β-polydextrose contains, based on the weight percent of the β-polydextrose, from 75% to 90% by weight of β-1,3 / 1,6-glucan.In one embodiment of the present invention, the β-polydextrose is recovered from baker's yeast.In one embodiment of the present invention, the Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract contains from 30% to 45% by weight of Ganoderma lucidumpolysaccharides based on the weight percent of the Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract.In one embodiment of the present invention, the Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract is obtained from Ganoderma lucidumand Ganoderma tsugae.In an embodiment of the present invention, the composition of the plurality of functional particles further comprises vitamin C and vitamin E.In an embodiment of the present invention, the capsule body is a vegetable capsule.One of the advantageous effects of the present invention is that, in the capsule structure having a Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide compound according to the present invention, by the technical solutions of "the first capsule shell and the second capsule shell are put on each other so as to collectively enclose a closed accommodation space", and "a plurality of functional particles are arranged in the accommodation space of the capsule body, the composition of the plurality of functional particles comprising β-polydextrose and Ganoderma lucidum fruit body extract" an effective enhancement of the protective force, the body force and the vitality as well as an improvement of the physical weakness can be achieved.For a better understanding of the features and technical contents of the present invention, reference is made to the following detailed description and drawings of the present invention, which, however, are given by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present invention. In an effective dose of the composition, the β-polydextrose is present in an amount of 150 mg to 300 mg and the Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract in an amount of 100 mg to 200 mg.In the present embodiment, the content of β-polydextrose in an effective dose of the composition is 150 mg to 300 mg. It is worth noting that the β-polydextrose in the present utility model is obtained from baker's yeast, wherein the β-polydextrose contains, based on the weight percent of the β-polydextrose, at least 75 wt.% or more of β-1,3 / 1,6-glucan and preferably 75 wt.% to 90 wt.% of β-1,3 / 1,6-glucan. Therefore, the β-polydextrose of the present invention has clinically proved ability to markedly enhance protective power, increase physical strength, decrease tiredness, increase concentration and release stress. In some further embodiments, the content of β-polydextrose in an effective dose of the composition may also be 150 mg, 200 mg, 250 mg or 300 mg. However, the present invention is not limited to the above examples.Generally, Ganoderma lucidumhas ever been a curative product that nourches and reinforces the body, so that the market is full of Ganoderma lucidum-related health products. However, the manner in which Ganoderma lucidum is cultured has effects on the active ingredients of Ganoderma lucidum. A liquid culture of Ganoderma lucidum can be used, for example, to obtain Ganoderma lucidum mycelium in about 2 to 3 weeks, the Ganoderma lucidum extract of which, however, does not contain triterpenoids which are one of the important active ingredients of Ganoderma lucidum. In addition, the polysaccharide composition of the extract obtained from the mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum is incomplete.The Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract in the present invention is recovered by solid cultivation of Ganoderma lucidumfor about 4 to 6 months and subsequent harvesting for extraction. In comparison with the Ganoderma lucidum mycelium extract, the Ganoderma lucidum fruit body extract has a complete and complete spectrum of active ingredients which contains, inter alia, high molecular weight Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, a complete spectrum of triterpenoids and a large number of amino acids.In the present embodiment, the content of Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract in an effective dose of the composition is 100 mg to 200 mg. However, the present invention is not limited to the above examples.In the present embodiment, the protective power enhancing composition may further contain vitamin C and vitamin E. In the present embodiment, in an effective dose of the composition, the vitamin C content may be 50 mg to 100 mg and the vitamin E content may be 6.5 mg to 13 mg. However, the present invention is not limited to the above example.[Second Embodiment]As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the second embodiment of the present invention provides a capsule structure C comprising a Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide compound comprising a capsule body 10 and a plurality of functional particles 20.The capsule body 10 has a first capsule shell 11 and a second capsule shell 12, wherein the first capsule shell 11 and the second capsule shell 12 are placed on top of one another such that they together enclose a closed receiving space 13. The functional particles 20 are disposed in the accommodation space 13 of the capsule body 10. However, the present invention is not limited to the above example.In detail, the first capsule shell 11 has a first closed end 111 and a first attachment end 112 opposite the first closed end 111, and the second capsule shell 12 has a second closed end 121 and a second attachment end 122 opposite the second closed end 121, wherein the outer diameter of the second attachment end 122 corresponds to the inner diameter of the first attachment end 112 of the first capsule shell 11 such that the second capsule shell 12 can snap into the first capsule shell 11 to produce the closed receiving space 13 for receiving the functional particles 20. The functional particles 20 can be present in the form of powder particles, granules or powders.In the present embodiment, the plurality of functional particles 20 is the protective force enhancing composition of the first embodiment. In other words, the composition of the plurality of functional particles 20 comprises at least β-polydextrose and Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract, i.e., the composition of the functional particles 20 is a Ganoderma lucidumpolysaccaride compound. In this regard, in an effective dose of the composition, the β-polydextrose is present in an amount of 150 mg to 300 mg and the Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract is present in an amount of 100 mg to 200 mg. However, the present invention is not limited to the above examples.It should be noted that the accommodation space 13 of the capsule body 10 may provide a good preservation environment for the functional particles 20. In hermetically packaging the plurality of functional particles 20 in the accommodation space 13, it may be filled with dry air to make the functional particles 20 less susceptible to deterioration. However, the above example is only one possible embodiment and is not intended to limit the present invention.In the present exemplary embodiment, the capsule body 10 can be a vegetable capsule, the material of which comprises hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, carrageenan and potassium chloride.[Third Embodiment]In the present embodiment, 7 men and women with chronic fatigue in total were administered the capsule structure C of the second embodiment of the present invention, 2 capsules per day. It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the composition of the functional particles comprises β-polydextrose, Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract, vitamin C and vitamin E. Each capsule structure C contains 150 mg of β-polydextrose, 100 mg of Ganoderma lucidumfruit extract, 50 mg of vitamin C and 6.5 mg of vitamin E.
