Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a mounting support for mounting at least one marking target on a mast, in particular a track mast, and to a track marking system with such a mounting support and a marking target.
[0002] From DE 20 2021 002 178 U1 a signalling mark for surveying points (in particular railway track marking points, so-called GV points) for use as a signalling device is known.
[0003] In the current state of the art, the track marking signaling marker (GV signaling marker) is a signaling device for survey points, which are preferably marked with horizontally aligned bolts on marking supports (e.g., on railway overhead line masts). The GV signaling marker is placed with the hole over the bolt and then pushed onto the marking support and thus onto the rear end of the bolt adjacent to the marking support. Additionally, the GV signaling marker can be attached to the marking support by gluing, binding, clamping, magnets, or similar means.
[0004] The known geometry of the GV signaling marker, including the position of the hole, allows the recorded GV signaling marker to be used to identify a surveying bolt (typically 30 mm long and 12 mm in diameter). The GV signaling marker improves the recording conditions for various recording directions when using moving rail-based recording systems (vehicles, trolleys, etc.) and aerial recording systems (manned aircraft, drones, etc.) with a signaling marker.
[0005] The GV signalling mark is designed as a signalling for surveying points, particularly in the field of railway surveying.
[0006] The GV signalling mark comprises a flat surface consisting of a main element and a secondary element with a length, a width and a depth with one or more holes as well as an additional surface connected at right angles to it (front element) consisting of a length, a width and a depth and optionally a border below the front element.
[0007] The GV signalling mark is advantageously made of a deformation-resistant material.
[0008] The GV signaling mark is advantageously made of a weather-resistant material.
[0009] In an advantageous embodiment of the GV signaling mark, it has at least one hole, preferably with a diameter of 12 mm.
[0010] In an advantageous embodiment, the GV signaling mark can be designed with a single- or multi-colored surface, wherein several colors can advantageously be formed in different delimited partial areas.
[0011] In an advantageous embodiment, the GV signaling mark can be formed with reflective or retroreflective full or partial surfaces at different positions.
[0012] The invention is based on the object of providing a suitable mounting option for at least one marking target mark, in particular for a track marking signaling mark or for a track marking target.
[0013] Embodiments and objects according to the invention suitable for solving this problem are specified in particular in the claims.
[0014] The object is achieved according to the invention by a mounting support which is provided (or: suitable and intended) for mounting at least one marking target on a mast, with a) at least one mast mounting side which, when mounted, faces the mast, and b) a target mounting side on which the marking target can be mounted, c) wherein the mounting support has at least one fastening element area for receiving at least one fastening element.
[0015] The invention further relates to a track marking system comprising a mounting support and a marking target mark.
[0016] The invention will be further explained below using exemplary embodiments. Reference is made to the drawings, in which Fig. 1 a track marking target mounted on a track mast by means of a mounting bracket in a perspective front view, Fig. 2 the track marking target mounted on the track mast (not shown here) by means of the mounting bracket in a perspective rear view, Fig. 3 a track marking target to be mounted on a track mast by means of a mounting bracket in a perspective exploded view from the front, Fig. 4 a mounting bracket in a perspective front view, Fig. 5 a mounting bracket in a perspective rear view, and Fig. 6 shows a track marking target to be mounted on a track mast by means of a mounting bracket and a support bracket, in a perspective exploded view from the front, each schematically shown. Corresponding parts and sizes are shown in the Fig. 1 to 6 are provided with the same reference numerals.
[0017] According to Fig. 1, a mounting bracket (also referred to as an adapter) 2 is provided with a target mounting side 2A and a mast mounting side 2B. The mounting bracket 2 is according to Fig. 1 is suitable and intended (or intended) for mounting a target marker on a track mast (or: railway mast) 10. In an embodiment according to Fig. 1, the marking target is a track marking target comprising a sign 3 and a reference element 4. The track marking target is intended for marking a track or railway line of a railway line.
[0018] In general, a mounting bracket according to the invention is suitable and intended for mounting a marking target on a mast. A mast can also be understood as the column of a measuring tripod or a post, in particular a fence post.
[0019] The reference element 4 of the track marking target 3 is, as shown in the present embodiment, preferably designed in the form of a bolt. The bolt as the reference element 4 has a bolt part 41 that protrudes at least partially from the mounted track marking target 3.
[0020] An upper edge of the bolt part 41 forms a generally reflective reference edge RK, which can be detected by a measuring device (not shown), for example a laser measuring device.
[0021] The track marking target 3 has a front side 31 and a back side 32, which are preferably formed on a sign or a plate.
[0022] In the mounted track marking target 3 runs according to Fig. 1, a vertical axis A1 substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the track mast 10. The longitudinal direction of the track mast 10 is also referred to below as the longitudinal direction. Advantageously, the vertical axis A1 substantially coincides with a central axis of the track marking target 3, which also runs parallel to the longitudinal direction.
[0023] According to Fig. 1, a horizontal axis A2 runs in the mounted track marking target 3 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, which is also referred to below as the transverse direction. Advantageously, the length of a frontal surface 36 of the track marking target 3, located in a frontal plane spanned by the direction vectors of the axes A1 and A2, is divided longitudinally by the horizontal axis A2 in a ratio of two to one.
[0024] The lateral surface of the bolt part 41 defines an outline in the frontal plane which is preferably substantially circular.
[0025] Further according to Fig. 1, an orthogonal axis A3 runs perpendicular to the frontal plane spanned by the direction vectors of axes A1 and A2. Advantageously, the orthogonal axis A3 intersects the vertical axis A1 at an end portion of the frontal surface 36 facing the ground. A direction vector of the orthogonal axis A3 and a direction vector of the horizontal axis A2 define a transverse plane in which a transverse surface 37 of the track marking target 3 lies.
[0026] The axes A1 and A2 and the reference edge RK meet at the reference point RP, which is the center point of a substantially square section of the frontal surface 36. The substantially square section of the frontal surface 36 is also referred to below as the square section.
[0027] The square section of the frontal surface 36 is adjoined longitudinally by a substantially semicircular section of the frontal surface 36 facing away from the ground. The vertical axis A1 divides the substantially semicircular section of the frontal surface 36 into a first and second circular quadrant, wherein the radius of the first circular quadrant corresponds to the radius of the second circular quadrant plus the width of a first ring segment adjoining the second circular quadrant. The first ring segment essentially adjoins the second end of the frontal surface 36 in the transverse direction.
[0028] The transverse surface 37 is essentially semicircular and is divided by the orthogonal axis A3 into a third and fourth circular quadrant, wherein the radius of the third circular quadrant corresponds to the radius of the fourth circular quadrant plus the width of a second ring segment adjoining the fourth circular quadrant. The second ring segment essentially adjoins the first end of the frontal surface 36 in the transverse direction.
[0029] According to Fig. 1, the mounted track marking target 3 is connected at least partially, preferably by an adhesive connection, to the mounting support 2 on its rear side 32. On the mast mounting side 2B, the mounting support 2, which is connected to the track marking target 3 in the mounted state, rests on a support surface 26 against the track mast 10. The support surface 26 is preferably adapted to the shape of the counter support surface in the mounted state, here the track mast 10, thus forming according to Fig. 1 a contact surface adapted to the track mast 10. In the assembled state, the mounting support 2 is fastened to the track mast 10 by at least one first fastening element 7, preferably by the first fastening element 7 and a second fastening element 8.
[0030] One or more of the following elements can be provided as fastening elements 7, 8 for fastening the mounting support to the track mast: tensioning straps, belts, chains, sheet metal strips, ropes, clamps, adhesive tapes, magnets or cable ties.
[0031] Instead of or in addition to an adhesive connection, other types of connection, for example a snap connection, screw connection, nail connection, rivet connection, bolt connection, clamp connection, staple connection, magnetic connection or angle connection can be provided for connecting the mounting support 2 to the track marking target 3.
[0032] According to Fig. 2, the mounting bracket 2 has a first fastening element region 27 and a second fastening element region 28. Each fastening element region 27 and 28 is according to Fig. 2, in the assembled state, is covered or closed by the surface of the mounted track marking target 3 on its rear side 32, so that a channel, preferably at least partially closed all around, is formed for the passage of the associated fastening element 7 or 8. Preferably, the two channels formed by the surface of the mounted track marking target 3 and the fastening element regions 27 and 28 run parallel to each other.
[0033] In general, the mounting bracket 2 may have at least one fastening element region 27, 28 on the target mounting side 2A and / or on the mast mounting side 2B. Unlike in Fig. 2, at least one fastening element area 27, 28 on the target mark mounting side 2A can be located from the upper end of the mounting support 2 in the mounted state of the mounting support 2, i.e. from a Fig. 2, the fastening element region 27, 28 can extend from the end of the mounting support 2 facing away from the base of the track mast 10 (not shown), to the lower end of the mounting support 2, i.e., to an end of the mounting support 2 facing the base of the track mast 10, or from the lower end of the mounting support 2 in the mounted state of the mounting support 2 to the upper end of the mounting support 2. In other words, at least one fastening element region 27, 28 can be covered by a surface of the marking target 3 in the mounted state of the mounting support 2, wherein the fastening element region 27, 28 remains open in a direction facing the base of the track mast 10 or in a direction facing away from the base of the track mast 10, so that a channel is formed that is not closed all around. In other words, the surfaces of the at least one fastening element region 27, 28 can, together with the covering surface of the marking target mark 3, define a substantially U-shaped outline in a sectional plane which, in the mounted state of the mounting support 2, is substantially perpendicular to the surface of the marking target mark 3 covering the fastening element region 27, 28.
[0034] In alternative embodiments, at least one fastening element region 27, 28 can be formed as a fastening element eyelet, wherein the at least one fastening element eyelet is arranged on a side of the mounting support 2 that is connected to a surface of the mounting support 2 on the target mark mounting side 2A. Each fastening element eyelet has an oval, circular, or polygonal opening through which a fastening element 27, 28 is passed in the mounted state of the mounting support 2.
[0035] According to Fig. 2, the mounting bracket 2 has a screw receptacle 29 which, in the assembled state of the mounting bracket 2, receives a fastening screw 5 on a screw head 51 of the fastening screw 5. In the assembled state of the mounting bracket 2, the fastening screw 5 extends in an orthogonal direction, i.e. in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, through the mounting bracket 2. Preferably, in the assembled state, the fastening screw 5 has an outline in a sectional plane spanned by the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction through the mounting bracket 2, the center point of which in the sectional plane preferably lies between the fastening element regions 27 and 28. The axis running in an orthogonal direction through the center point of the fastening screw 5 in the sectional plane in the assembled state is referred to below as the center axis of the fastening screw 5.
[0036] In general, the mounting support 2 can have a counter-element region 29 on the mast mounting side 2B, which, when the mounting support 2 is in the assembled state, receives a counter-element 5 at its counter-element head 51. The counter-element region 29 has a shape that is adapted to the shape of the counter-element head 51. For example, the counter-element region 29 can be circular, oval, or polygonal in a sectional plane running through the mounting support 2. In general, the counter-element 5 is suitable for forming a force-fitting, form-fitting, or material-fitting connection with the reference element 4 when the mounting support 2 is in the assembled state. For example, when the mounting support 2 is in the assembled state, a rivet, tongue-and-groove, screw, solder, weld, or adhesive connection exists between the reference element 4 and the counter-element 5.
[0037] According to Fig. 2, the support surface 26 is adapted to the shape of the counter support surface (not shown), here the track mast 10 (not shown). For example, the support surface 26 can be adapted to the surface of a cylinder or an n-sided prism. In general, the support surface 26 is present at least in some areas on the mast mounting side 2B of the mounting support 2. Unlike in Fig. 2, the area of the mounting support passage 25 can also be the only interruption of the support surface 26 within the rear edges of the mounting support 2 in the transverse and longitudinal directions. Fig. 2, the mounting support 2 is further connected to the track marking target 3 at the adhesive surfaces 21, 22 and 24.
[0038] The longitudinally upper end of the mounting support 2 in the mounted state is preferably adapted to the shape of the substantially semicircular section of the frontal surface 36 of the track marking target 3. According to Fig. 2, the longitudinally upper end of the mounting support 2 has a curved shape in a sectional plane spanned by the longitudinal and transverse directions through the mounting support 2, which corresponds to a circular arc, wherein the radius of this circular arc is equal to the radius of the first quadrant of the circle. In other words, the mounting support 2 extends according to Fig. 2 in the longitudinal direction no further than the substantially semicircular section of the frontal surface 36 of the track marking target 3.
[0039] According to Fig. 2, the width of the mounting support 2 in the transverse direction is smaller than the width of the track marking target 3 in the transverse direction.
[0040] From an orthogonal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction and facing the front side 31 of the mounted track marking target 3, the mounting support 2 is preferably not detectable by a surveying device.
[0041] Preferably, the mounting support 2 has at least one recess 202 in the orthogonal direction on the mast mounting side 2B. Particularly preferably, the mounting support 2 has an even number of recesses 202 on the mast mounting side 2B, which are arranged mirror-symmetrically with respect to a plane spanned by a directional vector of the center axis of the mounting support passage 25 and the longitudinal direction. Particularly preferably, the mounting support 2 has a plurality of recesses 202 on the mast mounting side 2B, the maximum extent of which runs in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the track mast 10. Such an arrangement of the plurality of recesses 202 on the mast mounting side 2B is associated with the advantage of increased flexibility of the mounting support 2 and a concomitant improved adaptability of the support surface 26 to the counter-support surface, in particular in the shape of a cylinder jacket, of the track mast 10.
[0042] According to Fig. 2, a wall 207 adjoins the recesses 202 in an orthogonal direction at the level of the fastening element region 27. At the level of the fastening element region 28, a wall 208 adjoins the recesses 202 in an orthogonal direction. The walls 207, 208 can form a surface of the corresponding fastening element region 27, 28 on the target mounting side 2A of the mounting support 2. In other words, the walls 207, 208 can adjoin the corresponding recesses 202 on the mast mounting side 2B and form the base of a groove-shaped fastening element region 27, 28 on the target mounting side 2A.
[0043] According to Fig. 3, the square section of the frontal surface 36 is divided by the axes A1 and A2 into four essentially rectangular fields.
[0044] The first field extends in the longitudinal direction substantially from the horizontal axis A2 to the end portion of the square portion of the frontal surface 36 facing away from the ground and in the transverse direction substantially from the vertical axis A1 to a first edge running parallel to the longitudinal direction and spaced transversely from a first end of the frontal surface 36.
[0045] The second field extends longitudinally substantially from the horizontal axis A2 to the end portion of the square portion of the frontal surface 36 facing away from the ground and transversely substantially from the vertical axis A1 to a second end of the frontal surface 36 in the transverse direction.
[0046] The third field extends in the longitudinal direction substantially from the horizontal axis A2 to the end portion of the square portion of the frontal surface 36 facing the ground and in the transverse direction substantially from the vertical axis A1 to a second edge running parallel to the longitudinal direction and spaced transversely from the second end of the frontal surface 36.
[0047] The fourth field extends longitudinally substantially from the horizontal axis A2 to the ground-facing end portion of the square portion of the frontal surface 36 and transversely substantially from the vertical axis A1 to the first end of the frontal surface 36 in the transverse direction.
[0048] The first edge, the first end of the frontal surface 36 in the transverse direction, the horizontal axis A1, and the end portion of the square portion of the frontal surface 36 facing away from the ground enclose a first edge region. The second edge, the second end of the frontal surface 36 in the transverse direction, the horizontal axis A1, and the end portion of the square portion of the frontal surface facing toward the ground enclose a second edge region.
[0049] The reference point RP is also the center of a circle, on whose circular arc along the frontal surface 36 in each field lies the center of a substantially circular sub-region of the respective field. The four substantially circular sub-regions are preferably arranged point-symmetrically around the reference point RP on the frontal surface 36 and have a surface with a generally higher reflectance than the respective surrounding region of the respective field.
[0050] The track marking target 3 has a through-hole 34 in a direction parallel to the orthogonal axis A3. The center of the cross-section of the through-hole 34 in the frontal plane lies below the horizontal axis A2 and substantially on the vertical axis A1.
[0051] An axis passing through the center of the cross-section of the through-opening 34 in the frontal plane in an orthogonal direction, i.e. in a direction perpendicular to the direction vectors of the axes A1 and A2, is referred to below as the center axis of the through-opening 34.
[0052] The reference point RP lies essentially on the contour defined by the through-opening 34 in the frontal plane. The contour of the through-opening 34 is preferably essentially circular in the frontal plane.
[0053] Preferably, the sides of the first field converging toward the reference point RP do not extend to the reference point RP, but are connected to one another via a first circular arc, the center point of which coincides in the frontal plane with the center point of the through-opening 34. The sides of the third field converging toward the reference point RP preferably also do not extend to the reference point RP, but are connected to one another via a second circular arc, the center point of which coincides in the frontal plane with the center point of the through-opening 34 and the radius of which further corresponds to that of the first circular arc. Particularly preferably, the radius of the first and second circular arcs is greater than the distance between the center point of the through-opening 34 and the outline of the through-opening 34 in the frontal plane.
[0054] According to Fig. 3, the track marking target 3 has a substantially annular passage 33 around the passage opening 34. The passage 33 is connected to the front surface 36 via three connecting webs 35A, 35B, and 35C. Two of the three connecting webs 35A, 35B, and 35C each form a 120° angle.
[0055] The first and third fields and the second and fourth circular quadrants have a substantially uniform first color or first gray level, which is distinguishable from a substantially uniform second color or second gray level of the second and fourth fields, the first and third circular quadrants, the first and second ring segments, the first and second edge regions, and the passage 33. The first color or first gray level is preferably a shade of white. The second color or second gray level is preferably a shade of yellow.
[0056] According to Fig. 3, the mounting bracket 2 has a hexagonal receptacle 23 on the target mark mounting side 2A, the shape of which is designed to match the shape of a hexagonal head 43 of the bolt as the reference element 4. On the target mark mounting side 2A of the mounting bracket 2, a mounting bracket bushing 25 adjoins the hexagonal receptacle 23 in the orthogonal direction, i.e., in the direction that is perpendicular to the longitudinal and transverse directions when the mounting bracket 2 is in the mounted state, toward the mast mounting side 2B. Preferably, the mounting bracket bushing 25 has a substantially circular outline in a sectional plane spanned by the longitudinal and transverse directions through the mounting bracket 2, the center point of which in the sectional plane preferably lies between the fastening element regions 27 and 28.The axis running in the orthogonal direction through the center of the mounting support bushing 25 in the section plane is referred to below as the center axis of the mounting support bushing 25.
[0057] In general, the mounting support 2 can have a reference element region 23 on the target mounting side 2A or on the mast mounting side 2B, the shape of which is adapted to the shape of a reference element head 43 of the reference element 4. For example, the reference element region 23 can be circular, oval, or polygonal in a sectional plane passing through the mounting support 2.
[0058] In an embodiment according to Fig. 3, an internal thread 42 is formed in the bolt as a reference element 4, which, together with the external thread 52 of a fastening screw 5, forms a matching thread pair. In the assembled state of the mounting bracket 2, in one exemplary embodiment, firstly, the hexagon head 43 of the bolt as a reference element 4 is inserted into the hexagon receptacle 23 of the mounting bracket 2, and secondly, the external thread 52 of the fastening screw 5, which extends from the mast mounting side 2B to the target mark mounting side 2A through the mounting bracket passage 25, is screwed into the internal thread 42.
[0059] According to Fig. 3, the hexagon head 43 is wider in a sectional plane spanned by the longitudinal and transverse directions through the hexagon head 43 than the diameter of the bolt part 41 in a sectional plane spanned by the longitudinal and transverse directions through the bolt part 41. Preferably, the height of the hexagon head 43 in the orthogonal direction corresponds to the height of the hexagon receptacle 23 in the orthogonal direction. In the assembled state of the mounting bracket 2, the reference edge RK of the bolt part 41 is perpendicular to the axes A1 and A2.
[0060] In an embodiment according to Fig. 3, the support surface 26 on the mast mounting side 2B has no curvature in the transverse direction. In other words, the support surface 26 according to this embodiment is adapted to a counter-support surface of the track mast 10 (not shown) that is substantially free of curvature in the transverse direction. In an embodiment according to Fig. 3 In the assembled state of the mounting support 2, the depth of the mounting support 2 tapers in an orthogonal direction, starting from the upper end towards the lower end of the mounting support 2.
[0061] In general, the reference element 4 has a head shape that is adapted to the shape of a reference element region 23 in the mounting bracket 2. The reference element 4 generally has a thread on its head side, which together with the thread of a mating element 5 forms a thread pair. For example, the thread on the head of the reference element 4 can be an internal thread and the thread of a fastening screw as the mating element 5 can be a matching external thread, or the thread on the head of the reference element 4 can be an external thread and the thread of a fastening nut as the mating element 5 can be a matching internal thread.
[0062] According to Fig. 3, the lateral surface of the bolt part 41 of the bolt as reference element 4 defines an outline in a sectional plane spanned by the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction through the bolt part, which outline essentially corresponds to the outline of the through-opening 34 in a sectional plane spanned by the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction through the frontal surface 36.
[0063] The bolt as reference element 4 has a center point in a sectional plane spanned by the longitudinal and transverse directions through the bolt part 41, through which a central axis of the bolt runs in an orthogonal direction. Furthermore, the fastening screw 5 has a center point in a sectional plane spanned by the longitudinal and transverse directions through the fastening screw, through which a central axis of the fastening screw runs in an orthogonal direction.
[0064] The central axis of the feedthrough opening 34 in the mounted track marking target 3 essentially coincides with the central axis of the bolt as reference element 4, with the central axis of the fastening screw 5 and with the central axis of the mounting support feedthrough 25.
[0065] According to Fig. 3, the hexagonal receptacle 23 in the mounting bracket 2 from the target mounting side 2A to the mast mounting side 2B preferably has a depth corresponding to the height of the hexagonal head 43. Preferably, the Fig. 3, the screw receptacle 29 in the mounting bracket 2, not shown, has a depth from the mast mounting side 2B to the target mounting side 2A corresponding to the height of the screw head 51. Alternatively, the Fig. 3 The screw receptacle 29 (not shown) in the mounting bracket 2 has a depth from the mast mounting side 2B to the target mounting side 2A which is greater than the height of the screw head 51.
[0066] Preferably, the mounting support 2 has at least one recess 201 on the target mounting side 2A in the orthogonal direction. Particularly preferably, the mounting support 2 has an even number of recesses 201 on the target mounting side 2A, which are arranged mirror-symmetrically with respect to a plane spanned by a direction vector of the center axis of the mounting support passage 25 and the longitudinal direction.
[0067] To mount the mounting bracket 2 to the Fig. 3, the bolt as reference element 4 is preferably fastened in a first assembly step in the reference element area 23 by guiding the fastening screw as counter element 5 on the mast mounting side 2B through the mounting support bushing 25 and screwing the external thread 52 of the fastening screw as counter element 5 into the internal thread 42 on the head of the reference element 4, which adjoins the mounting support bushing 25 on the target mark mounting side 2A. Preferably, the mounting support 2 connected to the bolt as reference element 4 is fastened in a second assembly step following the first assembly step to the Fig. 3 not shown track mast 10 by Fig. 3, fastening elements 7 and 8 (not shown) are received by the fastening element regions 27 and 28, and the fastening elements 7 and 8 are guided, for example, around the track mast 10 and tightened on the track mast 10. In this assembly step, the position of the reference edge RK of the bolt as reference element 4 can be aligned with respect to the longitudinal direction of the track mast 10 and with respect to the height of the reference edge RK relative to the base of the track mast 10. The mounting bracket 2, which is connected to the bolt as reference element 4 and fastened to the track mast 10 by the fastening elements 7 and 8, is preferably connected to the track marking target 3 in a third assembly step following the second assembly step, by adhesively bonding the back 32 of the track marking target 3 to the adhesive surfaces 21, 22, and 24 of the mounting bracket 2.
[0068] According to Fig. 4, the surface of the mounting support 2 on the target mark mounting side 2A is divided into the adhesive surfaces 21, 22 and 24 by the fastening element areas 27 and 28. The surface of at least one of the fastening element areas 27 and 28 facing the track marking target 3 in the mounted state can be Fig. 4 have a curved shape, at least in sections, in a sectional plane spanned by a direction vector of the axis A3 and a direction vector of the axis A2 through the corresponding fastening element region. Preferably, both fastening element regions 27 and 28 have Fig. 4 has a convex curvature, wherein the distance between a plane lying in the adhesive surfaces 21, 22 and 24 and the surface of the fastening element regions 27 and 28 facing this plane is smaller at half the length of the fastening element regions in the transverse direction than at the edges of the fastening element regions 27 and 28 in the transverse direction.
[0069] In general, the mounting support 2 has at least one adhesive surface 21, 22, 24 on the target mounting side 2A. Preferably, the mounting support 2 has at least one recess, indentation, or depression on the target mounting side 2A within the at least one adhesive surface 21, 22, 24 in the orthogonal direction.
[0070] Particularly preferably, the mounting support 2 according to Fig. 4 on the target mark mounting side 2A has an even number of recesses, impressions or depressions which are arranged mirror-symmetrically with respect to a plane spanned by a direction vector of the central axis of the mounting support passage 25 and the longitudinal direction.
[0071] According to Fig. 4, the mounting support 2 comprises two sections that can be connected to one another at a connection point 200 or two half-shells that can be connected to one another at a connection point 200, wherein the first section or the first half-shell has the at least one support surface 26 and the second section or the second half-shell has the at least one adhesive surface 21, 22, 24. In an embodiment according to Fig. 4, the first section or the first half-shell of the mounting support 2 tapers from the upper end in the assembled state to the lower end in the assembled state in a direction facing the target mark mounting side 2A. Alternatively, a Fig. 4 exemplary mounting bracket 2 formed in one piece.
[0072] Typically, track masts such as a Fig. 4, a track mast 10 (not shown) is conically formed. For example, the track mast 10 tapers away from its base along the longitudinal direction of the track mast 10. In other words, a direction vector that runs in a plane coinciding with the counter-support surface of the track mast 10 is typically not parallel to the longitudinal direction of the track mast. Instead, the counter-support surface of the track mast 10 forms an angle of, for example, 0.5° with the longitudinal direction of the track mast 10. Accordingly, a Fig. 4, the plane coinciding with the support surface 26 shown is not parallel to a plane coinciding with the adhesive surfaces 21, 22, 24, but rather these two aforementioned planes enclose an angle of 0.5°. In other words, the mounting support 2 is lower at its upper end in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in the assembled state than at the lower end of the mounting support 2. The mounting support 2 therefore has a conicity that is adapted to the conicity of the track mast 10.
[0073] According to Fig. 5, the mounting bracket 2 has a screw receptacle 29 on the mast mounting side 2B, which extends in an orthogonal direction through the mounting bracket 2 to the mounting bracket bushing 25. Preferably, the cross section of this screw receptacle 29 has a substantially circular shape in a sectional plane spanned by the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction through the screw receptacle 29, wherein the central axis of the mounting bracket bushing 25 passes through the center of this cross section of the screw receptacle 29.
[0074] Preferably, the mounting support 2 has at least one recess 202 on the mast mounting side 2B in the orthogonal direction. Particularly preferably, the mounting support 2 has Fig. 5 on the mast mounting side 2B has an even number of recesses 202 which are arranged mirror-symmetrically with respect to a plane spanned by a directional vector of the central axis of the mounting support bushing 25 and the longitudinal direction.
[0075] According to Fig. 5, the mounting support 2 has a plurality of force transmission webs 261 in the longitudinal direction at the level of the fastening element regions 27, 28 on the mast mounting side 2B. The surfaces of the force transmission webs 261 facing the track mast 10 (not shown) in the assembled state of the mounting support 2 are partial surfaces of the at least one support surface 26. In the assembled state of the mounting support 2, the force transmission webs 26 serve to transmit forces between the track mast 10 (not shown) and the fastening elements 7, 8 (not shown) received by the fastening element regions 27, 28.Preferably, the mounting support 2 has three force transmission webs 261 in the longitudinal direction at the level of the fastening means regions 27, 28, so that the mounting support 2, in the mounted state, rests against a counter-support surface of the track mast 10 (not shown) in the longitudinal direction at the level of the fastening means regions 27, 28, in each case at contact points within the surfaces of the force transmission webs 261 facing the track mast 10. This has the advantage that the position of the contact points between the mounting support 2 and the track mast 10 (not shown) can be determined more precisely, in particular also taking into account the shape and position tolerances of the counter-support surface of the track mast 10 and a support surface 26 adapted to the shape of the counter-support surface.
[0076] Furthermore, the mounting support 2 according to Fig. 5 each has a recess 202 between two force transmission webs 261. According to this arrangement, the mounting support 2 has a greater material depth in the region of the force transmission webs 261 in the orthogonal direction than in the region of the recesses 202 in the orthogonal direction. This arrangement of the force transmission webs 261 and the recesses 202 located therebetween can result in the mounting support 2 having greater rigidity against a force acting on it or against a torque acting on it in the region of the force transmission webs 261 than in the region of the recesses 202. This can be associated with the advantage that a wall 207, 208 of the mounting support 2, which adjoins a recess 202 located between two force transmission webs 261 in the orthogonal direction, has greater reversible deformability than a force transmission web 261.In other words, the wall 207, 208 of the mounting support 2, which adjoins a recess 202 located between two force transmission webs 261 in an orthogonal direction, can be bent more easily than the force transmission webs 261. The aforementioned, reversibly deformable wall 207, 208 can form a surface of the fastening element areas 27, 28 on the target mark mounting side 2A. The increased reversible deformability of the mounting support 2 in the area of the recesses 202 located between two force transmission webs 261 can serve to adapt the position of the surfaces of the force transmission webs 261 to the shape of the counter-support surface of the track mast 10 (not shown). Furthermore, in the assembled state of the mounting support 2, a contact force acting in the orthogonal direction at the level of the fastening element areas 27, 28 is transmitted primarily or exclusively in the area of the force transmission webs 261.This can limit the contact pressure acting between the mounting support 2 and the track mast 10 at the level of the fastening element areas 27, 27 to areas that are easier to determine or to areas intended for this purpose.
[0077] For example, the surface of a Fig. 5 not shown track mast 10 in a sectional plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the track mast 10 through the track mast a circular outline with a radius r G Before mounting the mounting support 2 to the track mast 10, the surfaces of the force transmission webs 261 in a sectional plane through the mounting support 2 on a circular arc with a radius r M1 The radius r M1 can, for example, be larger than the radius r GIn other words, the shape of the support surface 26 may deviate from the shape of the counter-support surface of the track mast 10 prior to mounting the mounting bracket 2 to the track mast 10, particularly at the level of the fastening element areas 27, 28. Due to the reversible deformability of the walls 207, 208 of the mounting bracket 2, the outer force transmission webs 261 can be displaced in the direction of the track mast 10, for example by means of a tensioning band 7, 8 (not shown) received by a fastening element area 27, 28, which presses the mounting bracket 2 on the mast mounting side 2B against a track mast 10 (not shown). After mounting the mounting bracket 2 to the track mast 10, the surfaces of the force transmission webs 261 can be arranged in a sectional plane through the mounting bracket 2 on a circular arc with a radius r M2 or at least on this circular arc with changed radius r M2 After mounting the mounting bracket 2, the radius rM2 be smaller than the radius r M1 before assembly. In particular, the radius r M2 be smaller than the radius r M1 and further the radius r G of the track mast 10. The reversible deformability of the walls 207, 208 of the mounting support 2 discussed here can improve the adaptability of the support surface 26 to different shapes of mast counter-support surfaces. Furthermore, the reversible deformability of the walls 207, 208 can reduce material stresses that develop in the assembled mounting support 2 as a result of external temperature influences.
[0078] According to Fig. 5, a first section of the screw receptacle 29 extends through the first part or the first half-shell of the mounting bracket 2. According to Fig. 5, in the second part or in the second half-shell of the mounting bracket 2, a second section of the screw receptacle 29 is connected via the mounting bracket leadthrough 25 with the Fig. 5 not shown hexagon socket 23. In an embodiment according to Fig. 5, the first section or the first half-shell has at least one passage on the support surface 26 which extends through the first section or the first half-shell.
[0079] In the area below the fastening element area 27 and above the fastening element area 28, the mounting support 2 can be Fig. 5 on the mast mounting side 2B have a plurality of recesses 202 which, in the mounted state of the mounting support 2, run essentially parallel to the direction of the longitudinal extension of the track mast 10 (not shown). This arrangement of the recesses 202 in the region between the two fastening element regions 27, 28 can increase the reversible deformability of the mounting support 2, in particular in the region between the two fastening element regions 27, 28. Advantageously, the parallel, groove-shaped recesses 202 between the fastening element regions 27, 28 can reduce material stresses in the mounting support 2 when the walls 207, 208 are deformed by contact forces which press the mounting support 2 in the mounted state against the track mast 10 (not shown). This can be particularly advantageous, for example, when a radius r G7 of the track mast 10 (not shown) at the level of the fastening element area 27 of a radius rG8 of the track mast 10 (not shown) at the level of the fastening element area 28 and as a result of this deviation, the walls 207 on the one hand and the walls 208 on the other hand are deformed to different degrees for an optimal adaptation of the support surface 26 to the non-uniform counter-support surface of the track mast 10 (not shown). Without the parallel, groove-shaped recesses 202 between the fastening element areas 27, 28, in the example described above, undesirable material stresses can develop in the mounting support 2 due to the varying degrees of deformation of the mounting support 2 over the longitudinal direction, which can lead to cracking or even material failure of the mounting support 2. In particular, the combination of the Fig. 5 shown fastening element areas 27, 28, the force transmission webs 261, the walls 207, 208 and the recesses 202 according to Fig. 5 can improve the adaptability of the support surface 26 to differently shaped mast counter-support surfaces, in particular to mast counter-support surfaces that are non-uniform in the longitudinal direction, and at the same time avoid the formation of material stresses in the mounting support 2.
[0080] According to Fig. 6, a support bracket 6 can be provided for mounting the track marking target 3 and the mounting bracket 2 on a track mast 10 (not shown). In an embodiment according to Fig. 6, the mounted track marking target 3 borders on the support angle 6 on the side facing away from the third and fourth circular quadrants. In an embodiment according to Fig. 6, the lower end of the mounting bracket 2 in the assembled state rests against the support bracket 6. In an embodiment according to Fig. 6, at least one surface of the lower end of the mounting bracket 2 in the assembled state is adapted to at least one surface of the upper end of the support angle 6 in the assembled state.
[0081] A support surface 66 of the support angle 6 rests in the mounted state of the track marking target 3 against the Fig. 6 not shown track mast 10. The support surface 66 is preferably adapted to the shape of the counter support surface not shown, here the track mast 10 not shown. The support surface 66 has according to Fig. 6 has a mounting bushing 65 through which, for example, a screw, a bolt, a rivet or a pin can be passed for mounting the support angle 6 to the track mast 10.
[0082] The maximum length of the mounting support 2 in a direction parallel to the longitudinal extension of the track mast 10 in the mounted state of the mounting support 2 is generally less than 350 mm and greater than 200 mm, preferably less than 320 mm and greater than 220 mm and particularly preferably less than 280 mm and greater than 260 mm.
[0083] In the assembled state of the mounting support 2, a direction vector of the reference edge (RK), together with a direction parallel to the longitudinal extension of the track mast 10, defines a plane to which the direction referred to as the transverse direction is perpendicular. The maximum width of the mounting support 2 in the transverse direction is generally less than 150 mm and greater than 25 mm, preferably less than 125 mm and greater than 50 mm, and particularly preferably less than 90 mm and greater than 60 mm.
[0084] The diameter of the mounting bracket bushing 25 is generally less than 25 mm and greater than 5 mm, preferably less than 20 mm and greater than 7.5 mm and particularly preferably less than 13 mm and greater than 12 mm.
