Abstract
Description
Technical field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a structure of an adhesive label stamping device, and more particularly to an adhesive label stamping device that performs a stamping-like motion by a pressing operation to stick adhesive labels for marking or annotation on various objects. State of the art
[0002] Adhesive labels are stickers that can be stuck to objects for marking purposes. They are used to identify the marking locations of objects to prevent incorrect marking. Adhesive labels available on the market are usually made by printing various patterns or logos on stickers. After applying adhesive to the other side of the pattern to achieve adhesion, several stickers are arranged and stuck on an oily paper sheet, allowing the user to remove these stickers, tear them off, and stick them where they are needed. Conventional adhesive labels usually have adhesive on the top, which allows several adhesive labels to be stacked and torn off one by one when needed. Not only is the production more laborious and time-consuming, but it is also inconvenient for the user to carry and use the adhesive labels.Furthermore, these adhesive labels only adhere to the object with a portion of the adhesive, which poses the additional problem of not being strong enough and easily falling off. So far, there has been no improvement in the use of adhesive labels. Given the huge market for adhesive labels, this is indeed something that sticker manufacturers should strive for.
[0003] In view of the problem, the inventor devoted himself to solving the problem with the help of his many years of professional experience, and after several modifications, experiments and improvements, finally brought out a structure of a stamping device for adhesive labels, so that when using adhesive labels, a movement similar to stamping can be performed by a pressing operation to stick adhesive labels on the desired objects, which makes the use of adhesive labels more convenient and attractive. [0016] It will be Fig. 4, which shows a perspective view of an adhesive label according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the adhesive labels 1 according to the present invention are stacked in an appropriate number and accommodated in a paper tray 4. Each adhesive label 1 has a rectangular shape and one end thereof is formed as a pointed arrow-shaped end portion 13. Each adhesive label 1 comprises a note layer 11 located on the upper side and an adhesive dot layer 12 located on the lower side, wherein the adhesive dot layer 12 is provided with a plurality of evenly distributed adhesive dots 121. In the present exemplary embodiment, the adhesive labels 1 are made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), the note layer 11 contains text or patterns, and the adhesive dots 121 are evenly distributed adhesive dots.In the present embodiment, the adhesive labels 1 are available in different colors, so that adhesive labels 1 of different colors can be used for different objects to be marked.
[0017] It is based on the Fig. 5A, Fig. 5B and Fig. 5C, which show views of an embodiment of the distribution of the adhesive dot layers on an adhesive label according to the present invention. As shown in the figures, the adhesive dots 121 of the adhesive label 1 according to the invention are arranged at different angles to prevent the adhesive dots 121 of the adhesive dot layers 12 from being in the same position during stacking. The adhesive dots 121 of the upper and lower adhesive labels 1 are offset at different angles to ensure smooth stacking and detachment, for example, 0° in Fig. 5A, 72° in Fig. 5B and 216° in Fig. 5C. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the angles may include 0°, 36°, 72°, 144°, 180°, 216°, 252°, and 288°.
[0018] In use of the invention, the mobile base 3 is moved upward by pressing the device body 10 so that the corresponding paper tray 4 protrudes from the lower end of the mobile base 3 to attach an adhesive label 1 to the object to be adhered, wherein the already attached adhesive label 1 is separated from the other adhesive labels 1 by the limiting portions 43, whereby the attachment of an adhesive label 1 proceeds like stamping and thus the use of adhesive labels becomes more convenient and attractive.
[0019] It is based on the Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, which show views according to the present invention in which the adhesive labels are inserted. At the same time, Fig. 2. As shown in the figures, in the non-use state of the present invention, the mobile base 3 protrudes from the lower end of the device body 10 due to the elasticity of the elastic members 34, thereby retracting the corresponding paper tray 4 into the mobile base 3. In use, the mobile base 3 is pushed upward, thereby protruding the corresponding paper tray 4 from the mobile base 3, and then the corresponding paper tray 4 is pulled out from the mobile base 3 to load the stacked adhesive labels 1 (the end portions 13 of the adhesive labels 1 point in the same direction as that of the arrow mark 53 of the top cover 5). Since each paper tray 4 is engageable with the corresponding racks 23 of the mounting seat 2 by the toothed portions 41, this paper tray can be pulled out.Since the lower edges of the device body 10 and the mobile base 3 are each provided with a recess 102 and an opening 31, respectively, holding the paper trays 4 is facilitated. After inserting the adhesive labels 1, the paper trays 4 are inserted into the mobile base 3, wherein the paper trays are repositioned by engaging the toothed portions 41 with the corresponding racks 23, and the mobile base 3 protrudes from the lower end of the device body 10 by resetting the elastic elements 34.
[0020] It is based on the Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10 and Fig. 11, which show views of use states according to the present invention. Reference is also made to Fig.1. As shown in the figures, when the present invention is used, the lower end of the mobile base 3 abuts against an object 6 on which an adhesive label 1 is to be affixed, and the arrow mark 53 of the top cover 5 is aligned with the position of the object 6 to be marked. By pressing the device body 10, the mobile base 3 is moved upward, whereby the corresponding paper tray 4 protrudes from the lower end of the mobile base 3, an adhesive label 1 is affixed to the desired position on the object 6, and the already affixed adhesive label 1 is separated from the other adhesive labels 1 by the restriction portions 43, whereby the affixing of an adhesive label proceeds like stamping.
[0021] When the device body 10 is pressed by hand, the mobile base 3 is moved upward, so that the corresponding paper tray 4 protrudes from the lower end of the mobile base 3 (the toothed portions 41 of the corresponding paper tray 4 slide downward along the corresponding racks 23 and are thus positioned). The lowermost adhesive label 1 is attached to an object 6 by the adhesive dots 121 of the adhesive dot layer 12. When the device body 10 is released again, the corresponding paper tray 4 is retracted due to the tension of the elastic elements 34.Since the upper layer of the adhesive label 1 is the note layer 11 and the lower inner edge of each paper compartment 4 is provided with a plurality of limiting portions 43 extending horizontally inward over a suitable length, the adhesive label 1 already attached to the object 6 slides over the limiting portions 43 and is separated from the other adhesive labels 1 in the paper compartment 4. In this way, a single adhesive label 1 can be attached to an object 6, the location indicated by the end portion 13 of the adhesive label 1 being the area to be marked, thus marking the area of an object 6 to be marked. This makes the use of adhesive labels 1 more convenient and attractive.
[0022] Since the adhesive labels 1 are available in various colors, during use, adhesive labels 1 of different colors can be inserted into different paper trays 4, so that the adhesive label 1 can be used in the corresponding color depending on the object or document to be marked. For example, the adhesive label 1 may be red for the general manager, blue for the manager, and green for the deputy manager, thereby achieving the advantageous effect of industrial applicability. After attaching an adhesive label 1, the name of the object to be marked or other reminder words can be written on the note layer 11 of this adhesive label 1 to further clearly indicate the area to be marked for each object to be marked.
