Abstract

6 kV switch control for a power plant and its operating system consists of the following modules: a condition monitoring module that collects image and signal data of mechanical fasteners and performs condition analysis and preprocessing to obtain standardized condition data; a remote control module that analyzes the standardized state data to form control parameters, analyzes and executes the satisfied conditions through the parser, and generates operating parameters based on the obtained control parameters; a robot arm positioning module that calculates the initial offset and the optimal path, generates a motion command sequence for execution using a path planning tool, and calculates the final deviation based on the execution result; a gripping action module configured to perform gripping and rotating operations via a control device and limit the angle tolerance value; a limit node module configured to further limit the angular tolerance value of the gripping device; an operation interlock module configured to set rules, generating an execution assessment report when the set rule is triggered; a state feedback module configured to integrate data, generate comprehensive state feedback information, and send it to the control device.
