Abstract

[0001] The invention relates to a mounting system for a plurality of pipe clamps, comprising a base strip having a plurality of cylindrical screw receptacles distributed over a length of the base strip, in which head screws can be fixed, which are designed to penetrate and secure at least one row of pipe clamps on the base strip, wherein the head screws are provided at least partially on their screw heads with upwardly open screw receptacles for fixing further head screws of a further row of pipe clamps adjoining in the vertical direction, and comprising at least one cover plate which extends over the cover dimensions of an individual pipe clamp and has passages for head screws. The invention also relates to a mounting strip for such a mounting system.

[0002] Such a mounting system is known from the FKB GmbH product catalog "2+5 ... The System!". This well-known mounting system features a metal base strip onto which several evenly spaced cylindrical screw receptacles are fixed. The screw receptacles are formed by cylindrical bushings, each with an internal thread. In addition, several head screws are provided that penetrate the pipe clamps and are connected to the screw receptacles of the base strip. This makes it possible to position a large number of pipe clamps on top of one another and next to one another. Cover strips, each corresponding to the width and depth of a pipe clamp, are provided with openings through which the head screws can penetrate to fix the cover strips to the upper end faces of the pipe clamps. The pipe clamps are designed to secure different pipe diameters.

[0003] The object of the invention is to provide a mounting system and a mounting bar of the type mentioned above which, compared to the prior art, allows greater variability for the use and positioning of different pipe clamps.

[0004] This object is achieved for the mounting system in that at least one mounting strip is provided which extends at least across the width of a pipe clamp and which is provided with at least one screw receptacle and at least one passage for a head screw, the passage being dimensioned such that a screw head of a head screw can be accommodated. This enables improved positioning, in particular of small pipe clamp sizes. Preferably, the mounting system according to the invention is provided for only two different pipe clamp sizes, which cover a variety of pipe diameters, preferably between 6 mm and 42 mm. The two different pipe clamp sizes are understood to be the outer dimensions of the pipe clamps. Corresponding inner diameters are of course adapted to the variety of different pipes between preferably 6 mm and 42 mm.The at least one mounting strip extends at least across the width of a single pipe clamp. However, the mounting strip can also extend across multiple pipe clamp widths. A correspondingly long mounting strip makes it possible to position a small pipe clamp size over the axis of a large pipe clamp size. This is not possible with the prior art. The screw receptacles are advantageously designed as cylindrical bushings that are applied to an upper side of the mounting strip, in particular by welding or soldering. The cylindrical bushings serving as screw receptacles each have an internal thread that is matched to a cylindrical external thread of a corresponding head screw to enable the head screw to be screwed in.If the cap screws themselves are provided with screw receptacles in the area of ​​their screw heads, it is possible to screw another cap screw coaxially from above into the screw head of the underlying cap screw. The passage is designed to be large enough that edges of the passage flank a screw head of a cap screw. The dimensions of the passage are therefore dimensioned such that they correspond at least to the dimensions of the screw head of the cap screw. According to the invention, a significantly improved positioning is possible, in particular of the smaller pipe clamp sizes. The pipe clamps themselves are advantageously each designed from two plastic half-shells in the shape known from the prior art.
