Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a floor mount for a coupling piece for connecting a container to a ship's floor.
[0002] From DE 10 238 895 A1 a coupling piece is known which can interact with conventional ground mounts.
[0003] Such a base support has proven effective. However, it occasionally happens that the coupling piece is inserted into the base support in the wrong position, which can cause problems when stacking containers on the inserted coupling pieces, as the coupling pieces cannot retract into the designated counter-receptacles on the container when the container is set down.
[0004] The object of the invention is therefore to provide a floor mount for a coupling piece for connecting a container to a ship's floor, which ensures correct positioning of the coupling piece.
[0005] This object is achieved with a floor mount having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the subclaims.
[0006] A floor mount according to the invention for a coupling piece for connecting a container to a ship's floor or a loading floor of a ship has a storage plate with a through-hole through which a coupling projection of a coupling piece can engage. During the intended use of the floor mount, the storage plate cooperates with a stop plate in a supporting manner. It is further developed according to the invention in that a positioning projection is arranged on an upper side of the storage plate, which is designed in its position on the storage plate and in its spatial shape to correspond at least in sections to a peripheral section of the stop plate.
[0007] It is advantageous that the positioning projection is designed to engage in a circumferential recess of the stop plate.
[0008] The positioning projection is expediently designed to correspond to a transverse side of the stop plate, with the transverse side running transversely to a joining direction of the coupling piece with respect to the base mount. This facilitates the assembly or insertion of the coupling piece into the base mount.
[0009] To ensure easy, packaging-free insertion of the coupling piece into the base receptacle, a circumferential contour of the positioning projection has a gap to the corresponding circumferential section when the coupling piece is inserted.
[0010] It is advantageous for the positioning projection to be formed integrally with the storage plate, or welded or screwed to it. This one-piece design ensures cost-effective production. A screw solution is advantageous, for example, when existing floor supports need to be retrofitted.
[0011] Suitable cross-sectional shapes for the positioning devices are designed in a plan view corresponding to the circumferential recess, e.g. trapezoidal, round, triangular, rectangular or polygonal.
[0012] It is advantageous for a narrower end of the trapezoidal positioning projection to be oriented toward the center of the shelf when viewed from above. Such a design is easy to manufacture and also prevents possible jamming.
[0013] To prevent incorrect assembly, it is advisable that the associated coupling piece can only be used in a single intended orientation relative to the floor mount.
[0014] The invention is explained in more detail below using the drawings as examples. They show: Fig. 1A, Fig. 1B: a soil receptacle according to the invention in a side view ( Fig. 1A) and in a top view ( Fig. 1B) in the form of a single floor recording; Fig. 2A, Fig. 2B: a soil receptacle according to the invention in a side view ( Fig. 2A) and in a top view ( Fig. 2B) in the design as a double floor mount with a schematically shown inserted coupling piece.
[0015] A floor holder 1 according to the invention in the embodiment as a single floor holder is shown in Fig. 1 A in a side view and in Fig. 1 B is shown in a top view. The Fig. 2 A, Fig. 2 B show a corresponding floor mount 1 according to the invention in the form of a double floor mount.
[0016] The floor support 1 has a support plate 2, which is arranged vertically above in an installed position of the floor support 1 in a ship's hull (not shown). The support plate 2 serves to support a coupling piece 3, in particular a stop plate 7 of the coupling piece 3, which is designed to interact with a counter-support (not shown) of a transport container, for example a 20-foot or 40-foot shipping container. A weld-on base 4 is provided below the support plate 2, by means of which the floor support 1 can be welded in the area of a ship's floor or in the area of a loading floor of a ship (neither shown) and thus firmly connected to a ship's structure.
[0017] The storage plate 2 has a through-hole 5 through which a coupling projection 6 of the coupling piece 2 can pass.
[0018] In the installed position, a positioning projection 9 extends vertically upwards from an upper side 8 of the storage plate 2, the thickness of which in the vertical direction corresponds approximately to the thickness of the storage plate 2. Viewed in a plan view (cf. Fig. 1B, Fig. 2 B), the positioning projection 9 has a circumferential section 10 with a trapezoidal spatial shape corresponding to a circumferential recess 10 A of the storage plate 2. Advantageously, in the inserted state of the coupling piece 3, a gap 11 is formed between the circumferential contour 12 of the positioning projection 9 and the circumferential recess 10 A of the storage plate 2, which gap enables a hook-free insertion of the coupling piece 3 into the through-recess 5 of the base holder 1.
[0019] By providing the positioning projection 9 on the storage plate 2 of the floor holder 1 in interaction with a corresponding contour of the peripheral section 10 of the storage plate 2, an inadvertent incorrect positioning of the coupling piece 3 relative to the floor holder 1 is reliably prevented.
[0020] The coupling piece 3 can be inserted into the base receptacle 1 from above in a substantially vertical joining direction F, passing through the through-hole 5 with the coupling projection 6.
