[0001] The innovation concerns a baking attachment that can be used on an oven that has a flue pipe for venting combustion gases.

[0002] Grill trays are already known that consist of a bowl as their base and feature a ring-shaped grill plate with an inner opening above the bowl. To enable these grill trays to be used for baking, baking attachments are known that can be placed on the inner opening of the grill plate. Gas produced during the combustion process escapes through the inner opening and is directed into a baking chamber, which has a hood on top.
