Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL AREA
[0001] The present utility model relates to the technical field of everyday objects and the technical field of medical protective equipment, in particular a double-sided device that can support the wearing of a face mask, a head ring device and a cap. STATE OF THE ART
[0002] Wearing a face mask is a common hygienic practice and one of the effective means of preventing related illnesses. The traditional method of wearing the mask straps directly over the ears has significant drawbacks: prolonged hanging of the straps from the ears puts continuous strain on them, which can lead to discomfort or even injury. This can be particularly problematic for growing children, as prolonged wear can easily cause the ear cartilage to tilt forward, potentially contributing to the development of protruding ears. However, existing alternative methods or designs for directly hanging the mask straps from the ears also have some disadvantages or shortcomings.
[0003] For example, there is a type of connector that attaches to the back of the head to secure the left and right mask straps. Although these devices eliminate the strain on the ears caused by directly hanging the mask straps from them, the connector at the back of the head tends to slip off during use, leading to a loosening of the face mask. Furthermore, the mask straps exert pressure on the ears during use, causing discomfort.
[0004] The prior art also relates to an auxiliary device for wearing face masks that prevents them from cutting into the ears. This device has suspension grooves for hanging the mask straps, so that the straps are not directly attached to the ears. However, this auxiliary device itself must be hung from the ears during use, which still puts strain on the ears.
[0005] The prior art also describes an auxiliary device for wearing face masks. In one model (variant) of this device, the mask straps are not directly attached to the ears, but ear hooks at both ends of a support piece, which are suspended from the ears, put pressure on the ears. In another model of the device, the pressure on the ears is eliminated, but it only has a connecting strap at the back of the head, which serves to connect a left support piece to a right support piece. This connecting strap slips off the back of the head easily during use, which leads to the face mask loosening.
[0006] For example, there is a type of button-like suspension device that attaches to both sides of a cap near the ears to hold the mask straps. While this eliminates the strain on the ears by directly hanging the straps from them, in use they cause the upper and lower sections of the straps on both sides to converge at a slight angle. This creates creases and gaps on both sides of the face mask, making it impossible for the mask to fit snugly around the mouth and nose, thus reducing its effectiveness. Furthermore, these button-like devices can only be used in conjunction with a cap, limiting their versatility.
[0007] In summary, current types of objects or embodiments are not effectively able to both eliminate the strain on the ears caused by the mask straps and increase the protective effect of the face mask, while also being user-friendly and versatile.
[0008] Therefore, it is necessary to create an auxiliary device for wearing face masks in order to address the shortcomings of the prior art and to solve or mitigate one or more of the problems mentioned above. CONTENTS OF THE PRESENT USE SAMPLE

The lower section of the inner upright plate has several through-holes 26R-L to fulfill the aforementioned connection and assembly functions of the multiple through-holes 26R in the upper section of the inner upright plate when the device is reversed and used behind the other ear.The central section of the outer upright plate may have several 36R through holes which can be used to mount other relevant accessories to achieve extended functionality. Second example:
[0091] Fig. Figure 3 shows an application method of the present embodiment in combination with other accessories. It also shows the appearance of a head-mounted ring-shaped device after this device has been assembled with other accessories using the following application method. Two devices positioned on the left and right sides, respectively—a flexible front plastic tie strap 10 and a rear hook-and-loop tie strap 30—are assembled together to form a complete head-mounted ring-shaped device worn on the head to assist in wearing a face mask. During assembly of the complete head-mounted ring-shaped device, the two devices are positioned on the left and right sides, respectively, with the abdominal regions of the arc-shaped structures of the two devices facing forward. The flexible front plastic tie strap has several linearly distributed, protruding buttons 12R, 12L arranged in a row near each of its two ends on the side not in contact with the scalp. The connection and assembly of the two devices to the front tie strap is achieved by snapping the multiple buttons 12R, 12L arranged in a row near the two ends of the front tie strap into the multiple through-holes 26R, 26R-L of the inner upright plates 22R of the two devices on the left and right sides, respectively. The device positioned on the right side interacts via the multiple through-holes 26R in the upper section of its inner upright plate 22R with the buttons arranged in a row at the right end of the front tie strap to connect to the right end of the front tie strap. The device positioned on the left side interacts via the multiple through-holes 26R-L in the upper section of its inner upright plate 22R with the buttons arranged in a row at the left end of the front tie-down strap to connect to the left end of the front tie-down strap. In this way, the two devices positioned on the left and right sides, respectively, are combined and assembled with the front tie-down strap. The number of buttons 12R arranged in a row near the right end of the front tie-down strap can be greater than the number of through-holes 26R in the front section of the inner upright plate 22R of the device positioned on the right side. The user can select several buttons 12R, arranged in a row and positioned differently, to engage them in the through holes 26R in the front section of the inner upright plate 22R of this device, thereby adjusting the overall circumference of the head ring device and its appropriate position behind the right ear. The number of buttons 12L arranged in a row near the left end of the front binding strap can be greater than the number of through holes 26R-L in the front section of the inner upright plate 22R of the device positioned on the left side. The user can select several buttons located in different positions from all the buttons 12L arranged in a row to snap them into the through holes 26R-L in the front section of the inner upright plate 22R of this device, thus adjusting the overall circumference of the head ring device and the appropriate position of the device behind the left ear. The connection and assembly of the two devices on the left and right sides with the rear hook-and-loop fastening strap is achieved by threading the rear fastening strap through the through holes 28R in the middle sections of the inner upright plates of the respective devices. A loop section and hook sections are distributed simultaneously on one and the same side of the rear hook-and-loop fastening strap.
[0092] The middle section has a loop side, while the two ends each have a hook side. The right end of the rear tying strap is passed through the through hole 28R in the middle section of the inner upright plate of the device positioned on the right side, folded back, and adhered to the loop section of the middle section of the rear tying strap. The left end of the rear tying strap is passed through the through hole 28R in the middle section of the inner upright plate of the device positioned on the left side, folded back, and adhered to the loop section of the middle section of the rear tying strap. The user adjusts the overall size of the head ring device and the ease of use by changing the positions where the hook sides of the two ends of the Velcro binding strap are folded back and self-adhesively attached to the loop side of the middle section.
[0093] When the two devices on the left and right sides are joined with the front binding strap 10 and the rear binding strap 30 to form a complete head-mounted ring-shaped device (see Fig. 3) Once assembled, the overall size and appropriate position of the devices are adjusted, and the device is worn on the user's head, the two devices on the left and right sides are firmly fixed behind the left and right ears, respectively, and cannot be easily moved or detached, as shown in Fig. Figure 2 shows that the upper and lower sections of the mask straps 106R on both sides are guided around the upper and lower ends of the ears, respectively, and securely attached to the devices located behind the ears on both sides. The face mask 108 can fit more tightly around the mouth and nose area, thereby increasing the protective effect of the face mask. Third example:
[0094] Fig. Figure 4 shows an application method of the present embodiment in combination with other accessories and the overall appearance of a head-mounted ring-shaped device after the device has been assembled with other accessories using the following application method. Two devices positioned on the left and right sides, respectively, and a closed ring-shaped headband 50, the dimensions of which are adapted to the head, can optionally be assembled together with a rear hook-and-loop fastener strap 30 to form a head-mounted ring-shaped device that serves to be attached to the head for wearing a face mask. During assembly of the head-mounted ring-shaped device, the two devices are positioned on the left and right sides, respectively, with the abdominal regions of the arc-shaped structures of the two devices facing forward. The connection and assembly of the two devices with the circular headband is achieved by sewing the upper sections of the inner upright plates 22R of the two devices on the left and right sides, respectively, to suitable positions on both sides of the ring-shaped headband. The ring-shaped headband can be made of plastic or textile material. A sewing thread is passed through the multiple through-holes 26R, 26R-L of the inner upright plates 22R of the two devices on the left and right sides, respectively, wrapped around them, and guided through selected positions on both sides of the ring-shaped headband to firmly sew the inner upright plates of the two devices to the ring-shaped headband. In this way, the two devices positioned on the left and right sides are combined and assembled with the ring-shaped headband 50.The connection and assembly of the two devices on the left and right sides with the rear hook-and-loop fastening strap 30 is achieved by passing the rear fastening strap through the through-holes 28R in the middle sections of the inner upright plates of the respective devices. A loop section and hook sections are distributed simultaneously on one and the same side of the rear hook-and-loop fastening strap.
[0095] The middle section has a loop side, while the two ends each have a hook side. The right end of the rear tie-down strap is passed through the through hole 28R in the middle section of the inner upright plate of the device positioned on the right side, folded back, and adhered to the loop section of the middle section of the rear tie-down strap. The left end of the rear tie-down strap is passed through the through hole 28R in the middle section of the inner upright plate of the device positioned on the left side, folded back, and adhered to the loop section of the middle section of the rear tie-down strap. The user adjusts the tension with which the rear tie-down strap secures the two devices on the left and right sides, respectively.pulls the right side towards the back of the head, and improves wearing comfort by changing the positions where the hook sides of the two ends of the Velcro binding strap are folded back and self-adhesively attached to the loop side of the middle section.
[0096] When the two devices on the left and right sides are connected and mounted with the ring-shaped headband 50 and the rear tie strap 30, and worn on the user's head, the two devices on the left and right sides are firmly fixed behind the left and right ears, respectively, and cannot be easily moved or detached. The upper and lower sections of the mask straps on both sides are guided around the upper and lower ends of the ears, respectively, and securely attached to the devices located behind the ears on both sides. The face mask can thus fit more closely around the mouth and nose area, thereby increasing the protective effect of the face mask. Fourth example:
[0097] Fig. Figure 5 shows an application method of the present embodiment in combination with a cap and the appearance of the device after it has been assembled with the cap by the following application method. This application method consists of sewing the two devices firmly to suitable positions on both sides of a cap 51 on the left and right sides, respectively, and attaching a rear hook-and-loop fastener strap 30 to pull and secure the two devices on the left and right sides toward the back of the head. The connection and assembly of the two devices to the cap is achieved by sewing the upper sections of the inner upright plates 22R of the left and right devices to suitable positions near the edges on both sides of the cap.During sewing, a right-hand sewing thread 52R is passed through the multiple through-holes 26R in the upper section of the inner upright plate 22R of the device on the right side and through suitable positions on the right edge of the cap. A left-hand sewing thread 52L is passed through the multiple through-holes 26R-L in the upper section of the inner upright plate 22R of the device on the left side and through suitable positions on the left edge of the cap. In this way, the two devices positioned on the left and right sides are combined and assembled by sewing them to the cap. The connection and assembly of the two devices on the left and right sides with the rear hook-and-loop fastener strap is achieved by passing the rear fastener strap through the through-holes 28R in the middle sections of the inner upright plates of the respective devices. On the same side of the rear Velcro fastening strap, there are both loop sections and hook sections.
[0098] The middle section has a loop side, while the two ends each have a hook side.
[0099] When the two devices on the left and right sides are assembled with the cap 51 and the rear tie strap 30 and worn on the user's head, the two devices on the left and right sides are firmly fixed behind the left and right ears, respectively, and cannot be easily moved or loosened. The upper and lower sections of the mask straps on both sides are guided around the upper and lower ends of the ears, respectively, and securely attached to the devices located behind the ears on both sides. The face mask can thus fit more closely around the mouth and nose area, thereby increasing the protective effect of the face mask. Fifth example:
[0100] Fig.Figure 6 shows an application method of the present embodiment in combination with a cap and the appearance of the device after it has been assembled with the cap using the following application method. This application method consists of sewing and mounting the two devices on the left and right sides of the cap 51 using sewing threads. During sewing, a right-hand sewing thread 52R is passed through the multiple through-holes 26R in the upper section of the inner upright plate 22R of the device intended for the right side and through suitable positions on the right edge of the cap. Another right-hand sewing thread 53R is passed through the through-hole 28R in the middle section of the inner upright plate 22R of the device intended for the right side and through suitable positions on the further rear edge on the right side of the cap. Thus, the two right-hand sewing threads securely attach the device on the right side by sewing to the right side of the cap. Similarly, a left-hand sewing thread 52L is passed through the multiple through-holes 26R-L in the upper section of the inner upright plate 22R of the device on the right side and through suitable positions on the left edge of the cap. Another left-hand sewing thread 53L is passed through the through-hole 28R in the middle section of the inner upright plate 22R of the device on the left side and through suitable positions on the rear edge on the left side of the cap. Thus, the two left-hand sewing threads securely attach the device on the left side by sewing to the left side of the cap. In this way, the two devices positioned on the left and right sides are combined and assembled by sewing to the cap. When the two devices on the left and right sides are attached, respectively, the device is secured by sewing to the cap. When the right side of the mask is assembled with cap 51 and worn on the user's head, the two devices on the left and right sides are firmly fixed behind the left and right ears, respectively, and cannot be easily moved or detached. The upper and lower sections of the mask straps on both sides are guided around the upper and lower ends of the ears and securely attached to the devices located behind the ears on both sides. This allows the face mask to fit more closely around the mouth and nose area, thereby increasing the protective effect of the face mask.
