Abstract

A highly efficient large-flow mixing device for natural gas and hydrogen for gas-fired power plants, characterized in that it comprises: a natural gas line on which a first flow meter and a first Venturi tube are arranged; a hydrogen line on which a second flow meter, a flow control valve and a second Venturi tube are arranged; a mixed gas line on which, in the direction of gas flow, a static mixer, a swirl mixer and a concentration meter are arranged sequentially; a PLC control unit which is electrically connected to the first flow meter, the second flow meter, the flow control valve and the concentration meter respectively; wherein the natural gas line and the hydrogen line are each connected to the inlet of the static mixer;wherein the PLC control unit is designed to calculate the target hydrogen flow rate and control the opening degree of the flow control valve based on the current natural gas flow rate detected by the first flow meter and a preset mixture concentration; wherein the PLC control unit is further designed to correct the opening degree of the flow control valve in real time based on the concentration signal of the mixed gas measured by the concentration meter.
