Abstract

A connecting device for walkways (16a; 16b; 16c), in particular an intermediate step, for the modular connection of walkways (12a, 14a), characterized by a, in particular substantially flat, walking surface (18a; 18b; 18c) and at least one connecting device (20a, 20b, 20c) with fixing extensions (22a, 66a, 68a, 70a; 22b, 66b, 68b, 70b; 22c, 66c, 68c, 70c), wherein the connecting device (20a; 20b; 20c) is configured to detachably connect the walking surface (18a; 18b; 18c) to a first walkway (12a) and a second walkway (14a), in particular via end faces or longitudinal sides of the walkways.
