Abstract

A device for a weaving machine for the production of a fabric, characterized in that it comprises in combination the following: a) a set of 15 shafts; b) a basic warp comprising a total number of threads in the range between 3972 and 4218, wherein the warp thread density is in the range between 20.7 and 25.3 threads per centimeter; c) a direct threading of the threads of the basic warp onto the 15 shafts, wherein successive warp threads are threaded into successive shafts according to a sequence from 1 to 15, which is repeated over the entire width of the basic warp.
