Abstract

A connector comprising: an insulating body (100) comprising a bottom section (101), a sliding slot (102), a positioning section (110) and a latch (120) corresponding to the positioning section (110), wherein the sliding slot (102) is formed in the insulating body (100) and is connected to the bottom section (101), wherein the positioning section (110) is arranged on the bottom section (101), wherein the latch (120) is arranged on one side of the sliding slot (102) and projects from the bottom section (101), and wherein the latch (120) comprises an actuating chamfer (123);and a locking element (200) which is inserted into the sliding slot (102) and is displaceable relative to the insulating body (100), wherein the locking element (200) projects from one side of the insulating body (100) towards the bottom section (101), wherein the locking element (200) comprises a pawl (230), and wherein the pawl (230) is arranged on one side of the locking element (200), wherein, when the locking element (200) slides towards the bottom section (101), the locking element (200) presses against the actuating ramp (123) to drive the pawl (120) to move accordingly towards the positioning section (110), and the pawl (230) engages an inner surface of the sliding slot (102) to lock the locking element (200) and to lock the latch (120).;
