Description of the preferred embodiments

[0009] The invention is described in more detail below with reference to specific embodiments, with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that when an element is described as being "attached" to another element, this may be a direct attachment to the other element or an attachment via one or more intermediate elements. The same applies to an element described as being "connected" to another element. Again, this may be a direct connection or a connection via one or more intermediate elements. Where the terms "vertical", "horizontal", "left", "right" and similar terms are used in this description, these are for illustrative purposes only.

[0010] Unless otherwise specified, all technical and scientific terms used in this specification have the meaning commonly assigned to them in the field of the present invention. These terms are for the purpose of describing specific embodiments only and are not intended to be limiting. The term "and / or" in this specification encompasses all possible combinations of one or more of the listed elements.

[0011] The motor stator's conductive connection holder connects each of the stator's annularly arranged windings. External current is transmitted to the respective winding via the conductive connection holder. After the current flows through the respective winding, each winding generates a magnetic force to drive the motor rotor to rotate relative to the stator. The conductive connection holder has three main input terminals, with currents of three different phases being transmitted from the three main input terminals to each winding.

[0012] The applicant also noted that in existing motor stators, the distance between the respective windings is comparatively small to meet user requirements for high performance and miniaturization. To reduce the likelihood of short circuits between two adjacent windings, insulating paper must be provided between the respective windings, which leads to higher costs.

[0013] In view of the above, one embodiment of the present invention provides a conductive connection holder 100 for a motor 10 as shown in FIGS. Fig. 1-10. When the motor 10 uses the conductive connection holder 100 according to the present embodiment to connect each winding 200, the volume of the winding can be optimized, thereby improving the safety performance of the motor 10.

[0014] The conductive connection holder 100 is configured for electrical connection to the windings 200 of the motor stator. The number of windings 200 of the motor 10 depends on the specific requirements. For the sake of simplicity of description, the following embodiments use an example in which the motor 10 has twelve windings 200, and the twelve windings 200 are arranged around the first axis 400. Specifically, each winding 200 has two ends for connection to the conductive connection holder 100. The two ends of each winding 200 are hereinafter referred to as the first end 210 and the second end 220. The twelve windings 200 have a total of twelve first ends 220 and twelve second ends 220. The arrangement positions of the first end 210 and the second end 220 of each winding 200 depend on the specific requirements. In this embodiment, an example is given in which the first ends 210 of each winding 200 are all located on the outer circle and thus relatively far from the first axis 400 and the second ends 220 of each winding 200 are all located on the inner circle and thus relatively close to the first axis 400.

[0015] In this embodiment, the conductive connection holder 100 includes a first main input terminal 110, a first electrical connection part 140, a second main input terminal 120, a second electrical connection part 150, a third main input terminal 130, and a third electrical connection part 160. The first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130 are configured to receive three-phase currents. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the number of main input terminals and electrical connection parts can be provided as needed. For a two-phase motor, for example, only two main input terminals and two electrical connection parts need to be provided.

[0016] Here, the three-phase motor is chosen as an example for describing the features of the present invention.

[0017] The first main input terminal 110 is electrically connected to the first electrical connection part 140, which is configured for electrically connecting the first end 210 of the winding 200 of the motor 10. Specifically, in this embodiment, the electrical connection part 140 is configured for connection to the first ends 210 of four different windings 200 having the same potential, so that the first electrical connection part 140 can transmit electrical energy to the four windings 200. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first electrical connection part 140 is directly connected to the four windings 200.

[0018] In other embodiments, the first electrical connection part 140 may also be directly connected to five, six or more windings, which will not be explained in more detail here.

[0019] It is now time to Fig. 1 and Fig. 5. In this embodiment, the electrical connection holder 100 is configured to connect each winding 200 in parallel at the same electrical potential. That is, the first end 210 of each winding is electrically connected to the first connecting part 140, and the second end 220 of each winding 200 is electrically connected to a point (which is specifically connected to the fourth electrical connecting part 170 mentioned later).

[0020] Compared with the embodiment in which the winding 200 directly connected to the first electrical connection part 140 is first connected in series with other windings 200 (the winding 200 is not directly connected to the first electrical connection part 140) and then connected in parallel to ensure that the voltage of each winding 200 is the same, the current flowing in the winding 200 can be lower in the present invention (in the prior art, the windings 200 connected to the first electrical connection part 140 are connected in series and the current is comparatively larger). For this reason, the wire from which the winding 200 is made can also have a smaller diameter, so that the volume of a single winding 200 can be smaller and the distance between two adjacent windings 200 can be larger. This solution reduces the probability that two adjacent windings 200 will come into contact and cause a short circuit, improving the safety performance of the motor 10. Furthermore, it increases the probability that the insulating paper arranged between two adjacent windings 200 can be removed, thereby saving material costs and machining costs of the motor 10.

[0021] The second main input terminal 120 is electrically connected to the second electrical connection part 150, wherein the second electrical connection part 150 is configured for direct connection to the first ends 210 of at least four windings 200. In this embodiment, the second electrical connection part 150 is directly connected to the first ends 210 of the four windings 200. The second main input terminal 120 transmits the drawn current to the second electrical connection part 150, which transmits the current to the four windings 200 connected thereto.

[0022] The third main input terminal 130 is electrically connected to the third electrical connection part 160, wherein the third electrical connection part 130 is configured for direct connection to the first ends 210 of at least four windings 200. In this embodiment, the third electrical connection part 160 is directly connected to the first ends 210 of the four windings 200. The third main input terminal 130 transmits the drawn current to the third electrical connection part 160, which transmits the current to the four windings 200 connected thereto.

[0023] In this embodiment, the holder 100 also has a fourth electrical connection part 170 for a conductive connection, wherein the fourth electrical connection part 170 is electrically connected to the second ends 220 of all the windings 200. That is, the second end 220 of each winding 200 is electrically connected to the fourth electrical connection part 170, and the first ends 210 of all the windings 200 are each electrically connected to one of the first main input terminal 100, the second main input terminal 120, or the third main input terminal 130, respectively. Thus, all the windings 200 of the motor stator are connected in a star configuration.

[0024] In the present embodiment, the conductive connection holder 200 can separately establish a parallel connection as well as a star connection of the windings 200 connected to each main input terminal, so that the current flowing between the windings 200 can be further reduced. The wire to be used for each winding 200 can therefore be smaller in diameter, reducing the likelihood of short circuits caused by contact between two adjacent windings 200, thus improving the safety function of the motor 10.

[0025] In this embodiment, the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130 are all arranged so that these terminals extend along the first direction X (specifically, the axial direction of the motor 10). The first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130 are provided in a circular arrangement with the first axis 400 (specifically, the rotating shaft of the motor 10) as the central axis, and the arrangement angle is 360 degrees. In other words, with the first axis 400 as the central axis, the angles between any two of the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130 along the first circumferential direction M are all 120 degrees. With this structural arrangement, the maximum circumferential dimensions of the first electrical connecting part 140, the second electrical connecting part 150, and the third electrical connecting part 160 can be smaller, so that the first electrical connecting part 140, the second electrical connecting part 150, and the third electrical connecting part 160 produce less processing waste, whereby the processing costs of the first connecting part 140, the second connecting part 150, and the third connecting part 160 are correspondingly lower.

[0026] It is understood that in other embodiments, the first main input terminal 140, the second main input terminal 150 and the third main input terminal 160 also allow other arrangement angles depending on the actual requirements, which will not be discussed further here.

[0027] Specifically in this embodiment, the electrical connection part 140, as shown in the Fig. 3 to 6, a first leg 141 and a second leg 142. The first leg 141 and the second leg 142 are each electrically connected to one end of the first main input terminal 110. The first leg 141 is designed for direct connection to the first ends 210 of two windings 200, and the second leg 142 is designed for direct connection to the first ends 210 of another two windings 200. In this solution, two separate parts, namely the first leg 141 and the second leg 142, are each designed to connect four windings 200, so that the total volume of each region of the first electrical connection part 140 can be smaller.Compared with a design in which one part is configured to simultaneously connect four windings 200, the processing difficulty of the first electrical connecting part 140 is lower, significantly less processing waste is generated, and the processing costs are lower. In other embodiments, the first leg 141 can be connected to the first ends 210 of three or more windings 200, and the second leg 142 can also be connected to the first ends 210 of three or more windings 200.

[0028] In this embodiment, the first main input terminal 110 is arranged to extend along the first direction X (i.e., the axial direction of the motor). The first leg 141 extends along the first circumferential direction M around the first axis 400, and the second leg 142 extends along the second circumferential direction N around the first axis 400. The first circumferential direction M is opposite to the second circumferential direction N. The first axis 400 is parallel to the first direction X and is separate from the first main input terminal 110. In particular, the first axis 400 may be the rotation axis of the motor 10. Since the first leg 141 and the second leg 142 each extend in different circumferential directions, it is more convenient to connect the first leg 141 and the second leg 142 to the windings 200 at corresponding positions. The structure of the first electrical connecting part 140 is overall more orderly and the assembly is less difficult.

[0029] It is based on the Fig. 5 to 7. In this embodiment, the first main input terminal 110 has a first portion 111, a second portion 112, and a third portion 113. The first portion 111 is arranged to extend along the first direction X, the second portion 112 is arranged to extend along the first circumferential direction M, and the third portion 113 is arranged to extend along the second circumferential direction N. The first portion 111, the second portion 112, and the third portion 113 can be integrally formed in a bending process.

[0030] One end of the second portion 112 is connected to the first portion 111, and the other end is connected to an end of the first leg 141 proximate to the first portion 111. The method used to connect the second portion 112 and the first leg 141 may be a welding or soldering method. Since the second portion 112 of the first main input terminal 110 extends along the first circumferential direction M, the circumferential length of the first leg 141 can be reduced, so that the volume of the first leg 141 can be smaller, the processing difficulty of the first leg 141 is reduced, and less waste is generated during processing of the first leg 141.

[0031] One end of the third portion 113 is connected to the first portion 111, and the other end is connected to an end of the second leg 142 near the first portion 111. The method used to connect the third portion 113 and the second leg 142 may be welding or soldering. Since the third portion 113 of the first main input terminal 110 extends along the second circumferential direction N, the circumferential length of the second leg 142 can be reduced, so that the volume of the second leg 142 can be smaller, the difficulty of machining the second leg 142 is reduced, and less waste is generated during machining of the second leg 142.

[0032] The second electrical connection part 150 has a third leg 151 and a fourth leg 152. The third leg 151 is arranged to extend along the circumferential direction M around the first axis 400, and the fourth leg 152 is arranged to extend along the second circumferential direction N around the first axis 400. The second main input terminal 120 has a fourth section 121, a fifth section 122, and a sixth section 123. The fourth section 121 extends along the first direction X. One end of the fifth section 122 is connected to one end of the fourth section 121 along the first direction X, and the other end of the fifth section 122 is connected to the end of the third leg 151 close to the fourth section 121.One end of the sixth portion 123 is connected along the first direction X to one end of the fourth portion 121, and the other end of the sixth portion 123 is connected to an end of the fourth leg 152 close to the fourth portion 121. The fifth portion 122 and the sixth portion 123 are connected to the common end of the fourth portion 121, and the fourth portion 121, the fifth portion 122, and the sixth portion 123 are integrally formed by applying a bending process. With the above structural arrangement of the first main input terminal 110, the circumferential length of the third leg 151 and the fourth leg 152 can be reduced, so that the total volume of the third leg 151 and the fourth leg 152 can be smaller, and less processing waste is generated in the processing of the third leg 151 and the fourth leg 152.

[0033] The third electrical connecting part 160 has a fifth leg 161 and a sixth leg 162. The fifth leg 161 is arranged to extend along the first circumferential direction M around the first axis 400, and the sixth leg 162 is arranged to extend along the second circumferential direction N around the first axis 400. The third main input terminal 130 has a seventh section 131, an eighth section 132, and a ninth section 133. The seventh section 131 extends along the first direction X. One end of the eighth section 132 is connected along the first direction X to one end of the seventh section 131, and the other end of the eighth section 132 is connected to one end of the fifth leg 161 close to the seventh section 131.One end of the ninth portion 133 is connected to one end of the seventh portion 131 along the first direction X, and the other end of the ninth portion 133 is connected to one end of the sixth leg 162 near the seventh portion 131. The eighth portion 132 and the ninth portion 133 are connected to the common end of the seventh portion 131, and the seventh portion 131, the eighth portion 132, and the ninth portion 133 are integrally formed by a bending process. With the above structural arrangement of the third main input terminal 130, the respective volumes of the fifth leg 161 and the sixth leg 162 can be smaller as a whole, thereby reducing processing waste during processing of the fifth leg 161 and the sixth leg 162.

[0034] In this embodiment, the first leg 141, the second leg 142, the third leg 151, the fourth leg 152, the fifth leg 161, and the sixth leg 162 are each configured to connect the first ends 210 of two windings 200. The first leg 141, the second leg 142, the third leg 151, the fourth leg 152, the fifth leg 161, and the sixth leg 162 collectively connect the first ends 210 of the twelve windings 200 of the motor 10, and the fourth electrical connecting part 170 connects the second ends 220 of the twelve windings 200, so that the twelve windings are connected in a star configuration.

[0035] In this embodiment, at least one leg of the first electrical connection part 140 and at least one leg of the second electrical connection part 150 are stacked along the first direction X. In particular, the first leg 141 and the fourth leg 152 are at least partially stacked along the first direction X, with reference to the Fig. 2, Fig. 5, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10. This structural arrangement can reduce the overall space occupied by the first leg 141 and the fourth leg 152. Furthermore, at least one leg of the first electrical connection part 140 and at least one leg of the third electrical connection part 160 are stacked along the first direction X. In particular, the first leg 141 and the sixth leg 162 are at least partially stacked along the first direction X. This structural arrangement can reduce the overall space occupied by the first leg 141 as well as the sixth leg 162.

[0036] In this embodiment, the first leg 141, the sixth leg 162, and the sixth section 123 are stacked sequentially along the first direction X. This reduces the total space occupied by the first leg 141, the sixth leg 162, and the sixth section 123.

[0037] It is based on the Fig. 2, Fig. 5, Fig. 9 and Fig. 10. Specifically, in this embodiment, the first leg 141 has a first connection terminal 1411 for electrical connection to the first end 210 of the winding 200, the fourth leg 152 has a second connection terminal 1521 for electrical connection to the first end 210 of the winding 200, and the sixth leg 162 has a third connection terminal 1621 for electrical connection to the first end 210 of the winding 200. The second main input terminal 120 has a fourth portion 121, a fifth portion 122, and a sixth portion 123 extending along the first direction X.The fourth portion 121 is arranged to extend along the first direction X, the fifth leg 161 extends along the first circumferential direction M and is connected to the third leg 151, and the sixth portion 123 extends along the second circumferential direction N and is connected to the fourth leg 152. Along the first circumferential direction M, the first connection terminal 1411, the second connection terminal 1521, and the third connection terminal 1621 are all located between the first portion 111 and the fourth portion 121. The above structural arrangement allows the connection terminals electrically connected to adjacent different windings 200 to be arranged adjacently, which facilitates the electrical connection between the respective connection terminal and the winding 200.

[0038] In this embodiment, the first connection terminal 1411, the second connection terminal 1521, and the third connection terminal 1621 are sequentially distributed adjacent to one another along the first circumferential direction M. This structural arrangement ensures that the arrangement sequence and direction of the first connection terminal 1411, the second connection terminal 1521, and the third connection terminal 1621 are the same as the arrangement sequence and direction of the three windings to which they are respectively connected. The connection between each connection terminal and each winding 200 is thereby further simplified. In this embodiment, the first connection terminal 1411, the second connection terminal 1521, and the third connection terminal 1621 are preferably provided in a circular arrangement, with the first axis 400 as the central axis and the arrangement angle being 60 degrees.

[0039] In this embodiment, the first leg 141, the third leg 151, and the fifth leg 161 are distributed along the first circumferential direction M, and the positions of the first leg 141, the third leg 151, and the fifth leg 161 are aligned along the first direction X. This solution can reduce the space occupied overall by the first leg 141, the third leg 151, and the fifth leg 161 along the direction X. The second leg 142, the fourth leg 152, and the sixth leg 162 are distributed along the first circumferential direction M, and the positions of the second leg 142, the fourth leg 152, and the sixth leg 162 are aligned along the first direction X.

[0040] In this embodiment, the first leg 141, the third leg 151, the fourth leg 152, the fifth leg 161, and the sixth leg 162 are all integrally formed by processing a plate material 184, wherein the thickness directions of the first leg 141, the second leg 142, the third leg 151, the fourth leg 152, the fifth leg 161, and the sixth leg 162 are all parallel to the first direction X. This solution allows a further reduction in the thickness dimension of the remaining components of the conductive connection holder 100 along the first direction X after removing the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120 and the third main input terminal 130, thereby reducing the total space occupied by the conductive connection base 100.

[0041] Since the specific methods for connecting the first leg 141, the third leg 151, and the fifth leg 161 can be the same in this embodiment, the sizes of the first leg 141, the third leg 151, and the fifth leg 161 can all be identical in this embodiment. When manufacturing the first leg 141, the third leg 151, and the fifth leg 161, the same component can initially be manufactured. When this component is then installed at the position of the first leg 141, it forms the first leg 141; when installed at the position of the third leg 151, it forms the third leg 151; and when installed at the position of the fifth leg 161, it forms the fifth leg 161.

[0042] Since the specific methods for connecting the second leg 142, the fourth leg 152, and the sixth leg 162 can be the same, the sizes of the second leg 142, the fourth leg 152, and the sixth leg 162 can all be the same in this embodiment. When manufacturing the second leg 142, the fourth leg 152, and the sixth leg 162, the same component can initially be manufactured. When installed at the position of the second leg 142, the component forms the second leg 142; when installed at the position of the fourth leg 152, the component forms the fourth leg 152; and when installed at the position of the sixth leg 162, the component forms the sixth leg 162.

[0043] Since the specific connection methods for the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130 can be the same, the sizes of the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130 are all identical in this embodiment. When manufacturing the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130, the same component can be manufactured first. Then, when this component is installed at the position of the first main input terminal 110, it forms the first main input terminal 110; when installed at the position of the second main input terminal 120, it forms the second main input terminal 120. and when installed at the position of the third main input terminal 130, it forms the third main input terminal 130.

[0044] The specific layout position of the fourth electrical connection part 170 depends on the specific requirements. As shown in the Fig. 4 to 5, in this embodiment, the fourth electrical connection part 170 is arranged on the inner side close to the first axis 400 of the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130. Compared with the structural layout in which the fourth electrical connection part 170 is stacked along the first direction X with at least one of the first electrical connection part 140, the second electrical connection part 150, and the third electrical connection part 160, this structural arrangement can further reduce the thickness dimension along the first direction X of the remaining components of the conductive connection base 100 after removing the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130.

[0045] In this embodiment, the part 170 has four connecting tabs that are electrically connected to one another. The four connecting tabs are arranged along the circumferential direction around the first axis 400. The four connecting tabs are, respectively, the first connecting tab 171, the second connecting tab 172, the third connecting tab 173, and the fourth connecting tab 174. The first connecting tab 171 has a fourth connection terminal 1711, a fifth connection terminal 1712, and a sixth connection terminal 1713. The first connection terminal 1711 is arranged opposite the fourth connection terminal 1711, and the first connection terminal 1711 and the fourth connection terminal 1711 are used for electrical connection to the same winding 200.The second connection terminal 1521 is arranged opposite the fifth connection terminal 1712, and the second connection terminal 1521 and the fifth connection terminal 1712 are used for electrical connection to the same winding 200. The third connection terminal 1621 is arranged opposite the sixth connection terminal 1713, and the third connection terminal 1621 and the sixth connection terminal 1713 are used for electrical connection to the same winding 200. The first connection tab 171, the second connection tab 172, the third connection tab 173, and the fourth connection tab 174 jointly connect the second ends 220 of the twelve windings 200, so that the second ends 220 of all the windings 200 are electrically connected to each other under the power supply of the three-phase circuit.

[0046] In other embodiments, the fourth electrical connection part 170 may also have only two connecting tabs or only one connecting tab, which will not be explained in detail here. Compared to the connection methods in which two connecting tabs are used or one connecting tab is used, the provision of four connecting tabs can simplify the manufacturing process of the fourth electrical connection part 170 and save raw material.

[0047] In the Fig. Referring now to Figures 11 to 16, the second embodiment of the present invention also provides a conductive connection holder 100. In addition to all the components of the conductive connection holder 100 in the first embodiment, this conductive connection holder 100 also includes a support member 190. For convenience of description, for example, the entire combination of the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, the third main input terminal 130, the first electrical connection part 140, the second electrical connection part 150, the third electrical connection part 160, and the fourth electrical connection part 170 in the first embodiment described above will be referred to below as the busbar assembly 101. The busbar assembly 101 may include only the aforementioned components or may also include other electrical connection components.

[0048] In this embodiment, the conductive connection holder 100 includes a busbar assembly 101 and a support member 190. The support member 190 serves to connect and secure each member in the busbar assembly 101. In particular, each member may be at least one of the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, the third main input terminal 130, the first electrical connection member 140, the second electrical connection member 150, the third electrical connection member 160, or the fourth electrical connection member 170. Note that if the first electrical connection member 140 includes, for example, the first leg 141 and the second leg 142, the first electrical connection member 140 itself consists of two parts.

[0049] The support member 190 has a first support portion 191 for supporting the first main input terminal 110. The first support portion 191 can be manufactured using an integral injection molding process and can then support the first main input terminal 110. In addition to being used to support the first main input terminal 110, the first support portion 191 also connects at least two independent parts of the busbar assembly 101.In other words, the support portion 191 can be directly injection-molded onto the busbar assembly 101 after the busbar assembly 101 is completed (either the entire assembly or the partial assembly), wherein the injection-molded first support portion 191 connects at least two parts of the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, the third main input terminal 130, the first electrical connection part 140, the second electrical connection part 150, the third electrical connection part 160, and the fourth electrical connection part 170.

[0050] In the conductive connection holder 100 according to the present embodiment, the first support portion 191 does not need to be arranged on the end cover 310 of the motor 10. This reduces the processing difficulty of the housing 300 of the motor 10 and simplifies the machining and assembly of the housing 300 of the motor 10. Furthermore, the first support portion 191 can also perform the function of connecting at least two parts in the busbar assembly 101, thereby making the connection of the individual components in the busbar assembly 101 more stable.

[0051] After injection molding, the first support portion 191 can connect any two parts on the busbar assembly 101. In this embodiment, the busbar assembly 101 includes the first electrical connection part 140. The first electrical connection part 140 is connected to the first main input terminal 110 and also serves to connect the first end 210 of the winding 200 of the motor 10. The first support portion 191 is configured to connect the first electrical connection part 140 and at least one other part—except the first main input terminal 110—during the integral injection molding process. The first main input terminal 110 abuts the support portion 190 (the connection includes a butt joint and a fixed joint) and is supported and positioned by the first support portion 191.In other words, in this embodiment, the first support portion 191 is not firmly connected to the first main input terminal 110 after injection molding, and is connected at least to the first electrical connection part 140. After the first support portion 191 is injection molded, the first main input terminal 110 abuts against the first support portion 191. The support and positioning of the first main input terminal 110 is based on the first support portion 191, and the main input terminal 110 is positioned by the connection to the first electrical connection part 140. This structural arrangement makes it possible to not install the first main input terminal 110 when the first support portion 191 is injection molded, thereby making the injection molding of the first support portion 191 more convenient.

[0052] The support part 190 also has a second support portion 192 and a third support portion 193, and the busbar assembly 101 also has a second main input terminal 120 and a third main input terminal 130. The second support portion 192 is configured to support the second main input terminal 120, and the third support portion 193 is configured to support the third main input terminal 130. The methods for manufacturing the second support portion 192 and the third support portion 193 may be the same as those for manufacturing the first support portion 191. The second support portion 192 and the third support portion 193 may be injection-molded simultaneously with the first support portion 191. When the second support region 192 is injection molded, it connects at least two parts of the busbar assembly 101, and when the third support region 193 is injection molded, it connects at least two parts of the busbar assembly 101.

[0053] In this embodiment, the second support portion 192, when injection-molded, can connect the second electrical connection part 150 connected to the second main input terminal 120 and other parts except the second main input terminal 120. After the second support portion 192 is injection-molded, the second main input terminal 120 abuts the second support portion 192. When the third support portion 193 is injection-molded, it can connect the third electrical connection part 160 connected to the third main input terminal 130 and other parts except the third main input terminal 130, and after the third support portion 193 is injection-molded, the third main input terminal 130 abuts the third support portion 193.

[0054] In this embodiment, the second electrical connection part 150 is connected to the second main input terminal 120 and is also configured to connect the first end 210 of the winding 200 of the motor 10. The third electrical connection part 160 is connected to the third main input terminal 130 and is also configured to connect the first end 210 of the winding 200 of the motor 10. The first electrical connection part 140, the second electrical connection part 150, and the third electrical connection part 160 are arranged around the first axis 400. The first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130 are each connected to the first ends 210 of different windings 200.

[0055] The support part 190 also has an annular region 194. The annular region 194 is integrally injection-molded with the first support part 191, the second support part 192, and the third support part 193, wherein the annular region 194 connects the first electrical connection part 140, the second electrical connection part 150, and the third electrical connection part 160 during the integral injection-molding process. Furthermore, the third support part 190 is formed integrally, in particular by an integral injection-molding process. After the integral injection-molding of the support part 190, it can be connected to any component in the busbar assembly 101. In this embodiment, the support part 190 is firmly connected to at least a part of the busbar assembly 101 during the integral injection-molding process (with the injection-molding process being performed directly on this part).Specifically, during the integral injection molding process, the support member 190 is firmly connected to all parts of the busbar assembly 101, except for the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130. When the support member 190 is integrally injection molded as a whole, the processing of the support member 190 becomes simpler and more convenient. Then, when the processing of the support member 190 is completed, it can not only protect the busbar assembly 101 but also perform the function of fixing each component of the busbar assembly 101, and can also fulfill the purpose of supporting the first main input terminal 110, the second main input terminal 120, and the third main input terminal 130.

[0056] In the Fig. 13 to 16, the first support portion 191 has a first support arm 1911 and a second support arm 1912 opposite the first support arm 1911. Both the first support arm 1911 and the second support arm 1912 extend in a direction parallel to the first axis 400 and in a direction away from the first annular end wall 1941 of the annular portion 194. The surface of the first support arm 1911 facing the second support arm 1912 is provided with a first sliding groove 1913 extending in a direction parallel to the first axis 400, the sliding groove 1913 extending from the annular portion 194 away to the end of the first support arm 1911. The wall surface of the first main input terminal 110 facing the first sliding groove 1913 is provided with a first projection 1111, the first projection 1111 extending into the first sliding groove 1913.When installing the first main input terminal 110, the first projection 1111 can be pushed from the end of the first support arm 1911 away from the annular portion 194 into the first sliding groove 1913, after which the first main input terminal 110 is connected (in particular, welded) to the first electrical connection part 140 to thereby achieve the positioning of the first main input terminal 110. The interaction between the first sliding groove 1913 and the first projection 1111 can make it difficult for the first main input terminal 110 to move relative to the first support portion 191 in a direction perpendicular to the first axis 400.

[0057] Furthermore, the first main input terminal 110 has a first portion 111. The first portion 111 is arranged between the first support arm 1911 and the second support arm 1912 and is provided with the first projection 1111. The wall surface of the second support arm 1912 facing the first support arm 1911 is provided with a second sliding groove 1914 arranged parallel to the first axis 400, wherein the second sliding groove 1914 extends from the annular region 194 to the end of the second support arm 1912. The wall surface of the first portion 111 facing the second sliding groove 1914 is provided with a second projection 1112, wherein the second projection 1112 extends into the second sliding groove 1914. The interaction between the second sliding groove 1914 and the second projection 1112 may further complicate displacement of the first main input terminal 110 relative to the first support portion 191 in a direction perpendicular to the first axis 400.

[0058] The first main input terminal 110 also includes a second portion 112 and a third portion 113. One end of the second portion 112 is connected to the end of the first portion 111 near the annular region 194, and the other end of the second portion 112 extends along the first circumferential direction M around the first axis 400. One end of the third portion 113 is connected to the end of the first portion 111 near the annular region 194, and the other end of the third portion 113 extends along the circumferential direction N around the first axis 400. The second circumferential direction N is opposite to the first circumferential direction M. The second portion 112 includes a U-shaped portion 1121. The U-shaped portion 1121 is disposed around the outer side edge of the first support arm 1911 away from the first axis 400.One end of the U-shaped part 1121 is connected to the first section 111, and the other end of the U-shaped part 1121 wraps around the outer side edge and adheres to the wall surface of the first support arm 1911 away from the second support arm 1912. The structure of the U-shaped part 1121 can make the limitation between the first main input terminal 110 and the first support portion 191 more reliable by further preventing the displacement between the first main input terminal 110 and the first support portion 191 in the direction perpendicular to the first axis 400.

[0059] The first support portion 191 also includes a first partition wall 1915. The first partition wall 1915 is connected to the outer side edge of the second support arm 1912 remote from the first axis 400, and the first partition wall 1915 abuts the wall surface of the U-shaped part 1121 remote from the first support arm 1911. The first partition wall 1915 can prevent the U-shaped part 1121 from moving relative to the first support portion 191 in the direction away from the first axis 400, thereby further improving the limiting effect for the first main input terminal 110.

[0060] The busbar assembly 101 also has a fourth electrical connection part 170. The fourth electrical connection part 170 is configured to connect the second ends 220 of all windings 200 of the motor 10. During the integral injection molding process, the annular portion 194 is also connected to the fourth electrical connection part 170, thereby improving the fastening effect of the support part 190 to the busbar assembly 101. In other embodiments, the annular portion 194 may not be connected to the fourth electrical connection part 170, and the fourth electrical connection part 170 may be connected to the support part 190 by means of an adhesive, clamping, or bonding connection.

[0061] In the present embodiment, the fourth electrical connection part 170 is arranged on the inside of the annular region 194 close to the first axis 400.

[0062] In other embodiments, the fourth electrical connection part 170 may also be arranged on the outside of the annular region 194 away from the first axis 400 or may be stacked with the annular region 194 along the first direction X.

[0063] As in the Fig. 13, Fig. 15 and Fig. 16, the annular portion 194 in this embodiment includes a circular ring 195 and a plurality of third protrusions 199 connected to the inside of the circular ring 195. The third protrusions 199 are each provided in a circular arrangement with the first axis 400 as the central axis. Each of the third protrusions 199 extends in the direction close to the first axis 400, and each of the third protrusions 199 is connected to the fourth electrical connection part 170. When viewed in a direction parallel to the first axis 400, the connection terminals of the fourth electrical connection part 170, which are used to connect the windings 200, are all located between two adjacent third protrusions 199.With this scheme, on the one hand, the injection molding quantity of the support part 190 can be saved, and on the other hand, it is expedient that the second ends 220 of the windings can be passed through two adjacent third projections 199 and electrically connected to the connecting terminals of the fourth electrical connecting part 170.

[0064] The circular ring 195 has a first annular end wall 1941 and a second annular end wall 1942 that oppose each other. The first main input terminal 110 is disposed on one side of the first annular end wall 1941 of the circular ring 195, with each of the third protrusions 199 extending from the second annular end wall 1942 in a direction parallel to the first axis 400. When the support member 190 is installed, the third protrusions 199 can each facilitate engagement with the inside of the insulating frame 230 of the winding 200 or with the inside of the winding 200, thereby facilitating the positioning of the holder 100 for a conductive connection.

[0065] In this embodiment, the wall surface of the third projection 199 remote from the first axis 400 is an arc surface, and along the direction away from the circular ring 195, each arc surface is inclined in the direction close to the first axis 400. This scheme may be advantageous for the installation guidance of the conductive connection holder 100 during its installation.

[0066] As the Fig. 2, Fig. 11 and Fig. 16, in this embodiment, the circular ring 195 has an outer peripheral wall 196 arranged around the axis 400. The first electrical connection part 140, the second electrical connection part 150, and the third electrical connection part 160 all have connection terminals (i.e., the first connection terminal 1411, the second connection terminal 1521, and the third connection terminal 1621) connected to the coil 200, with each connection terminal extending from the outer peripheral wall 196 of the circular ring 195. With this scheme, the outer diameter of the circular ring 195 can be reduced, thereby also reducing the amount of molding for the circular ring 195.Compared with the scheme in which each connection terminal extends from the first annular end wall 1941 of the circular ring 195 out of the circular ring 195, in the present embodiment, fewer parts are arranged on the first annular end wall 1941 and the structure is simpler, so that sufficient space is left on the first annular end wall 1941 for the arrangement of the first support portion 191, the second support portion 192, and the third support portion 193. In this embodiment, the connection terminal 143 of the electrical connection part 140 connected to the first main input terminal 110 also extends from the outer peripheral wall 196 out of the circular ring 195, whereby the outer diameter of the circular ring 195 can be further reduced and thereby the injection molding amount for the circular ring 195 can be reduced.

[0067] As the Fig. 15 to 16, the support member 190 also has a first clamping portion 198. The first clamping portion 198 is connected to the first support portion 191 and extends in a direction parallel to the first axis 400 in a direction away from the first main input terminal 110. The first clamping area 198 serves to clamp the insulating frame 230 of the winding 200 such that after the first clamping area 198 of the holder 100 has been clamped for a conductive connection to the insulating frame 230 of the winding 200, the first ends 210 of each winding 200 are opposite the respective connection terminals of the first electrical connection part 140, the second electrical connection part 150 and the third electrical connection part 160 in the first direction X and the second ends 220 of each winding 200 are also opposite the respective connection terminals of the fourth electrical connection part 170 in the second direction.

[0068] As in the Fig. 1 to 16 and in Fig. 21, the present invention also provides a stator assembly 11 for a motor 10. The stator assembly 11 includes the conductive connection holder 100 according to any one of the above points, a stator core 600, an insulating frame 230 fixed to the stator core 600, and a plurality of windings 200 wound on the insulating frame 230. Each winding 200 is fixed to the insulating frame 230, and adjacent windings 200 are arranged with spaces therebetween. That is, adjacent windings 200 are arranged with spaces directly between them, and no insulating paper is provided therebetween, thereby reducing the material cost of the motor 10.

[0069] As the Fig. 17 to 21, the present invention also provides a motor 10. The motor 10 has the stator assembly 11 in the positions shown in the Fig.1 to 16, a rotor assembly 500 and a housing 300. Each winding 200 is attached to the insulating frame 230 and has a first end 210 and a second end 220 that are electrically connected to the busbar assembly 101.

[0070] The insulating frame 230 has a second clamping region 231. After clamping the first clamping region 198 of the support part 190 with the second clamping region 231 of the insulating frame 230, the first ends 210 of each winding 200 are opposite the respective connection terminals of the first electrical connection part 140, the second electrical connection part 150 and the third electrical connection part 160 in the first direction X and also ensure that the second ends 220 of each winding 200 are opposite the respective connection terminals of the fourth electrical connection part 170 in the second direction.

[0071] The insulating frame 230, the conductive connection holder 100, and the windings 200 of the motor 10 are all arranged in the housing 300. The housing 300 has an end cover 310, which is provided with openings 311. The first main input terminal 110 and the first support portion 191 extend through the opening 311 from the interior of the housing 300. In particular, the end cover 310 has three openings 311. The first main input terminal 110 and the first support portion 191 extend through the first opening 311 from the interior of the housing 300. The second main input terminal 120 and the second support portion 192 extend through the second opening 311 from the interior of the housing 300. The third main input terminal 130 and the third support portion 193 extend through the third opening 311 from the interior of the housing 300.
