Description

TECHNICAL FIELDThe present invention relates to the technical field of imaging devices, and more particularly to a development housing.BACKGROUNDImaging devices form images on a recording medium, examples of imaging devices including electronic copiers, electrophotographic printers (e.g., laser beam printers, LED printers, etc.), facsimile machines, word processors, and the like.Imaging devices are equipped with a developer housing that develops an electrostatic latent image on a photoconductor drum using a developer. The developing housing has a developing roller rotatably supported in its housing and performs the development by supplying the toner stored in the housing from the developing roller to the photoconductor drum.During operation of the imaging device, the developing roller must be in intimate contact with the photoconductor drum. When the imaging device is not in operation, the developing roller and the photoconductor drum must be separated from each other by a certain distance in order to avoid problems such as contamination of the photoconductor drum by excess developer on the developing roller, deformation of the developing roller, or wear of the photoconductor drum by prolonged contact. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, an existing developing case B1 has a driving side at one end in the longitudinal direction and a conductive side at the other end. The conductive side separation component includes a swing arm 72 and a spring 73, one end of the spring 73 abuts the swing arm 72 and the other end abuts the bearing 46. The swing arm 72 is movably connected to the bearing 46. When the bearing 46 is fixedly mounted on the developing housing B1, the swing arm 72 can forcibly rotate about the fixed axis 46f and exerts a force on the spring 73, thereby rotating the developing housing B1 as a whole. The separation component 120 on the driving side includes a swing arm 70 and a spring 71, and the connection relationships are similar to those on the conductivity side.As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in an existing imaging apparatus A 1, there is provided a swing guide 80 having a slide groove engageable with the positioning pins at both ends of the developing housing B 1. Moreover, the pivotal guide 80 is supported by a side plate 90 and is allowed to rotate in the directions of arrows N5 and N6.In addition, the imaging device A1 is provided with a driving side printing member 150 supported by a base plate (not shown) and capable of moving in the directions of arrows N7 and N8, whereby the surface of the photoconductor drum 10 and the developing roller 13 can be brought into contact and separated. The imaging apparatus also includes a pressing member 151 on the conductivity side and a swing guide 81 on the conductivity side.As shown in FIG. 4, the second contact surface 151 bof the conductivity side pressing member 151 contacts the first contact surface 72 aof the swing arm 72, and the swing arm 72 rotates in the direction of the arrow NH 9 against the biasing force of the spring 73. The third contact surface 72 cof the swing arm 72 subsequently compresses the spring 73 and receives a biasing force FH 10. At this time, the swing arm 72 also receives a force FH 11from the swing guide 151 to generate a torque on the swing arm 70 that counteracts the torque MH 10. As a result, the external force FH 11 acts on the developing case B 1. The developing housing forcibly rotates, whereby the developing roller 13 comes into contact with the photoconductor drum 10.As shown in FIG. 5, the conductive side pressing member 151 moves by a distance δh 7 in the direction of the arrow NH 8. As a result, the developing case B1 rotates around the supported protrusion 81g of the swing guide 81 in the direction of the arrow N5, thereby separating the developing roller 13 and the photoconductor drum 10 by a distance δ8.Based on considerations of image quality and durability of the developing roller and photoconductor drum, a new structure is expected that separates the developing roller and photoconductor drum when the imaging device is not in operation and brings them into contact when the imaging device is in operation.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTIONAccording to a One end of the developing frame in the longitudinal direction is the driving side, the other end is the conductive side. The housing body 210 internally has a developer powder container capable of storing toner. The driving side bearing 211 is disposed on the end surface of the driving side of the case body 210, and the driving side cover 213 is disposed on the outside of the driving side bearing 211, i.e., the driving side cover 213 is farther from the case body 210 than the driving side bearing 211. The conductivity side cover 212 is disposed on the end surface of the conductivity side of the case body 210, i.e., the conductivity side cover 212 and the driving side cover 213 are respectively located on the outer side of both ends of the case body 210 in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the developing roller 220 is rotatably supported on the developing frame, the longitudinal direction of the developing roller 220 coincides with the longitudinal direction of the developing frame, and the rotational axis of the developing roller 220 extends along the longitudinal direction thereof. The both ends of the developing roller 220 are supported on the driving side bearing 211 and the conductive side cover 212, respectively. The agitator is rotatably supported on the developing frame and is disposed in the developing powder container of the case body 210, and both ends of the agitator are supported on the driving side bearing 211 and the conductivity side cover 212. The longitudinal direction of the agitator coincides with the longitudinal direction of the developing frame, and the agitator can rotate about its axis in the longitudinal direction. The agitator may include one or more blades that rotate to agitate the developer in the developer powder container to prevent agglomeration of the developer in the developer powder container and simultaneously transport the developer toward the development roller 220 where it is attracted to the electrically charged development roller 220.As illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 8, the driving component is disposed on the outside of the driving side bearing 211 (the side opposite to the case body 210), and includes a driving force receiving member 231 and a gear group. The driving force receiving member 231 serves to receive the driving force from the imaging device A 1 and transmit it via the gear group so as to drive the rotation of the developing roller 220 and the agitator. The gear group includes a developing roller gear 232 and an agitator gear 233, the developing roller gear 232 being fixed to one end of the shaft of the developing roller 220 in the longitudinal direction and located on the outside of the driving side bearing 211. The developing roller gear 232 is engaged with the driving force receiving member 231, so that the developing roller 220 can receive the driving force for rotation. The agitator gear 233 is fixed to one end of the agitator in the longitudinal direction and is located on the outside of the driving side bearing. The agitator gear 233 is engaged with the driving force receiving member 231, so that the agitator can receive the driving force for rotation. The developing roller gear 232 and the agitator gear 233 may both be directly or indirectly engaged with the driving force receiving member 231.As shown in FIGS. 7 and 9, the electrode component 240 is disposed on the conductive side of the developing frame and is located on the inner side of the conductive side lid 212. The conductivity side cover 212 has an opening through which at least a part of the electrode component 240 can be exposed to make electrical connection with the imaging device A 1. The electrode component 240 is also electrically connected to the other end of the developing roller 220 in the longitudinal direction to charge the developing roller 220 so as to be able to attract the developer. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the separation component may receive a force from the imaging device A 1 and move the developing housing 200 toward or away from the photoconductor drum to contact or separate the developing roller 220 from the photoconductor drum. The separation component may be disposed on the driving side of the developing frame, may be placed on the conductive side of the developing frame, and it is also possible to attach it to both sides of the developing frame simultaneously. In this embodiment, the separation component includes a separation contact member 250 that is attached to the developing frame and can receive a force from the imaging device A 1 to be elastically deformed between a first position and a second position. The separation contact member 250 in this embodiment corresponds to the swing arm 72 in the related art.Specifically, as illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10, the disconnect contact member 250 includes a connection part 250 a, a rod part 250 b, and a coupling part 250 cthat are connected in sequence. The connecting part 250 aconstitutes one end of the separation contact member 250, while the coupling part 250 cconstitutes the other end. The connection part 250 ais for mounting the separation contact member 250 to the developing frame, while the coupling part 250 cis for receiving the force from the imaging device A 1.As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, as an example, the separation contact member 250 is disposed on the conductive side of the developing frame. On the inside of the conductivity side lid 212, there is a support column 2121 protruding from the inner surface of the conductivity side lid 212. The separation contact member 250 is detachably connected to the support column 2121. Specifically, the connecting part 250 aincludes a through hole through which it is fitted on the support column 2121. Thereby, the isolation contact member 250 is mounted on the conductivity side cover 212 and can simultaneously rotate about the support column 2121. The longitudinal direction of the rod part 250b extends in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the developing frame. One end of the rod part 250 bextends to a position near the edge of the conductivity side lid 212. The coupling part 250 cis attached to the end of the rod part 250 band protrudes from the conductivity side lid 212. This allows interaction with the pressing member 151 on the conductivity side of the imaging device A 1 and reception of the force. In some other embodiments, the connection part 250 amay also be attached to the conductivity side cover 212 by adhesion, welding, or snap-fitting.Further, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, first protrusions 251 are formed on the inner side of the conductivity side lid 212. The first protrusions 251 are disposed near the support pillar 2121 and are located below the support pillar 2121. There are two first protrusions 251 that clamp the disconnect contact member 250 on both sides.Further, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the separation contact member 250 is made of an elastic material and can be elastically deformed. Also, on the inner side of the conductive side cover 212, there is a restricting part 2122 which is disposed on the side of the separation contact member 250 remote from the developing roller 220. It can block the separation contact member 250 and limit its movement in a direction away from the developing roller 220. When no external force is applied, the separation contact member 250 is in contact with the restricting part 2122 and is not deformed. In this position, the disconnect contact element 250 is in the first position. The second position is closer to the developing roller 220 (or closer to the photoconductor drum) compared to the first position. When the disconnect contact member 250 is in the first position, the developer housing 200 is in a position away from the photoconductor drum and the developer roller 220 is disconnected from the photoconductor drum. As the separation contact member 250 moves from the first position to the second position, the developing roller 220 comes into contact with the photoconductor drum.As illustrated in FIGS. 4, 9, and 10, the pressing member 151 on the conductive side of the imaging device A 1 moves in the direction NH 7 during operation (during a printing operation) and abuts against the coupling part 250 cof the separation contact member 250, thereby applying a force FH 11(pressing force) to the separation contact member 250. The part of the disconnection contact element 250 below the first projections 251 deforms from the first position to the second position. At the same time, the force FH11 of the printing member 151 also acts on the developing case 200, whereby the developing case 200 rotates and moves toward the photoconductor drum, so that the developing roller 220 comes into contact with the photoconductor drum. The deformation of the separation contact member 250 generates a biasing force on the conductive side pressing member 151, and the conductive side pressing member 151 also generates a reaction force in the opposite direction to the biasing force. This counterforce acts on the development housing 200 and can press the development roller 220 further against the photoconductor drum. The biasing force generated by the deformation of the separation contact member 250 may also serve as a cushioning member to ensure better contact between the developing roller 220 and the photoconductor drum and ensure the developing quality. As shown in FIGS. 5, 9, and 10, the printing member 151 on the conductive side of the imaging device A 1 moves toward NH 8 after completion of the printing operation. The pressing member 151 abuts against the coupling part 250 cof the separation contact member 250 and exerts a force thereon, whereby the entire developing housing 200 rotates in a direction away from the photoconductor drum (as in direction N 5 in FIG. 5 ) so that a distance δ 8 is formed between the developing roller 220 and the photoconductor drum. At the same time, the separation contact member 250 elastically returns from the second position to the first position and does not further deform in the direction away from the developing roller 220 after contacting the restricting part 2122.Note that the above-mentioned separation component is not limited to the arrangement on the conductivity side, but may be arranged on the driving side or on both the driving side and the conductivity side. In the arrangement on the driving side, the separation contact member 250 is attached to the outside of the driving side bearing 211. On the outside of the drive side bearing 211, structures such as the support column 2121, the first protrusions 251, and the restricting part 2122 are provided. The connection mode is identical to the arrangement of the separating component on the conductivity side and will not be explained here in greater detail. As a variant of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the separation component may also be formed integrally with the conductivity side cover 212, with the first protrusions 251 being omitted. Optionally, the entire separation component and the conductivity side cap 212 may be made of polyoxymethylene (POM). Specifically, the disconnection component is the disconnection contact member 250 including a connection part 250 a, a rod part 250 b, and a coupling part 250 cconnected in sequence. That is, the connecting part 250 aconstitutes one end of the separation contact member 250, while the coupling part 250 cconstitutes the other end. The connection part 250 ais for mounting the separation contact member 250 to the developing frame, while the coupling part 250 cis for receiving the force from the imaging device A 1. The working process is identical to that of the separation component described above. When the imaging device A 1 is in operation, the separation contact member 250 receives a force from the pressing member 151 on the conductive side of the imaging device A 1, thereby elastically deforming. This causes the developing sleeve 200 to receive a force and rotate toward the photoconductor drum, thereby bringing the developing roller 220 into contact with the photoconductor drum. When the imaging device A1 has finished printing, the separation contact member 250 receives a force from the printing member 151 on the conductive side, thereby separating the developing roller 220 and the photoconductor drum by a certain distance, resulting in separation of the developing roller 220 from the photoconductor drum. The separation component of this embodiment has a simple structure. By eliminating a spring structure as used in the prior art, the separation component can achieve the same separation effect, thereby simplifying the structure and facilitating installation, resulting in cost savings.Embodiment 2This embodiment provides another developing case 200 which differs from Embodiment 1 in a different structure of the separation component. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12, the separation component includes a separation contact member 250 and a first stopper plate 253, and the structure of the first protrusion 251 of Embodiment 1 is omitted. The separation contact member 250 of this embodiment is not made of elastic material and cannot elastically deform. The other structures of the isolation contact member 250 are identical to those of Embodiment 1.As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the separation contact member 250 is rotatably attached to the conductivity side cover 212 and may receive the force of the imaging device A 1 to move between a first position and a second position, i.e., the separation contact member 250 may rotate about the support column 2121. The separation contact member 250 is provided with a second protrusion 250 darranged on the rod part 250 bof the separation contact member 250 and located on the side of the separation contact member 250 facing the developing roller 220.As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the first stopper plate 253 is attached to the inner surface of the conductivity side lid 212. The first stopper plate 253 is located on the side of the separation contact member 250 facing the developing roller 220. At least a part of the first stopper plate 253 is made of elastic material, and this part of the first stopper plate 253 can elastically deform under application of force. Alternatively, the entire first stopper plate 253 may be made of elastic material, for example, the first stopper plate 253 may be an elastic silicone plate. When the separation contact member 250 is in the first position, the second protrusion 250 dmay be either not in contact with the first stopper plate 253 or in contact, but without mutual force. When the separation contact member 250 receives the force of the conductive side pressing member 151 of the imaging device A 1 and rotates from the first position to the second position, the force of the conductive side pressing member 151 also acts on the developing case 200. The developing case 200 receives a force and rotates toward the photoconductor drum, whereby the developing roller 220 comes into contact with the photoconductor drum. At the same time, during the rotation of the separation contact member 250, the second protrusion 250 dpresses against the first stopper plate 253, whereby the first stopper plate 253 deforms and exerts a biasing force on the separation contact member 250 in the direction of movement from the second position to the first position. The disconnect contact member 250 also generates a counterforce in the opposite direction to the biasing force acting on the developer housing 200 and capable of further pressing the developer roller 220 against the photoconductor drum. The biasing force generated by the deformation of the first stopper plate 253 may also have a cushioning effect that enables better contact between the developing roller 220 and the photoconductor drum and thus ensures the developing quality.Note that the above-mentioned separation component is not limited to the arrangement on the conductivity side, but may be arranged on the driving side or on both the driving side and the conductivity side.In some embodiments, the structures of the isolation components on the conductivity side and the drive side may be identical or different. For example, a separating component as in Embodiment 2 may be arranged on the conductivity side and a separating component as in Embodiment 1 may be arranged on the drive side, or vice versa. There are no restrictions here.As a variation of Embodiment 2, as shown in FIG. 14, the number of the first stopper plates 253 may be two. The distance between the two first stopper plates 253 gradually decreases toward the second position from the first position, i.e., the two first stopper plates 253 are arranged in an "A" shape. In the first position, the second protrusion 250 dof the separation contact member 250 may be inserted between the two first stopper plates 253 and may or may not be in contact with the first stopper plates 253. When the separation contact member 250 receives the force of the conductive side pressing member 151 and rotates from the first position to the second position, the second protrusion 250 dpresses against the first stopper plates 253, thereby elastically deforming the first stopper plates 253 and applying a biasing force to the separation contact member 250 in the direction of movement from the second position to the first position. The other structures of the developing case 200 are similar to those of Embodiment 1 and will not be explained here.Embodiment 3This embodiment provides a developing case 200 which is different from Embodiments 1 and 2 in that the separation contact member 250 has a fixed structure and the support column 2121 can be omitted. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, the separation contact member 250 is fixedly attached to the inside of the conductivity side lid 212. The structure of the break contact member 250 is identical to that in Embodiments 1 and 2, and the break contact member 250 may be formed integrally with the conductive side cover 212 or may be fixed to the inside of the conductive side cover 212 as a separate structure by adhesion, welding, snap-fitting, or other fixing methods. The separation contact member 250 contacts the conductive side printing member 151 of the imaging device A 1 via the coupling part 250 cand thus receives the force of the imaging device A 1 to move the developing housing 200 between the position where the developing roller 220 contacts the photoconductor drum and the position where the developing roller 220 is separated from the photoconductor drum. The fixed structure of the isolation contact member 250 in this embodiment is simple and does not require additional structures. The separation contact member 250 of this embodiment may be disposed at one end or both ends of the developing frame. The other structures of the developing case 200 are similar to those of Embodiment 1 and will not be explained here.Embodiment 4This embodiment provides a developing case 200 which differs from Embodiment 3 in that the separation component includes a separation contact member 250 and an elastic member 254a.In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 16, the separation contact member 250 is fixedly attached to the inside of the conductive side cover 212, and the elastic member 254a is disposed on the side of the separation contact member 250 remote from the photoconductor drum. Specifically, the elastic element 254 ais arranged on the side of the coupling part 250 cof the separating contact element 250 facing away from the photoconductor drum, i.e. the elastic element 254 aalso protrudes from the conductivity side cover 212. The elastic member 254 amay be a silicone block. When the imaging device A 1 is in operation, the pressing member 151 on the conductive side of the imaging device A 1 abuts an end of the elastic member 254 aand exerts a force thereon. This force also acts on the separation contact member 250 and the entire developing case 200, and moves the developing case 200 from the position where the developing roller 220 is separated from the photoconductor drum to the position where the developing roller 220 is in contact with the photoconductor drum. At the same time, the elastic member 254a is compressed and deformed, thereby applying a pressing force to the separation contact member 250, which may have a cushioning effect and allow better contact between the developing roller 220 and the photoconductor drum.As a variant of embodiment 4, as shown in FIG. 17, the elastic member may be a spring member 254 d. One end of the spring member 254 dmay be connected to the separation contact member 250, while the other end extends to the side of the coupling part 250 cfacing away from the photoconductor drum and is not in contact with the coupling part 250 c, i.e., there is a clearance between the spring member 254 dand the coupling part 250 cof the separation contact member 250.When the imaging device A 1 is in operation, the pressing member 151 on the conductivity side abuts on the other end of the spring member 254 dand exerts a force thereon. This force also acts on the separation contact member 250 and the entire developing case 200, and moves the developing case 200 toward the photoconductor drum, so that the developing roller 220 comes into contact with the photoconductor drum. At the same time, the spring member 254d deforms under the force, and its other end deforms toward the coupling part 250c, whereby the clearance between the two decreases or they come into contact completely. This may apply a pressing force to the separation contact member 250 and also have a cushioning effect to allow better contact between the developing roller 220 and the photoconductor drum. The spring element 254 dand the separating contact element 250 can be produced in one piece by injection molding. In this embodiment, the isolation contact member 250 may include only the coupling part 250 cprotruding from the conductivity side cover 212.The separating component of this embodiment may be disposed at one end or both ends of the developing frame. The other structures of the developing case 200 are similar to those of Embodiment 1 and will not be explained here.Embodiment 5This embodiment provides a developing case 200 which is different from Embodiments 1 to 4 in that the separation component includes a separation contact member 250 and an elastic member 254 b.In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 18, the separation contact member 250 is rotatably attached to the conductivity side cover 212 and can receive the force of the imaging device A 1 to move between a first position and a second position. That is, the separation contact member 250 may rotate about the support column 2121. A first connection block 250 eis attached to the break contact member 250 and is located at one end of the connection part 250 aof the break contact member 250, i.e., the first connection block 250 eand the coupling part 250 care located at different ends of the break contact member 250.As shown in Fig. 18, the elastic member 254b connects the separation contact member 250 to the developing frame. Specifically, a second connection block 2124 is attached to the inside of the conductivity side cover 212. One end of the elastic member 254 bis connected to the first connection block 250 eon the separation contact member 250, and the other end is connected to the second connection block 2124. In this embodiment, the elastic member 254 bis a tension spring that stretches under load. When the separation contact member 250 is in the first position, the developing housing 200 is in a position away from the photoconductor drum, the developing roller 220 is separated from the photoconductor drum, and the elastic member 254 bis not stretched. When the separation contact member 250 moves from the first position to the second position, the developing roller 220 comes into contact with the photoconductor drum, and the elastic member 254 bis stretched and deformed. When the imaging device A 1 is in operation (during a printing operation), the printing member 151 on the conductive side of the imaging device A 1 moves in the direction NH 7 and abuts the coupling part 250 cof the separation contact member 250. It exerts a force on the disconnect contact member 250 that rotates it from the first position to the second position. The force of the pressing member 151 also acts on the developing case 200 which rotates thereby and moves toward the photoconductor drum, whereby the developing roller 220 comes into contact with the photoconductor drum. At the same time, during the rotation of the separation contact member 250, one end of the coupling part 250 cof the separation contact member 250 rotates toward the developing roller 220 while the first connecting block 250 eat the other end of the separation contact member 250 rotates away from the developing roller 220, thereby stretching the elastic member 254 bconnected to the first connecting block 250 e. After the extension and deformation, the elastic member 254 bapplies a biasing force to the separation contact member 250 in the direction that moves the separation contact member 250 from the second position to the first position. This biasing force also acts on the conductivity side pressing member 151, which results in a reaction force in the opposite direction to the biasing force. This counterforce acts on the separating contact element 250 and the entire development housing 200, as a result of which the development roller 220 can be pressed even more closely to the photoconductor drum. This may also have a buffering action and allow better contact between the developing roller 220 and the photoconductor drum, ensuring the quality of development.Note that the above-mentioned separation component is not limited to the arrangement on the conductivity side, but may be arranged on the driving side or on both the driving side and the conductivity side. As shown in FIG. 19, in the arrangement on the driving side, the separation contact member 250 is attached to the outside of the driving side bearing 211. On the outside of the driving side bearing 211, the second connection block 2124 is attached. The elastic member 254 bconnects the separation contact member 250 to the driving side bearing 211, and the connection manner is the same as that of the separation component on the conductive side, and will not be described here. Moreover, as shown in Figs. 18 to 20, a rib plate 2123 for covering the elastic member 254b may be attached to the developing frame. When the separation component is disposed on the conductivity side, the fin plate 2123 is attached to the inner surface of the conductivity side lid 212 and is located below the elastic member 254 b. When viewed from the outside, the entire developing case 200, the elastic member 254 bis completely covered (not visible) by the rib plate 2123 and / or the conductive side cover 212 as shown in FIG. 20. The arrangement of the fin plate 2123 may provide protection and prevent external parts from entering through gaps and interfering with the function of the elastic member 254 band / or the separation contact member 250. Also, on the outside of the driving side bearing 211, a rib plate 2123 is attached. The other structures of the developing case 200 are similar to those of Embodiment 1 and will not be explained here.Embodiment 6This embodiment provides a developing case 200 comprising a separation component including the separation contact member 250 and the elastic member 254 c, as compared with the above embodiments. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 21, the separation contact member 250 is rotatably disposed on the outside of the drive side bearing 211, and can receive the force of the imaging device A 1 and move between a first position and a second position; As shown in FIGS. 21 and 22, the elastic member 254 cis disposed coaxially with the separation contact member 250 on the drive side bearing 211, with one end abutting against the drive side bearing 211, and the other end abutting against the separation contact member 250. More specifically, the elastic member 254 cis a torsion spring whose ring portion is fitted on the support column 2121 at the driving side bearing 211 and is closer to the housing body 210 as compared with the separation contact member 250. A fixing block 2111 is disposed on the driving side bearing 211, one end of the torsion spring abuts between the fixing block 2111 and the inner surface of the driving side bearing 211, and the other end abuts against the separation contact member 250.When the imaging device A 1 is in operation (during a printing operation), the printing member 151 on the conductive side of the imaging device A 1 moves in the direction NH 7 and abuts the coupling part 250 cof the separation contact member 250. At the same time, during the rotation of the separation contact member 250, the other end of the elastic member 254 cis constantly abutted against the separation contact member 250 and exerts a biasing force on the separation contact member 250 in the direction that moves the separation contact member 250 from the second position to the first position. This biasing force also acts on the pressing member 151, which results in a reaction force in the opposite direction to the biasing force. This counterforce acts on the separating contact element 250 and the entire development housing 200, as a result of which the development roller 220 can be pressed even more closely to the photoconductor drum. This may also have a buffering action and allow better contact between the developing roller 220 and the photoconductor drum, ensuring the quality of development. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, the driving force receiving member 231 includes a clutch 231 a, a second elastic member 231 b, and a gear part 231 c. The gear part 231c has a cavity at the center in which the clutch 231a is disposed. The second elastic member 231 bis disposed in the cavity, and both ends of the second elastic member 231 bbut against the coupling 231 aand the bottom wall of the cavity, respectively. The clutch 231 ais for engagement with the driving head of the imaging device A 1 to receive the driving force and rotate the gear part 231 c. The gear portion 231c is for engaging with the developing roller gear and the agitator gear 233 to transmit the driving force and thus drive the developing roller 220 and the agitator. The second elastic member 231 bmay have a buffer action when the coupling 231 aengages with the driving head to prevent damage due to collisions between the coupling 231 aand the driving head.As shown in FIG. 23, when viewed in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis of the developing roller 220, the second elastic member 231 band the elastic member 254 care not in the same plane, i.e., the second elastic member 231 band the elastic member 254 cdo not have an overlapping part in the direction of the rotation axis of the developing roller 220. The elastic member 254 cis closer to the case body 210 as compared with the second elastic member 231 b.Note that the above-mentioned separation component is not limited to the arrangement on the driving side, but may be arranged on the conductivity side or on both the driving side and the conductivity side. In the conductive side arrangement, the insulation displacement contact member 250 is attached to the inside of the conductive side cover 212, and the connection manner is the same as that of the insulation displacement component on the driving side, and will not be described here.Embodiment 7This embodiment provides a developing case which is different from the above-mentioned embodiments in that the separation component includes a separation contact member and a power transmission member. In this embodiment, the separation component includes a separation contact member 250 rotatably disposed on the developing frame and a force transmission member 255 movably connected to the separation contact member 250.In this embodiment, the separation component is disposed at the driving end of the developing frame, i.e., the separation contact member is rotatably disposed on the outer side of the driving side bearing 211 (on the side opposite to the case body 210). The separation contact member 250 may receive the force of the imaging device A 1 and move between a first position and a second position. The structure of the isolation contact member 250 is identical to that in Embodiment 5 and will not be explained here further. As shown in Figs. 24 to 28, a guide groove 2112 is provided on the developing frame. Specifically, the guide groove 2112 is disposed on the outer surface of the driving side bearing 211. In the guide groove 2112, there is a protrusion 21121 located at about the center of the guide groove 2112, which divides the guide groove 21122 into a first part 21122 and a second part 21123 connected to each other, the first part 21122 being farther from the developing roller 220 than the second part 21123.As shown in Figs. 24 to 28, the force transmission member 255 is a rod-shaped member having one end pivotally connected to the break contact member 250 and the other end slidably connected to the guide groove 2112. When the force transmitting member 255 is moved by the separation contact member 250, the other end thereof slides along the guide groove 2112. Specifically, a rotating part 255 ais provided at one end of the power transmission member 255, and the disconnect contact member 250 is provided with a rotating attachment part 250 fthat mates with the rotating part 255 a. The rotating part 255 amay be a through hole formed at one end of the power transmission member 255, and the rotating fixing part 250 fmay be a support shaft disposed on the rod part 250 bof the separation contact member 250. By the cooperation of the support axle with the through hole, the force transmission element 255 is rotatably arranged on the separating contact element 250. Optionally, the rotating part 255 acan also be designed as a support axle and the rotating fastening part 250 fcan be designed as a through hole, wherein the support axle can be designed separately or in one piece. At the other end of the power transmission member 255, a slide part 255b is provided which is slidably connected to the guide groove 2112. The sliding part 255 bmay be a columnar or block-shaped member that extends / protrudes from the surface of the power transmission member 255 toward the housing body 210. In assembly, the surface of the power transmission member 255 facing the case body 210 abuts on the surface of the guide groove 2112 facing away from the case body 210, and the slide part 255 bis inserted into the guide groove 2112. The end of the second part 21123 of the guide groove 2112 facing the developing roller 220 is closed or partially closed, and the end of the first part 21122 facing away from the developing roller 220 is closed or partially closed to prevent the slide part 255b from dropping out of the guide groove 2112 while sliding along the guide groove 220.The slide part 255 bmay slide over the protrusion 21121 under the action of the force of the imaging device (specifically, the force of the driving side pressing member 150 to the separation contact member 250 is transmitted to the force transmission member 255 to move the slide part 255 b). The protrusion 21121 may perform a limiting function to stably hold the sliding part 255 bin the first part 21122 or the second part 21123. The protrusion 21121 may be elastic or rigid. As shown in FIG. 28, the driving side printing member 150 in the imaging device moves in the direction NH7during the operation of the imaging device (during a printing operation) and abuts the side of the coupling part 250 cof the separation contact member 250 facing away from the developing roller 220. It exerts a force (pressing force) on the separation contact member 250, whereby the separation contact member 250 rotates counterclockwise about the support column 2121 and moves from the first position to the second position. At the same time, the separation contact member 250 moves the power transmission member 255 movably connected thereto, so that the sliding part 255 bof the power transmission member 255 comes from the first part 21122 of the guide groove 21122 into the second part 21123 via the protrusion 21121. The slide part 255b moves until it abuts the end of the guide groove 2112 facing the developing roller 220, whereby the pressing force received from the separation contact member 250 acts on the entire developing case via the force transmission member 255, moving it toward the photoconductor drum, so that the developing roller 220 comes into contact with the photoconductor drum.As shown in Fig. 28, in the image forming apparatus, after completion of the printing operation, the driving side printing member 150 moves in the direction of NH8 and abuts on the side of the coupling part 250c of the separation contact member 250 which is toward the developing roller 220. It exerts a force (pushing force) on the separation contact member 250, whereby the separation contact member 250 rotates clockwise from the second position to the first position. At the same time, the separation contact member 250 drives the power transmission member 255, so that the sliding part 255 bof the power transmission member 255 enters the first part 21122 from the second part 21123 of the guide groove 21122 via the protrusion 21121. The slide part 255b moves until it abuts the end of the guide groove 2112 remote from the developing roller 220, whereby the pressing force received from the separation contact member 250 acts on the entire developing housing via the force transmission member 255 and moves the same in a direction away from the photoconductor drum, so that the developing roller 220 separates from the photoconductor drum.Note that the above-mentioned separation component is not limited to the arrangement on the driving side, but may be arranged on the conductivity side or simultaneously on the driving side and on the conductivity side. In the conductive side arrangement, the separation contact member 250 and the power transmission member 255 are attached to the inside of the conductive side cover 212 or to the end surface of the case body 210 on the conductive side. On the inner side of the conductivity side lid 212 or on the end surface of the case body 210 on the conductivity side, structures such as the support column 2121 and the guide groove 2112 are provided. The manner of connection is identical to that of the separating component arranged on the drive side and will not be explained in greater detail here.Embodiment 8This embodiment provides another developing case which is different from the above embodiments in that the structure of the separation component is different. As shown in FIG. 29, the separation component in this embodiment includes a separation contact member 250, a first restricting part 2113, and a second restricting part 2114. The structure of the separation contact member 250 is identical to that in Embodiment 1, and is also disposed on the drive side bearing 211. At the connection part 250 aof the disconnection contact member 250, a protruding protrusion 250 gis provided, which abuts on the first restricting part 2113. The first restricting part 2113 is disposed on the outer surface of the drive side bearing 211 and is located above the support column 2121. The first limiting part 2113 comprises a column part protruding in a direction away from the housing body 210 and an annular part arranged at the end of the column part facing away from the housing body 210. At the connecting part 250a, an upward protrusion 250g is disposed, which can reach a position where it abuts the ring part of the first restricting part 2113, the protrusion 250g abutting the side of the ring part toward the developing roller 220. The ring part may deform slightly under a certain external force. The second restricting part 2114 is a part of the driving side bearing 211, and is located on the side of the separation contact member 250 away from the developing roller 220, and abuts on the separation contact member 250. That is, the first restricting part 2113 and the second restricting part 2114 respectively abut on different sides of the separation contact member 250, thereby restricting the rotation of the separation contact member 250.When the imaging device is in operation (during a printing operation), the driving side printing member 150 in the imaging device moves in the direction NH7 and abuts the side of the coupling part 250 cof the separation contact member 250 facing away from the developing roller 220. It exerts a force (pressing force) on the separation contact member 250, whereby the separation contact member 250 tends to rotate counterclockwise. However, since the protrusion 250 gof the separation contact member 250 abuts on the ring part of the first restricting part 2113, the separation contact member 250 cannot rotate. The pressing force received by the separation contact member 250 acts on the entire developing case and moves it toward the photoconductor drum, so that the developing roller 220 comes into contact with the photoconductor drum. Moreover, the pressing force of the separation contact member 250 on the first restricting part 2113 may cause the ring part of the first restricting part 2113 to be slightly deformed. The force generated by the deformation of the ring part can also act back on the development housing and cause the development roller 220 to be brought even closer to the photoconductor drum. This may also have a buffering action and provide better contact between the developing roller 220 and the photoconductor drum to ensure the quality of development. After completion of the printing operation, the driving side printing member 150 in the image forming apparatus moves in the direction NH8 and abuts on the side of the coupling part 250c of the separation contact member 250 toward the developing roller 220. It exerts a force (pressing force) on the separation contact member 250, whereby the separation contact member 250 tends to rotate clockwise. However, since the separation contact member 250 abuts the second restricting part 2114, the separation contact member 250 cannot rotate. The pressing force received by the separation contact member 250 acts on the entire developing housing and moves it in a direction away from the photoconductor drum, so that the developing roller 220 separates from the photoconductor drum.Note that the above-mentioned separation component is not limited to the arrangement on the driving side, but may be arranged on the conductivity side or on both the driving side and the conductivity side. The other structures of the developing case of this embodiment are similar to those of Embodiment 1 and will not be explained here.Embodiment 9This embodiment provides another developing case which is different from the above embodiments in that it additionally comprises a protection plate structure for protecting the separation contact member 250.As shown in FIG. 30, the coupling part 250 cof the separation contact member 250 protrudes from the housing body 210 to facilitate coupling with the driving side pressing member 150. Therefore, the coupling part 250 cof the disconnect contact member 250 is easily subjected to impacts and damage during transportation, which may even damage the entire disconnect contact member 250 and impair the function of the disconnect component. For this reason, a protection plate structure is provided to protect the separation contact member 250 and prevent damage to the force-receiving components during transportation, which might affect the quality of the developing case.Specifically, as shown in FIG. 30, the protection plate structure includes a first protection plate 261 and a second protection plate 262 respectively located on both sides of the separation contact member 250. The first protection plate 261 and the second protection plate 262 may be rectangular plate members. The first protection plate 261 may be attached to the lower edge of the driving side cover 213, while the second protection plate 262 may be attached to the lower edge of the driving side bearing 211. The first protection plate 261 and the second protection plate 262 are opposed to each other in the longitudinal direction of the case body 210. The coupling part 250 cof the force receiving member is located between the first protection plate 261 and the second protection plate 262. In the height direction, the separation contact member 250 does not protrude beyond the protection plate structure and is completely covered by the first protection plate 261 and the second protection plate 262, thereby protecting it and preventing damage to the separation contact member 250 during transportation. In use, the driving side pressing member 150 comes into contact with the coupling part 250 cbetween the first protection plate 261 and the second protection plate 262. The moving direction of the driving side pressing member 150 and the moving direction of the force receiving member are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case body 210, so that the protection plate structure is not obstructed and the partition component can normally perform its function.Note that when the separation component is disposed on the conductivity side, the protection plate structure may be oppositely attached to the conductivity side cover 212 and the case body 210. When the separation component is disposed on both the driving side and the conductive side, the protection plate structure may be simultaneously attached to the driving side and the conductive side.Embodiment 10During the process of installing the developing housing in the imaging device to prepare the developing work, it is usually necessary to perform installation recognition by the cooperation between the imaging device and the developing housing. This ensures that the developing housing is installed in the correct position to allow the imaging apparatus to operate normally. Some imaging devices also use installation detection to identify relevant development housing information (such as capacity, color, model, etc.). Therefore, an unstable installation detection device may result in the developing case being unable to be used normally. As shown in FIGS. 31 and 32, this embodiment provides a developing housing additionally including a detection component that cooperates with the imaging device to complete installation recognition of the developing housing, as compared with the above-mentioned embodiments. The imaging apparatus (not shown) is also equipped with an installation detection apparatus (not shown) including a swing guide (not shown). The swing guide is mounted in the imaging device via a connecting rod and can swing around the connecting rod as a center in the imaging device. When the developing housing is installed in the imaging apparatus, the developing housing cooperates with the swing guide, makes the swing guide swing, and cooperates with other structures of the imaging apparatus to collectively complete the installation recognition of the developing housing. As shown in FIGS. 31 to 34, the detection component includes a detection member 270 and a rotation member 260. The rotating element 260 may rotate under the drive of the driving component. The detection element 270 is directly or indirectly driven by the rotating element 260 to trigger the swing guide in the imaging device. As shown in FIGS. 31 and 32, in this embodiment, the driving component is disposed between the outside of the case body 210 and the driving side cover 213. The driving component includes a driving force receiving member 231, a developing roller gear, a first driving gear 234, and a second driving gear 235. The driving force receiving member 231 serves to receive and transmit the driving force from the imaging device A 1, whereby the developing roller 220 and the agitator can rotate and the detection component can be driven. The developing roller gear is fixed to one end of the axis of the developing roller 220 in the longitudinal direction and is engaged with the gear part of the driving force receiving member 231, so that the developing roller 220 can receive the driving force and rotate. The first drive gear 234 is rotatably supported on the driving side of the case body 210. The first drive gear 234 is a two-stage coaxial gear including a large gear part and a small gear part arranged coaxially. The large gear part is farther from the case body 210 than the small gear part. The large gear part is engaged with the gear part of the driving force receiving member 231, while the small gear part is engaged with the second driving gear. That is, when the driving force receiving member 231 receives and rotates the driving force from the imaging device, it drives the first driving gear 234 to rotate, and the rotation of the first driving gear 234 in turn drives the second driving gear 235 to rotate. The second drive gear 235 is connected at one end of the agitator in the longitudinal direction. That is, when the second drive gear 235 rotates, it may drive the agitator synchronously to rotate. Therefore, the second drive gear 235 is also referred to as an agitator gear.As shown in FIGS. 31, 32, and 38, the rotating member 260 is a gear component rotatably supported on the outside of the driving side of the case body 210. The rotating member 260 includes a tooth part 261, a toothless part 262, and a protrusion 263. The tooth part 261 is disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 260, and is engageable with the second drive gear 235, so that the rotating member 260 is drivable by the second drive gear 235. The tooth portion 261 does not completely cover the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 260. On the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 260, there is a non-toothed portion referred to as a toothless part 262. When the rotating member 260 rotates such that the toothless part 262 faces the second drive gear 235, the tooth part 261 disengages from the second drive gear 235, and the rotating member 260 can no longer be driven by the second drive gear 235.As shown in FIGS. 32 and 38, the protrusion 263 is disposed on the end surface of the rotating member 260 facing away from the case body 210. The number of the protrusions 263 is at least one. In this embodiment, three protrusions 263 are provided which are arranged in a circular arrangement on the end surface of the rotating member 260. The protrusion 263 may contact and drive the detection element 270 during the rotation of the rotation member 260.As shown in FIGS. 31, 33 to 37, the detection member 270 is movably disposed on the driving side cover 213. The detection element 270 is a slide body. A slide groove 2131 is provided on the drive side cover 213. The slide groove 2131 is a through groove penetrating the inside and outside of the driving side cover 213. The detection element 270 is at least partially inserted into the slide groove 2131 so that the detection element 270 can slide in the slide groove 2131. In addition, the detection member 270 is at least partially exposed and protrudes from the outer surface of the driving side cover 213, which makes it easier for the detection member 270 to release the swing guide in the imaging device during its movement. The slide groove 2131 is substantially arc-shaped, so that the slide path of the detection element 270 is also arc-shaped. The extending direction of the slide groove 2131 extends substantially along the width direction of the case body 210.Further, as shown in Figs. 35 to 37, a restricting groove 2132 is provided on the outer surface of the driving side cover 213. A limiting pin 271 is attached to the detection element 270. When the detection element 270 is mounted in the slide groove 2131, the restriction pin 271 protrudes at least partially into the restriction groove 2132. When the detection member 270 slides in the slide groove 2131, the restriction pin 271 also slides in the restriction groove 2132. The arrangement of the restricting pin 271 and the restricting groove 2132 enables restricting the detecting member 270, so that the sliding of the detecting member 270 becomes more stable. As shown in Figs. 34, 36 to 38, on the side of the detecting member 270 facing the rotating member 260, there is provided an abutting part 272 which cooperates with the projection 263 of the rotating member 260. Thereby, when the rotating member 260 rotates, the protrusion 263 can abut and apply a pushing force to the abutting part 272, whereby the detecting member 270 slides along the slide groove 2131 and contacts the swing guide. Each protrusion 263 on the rotating member 260 may slide the detecting member 270 once. In this embodiment, three protrusions 263 are provided that can drive the detection element 270 to slide three times. As shown in FIG. 34, after each slide caused by the protrusion 263, the detection member 270 needs to return to its initial position in order for the next protrusion 263 to be able to abut on the abutting part 272. The detection component further comprises a reset element 280 for resetting the detection element 270. The reset member 280 is disposed between the detection member 270 and the drive side cover 213. When the detection element 270 is driven to slide by the protrusion 263, the reset element 280 elastically deforms and stores elastic potential energy. After the protrusion 263 rotates across the abutting part 272, the pushing force of the protrusion 263 to the abutting part 272 disappears. The restoring element 280 restores its deformation, releases the elastic potential energy and drives the detection element 270 in the opposite direction back into its initial position. There it waits to be driven again by the next projection 263 rotated into position. Specifically, the restoring element 280 is a tension spring. A first elastic hook part 2133 is provided on the driving side cover 213, and a second elastic hook part 273 is provided on the detection member 270. One end of the restoring member 280 is connected to the first elastic hook part 2133, and the other end is connected to the second elastic hook part 273. Optionally, the restoring element 280 can also be a compression spring, an elastic rubber, an elastic sponge, a leaf spring or other components which can offer an elastic restoring force. Other structures utilizing non-elastic forces may also be used.As shown in Figs. 31 to 38, the process of work for the installation identification of the developing case after its installation in the imaging apparatus is as follows:After the developing case is installed in the imaging device, the driving head of the imaging device connects to the driving force receiving member 231. The rotation of the driving head drives the driving force receiving member 231 to rotate, and transmits the driving force to the first driving gear 234, the second driving gear 235, and the rotating member 260. During the rotation of the rotating member 260, the protrusion 263 abuts on the abutting part 272 of the detection member 270 and exerts a thrust force thereon, whereby the detection member 270 slides in the slide groove 2131. Upon sliding, the detection element 270 contacts and tilts the pan guide in the imaging device. Simultaneously with the sliding of the detection element 270, the reset element 280 is deformed. With the further rotation of the rotating member 260, the protrusion 263 rotates beyond the position where it abuts on the abutting part 272, and the thrust force on the detecting member 270 disappears. The detection member 270 returns to its initial position under the elastic restoring force of the restoring member 280. When the rotating member 260 is rotated so far that the next protrusion 263 abuts on the abutting part 272, the above-described process repeats. In this embodiment, since three protrusions 263 are provided on the rotating member 260, the protrusion 263 will drive the detecting member 270 three times, and the swing guide of the imaging apparatus is also released three times. When the imaging device recognizes the signals generated by the three-times movement of the swing guide, the installation recognition is considered to be completed. After the rotating member 260 is rotated by the second drive gear 235 over the course of the tooth part 261, it reaches a position where the toothless part 262 faces the second drive gear 235. The tooth part 261 disengages from the second drive gear 235, and thereafter, the rotation of the second drive gear 235 can no longer drive the rotating member 260.The developing case of this embodiment is provided with a detection component that can directly or indirectly receive and operate the driving force of the imaging device. The rotating member 260 drives the detecting member 270 during the manual driving process to support the installation detecting device of the imaging device (including the swing guide). The structure is simple and stable in application and enables better installation recognition of the developing case.In some other embodiments, the number of protrusions 263 on the rotating member 260 may be increased or decreased. Also, the distance between the projections 263 and their arc length can be varied to change the number of times of disengagement of the swing guide, the intervals between the contacts and the duration of the contacts. Thereby, the imaging device can recognize development cases of different models, capacities, and lives. In some other embodiments, the detection component may also be arranged on the conductivity side of the developing housing or simultaneously on the driving side and on the conductivity side of the developing housing. The above are only some embodiments of the present invention. It is possible for those skilled in the art, without departing from the inventive concept of the present invention, to make various changes and improvements, all of which fall within the scope of the present invention.
