AI Technical Summary
Existing hand-held power tools, particularly rotary impact wrenches, face challenges in achieving a compact design with a short overall length and a low number of components while maintaining efficient operation and reliable sealing of the rotary impact mechanism.
The integration of the impact mechanism cover with the ring gear, combined with an intermediate shaft mounted within the impact mechanism cover and supported by a bearing, allows for a compact design with a low tolerance chain and efficient sealing, using a planetary gear system and rolling bearings for reduced friction and enhanced support.
This configuration achieves a significantly shorter overall length, reduced component count, and improved reliability through enhanced sealing and support, resulting in a more compact and efficient rotary impact wrench.
Description
State of the art
[0001] The present invention relates to a hand-held power tool device according to the preamble of claim 1. Such a hand-held power tool device is known from US 3 166 168 A. Disclosure of the invention
[0002] According to the present invention, a hand-held power tool device is provided which comprises the features of claim 1, as well as a hand-held power tool which comprises the features of claim 11.
[0003] According to the invention, the impact mechanism cover is formed integrally with the ring gear.
[0004] In this context, a "handheld power tool device" is understood to mean, in particular, at least one part, in particular a subassembly, of a handheld power tool. In particular, the handheld power tool device can also comprise the entire handheld power tool. The handheld power tool can be designed as any machine, preferably an electric one, but advantageously as a rotary impact wrench. A "rotary impact mechanism" is understood in this context to mean, in particular, an impact mechanism intended to convert an at least substantially continuous power output of a drive unit into an impact-like angular momentum. "Provided" is understood to mean, in particular, specially programmed, designed, and / or equipped. The term "an object intended for a specific function" should be understood in particular to mean that the object fulfills and / or performs this specific function in at least one application and / or operating state. The rotary impact mechanism can be designed, in particular, as a cam rotary impact mechanism or as a V-groove rotary impact mechanism.
[0005] A "planetary gear" is understood in particular to mean a gear that has at least one planet connected to a planet carrier, which is coupled radially outward to a ring gear and / or radially inward to a sun gear. The sun gear, the planet, and / or the ring gear can be formed in particular by round gears or by coordinated non-circular gears. Several planetary gears can be connected in series and / or several stages can be interposed between the planet gear and the ring gear. A "ring gear" is understood in particular to mean a gear wheel that has a rim designed in the form of a cylindrical shell or in the form of an interrupted cylindrical shell. In this context, a "percussion mechanism cover" is understood to mean, in particular, a cover element intended to at least largely close off the rotary percussion mechanism in the direction of at least one further handheld power tool unit, in particular in the direction of a drive unit. "At least largely" is understood in this context to mean, in particular, at least 51%, preferably at least 65%, and particularly preferably at least 75%. In particular, the percussion mechanism cover has at least one passage recess intended for at least partially passing through at least one shaft, in particular a drive shaft. An "intermediate shaft" is understood to mean, in particular, a shaft of a drive train, which is arranged, in particular, between a drive unit and an output shaft, in particular of a handheld power tool.In particular, the at least one intermediate shaft is provided to directly and / or indirectly transmit a force and / or movement generated by the drive unit to the output shaft. In particular, the intermediate shaft is at least partially designed as a planetary gear carrier of the planetary gear.
[0006] The fact that the intermediate shaft is at least partially mounted within the percussion mechanism cover is to be understood in particular as meaning that an end of the intermediate shaft facing away from an output shaft of the rotary percussion mechanism is rotatably mounted within the percussion mechanism cover. In this context, "rotatably mounted" is to be understood in particular as meaning that the intermediate shaft is designed to perform a rotational movement relative to the percussion mechanism cover, at least in one operating state.
[0007] "Integral" should be understood in particular as being at least materially connected, for example, by a welding process, an adhesive process, an injection molding process, and / or another process deemed appropriate by a person skilled in the art, and / or advantageously formed in one piece, such as by production from a single casting and / or by production using a single- or multi-component injection molding process, and advantageously from a single blank. In particular, the impact mechanism cover and the hollow gear are formed at least substantially from a metallic material, preferably from a sintered metallic material.
[0008] Such a configuration makes it possible to provide a generic handheld power tool device with advantageous design properties. In particular, by mounting the intermediate shaft within the impact mechanism cover, an advantageously compact design, in particular an advantageously short overall length, of the rotary impact mechanism can be achieved. The length of the handheld power tool device is, for example, a maximum of 200 mm, in particular a maximum of 160 mm, very particularly a maximum of 140 mm, and particularly preferably a maximum of 130 mm. The length of the handheld power tool device comprises, in particular, the drive unit and the rotary impact mechanism as well as a tool holder. Furthermore, an advantageously short tolerance chain can be achieved. Furthermore, the number of individual components can advantageously be kept low.
[0009] According to the invention, the handheld power tool device has at least one intermediate shaft bearing for supporting the intermediate shaft, which is arranged at least partially within the impact mechanism cover. In this context, an "intermediate shaft bearing" is understood to mean, in particular, a radial bearing intended to rotatably support the intermediate shaft. In particular, the intermediate shaft bearing is arranged directly on a through-hole in the impact mechanism cover. The intermediate shaft bearing is arranged, in particular, on a side of the impact mechanism cover facing an output shaft of the rotary impact mechanism. The intermediate shaft bearing can be designed, in particular, as a plain bearing or roller bearing. Preferably, the intermediate shaft bearing is designed as a roller bearing, for example, as a ball bearing, roller bearing, or needle bearing. This advantageously achieves low-friction support of the intermediate shaft.Furthermore, the arrangement of the intermediate shaft bearing within the impact mechanism cover allows an advantageously short overall length of the rotary impact mechanism to be achieved.
[0010] According to the invention, the impact mechanism cover has at least one bearing receptacle which is provided for receiving the intermediate shaft bearing.
[0011] In this context, a "bearing receptacle" is understood to mean, in particular, an area formed at least partially by the percussion mechanism cover, which is intended for a stationary arrangement of the intermediate shaft bearing within the percussion mechanism cover. The bearing receptacle is, in particular, formed integrally with the percussion mechanism cover. In particular, the bearing receptacle is arranged in the region of a through-hole in the percussion mechanism cover. The bearing receptacle is, in particular, at least partially hollow-cylindrical. In particular, the bearing receptacle has, at an end facing away from the percussion mechanism cover, an at least substantially annular stop element for the intermediate shaft bearing. The stop element is, in particular, formed integrally with the bearing receptacle. In particular, an inner diameter of the bearing receptacle corresponds at least substantially to an outer diameter of the intermediate shaft bearing.Preferably, the intermediate shaft bearing is secured in the bearing housing by a press fit. A "press fit" is understood in particular to mean a force-locking connection, which can be implemented as a transverse and / or longitudinal interference fit. A "force-locking connection" is understood in particular to mean a detachable connection, wherein a holding force between two components is preferably transmitted by a frictional force between the components. This allows for an advantageously simple, secure, and / or permanent arrangement of the intermediate shaft bearing within the impact mechanism cover.
[0012] According to the invention, the intermediate shaft has at least one receiving recess, which is provided for at least partially receiving a drive shaft. In particular, the receiving recess is provided for receiving a drive shaft of a drive unit. In particular, the receiving recess extends along a rotational axis of the intermediate shaft. In particular, the handheld power tool device has a drive unit with a drive shaft, which is aligned at least substantially in alignment with the intermediate shaft. "At least substantially in alignment" is to be understood here in particular as an alignment of the drive shaft and the intermediate shaft relative to one another, wherein the drive shaft and the intermediate shaft are arranged at least substantially overlapping, viewed along an axial direction of the drive shaft and / or the intermediate shaft. The drive unit has, in particular, at least one housingless electric motor. The drive shaft is, in particular, at least partially formed by an armature shaft of the housingless electric motor. Particularly in an assembled state, the drive shaft extends at least partially into the intermediate shaft, in particular into the receiving recess of the intermediate shaft. According to the invention, the handheld power tool device has at least one bearing for supporting the drive shaft, which bearing is arranged within the receiving recess. In particular, the bearing is arranged at least partially in a plane intersecting the intermediate shaft and extending at least substantially perpendicular to the intermediate shaft. The term "substantially perpendicular" is intended here to define, in particular, an orientation of a direction relative to a reference direction, wherein the direction and the reference direction, in particular viewed in a plane, enclose an angle of 90° and the angle has a maximum deviation of, in particular, less than 8°, advantageously less than 5°, and particularly advantageously less than 2°. In particular, in an assembled state, the plane intersects both the intermediate shaft and the drive shaft at least substantially perpendicularly. The bearing is, in particular, at least partially designed as a rolling bearing, for example, as a ball bearing, roller bearing, or needle bearing. This allows an advantageously short overall length of the handheld power tool device to be achieved.
[0013] It is further proposed that the intermediate shaft have at least one sealing element receptacle. In particular, the shaft sealing ring receptacle is arranged directly at an insertion opening of the receiving recess of the intermediate shaft, which is provided for inserting a drive shaft into the intermediate shaft. The sealing element receptacle is provided in particular for at least partially receiving a sealing element, in particular a sealing ring and / or a shaft sealing ring. In particular, the intermediate shaft has at least one sealing element arranged in the sealing element receptacle. The sealing element is designed in particular as a shaft sealing ring, in particular as a radial shaft sealing ring. The shaft sealing ring is provided in particular for at least substantially sealing the rotary impact mechanism, in particular the planetary gear of the rotary impact mechanism, from the environment. This allows for an advantageously reliable sealing of the rotary impact mechanism.
[0014] Furthermore, a handheld power tool, in particular a rotary impact wrench, with at least one handheld power tool device according to the invention is proposed. This makes it possible to provide an advantageously compact handheld power tool, in particular an advantageously compact rotary impact wrench. In particular, the handheld power tool can have an advantageously short overall length.
[0015] The handheld power tool device according to the invention is not intended to be limited to the application and embodiment described above. In particular, the handheld power tool device according to the invention may have a number of individual elements, components, and units that differs from the number stated herein to fulfill a function described herein. drawing
