Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a cable drum unit for a crane, on whose drum a supply line is wound, which can be connected to a supply connection of the crane. The invention further relates to a crane, preferably in the form of a mobile, quick-erecting crane, with at least one supply connection to which a supply line such as a power cable can be connected, and a cable drum unit, the supply line of which can be connected to the supply connection.
[0002] A crane according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from JP 2018 135166 A. For cranes such as mobile fast-erecting cranes, tower cranes, or other construction cranes, it is common practice to supply electrical units from a power grid or, if necessary, from a central construction site generator. Such electrical units can be electrical actuators and actuators, such as electric motors for moving crane elements, for example, a trolley drive, a hoist rope drive, or a slewing gear drive. However, various auxiliary units on the crane can also be electrically operated, for example, construction site floodlights mounted on the tower, or control and / or operating units such as displays, which can be installed in the crane operator's cab. Depending on the crane type, other electrical units can also be powered from the power grid or another power connection on the construction site.
[0003] In order to be able to guide the power cable from the crane to the mains connection, cable drum units can be provided on the crane, on the drum of which the power cable can be wound up in order to be able to stow the cable for transport and to only reel off the required length of cable on the construction site, whereby such cable drum units can be attached to the undercarriage, but also to the superstructure of the crane or, if necessary, to the tower or boom and can be motor-driven to facilitate operation, cf. for example DE 20 2008 003 913 U.
[0004] The drum is often mounted on the undercarriage or upper carriage of the crane so that it can rotate, whereby deflection devices such as pulleys can be installed in the run-off area of the drum in order to be able to pull the cable out in different directions and also to rewind it accordingly.
[0005] Such cable drum units are not only used on cranes for the power supply, but media-carrying supply cables such as oil, water, compressed air or general fluid lines can also be wound on such a cable drum and connected to the corresponding supply connection of the crane.
[0006] However, as the cable reels in and out of the drum become increasingly difficult for the crane operator, depending on the length of the reel and the path to the power outlet, the power supply is often not used at all on the construction site. For example, in non-straight installation paths that lead around a building corner or edge, it is often difficult to reel in the power cable from the drum on the crane and simultaneously pull it around the corner of the building.
[0007] Based on this, the present invention is based on the object of creating an improved crane and an improved cable drum unit for such a crane that avoid the disadvantages of the prior art and advantageously develop the latter. In particular, the aim is to enable simple, flexible handling of the supply cable during installation without sacrificing or compromising space-saving storage on the crane for transport.
[0008] According to the invention, the stated object is achieved by a crane according to claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
[0009] It is therefore proposed that the cable drum unit be designed to be movable and detachably attached to the crane in order to be able to detach the cable drum from the crane and easily move it, together with the cable wound on it, to the required location. According to the invention, the cable drum is rotatably mounted on a drum support frame which has a chassis for moving the cable drum on the ground and detachable bearing means which are shaped to fit the drum mount of the crane and for detachably attaching the cable drum to the drum mount of the crane. This gives the user the option of attaching the cable drum to the crane in order to be able to pull the cable from the cable drum which is rotatably mounted on the crane, or alternatively detaching the cable drum from the crane and moving it on the chassis to a desired location on the ground, for example to lay the supply line from the grid connection to the crane rather than from the crane to a grid connection.By designing the cable drum unit as a trolley, the drum unit can be easily moved even with long, heavy cables.
[0010] The mounting means for attaching the drum support frame to the crane's drum mount can be designed in a variety of ways. For example, the support frame, with the cable drum rotatably mounted thereon, could be positively suspended and / or locked to the drum mount, for example, using a hook and eye connection. Alternatively or additionally, adjustable tensioning means, for example in the form of tension levers and / or tensioning straps, can be provided on the support frame and / or the drum mount to securely fasten the drum support frame to the drum mount.
[0011] In an advantageous development of the invention, the drum holder on the crane can comprise a cabinet- or drawer-like receiving compartment into which the cable drum unit, including the drum, drum support frame, and chassis, can be moved or pushed in. Such a receiving compartment can advantageously comprise a compartment floor as well as side walls and, if appropriate, a ceiling, wherein one side of the receiving compartment is advantageously open in order to be able to push the cable drum unit into the receiving compartment from the side. Preferably, the said compartment side is open all the way down to the floor in order to be able to move or push the cable drum unit directly onto the compartment floor without having to cross an edge web. The open compartment side can define an approximately upright compartment opening which is sufficiently large in cross-section or area to be able to push in the entire cable drum unit.
[0012] The aforementioned storage compartment may be approximately cubic or cuboid-shaped overall. Irrespective of this, the storage compartment may comprise five closed sides, including the floor and ceiling. The insertion opening or the open compartment side may, if necessary, be closed by a lid or door, but may also remain completely open.
[0013] The compartment dimensions are adapted to the external dimensions of the cable drum unit, in particular to the external dimensions defined by the drum support frame and the chassis attached to it. Advantageously, the compartment dimensions can be adapted to the external dimensions of the cable drum unit in such a way that the cable drum unit can be accommodated in the compartment with a precise fit and / or without play.
[0014] Advantageously, the cable drum unit, in particular its drum support frame and optionally the chassis arranged thereon, can be designed in such a way that the cable drum unit clamps and / or tensions itself in the said receiving compartment under its own gravity.
[0015] Advantageously, the drum support frame can comprise a support section which, together with a chassis axis of the chassis, is arranged on the same side of the cable drum, so that the chassis axis, the said support section and the cable drum rotation axis together define a support triangle, wherein the support section of the chassis defines a span which is slightly greater than the height of the receiving compartment, i.e. the spacing of the compartment floor and compartment ceiling with any support elements attached thereto, so that the said span only fits into the receiving compartment slightly twisted or tilted, but would be too long if the span were exactly vertical. As a result, the support section of the drum support frame can rest against the ceiling of the receiving compartment or the ceiling when the chassis is standing on the compartment floor.any support element attached thereto, if the said support section of the drum support frame attempts to fully erect itself or rotate into the vertical position under the weight of the cable drum.
[0016] Due to the aforementioned arrangement of the support section relative to the chassis and relative to the cable drum, the cable drum or its center of gravity relative to the contact point of the chassis on the receiving compartment floor has a lever arm which attempts to pull the support section, which is slightly inclined above the chassis or the chassis axis, even further over the chassis axis or vertically through the chassis axis, whereby an automatic clamping of the cable drum unit in the aforementioned receiving compartment can be achieved.
[0017] Advantageously, when the cable drum unit is removed, i.e., when it is removed from the crane and placed on the ground, said support section of the drum support frame can form a ground support, which, together with the undercarriage axle, allows the cable drum unit to be placed on the ground. In particular, said support section, together with the undercarriage axle or the at least one wheel mounted thereon, can form a multi-point support and / or a ground support surface, so that the cable drum unit stands on the ground and is jointly supported by the at least one undercarriage axle and the support section of the drum support frame.
[0018] The said chassis axis and the support section of the drum support frame can span a support surface or a support triangle or square or polygon, over the central section of which the drum rotation axis extends, i.e. the center of gravity of the cable drum extends, when the cable drum unit is placed on the ground, approximately centrally over the said contact surface, which is formed by the chassis axis and the support section.
[0019] If the cable drum unit is viewed in a direction parallel to the drum rotation axis, when the cable drum unit is standing on the ground, the connecting lines which run from the drum rotation axis through the chassis axis or into the ground contact point of the chassis on the one hand and through the ground contact point of the said support section of the support frame on the other hand can at least approximately define an approximately isosceles triangle and / or define two clock hands which extend in the range from half past three to half past five on the one hand and half past six to half past eight on the other hand, in particular approximately in the range from 4 o'clock to 5 o'clock on the one hand and 7 o'clock to 8 o'clock on the other hand.
[0020] Considering the stowed position of the cable drum unit in the crane's storage compartment, the clock hands mentioned may extend in the range from 6:30 to 8:30 on the one hand and from 9:30 to 11:30 on the other, in particular from 7:00 to 8:00 on the one hand and from 10:00 to 11:30 on the other.
[0021] Advantageously, the position of the cable drum unit stored in the crane's receiving compartment is tilted by approximately 90° compared to the position of the cable drum unit standing on the ground.
[0022] In order to achieve secure tensioning of the cable drum unit in the receiving compartment and / or to enable jam-free insertion and removal, the aforementioned span, which is spanned by the support section of the drum support frame and the chassis, can be larger than the diameter of the cable drum, so that the cable drum can be inserted into the receiving compartment with air.
[0023] In an advantageous development of the invention, said drum support frame can advantageously comprise, alternatively or in addition to said support section, a handlebar and / or gripping section, which can advantageously extend on a side of the cable drum that is opposite the chassis and / or the aforementioned support section. In order to enable ergonomically favorable gripping and stable movement of the cable drum unit with a low center of gravity, said gripping and / or handlebar section can extend at a greater distance from the cable drum rotation axis than the chassis axis and / or than said support section. As a result, on the one hand, said handlebar and / or handling section is sufficiently high to be easily grasped by an operator, and on the other hand, the cable drum is located as low as possible to achieve a low center of gravity.
[0024] In particular, the aforementioned guide and / or handling section of the drum support frame—when viewing the cable drum unit in the direction of the drum rotation axis—together with the aforementioned support section and the contact point of the wheel of the undercarriage axle, can define a triangle whose connecting leg between the guide section and the undercarriage wheel forms at least approximately a tangent to the cable drum, and whose connecting leg between the undercarriage wheel and the support section is arranged at a slight obtuse angle thereto, for example, in the range of 100° to 120°. Such a configuration enables, on the one hand, the support section to be braced against the receiving compartment ceiling in the aforementioned manner, and, on the other hand, the guide and / or handling section to rest on the compartment floor or limit the bracing.
[0025] In order to be able to easily pull the cable or supply line from the cable drum or wind it onto it when the cable drum unit is located in the receiving compartment on the crane or in the drum receptacle on the crane, a cable deflection device, for example in the form of a deflection roller, a pair of deflection rollers, a group of deflection rollers, or even a slotted sliding ring, can advantageously be provided on the crane. Said cable deflection device is advantageously positioned such that it lies opposite the contact surface defined by the chassis and the support section of the drum support frame. In particular, the cable deflection device can be positioned on the side of the receiving compartment that forms an upright compartment side and lies opposite the chassis and the support section of the drum support frame.
[0026] Advantageously, said cable deflection device can have two pairs of deflection rollers, each of which is rotatably mounted and can comprise a horizontal pair of rollers arranged one above the other and a vertical pair of rollers arranged next to one another.
[0027] To facilitate the winding and unwinding of the supply cable, the cable drum can be equipped with a drive device to rotate the cable drum. In the simplest version, this can be a manually operated crank drive with a hand crank.
[0028] Alternatively or additionally, the aforementioned drum drive can advantageously comprise a drive motor, for example, a switchable electric motor, wherein the drive motor advantageously has a reversible drive direction or direction of rotation. Alternatively or additionally, a gear unit with a switchable drive direction can also be interposed in order to be able to both wind up the supply line and unwind it with motor assistance.
[0029] Alternatively or additionally, a spring drive and / or a pressure accumulator drive can also be provided to assist in winding or unwinding the supply line. In particular, the supply line can be pulled off the cable drum against the spring and / or pressure accumulator preload, so that the pretensioning device is tensioned when the cable is pulled off. To rewind the cable, the pretensioning device can drive the drum in rotation to wind up the cable.
[0030] Alternatively or additionally, the drum drive can also be coupled to at least one wheel of the chassis in order to automatically drive the cable drum in rotation as the cable drum unit moves along the ground. In particular, a transmission or reduction gear can be provided between the chassis wheel and the cable drum, which derives a rotational movement of the cable drum from a wheel rotation, wherein the transmission or reduction ratio can advantageously be selected such that the cable length unwound from the drum or wound up approximately corresponds to the distance traveled by the chassis wheel. This allows the cable or supply line to be unwound and wound up smoothly without excessive slack or excessive cable tension. This can prevent cable clutter.
[0031] The at least one chassis wheel can advantageously have pneumatic tires to provide a high level of ride comfort. Two chassis wheels can advantageously be provided to achieve stable support, with the two chassis wheels advantageously comprising pneumatic tires of sufficient diameter. Alternatively, inherently stable, spring-loaded tires, for example in the form of solid rubber tires or fiber-reinforced tire casings, would also be conceivable.
[0032] Advantageously, the chassis comprises only one chassis axle, although more than one chassis axle is also possible.
[0033] The supply line has a connector at each end to allow for easy connection to the crane and a power supply network. If the supply line is a power cable, the connectors can be electrical pole plugs. If the supply line is a fluid line, the connectors can be fluid couplings.
[0034] The invention is explained in more detail below using a preferred embodiment and the accompanying drawings. In the drawings: Fig. 1: a schematic side view of a crane in the form of a mobile fast-erecting crane, on whose undercarriage a receiving compartment for a cable drum unit is provided, Fig. 2: a perspective view of the receiving compartment of the mobile crane from Figure 1and the cable drum unit accommodated therein, Fig. 3: a plan view of the cable drum unit, which is stowed in the receiving compartment of the crane and fitted between the compartment floor and compartment ceiling without play, in particular clamped, Fig. 4: a perspective front view of the cable drum unit removed from the crane in a state placed on the ground, and Fig. 5: a perspective view of the cable drum unit similar Figure 4 , which shows the drive shaft for rotating the drum.
[0035] The cable drum unit 1 shown in the figures can form a crane equipment part for a mobile fast-erecting crane as shown in Figure 1 is shown, however, the cable drum unit 1 can also be used for other types of cranes such as a tower crane or a mobile telescopic boom crane or another construction crane.
[0036] How Figure 1As shown, the crane 2 can comprise a tower 3, which can be supported on a rotating platform 4, which is mounted on an undercarriage 5 and can be rotated about an upright axis of rotation by means of a slewing drive. Said undercarriage 5 can be designed as a truck or movable in another way and can comprise a crane chassis 6, which can be multi-axled and have at least one driven axle. Optionally, however, the crane 2 can also have a permanently anchored or supported support base.
[0037] The tower 3 can be telescopic and / or tiltable to enable it to be moved into a horizontal transport position. In its upright operating position, the tower 3 carries a boom 7, which can be moved into various tilting positions, as required. Figure 1A hoist rope 8 with a load hook attached to it can be lowered from the boom 7 and raised by means of a hoist drive. If necessary, the hoist rope 8 can be run over a trolley 9, which can be moved along the boom 7 by means of a trolley drive.
[0038] The crane 2 can have various electrical units, as explained above.
[0039] As the Figures 2 and 3 show, a drum holder 10 for receiving the cable drum unit 1 is provided on the undercarriage 5 of the crane 2, wherein the said drum holder 10 can in particular comprise a receiving compartment 11 into which the cable drum unit 1 can be stowed, in particular pushed or driven in, cf. Figure 2 and 3 .
[0040] Said receiving compartment 11 can be adapted to the external dimensions of the cable drum unit 1, wherein the receiving compartment 11 is sufficiently large to accommodate the cable drum unit 1 in its entirety. On the other hand, the receiving compartment 11 is designed to be only large enough or small enough for the cable drum unit 1 to fit or clamp onto it without any play.
[0041] The said receiving compartment 11 can be designed to receive the cable drum unit 1 in a horizontal orientation, which is tilted by approximately 90° compared to the travel position of the cable drum unit 1 placed on the floor, cf. comparative Figure 3 with Figure 4 .
[0042] The aforementioned receiving compartment 11 can be cuboid-shaped overall and have an open longitudinal side through which the cable drum unit 1 can be inserted into the receiving compartment 11, wherein the aforementioned side opening 12 can take up the entire compartment side or can extend to the compartment floor 13 in order to be able to easily insert the cable drum unit 1. Figure 2 A cover or door (not shown) can close the side opening 12.
[0043] As the Figures 4 and 5 show, the cable drum unit 1 comprises a cable drum 15 for winding and unwinding a supply line 16, which is provided at both ends with a connection plug 17 in order to be able to connect the supply line 16 to the crane 2 on the one hand and to connect it to a supply network or a supply source on the other hand.
[0044] The cable drum 15 is rotatably mounted on a drum support frame 18, to which a chassis 19 is attached, so that the cable drum unit 1 forms a carriage and can be moved along the ground. Said chassis 19 can advantageously be single-axle and comprise two pneumatic wheels 20, the track width of which can advantageously exceed the width of the cable drum 15 in order to achieve stable support and enable a compact design.
[0045] The drum support frame 18 may have a central bearing section 21 on which the cable drum 15 is rotatably mounted.
[0046] The said chassis 18 can be supported relative to the said bearing section 21 by two chassis struts, cf. Figure 5 .
[0047] Advantageously, the drum support frame 18 further comprises a support section 22 which can support the cable drum unit 1 on the ground when the cable drum unit 1 is standing on the ground with the chassis 19, cf. Figure 4 and Figure 5 . The said support section 22 can be formed by two support arms 23, which can be supported on the chassis 19 and / or the central bearing section 21, wherein the two support arms 23 can, for example, comprise two V-shaped support legs, which are supported on the one hand on the central bearing section 21 and on the other hand on the chassis 19 and project from the chassis 19 to one side of the cable drum 15, cf. Figures 4 and 5 .
[0048] Viewing the cable drum unit 1 in the direction of the rotational axis 24 of the cable drum 15, the wheels 20 of the chassis 19 and the aforementioned support section 22 of the drum support frame 18 are arranged on the same side of the cable drum 15, but spaced apart from one another, so that the wheels 20, the support section 22, and the drum rotational axis 24 form a triangle. In particular, the rotational axis 24 and thus the center of gravity of the cable drum 15 extends approximately centrally above the ground contact surface or ground contact points defined by the wheels 20 on the one hand and the support section 22, in particular the support arms 23, on the other hand. This ensures that the cable drum unit 1 stands stably on the ground when not being moved.
[0049] In the illustrated embodiment, the support arms 23 form support skids or sliding skids that rest on the ground when the cable drum unit 1 is not being moved. Alternatively, the aforementioned support sections 22 or the support arms 23 could also carry another chassis axle with additional wheels to support the cable drum unit 1 on two spaced-apart chassis axles.
[0050] As the Figures 4 and 5 show, the drum support frame 18 further comprises a link 25, which is arranged on an opposite side of the cable drum 15 with respect to the wheels 20 and the support arms 23 and can be rigidly connected to the central bearing section 21. In particular, the link 25 can be formed by an overall U-shaped handlebar bracket that projects obliquely upwards from the central bearing section 21 on both sides of the cable drum 15.
[0051] If the cable drum unit 1 is positioned as shown in the Figures 4 and 5shown, on the chassis 19 and, if applicable, the support arms 23 on the ground, the said control arm 25 extends above the cable drum 15 approximately at the belly or chest height of an operator in order to be able to move the unit easily. Advantageously, the control arm 25 can be in the orientation standing on the ground, as shown in the Figures 4 and 5 shown, extend together with the wheels 20 to one side of the cable drum 15, so that an imaginary connecting line between the handlebar 25 and the wheels 20 can approximately form a tangent to the cable drum 15.
[0052] Due to the geometry, in particular the positioning and spacing of the support arms 23, the chassis axis of the chassis 19 and the control arm 25, the center of gravity of the cable drum 15, when supported on the ground and in which the support arms 23 also touch the ground, lies slightly in front of the wheels 20 or slightly in front of the chassis axis when viewed from the control arm 25, so that the weight of the cable drum 15 attempts to tilt the unit slightly forward with respect to the chassis 19 and part of the weight rests on the support arms 23. If, however, the drum support frame 18 is tilted slightly backward on the control arm 25 so that the support arms 23 lift off the ground, the center of gravity of the cable drum 15 is approximately perpendicular to the chassis axis of the chassis 19, so that the vast majority of the drum weight rests on the chassis 19 and the operator does not have to exert great forces.
[0053] As in particular Figure 3shows, the geometry of the drum support frame 18 is adapted to the receiving compartment 17 in such a way that the cable drum unit 1 fits precisely into the receiving compartment 17 when lying down. The support section 22 and / or the support arms 23 can extend slightly diagonally from the chassis 19, when the chassis is standing on the compartment floor 13, away from the cable drum 15 upwards to the ceiling 14 of the receiving compartment 11 and rest against it. Since the cable drum 15 with its center of gravity is not above the chassis axis 19, but at a distance from it, the drum support frame 18 rotates until the support section 22, in particular the support arms 23, rest against the ceiling 14 and / or the guide rod 25 rests against the compartment floor 13, so that the drum support frame 18 is braced in the receiving compartment 11, or at least rests without play.
[0054] For securing purposes, additional fastening means may be provided, for example, locking elements such as locking clips that lock the handlebar 25, into which the handlebar 25 can be clipped. Alternatively or additionally, tensioning elements such as tensioning straps or tensioning levers or clips, or even adjustable fastening elements such as screw clips, may be provided to securely hold the cable drum unit 1 in the drum holder 10, even during shock-prone driving.
[0055] How Figure 2 As shown, a cable deflection 26 can be provided on the crane 2, in particular on the drum support 10, which can advantageously extend at a position facing the undercarriage 19 and / or the support arms 23 in the position attached to the crane. In particular, the cable deflection 26 can be arranged on a receiving compartment side of the receiving compartment 11 that faces the undercarriage 19 and the support frame 23.
[0056] The cable deflection 26 can, for example, comprise a plurality of deflection rollers 27, which can be arranged in pairs spaced apart from one another, upright and horizontally, in order to be able to deflect the cable to be unwound in different directions.
[0057] The cable drum 15 can be rotated relative to the drum support frame 18 by a drum drive 28. As the Figures 3 and 5 show, such a drum drive 28 can, for example, comprise a hand crank 29 which can be fastened in a rotationally fixed manner to a drum shaft 30.
[0058] Alternatively or additionally, the drum drive 28 can also comprise a coupling of the drum shaft 30 to one or both wheels 20 of the chassis 19. For example, the drum drive 28 can comprise a chain or belt drive, wherein a drive pinion or drive pulley can be non-rotatably attached to the drum shaft 30 and a second drive pinion or drive pulley can be non-rotatably attached to one of the wheels 20. The two pinions or the two drum pulleys are advantageously coordinated with one another in terms of their circumferential diameter such that when the cable drum is moved while the wheels 20 rotate, the cable drum 15 rotates so quickly that the distance covered by the chassis 19 approximately corresponds to the unwound or wound-up cable length.
