Description
[0001] The invention relates to a method for recording and processing elevator data of an existing elevator system and a device for carrying out this method.
[0002] Elevator systems are designed to transport people within buildings or structures. Adequate operational safety and, if possible, continuous availability must be guaranteed at all times. For this purpose, elevator systems are usually inspected and / or maintained at regular intervals. These intervals are generally determined based on experience with similar elevator systems. To ensure operational reliability, the intervals must be sufficiently short so that inspections or maintenance can be performed in good time before any potentially safety-threatening operating conditions arise.
[0003] In the case of elevator systems, inspections are usually carried out completely independently of their actual current condition. This means that a technician must visit the elevator system and inspect it on-site. Often, it is discovered that no maintenance is urgently required. The technician's visit thus turns out to be unnecessary and incurs unnecessary costs. On the other hand, if the technician does identify a need for maintenance, a longer trip is often necessary because the technician can only determine which components of the elevator system require maintenance on-site. Thus, it is only on-site that it becomes apparent that, for example, spare parts or special tools are required for maintenance or repair.
[0004] Existing elevator systems are not necessarily maintained by the elevator manufacturer itself. For a variety of reasons, it can happen that so-called third-party systems, i.e., elevator systems from other elevator manufacturers, are incorporated into the company's own maintenance portfolio and maintained. If necessary, such third-party systems are modernized, so that components from different manufacturers are subsequently installed in a modernized elevator system, adapted to each other. In such third-party systems, for example, the existing third-party elevator control system is often replaced with a proprietary elevator control system, since the architecture and properties of the company's own elevator control system are familiar and no specialized knowledge of the third-party elevator control system is required. However, various parameters or characterizing properties of the existing elevator system, such as the number of floors, the floor heights, the movement profiles of the elevator car across the individual floor heights, which are tailored to the mechanical and electrical components, and the like, must be recorded and implemented in the elevator's own control system.
[0005] When a third-party system is incorporated into the maintenance portfolio, the problem of capturing the technical data of this existing elevator system and making it available always arises. Typically, a technician is dispatched to the third-party system to be acquired, who then determines various characteristics of this elevator system and manually enters them in a form or in a database. Depending on the complexity of the elevator system to be acquired, for example, 15 to 50 parameters must be recorded and manually entered as characteristics in the form or in the database. Manually capturing the characteristics and documenting them in the database is extremely time-consuming and, depending on the quality of the technician's work, can lead to poor data quality.
[0006] Of course, the maintenance responsibility for an existing elevator system can change several times, and experience shows that the changes made to the elevator system by the various maintenance companies are rarely or not at all documented. Therefore, even when an elevator system "returns" to the maintenance portfolio, a thorough inventory of its current characteristics must first be conducted.
[0007] In EP 2 885 236 A1, the structure of an elevator system is scanned using a scanner and compared with a database containing known elevator elements. This allows the elevator elements matching the scanned structure to be identified in the database. However, scanning the structure involves considerable effort, and in existing elevator systems, there may be a risk that elevator elements may not be identified or incorrect elevator elements may be identified due to deviations in the scanned structure caused by contamination.
[0008] The object of the present invention is therefore to simplify the recording of the characterizing properties of an existing elevator system, to increase the data quality of the recorded characterizing properties and to improve their availability and processability.
[0009] This object is achieved by a method for recording and processing elevator data of an existing elevator system, wherein each floor of the existing elevator system is approached at least once by at least one measuring run with the existing elevator system and at least those measuring data which represent floor heights are recorded by means of a measuring device.
[0010] Furthermore, a three-dimensional digital doppelganger dataset is created from component model datasets and stored on a storage medium. The component model datasets can have different configurations and are defined by characterizing properties that are predefined with default values. For each floor of the elevator system recorded by the measurement run, component model datasets configured as a floor section component model dataset or as a shaft section component model dataset are arranged vertically one above the other in the recorded order. For these component model datasets, the default value of the characterizing property, which defines the height difference to the next floor section component model dataset or shaft section component model dataset, is replaced by the corresponding floor height determined from the measurement data. The feature "arranged vertically one above the other" means that the component model datasets are arranged in such a way that floors and shaft sections are also virtually represented in the three-dimensional digital duplicate dataset, analogous to the existing elevator system, where "vertical" generally describes the transport direction. A floor section component model dataset differs from a shaft section component model dataset in that it is more open, i.e., it has fewer defining properties. A floor section component model dataset is chosen when the floor heights are primarily relevant for subsequent simulations and the data acquisition effort should be kept to a minimum. However, if the shaft cross-section is also important for the simulations, a shaft section component model dataset can be selected whose dimensions already contain characterizing properties. Logically, floor section component model datasets can also be selected first, and shaft section component model datasets can be added to these later.
[0011] The measuring device within the meaning of the present application can comprise a variety of devices. For example, it can be a mobile phone with an acceleration sensor, which is placed on the car floor and records the measurement data during travel from floor to floor. It can also be a transmission unit connectable to the elevator control system of the existing elevator system, which reads measurement data from the elevator control system, processes it as required, and makes it available to the system described below. In addition to the mobile phone or transmission unit described above, the measuring device can also be or comprise a variety of permanently or temporarily communicating devices, such as a portable computer, a data logger, a laser scanner, an RFID tag reader, and the like.
[0012] In other words, for each floor of the elevator system recorded by the measurement run, in the recorded order, for example, a component model data set configured as a floor section component model data set can be arranged one above the other in the vertical direction and the default value of its characterizing property, which defines the height distance to the next floor section component model data set, can be replaced by the corresponding floor height determined from the measurement data.
[0013] By creating a three-dimensional digital doppelganger dataset, a digital three-dimensional image of the existing elevator system is created, whose essential characteristics correspond to the characteristics of the associated elevator system through the acquisition and implementation of the measurement data. Based on the recorded measurement data, at least the number of floors is mapped with a corresponding number of floor section component model datasets or shaft section component model datasets, and their inter-floor spacing or floor height is adjusted accordingly. Such a three-dimensional digital doppelganger dataset now offers the perfect simulation environment in the sense of the "hardware in the loop" approach, for example, to program and test the new elevator control system before replacing it.The more comprehensively and precisely the existing passenger transport system is represented in the associated three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set, the better the simulation results will be.
[0014] In one embodiment of the invention, each floor section component model data set or each shaft section component model data set can have predefined interfaces via which component model data sets can be connected to one another and positioned relative to one another. In this case, corresponding characterizing properties of each component model data set to be added are automatically replicated with the characterizing properties of the component model data set intended for connection via the interface. Replication refers to a process that compares the characterizing properties of two interconnected component model data sets if they relate to the same characterizing properties. For example, when using shaft section component model datasets, the characteristic properties "depth" and "width" that define the shaft cross-section are replicated across the shaft section component model datasets connected via the interfaces, since an elevator shaft typically has the same shaft cross-section across its entire height. Other characteristic properties, such as the material properties of the shaft walls, can also be replicated across all shaft section component model datasets.
[0015] However, the floor heights can vary considerably and can be defined as non-replicable, for example, if they are not adjacent to each other and therefore not arranged in a corresponding manner. The replication instructions can be stored in a special rule set for each component model dataset. These replication instructions can generally specify that, during replication, characterizing properties defined by measured values take precedence over characterizing properties defined by default values.
[0016] In a further embodiment of the invention, each floor section component model data set can have predefined interfaces, and a component model data set configured as a shaft section component model data set can be connected to each of these interfaces. The dimensions of the shaft section component model data set are also characterized by default values, which logically do not correspond to the dimensions of the associated elevator system. During connection, the default value of a characterizing property of the shaft section component model data set connected to its interfaces, which defines the shaft section height, is replaced by the height offset of the floor section component model data set connected to it, thus replicating it.
[0017] In a further embodiment of the invention, each floor section component model data set can have predefined interfaces, and a component model data set configured as a shaft component model data set can be connected to the interfaces of all floor section component model data sets. In this case, the height distances of all floor section component model data sets can be added to form a total height, and this total height can replace the default value of the corresponding characterizing property of the shaft component model data set connected to the interfaces, thereby replicating the corresponding characterizing properties.
[0018] In a further embodiment of the invention, a component model data set configured as an elevator car component model data set can be arranged in the virtual shaft formed by at least one shaft section component model data set. The individual movement profiles of the elevator car recorded during the measurement run can be assigned to the elevator car component model data set as characterizing properties in the order of floors. This means that certain component model data sets representing movable components of the existing elevator system can also exhibit dynamic, characterizing properties and are thus, strictly speaking, characterized four-dimensionally.Accordingly, such a motion profile, stored as a characterizing property, has at least one motion direction vector that specifies the direction of motion of the associated component model dataset relative to static component model datasets, such as the shaft section component model datasets. Furthermore, the motion profile can also represent the entire motion spectrum over the distance to be covered, defined as one or more story heights. The motion profile maps the acceleration phase, the travel phase at constant speed, and the deceleration phase.
[0019] In a further embodiment of the invention, spatial dimensions of the existing elevator car can be recorded as measured values, and the default values of the assigned, characterizing properties of the elevator car component model dataset can be replaced by the measured spatial dimensions. Furthermore, the characterizing properties of at least one elevator car component model dataset can subsequently be checked using a collision check routine, and in the event of conflicting dimensions, corresponding characterizing properties of at least one shaft section component model dataset can be adapted to the projections of the elevator car component model dataset that lead to collisions.
[0020] In other words, the shaft cross-section of at least the elevator car component model dataset is automatically extended to at least the floor area of the elevator car. The adjustment can be performed using an adjustment routine that provides standard distances to the car walls for the shaft cross-section and, if necessary, also a cross-section allowance for a counterweight component model dataset.
[0021] As already mentioned above, the three-dimensional digital doppelganger dataset can be used for dynamic simulations. For example, in a further embodiment of the invention, the three-dimensional digital doppelganger dataset can be retrieved from a storage medium and displayed statically and / or dynamically on a screen as a virtual elevator system, at least reproducing the height distances between the floors in the correct relationship to each other.
[0022] The technician recording the existing elevator system can also walk through the elevator system and, for example, measure the shaft pit, the shaft head, and the cross-section of the shaft. They can also enter the corresponding default values of the component model data sets affected by these measured data via an input interface of the system for recording and processing elevator data from an existing elevator system described below. If necessary, the technician also has a laser distance measuring device as part of the measuring equipment, which can communicate wirelessly with the input interface, allowing the measured values to be transferred semi-automatically. For example, the technician can be guided step by step through the measurement run and the recording of other characteristic properties of the existing elevator system using on-screen instructions on an output interface of the system.
[0023] In a further embodiment of the invention, additional component model data sets of components of an elevator system can be selected from a database via a graphical user interface (GUI) and inserted into the three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set via predefined interfaces. The selection can be made semi-automatically by the technician, for example, by the system suggesting suitable components based on the recorded and processed measurement data to be characterized. However, the selection can also be made by the technician using a suitable reader of the system to read in identification marks of installed components such as serial numbers, barcodes, matrix codes, RFID tags, and the like. Based on the recorded identification marks, only components that match these identification marks appear on the graphical user interface. The technician can then insert these into the correct location in a three-dimensional virtual representation of the digital doppelganger dataset, for example, using drag and drop functions. Images and image sequences captured using a time-of-flight camera or laser scanner can also be processed by an image processing program. This processing allows components installed in the elevator system to be identified and their corresponding component model datasets to be inserted directly into the three-dimensional digital doppelganger dataset or suggested on the graphical user interface.
[0024] As component model data sets of components, for example, counterweight, guide rail, shaft door, car door, drive component model data sets and suspension element component model data sets in various suspension element guide variants can be selected.
[0025] In a further embodiment of the invention, the characterizing properties defined by measurement data can be provided with a label so that they can be distinguished from characterizing properties with default values.
[0026] In a further embodiment of the invention, a component model data set of the digital doppelganger data set can be replaced by a definitive component model data set in that its characterizing properties, which are provided with a label, are read out by an exchange routine, based on these labeled, characterizing properties, possible defined component model data sets of real existing components of elevator systems that match the characterizing properties are determined from a database, and the replacing component model data set is additionally selected by manual inputs if necessary. After the appropriate, replacing component model data set has been selected, the corresponding component model data set of the digital doppelganger data set is deleted and the replacing component model data set is inserted at the corresponding interfaces of the digital doppelganger data set that the deleted component model data set has released.
[0027] As already mentioned several times above, the invention provides a system for recording and processing elevator data from an existing elevator system, with which the methods described above can be carried out. The system has at least one measuring device, by means of which, through at least one measurement run with an existing elevator system, at least those measurement data can be recorded from which the floor heights of the floors of the elevator system can be determined. This includes, for example, the movement profile and the travel time between the floors, from which the floor heights can be calculated.Of course, the floor heights can also be determined from data from the elevator control system of the existing elevator system, for example, from a shaft information system connected to the elevator control system, from sensor signals generated by sensors of the existing elevator system connected to the elevator control system, and the like. The measuring device can be a device specially designed for this purpose, which can have data storage resources such as RAM, ROM, EPROM, hard disk storage, SDRAM, and the like, data processing resources such as processors, processor networks, and the like, interfaces such as an input interface and an output interface, as well as device interfaces that enable communication with other devices, such as the elevator control system of the existing elevator system, the programmable device of the system described below, and the like, as well as sensors. However, the measuring device can also be a conglomerate of different, physically separate devices which together have the properties and resources described above and can exchange data with each other.
[0028] The system further comprises a programmable device and a computer program product with machine-readable program instructions. The programmable device can be a single device such as a personal computer, a laptop, a mobile phone, a tablet, an elevator control system of an elevator system, or the like. However, the programmable device can also comprise one or more computers. In particular, the programmable device can be formed from a computer network that processes data in the form of a data cloud. For this purpose, the programmable device can have a memory in which the data of the three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set and the component model data sets of various configurations required for its creation can be stored, for example in electronic or magnetic form. The programmable device may further comprise data processing capabilities. For example, the programmable device may comprise a processor capable of processing data from all of these data sets and the machine-readable program instructions of the computer program product. The programmable device may further comprise data interfaces via which data can be input to and / or output from the programmable device. The programmable device may also be implemented in a spatially distributed manner, for example, when data is processed across multiple computers in a data cloud.
[0029] In particular, the programmable device can be programmable, i.e., it can be caused by a suitably programmed computer program product to execute or control computer-processable steps and data of the method according to the invention. The computer program product can contain instructions or code that, for example, cause the device's processor to create, store, read, process, modify, etc., data from the three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set. The computer program product can be written in any computer language.
[0030] By executing the computer program product on the programmable device, a three-dimensional digital duplicate data set can be created from component model data sets, taking into account the measurement data acquired by the measuring device, and stored in a storage medium of the programmable device. The component model data sets, which can be retrieved for this purpose from a database, which is preferably also stored in the data cloud, have different configurations and are defined by characterizing properties that are predefined with default values.
[0031] When creating the three-dimensional digital duplicate dataset, a component model dataset configured as a floor section component model dataset or a shaft section component model dataset is arranged vertically one above the other for each floor of the elevator system recorded by the measurement run in the recorded order in the three-dimensional digital duplicate dataset created by the programmable device. To accurately represent the existing elevator system in digital form, the default value of its characteristic property, which defines the height difference to the next floor section component model dataset, is replaced by the corresponding floor height determined from the measurement data.
[0032] To facilitate the recording of relevant parameters, the measuring device can also be connected to the elevator control system of the existing elevator system. This enables the measuring device to extract characteristic properties from the elevator control system and transmit them to the system's programmable device.
[0033] In summary, it can be said that the computer program product comprises machine-readable program instructions which, when executed on a programmable device, cause the device to carry out or control the embodiments of the method according to the invention described above.
[0034] The computer program product may be stored on any computer-readable medium, such as a flash memory, a CD, a DVD, RAM, ROM, PROM, EPROM, a floppy disk, and the like. The computer program product and / or the data to be processed therewith may also be stored on one or more servers, for example, in a data cloud, from where they can be downloaded via a network, such as the Internet.
[0035] Finally, it should be noted that some of the possible features and advantages of the invention are described herein with reference to various embodiments. A person skilled in the art will recognize that the features may be appropriately combined, transferred, adapted, or exchanged to achieve further embodiments of the invention.
[0036] Embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein neither the drawings nor the description are to be construed as limiting the invention. Figure 1: schematically shows a three-dimensional view of an existing elevator system, the elevator shaft being shown only schematically for the sake of clarity and the floors to be connected to the elevator system being indicated only by a broken line; Figures 2A to 2D: schematically show the method steps according to the invention for creating a three-dimensional digital double data set of the Figure 1 shown, existing elevator system; Figure 3: schematically in three-dimensional view the essential components of a system which is used to carry out the Figures 2A to 2D the procedure described.
[0037] The Figure 1shows a schematic three-dimensional view of an existing elevator system 11, whereby the elevator shaft 19 is shown only schematically for the sake of clarity and the floors 21, 23, 25, 27 constructed on site and to be connected to the elevator system 11 are only indicated by a broken line.
[0038] The elevator system 11 consists of many different components, which are usually arranged in the elevator shaft 19, which is usually constructed on site. These include all the components listed in this paragraph, such as guide rails 37 mounted on the walls of the elevator shaft 19, an elevator car 43 guided on the guide rails 37, and a counterweight 35 guided on the guide rails 37. The counterweight 35 is connected to the elevator car 43 in a load-bearing manner by a suspension element 31, for example a steel cable or a belt. In the present exemplary embodiment, the suspension element 31 is guided in a so-called 2:1 suspension element arrangement via deflection pulleys 49 and a traction sheave 51. Of course, other suspension element guide variants, such as 1:1, 3:1, and the like, are also possible. The traction sheave 51 is driven by a drive unit 39, which typically includes a service brake 53, a reduction gear 55, and a drive motor 57. The drive motor 57 is controlled by an elevator control 41. In the present embodiment, the drive unit 39 and the elevator control 41 are arranged in a machine room 29, which is located exactly above the shaft head 59 of the elevator shaft 19. The elevator car 43 has car doors 45, which communicate with shaft doors 61 arranged on the floors 21, 23, 25, 27 (see . Figure 2A and 3 ) can be temporarily coupled. In addition, safety devices 33 are provided to monitor the correct operation of the existing elevator system.
[0039] Based on the Figures 2A to 2DIn the following, possible method steps of the method 151 according to the invention for recording and processing elevator data of an existing elevator installation 11 and the associated creation of a three-dimensional digital double data set 111 of the Figure 1 The existing elevator system 11 shown in Figure 1 is explained. Figure 2A again the existing elevator system 11 in a simplified manner, whereby only the outer contours of the elevator shaft 19, the floors of the floors 21, 23, 25, 27, the elevator car 43 and the shaft doors 61 as well as the machine room 29 are shown.
[0040] According to a possible embodiment of the invention, like the Figure 2Bshows, by means of at least one measuring run 65 with the elevator car 43 of the existing elevator installation 11, each floor 21, 23, 25, 27 of the elevator installation 11 is approached at least once and, by means of a measuring device 63, at least those measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4, h1, h2, h3 are recorded which represent floor heights h1, h2, h3. In the present exemplary embodiment, the measuring device 63 is a data recording device which receives the measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4, h1, h2, h3 from the elevator control 41 or extracts and stores them from control signals and sensor data transmitted to the elevator control 41 from sensors installed in the elevator installation 11, or can forward these measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4, h1, h2, h3. For this purpose, the measuring device 63 can have a suitable computer program which acts on the elevator control 41 of the existing elevator system 11 and initiates the required measuring run 65.For example, the floor heights h1, h2, h3 can be read directly as measurement data h1, h2, h3 from the control signals of the elevator control 41, which are transmitted, for example, from a shaft information system (not shown) of the existing elevator installation 11 to the elevator control 41. Furthermore, the movement profiles can be recorded as measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4. Since these represent the speed V of the elevator car 43 over time t, the floor heights h1, h2, h3 can of course also be calculated from these measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4.
[0041] Of course, the measurement run 65 can also be performed without reading measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4, h1, h2, h3 from the elevator control system 41 of the existing elevator system 11. For this purpose, for example, a technician 71 can enter the elevator car 43 with his mobile phone (smartphone) and perform the measurement run 65 with the existing elevator system 11. The mobile phone, as the measuring device 73, records the acceleration and deceleration profile as well as the travel time from floor to floor or the movement profiles as measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4. During the measurement run 65, the technician preferably places the mobile phone or the measuring device 73 on the floor of the elevator car 43 so as not to falsify the measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4. From these measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4, the floor heights h1, h2, h3 of the individual floors 21, 23, 25, 27 can be calculated.
[0042] As in the Figure 2CAs shown, taking into account these measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4, h1, h2, h3, a three-dimensional digital double data set 111 can be constructed step by step from component model data sets 112 and stored in a storage medium 101 (see Figure 3 ). The component model data sets 112 can have different configurations and are defined by characterizing properties B, T, H, which are predefined with default values x, y, z.
[0043] The characterizing properties B, T, H that define the nature of the component model data sets 112 can be, for example, geometric dimensions of the components represented by them, weights of the components represented by them, material properties of the components represented by them, and / or surface properties of the components represented by them. Of course, dynamic information such as the aforementioned motion profiles can also be assigned as characterizing properties to a component model data set 112 and characterize its dynamic behavior. In other words, several different characterizing properties B, T, H can be determined from one component or from several components of the elevator system 11 and stored as measurement data G2, G3, G4, h1, h2, h3 in the three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set 111.Geometric dimensions of components can be, for example, a length, width, height, depth, cross-section, radii, fillets, etc. of the components. Material properties of components can be, for example, the type of material used to form a component or a sub-area of a component. Furthermore, material properties can also be strength properties, hardness properties, electrical properties, magnetic properties, optical properties, etc. of the components. Surface properties of components can be, for example, roughness, textures, coatings, colors, reflectivity, etc. of the components.
[0044] The characterizing properties B, T, H can refer to individual components or groups of components. For example, the characterizing properties B, T, H can refer to individual components that comprise larger, more complex component groups. Alternatively or additionally, the characterizing properties B, T, H can also refer to more complex equipment composed of multiple components, such as drive motors, gear units, suspension elements, etc.
[0045] In order to construct the three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set 111, for example, for each floor 21, 23, 25, 27 of the elevator system 11 recorded by the measurement run 65, a component model data set 112 configured as a floor section component model data set 121, 123, 125, 127 can be arranged vertically one above the other in the recorded sequence. For this purpose, interface information 131 is preferably defined on the floor section component model data set 121, 123, 125, 127, which are correctly positioned and combined with each other, for example, using a rule set 133. As already mentioned, component model data sets 112 are defined by characterizing properties B, T, H, and these characterizing properties B, T, H are in turn predefined by default values x, y, z. In the present exemplary embodiment of the Figure 2CThe floor section component model data sets 121, 123, 125, 127 are defined by two surfaces P and Q arranged at right angles to each other, with their areal dimensions each predefined by the characteristic properties width B, depth T, and height H with a corresponding default value x, y, z. Accordingly, this three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set 111, or the resulting three-dimensionally representable virtual model, initially only correctly represents the number of floors 21, 23, 25, 27 of the elevator system 11.
[0046] As the Figure 2Dshows, the three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set 111 or this three-dimensionally representable, virtual model is now gradually refined and specified by replacing the default value z of the characterizing property height H of each floor section component model data set 121, 123, 125, 127, which defines the height distance to the next floor section component model data set, with the corresponding floor heights h1, h2, h3 determined from the measured data G1, G2, G3, G4, h1, h2, h3. Based on the Figure 2D The floor heights h1, h2, h3 shown show that these correspond to the default values x, y, z of the Figure 2Cas well as clearly distinguishable from one another. Furthermore, it is evident that the floor height h4 of the top floor 27 cannot be calculated or defined using the measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4, h1, h2, h3 determined by means of a measurement run 65. This floor height h4 must, for example, be measured manually by the technician and recorded as measurement data h4, or its default value z is retained for the time being until further measurement data for this characterizing property, height H of the top floor 27, is available. Those characterizing properties B, T, H whose default values x, y, z have been replaced by measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4, h1, h2, h3, can be provided with a label, as symbolically represented in the present exemplary embodiment with an asterisk as h1*, h2*, h3*. Such a label can be a code section, a prefix, a suffix, and the like.
[0047] As previously discussed, each floor section component model data set 121, 123, 125, 127 has predefined interfaces 131. These serve not only as mutual positioning points when merging the floor section component model data sets 121, 123, 125, 127, but also as interfaces 131 when attaching further component model data sets 112. These interfaces 131 can now be connected as the Figure 2D shows, a component model data set 112 configured as a shaft section component model data set 141, 143, 145, 147 can also be added. In this case, the default value x, y, z of a characterizing property B, T, H of the shaft section component model data set 141, 143, 145, 147 connected to its interfaces 131, which defines the shaft section height, is replaced or replicated by the corresponding floor height h1, h2, h3 of the floor section component model data set 121, 123, 125, 127.
[0048] Of course, it is also possible to use a shaft component model dataset or multiple shaft component model datasets 141, 143, 145, 147 directly as component model datasets 112 instead of the previously described floor section component model datasets 121, 123, 125, 127. These preferably also have the characterizing properties B, T, H in the sense of the floor section component model datasets 121, 123, 125, 127 and the interfaces 131 in order to be able to correctly create the three-dimensional digital doppelganger dataset 111 and to correctly represent at least the number of floors and the floor heights h1, h2, h3, z.
[0049] In principle, each component model data set 112 can have multiple interfaces 131, 135 for attaching further component model data sets 112, depending on its configuration. For example, the shaft section component model data sets 141, 143, 145, 147 can have interfaces 135 for shaft door component model data sets 161, in addition to the interfaces 131 that match the floor section component model data sets 141, 143, 145, 147 and / or that match each other.
[0050] The Figure 3 shows schematically in three-dimensional view the essential components of a system 1, which is used to carry out the Figures 2A to 2D The system 1 for recording and processing elevator data of an existing elevator system 11 essentially comprises the following system components: at least one measuring device 63, by means of which at least those measurement data h1, h2, h3 from which floor heights h1, h2, h3 of floors 21, 23, 25, 27 of the elevator system 11 can be determined can be acquired through at least one measuring run 65 with the existing elevator system 11; a programmable device 101; and a computer program product 109 with machine-readable program instructions 107.
[0051] As already mentioned in the description of the Figure 2 As mentioned, the measuring device 63 of the illustrated embodiment accesses measurement data G1, G2, G3, G4, h1, h2, h3 of the elevator control 41 of the existing elevator installation 11 and transmits these, symbolically represented by the double arrow 113, to the programmable device 101.
[0052] The programmable device 101 may be a single device such as a personal computer, a laptop, a mobile phone, a tablet, the elevator control 41 of the existing elevator system 11, or the like. However, the programmable device 101 may also comprise one or more computers. In particular, the programmable device 101 may be configured as shown in the Figure 3As shown, it can be formed from a computer network that processes data in the form of a data cloud. For this purpose, the programmable device 101 can have a storage medium 115 in which the data of the digital doppelganger data set 111 and the component model data sets 112 of various configurations required to create it can be stored, for example in electronic or magnetic form. The programmable device 101 can further have data processing capabilities. For example, the programmable device 101 can have a processor 117, with the aid of which the data of all of these component model data sets 112 and the machine-readable program instructions 107 of the computer program product 109 can be processed. The programmable device 101 may further comprise device interfaces symbolically represented by the double arrow 119, via which data can be input into the programmable device 101 and / or output from the programmable device 101. The programmable device 101 may also be implemented in a spatially distributed manner, for example, when data is processed across multiple computers in a data cloud.
[0053] In particular, the programmable device 101 can be programmable, i.e., it can be caused by a suitably programmed computer program product 109 to execute or control computer-processable steps and data of the inventive method 151. The computer program product 109 can contain instructions or code that, for example, cause the processor 117 of the programmable device 101 to create, store, read, process, modify, etc., data of the three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set 111. The computer program product 109 can be written in any computer language.
[0054] The machine-readable program instructions 107 of the computer program product 109 specify the Figures 2A to 2DThe exemplary method steps of the method 151 according to the invention are reproduced in a machine-processable manner. Furthermore, the machine-readable program instructions 107 can contain a multitude of other program routines, such as various conversion routines for determining a floor height h1, h2, h3 from a movement profile G1, G2, G3, G4 (see Figure 2B ), control routines for controlling the interactions between the elevator control 41 and the measuring device 63, assignment routines which check the arrangement of component model data sets 112 for their compatibility, positioning routines which take over the exact positioning of the component model data sets 112 via the interfaces, rule sets 133 (see Figure 2C), collision checking routines which check the static and dynamic characterizing properties of the component model data sets 112 arranged in three-dimensional space, transmission protocols, control routines for the device interfaces, instruction routines for the technician and the like.
[0055] By executing the computer program product 109 on the programmable device 101, a three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set 111 can be constructed from component model data sets 112, taking into account the measurement data acquired by the measuring device 63, and can be stored in the storage medium 115 of the programmable device 101. In this case, the component model data sets 112 can have different configurations and can be designed, for example, as floor section component model data sets 121, 123, 125, 127, shaft section component model data sets 141, 143, 145, 147, elevator car component model data sets 153, car door component model data sets 163, shaft door component model data sets 161, drive component model data sets 155 and the like and can be defined by characterizing properties N, O, P, which are predefined with default values q, r, s.
[0056] For each floor 21, 23, 25, 27 of the elevator system 11 recorded by the measuring run 65, a component model data set 112 configured as a floor section component model data set 121, 123, 125, 127 is arranged vertically one above the other in the recorded order in the three-dimensional digital double data set 111 created by the programmable device 101. As shown in the Figures 2A to 2D shown, the default value z of its characterizing property H, which defines the height distance to the next storey section component model data set, is replaced by the corresponding storey height h1, h2, h3 determined from the measured data G1, G2, G3, G4, h1, h2, h3.
[0057] Furthermore, a component model data set configured as an elevator car component model data set 153 can be arranged in the virtual shaft formed by at least one shaft component model data set 141, 143, 145, 147. In this case, the individual movement profiles G1, G2, G3, G4 of the elevator car 43 recorded during the measurement run 65 can also be assigned to the elevator car component model data set 153 as characterizing properties in the ranking order of floors 21, 23, 25, 27. This means that dynamic properties relative to the shaft component model data sets 141, 143, 145, 147 are assigned to the elevator car component model data set 153, so that, for example, the three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set 111 with partially dynamic or movable component model data sets 112 can be displayed on a screen 171.In other words, the three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set 111 can be retrieved from the storage medium 115 and displayed statically and / or dynamically on a screen 171 as a virtual elevator system, at least reproducing the height distances between the floors in the correct relationship to one another. Due to the dynamic properties, the virtual elevator car displayed on the screen 171 by the elevator car component model data set 153 can also perform the same movements with the same directions of movement, the same accelerations, speeds, and decelerations as the elevator car 43 of the existing elevator system 11 within the virtual elevator shaft formed by the shaft component model data sets 141, 143, 145, 147.
[0058] Furthermore, spatial dimensions of the existing elevator car 43 measured by the technician or extracted from plans and CAD files can be recorded as measured values u, v, w and the default values q, r, s of the assigned characterizing properties N, O, P of the elevator car component model data set 153 can be replaced by the measured spatial dimensions, wherein the default values x, y, z of the characterizing properties T, B, H of the shaft section component model data sets 141, 143, 145, 147 or the shaft component model data set are checked by means of a collision checking routine and, in the case of colliding dimensions, corresponding characterizing properties T, B, H are adapted to the projections of the characterizing properties N, O, P of the elevator car component model data set 153 that lead to collisions. In particular, the cross-section of the shaft section component model data sets 141, 143, 145, 147, which is still defined by default values x, y, may be too small for the actual dimensions of the elevator car 43. If necessary, a required clearance between the car walls and the shaft walls can be added to the car dimensions as standard in order to determine the properties T, B of the shaft section component model data sets 141, 143, 145, 147 characterizing the shaft cross-section based on the elevator car 43.
[0059] In order to further simplify the creation of the three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set 111, further component model data sets 112 of components of an elevator system can be selected from a database 175 via a graphical user interface 173 of an input / output interface 103, such as the laptop shown, and inserted into the three-dimensional digital doppelganger data set 111 via predefined interfaces 131, 135. Components of existing elevator systems 11 represented in the database 175 as component model data sets 112 may be available for selection, such as various counterweight component model data sets 177, guide rail component model data sets 179, shaft door component model data sets 161, car door component model data sets 163, drive component model data sets 181 and suspension element component model data sets 183 in various suspension element guide variants.
[0060] The component model data sets of real existing components that can be retrieved from the database 175 can have completely defined characterizing properties N, O, P based on measurement results. To further improve the digital doppelganger data set 111, its component model data sets 112, which have mixed characterizing properties N, O, P defined with measurement data u, v, w and default values q, r, s, can be replaced by a defined component model data set 181, 183, 153 from the database 175 with defined characterizing properties N, O, P.This can be done automatically by reading the characterizing properties N, O, P marked with an * using an exchange routine 189. Based on these marked, characterizing properties, possible defined component model data sets 181, 183, 153 of actually existing components of elevator systems 11 that match the characterizing properties N, O, P are determined from the database 175. Subsequently, the replacing component model data set 112 can be selected from these suggested defined component model data sets 181, 183, 153, if necessary by manual input. After the selection, the exchange routine 189 can automatically delete the component model data set 112 to be replaced and insert the replacing component model data set 112.If necessary, there may also be identification marks such as barcodes, matrix codes, RFID tags and the like on components of the existing elevator system 11, which, when suitably recorded in the system 1, enable a clear selection and use of the component model data set 112 representing this component.
[0061] The computer program product 109 can be stored or stored on any computer-readable medium 105.
[0062] Although the present invention is in the Figures 1 to 3Using the example of a simple existing elevator installation 11 and based on a simple digital duplicate data set 111 depicting this, which is only rudimentarily constructed with a few component model data sets 112, it is obvious that the described method 151 and the corresponding system 1 are equally applicable to more complex elevator installations 11. Even if only one elevator car 43 is described and illustrated in the figures, the system 1 according to the invention and the method 151 according to the invention can of course also be used in existing elevator installations 11 with multiple elevator cars 43.
