Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a partition wall for forming a fire compartment in rooms of buildings, with at least one wall and / or ceiling connection element and at least one individual wall element for closing an opening, in particular a door or a window, with a door leaf or a window leaf.

[0002] Various partition wall solutions are known in the prior art, particularly for fire protection purposes. Such partition walls, which are generally formed from identical or identically constructed individual wall elements, are used, for example, to divide rooms in buildings, or to create a fire compartment within rooms in buildings, for example, to separate a usable space in a building from an escape or rescue route. The partition wall can comprise fixed individual wall elements and / or at least one individual wall element designed as a door or window leaf.

[0003] Doors or windows as devices for closing an opening are also known in the prior art in numerous designs. In this case, the door leaf of a door or the window leaf of a window, when the door or window is closed, usually strikes against a stop, which may be provided with a seal. The stop itself is usually provided or formed by a door or window frame. In the case of a double-leaf door, the stop is usually formed by the exposed butt or narrow surfaces of the two door leaves, which for this purpose have step rebates that interact with one another when the double-leaf door is closed. Usually, the butt or narrow surface of the door or window leaf that connects the side edges of the side surfaces of the door or window leaf and, accordingly, the corresponding surface of the stop for the door or window leaf is...Window leaf formed by a single surface running perpendicular to the side surfaces or with a step-like projection or recess, so-called step rebate.

[0004] In previously known partition walls, the vertical abutting surfaces of adjacent individual wall elements are designed, for example, in a tongue-and-groove configuration, particularly to meet the requirements for smoke and / or fire protection when separating rooms or in a room-separating position, and to prevent the spread of smoke and / or fire by sealing in the event of a fire. Solutions are also previously known in which the vertical abutting surfaces of the individual wall elements of a partition wall butt against each other, and any remaining joints between the abutting surfaces of the individual wall elements of the partition walls are filled or filled with filler.

[0005] In the case of previously known partition wall solutions, the areas where the adjacent individual wall elements meet are critical in the event of a fire, particularly since these areas can be subject to increased temperature loads, at least indirectly, due to the generally non-homogeneous structures. Increased temperature loads in this area have a particularly detrimental effect on the smoke and / or fire protection properties of the previously known partition walls, particularly since this reduces their fire resistance duration. In addition, the individual wall elements of the partition walls known from the prior art generally have the same structure using the same materials, particularly since the use of individual wall elements made of different materials and / or with different structures can result in different, unforeseeable or potentially dangerous fire behaviour, particularly in the area of the vertical abutting surfaces of adjacent individual wall elements. This can result in uncontrollable deformation, which is unacceptable and unusable for smoke and fire protection reasons. A further disadvantage of the existing partition walls is that the design options are limited by the use of individual wall elements of the same material and / or design.

[0006] The same applies in particular to doors and windows known from the prior art, particularly those designed for fire protection purposes, as devices for closing an opening. Such door or window leaves typically comprise a glass pane, particularly a fire-resistant pane. The glass pane or fire-resistant pane is generally arranged in a surrounding frame and held in place, in particular, by means of grooves formed in the frame and / or by means of so-called glass retaining strips arranged on the frame. The glass pane, particularly the fire-resistant pane, is integrated into the frame.

[0007] Since fire protection panes have a relatively high dead weight, for example up to 120 kg / m² and more, depending on the respective fire protection requirements, the corresponding door leaves and window leaves are exposed to high loads, particularly during opening and closing processes. In order to be able to hold such fire protection panes securely, the frame and any glazing beads used on the corresponding door leaves or window leaves are generally constructed with profile elements. A glass door of this type for fire protection purposes is known, for example, from EP 0 803 634 B1, in which the fire protection pane of a door leaf is held on its four sides by profile elements forming the frame for the fire protection pane. The four profile elements, two profile elements running horizontally to the substrate, also called friezes orProfile elements called cross friezes, which are usually somewhat wider, as well as two lateral profile elements running vertically to the substrate, which are usually somewhat narrower, have grooves into which the fire protection pane can be inserted and / or are provided with glazing beads for securing the fire protection pane to the profile elements. The construction of the frame with four profile elements and sometimes glazing beads is therefore quite complex.

[0008] Due to the design of previously known doors and windows, particularly for fire and / or smoke protection purposes, the profile elements, in particular supporting profiles and / or glazing beads, protrude beyond the glass pane, in particular the fire-resistant pane, which in particular impairs the overall aesthetic impression of the door leaf or window leaf as well as the door or window and / or the overall aesthetic impression of the partition wall. Furthermore, light cutouts provided by doors and windows are generally critical because they interrupt the overall structure. Fire tests have shown that in the event of a fire, the profile elements can burn through in the transition areas between the fire-resistant pane and the profile elements of the frame or glazing beads, particularly because the path for the fire is shorter.Such a burn-through is extremely critical and has a particularly detrimental effect on the fire or fire resistance duration, especially since the required spatial separation from one room to another can no longer be maintained.

[0009] Furthermore, so-called all-glass doors are known from the prior art, particularly for fire protection purposes. These doors are used to prevent the passage of fire and smoke from one room to another in the event of a fire. In such all-glass doors for fire protection purposes, the door leaf is constructed from a single fire-resistant pane without any additional frame parts. Due to the all-glass design, the design options are particularly limited.

[0010] The DE 20 2016 101 223 U1 shows a device for closing an opening, in particular a door or a window, for fire protection purposes.

[0011] Against this background, the object of the present invention is to provide a partition wall for forming a fire compartment in rooms of buildings, which avoids the disadvantages known from the prior art and is improved with regard to the design options, so that in particular a greater variability with regard to structure and / or materials is possible and at the same time the requirements of smoke and / or fire protection are met.

[0012] To achieve the above-mentioned technical objective, the present invention proposes a partition wall for forming a fire compartment in rooms of buildings according to claim 1.

[0013] The invention further relates to a partition wall of the aforementioned type, wherein the at least one individual wall element and / or one or more further individual wall elements is / are provided by a fixed individual wall element, so that the side surfaces of the at least one wall connection element and / or the ceiling connection element and the side surfaces of the individual wall element(s) extend flush in one plane. The invention therefore also relates to a partition wall according to the invention with only one individual wall element, such as, for example, in a single-leaf door.

[0014] A fire-resistant wooden element within the meaning of the present invention is a wooden element that, in the event of a fire, maintains the required spatial separation from one room to another for a specific period of time. The functional integrity of the spatial separation, i.e., the separation of the rooms, in the event of a fire is advantageously from over 30 minutes to over 180 minutes.

[0015] Because, according to the invention, the side surfaces of the at least one wall connection element and the side surfaces of the at least one individual wall element, in particular the side surfaces of the at least one door leaf or window leaf as an individual wall element, run flush in one plane, the flush design according to the invention advantageously has a smaller surface, so that in the event of fire there is a smaller attack surface and the resistance duration is improved.

[0016] The invention is characterized in that, in the closed state of the door or window, the side surfaces of the at least one ceiling connection element and the side surfaces of the at least one door leaf or window leaf run flush in one plane.

[0017] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the exposed abutting surface of the wall connection element and / or the ceiling connection element connecting the side edges of the side surfaces of the wall connection element and / or the ceiling connection element has or forms a step rebate.

[0018] By means of these further measures according to the invention, individually and / or in combination with one another, a further reduction of the temperature loads otherwise present in the event of a fire can advantageously be achieved, in particular since there are advantageously no protruding elements in the transition areas, so that the resistance duration in the event of a fire is further improved.

[0019] Advantageously, connecting the individual elements eliminates the need for otherwise load-bearing or supporting profile elements. Advantageously, either the vertically or horizontally extending profile elements to the substrate are eliminated. The fire-resistant pane, which is flush with or within the respective door or window leaf surface according to the invention, is thus held on only two sides, instead of four sides as in the prior art. A preferred embodiment of the invention provides for the omission of profile elements that run horizontally to the substrate as transverse friezes, which are otherwise used in the prior art, thereby further improving light transmission and design options.Furthermore, the flush and form-fitting connection of the individual elements of a single wall element provided according to the invention advantageously prevents increased temperature loads that would otherwise occur in the event of a fire, particularly in the transition areas from the fire protection pane to protruding profile elements of frames or glazing beads, so that the resistance duration in the event of a fire is further improved. By joining a door leaf or window leaf made of different fire-resistant or non-combustible materials according to the invention, the design options can be significantly increased, whereby in particular the light transmission can be further designed. A combination of different materials, in particular an alternation and / or combinations of transparent and non-transparent individual elements of a single wall element, thus enables more extensive designs of lighting effects in buildings and / or rooms.

[0020] According to the invention, the individual wall element can be assembled or assembled as a door leaf or window leaf, modularly or in the manner of modules from individual elements made of a fire protection pane and a non-combustible building material panel or a fire-resistant wooden element.

[0021] The invention is characterized in that at least one of the exposed abutting surfaces of the individual elements joined together to form a door leaf or window leaf has or forms a step rebate, preferably an exposed abutting surface of the individual elements of a single wall element joined together to form a door leaf or window leaf, which runs perpendicular to the ground or ceiling of a room.

[0022] An embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the step rebate of the wall connection element and / or the ceiling connection element and at least one step rebate of the door leaf or window leaf are designed to correspond to one another, such that the step rebate of the wall connection element and / or the ceiling connection element provides a stop for the door leaf or window leaf as a single wall element.

[0023] Advantageously, the at least two individual elements of a single wall element, in particular the individual wall element of the door leaf or window leaf, are bonded together in a fire-resistant manner. The bond is advantageously such that even individual elements of a single wall element, which sometimes have a relatively high dead weight, are securely connected and held together for fire protection purposes, particularly in the event of a fire. A fire-resistant bond within the meaning of the present invention is a bond which, in the event of a fire, maintains the required spatial separation from one room to another for a specific period of time. The functional integrity of the spatial separation, i.e. the separation of the rooms, in the event of a fire advantageously ranges from over 30 minutes to over 180 minutes. The adhesive for the bond is preferably a silicone, in particular a two-component silicone.A pasty high-temperature adhesive, which can be used up to temperatures of 1000 °C and is characterized by particularly strong adhesion, is advantageous for bonding. The structure of the adhesive is particularly suitable for use with fire protection elements, such as a non-combustible building board or a fire-resistant wooden element, where at least one of the joint surfaces to be bonded has an absorbent structure.

[0024] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the at least two individual elements of a single wall element, in particular the door leaf or window leaf as a single wall element, are fire-resistantly bonded to one another using a sealing arrangement, preferably a sealing profile, between the two individual elements of a single wall element. An elastically deformable material can also be used as the sealing arrangement. The sealing arrangement, in particular the sealing profile and / or the elastically deformable material, preferably meet smoke and / or fire protection requirements, in particular in accordance with DIN 4102 or DIN EN 13501 or DIN 18095 or DIN EN 1364-3.

[0025] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the horizontally and / or vertically extending abutting surfaces of two adjacently arranged individual elements of a single wall element are substantially blunt. Individual elements of a single wall element with substantially blunt abutting surfaces are particularly easy and cost-effective to manufacture and, moreover, can be connected to one another particularly easily and cost-effectively according to the invention, in particular by modular assembly.

[0026] The same applies accordingly to the individual wall elements constructed in this way. However, individual wall elements are also advantageously provided for a partition wall according to the invention, in which the vertically extending abutting surfaces of two adjacent individual wall elements each have a corresponding stepped rebate, in particular in order to achieve a further improved seal between two adjacent individual wall elements.

[0027] In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, at least one of the exposed abutting surfaces of the individual elements of a single wall element joined together to form a door leaf or window leaf according to the invention has a ship's edge, preferably an exposed abutting surface of the individual elements of a single wall element joined together to form a door leaf or window leaf that runs perpendicular to the substrate. The ship's edge further improves the sealing of the door leaf or window leaf against a corresponding frame, against another door leaf in the case of a double-leaf door, or against another adjacent stop or wall connection element. Advantageously, the ship's edge has a seal or sealing arrangement that closes the gap between the door leaf or window leaf and the corresponding frame, when the door leaf or window leaf is closed.Window leaf and the stop interacting with it, in particular a wall and / or ceiling connection element, are further sealed.

[0028] When using a door leaf for a double-leaf door, the rebates of the two door leaves advantageously form the center stop of the double-leaf door. In a further embodiment of the invention, the sealing arrangement of the rebate designed according to the invention is preferably a sealing profile made of an elastically deformable material, which preferably meets smoke and / or fire protection requirements, in particular in accordance with DIN 4102 or DIN EN 13501 or DIN 18095 or DIN EN 1364-3.

[0029] In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the fire protection pane of an individual element of an individual wall element consists of a composite of at least two glass panes arranged parallel to one another, between which at least one fire protection layer is arranged. The fire protection pane is preferably designed such that it satisfies or fulfills the requirements of DIN 4102 or DIN EN 13501. Such a fire protection pane suitable for smoke and / or fire protection purposes advantageously prevents the passage of fire and / or smoke from one fire compartment or room into another fire compartment or room. In the event of a fire, the fire protection layer between the parallel glass panes is activated, absorbing the heat radiation and forming a highly effective insulating layer.Advantageously, in the present invention, fire-resistant glass or fire-resistant panes made using so-called water-glass technology and / or so-called gel technology can be used for the individual elements of an individual wall element. In a fire-resistant pane made using water-glass technology, materials containing, in particular, an alkali silicate mass are used as the fire-resistant layer between a plurality of glass panes, which act as foaming agents and foam up in the event of a fire. In a fire-resistant pane made using gel technology, the fire-resistant layer arranged between two glass panes, which is activated in the event of a fire, is made of gel-like materials, in particular organic polymers. In gel technology, the two glass panes of the fire-resistant pane are spaced apart from one another by means of a profile-like spacer forming an edge seal.

[0030] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the step rebate of the door leaf or window leaf is formed or provided in that, in the area of the lateral abutting edges of the door leaf or window leaf, one of the glass panes of the fire protection pane is set back relative to the other to form the step rebate.

[0031] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the non-combustible building material panel of an individual element of an individual wall element consists of a base plate made of a non-combustible silicate material and a non-combustible decorative layer glued to the base plate, wherein a cover layer made of melamine resin is preferably applied to the decorative layer.

[0032] A variant embodiment of the invention provides that the non-combustible building material panel or the fire-resistant wooden element has two base plates arranged parallel to one another, which are spaced apart from one another by a spacer arranged between the base plates. The spacer advantageously stabilizes the base plates of the non-combustible building material panel or the fire-resistant wooden element in the event of a fire. The spacer provided for this purpose according to the invention between the base plates of an individual element of an individual wall element designed as a non-combustible building material panel or as a fire-resistant wooden element advantageously enables essentially identical deformation behavior of the corresponding individual elements or individual wall elements and thus contributes to a further improvement of the smoke and / or fire protection properties. The spacer is advantageously firmly connected to the respective base plates, preferably via full-surface bonding. The spacer thereby stabilizes the non-combustible building material panel or the fire-resistant wooden element, so that the deformation behavior or warping behavior of the base plates in the event of a fire is largely standardized and thus further improved. This further enhances the design options of the inventive solution, particularly for smoke and / or fire protection purposes. The spacer, which stabilizes the non-combustible building material panel or the fire-resistant wooden element, particularly in the event of a fire, is advantageously profiled and made of a wood-based material, a composite material of wood and steel, or a composite material of calcium silicate and steel and / or wood.Furthermore, the use of preferably non-combustible plastic profiles, preferably glass fiber reinforced plastic profiles, as spacers is provided.

[0033] Advantageously, the base plates of the non-combustible building material board consist of a non-combustible silicate material and a non-combustible decorative layer glued to the respective base plate, wherein a cover layer of melamine resin is preferably applied to the decorative layer.

[0034] In a further embodiment of the invention, the base plates of the fire-resistant wooden element are made of solid wood and / or a wood-based material. Wood-based materials within the meaning of the present invention are understood, in particular, to be materials produced by crushing wood and subsequently assembling the structural elements thus obtained. The size and shape of the wood particles determine the type of wood-based material and its properties. The wood particles can also be bonded together with or without a binding agent. Wood-based materials within the meaning of the invention include, for example, particleboard, fiberboard, plywood, and / or the like.

[0035] In a further embodiment of the invention, the at least one wall connection element and / or the ceiling connection element is / are made of solid wood and / or a wood-based material.

[0036] A further embodiment of the invention provides that the individual elements of a single wall element have a width and / or height of approximately 20 mm to approximately 1500 mm.

[0037] In a door leaf or window leaf designed according to the invention, the glass pane used, in particular a fire-resistant pane, is flush with the door or window surface. The glass pane is butt-bonded to lateral or horizontal friezes formed by a single element made of a non-combustible building board or a fire-resistant wooden element. Apart from the bonding, advantageously no further fastening means are provided between the glass pane and the friezes, so that the glass pane is held in place, in particular, without glazing beads, without grooving the glass pane, and without a four-sided holding frame for the glass pane. Advantageously, the glass panes are bonded optionally on both sides with horizontal or vertical profiles. The glass pane then runs vertically between the horizontal profiles or horizontally between the vertical profiles over its length.

[0038] Advantageously, the door leaf or window leaf is held by lateral hinges, in particular with pivot hinges arranged at the top and bottom or concealed hinges.

[0039] Further details, features, and advantages of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiment of the invention illustrated in the figures of the drawing. In the drawings: Fig. 1 shows a horizontally sectioned view of a partition wall according to the invention for forming a fire compartment in rooms of buildings; Fig. 2 shows a vertically sectioned view according to section line II according to Fig. 1 ; Fig. 3 a vertical section view of the embodiment according to Fig. 2 according to section line III to Fig. 1 ; Fig. 4 a vertically sectioned view of a further embodiment according to section line II according to Fig. 1 ; and Fig. 5 a vertically sectioned view of the embodiment according to Fig. 4 according to section line III to Fig. 1.

[0040] Fig. 1 , Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show a first embodiment of a partition wall T for forming a fire compartment in rooms of buildings. Fig. 1 , Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 show a second embodiment of a partition wall T for forming a fire compartment in rooms of buildings. Both the partition wall T according to the first embodiment ( Fig. 1 , Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 ) as well as the partition wall T according to the second embodiment ( Fig. 1 , Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 ) provide a room closure. The functional integrity of the room closure, i.e., the separation of rooms, in the event of a fire is advantageously from more than 30 minutes to more than 180 minutes, preferably corresponding to fire resistance class F30, F60, F90, F120, or F180 according to DIN 4102-2 or EN 13501.

[0041] The partition wall T has at least one wall connection element 13 (in Fig. 1 shown on the left), a ceiling connection element 3 (in Fig. 2, Fig. 3 or Fig. 4, Fig. 5shown above) and at least one individual wall element, in this case at least three individual wall elements EW1, EW2 and EW3. The individual wall elements EW1 and EW2 are each designed as a door leaf and in this case form a double-leaf door. The individual wall element EW3 is designed as a fixed individual wall element. The wall connection element 13, the ceiling connection element 3 and the individual wall elements EW1, EW2 and EW3 are in this case designed for fire protection purposes and / or smoke protection purposes. The partition wall T is designed according to the invention such that the side surfaces SF of the at least one wall connection element 13 and the side surfaces SF of the individual wall elements EW1, EW2 and EW3 run flush in one plane.

[0042] The individual wall elements EW1 and EW2 are designed as a double-leaf door for fire protection purposes. Fig. 1shows the double-leaf door constructed from the individual wall elements EW1 and EW2 in a closed state. The individual wall element EW1 forms the first door leaf 1a. The individual wall element EW2 forms the second door leaf 1b.

[0043] In the Fig. 1 , Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 illustrated first embodiment of a partition wall T run in the closed state of the door, as in Fig. 1 shown, the side surfaces SF of the at least one wall connection element 13 and the side surfaces SF of the at least one door leaf 1a or 1b are flush in one plane.

[0044] In the Fig. 1 , Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 shown second embodiment of a partition wall T run in the closed state of the door, as in Fig. 1shown, the side surfaces SF of the at least one wall connection element 13, the side surfaces SF of the ceiling connection element 3 and the side surfaces SF of the at least one door leaf 1a or 1b are flush in one plane.

[0045] In the present embodiments, the door leaves 1a and 1b of the double-leaf door each comprise three individual elements 2a, 2b and 2c arranged vertically aligned next to one another. The individual elements 2a, 2b and 2c of the door leaf 1a and 1b are, as can be seen in particular from Fig. 1recognizable, they are also flush and connected to one another in a form-fitting manner. Form-fitting, in the sense of the present invention, refers to the holding together of parts without constantly acting forces, which is ensured by the shape of the parts, in particular by one part being "in the way" of the other part. The individual elements 2a, 2b, and 2c are connected to one another by bonding 7 the individual elements 2a, 2b, and 2c with a fire-resistant two-component silicone, which securely bonds the individual elements 2a, 2b, and 2c, preferably through its adhesive effect.

[0046] The individual elements 2a and 2c of the door leaves 1a and 1b are each made of a fire-resistant wooden element (see in particular Fig. 1 ). The individual element 2a of the Fig. 1 The door leaf 1a shown on the left has a width of approximately 420 mm and the individual element 2c of the door leaf 1a has a width of approximately 80 mm. The individual element 2a of the Fig. 1 The door leaf 1b shown on the right has a width of approximately 110 mm, and the individual element 2c of the door leaf 1b has a width of approximately 80 mm. Between the two individual elements 2a and 2c of the door leaf 1a and 1b, an individual element 2b designed as a fire protection pane is arranged flush and in a form-fitting manner with the individual elements 2a and 2c.

[0047] The individual element 2b of the door leaf 1a or 1b, designed as a fire protection pane, as well as the individual wall element EW3, as can be seen in particular from Fig. 1 recognizable, in this case constructed from two glass panes 9 arranged parallel to each other and spaced apart by a spacer 11, wherein the space between the glass panes 9 is filled with a fire protection material 10, in this case a gel-like fire protection material. The individual element 2b of the Fig. 1The door leaf 1a shown on the left has a width of approximately 744 mm and the individual element 2b of the door leaf 1b has a width of approximately 1054 mm.

[0048] By means of an edge printing 5 of the glass panes 9 of a fire protection pane, the surrounding spacer 11 can be covered so that it is not visible from the outside.

[0049] The individual elements 2a, 2b, 2c of the individual wall elements EW1, EW2, in this case the door leaves 1a and 1b, are designed such that the abutting surfaces S of two adjacent individual elements 2a, 2b, 2c, which extend vertically to the substrate, are essentially blunt. In this case, a silicone sealant 8 is inserted into a joint that sometimes forms between the individual elements 2a, 2b, and 2c after bonding 7, so that the individual elements 2a, 2b, and 2c are connected to one another in a flush and form-fitting manner.

[0050] The exposed abutting surfaces S of the individual elements 2c, which are assembled to form a door leaf 1a or 1b, each have a corresponding rebate, which seals the double-leaf door accordingly when the door is closed, thus forming a center stop for the double-leaf door shown. For this purpose, the respective rebate also has a seal 12.

[0051] The exposed abutting surfaces S of the individual elements 2a, which are joined together to form a door leaf 1a or 1b, each have a stepped rebate, which interacts with a correspondingly formed stepped rebate on the side of the wall connection element 13 (as in the case of the individual element 2a of the door leaf 1a or individual wall element EW1) or on the side of the individual wall element EW3 (as in the case of the individual element 2a of the door leaf 1b or individual wall element EW2) in the closed state of the respective door leaf 1a or 1b as a stop and seals the door. For this purpose, the stepped rebate further comprises at least one seal 12. In the first embodiment of a partition wall T according to Fig. 1 , Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 the ceiling connection element 3 provides a stop for the door leaf 1a or 1b, in which a side surface SF of the ceiling connection element 3 (in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3the right side surface SF of the ceiling connection element 3) is not flush with the side surface SF of the door leaf 1a or 1b. In the second embodiment of a partition wall T according to Fig. 1 , Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 the ceiling connection element 3 provides a stop for the door leaf 1a or 1b, in which the side surfaces SF of the ceiling connection element 3 are flush with the side surfaces SF of the door leaf 1a or 1b.

[0052] The respective door leaves 1a and 1b each have a stop profile 13 with which they interact. To seal and prevent the spread of fire and smoke in the event of a fire, a seal 12 is arranged on a rebate formed by the stop profile 13. When the door leaf 1a or 1b is closed, the seal 12 seals the gap between the door leaf 1a and the stop profile 13.

[0053] The individual element 2a of the door leaf 1a has, as shown in Fig. 1The wall connection element 13 shown on the left has at least one recess for a receiving body of a hinge 14 for a concealed arrangement between the door leaf 1a and the wall connection element 13, so that a concealed arrangement of the hinge 14 is possible. An embodiment of the invention not explicitly shown here is characterized in that the door leaf 1b can be designed or is designed in accordance with the door leaf 1a with regard to the door closers and / or hinges.

[0054] The door leaf 1b after Fig. 1is arranged, for example, by means of pivot hinges 4 on a room-defining structure not explicitly shown, in this case the floor and ceiling. In the floor area, the door leaf 1b in the present embodiment is also connected to a door closer, a so-called floor door closer. An embodiment of the invention not explicitly shown here is characterized in that the door leaf 1a can be configured or is configured in accordance with the door leaf 1b with regard to the door closers and / or hinges.

[0055] The two door leaves 1a and 1b have, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 or Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 shown as an example for door leaf 1a, each has a floor seal 6 on its side facing the floor in order to seal a gap between the door leaves 1a and 1b and the floor, so that the transfer of fire and smoke is effectively prevented in the event of a fire.

[0056] In an embodiment of the invention not explicitly shown here, the individual elements 2a and 2c of the door leaf 1a and 1b, respectively, are made of a non-combustible building board instead of a fireproof wooden element, which is provided with a non-combustible wood veneer as a decorative layer on its visible sides. The decorative layer can be provided with a top layer of melamine resin if required.

[0057] In a further embodiment of the invention not explicitly shown here, the individual elements 2a and 2c of the door leaf 1a and 1b, respectively, are constructed from two parallel base plates instead of a fire-resistant wooden element, which are spaced apart by a spacer arranged between the base plates. The base plates are each made of a non-combustible building board and / or a fire-resistant wooden element. In the event of a fire, the spacer stabilizes the base plates of the individual elements 2a and 2c, respectively.

[0058] A partition wall designed according to the invention, in which the side surfaces SF of the at least one wall connection element 13 and / or the ceiling connection element and the side surfaces of the individual wall element(s) EW1, EW2, EW3 run flush in one plane, in particular when an individual wall element EW1, EW2 is designed as a door leaf 1a, 1b or window leaf, has the following advantages over the solutions known from the prior art:

[0059] Due to the fact that, according to the invention, the side surfaces of the at least one wall connection element and at least optionally of the ceiling connection element as well as the side surfaces of the at least one individual wall element run flush in one plane, increased temperature loads that would otherwise occur in the event of a fire, in particular in the transition areas from the wall connection element or ceiling connection element to the individual wall element, are advantageously prevented or significantly minimized, so that the resistance duration in the event of a fire is improved.

[0060] The individual wall elements EW1, EW2, EW3 of the partition wall T according to the invention, as a door leaf or window leaf, are variable and advantageously modular in design and can be constructed, so that a wide variety of designs and combinations of different individual elements 2a, 2b, 2c for individual wall elements EW1, EW2, EW3 are possible and conceivable. Thus, the partition wall T according to the invention can be adapted to a wide variety of requirements with regard to light penetration or aesthetics. For example, combinations of the designs of individual elements 2a, 2b, 2c for individual wall elements EW1, EW2, EW3 are possible, with the individual wall elements EW1, EW2, EW3 each having a plurality of individual elements 2a, 2b, 2c arranged horizontally or vertically in alignment with one another, which in turn are arranged vertically or horizontally in alignment with one another.

[0061] The embodiments illustrated in the figures of the drawing and described in connection therewith serve merely to illustrate the invention, which is defined by the appended claims, and are not limiting thereof. List of reference symbols:
