Description

[0001] The present invention relates to an air conditioning unit for cooling a room. One variant is an air conditioning unit that is mounted on the roof of a vehicle (e.g., a mobile home or caravan).

[0002] The principle underlying air cooling, which involves generating cold using a cooling circuit, has long been known and is described, for example, in WO 2007 / 042065 A1. Such air conditioning systems typically contain two fans and two heat exchangers: One fan and an associated heat exchanger belong to the evaporator, in which the air in the room to be cooled is cooled through interaction with the refrigerant. Another fan and an associated heat exchanger belong to the condenser, in which the thermal energy of the refrigerant is transferred to the ambient air and thus dissipated.

[0003] It has been shown that the compressors used in air conditioning units (alternatively referred to as compressors) can generate noise. The compressors are mounted, for example, in polyurethane molded parts (see WO 2007 / 042065 A1). The noise is usually due to the compressor generating forces that are transmitted outward, particularly to the points where the compressor is connected to the housing.

[0004] The object underlying the invention is therefore to propose an air conditioning unit that is noise-reduced.

[0005] The invention solves the problem by an air conditioning unit according to claim 1, wherein the air conditioning unit comprises a housing, a compressor and at least one fastening device for the compressor in the housing, wherein the compressor comprises at least one bearing component, wherein the bearing component and the fastening device are designed and connected to one another in such a way that the compressor is fastened to a base of the housing, wherein the fastening device comprises at least one bracing element, a guide element and two stop elements, wherein the guide element is arranged in a recess in the base of the housing, wherein a length of the guide element is smaller than a height of the recess, wherein the stop elements are each assigned to an end face of the bracing element, wherein an axial distance between the stop elements is variable in an unassembled state, and wherein an axial distance between the stop elements is fixed in an assembled state.,

[0006] In the air conditioning unit according to the invention (an alternative name is, for example, air conditioning system), a compressor is located in a housing and is attached to the floor of the housing by a fastening device. The compressor is located on the inside of the floor and the housing lies on the outside of the floor, e.g. on the roof of a caravan. The fastening creates a mechanical coupling between the compressor and the housing. This means that vibrations from the compressor are transmitted directly to the housing and in particular to the floor of the housing. The bearing component of the compressor is, for example, a base area or an outward-facing section of the compressor. The compressor therefore also rests on the bearing component or at least transfers vibration energy to it.

[0007] The fastening device has a tensioning element, a guide element, and two stop elements. In one embodiment, multiple fastening devices are present. A distinction must be made for the components of the fastening device between an assembled and an unassembled state. The unassembled state can also be referred to as the state during assembly or before the assembled state. During assembly, the components are brought together with the compressor and the housing in such a way that the compressor is coupled to the base of the housing. The guide element is arranged in a recess in the base of the housing. The base therefore has a recess, e.g. a through hole, in which the guide element (in one embodiment a type of sleeve) is inserted. In one embodiment, the tensioning element has a cylindrical shape and is, for example, a type of pin or screw. The length of the guide element is shorter than the height of the recess. The guide element is therefore undersized compared to the recess in which it is inserted. The two stop elements are each assigned to a front side of the bracing element. In other words: The stop elements are arranged at the top and bottom relative to the bracing element and thus allow the fixation of those components that are located axially along the bracing element. The axial distance between the stop elements is variable in the unassembled state and fixed in an assembled state. The axial distance between the two stop elements is therefore changed, for example, during assembly in order to create a fixation or, for example, to adjust the distance between components of the fastening device. In one embodiment, these are in particular components through which the bracing element is passed during assembly, which are therefore subsequently located radially around the bracing element.

[0008] According to one embodiment, several mounting devices are provided, each of which is separately connected to the floor of the housing. Each mounting device thus transfers the compressor's forces to the floor individually and independently of the others. This further distributes and further reduces vibrations.

[0009] One embodiment provides that the bracing element and the guide element are designed and coordinated with one another in such a way that the bracing element, in an unassembled state, is arranged axially movable within the guide element. In this embodiment, the bracing element can thus be moved axially within the guide element in the unassembled state. This is, for example, an alternative to a configuration in which the guide element is part of the bracing element, i.e., e.g., integrally formed therewith.

[0010] One embodiment consists in that the fastening device has two support rings, that the two support rings are located at different heights along the bracing element, that the guide element is located axially along the bracing element between the two support rings, and that in the assembled state the two support rings are in contact with the bottom of the housing and in contact with the guide element. In this embodiment, two support rings are provided which function similarly to the stop elements and define an axial distance or exert a force on components. The guide element is arranged between the two support rings and is therefore framed by them in the axial direction. In the assembled state, the support rings are in contact with the bottom of the housing. Therefore, one support ring is located on the outside and one on the inside of the housing. The outer support ring is assigned a stop element, which is therefore also located outside the housing. In one embodiment, the outer stop element is located axially in front of or further out than the outer support ring. In the axial direction (from outside to inside), the stop element comes first, then a separate support ring, then the guide element, and finally the other support ring. Furthermore, the support rings are in mechanical contact with the guide element. Since the guide element is undersized compared to the recess in the base in which it is located, a force is exerted on the base in the area of the recess. In one embodiment, this leads to deformation of the base in this area.

[0011] One embodiment provides that the fastening device has at least one spring unit, and that the spring unit is arranged axially along the bracing element between the guide element and the bearing component. The spring unit is thus located in the housing and above the base. The spring unit is, for example, a combination of elastic plastic components and a metal spring.

[0012] One design involves the spring unit being arranged in an axially movable manner between the guide element and a stop element when assembled. The stop element in question here is the one assigned to the end face of the tensioning element located in the housing. In this design, the spring unit has play with respect to the axial distance between the guide element and the inner stop element, and thus also with respect to the bearing component of the compressor. This is counteracted by the fixed distance between the two support rings and thus the fixation of the guide element in the recess in the base of the housing.

[0013] One embodiment provides that the fastening device has an additional guide element, that the tensioning element is axially movable within the additional guide element in the unassembled state, and that the spring unit at least partially radially surrounds the additional guide element along the tensioning element.

[0014] One embodiment consists in the guide element and / or the additional guide element being at least partially sleeve-shaped. The bracing element, for example, pin-shaped, is guided through the interior of the sleeve.

[0015] One embodiment provides for a stop element to be designed as a nut. This embodiment preferably involves the tensioning element having an external thread in the axial region of the stop element that corresponds to the internal thread of the nut.

[0016] One embodiment involves a stop element being designed as a flange-like end section of the bracing element. In this embodiment, the stop element is a broad end face, such as the head of a nail.

[0017] One embodiment provides that the base of the housing is elastically deformable, at least in the area of the recess. The base preferably has a vibration-damping effect.

[0018] One design involves the base of the housing, at least in the area of the recess, being made of a foamed plastic. An example of a foamed plastic is EPP, which is expanded polypropylene.

[0019] In detail, there are numerous possibilities for designing and developing the temperature control device according to the invention. Reference is made to the claims subordinate to claim 1. They show: Fig. 1 a schematic representation of an air conditioning unit and Fig. 2 a cross-section through an air conditioning system design.

[0020] The Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an air conditioning system 1 for cooling a room 100 located beneath a roof 101. The cooling circuit or refrigeration process implemented with it is described, for example, in WO 2007 / 042065 A1. Room 100 is, for example, the interior of a caravan or mobile home. For this application, the air conditioning system 1 is thus mounted on the roof 101 of the caravan or mobile home.

[0021] For the refrigeration process, a compressor (alternatively referred to as a compressor) 2 compresses a gaseous refrigerant, which heats up in the process and is transported via a refrigerant line to a condenser (alternatively referred to as a condenser) 3. In the condenser 3, the heat of the refrigerant is released into the ambient air (or outside air) surrounding the room 100. The outside air is sucked in by a corresponding fan and, after interacting with the refrigerant, blown out again in a heat exchanger. Therefore, this unit 3 can also be referred to as an outside air or outdoor heat exchanger. As a result of the release of heat, the compressed refrigerant liquefies. The liquid refrigerant, which is still under high pressure, is expanded to a lower pressure in an expansion device 4, which is designed, for example, as a throttle. The refrigerant cools down in the process.

[0022] In the next step, the refrigerant reaches an evaporator 5, through which the air to be cooled from room 100 is passed. The room air transfers its heat to the refrigerant, which transforms into a gaseous state. Thus, component 5 can also be referred to as an indoor air or indoor heat exchanger. The gaseous refrigerant finally returns to compressor 2, allowing the cooling cycle to continue.

[0023] The cycle described above can also be reversed, so that device 1 serves as a space heater. In this case, the condenser 3 described above acts as an evaporator, and conversely, evaporator 5 serves as a condenser.

[0024] The components of the air conditioning system 1 are located in a housing 10, the base 11 of which rests on the roof 101.

[0025] In the Fig. 2An embodiment is shown in which the compressor 2 with its bearing component 20 is fastened in the assembled state to the base 11 of the housing 10 via two fastening devices 200. The bearing component 20 is a type of metal tab on which one side of the compressor 2 rests. On the opposite side of the compressor 2—not shown here—there is another bearing component, which is connected to the base 11 by another fastening device—not shown here.

[0026] The fastening devices 200 shown here are identical.

[0027] It can be seen that a pin- or screw-shaped bracing element 201 extends from the outside of the housing base 11 through a recess 12 in the base 11 to the bearing component 20 inside the housing. The bearing component 20 has a recess through which the bracing element 201 is guided. The bracing element 201 is surrounded by several components. The components are fixed by the two stop elements 203 arranged on the front sides. The stop elements 203 are, on the one hand, an integral head of the bracing element 201 and, on the other hand, a nut inside the housing 10.

[0028] The sleeve-shaped guide element 202 surrounds the lower section of the bracing element 201 and is axially fixed in the recess 12 between two support rings 204 (alternatively called a washer ring), with an outer support ring 204 located between the outer stop element 203 and the outer side of the base 11. The guide element 202 has an undersize compared to the recess 12, so that the support rings 204 also create a bracing between the guide element 202 and the base 11.

[0029] Axially toward the interior of the housing 10, the guide element 202 is followed by a spring unit 205. The spring unit 205 consists of two conically tapered plastic components and a spring located between them. The compressor 2 rests on the base 11 via the bearing component 20 and is dampened by the spring unit 205. The spring unit 205 surrounds the bracing element 201, which is directly surrounded by a sleeve-shaped additional guide element 206. There is a clearance between the inner support ring 204 on the inside of the base 11 and the upper stop element 203, designed as a nut.

[0030] Overall, the bracing element 201 is thus surrounded along a longitudinal axis by two sleeve-shaped components: guide element 202 and additional guide element 206. List of reference symbols
