Description
[0001] One aspect of the invention relates to a hanging device for freely cantilevering a food storage container. The hanging device has a central rail for directly hanging a food storage container. Another aspect of the invention relates to an arrangement with such a hanging device and a food storage container. A further aspect of the invention relates to a component for a household refrigeration appliance.
[0002] In household refrigeration appliances, it is known that separate food storage containers are positioned within a specific component of the appliance. This is achieved, in particular, by a freely cantilevered suspension on a mounting device. In this context, a freely cantilevered suspension means that the food storage container hangs only from this mounting device and is not held at the bottom by any other component, nor does it rest on any such component. The positioning of the food storage container is therefore achieved solely by this suspension.
[0003] In this context, hanging devices are also known, which are arranged, for example, on the inside of a door of a household refrigerator. This allows a door shelf, which serves as a food storage container, to be hung. Such a design is known, for example, from DE 10 2009 045 058 A1. The hanging rail there is made of plastic. This reduces its stability and load-bearing capacity. Furthermore, its shape is limited. Therefore, its usability and application in various household refrigerator components are also restricted.
[0004] Furthermore, WO 2014 / 19722 A1 discloses a suspension device for the free-cantilevered suspension of a food receiving container. The rail in that document is also made of plastic.
[0005] From DE 10 2016 202190 A1, an elongated rail is known which can have a C-shaped cross-section and to which a container can be attached. Further attachment rails are known from US 2011 / 309732 A1 and DE 10 2009 002059 A1.
[0006] The object of the present invention is to create a more stable suspension device. In particular, its usability and thus its applicability for a wide variety of applications are to be improved.
[0007] This problem is solved by a suspension device according to the independent claim.
[0008] The invention relates to a suspension device for the cantilevered attachment of a food receiving container. The suspension device has a central rail. The central rail is designed for the direct attachment of at least one food receiving container. Attachment is possible without damage. This allows the food receiving container to be attached and removed reversibly. This central rail is a profile rail. This means that it is not just a flat plate, but is designed as a profiled element. It is thus a three-dimensional body. This improves the rigidity of the central rail itself. In particular, this design also improves the possibility of coupling with other components. This also improves usability and increases the range of applications. This profile rail is made of metal. This material design, in addition to the advantages mentioned above, also allows for the individual customization of the hanging device's appearance. Particularly with a metal construction, relatively thin wall thicknesses can be achieved while maintaining greater stability and rigidity when combined with a profile rail. This central rail, from which the food storage containers are intended to be freely suspended, ensures that they can be hung as horizontally as possible. Because this central rail also exhibits higher torsional rigidity, it prevents the suspended food storage container from tilting downwards, especially when it is filled with stored goods.
[0009] Designing the central rail as a profile rail allows for the creation of individual profile shapes. This increases the stability of the rail itself, as well as improving the mounting options for food containers.
[0010] The profile rail has a first, upper hollow chamber. This upper hollow chamber is defined in relation to the vertical direction of the mounting device. This first, upper hollow chamber is formed on the upper edge of a front plate of the profile rail, primarily by roll forming. This front plate is therefore also an integral part of the profile rail. Viewed in the depth direction of the mounting device, this front plate is thus positioned in front of the hollow chamber. The front plate therefore forms a visible front component of the central rail. Behind this, the first, upper hollow chamber is formed. Specifically, the front surface of the front plate is flat. This allows for particularly easy yet precise positioning of a food container.
[0011] The profile rail has a second, lower hollow chamber that is distinct from and spaced apart from the first, upper hollow chamber. This second, lower hollow chamber is integrally formed at the lower edge of the profile rail's front plate, particularly by roll forming. Both hollow chambers extend rearward from the front plate in the depth direction of the mounting device. Specifically, an upper boundary wall of the first, upper hollow chamber is flush with the upper edge of the front plate. Similarly, a lower boundary wall of the second, lower hollow chamber is flush with the lower edge of the front plate.
[0012] The first, upper hollow chamber is designed with a smaller depth (in the direction of the hanging device's depth) than the lower hollow chamber. This offers the advantage of allowing for a very space-saving hanging of a food container. On the one hand, the deeper lower, second hollow chamber significantly increases the rigidity of the profile rail. On the other hand, the reduced depth of the first, upper hollow chamber creates a space behind it into which the hanging elements of the food container can engage. In particular, in one embodiment, such a hanging element of a food container advantageously does not project beyond the depth of the lower, second hollow chamber. This is achieved by the reduced depth of the first and upper hollow chambers. This also allows for a space-saving arrangement of the mounting device. Nevertheless, it enables easy and user-friendly insertion and removal of a food container. This prevents the food container from protruding backward beyond the profile rail.
[0013] In one embodiment, the profile rail is manufactured in one piece. This saves on assembly effort. Furthermore, the one-piece manufacturing process allows for very precise and accurate production of the profile area of this central rail. Finally, this one-piece design offers significant advantages in terms of mechanical stability.
[0014] In one embodiment, the profile rail is a roll-formed profile. Especially when made of metal, such a roll-formed profile is relatively easy to manufacture. This roll-forming method is also advantageous for more complex profile shapes. For example, a flat metal plate, such as a sheet metal plate, can be used to produce the more complex profile section in the form of the profile rail through this roll-forming process. In particular, this method allows for a very advantageous and precise one-piece design. Therefore, a roll-formed profile as a profile rail represents a particularly advantageous embodiment.
[0015] In one embodiment, the profile rail is made of stainless steel. This embodiment is particularly advantageous for using the mounting device under a wide variety of environmental conditions, such as those encountered in a household refrigerator. Since significant temperature and / or humidity differences may occur, a high level of corrosion resistance is achieved with this type of stainless steel design.
[0016] In one embodiment, this profile rail is straight. This means that it has a longitudinal axis that is straight.
[0017] In particular, the central rail is designed as a profiled beam or board. This means that its length is greater, in particular many times greater, than its height and depth.
[0018] In one embodiment, the two hollow chambers are arranged entirely behind the front panel. This means that, viewed vertically, they do not project above or below the front panel. This results in a compact profile rail design. Furthermore, this design also allows, for example, the upper boundary wall of the first, upper hollow chamber to serve as a support and mounting surface for a food container. Thus, a food container is not only suspended from a very thin line or edge formed by the upper edge of the front panel, but from a larger contact surface. This improves stable positioning.
[0019] In one embodiment, both hollow chambers extend uninterrupted over the entire length of the front panel. This improves the advantages regarding stabilization on the one hand and the possibility of coupling with other components of the mounting device on the other.
[0020] In one embodiment, at least one of the hollow chambers has a cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the profile rail, with multiple sides, in particular at least three sides, and in particular four sides. In another embodiment, at least one hollow chamber is open in such a cross-section. Specifically, this cross-sectional geometry of a hollow chamber is thus formed with four sides, but this cross-sectional contour is not completely closed in the circumferential direction. This achieves high stability on the one hand, and on the other hand allows for a certain degree of deformation elasticity in the cross-sectional geometry of the hollow chamber. The freely cantilevered leg, which forms one side of this four-sided geometry, can then also flex to a certain extent. This also allows for improved fastening of the mounting device to a domestic refrigeration appliance component.
[0021] Manufacturing tolerances can then be better compensated for through this design.
[0022] In particular, both hollow chambers are designed accordingly.
[0023] In one embodiment, the profile rail has an open design at a first end, viewed along its longitudinal axis. This open end serves as an insertion point for an additional retaining element of the suspension device. Additionally, or alternatively, the profile rail has a second open end, also viewed along this longitudinal axis. In one embodiment, this open end serves as an insertion point for an additional retaining element of the suspension device. Thus, these open ends are intended to act as coupling points for these retaining elements. This is another highly advantageous embodiment, as it allows a suspension device to be constructed from several separate components. Such a modular concept is particularly beneficial for creating different versions of a suspension device. This allows, for example, a central component in the form of a profile rail to be provided as a standardized component for various versions. The mounting components can then be individually designed. This can depend on where the mounting device is to be housed or attached. Furthermore, this design also makes it easier to individually exchange or replace the individual components of such a mounting device. In particular, versions of the mounting device can also be created using identical mounting components but, for example, different lengths of central rails.
[0024] This design is particularly advantageous because it allows for material differences between the profile rail and the retaining elements. The retaining elements can be single-piece components. They can, for example, be made of plastic. In particular, they can be injection-molded parts.
[0025] The open ends can function as insertion points for the retaining elements. However, they can also be designed, for example, for snapping such retaining elements into place.
[0026] In one embodiment, these insertion brackets at the ends of the profile rail are formed by the laterally open hollow chambers. This gives these hollow chambers multifunctionality. Therefore, no additional components are required to enable this mounting.
[0027] In one embodiment, the mounting device has at least one retaining element. This retaining element is, in particular, L-shaped. One leg of this L-shape is an insertion element that can be inserted into the profile rail to hold the retaining element on the profile rail. In particular, another leg of this L-shape is a coupling element. This coupling element is designed for coupling with a household appliance component. In particular, the coupling element can, for example, have an integrated retaining cam or coupling cam. This can be U-shaped. However, a coupling receptacle or coupling cam receptacle can also be provided, for example. A retaining cam or coupling cam formed on the household appliance component can then engage in this receptacle and mechanically couple to it. In particular, the insertion element of this retaining element can be inserted into the interior of the profile of the profile rail. This means that this insertion part is also concealed when mechanically connected to the profile rail.
[0028] Not only in this context is a profile rail defined as one that, as a profile, has at least one hollow area, particularly at its ends. Such a hollow area can, for example, be a hollow chamber.
[0029] In one embodiment, the retaining element has a rear edge wall. When the retaining element is mounted on the profile rail, the rear wall of the upper, first hollow chamber, viewed in the width direction of the hanging device, is flush with an upper wall section of this rear edge wall. This means that in this width direction, there is a stepless transition between the rear edge wall of the retaining element and the rear wall of the upper hollow chamber. This is very advantageous because a food container with a hanging element can be positioned in the width direction such that this hanging element can overlap the interface between the rear edge wall and the rear wall of the upper hollow chamber in the width direction. This allows such a food container to be positioned as far to the side as possible in the width direction. In this context, it can also be positioned directly against the inside of such a retaining element. This allows for maximum utilization of the clear width of the mounting device between the two opposing retaining elements.
[0030] In one embodiment, when the retaining element is mounted on the profile rail, the rear wall of the lower, second hollow chamber, viewed in the width direction of the mounting device, is flush with a lower wall area of this rear edge wall of the retaining element. This also ensures that, viewed in the depth direction, the retaining element does not protrude beyond the profile rail. This allows for improved positioning and direct contact of the mounting device with a household appliance component.
[0031] In one embodiment, the rear edge wall of the retaining element is not straight when viewed vertically. Specifically, this rear edge wall is stepped along its entire height. In this context, an upper edge wall section of this rear edge wall is positioned further forward in the depth direction of the mounting device than a lower edge wall section in the same vertical direction. This allows for a flush fit with the rear walls of the upper and lower hollow chambers, particularly when these hollow chambers have different depths.
[0032] In one embodiment, the mounting device comprises the profile rail and two separate retaining elements. These retaining elements are attached directly to the profile rail at opposite ends, viewed along its longitudinal axis. This design creates a U-shaped mounting device, specifically a U-shaped bracket. This is a particularly advantageous shape for the entire mounting device. On the one hand, it provides stability, and on the other hand, it allows for a wide range of applications. This enables mounting in various positions, particularly on household appliance components. Finally, this design also creates a kind of limiting element on opposite sides using the retaining elements. This prevents a food container from potentially sliding out too far in the lateral direction when suspended from the profile rail. These retaining elements also act as stops for the food containers in the lateral direction.
[0033] Another aspect of the invention relates to an arrangement with a suspension device according to the aspect mentioned above or an advantageous embodiment thereof. The arrangement further comprises at least one food receiving container separate from the suspension device. This food receiving container, in particular, has a food receiving area and a suspension element. With this suspension element, the food receiving container can be suspended directly from the profile rail. In particular, it can be suspended freely from it. This means, as already explained above, that the food receiving container is no longer supported from below or rests on an additional base or is placed on top of it. In particular, it is only suspended from this profile rail.
[0034] Another aspect of the invention relates to a household appliance component. In particular, this is a household refrigeration appliance component. Specifically, such a household refrigeration appliance component is a door for a household refrigeration appliance. This household refrigeration appliance component has a mounting device according to the aspect mentioned above or an advantageous embodiment thereof. Additionally or instead of this, this household refrigeration appliance component can have an arrangement according to the aspect mentioned above.
[0035] In particular, the design of the central rail as a roll-formed metal profile, for example made of stainless steel, aluminum, or steel, allows for an improvement in this suspension device. The modularity, with its side caps made primarily of plastic, which serve as the retaining elements, further enhances this flexible system.
[0036] This design of the mounting device allows for highly flexible adaptation to various desired widths. This is particularly useful with regard to different widths of household appliance components, especially doors. Only the central rail, which is a separate component of the mounting device, needs to be individually shaped to the required length. Thanks to its very simple manufacturing process, especially as a roll-formed profile, precise shaping of this profile rail is easily achieved even with highly varied and customized lengths.
[0037] Furthermore, the system allows for very simple and flexible adjustment to different heights of support bars, which are typically found on the inner linings of doors of household refrigerators. The mounting brackets can be easily attached to such vertically oriented bars. Therefore, by simply modifying the mounting components, it is also possible to easily adapt such a mounting bracket to different bar specifications and then simply attach the bracket.
[0038] Furthermore, adaptations to other retaining elements, particularly retaining cams molded onto door stiles, are possible through the use of different retaining components. This allows for highly individualized and flexible variations. A highly adapted and precise, especially form-fitting, coupling of such a retaining element on the household appliance component with a corresponding retaining element on a retaining part of the mounting device is always achieved. This is particularly true when a cam-mount system is used to attach the mounting device to the household appliance component, allowing for very flexible adaptation.
[0039] This also allows for easy adaptation to other mounting systems, such as a ladder system on the back wall of an internal container of a household refrigerator. Attachment to the finned sections of such an internal container is also easily possible and adaptable. As mentioned above, the mounting device can therefore be easily adjusted and adapted to various applications. This is made possible in particular by its modular design.
[0040] The metallic design of the profile rail also creates a unique visual appearance. Bent edges can produce optical reflections.
[0041] Furthermore, by creating insertion guides within the hollow chambers and having the retaining elements engage internally within these chambers, maximum utilization of the profile rail's width is achieved. This allows food containers to be easily inserted even at the very ends of the profile rail.
[0042] In particular, the retaining elements are designed to engage positively and force-fit into the insertion guides of the profile rail and are thus coupled accordingly. Contact pressure can be achieved through the width of the hollow chamber and also through a kind of overbending, so that when the retaining element is inserted, this hollow chamber is slightly bent open, thus creating not only a plug connection but also at least a clamping connection. In particular, the design of the mounting device, as explained above, also facilitates subsequent treatment of the metal profile rail. The flush interfaces between the retaining element and the profile rail also conceal any unwanted, potentially sharp edges of the metal profile. This eliminates the need for deburring such edges. By concealing these edges, any undesirable effects from contact are also avoided.
[0043] In one embodiment, the profile rail, particularly its front plate, is slightly tilted relative to a vertical plane. This tilt is also implemented relative to the retaining elements. This allows for the compensation of any necessary draft angle present in the food containers. As a result, these food containers can be hung practically horizontally on the mounting device under these conditions.
[0044] In particular, the rear geometry of the retaining element, especially the aforementioned stepped rear edge wall, provides improved support for the entire mounting device at the transition area between the L-shaped legs and the appliance component. This allows for a more complete, and in some cases more form-fitting, contact between the retaining element and the door frame and back panel.
[0045] The terms "top", "bottom", "front", "back", "horizontal", "vertical", "depth direction", "width direction", "height direction" indicate the positions and orientations given when the hanging device or arrangement or household appliance component is used and positioned as intended.
[0046] Further features of the invention can be found in the claims, the figures and the description of the figures.
[0047] Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to schematic drawings. [0048] In the figures, identical or functionally equivalent elements are given the same reference symbols.
[0049] In Fig. 1 A perspective view shows a hanging device 1. The hanging device 1 is designed for the free-cantilevered hanging of a food container. In the second embodiment, the hanging device 1 has a central rail for directly attaching or hanging a food container. This central rail is a profile rail 2. The profile rail 2 is made of metal. The profile rail 2 has a longitudinal axis A. The profile rail 2 is straight. The profile rail 2 is manufactured in one piece. In the embodiment, it is a roll-formed profile. It is thus, in particular, completely bent into shape from a strip of sheet metal by roll forming. Preferably, the profile rail 2 is made of stainless steel.
[0050] Furthermore, the suspension device 1 has a first retaining element 3. This first retaining element 3 is arranged at a first end 4 of the profile rail 2, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis A. The suspension device 1 also has a second retaining element 5. The retaining element 5 is arranged at a second end 6 opposite the first end 4 on the separate profile rail 2. In the exemplary embodiment, the retaining elements 3 and 5 are each one-piece components. They are made of plastic. These retaining elements 3 and 5, which are separate from the profile rail 2, are L-shaped in the exemplary embodiment in the direction of the longitudinal axis A of the entire suspension device 1. They are directly connected to the profile rail 2. In this assembled final state, the suspension device 1 has a U-shape.
[0051] In Fig. 2 Is the mounting device 1 in a way that allows Fig. 1 shown from different perspectives. It is in Fig. 2 Shown from the rear. It can also be seen that profile rail 1 is a three-dimensional molded component.
[0052] The profile rail 2 has a front plate 7. The front plate 7 is continuous. A first profile section is integrally formed with this front plate 7. Viewed in the depth direction (z-direction), this profile section connects directly to the thin front plate 7 at the rear. This profile section is a hollow chamber 8. This is the first, uppermost hollow chamber when viewed in the height direction (y-direction).
[0053] Furthermore, the profile rail 2 has a second profile area that differs from the first. In the exemplary embodiment, this profile area is a second, lower hollow chamber 9. The hollow chambers 8 and 9 each have boundary walls that delimit the respective cavity.
[0054] A profile rail 2 is a component which has at least one open hollow area bounded by walls.
[0055] As in Fig. 2 As can be seen, the two hollow chambers 8 and 9 are located entirely behind the front panel 7. This means that they do not extend vertically above or below the dimensions of the front panel 7. In the width direction (x-direction), the hollow chambers 8 and 9 extend uninterrupted over the entire length of the front panel 7. As shown in Fig. 2 As can also be seen, an upper boundary wall 8a of the first, upper hollow chamber 8 is horizontally oriented. It directly adjoins an upper edge 7a of the front plate 7.
[0056] Furthermore, the lower hollow chamber 9 has a lower boundary wall 9a. This wall closes at the front with a lower boundary edge 7b ( Fig. 1 ) of the front panel 7 or ends directly at it.
[0057] As in Fig. 2 As can also be seen, the retaining parts 3 and 5 are inserted into the profile rail 2. Thus, the retaining parts 3 and 5 are positioned interlocking on the profile rail 2.
[0058] In Fig. 3 The profile rail 2 is shown in a perspective view. The hollow chambers 8 and 9 are visible. As in Fig. 3 As also shown, the hollow chambers 8 and 9 in the exemplary embodiment are formed with a four-sided cross-sectional shape when viewed in cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis A. Furthermore, it can also be seen that this cross-sectional shape is not completely closed. In particular, the lower boundary wall 8b of the upper hollow chamber 8 is open or does not directly adjoin the front plate 7. Moreover, the upper boundary wall 9b of the lower hollow chamber 9 is spaced apart from this front plate 7. Thus, this lower hollow chamber 9 is also not completely closed around its entire circumference when viewed in cross-section.
[0059] Furthermore, in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 According to the invention, it can be seen that in the depth direction (z-direction) the upper hollow chamber 8 has a smaller depth than the lower hollow chamber 9.
[0060] Furthermore, the profile rail 2 is designed to be open at both its first end 4 and its second end 6. Specifically, the hollow chambers 8 and 9 are open at these opposite ends 4 and 6. A first insertion bracket 10 and a second insertion bracket 11 are integrally formed at these open ends of the hollow chambers 8 and 9. These insertion brackets 10 and 11 are designed to receive, insert, and thus also hold the additional retaining elements 3 and 5. These insertion brackets 10 and 11 are therefore formed at their ends by the laterally open hollow chambers 8 and 9, respectively.
[0061] In Fig. 4 Is the profile rail 2 in a Fig. 3 shown from different perspectives.
[0062] In Fig. 5 An exemplary embodiment of the retaining part 5 is shown in a perspective view. The L-shape is visible here. A first leg 12 of the L is an insertion part for insertion into an insertion holder 10, 11 of the profile rail 2. This leg 12 of the L has insertion elements 13 and 14. These are also formed as hollow chambers. The insertion elements 13 and 14 are designed for precise and, in particular, positive and force-fit insertion into the hollow chambers 8 and 9.
[0063] Furthermore, it can also be seen that this L-leg 12 has a stop edge 15. This stop edge 15 is for direct attachment to an edge 17 ( Fig. 3, 4 ) of the profile rail 2 at the open end 6. In particular, this design of the L-leg 12 also enables a flush arrangement of surface areas of the retaining part 5 to surface areas of the profile rail 2. In particular, in the assembled state, a flush transition is thus possible between a top surface 16 of the retaining part 5 and the upper boundary wall 8a of the upper hollow chamber 8. Furthermore, a flush transition to an inner surface 18 of the retaining part 5, in particular of the L-leg 12, to a front surface 7c ( Fig. 3 ) the front panel 7. In addition, this circumferential stop edge 15 also allows for a flush transition between a rear edge wall 19 ( Fig. 2 ) the retaining parts 3 and 5 to rear walls or rear boundary walls 8c and 9c of the hollow chambers 8 and 9 ( Fig. 4 ) enables this. This is also in Fig. 2 to be seen. Here, the flush transitions between the top surface 16 and the upper boundary wall 8a, as well as the rear boundary walls 8c, 9c to this rear edge wall 19, are shown. In Fig. 1 In this respect, the flush transition between the front side 7c and the inside side 18 can be seen.
[0064] Furthermore, according to the presentation in Fig. 5 The retaining part 5 has a further L-leg 20. This is oriented at an angle of 90° to the L-leg 12.
[0065] Furthermore, in Fig. 2 As can be seen, in the embodiment where the hollow chambers 8 and 9 have different depths, the rear edge wall 19 is not straight when viewed vertically. In particular, it has a stepped shape. In this context, an upper edge wall section 19a is offset forward relative to a lower edge wall section 19b. Thus, in this embodiment with the hollow chambers 8 and 9 of different depths, a flush transition is also possible, viewed in the width direction, between the rear boundary walls 8c and this upper edge wall section 19a on the one hand, and between the rear boundary wall 9c and the lower edge wall section 19b on the other. The edge wall 19 is a rear area at the transition between the L-shaped legs 12 and 20.
[0066] This offset of the edge wall sections 19a and 19b also makes it possible for a hanging element of a food receiving container to be pushed as far outwards as possible in the width direction, and thus in the direction of the longitudinal axis A, and therefore as close as possible to the holding part 3. In particular, this allows the food receiving container to be positioned, if necessary, directly against an inner side 21 ( Fig. 5 ) of the forward-projecting L-leg 20. This creates the space behind the upper edge wall section 19a, which is used to position a hanging element of the food receiving container. The hanging element can thus be positioned so that it overlaps the interface between the hollow chamber 8 and the stop edge 15 in the width direction.
[0067] The further retaining part 3 is designed in accordance with retaining part 5, so that the explanations given for retaining part 5 also apply to retaining part 3. Accordingly, the same reference numerals are shown in the figures for retaining parts 3 and 5 for the respective individual components, as far as can be seen.
[0068] In Fig. 6 The embodiment of the retaining part 5 is shown in a diagram. Fig. 5 The different perspectives shown here reveal that the forward-projecting L-shaped leg 20 has a coupling element 23 on one outer surface 22. This is designed for direct mechanical coupling with a counter-coupling element that is integrally formed on a household appliance component. In particular, this coupling element 23, in the embodiment shown here, is an integrated retaining cam receptacle. A retaining cam can engage in this receptacle; this cam is, for example, integrally formed on a vertically oriented beam that projects backward in the depth direction from an inner lining of a door of the household refrigerator. This retaining cam engages precisely and thus positively in this retaining cam receptacle.
[0069] In Fig. 7 Another embodiment of a suspension device 1 is shown. In this embodiment, the profile rail 2 is not exclusively straight, as explained in the previous embodiments. Rather, the one-piece profile rail 2 is U-shaped. A receiving part 25 and 26 are formed at opposite ends of a central straight section 24 by bending, in particular by roll forming. Here, too, the suspension device 1 has a U-shape. Here, too, the suspension device 1 is of a modular design. The profile rail 2 is again formed in one piece from metal. In one embodiment, it is preferably provided that this central part 24 is a profile section. As described above, it can also have hollow sections. In particular, hollow chambers 8 and 9 can also be provided. In this embodiment, the hollow chambers 8 and 9 can also be designed such that, unlike in the previous embodiment, the boundary walls 8b and 9b are not present. Thus, the contours in cross-section are not rectangular, but triangular, in particular U-shaped.
[0070] In particular, the upper hollow chamber 8, as shown in Fig. 8 It can be seen that it is open at the bottom. In this embodiment, the lower hollow chamber 9 is completely open at the top.
[0071] Here again, retaining elements 3 and 5 are provided. These retaining elements 3 and 5 are separate components from the profile rail 2. They are attached to the receiving elements 25 and 26. As can be seen here, the receiving elements 25 and 26 are continuous plate sections. Retaining element 3, like retaining element 5, can be attached to the profile rail 2 in a non-destructive manner. For example, a push-fit or snap-fit connection to elements 25 and 26 can be provided. In particular, insertion into the hollow chambers 8 and 9 is also provided. A plug connection, especially a positive-locking plug connection, can be provided for this purpose. This connection can also be designed as a friction-fit connection.
[0072] In Fig. 9 An arrangement 27 is shown in a perspective view. This arrangement includes a suspension device 1. This device can be configured according to an exemplary embodiment as described above. The arrangement 27 also includes at least one separate food receiving container 28. This container can be designed as a tray. A receiving area 29 is part of this one-piece food receiving container 28. The food receiving container 28 also includes a suspension element 30. This element is integrally formed on a rear edge of the receiving area 29. The food receiving container 28 is suspended or hooked onto the profile rail 2 from above by means of this suspension element 30. This cantilevered suspension of the food receiving container 28 is visible.
[0073] In the exemplary embodiment according to Fig. 9 It can be seen that two separate food containers 28 and 31 are attached to the hanging device 1. It can also be seen that a hanging element 32 of the food container 31 projects into the space behind the upper edge wall section 19a. This hanging element 32 ends, viewed vertically, above the lower edge wall section 19b. Furthermore, it can be seen that a side wall 33 of the food container 31 rests directly against the inside of the retaining part 3. Thus, the entire clear width between the two inner sides of the retaining parts 3 and 5 can be used to position the food containers 28 and 31. The overlapping position of the hanging element 32 with respect to the interface between the stop edge 15 and the edge edge 17 is shown. A similar arrangement is also found for the hanging element 30.
[0074] In Fig. 10 is the order 27 according to Fig. 9 in reverse perspective to Fig. 9 shown. Food storage containers 28 and 31 can be seen from the front in this context.
[0075] In Fig. 11 Figure 1 shows an embodiment of a household refrigeration appliance component 37 according to the invention. The household refrigeration appliance component 37 is a door for a household refrigeration appliance. In particular, the door has an inner lining 34. This inner lining has vertically oriented and parallel-arranged stiles 35 and 36. The stiles project from the plane of a base plate of the inner lining 34. In particular, these stiles 35, 36 are formed integrally with the inner lining 34. A separate suspension device 1 is arranged on the inner lining 34. In particular, it is attached directly to the stiles. In particular, it is detachably attached to them without damage. Retaining lugs are formed on the inner surfaces of the stiles 35, 36, which engage directly in retaining lug receptacles on the retaining elements 3, 5 of the suspension device. Bezugszeichenliste
