Description
[0001] The invention relates to a vehicle for transporting people according to the preamble of claim 1. According to this, a vehicle is provided with at least one support rod which is connected at one end to a roof area and at the other end to a floor area of the vehicle, wherein one of the two ends of the support rod is connected via a loose bearing which allows a translation of the support rod in its longitudinal direction.
[0002] Such a vehicle is known, for example, from GB 886 568 A.
[0003] Particularly in rail vehicles used for passenger transport, it is important to ensure that grab bars are not unnecessarily stressed when integrating them into rail vehicles, to which both ends of the respective grab bars are typically connected, or other interior components involved. This is intended to prevent negative influences on the structural and dynamic behavior of the vehicle body. For this purpose, it is known to connect one end of a grab bar using a floating bearing.
[0004] Decoupling support rods from the vehicle body with regard to force transmission poses a significant challenge when the support rods are arranged vertically, i.e., between a roof and floor area of the vehicle, and are inclined. Movements of the vehicle body can therefore result in displacements in all spatial directions, which can cause deformation and / or stress in the components involved.
[0005] Based on this, the invention is based on the object of further developing a vehicle of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the support rod, even if it has an inclination, is mounted in such a way that tensions, for example in a vehicle body shell, are effectively reduced.
[0006] This object is achieved by a vehicle having the features of claim 1. The vehicle described at the outset is characterized in that the floating bearing allows rotation of the support rod about a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis of the vehicle, and the other end of the support rod is connected in a rotationally fixed manner via an elastic bearing that allows tilting movements of the support rod, wherein the support rod is firmly connected to a lower bearing via an intermediate piece.
[0007] The floating bearing thus allows both translation of the grab rods in their longitudinal direction and rotation of the grab rods about a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis of the vehicle, while typically transmitting forces acting in the longitudinal or transverse direction of a car body of a (rail) vehicle. In contrast, the other end of the grab rod is connected in a substantially rotationally fixed manner via an elastic bearing. This permits tilting movements and enables suitable tolerance compensation for the connection of the grab rod to the vehicle body. The connection of the grab rod to the vehicle body can also be made indirectly, for example via passenger seats, which in turn are connected to a floor plate of the vehicle. A lower end of the grab rod is firmly connected to a lower bearing via an intermediate piece.
[0008] The floating bearing preferably has a pin that is axially guided in a spherical bearing. This allows the desired degrees of freedom for the support rod described above to be realized particularly effectively in the area of the floating bearing.
[0009] The elastic bearing can have a bolt that is non-rotatably inserted into a hollow cylindrical elastomer spacer. The bolt in question can then tilt around a longitudinal and transverse axis of the vehicle, allowing tolerances to be compensated.
[0010] Preferably, the loose bearing is provided at the end of the support rod facing the roof area of the vehicle and the elastic bearing is provided at the end of the support rod facing the floor area.
[0011] The elastic bearing is advantageously mounted in a rigid mount, which in turn can be formed by a floor or a seat of the vehicle. Overall, the end of the support rod that interacts with the elastic bearing is thus mounted in a rotationally fixed manner, preferably via the hollow cylindrical elastomer spacer and the mount.
[0012] An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. They show: Figure 1a sectional view of a rail vehicle section, with the holding rod arranged therein in its basic position, Figure 2a sectional view of an upper connection area of the holding rod of Fig. 1 , Figure 3 a sectional view of a lower connection area of the support rod of Figure 1 , Figure 4 a sectional view of the rail vehicle section of Fig.1, with the support rod arranged therein in a position tilted relative to the basic position, Figure 5 a sectional view of an upper connection area of the support rod of Fig. 1 , Figure 6 a sectional view of a lower connection area of the support rod of Figure 1 .
[0013] Out of Figure 1 shows the arrangement and fastening of a support rod 1 in a rail vehicle. The support rod 1 is in a basic position relative to the vehicle body, in which no forces are exerted on the support rod 1. The upper end of the support rod 1 is connected to a roof section 2 of a vehicle body via a spherical bearing 3, which is rigidly connected to the support rod 1, and a bolt 4, the upper threaded end of which is screwed into the roof section 2. The lower end of the bolt 4 is mounted in the spherical bearing 3 (cf. Fig. 2 ).
[0014] The articulated bearing 3 allows translational movements of the support rod 1 in its longitudinal direction, as well as rotational movements of the support rod 1 about a longitudinal axis x (perpendicular to the drawing plane of the figures) and a transverse axis y of the vehicle. Rotations of the support rod about the vertical axis z are only possible to a very limited extent. In contrast, the combination of the bolt 4 and the articulated bearing 3 is suitable for transmitting forces between the vehicle body and the support rod 1 in the transverse and longitudinal directions of the vehicle.
[0015] As a result, the bolt 4 and the spherical bearing 3 create a loose bearing for the upper end of the support rod 1.
[0016] Figure 2 also shows a cover 5 for this loose bearing with associated holders 6 for the cover 5.
[0017] Figure 3illustrates a lower connection area for the support rod 1. It can be seen that a lower end of the support rod 1 is firmly connected to a lower bearing 8 via an intermediate piece 7, in the present embodiment by means of a connecting screw 13.
[0018] The lower bearing 8 is designed to be elastic, meaning it allows tilting movements of the grab rod 1 around both the transverse and longitudinal axes of the vehicle. For this purpose, the lower bearing 8 comprises a bolt 9 that is non-rotatably inserted into a hollow-cylindrical elastomer spacer 10. The elastomer spacer 10 is in turn non-rotatably inserted into a rigid lower mount 11, which in the illustrated embodiment is a passenger seat. In other designs, however, a mount can also be formed by a floor of the vehicle or other components connected to a floor of the vehicle.
[0019] To cover the transition area between the lower bearing 8 and the support rod 1, a cover 12 is also provided, which extends from the lower holder 11 to the lower end of the support rod 1.
[0020] The representations of the Fig. 4 to 6 correspond to those of the Figures 1 to 3 , but with the difference that the support rod 1 is rotated around the longitudinal axis x of the vehicle due to deformations of the vehicle body, which can occur during operation of the vehicle due to external forces. This is particularly important in Fig. 5 by the clear angular position of the bolt 4 to the support rod 1 and in Fig. 6 by a corresponding angular position of the bolt 9 of the lower bearing 8 relative to the elastomer intermediate piece 10 and the lower holder 11.
[0021] In addition, a transition from Fig. 2 to Fig. 5 that the support rod has performed a translational movement essentially in the z-direction.
