Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a door system for a vehicle, in particular for a rail vehicle, comprising a door leaf that can be moved from a closed state to an open state and vice versa. The door system includes a longitudinal member extending along a longitudinal axis of the vehicle, having a longitudinal guide in which the door leaf is movably guided. The door system also includes a cross member fixed to the vehicle, which extends along a transverse axis of the vehicle substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal member, the longitudinal member being movably guided in a transverse guide of the cross member by means of a guide device. Furthermore, the door system includes a locking device configured to block relative displacement between the cross member and the longitudinal member in a locked position and to allow displacement of the cross member relative to the longitudinal member in an open position.

[0002] The present invention relates in particular to swing-sliding door systems, including both single-leaf and double-leaf swing-sliding door systems. In the closed position, the door portal formed on the vehicle is closed by the door leaf(s), thus preventing passenger access (i.e., entering or exiting the vehicle). In the open position, the door leaf(s) are in a position in which the door portal is largely open to allow passenger access. The opening and closing movement of the door leaves is achieved via an electromechanical drive unit.

[0003] Such door systems typically feature a locking device that ensures the door leaves are securely locked (especially in the closed position). This is necessary to prevent, for example, the doors from opening unintentionally while driving. During operation of a vehicle equipped with such a door system, forces acting on the door system or the door leaves (e.g., resulting from uneven road surfaces, acceleration, or cornering) can cause movement of the door leaves, which in the worst case can lead to the doors opening unintentionally while driving. Furthermore, such relative movements can result in jamming or misalignment of the door leaves.

[0004] Traditional methods include locking door leaves via a stroke into locking wedges, self-locking drives, portal locks, or motor brakes. More modern locking systems secure the door via pivot columns, lockable swing arms, or rotary latch locks. Many of these systems utilize over-center bearings.

[0005] The existing systems often lack sufficient protection against vibrations or shocks. Furthermore, these systems typically cannot be locked far beyond a dead center position, as the door leaves can be relatively easily moved in the opening direction by a reversing movement. Additionally, overcoming the dead center position with existing locking devices requires a greater force than achieving the necessary sealing dimensions. Finally, the manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning of these existing locking systems are associated with relatively high costs.

[0006] For the state of the art, reference is made to the publications WO 2004 / 065154 A1, DE 42 30 888 A1 and EP 0 517 334 A1.

[0007] Accordingly, the present invention aims to provide a door system of the type mentioned above, which is more cost-effective than known systems and meets higher security standards for locking. The same objective applies to the vehicle also claimed in the invention.

[0008] The aforementioned problem is solved by a door system with the features of claim 1 and a vehicle with a door system designed according to the invention according to claim 18.

[0009] It should be noted that the features listed individually in the claims can be combined with one another in any technically meaningful way (even across category boundaries, for example between device, use, and method) and demonstrate further embodiments of the invention. The description further characterizes and specifies the invention, particularly in conjunction with the figures.

[0010] It should also be noted that the conjunction "and / or" used herein, which stands between two features and links them together, is always to be interpreted in such a way that in a first embodiment of the object according to the invention only the first feature may be present, in a second embodiment only the second feature may be present, and in a third embodiment both the first and the second feature may be present.

[0011] According to the invention, a door system for a vehicle, in particular for a rail vehicle, is proposed, comprising a door leaf that is movable from a closed state to an open state and vice versa, the door system comprising a. a longitudinal member extending along a longitudinal axis of the vehicle, comprising a longitudinal guide in which the door leaf is movably guided; b. a cross member fixed to the vehicle, extending along a transverse axis of the vehicle substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal member, wherein the longitudinal member is movably guided in a transverse guide of the cross member via a guide device; c. a locking device designed to block relative displacement between the longitudinal and cross members in a locked position and to release displacement of the longitudinal member relative to the cross member in an open position.

[0012] The door system is characterized by the fact that the locking device comprises a locking disc which is pivotably mounted on the guide device, and that the locking disc has a curved elongated slot opening in which a guide element arranged non-displaceably on the cross member is at least partially received and guided, wherein the locking disc is pivotable from a first end position to a second end position when the locking device is unlocked by means of a drive device operatively connected to the locking disc and by performing an unlocking pivoting movement, and wherein the longitudinal member and the cross member are non-displaceable relative to each other over a predetermined idle angle of the locking disc when the unlocking pivoting movement is performed.

[0013] A locking device designed according to the invention is particularly characterized by its small installation space requirements, which is why it can be described as especially space-saving. Furthermore, a drive unit already present in most door systems can be used to operate the locking device, which simplifies the design and assembly of a door system according to the invention.

[0014] As mentioned at the outset, a door system designed according to the invention is particularly suitable for implementation or use in vehicles. In this context, a "vehicle" can be understood to mean, in particular, a rail vehicle, for example, a tram, subway, light rail, commuter train, regional train, long-distance train, or other rail-bound passenger transport vehicle. A "vehicle" within the meaning of the invention can also be understood to mean a wheeled passenger transport vehicle, for example, a bus. In principle, it is also conceivable to use a door system according to the invention in other vehicles, such as airplanes or ships, as long as these have a door system.

[0015] The longitudinal beam in question is made of metal, a load-bearing plastic, or a composite material and has a longitudinal guide that extends at least over a portion of the longitudinal beam. The guide can also extend over the entire length of the longitudinal beam. The door leaf is movably guided within the longitudinal guide. In the case of a double-leaf swing-sliding door, both door leaves can be guided in the longitudinal guide. Similarly, in the case of a double-leaf swing-sliding door, two separate longitudinal guides can be formed in the longitudinal beam, with each of the door leaves then being movably guided in its respective longitudinal guide. The guidance of the door leaf(s) can be achieved via suitable support structures, the specific design of which, however, is not the subject of the present invention. The longitudinal guide can be designed in the form of a guide channel, a guide groove, a guide slot, or a guide rail. The longitudinal guide can interact with a roller-bound or slide-bound support structure, whereby the support structure is attached to the door leaf on one side and guided in the longitudinal guide on the other.

[0016] As mentioned, the invention provides for a cross member extending along a transverse axis of the vehicle, essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal member. In a two-leaf swing-sliding door system, two cross members can be provided and arranged opposite each other. "Essentially perpendicular" arrangement refers to manufacturing or assembly-related tolerances that may result in a slight deviation in the angle of 90° between the longitudinal and transverse members. The cross member has a transverse guide, which can be designed as a guide channel, a guide groove, a guide slot, or a guide rail. This guide is connected to the longitudinal member on one side and is movably guided or mounted within the transverse guide on the other.A relative movement of the guide element with respect to the cross member, generated by the drive unit, thus leads – through its coupling to the longitudinal member – to the longitudinal member being carried along and therefore to a lateral movement of the longitudinal member relative to the cross member. The cross member is fixed to the vehicle or integrated into a vehicle section.

[0017] As mentioned, a door system according to the invention comprises a locking device. This device can assume both a locked and an open position. In the locked position, the locking device blocks any relative displacement between the crossbeam and the longitudinal beam. However, "blocking" in this context does not mean that the crossbeam and longitudinal beam are completely rigid relative to each other in the locked position of the locking device. A permissible amount of play, i.e., a slight relative movement, may well be allowed between the components. In the open position of the locking device, the crossbeam can be moved, in particular displaced, relative to the longitudinal beam. When the locking device is in its open position, the door leaves can be opened by means of a pivoting and sliding motion. However, the locking device ensures that the door leaves are secured against unintentional opening when closed.

[0018] According to the invention, the locking device comprises a locking disc which is pivotably mounted on the guide device. The pivoting mounting is designed such that the locking disc can pivot about a longitudinal axis aligned parallel to the longitudinal beam. When unlocking the locking device, the locking disc is pivoted from a first end position to a second end position, i.e., rotated about the aforementioned longitudinal axis, by means of a drive unit operatively connected to the locking disc, in an unlocking pivoting movement. During the unlocking pivoting movement, the longitudinal beam and the crossbeam are fixed relative to each other over a predetermined free-running angle of the locking disc; that is, over a predetermined pivoting angle of the locking disc about the longitudinal axis (free-running angle), no relative displacement occurs between the longitudinal and crossbeams, but rather a free-running movement.During idle operation, the locking disc rotates freely, which can be used, for example, to drive additional locking elements or other components via the drive unit. In a double-leaf swing-sliding door system, the locking device can be redundant, meaning that a separate locking device can be provided for each door leaf between the two crossbeams and the longitudinal beam. The locking discs, provided in duplicate in this case, can be set into a pivoting motion (e.g., the aforementioned unlocking pivoting motion) via a common drive unit. This preferably occurs simultaneously and synchronously.

[0019] A relative movement, i.e., a relative displacement between the longitudinal beam (including the door leaves guided within it) and the crossbeam, only occurs when the locking disc is pivoted by a distance exceeding the free play angle. In the reverse process, i.e., during locking, the locking disc is pivoted in a direction opposite to the unlocking pivot movement, namely from the second end position towards the first end position. Here, too, the free play angle must be overcome before reaching the first end position.

[0020] The advantageous embodiments specified in the dependent claims, as well as further advantageous (or possible) embodiments of the door system proposed by the invention, are described in detail below.

[0021] According to a first embodiment of the invention, the locking disc can be pivoted from the second end position to the first end position by means of the drive unit for locking the locking device. This pivoting movement is the reversal of the locking disc's movement relative to the unlocking movement described above. The pivoting direction of the locking disc during locking is opposite to the pivoting direction during unlocking. The drive unit is therefore able to rotate the locking disc in two pivoting directions.

[0022] As mentioned above, the invention provides that the locking disc has a curved, elongated opening in which a guide element, fixed against displacement on the cross member, is at least partially received and guided. An elongated opening is understood to be one in which the opening (which may be, among other things, a material recess or cutout) has a greater length than width. It is advantageous that the elongated opening does not extend over the entire locking disc, but is formed in a partial section of the locking disc. The elongated opening extends primarily in a plane of the locking disc that lies transversely to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The locking disc is preferably made of metal, a mechanically stable plastic, or a composite material. The term "at least partial insertion" of a guide element can be understood to mean that the guide element projects partially or completely into the slot opening. The guide element's largest cross-sectional diameter can be adapted to the inner diameter of the slot opening. Alternatively, the largest cross-sectional diameter can be smaller than the inner diameter of the slot opening. The guide element can be lubricated against the slot opening to prevent unnecessary friction. The guide element can have a round (e.g., circular) or rounded cross-section. For example, the guide element can be in the form of a rounded bolt or pin. A spherical shape is also possible. The guide element is mounted or flanged to the cross member in a rotationally and movement-resistant manner. The guide element can also be welded to the cross member. The guide element can therefore be an integral part of the cross member or an additional component connected to the cross member. Since the guide element is guided in the elongated slot, pivoting the locking disc causes a change in the guide element's position relative to the slot. Thus, the guide element slides along the slot when the locking disc pivots. However, because the guide element is fixed to the vehicle (by virtue of its design or attachment to the cross member), the slot itself effectively slides relative to the guide element (as it is moved by the pivoting of the locking disc). A curved shape of the slot means that it extends along its length over the locking disc in a curved path.A curved path can be, for example, a circular path, an arc-shaped path, an elliptical path, or any other curved path. According to the invention, the curved path undergoes at least one change of sign. The elongated opening is designed such that continuous movement in the transverse direction of the vehicle is generated by sliding along the guide element.

[0023] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the guide element can be positioned in a first end position in the region of a first elongated hole end when in the locking position. The guide element can either bear against the first elongated hole end with an outer section (i.e., be supported against the inner circumference of the elongated hole) or be positioned in its immediate vicinity.

[0024] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the slot opening can be designed such that, when the locking disc is pivoted by the idle angle, it is displaced relative to the guide element in such a way that the guide element changes position from the first end position to a detent position, the detent position being a position in the region of the slot's center. Advantageously, the change in position of the guide element from the first end position to the detent position corresponds to approximately half the path length of the slot opening. The "idle angle" means that when the locking disc pivots by an angle that results in the aforementioned change in position between the guide element and the slot opening (from the first end position to the detent position), it does not cause any relative movement between the transverse and longitudinal members; it is effectively an idle movement. In the detent position, the locking disc is in a dead-center position. Movement of the longitudinal member relative to the cross member is not possible in this position. The door system is therefore locked in any position of the locking disc in which it has not pivoted beyond its free-running angle. Only by pivoting the locking disc further (beyond its free-running angle) is relative movement between the cross member and longitudinal member possible. This further pivoting of the locking disc (beyond its free-running angle) can be achieved by the drive mechanism.

[0025] In the locked position, the locking disc is arranged in a position similar to a dead center, while in a position corresponding to the detent position of the guide element in the elongated slot opening, the locking disc is arranged in a dead center position. Accordingly, in the dead center position, displacement of the runner plate coupled to the locking disc relative to the cross member is prevented. This can only occur by applying further drive force and pivoting the locking disc further.

[0026] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the elongated slot opening can be designed such that, when the locking disc is pivoted beyond the idle angle, it is displaced relative to the guide element in such a way that the guide element changes position from the detent position, through an intermediate position in the region of a second end of the elongated slot, to a second end position in the region of the center of the elongated slot. As already mentioned, such further pivoting can result in relative movement between the transverse and longitudinal beams. The guide device, which is movably guided in the transverse guide of the transverse beam, undergoes a relative displacement with respect to the stationary transverse beam and carries the longitudinal beam along with it.During the locking reversal process, the guide element first changes position from the second end position (in the center of the elongated hole) through the intermediate position (at the end of the second elongated hole) to the detent position. During this process, the locking disc is pivoted (via the drive unit) in a direction opposite to the pivoting direction of the unlocking movement. This results in a locking pivoting movement. After the guide element reaches the detent position and pivots further in the direction of the locking pivoting movement, a transition to a free-running position occurs when a predetermined locking pivot angle is exceeded, so that no further relative movement takes place between the transverse and longitudinal beams. The locking pivot angle and the free-running pivot angle combine to form a total angle through which the locking disc can be pivoted by the drive unit.

[0027] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the second end position of the guide element (in the area of the center of the elongated hole) can be provided that, relative to the locking disc, it corresponds to the open position of the locking device. In this position, no further pivoting of the locking disc in a pivoting direction corresponding to the unlocking pivoting movement is possible. Pivoting of the locking disc in the direction of the locking position must be effected by the drive mechanism and is therefore blocked by the drive.

[0028] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the guide device may have a guide rail which is received at least partially in a guide bushing of the longitudinal member, and wherein the guide rail is connected in a displacement- and rotationally fixed manner to a runner plate which is slidably mounted in the transverse guide of the cross member by means of a running device. The guide rail extends substantially along the longitudinal axis of the vehicle, i.e., along an axis running parallel to the longitudinal member. The main direction of extension of the runner plate, on the other hand, runs perpendicular to the guide rail, i.e., in a direction parallel to the cross member.

[0029] The guide rail's connection to the runner plate, which is resistant to displacement and rotation, can be achieved, for example, via a screw connection. Other fastening options are also conceivable, such as riveting, welding, etc.

[0030] The running mechanism can, for example, be designed in the form of two rollers connected to the runner plate, with the rollers being received and movably guided in the transverse guide of the crossbeam. According to an advantageous embodiment, the guide rail can be connected to the runner plate and the running mechanism via a threaded bolt. The threaded bolt can have an external thread and be screwed into or engage in a threaded opening formed on the guide rail, the threaded opening having an internal thread corresponding to the external thread of the threaded bolt. The threaded bolt and the threaded opening provided on the guide rail extend parallel to the longitudinal beam. The runner plate can be clamped between an end of the guide rail facing the crossbeam and a threaded bolt head. Furthermore, a connecting element for fastening the running mechanism can be provided on the threaded bolt head.In a double-leaf swing-sliding door system, the longitudinal beam has a guide bushing at each of its two ends to accommodate a respective guide rail. The previously described arrangement of guide bushing, guide rail, runner plate, and running mechanism (and their fastening via a threaded bolt) is therefore provided twice in a double-leaf swing-sliding door system.

[0031] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the locking disc can be rotatably mounted on an outer section of the guide rail. For this purpose, the locking disc can have a hole whose inner diameter is adapted to the outer diameter of the guide rail, thus enabling the locking disc to be rotatably mounted on the guide rail. In the longitudinal direction, the locking disc mounted on the guide rail is limited on one side by the longitudinal beam and on the other by the runner plate, so that longitudinal displacement of the locking disc along the guide rail is prevented.

[0032] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the guide rail and the associated runner plate can provide a drive mechanism for the longitudinal beam, which is configured to carry the longitudinal beam along when the drive mechanism is displaced relative to the cross member. When unlocking, the guide device, in particular the runner plate, is displaceable in the transverse guide via the running device when the locking disc is pivoted beyond the idle angle. The rotationally fixed connection between the running device, runner plate, guide rail, and longitudinal beam ensures that the longitudinal beam, along with the components connected to it, is carried along the transverse guide when the running device is displaced laterally.

[0033] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the locking disc can be arranged between the longitudinal beam and the cross member, and the runner plate can be arranged between the locking disc and the cross member. It can also be advantageous if the aforementioned components are detachably fastened in order to allow individual components to be replaced during maintenance or in the event of damage. A detachable connection also facilitates installation in existing door systems, which can thus be retrofitted with the inventive design.

[0034] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the elongated opening can extend in an arc shape, particularly a boomerang shape, over a section of the locking plate. The aforementioned geometric shape description refers to the elongated opening running in a vertical plane parallel to the cross member (perpendicular to the longitudinal member), or to a top view of the locking plate. An arc shape is understood to mean that the elongated opening does not necessarily have to extend along a geometric semicircle; that is, the curved extension—relative to a hypothetical center point—does not have to have a constant radius, but rather this radius can be variable.A boomerang-shaped extension of the elongated hole opening can be expressed in the form of elongated hole legs arranged at an angle to the center of the elongated hole, wherein the elongated hole legs are preferably angled at the same angle to the center of the elongated hole.

[0035] As already indicated, a further embodiment of the invention provides that the idle angle corresponds to a change in the position of the guide element relative to the locking disc (or the slot opening of the locking disc relative to the guide element) from the first end position in the region of the first slot end to the detent position in the region of the slot center. Pivoting the locking disc about a longitudinal axis of the guide bar (the locking disc is mounted on the guide bar) by the idle angle results in the aforementioned change in position between the guide element and the slot opening (from the first end position to the detent position).

[0036] According to a further embodiment of the invention, a toothed section is arranged on the locking disc, into which the teeth of a drive element, in particular a drive wheel, engage. The toothed section arranged or formed on the locking disc is preferably located on an outer circumferential section of the locking disc. The engagement of the drive element's teeth with the teeth of the locking disc allows rotation of the drive element to generate a counter-rotation or pivoting of the locking disc. The door system can thus be unlocked and locked via the drive element (which is connected to the drive mechanism, for example, via a linkage). The rotational movements of the drive wheel and the locking disc during unlocking and locking are in opposite directions.

[0037] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the locking disc and the drive element can be rotatably mounted on parallel axes of rotation, which proves to be particularly space-saving. In a double-leaf swing-sliding door system, a drive element is provided in the area of both ends of the longitudinal beam in order to set the respective locking discs into rotation. The drive elements can be operated via a common linkage and a common drive or via separate drives (including linkages).

[0038] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the center point of an imaginary circular segment extending along a leg of the elongated hole immediately adjoining the first end of the elongated hole, relative to a vehicle transverse plane (meaning a vertical plane) running parallel to the cross member and perpendicular to the longitudinal member, coincides with the axis of rotation of the locking disc. Such an arrangement enables the described free play. Therefore, pivoting the locking disc from its first end position by the free play angle has no effect on any displacement of the runner plate connected to the locking disc along the cross member.

[0039] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the locking device can be designed and arranged such that, when the locking disc is pivoted by the idle angle, the spatial arrangement of the axis of rotation of the drive element, the axis of rotation of the locking disc, and an axis of symmetry of the guide element remains constant relative to each other. This means that during a displacement of the locking disc by a rotation angle within the range of the idle angle, there is no relative displacement of the positions of these axes. This arrangement, or property, of these axes enables the locking disc to be positioned at a dead center when the guide element reaches the detent position. Furthermore, it enables the locking disc to be positioned beyond the dead center when the guide element is positioned in the first end position (in the region of the first elongated hole end).

[0040] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the guide element can be a guide cam or guide pin. The guide cam or guide pin can be flanged to the cross member, welded to it, or otherwise attached to it. The guide cam or guide pin can be bolt-shaped, i.e., have a round cross-section. The guide cam can also be received in an opening of the cross member or screwed to it in a movement-resistant manner.

[0041] As mentioned at the outset, the problem underlying the invention is also solved with a vehicle having a door system according to the invention.

[0042] Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a non-limiting embodiment of the invention, which is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. This drawing shows: Fig. 1 a perspective rear view of a section of a door system according to the invention; Fig. 2 a perspective front view of a section of a door system according to the invention; Fig. 3 a partial sectional view in longitudinal section through the axis of a guide rail received in the longitudinal member together with the components connected thereto; Fig. 4 a schematic rear view of a section of a double-leaf swing-sliding door system according to the invention, in which the arrangement of a locking device on both sides with respect to the ends of the longitudinal member is shown; Figs. 5-8 schematic views of the unlocking process of a door system according to the invention using a locking device as part of a door system according to the invention.

[0043] In the Figures 1 and 2Figure 1 shows a section of a door system according to the invention in a first and second perspective view. The figure depicts a section of a longitudinal member 1 of a swing-sliding door system extending along a longitudinal axis X of the vehicle, in whose longitudinal guide two door leaves are slidably mounted (not shown). The examples shown in the figures are a two-leaf swing-sliding door system, i.e., all of those shown in the detail views (e.g., Fig. 1 to 3 The components shown are provided at both ends of the longitudinal beam 1 (see figure). Fig. 4 ).

[0044] As in the Figures 1 and 2 As shown, a crossbeam 2, having a transverse guide 4, is arranged transversely to the longitudinal beam 1. The crossbeam 2 extends along a transverse axis Y of the vehicle. As can be seen from the Fig. 4As can be seen, the embodiment shown here includes two crossbeams 2. The crossbeams 2 are attached to the vehicle, i.e., fixed to the vehicle. The longitudinal beam is movably guided in the transverse guides 4 of the crossbeams 2 by means of a guide device 3.

[0045] In the respective transverse guide 4, a runner plate 15 is slidably mounted or guided. In the present example, the runner plate 15 is guided in the transverse guide 4 by means of a running device 19, in particular by rollers.

[0046] The Figure 3The figure shows that the guide device 3 also has a guide rail 13, which is at least partially received in a guide bushing 14 of the longitudinal beam 1. The guide rail 13 is connected to the runner plate 15 in a manner that prevents displacement and rotation. The guide rail 13 is connected to the runner plate 15 and the running device 19 via a threaded bolt 50. Furthermore, the threaded bolt 50 is received in the guide rail 13, specifically in a threaded opening 51. Thus, the guide device 3 provides a connection between the longitudinal beam 1 and the running device 19, which is guided in the transverse guide 4 of the respective crossbeam 2, thereby enabling relative displacement of the longitudinal beam 1 with respect to the crossbeam 2.

[0047] The threaded bolt 50 and the threaded opening 51 provided on the guide rail 13 extend parallel to the longitudinal beam 1. The runner plate 15 is clamped between an end of the guide rail 13 facing the cross member 2 and a threaded bolt head 52. Furthermore, a connecting element 53 for attaching the running assembly 19 is provided on the threaded bolt head 52.

[0048] As the figures further show, the door system also includes a locking disc 5 which is pivotably mounted on the respective guide device 3, wherein the locking disc 5, when unlocking the locking device, is moved from a first end position 11 by means of a drive device 6 operatively connected to the locking disc 5 and by performing an unlocking pivoting movement (see Fig. 5 ) up to a second end position 12 (see Fig. 8The drive unit 6 is pivotable. It comprises a drive element 18 provided with a toothed section 17, the toothed section 17 engaging with a toothed section 16 of the locking disk 5. The drive unit 6 is connected to a drive unit (not shown) via a linkage. The locking disk 5 and the drive element 18 are rotatably mounted on parallel axes of rotation D1, D2 (see, e.g., [reference]). Fig. 5 ).

[0049] A characteristic feature of the present invention is that the longitudinal beam 1 and the transverse beam 2 are fixed against displacement relative to each other during the execution of the unlocking pivoting movement of the locking disc 5 over a predetermined idle angle L of the locking disc 5. In this process, there is no displacement of the runner plate 15 relative to the transverse guide 4 of the transverse beam 2 (cf. Fig. 5, 6 ).

[0050] How in particular the Figures 5 to 8As can be seen, the locking disc 5 has a curved, elongated opening 8 in which a guide element 9, arranged to be fixed against displacement on the crossbeam 2, is partially received and guided. The elongated opening 8 extends in a boomerang shape from a first elongated end 31 to a second elongated end 32 over a section of the locking disc 5.

[0051] The following describes the functioning of the invention with regard to the unlocking process of the door system proposed by the invention, based on the Figures 5 to 8 explained, whereby the Figure 5 a locking position and the Figure 8 represents an open position. In the Figure 5 In the depicted locking position of a locking device belonging to the door system, the locking disc 5 is in a first end position 11. In the Figure 8In the shown open position of the locking device, the locking disc 5 is in a second end position 12.

[0052] In the locked position ( Fig. 5 The guide element 9 is positioned in a first end position 21 in the area of a first elongated hole end 31 of the elongated hole opening 8. The locking disc 5 can be pivoted via the drive unit 6 or the drive element 18. Initially, the locking disc 5 is pivoted by an idle angle L when unlocking ( Fig. 5, 6 ). The pivoting movement displaces the locking disc 5 relative to the guide element 9, so that the guide element 9 changes position from the first end position 21 to a detent position 23, where the detent position 23 is a position in the area of the center of the elongated hole 33 (see figure). Fig. 6The idle angle L corresponds to a change in position of the guide element 9 relative to the locking disc 5 from the first end position 21 in the area of the first elongated hole end 31 to the detent position 23 in the area of the elongated hole center 33 (see figure). Figs. 5 and 6 When the locking disc 5 is pivoted by the idle angle L in the unlocking pivot direction 7, there is no relative displacement of the runner plate 15 with respect to the cross member 2; accordingly, the longitudinal member 1 is also not displaced with respect to the cross member 2. The position of the locking disc 5 according to the Figure 6 This corresponds to a dead-point-like position in which movement of the runner plate 15 (and thus of the longitudinal beam 1) in the transverse direction Y of the vehicle is prevented.

[0053] In contrast, the locking disc 5 is in the locking position after Figure 5in a position similar to a dead center. With respect to a vehicle transverse plane running parallel to the cross member 2 and perpendicular to the longitudinal member 1, the center point of an imaginary circular segment extending along a leg 41 of the elongated hole immediately adjoining the first end of the elongated hole 31 coincides with the axis of rotation D1 of the locking disc 5. When the locking disc 5 pivots through the idle angle L, the spatial arrangement of the axis of rotation D2 of the drive element 18, the axis of rotation D1 of the locking disc 5, and an axis of symmetry S of the guide element 9 remains constant. This geometric relationship allows the locking disc 5 to rotate freely through the angle L.

[0054] If the locking disc 5 is pivoted beyond the idle angle L in the direction of the unlocking pivoting direction 7 during unlocking, the locking disc 5 is displaced relative to the guide element 9 in such a way that the guide element 9 changes position from the detent position 23 ( Fig. 6 ) via an intermediate position 24 in the area of a second elongated hole end 32 (position after Fig. 7 ) up to a second end position 22 in the area of the center of the elongated hole 33 ( Fig. 8 This also results in a displacement of the runner plate 15 along with its associated components. Consequently, a relative displacement of the longitudinal beam 1 occurs with respect to the stationary crossbeam 2. The locking process corresponds to a reversal of the process described in the Figures 5 to 8 shown sequence of steps. Reference symbol list
