Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a luminaire for connection to an elongated support rail, comprising a luminaire body and a fastening means for mechanically fastening the luminaire body to the support rail. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a luminaire system comprising the aforementioned luminaire and an elongated support rail in which the luminaire is mounted and connected.
[0002] Luminaires of the type mentioned above are generally known. Luminaires exist that feature a coupling element. This coupling element is designed to be inserted into a generally elongated support rail and electrically and / or mechanically coupled to the support rail. To couple the coupling element to the support rail, for example, a rotational movement can be performed around a vertical axis of the coupling element, whereby electrical and / or mechanical coupling projections protruding laterally from the coupling element engage in elongated grooves in the support rail, thus electrically and / or mechanically coupling the luminaire to the support rail.
[0003] In cases where the integration of electrical and mechanical coupling in a coupling element is difficult or the resulting mechanical coupling alone is insufficient (e.g., due to the heavy weight of the luminaire and / or to comply with certain legal and / or standard requirements), an (additional) mechanical fastening option may be required. For example, DIN VDE 0100 stipulates that freely suspended equipment weighing over 5 kg must be secured with an additional, independent fastening. In such cases, additional securing elements are usually installed outside the luminaire in the track or next to it on the ceiling. This can involve significant installation effort and the use of additional securing elements. Furthermore, increased space is required in or next to the track.Particularly when additional safety elements are provided outside the support rail, these safety elements such as ropes, hooks, etc. are visible, which impairs the aesthetic appearance of the luminaire.
[0004] A luminaire for connection in an elongated support rail and a luminaire system comprising the luminaire are disclosed in GB 2 245 698 A.
[0005] It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a luminaire and a luminaire system of the type mentioned at the outset, which enable secure mechanical fastening with simple assembly.
[0006] This object is achieved by the subject matter of the independent claims of the present invention. The dependent claims develop the central idea of the present invention in a particularly advantageous manner.
[0007] According to a first aspect, the present invention relates to a luminaire for connection to an elongated support rail. The luminaire has a luminaire body for emitting light by means of a light source. Furthermore, the luminaire has an elongated fastening part extending along a longitudinal axis for mechanical fastening in an elongated support rail. The luminaire body is connected to the fastening part in a load-bearing manner. The elongated fastening part, in turn, has a locking element with a locking wing extending along the longitudinal axis and deflectable transversely to the longitudinal axis in a deflection direction. The locking wing has a coupling projection protruding in the deflection direction. Furthermore, the locking wing has a deflection angle on the end face (i.e., provided or pointing on the end face) with respect to the longitudinal axis. The elongated fastening part further comprises a wedge element with a wedge section, wherein the wedge section is directed toward the deflection angle. The locking element with the locking wing is arranged to be movable relative to the wedge element along the longitudinal axis such that the wedge section deflects the locking wing in the deflection direction upon contact with its deflection angle, thus extending the coupling projection in the deflection direction.
[0008] The locking element can preferably have a further locking wing extending along the longitudinal axis and deflectable transversely to the longitudinal axis in a second deflection direction opposite to the deflection direction. The further locking wing can preferably have a further coupling projection protruding in the second deflection direction. The further locking wing can then further have a further deflection angle on the front side with respect to the longitudinal axis. The wedge section is then also directed towards the further deflection angle. The locking element is movable with both locking wings relative to the wedge element along the longitudinal axis in such a way that the wedge element also deflects the further locking wing via contact with its further deflection angle in the second deflection direction and thus extends the further coupling projection in the second deflection direction.
[0009] According to a second aspect, the present invention further relates to a luminaire for connection to an elongated support rail. The luminaire has a luminaire body for emitting light by means of a light source. Furthermore, the luminaire has an elongated fastening part extending along a longitudinal axis for mechanical fastening in an elongated support rail. The luminaire body is connected to the fastening part in a load-bearing manner. The elongated fastening part has a locking element with two locking wings extending along the longitudinal axis and deflectable transversely to the longitudinal axis in opposite deflection directions. The locking wings each have a coupling projection projecting in the respective deflection direction. The locking wings, in turn, each have a deflection angle on the end face (i.e., provided or pointing on the end face) with respect to the longitudinal axis. The elongated fastening part further comprises a wedge element with a wedge section, wherein the wedge section is directed toward the deflection angles. The locking element is arranged with the locking wings relative to the wedge element along the longitudinal axis such that the wedge section deflects the locking wings in the respective deflection direction through contact with their associated deflection angles, thus extending the coupling projections in opposite directions to the respective deflection directions.
[0010] With the luminaire according to the invention, an independent mechanical locking device is provided via the fastening part thus provided, which, not least due to its elongated shape, can be inserted into a support rail during installation. The particularly simple operating mechanism also enables simple and intuitive mechanical fastening of the luminaire via the fastening part. The conversion of the triggering movement along the longitudinal axis into a lateral extension of the locking wings enables, in addition to ease of use, a particularly compact design of this fastening part with a high level of security for the fastening of the luminaire via it. Furthermore, due to its simplicity of operation and design, the fastening part can be provided particularly inexpensively while simultaneously enabling a high level of installation security.
[0011] By providing two locking wings that extend in opposite directions, a particularly secure fastening is possible while maintaining ease of installation. Furthermore, the forces exerted by the wedge section on the deflection angles are applied safely and evenly to the locking wings thanks to the even distribution, which further simplifies installation and increases safety.
[0012] Preferably, the locking wings can be arranged adjacent to one another. This allows for a particularly compact design. The adjacent arrangement also makes it particularly easy to release the respective locking wings via the wedge section of the wedge element.
[0013] The locking wings can be connected in a connecting section at a location along the longitudinal axis that is remote from the deflection angle, and particularly preferably can be formed integrally over this connecting section. This allows the locking element to have a particularly simple structure. This also enables a uniform deflection of the locking wings, which are essentially mounted on or in the common connecting section.
[0014] Preferably, the deflection angles are arranged adjacent to each other. This allows for a particularly compact design of the fastening part. It also provides a focused point of engagement for the wedge section, enabling safe and easy actuation of the locking wings.
[0015] The deflection angles are preferably arranged in a V-shape, open toward the wedge section. Thus, the deflection angles form an engagement surface for the wedge section in the form of a bevel or tapered groove, so that contact for actuating the locking wings can be provided easily and reliably by means of the wedge element. Furthermore, the V-shape can form a type of guide for the wedge section, ensuring safe and uniform deflection of the locking wings. The wedge section is thus preferably securely guided between the locking wings, so that they can support each other during deflection. This, in turn, simplifies the design of the fastening part.
[0016] Preferably, the deflection angle(s) extend obliquely to the wedge section relative to the longitudinal axis. This provides a simple engagement surface and secure guidance of the wedge section at the deflection angle(s), allowing easy and safe actuation of the fastening part.
[0017] The locking element and, particularly preferably, at least its locking wings are preferably formed integrally with one another. For example, the locking element or the integrally formed locking wings can be provided as a stamped and bent part. For example, the locking element can be made from spring steel. The locking element or the locking wings can thus be manufactured in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner. Similarly, the wedge element with its wedge section can also be formed integrally and preferably also provided as a stamped and bent part. This component can thus also be manufactured in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner.
[0018] The locking element can have a gripping section at the end facing away from the wedge section along the longitudinal axis, in order to move the locking element relative to the wedge element along the longitudinal axis. This allows the relative movement between the locking element and the wedge element to be initiated particularly easily. Furthermore, the provision of the gripping section in the designated area enables the locking element to be securely inserted into the support rail, while the gripping section remains exposed, thus enabling easy operation of the fastening part.
[0019] The wedge section preferably tapers toward the locking element, preferably toward the locking wing(s) or the deflection angle(s), particularly preferably in an arrow shape. The wedge section is thus also equipped with bevels inclined laterally relative to the longitudinal axis, so that the locking wings can be easily pushed out laterally in the deflection direction. This also enables simple and secure contact and easy operation of the fastening component.
[0020] The fastening part can preferably further comprise a frame to support the wedge element and the locking element. The lamp body is preferably connected to the fastening part via the frame. The frame is particularly preferably also provided as a stamped and bent part. This enables a simple overall structure of the fastening part, so that it can be manufactured in a simple and cost-effective manner. In addition, a corresponding frame forms a secure mounting for the parts that are movable relative to one another to enable mechanical fastening, namely the locking element and the wedge element.
[0021] In order to move the wedge element and the locking element relative to one another, the following embodiments are conceivable, for example. The wedge element and the locking element can be arranged so that they can move in the frame along the longitudinal axis. Alternatively, it is conceivable for the wedge element to be fixedly connected to the frame and the locking element to be arranged so that it can move in the frame along the longitudinal axis. Further alternatively, it is conceivable for the wedge element to be arranged so that it can move in the frame along the longitudinal axis and the locking element to be fixedly connected to the frame. The fastening part can thus be provided in any desired manner and, depending on the requirements, mounting position and installation situation, one or both of the previously described elements consisting of the wedge element and the locking element can be provided so that they can move accordingly. In this way, the flexibility of the fastening part with regard to its intended use can be further increased.
[0022] The wedge element or the locking element, if it is fixedly connected to the frame, can preferably be formed integrally with the frame or alternatively - preferably detachably - connected to the frame. If formed integrally with the frame, the corresponding element can, for example, be formed with the frame as an integral stamped and bent part. If the corresponding element is detachably connected to the frame, the corresponding parts can, for example, be made from materials preferred for their respective purpose and, if necessary, different materials. This also makes it easier to manufacture the components, for example in a stamping and bending process, since the tools required for this can be designed more simply. The corresponding provision or connection of the components can then take place in any desired manner and, for example, simply by plugging, clamping or screwing.
[0023] For the detachable connection, the frame can preferably have slotted receptacles open along the longitudinal axis, into which bearing sections of the part of the wedge element or locking element to be detachably connected are or can be inserted longitudinally. Thus, the corresponding element can be securely received and held in the frame using simple structures.
[0024] With a detachable connection, the part of the wedge element or locking element to be detachably connected can be fixed or secured to the frame by means of a fixing device, such as a screw and / or washer. This allows for secure fixation (for example, if the corresponding element is connected to the frame via the slotted receptacles) or even a simple direct attachment to the frame.
[0025] The frame can preferably have two parallel side walls extending along the longitudinal axis, between which the locking element is preferably movably arranged. This allows for a particularly simple frame structure, making it easy and cost-effective to manufacture. At the same time, a frame provided in this way forms a secure structure for supporting the corresponding elements.
[0026] The wedge element can preferably be arranged with a fastening section on a side of the frame facing away from or towards the lamp body. The wedge element can thus be provided on an edge region of the fastening part and, particularly if the locking element is received in the frame and preferably guided longitudinally therein, can allow the latter sufficient space for movement, while the entire fastening part is nevertheless designed to be compact. The fastening section can either be detachably connected to the frame or formed integrally with it, as already described above. Particularly preferably, the wedge section then extends from this fastening section in such a way that it protrudes correspondingly to the locking element or its deflection angle(s), as previously described, in order to enable the lateral extension of the locking wing(s) accordingly. For example, the wedge section can be connected to the fastening section via a connecting section.
[0027] The coupling projection(s) can preferably be aligned with the openings in the frame and, at least when extended, protrude laterally outward through these openings. This prevents the coupling projections from becoming jammed during installation of the luminaire in the support rail. It can also prevent an operator from injuring themselves on the coupling projections when handling the luminaire. These are preferably securely accommodated in the frame when the fastening part is in its initial position, i.e., before the coupling projections are extended.
[0028] The respective through-opening can preferably be designed such that the associated coupling projection is guided within the through-opening during deflection. The through-opening can thus serve as a secure guide for the coupling projections, enabling a defined extension of the coupling projections and thus secure fastening. Due to the guidance through the through-opening, the coupling projection can also be preferentially supported relative to the frame, which further increases the stability of the fastening component and thus the overall fastening of the luminaire in a corresponding support rail.
[0029] The frame can preferably have a crossbar, which also preferably connects the side walls to one another. This makes it possible to provide a particularly stable frame. This frame can also be manufactured particularly easily—for example, using a punching and bending process—and can thus be provided in a simple and cost-effective manner.
[0030] One of the wedge element and the locking element can preferably have a groove extending along the longitudinal axis. In this case, the other of the wedge element and the locking element can have a projection which extends into or through the groove in order to guide the wedge element and the locking element during their relative movement to one another. This can thus provide, on the one hand, a loss protection, in particular of the movable part of the two aforementioned elements. On the other hand, the moving element can be securely guided in such a way that a defined guidance from the deflection angle to the wedge section is possible, thus enabling the extension of the locking wings and thus the mechanical fastening of the luminaire.
[0031] The moving part of the wedge element and locking element can further comprise a guide section, which is supported in a guided manner during the movement of the moving part. Support can be provided, for example, on the lamp body and / or the frame, such as its crosspiece, and / or the other of the parts. The guide section therefore preferably extends parallel to the longitudinal axis. The guide section allows the movement to be carried out in a particularly defined and secure manner, which overall increases the usability and safety of the fastening part.
[0032] The luminaire body can have a luminaire housing and a luminaire head connected to or integrated therewith for accommodating the light source. This allows different luminaire types to be provided in a simple manner. The luminaire housing is preferably connected to the fastening part. This allows a separate luminaire head to be given particular freedom. Furthermore, the fastening part can be provided at a distance from the luminaire head so that light emission is not impeded. In this way, a luminaire head can also be provided at a corresponding distance from the support rail, for example to achieve the desired light emission. The luminaire head is preferably arranged so as to be movable with respect to the luminaire housing. This allows the light emission direction of the luminaire to be easily adjusted. Examples of such a configuration are spotlights. The luminaire housing can preferably have electrical and / or electronic components for operating the luminaire. Thus, these components can be easily provided on the luminaire components that are fixed to the mounting rail, so that the overall usability and safety of the luminaire can be increased.
[0033] The luminaire body can preferably further comprise at least one coupling element for electrical and preferably also mechanical fastening in the elongated support rail. An electrical coupling enables a particularly simple electrical connection of the luminaire to a support rail. The electrical connection can be used purely for power supply or also for data transmission. The additional mechanical fastening can be particularly advantageous if additional fastening of the luminaire is required, for example, to comply with certain legal and / or standard requirements.
[0034] According to a further aspect, the present invention relates to a lighting system comprising a luminaire according to the present invention and an elongated support rail. The support rail can have two longitudinally extending side wall sections which delimit a receiving space therebetween. The side wall sections can have a profile pointing towards the receiving space. The fastening part can be received in the receiving space via an opening in the support rail and can engage with its extended coupling projection or projections in the profile in order to mechanically fasten the luminaire to the support rail. Thus, the fastening part can be inserted into the support rail via its opening with the coupling projections retracted and thus received. Once the fastening part is received in the receiving space, it can be actuated, for example by triggering or actuating the locking element along the longitudinal axis.In this way, the deflection angles are then moved towards the wedge section and, upon contact, the locking wings are deflected laterally in the direction of the deflection, so that the corresponding coupling projections extend laterally in the deflection direction and then engage with the profiling of the support rail.
[0035] The fastening part can have fixing means with which the locking element can be fixed relative to the wedge element; this is particularly true in the locking position, i.e., with the coupling projection(s) extended laterally, in order to permanently maintain the mechanical coupling or fastening. For example, it is conceivable that the above-described projection, which extends through the above-described groove, is designed as such a fixing means, for example in the form of a screw, which is loosely inserted for relative mobility and can be tightened upon reaching the coupling position, thus firmly connecting the locking element to the wedge element.
[0036] The lighting system can furthermore preferably have electrical contact sections extending along the support rail into its receiving space. These can preferably be part of a busbar which, for example, has longitudinal grooves in which the contact sections are inserted lengthwise as electrical conductors and can be tapped for electrical contact. At least one or both side wall sections can have corresponding contact sections. In a preferred embodiment, for example, a busbar is provided on each of the side wall sections, which extend longitudinally along the side wall sections. This allows electrical tapping over the entire length of the support rail. Furthermore, the profilings can also be provided along the entire length of the side wall sections in the same way, thus enabling mechanical fastening at any desired longitudinal position on the support rail. The profiling on the one hand and the contact sections on the other are preferably provided in such a way that they are each accessible for coupling via the receiving space. It is also conceivable for the profiling to be provided as part of a busbar—for example, through its longitudinal groove.
[0037] The luminaire can preferably also be electrically connected to the electrical contact sections for operating the luminaire; this is preferably done by means of the coupling element. Furthermore, the luminaire can preferably also be mechanically coupled to the support rail or its profile; this is also preferably done by means of the coupling element. Thus, the luminaire can be mounted and made ready for operation in a simple and particularly safe manner.
[0038] Further embodiments and advantages of the present invention will now be explained with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings. They show: Fig. 1 a perspective view of a part of a lamp according to the invention according to a first embodiment with fastening part in exploded view, Fig. 2 a side view of the lamp according to the invention according to Fig. 1 with retracted coupling projections, Fig. 3the side view according to Fig. 2 with extended coupling projections, Fig. 4 a top view of the luminaire according to Fig. 2 with retracted coupling projections, Fig. 5 the top view according to Fig. 4 with extended coupling projections as in Fig. 3 , Fig. 6 a front view of a lighting system according to the present invention with a luminaire according to Fig. 1 with retracted coupling projection and a support rail, Fig. 7the front view according to Fig. 6 with extended coupling projections, Fig. 8 a perspective exploded view of the fastening part of the lamp according to the invention according to Fig. 1, Fig. 9 another perspective view of the fastening part shown in exploded view according to Fig. 8 , and Fig. 10 a further perspective view of the fastening part shown in exploded view according to Fig. 8 .
[0039] The figures show an embodiment of a luminaire 1 according to the present invention and components thereof. The luminaire 1 is, as shown in the Figures 6 and 7 can be seen, intended for connection in an elongated support rail 100.
[0040] The lamp 1 has a lamp body 10 for emitting light by means of a lamp (not shown in detail). As can be seen in particular from the Figures 2 and 3As can be seen, the luminaire body 10 can have a luminaire housing 11 and a luminaire head 12 connected to it. The illuminants of the luminaire 1 are preferably accommodated in the luminaire head 12. The luminaire head 12 is preferably arranged such that it can move relative to the luminaire housing 11. For example, the luminaire head 12 itself can be arranged so as to be rotatable about a horizontal axis of rotation D1 on a connecting part 13. The connecting part 13, in turn, can be provided on the luminaire housing 11 via a vertical axis of rotation D2, so that a light emission direction A of the luminaire 1 can be aligned in any spatial direction. In principle, however, any other form of luminaire 1 can also be provided. Electrical and / or electronic components for operating the luminaire 1 are preferably provided in the luminaire housing 11. An LED or an LED module can preferably be used as the illuminant. Other illuminants are also conceivable in principle.
[0041] The lamp 1 or its lamp body 10 can have a coupling element 2 for electrical and preferably further mechanical fastening in the example shown in Figures 6 and 7 shown elongated support rail 100.
[0042] Like the Figures 6 and 7 As can be seen, the elongated support rail 100 can have two longitudinally extending side wall sections 101, which delimit a receiving space 103 therebetween. The side wall sections 101 are further connected to one another via a rear wall section 102 in order to form a support rail 100 that is essentially U-shaped in cross-section. The side wall sections 101 delimit an opening 104 over their entire length and here at an end facing away from the rear wall 102, through which the receiving space 103 is accessible. For example, the coupling element 2 can be inserted into the receiving space 103 and connected to the support rail via the opening 104.
[0043] The side wall sections 101 preferably have a profile 105 facing the receiving space. This profile 105 can be used, for example, to mechanically couple the luminaire 1 to the support rail 100, as will be explained below.
[0044] Longitudinally extending electrical contact sections 106 can preferably be arranged in the receiving space 103 of the support rail. These are provided here, for example, as part of a busbar 108. The busbar 108 has, for example, comb-like longitudinal grooves 107 laterally directed towards the receiving space 103 and here towards each other, in the base of which an electrical conductor is preferably arranged as a contact section 106. The contact sections 106 are preferably provided such that both they and the profiling 105 are freely accessible via the receiving space 103. In the present case, the profiling 105 is provided on a side of the side wall sections 101 facing the opening 104, while the contact sections 106 and the busbar 108 are provided on a side of the side wall sections 101 facing away from the opening 104. Other embodiments and arrangements are also conceivable. It is also conceivable that, for example, the or part of the profiling 105 is provided by the longitudinal groove 107 of the busbar 108.
[0045] The luminaire 1 can preferably be electrically coupled to the electrical contact sections 106 for operating the luminaire 1 by means of the coupling element 2, and further preferably mechanically coupled to the support rail 100 or its profile 105. For this purpose, coupling structures (not further described) can be provided, for example, which protrude laterally from the coupling element 2 or can be extended in order to be retracted into the longitudinal groove 107 for electrical contact with the contact sections 106—for example, by rotating the coupling element 2 itself or at least its coupling structures.
[0046] The combination of luminaire 1 and support rail 100 is also referred to as luminaire system L in the context of the invention.
[0047] The luminaire 1 further comprises an elongate fastening part 3 extending along a longitudinal axis X for mechanical fastening in the elongate support rail 100. The fastening part 3 is in the Figures 1 and 8-10 in exploded view and in the Figures 2-7 shown in assembled state.
[0048] As in particular the Figures 2-7 As can be seen, the lamp body 10 is connected to the fastening part 3 in a load-bearing manner. As can be seen in particular from the illustrations of the Figures 6 and 7As can be seen, the fastening part 3 can also be received via the opening 104 of the support rail 100 in the receiving space 103 and engage in the profiling 105 in a manner described below in order to mechanically fasten the luminaire 1 to the support rail 100. The fastening part 3 can form the only mechanical fastening option for the luminaire 1. It is also conceivable that the fastening part 3, in addition to the coupling element 2, forms an additional fastening option for the luminaire 1, which serves to increase safety and, where appropriate, to comply with legal and / or standard regulations; for example, to comply with defined minimum safety standards for heavy luminaires weighing > 5 kg.
[0049] The fastening part 3 and in particular its locking or fastening mechanism are described in more detail below.
[0050] The elongated fastening part 3 has at least one locking element 4 and one wedge element 5, as can be clearly seen in the exploded views of the Figures 8-10 can be recognized.
[0051] The locking element 4 has a locking wing 40 extending along the longitudinal axis X and deflectable transversely to the longitudinal axis X in a deflection direction R1, R2. As shown in particular in the Figures 9 and 10 As can be seen, the locking element 4 can further have a further locking wing 40 extending along the longitudinal axis X and deflectable transversely to the longitudinal axis X in a second deflection direction R2, R1 directed opposite to the deflection direction R1, R2. Thus, the locking element 4 can have two locking wings 40 extending along the longitudinal axis X and deflectable transversely to the longitudinal axis X in opposite deflection directions R1, R2.
[0052] The locking wing 40 can have a coupling projection 41 protruding in its deflection direction R1, R2. If the locking element 4 has two locking wings 40, the additional locking wing 40 can also have a further coupling projection 41 protruding in its associated second deflection direction R2, R1. Thus, the locking wings 40 each have a coupling projection 41 protruding in the respective deflection direction R1, R2.
[0053] The locking wing 40 further has a frontal deflection angle 42 with respect to the longitudinal axis X. As in particular the Figure 8 As can be seen, if there are two locking wings 40, the further locking wing 40 can also have a further deflection angle 42 on the front side with respect to the longitudinal axis X. Therefore, preferably all locking wings 40 each have a deflection angle 42 on the front side with respect to the longitudinal axis X.
[0054] The wedge element 5 in turn has a wedge section 50, wherein the wedge section 50, like the Figures 8-10 can be seen by way of example, is directed towards the deflection angle 42 or the deflection angles 42, i.e. is opposite to them.
[0055] The locking element 4 is arranged with the locking wing 40 relative to the wedge element 5 along the longitudinal axis X in such a way that the wedge section 50 deflects this locking wing 40 via contact with its deflection angle 42 in the deflection direction R1, R2 and thus extends the coupling projection 41 laterally in the deflection direction, as is the case, for example, with the Figures 5 and 7can be seen. If the locking element 4 has several locking wings 40, the locking element 4 with both locking wings 40 is movable relative to the wedge element 5 along the longitudinal axis X, so that the wedge element 5 also deflects the further locking wing - thus both or all locking wings 40 - via contact with their deflection angles 42 in the respective deflection direction and thus extends the coupling projections 41 in the opposite direction in the respective deflection directions R1, R2. This is clearly the Figures 5 and 7 This simple actuation mechanism allows for secure mechanical fastening by means of a comparatively compact fastening part 3. A simple longitudinal displacement is sufficient to effectively extend the corresponding coupling projections 41 laterally and then bring them into a supporting connection with the support rail 100. This is done here, as in particular the Figure 7can be seen, by moving the coupling projections 41 into the previously described profiling 105 of the support rail 100. Preferably, the profiling 105 is arranged deeper in the receiving space 103 with respect to the opening 104 in order to avoid electrical contact of the coupling projections 41 (and thus of the actuating part 3) with the contact sections 106.
[0056] As in particular the Figures 8-10 As can be seen, the plurality of locking wings 40 can be arranged adjacent to one another. The locking wings 40 can thus be arranged particularly compactly and, in this case, preferably in a flat manner adjacent to one another (in the rest position).
[0057] The locking element 4 and its locking wings 40 are preferably formed integrally with one another. As can be seen from the figures, the locking element 4 can be provided, for example, as a stamped and bent part. The locking element 4 is preferably made of spring steel.
[0058] The locking wings 40 can be connected in a connecting section 43 at a distance from the deflection angle 42 along the longitudinal axis X and can preferably be formed integrally thereover. This is clearly evident, for example, in the Figures 8 and 9 can be found.
[0059] The locking element 4 can preferably have a gripping section 44 at the end facing away from the wedge section 50, as viewed along the longitudinal axis X, in order to move or displace the locking element 4 relative to the wedge element 5 along the longitudinal axis X. Here, the gripping section 44 preferably protrudes at the front along the longitudinal axis X and is thus easily accessible for an operator. The gripping section 44 here points with a flat operating surface 440 at the front - i.e. axially - outwards in the direction of the longitudinal axis X and preferably away from the rest of the fastening part 3, in order to thus form an easily accessible and easy-to-operate engagement surface.
[0060] The deflection angles 42 are preferably arranged adjacent to each other, as is particularly the case with Figure 8can be seen. Particularly preferably, the deflection angles 42 are open towards the wedge section 50 and particularly preferably arranged in a V-shape in order to form a defined and preferably guided engagement surface for the wedge section 50 and thus also to be able to effect a uniform deflection of the locking wings 40.
[0061] Overall, the deflection angle(s) 42 preferably extend obliquely to the wedge section 50 with respect to the longitudinal axis X in order to thus form a corresponding guide bevel for the secure engagement of the wedge section 50 at the deflection angle 42.
[0062] The wedge section 50 runs, as in particular the Figures 8-10can be seen, preferably towards the locking element 4 and preferably its deflection angles 42 (e.g., pointedly); this is preferably arrow-shaped, as can be seen from the figures mentioned. Thus, the wedge section 50 forms, on the one hand, a secure and defined engagement surface for the deflection angles 42. On the other hand, this very engagement surface forms defined starting slopes due to the obliquely extending tip, here on both sides, in order to be able to easily deflect the locking wings 40 in the respective deflection direction R1, R2.
[0063] The fastening part 3 can, as particularly preferred in the exploded views of the Figures 8-10 can be seen, further comprise a frame 6 to support the wedge element 5 and the locking element 4. The frame 6 can, as shown, have two side walls 60 extending along the longitudinal axis X and arranged parallel here.
[0064] The locking element 4 is preferably arranged in a preferably movable manner between these side walls 60. The frame 6 can furthermore have a Figure 10 have a visible crosspiece 61, which here preferably connects the side walls 60 to one another. The frame 6, like the locking element 4 and the wedge element 5, is preferably formed integrally as a stamped and bent part.
[0065] The lamp body 10 can preferably be connected to the fastening part 3 via the frame 6. The frame 6 can, for example, have recesses 62; these are provided here, for example, in the crossbar 61, as in particular the Figure 10 can be removed. The fastening part 3 can then be placed with the frame 6 onto the lamp body 10 - here with the crossbar 61 first - and secured by means of screws 200 (cf. Fig. 1 ), which pass through the recesses 62, are attached to the lamp body 10.
[0066] To achieve the relative movement between the locking element 4 and the wedge element 5, these elements 4, 5 can be arranged in the frame 6 so as to be movable along the longitudinal axis X. Alternatively, it is conceivable for the wedge element 5 to be arranged in the frame 6 so as to be movable along the longitudinal axis X, and for the locking element 4 to be fixedly connected to the frame 6. Alternatively, as shown in the illustrated embodiment, the wedge element 5 can also be fixedly connected to the frame 6, while the locking element 4 is arranged in the frame 6 so as to be movable along the longitudinal axis X.
[0067] The wedge element 5 or the locking element 4, which is always fixedly connected to the frame 6, can be formed integrally with the frame 6 or - as shown - detachably connected to the frame 6. In the detachable connection, the frame 6 can have slotted receptacles 63 open in the direction of the longitudinal axis X, into which bearing sections 51 of the part 4, 5 to be detachably connected (here the wedge element 5) are inserted lengthwise. This can be seen, for example, from the Figures 8-10be derived. Thereafter, the part 4, 5 to be detachably connected (here the wedge element 5) is placed, preferably with its bearing sections 51, in front of the open slotted receptacles 63 as seen along the longitudinal axis X and is then pushed axially into these slotted receptacles 63 along the longitudinal axis X. The part 4, 5 to be detachably connected (here the wedge element 5) is thus connected to the frame 6. The part 4, 5 thus detachably connected can then preferably be further fixed to the frame by means of a fixing means 7. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the fixing means 7 comprises a disk 70 which is inserted into a fixing recess 64, as seen here transversely to the longitudinal axis X, and is held in this position in an axially fixed position with respect to the longitudinal axis X.The thus-attached disc 70 is then secured to the releasably attachable part 4, 5 (here, the wedge element 5) by means of a screw 71, which passes through the disc 70, so that the corresponding part 4, 5 is ultimately releasably and immovably—i.e., fixedly—connected to the frame 6. For this purpose, the screw 71 can, for example, be screwed into a recess 54 of the releasably attachable part 4, 5 (here, the wedge element 5).
[0068] In principle, it is also conceivable that, for example, the part 4, 5 to be detachably fastened is simply placed on the frame 6 and then directly fastened to the frame 6 itself using a fixing means 7, such as a screw 71. A snap-in or locking connection is also conceivable.
[0069] The wedge element 5 can be arranged with a fastening section 52 on a side of the frame 6 facing away from the lamp body 10 (see exemplary embodiment) or facing the lamp body 10. This is preferably done in the manner described above, wherein the screw 71 is then inserted into this fastening section 52 and fastened thereto in order to fix the above-described disc 70 accordingly. In this embodiment, the wedge section 50 can be connected to the fastening section 52 via a connecting section 53, such as the Figures 8-10 can be seen in order to arrange the wedge section 50 here along the longitudinal axis X in accordance with the deflection angles 42.
[0070] The coupling projections 41 are preferably aligned with through-openings 65 in the frame 6. At least in the extended state, as for example in the Figures 5 and 7As shown, the coupling projections 41 preferably protrude laterally (i.e., correspondingly in the direction of the associated deflection directions R1, R2) outward from the frame 6 through these through openings 65. The respective through opening 65 is further preferably designed such that the associated coupling projection 41 is guided in the through opening 65 during deflection (i.e., correspondingly in the direction of the associated deflection directions R1, R2). Overall, the through opening 65 can thus serve, on the one hand, as a guide for the deflection movement of the locking wing 40. On the other hand, the coupling projection 41 can be supported, particularly in the extended coupling position, relative to the frame 6 in the direction of the weight of the luminaire, in order to thus provide an overall particularly stable fastening. The coupling projections 41 can also be easily positioned in a protected manner within the frame 6 in the retracted, relaxed position.
[0071] As in particular the Figures 8-10 As can be seen, the coupling projections 41 can, for example, be formed in two layers (e.g., by forming). Thus, even when using a comparatively thin sheet metal to form the locking element 4, the coupling projection 41 can be particularly stable. Furthermore, the outwardly projecting edge 47 of the coupling projection 41 can be rounded here to ensure a smooth extension movement and avoid the risk of injury from the extended coupling projections 41.
[0072] As in particular the Figures 8-10and 4 and 5, one of the wedge element 5 and the locking element 4 (here the locking element 4) can have a groove 45 extending along the longitudinal axis X. The other of the wedge element 5 and the locking element 4 (here the wedge element 5) can then have a projection 8 which extends into or through the groove 45 in order to guide the wedge element 5 and the locking element 4 during their relative movement to one another. The projection 8 is designed here as a screw and is screwed through the groove 45 into the wedge element 5. The screw shaft 80 can then ensure corresponding longitudinal guidance in the groove 45. The two elements 4, 5 can thus be guided securely and straightly along the longitudinal axis X.
[0073] In a preferred embodiment, a fixing means can also be provided to fix the wedge element 5 and the locking element 4 relative to one another in order to prevent any relative movement of the two elements 4, 5. This is particularly advantageous when the coupling projections 41 are extended in the spread position to lock the luminaire 1 in the support rail 100 and are thus to be secured in this position. For example, the fixing means thus described can be provided by the screw 8 described above. This can then, for example, be screwed further into the wedge element 5 in the spread position so that the screw head 81 presses the locking element 4 against the wedge element 5 so that they are no longer movable relative to one another, in particular with respect to the longitudinal axis X.
[0074] In a preferred embodiment, the moving part of wedge element 5 and locking element 4 (here, the locking element 4) can have a guide section 46, which is supported in a guided manner during the movement of the moving part (here, the locking element 4). The support can be provided, for example, against the lamp body 10 and / or the frame 6 and / or - as shown - the other of the parts comprising the wedge element 5 and locking element 4 (here, the wedge element 5 via the surface 56). The surfaces 410 of the coupling projections 41, which are guided in the through-openings 65, can also serve as corresponding guide sections.
[0075] The fastening part 3 can be assembled, for example, as follows. First, the frame 6 is placed onto the lamp body 10 with the crossbar 61 and screwed tightly to the lamp body 10 using the screws 200 through the recesses 62. Then, the locking element 4 with its wedge projections 41 is inserted longitudinally along the longitudinal axis X into or aligned with the through-openings 65 in the frame 6, so that the locking element 4 is arranged predominantly between the side walls 60 in the frame 6. Then, the wedge element 5 is placed onto the frame 6 from above and then moved along the longitudinal axis X relative to the frame 6, so that the bearing sections 51 move longitudinally into the slotted receptacles 63. Finally, the disc 70 is placed on the wedge element 5 so that it engages in the fixing recesses 64 and is finally screwed with the screw 71 relative to the wedge element 5.Finally, the screw 8 is screwed through the groove 45 into the wedge element 5.
[0076] The fastening part 3 thus provided then protrudes accordingly from the lamp body 10. This fastening part 3 is preferably aligned with the previously described coupling element 2 in the direction of the longitudinal axis X.
[0077] To attach the illustrated luminaire 1 to the support rail 100, the luminaire 1 is then inserted into the support rail 100 with the coupling element 2 and the fastening part 3, so that the coupling element 2 and the fastening part 3 are both arranged in the receiving space 103. The coupling element 2 can then be electrically and preferably also mechanically coupled to the support rail 100 by corresponding electrical and preferably also mechanical, laterally extending contact elements. The electrical contact elements preferably move horizontally into the longitudinal groove 107 of the busbar 108 and are electrically contacted by the contact sections 106. The mechanical contact elements of the coupling element 2, if present, preferably move horizontally into the profile 105 for mechanical coupling. The movement of the electrical and mechanical contact elements is preferably integral.A (preferably additional) mechanical fastening via the fastening part 3 then takes place in such a way that an operator moves the locking element 4 relative to the wedge element 5, preferably by pressing on the handle section 44 in the direction of the longitudinal axis X, such that the deflection angles 42 are moved towards the wedge section 50 until they come into contact at the end. By further moving the locking element 4 relative to the wedge element 5 along the longitudinal axis X, the parts arranged at an angle here (here the V-shaped deflection angles 42 and the arrow-shaped tapered wedge section 50) then act, so that here both locking wings 40 are extended horizontally laterally in the respective deflection directions R1, R2 in opposite directions away from each other and engage in the profiling 105 of the support rail 100.Finally, to secure this coupling position, the screw 8 can be screwed completely into the wedge element 5 so that the wedge element 5 and the locking element 4 are clamped against each other and thus no longer movable relative to each other - i.e., they are fixed.
