Description
[0001] The invention relates to a window or door ventilation element for opening and closing a ventilation gap formed in the region of a window or door seal or a sash overlap seal between a frame or outer frame of a window or door and a window or door adjacent there, which ventilation gap is part of an air flow path leading through a window rebate of the window or a door rebate of the door, wherein the window or door ventilation element comprises a sealing slide, a base plate, a guide plate and an actuating element, and wherein the sealing slide is mounted in a sealing plane arranged between the base plate and the guide plate in a transverse direction of the window or door ventilation element, which runs transversely, in particular perpendicular, to the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element, along at least one first guide element so as to be slidably displaceable.
[0002] Furthermore, the invention is directed to a window or a door having such a window or door ventilation element.
[0003] To ensure sufficient fresh air, homes must be ventilated regularly. Therefore, window or door ventilation units have been developed. These units are installed in the window or door rebate, are subsequently attached to the outside or inside of the window or door sash, or are attached to the window or door frame. These units create an airflow path through the window rebate, either from the inside to the outside or from the outside to the inside, thus enabling air exchange. Many of these systems are designed as retrofittable units. Window or door ventilation units installed in the window or door rebate are typically equipped with a swing flap that automatically opens and closes the airflow path through the window rebate. In addition, window or door ventilation elements are known which are mounted as sash rebate ventilators on the edge of the sash of a window or door or on the window or door frame and which have a generally manually adjustable sealing slider with which, in the area of a window or door seal or a sash rebate seal, a ventilation gap formed between the window or door frame and the adjacent window or door can be closed and covered, which is part of the air flow path leading through the window rebate of the window or the door rebate of the door.
[0004] A window or door ventilation element which is arranged in the rebate between the sash and the frame of a window or door and which has a pivoting pendulum flap which regulates the volume flow along the ventilation path in the window or door rebate is known from DE 199 29 133 A1.
[0005] Window or door ventilation elements that have a manually operable sealing slider that can be pushed out of the window or ventilation element and retracted back into it transversely to the longitudinal direction are known from EP 1715133 B1 and EP 2 987 939 B1. These describe a sealing slider that is arranged on the sash of a window or door and then engages in the sealing area of the sash overlap seal between a window sash and a frame, with an opening in the sash overlap seal provided at this point that can be closed by the sealing slider. The sealing slider is arranged on a window or door sash so that it can be moved in the flow direction of the air flow path formed in the area of the sash overlap seal.
[0006] According to EP 2 987 939 B1, the sealing slide is moved out of the window or door ventilation element and back into it by means of obliquely running elongated hole openings formed in the sealing slide by moving the sealing slide in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element.
[0007] In the generic sealing slide according to EP 1 715 133 B1, the sealing slide is moved out of the window or door ventilation element and back into it by means of elongated hole openings formed in the sealing slide, which run perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element, by moving the sealing slide perpendicularly and transversely to the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element.
[0008] The disadvantage of these manually adjustable window or door ventilation elements for regulating the airflow is that they cannot be installed in a window or door rebate, as they are inaccessible when the window or door sash is closed. Therefore, they are used exclusively as so-called window rebate ventilators, which are mounted on a window or door sash. However, it is often desirable to be able to manually adjust the airflow flowing in the window or door rebate.
[0009] From DE 20 40 261 A1 a ventilation element according to the preamble of claim 1 is known.
[0010] The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a solution which provides a window or door ventilation element which is to be arranged concealed in the window rebate of a window or door rebate of a door and which makes it possible to open and close an air flow path formed in the window or door rebate by manually actuating a sealing slide, wherein the sealing slide can be manually actuated in its position in the window rebate even when the window or door is closed.
[0011] This object is achieved according to the invention by a window or door ventilation element according to claim 1. This object is also achieved by a window or door according to claim 21.
[0012] Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention are the subject of the respective subclaims 2 - 20 and 22.
[0013] In a window or door ventilation element of the type described in more detail at the outset, the object is accordingly achieved according to the invention in that the sealing slide has at least one second guide element and in that, in an actuating plane arranged between the base plate and the sealing slide or between the guide plate and the sealing slide, an actuating plate is mounted so as to be slidable along at least one third guide element in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element, which actuating plate has at least one engagement element, preferably at least one protruding guide cam, on its outer side facing the sealing slide, wherein the at least one engagement element, preferably the at least one guide cam,the actuating plate engages in the at least one second guide element of the sealing slide and, upon displacement of the actuating plate in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element, displaces the sealing slide along the second guide element in the transverse direction, and that the window or door ventilation element is dimensioned such that it can be placed in the window or door rebate in the air flow path, and that the actuating element is arranged on a front edge of the actuating plate and is designed in the form of a handling lever which projects beyond the window or door ventilation element to such an extent that, when the window or door ventilation element is arranged in the air flow path in the window or door rebate, it extends through the ventilation gap to the outside.
[0014] In the case of a window or a door, the object is achieved according to the invention in that at least one window or door ventilation element according to one or more of claims 1 to 20 is arranged in the window rebate of the window or door, wherein the base plate is fixed immovably to the frame or frame of the window or door. The invention provides a window or door rebate ventilator which is to be positioned concealed in the window or door rebate and which is designed to be manually and continuously displaceable by means of an actuating element protruding from the ventilation gap between the window frame or door frame or frame and the adjacent window or door sash between a closed position, in which a sealing slide which is slidably mounted in the window or door ventilation element is extended and closes the air flow path in the area of the ventilation gap by contacting the adjacent window sash or door sash in the area of the window or door rebate, and an open position in which the sealing slide is retracted into the window or door ventilation element and releases the ventilation gap.In this case, an actuating element is moved in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element parallel to the window or door frame and this movement in the window or door ventilation element is converted, redirected or transformed into a movement of the sealing slide transversely, in particular perpendicularly, to this direction of movement of the actuating element.
[0015] The invention thus utilizes the finding that it is expedient and advantageous to form, separately from one another, a sealing plane occupied by a sealing slide and an actuation plane occupied by an actuation plate in the window or door ventilation element. Then, in the actuation plane, the actuation plate can perform a sliding movement in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element, and, in the sealing plane, the sealing slide can perform a sliding movement in a transverse direction oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction. It is then possible to arrange the sealing plane with the sealing slide in the region of a window or door rebate and to extend the actuation plane by means of an actuation element into an area that is no longer concealed by a window or door sash adjacent to the window or door rebate and lies outside the window or door rebate.Due to the separation according to the invention of the actuating plane / actuating plate and the sealing plane / sealing slide, it is possible to create a transmission - here in particular in the form of a second guide element (second elongated hole opening) designed obliquely diagonally to the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element - which designs / designs the actuating path required for moving the sealing slide in the direction of the longitudinal direction L to be significantly longer than the actual sealing path of the sealing slide between its open position or opening position and its closed position. This allows the open position or opening position of the sealing slide to be adjusted much more sensitively and better in intermediate positions than would be possible with a sliding movement only possible in the transverse direction Q of the window or door ventilation element, since this would only allow a small sliding movement over a maximum of the width X of the ventilation gap.
[0016] In order to implement the above finding, it is expedient in an embodiment of the invention if the at least one first guide element is a first elongated hole opening which extends in the transverse direction of the window or door ventilation element and preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element.
[0017] Likewise, in order to implement the above finding in an embodiment of the invention, it is expedient if the at least one second guide element is a second elongated hole opening which is formed obliquely, preferably diagonally, both to the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element and to the transverse direction.
[0018] Furthermore, in order to implement the above finding in an embodiment of the invention, it is expedient if the at least one third guide element is a third elongated hole opening which extends parallel to the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element in the actuating plate.
[0019] Furthermore, the base plate or the guide plate can have at least one guide dome which engages in the at least one first guide element, preferably the at least one first elongated hole opening, of the sealing slide, wherein the at least one guide dome passes through the at least one first guide element, preferably the at least one first elongated hole opening, of the sealing slide and engages in the at least one third guide element, preferably the at least one third elongated hole opening, of the actuating plate.
[0020] In a further embodiment, the invention provides that the at least one engagement element, preferably the at least one guide cam, engaging in the at least one second guide element, preferably the at least one second elongated hole opening, of the sealing slide, slides in the at least one second guide element, preferably the at least one second elongated hole opening, of the sealing slide when the actuating plate moves in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element and moves the sealing slide in the transverse direction (Q) of the window or door ventilation element.
[0021] In this case, it can also be provided that the at least one guide dome engaging in the at least one third elongated hole opening of the actuating plate limits the sliding movement of the actuating plate in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element by means of a respective stop on one of the opposite elongated hole ends of the at least one third elongated hole opening between a left and a right stop position.
[0022] It can also be provided that the at least one guide dome passing through the at least one first elongated hole opening of the sealing slide restricts the sliding movement of the sealing slide in the transverse direction of the window or door ventilation element by means of a respective stop on one of the opposite elongated hole ends of the at least one first elongated hole opening between a retracted and an extended stop position of the sealing slide.
[0023] An advantageous further development of the invention consists in that in the guide plate or base plate having the at least one guide dome, at least one guide groove is formed which extends in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element and receives the at least one engagement element, preferably the at least one guide cam, which guide groove is preferably aligned parallel to the at least one third elongated hole opening of the actuating plate and which preferably limits the sliding movement of the actuating plate in the longitudinal direction of the window or door element in a left and a right stop position by the guide cam abutting on one of the opposite guide groove ends.Advantageously, the elongated hole end of the at least one first elongated hole facing a front edge of the sealing slider is at such a distance from the front edge that the material surface of the sealing slider remaining between the elongated hole end and the front edge is sufficient to cover the width of the ventilation gap formed in the area of the window or door seal or the sash overlap seal between the window or door frame and the window sash or door sash adjacent there, which ventilation gap is part of the air flow path leading through the window rebate of the window or the door rebate of the door, which the invention also provides for in an embodiment.A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the sealing slide is adjustable in the transverse direction of the window or door ventilation element between a retracted maximum opening position, which at least largely releases the air flow path in the ventilation gap, and an extended closing position, which closes the air flow path in the ventilation gap.
[0024] According to the invention, the window or door ventilation element is dimensioned such that it can be placed in the window or door rebate in the air flow path.
[0025] In order to be able to move the actuating plate manually, the invention provides that the actuating element is arranged on a front edge of the actuating plate and is designed in the form of a handling lever which projects beyond the window or door ventilation element to such an extent that, when the window or door ventilation element is arranged in the air flow path in the window or door rebate, it extends through the ventilation gap to the outside, which the invention also provides for in a further development.
[0026] In an embodiment of the invention, it is furthermore expedient for the functionality of the window or door ventilation element if the sealing slide moves in the transverse direction of the window or door ventilation element when the actuating plate moves, in particular by moving the actuating element, in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element.
[0027] Advantageously, the sealing slide can be mounted in the window or door ventilation element so that it can be extended from the front side of the window or door ventilation element which has the actuating element.
[0028] In order to be able to reliably ensure the movement of the sealing slide and the actuating plate, the invention provides in an embodiment that a plurality of guide domes, a plurality of guide cams, preferably a plurality of guide grooves and a plurality of first, second and third guide elements, preferably a plurality of first, second and third elongated hole openings, are formed, wherein at least the respective outer guide domes, preferably each guide dome, are assigned a respective first and a second guide element, preferably a first and a third elongated hole opening.
[0029] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element, a second elongated hole opening is formed in the sealing slide between two first elongated hole openings and in the space between two guide domes each assigned to one of the two first elongated hole openings.
[0030] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element, a guide cam is formed on the actuating plate between two third elongated hole openings and in the space between two guide domes each assigned to one of the two third elongated hole openings.
[0031] In a further development of the invention, each guide dome formed in the guide plate can be aligned with a screw hole formed in the base plate, or each guide dome formed in the base plate can be aligned with a screw hole formed in the guide plate
[0032] A further very expedient embodiment of the invention consists in that the base plate or the guide plate is part of a housing which is closed on several sides with side walls or forms such a housing which has no side wall or housing wall on its front side lying in the direction of movement of the sealing slide and on its underside.
[0033] It may also be advantageous if, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element, a guide groove is formed between each two guide domes on the guide plate or base plate carrying the several guide domes.
[0034] As an alternative to screwing the window or door ventilation element into a window or door rebate, it is also possible to secure the window or door element in the window or door rebate using locking feet. The invention therefore further provides for locking feet to protrude from the top or outer side of the base plate, which are designed to engage in grooves or openings in the window or door rebate.
[0035] Finally, in an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the window or door can be characterized in that the window or door ventilation element is arranged concealed in the window or door rebate on the frame or frame by a window or door sash lying against the frame or frame, in particular an overlap of a window or door sash, wherein the actuating element extends through the ventilation gap and protrudes from the ventilation gap in front of the frame or frame.
[0036] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to a drawing. Fig. 1 schematically shows in perspective top view an exploded view of the essential elements of a window or door ventilation element according to the invention, Fig. 2 schematically shows in perspective top view an exploded view of the essential elements of the window or door ventilation element according to the invention according to Fig.1 , Fig. 3 schematically in perspective side view the window or door ventilation element according to the invention according to Fig.1 and 2 in its maximum opening position with the sealing slide retracted into the window or door ventilation element, Fig. 4 schematically in perspective side view the window or door ventilation element according to the invention according to Fig.1 and 2in its closed position with the sealing slide extended from the window or door ventilation element, Fig. 5a in schematic sectional view the positioning of the window or door ventilation element according to the invention after Fig.1 and 2 in a window or door rebate formed between a window or door frame and a window or door leaf, wherein the sealing slide is in the maximum opening position of the window or door ventilation element according to the invention, Fig. 5b shows a schematic sectional view of the positioning of the window or door ventilation element according to the invention according to Fig.1 and 2 in the window or door rebate formed between a window or door frame and a window or door leaf, wherein the sealing slide is in the closed position of the window or door ventilation element according to the invention, and in Fig. 6 in schematic representation a window with the window or door ventilation element according to the invention.
[0037] The window or door ventilation element 1 according to the invention, designed as a so-called window rebate ventilator or door rebate ventilator and described below, is inserted in the area of a window or door overlap 2 of the window or door sash 4 of a window 3 or a door into the window rebate 6 or door rebate formed between the window or door sash 4 and the frame or frame 5 of the adjacent window 3 or the adjacent door. Here, the window or door ventilation element 1 is dimensioned and positioned such that it is arranged essentially inwardly in the area of the window or door rebate 6 and projects beyond the adjacent frame or frame side 9 with only a left and a right end element 7a, 7b and one or more contact element(s) 8 and into the air guide gap 10, which is formed here in the area of the window or door rebate 2 between the frame or frame side 9 of the frame or frame 5 and the adjacent window or door sash 4. In addition, the window or door ventilation element 1 extends beyond the window or door rebate 2 with an actuating element 11 that extends through the ventilation gap 10, so that the actuating element 11 can be grasped and manually operated by a user even when the window 3 or door is closed.Due to its internal arrangement and positioning in the window or door rebate 6, the window or door ventilation element 1 or the window rebate or door rebate ventilator formed thereby is concealed and only visible when the window or door is swung open. Otherwise, the window or door ventilation element 1 arranged and positioned in the window or door rebate 6 or the window rebate or door rebate ventilator formed thereby is concealed by the window or door sash 4 resting against the frame or outer frame 5. In the exemplary embodiment, the window or door ventilation element 1 is fixedly fastened to the outer frame 6 in the window rebate 6 by means of three screws 12. In a manner not shown, the window or door ventilation element 1 can also be provided with locking feet, preferably protruding from a base plate 13, by means of which the window or door ventilation element 1 can be secured in the window or door rebate 6.
[0038] The ventilation gap 10 is created by removing a piece of the window or door seal, preferably a sash overlap seal, usually attached to the respective window or door sash 4 in a desired first air passage area 14. This creates the ventilation gap 10 in this area, previously filled by the window or door seal. In order to form an air flow path 16 in the window rebate or door rebate 6, at least one second air passage area 15a is created at another location, which is also created by removing the window seal otherwise present there. In the exemplary embodiment according to Figure 6In addition, a desired third air passage area 15b is formed in the same way by removing the window or door seal otherwise present there. The air flow path 16 running through the window or door rebate 6 is then formed between the first air passage area 14 - and thus the ventilation gap 10 formed thereby - and the second and third air passage areas 15a, 15b. The air flow path 16 thus extends in the usual way, for example in the manner described in EP 1 715 133 B1 and EP 2 987 939 B1, from the outside A of a window 3 or a door through the window rebate 6 to the interior space IN adjacent to the window 3 or the window or door sash 4.Since the first air passage area 14 is located on the interior side of the window 3 or door, and the second and third air passage areas are each located on the exterior side A of the window 3 or door, the air flows along the air flow path 16 between the first air passage area 14 and the second or third air passage area 15a, 15b. The window or door ventilation element 1 is placed in the air flow path 16 in the window or door rebate 6, for which purpose it is dimensioned accordingly.
[0039] In the area of the ventilation gap 10, the first air passage area 14 - and thus also the ventilation gap 10 - is delimited laterally on each side by one of the left and right end elements 7a, 7b arranged on the window or door ventilation element 1, in the exemplary embodiment on the base plate 13. When the window 3 or door is closed in the ventilation gap 10, these end elements 7a, 7b rest against the inner side 17 of the adjacent window or door sash 4 facing the ventilation gap 10. The first to third air passage areas 14, 15a, 15b are formed by trimming and removing the respective existing window or door seal, without the need for milling or similar work on the window or door frame 5 or on the window or door sash 4 in this area.
[0040] The upwardly extending contact elements 8 arranged on the front edge 18 of the window or door ventilation element 1, in this embodiment the front edge 25 of the base plate 13, from which the left and right end elements 7a, 7b also protrude, form stops for the window or door ventilation element 1 for contact with the frame or frame side 9 at the edge in the transition to the window or door rebate 6. Similar stops also form the left and right end elements 7a, 7b on the front edge 18 of the window or door ventilation element 1, with their respective areas 19a, 19b, which also protrude upwards.
[0041] The window or door ventilation element 1 consists, as can be seen in particular from the Fig. 1 and 2as can be seen, from the base plate 13, an actuating plate 20, a sealing slide 21 and a guide plate 22, wherein the sealing slide 21 is arranged between the guide plate 22 and the actuating plate 20 and is slidably mounted and the actuating plate 20 is arranged between the base plate 13 and the sealing slide 21 and is slidably mounted.
[0042] The base plate 13 forms an area between the two end elements 7a, 7b, which in the Figures 5a and 5bIn the illustrated positioning of the window or door ventilation element 1, in which the end elements 7a, 7b rest against the closed window sash 4, a slot-shaped opening 23 is formed between the two end elements 7a, 7b, in the area of which, in the installed position of the window or door ventilation element 1, the window seal or window rebate seal is removed, thereby forming the ventilation gap 10 and part of the air flow path 16. On its side edges and on its rear longitudinal side opposite the slot-shaped opening 23, as well as on its upper side, the base plate 13 has side walls 24a-24d, whereas the front area adjacent to the slot-shaped opening 23, or the front side adjacent to the slot-shaped opening 23, as well as the underside of the base plate 13, are designed without a respective side wall and are thus open. The base plate 13 thus forms a housing that is closed on several sides.is part of such a housing.
[0043] The sealing slide 21 has three first elongated hole openings 26 arranged in the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1, evenly distributed over its longitudinal extent, each first elongated hole opening 26 forming a first guide element 26a. The first elongated hole openings 26 extend in the transverse direction Q of the window or door ventilation element 1 and, in the exemplary embodiment, are oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1. Centrally and symmetrically between each two first elongated hole openings 26, as viewed in the longitudinal direction of the window or door ventilation element 1, a second elongated hole opening 27 is formed in the sealing slide 21, each of which is formed obliquely and diagonally extending both to the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1 and to the transverse direction Q. Each elongated hole opening 27 forms a second guide element 27a.
[0044] The guide plate 22 has three guide domes 28 arranged evenly distributed along its longitudinal extent in the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element. The guide domes 28 protrude from an upper side of the guide plate 22 in such a precisely positioned and congruent manner with a first elongated hole opening 26 of the sealing slide 21 that they each engage in a first elongated hole opening 26 of the sealing slide 21. In addition, the guide domes 28 each extend through a first elongated hole opening 26 of the sealing slide 21. Centrally and symmetrically between each two guide domes 28, a guide groove 32 is formed in the guide plate 22. This guide groove extends both in the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1 and parallel to the extension of third elongated hole openings 31 formed in the actuating plate 20. Every third elongated hole opening 31 forms a third guide element 31a.In addition, viewed in the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1, a second elongated hole opening 27 is arranged centrally and symmetrically in the space between two guide domes 28 each assigned to a first elongated hole opening 26 of the sealing slide 21 in the sealing slide 21.
[0045] Three screw holes 36 are formed in the base plate 13, each associated with a guide dome 28. By means of screws 12 guided through a guide dome 28 and a screw hole 36, the window or door ventilation element 1 can be fixed in place in the window or door rebate 6, wherein, in addition, the base plate 13, the actuating plate 20, the sealing slide 21 and the guide plate 22 are held in their superimposed position by means of this screw connection, in the exemplary embodiment in their Figures 3 and 4 shown superimposed position.
[0046] The actuating plate 20 has two guide cams 30 and three third elongated hole openings 31 projecting from its underside or outer side 29 facing the sealing slide 21. Each guide cam 30 forms an engagement element 30a. The guide cams 30 are evenly distributed over the longitudinal extent of the actuating plate 20 and are arranged with such precise positioning and congruent engagement with a second elongated hole opening 27 of the sealing slide 21 that a guide cam 30 engages in a second elongated hole opening 27 and extends through it. The guide cams 30 are also arranged with such precise positioning and congruent engagement with a guide groove 32 of the guide plate 22 that a guide cam 30, after reaching through a respective second elongated hole opening 27, engages in a respective guide groove 32 receiving it.The guide grooves 32 are aligned parallel to the third elongated hole openings 31 of the actuating plate 20 and preferably limit a sliding movement of the actuating plate 20 in the longitudinal direction L of the window or door element 1 in a left and a right stop position by the guide cams 30 stopping at one of the opposite guide groove ends. Viewed in the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1, a guide cam 30 is arranged both centrally and symmetrically between two third elongated hole openings 31 of the actuating plate 20 and centrally and symmetrically in the space between two guide domes 28 on the actuating plate 20, each associated with a third elongated hole opening 31 of the actuating plate 20.
[0047] The third elongated hole openings 31 extend parallel to the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1 and are also evenly distributed over the longitudinal extent of the actuating plate 20 in such a way that they are positioned precisely and congruently with a first elongated hole opening 26 of the sealing slide 21 and a guide dome 28 of the guide plate 22 in each case, that in their longitudinal extent they sweep over the respective one associated first elongated hole opening 26 and the respective one associated guide dome 28, wherein a guide dome 28 engages in a third elongated hole opening 31 after reaching through a first elongated hole opening 26.
[0048] The actuating element 11 in the form of a handling lever 35 is arranged on a front edge 34 of the actuating plate 20. The handling lever 35 projects beyond the window or door ventilation element 1 to such an extent that, when the window or door ventilation element 1 is arranged in the air flow path 16 in the window or door rebate 6, it extends through the ventilation gap 10 to the outside and, there, can be reached and manually actuated in front of the window or door frame 5. In the window or door ventilation element 1, the actuating plate 20 is mounted in an actuating plane arranged between the base plate 13 and the guide plate 22, in the exemplary embodiment in an actuating plane formed between the sealing slide 21 and the base plate 13, by means of the guide domes 28 in the third elongated hole openings 31, and is slidably mounted in the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1.
[0049] The sealing slide 21 is slidably mounted in the window or door ventilation element 1 in a sealing plane which is also arranged between the base plate 13 and the guide plate 22, in the exemplary embodiment in a sealing plane formed between the actuating plate 20 and the guide plate 22, by means of the guide domes 28 in the first elongated hole openings 26 in a transverse direction Q of the window or door ventilation element 1, which runs transversely to the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1 and, in the exemplary embodiment, perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1, as predetermined by the first elongated hole openings 26.In this case, the guide cams 30, which each engage in a second elongated hole opening 27 of the sealing slide 21, slide in the respective second elongated hole opening 27 when the actuating plate 20 moves in the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1 and move the sealing slide 21 in the transverse direction Q of the window or door ventilation element 1 and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L in accordance with the orientation of the first elongated hole openings 26. The movement of the actuating plate 20 in the longitudinal direction L of the window or door element 1 is carried out manually by grasping and slidingly actuating the actuating element 11, wherein the displacement in the longitudinal direction L is determined by sliding along the third elongated hole openings 31 of the actuating plate 20 on a guide dome 28 engaging in each of these. The guide domes 28, each engaging a third elongated hole 31 of the actuating plate 20, limit the sliding movement of the actuating plate 20 in the longitudinal direction L of the window or door ventilation element 1 by means of a respective stop at one of the opposite elongated hole ends of the respective third elongated hole 31 between a left and a right stop position. Likewise, the guide domes 28, each extending through a first elongated hole 26 of the sealing slide 21, limit the sliding movement of the sealing slide 21 in the transverse direction Q of the window or door ventilation element 1 by means of a respective stop at one of the opposite elongated hole ends of the respective first elongated hole 26 between a retracted and an extended stop position of the sealing slide 21.Here, the sealing slide 21 is adjustable in the transverse direction Q of the window or door ventilation element 1 between a retracted, withdrawn maximum opening position, in which the sealing slide 21 at least largely clears the air flow path 16 in the ventilation gap 10, and an extended closing position that closes the air flow path 16 in the ventilation gap 10. The opening position of the sealing slide 21 and thus also the opening position of the window or door ventilation element 1 is shown in the . Figures 3 and 5a , each showing the retracted sealing slide 21. In the Figures 4 and 5b , which each show the extended sealing slide 21, the closed position of the sealing slide 21 and thus also the closed position of the window or door ventilation element 1 is shown.
[0050] In the sealing slide 21, the elongated hole end 38 of each first elongated hole 26 facing the front edge 37 of the sealing slide 21 has a distance Y from the front edge 37 such that the material surface of the sealing slide 21 remaining between the elongated hole end 38 and the front edge 37 is sufficient to cover the width X of the ventilation gap 10 formed in the area of the window or door seal or the sash overlap seal between the window or door frame 5 and the window sash 4 or the door sash adjacent there, which ventilation gap is part of the air flow path 16 leading through the window rebate 6 of the window 3 or the door rebate of the door.
[0051] A window or door ventilation element 1 according to the invention can be functionally attached to any side of a window 3 or a door, in particular a tilt-and-turn window.
[0052] The base plate 13, the actuating plate 20, the sealing slide 21 and the guide plate 22 - and thus also the window or door ventilation element 1 as a whole - are each designed in an elongated rectangular shape, the extension of which in the longitudinal direction L is a multiple of the extension in the transverse direction Q, in particular perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L.
