Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a frame for receiving and holding a bag according to the preamble of claim 1, as well as to a device with frame, bag and lid according to claim 10.
[0002] A frame for holding a bag is also known as a bag stand and is used to secure a bag in an open state.
[0003] DE 6914310 U discloses a garbage bag stand in which the garbage bag is secured in a ring-shaped manner to a clamping part at the upper edge of the bag. The garbage bag stand consists of a base and a support column. The support column rests on the floor via the base and accommodates the clamping part on a side facing away from the floor. When mounted, the garbage bag hangs between the clamping part and the base or rests partially on the base.
[0004] Once the garbage bag is full, it can be removed from the clamping part and closed. The garbage bag is preferably pulled through the ring-shaped clamping part, although a full garbage bag, especially one filled with bulky items, can easily be damaged by the clamping part. Depending on the size of the garbage bag, considerable force may be required from the operator during removal.
[0005] Furthermore, the clamping part and the support column must support the weight of the hanging garbage bag, which places considerable mechanical demands on the design of the garbage bag stand.
[0006] KR 20 2021 0 000 115 U shows a frame for holding a garbage bag with a ring and four attached legs that connect an upper ring to a lower ring for resting on a floor. The upper ring is formed by various small parts, in particular tubular rods with intermediate pieces. The ring is connected to the legs by hollow T-pieces. The assembly mechanism is similar to a tent pole construction, with a large number of small parts being used to connect the tubular rods. Such a pole construction with different parts has the disadvantage of complicated or time-consuming assembly, as well as a high susceptibility to the loss of small parts. The frame also has low mechanical stability, particularly due to rotatable T-pieces, whereby the frame cannot be set up without the lower ring and with angled legs.
[0007] US 6,446,919 B1 discloses a rack for receiving and holding a garbage bag, comprising a ring and four legs. The ring consists of four assemblies, each with two different parts, each of which can be extended telescopically to change its size. The assemblies of the ring are pluggable using a type of T-shaped connection, with two different parts of the assembly being plugged together. The telescopic function of the ring assemblies prevents assembly with male and / or female connecting sections. The rack shown here, with its numerous parts, also has the disadvantage of complicated or time-consuming assembly. The rack also requires a lower ring, which restricts the removal of the garbage bag.
[0008] KR 20 0 185 349 Y1 shows another rack for holding a garbage bag with a closed upper ring, three legs, and a closed lower ring. The disadvantage here is that the upper and lower rings cannot be removed for storage, and the rack requires a lower ring to ensure mechanical stability, which restricts the removal of the garbage bag.
[0009] JP 2013 - 227 107 A discloses a rack for holding garbage bags, comprising a circular ring and three legs, each of which is rotatably attached to the ring by means of a T-piece. Due to the rotatable leg connectors, the rack shown here is dependent on the legs interacting with the ground. A further disadvantage is the circular ring, which reduces the clamping surface of a clamped garbage bag compared to a rectangular ring, thus limiting operation.
[0010] Based on the aforementioned prior art, the object of the invention is to propose a frame for holding a sack which, while avoiding the problems known from the prior art, enables damage-free removal of the sack with comparatively little physical effort by an operator and is suitable for occasional use and for heavily filled sacks.
[0011] This object is achieved with a frame for receiving a bag having the features of independent claim 1.
[0012] Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the subclaims.
[0013] According to the invention, a frame for receiving and holding a sack, preferably a plastic waste sack for household or garden waste, is proposed, wherein the frame comprises a ring and at least three, preferably four, legs attached thereto for setting up the frame on a, preferably flat, floor, wherein the sack, in the assembled state, is pulled over the ring with the upper, open edge of the sack and wherein the legs are designed to receive the sack by selecting a second identical part or several second identical parts in such a way that a height of the ring above the floor corresponds at most to a length of the sack less an inverted open edge and the sack, in the assembled state, therefore rests at least partially on the floor with a closed base section. The ring for receiving the bag is formed from a plurality of first identical parts, preferably four first identical parts, and the respective leg is formed from a second identical part or several second identical parts, preferably corresponding to the height or a, preferably integer, fraction of the height of the ring above the ground, wherein the first and second identical parts can be connected to one another and to one another in a plug-in manner by means of a snap-in connection, wherein the first and second identical parts have male and / or female connecting sections in order to receive a further identical part.
[0014] The invention surprisingly recognized that by using identical parts, the frame can be particularly easily assembled and disassembled, or folded or collapsed. This makes it possible to transport or store the frame in a disassembled state with a small pack size and to easily assemble it for occasional use. Furthermore, if the frame becomes damaged, it may not be necessary to replace the entire frame, but only some of the identical parts. Furthermore, the modular system allows the height of the ring above the ground to be adjusted by changing the number of identical parts used for the legs, for example to use the frame for different bag sizes.
[0015] The invention has further recognized that by using three, preferably four, legs, the bag is received in the assembled state in such a way that it can lie flat on the floor between the legs. After the bag has been closed, the frame can be lifted over the bag or the frame can be partially dismantled, particularly in the area of the floor, using the easily detachable identical parts. This means that even very heavy bags can be dismantled with little effort and without damaging the bag material. In particular, the frame does not have a flat base that could prevent the bag from resting on the floor. Advantageously, because the bag rests on the floor, no special holding devices or clamping parts are required to attach the bag to the frame. The bag is simply placed over the ring with its upper, open edge.
[0016] The fact that a large number of first identical parts can be connected to the second identical parts, in particular without the use of intermediate pieces, which are known for example from tent poles, surprisingly results in a frame structure with a high level of stability and torsional rigidity, as well as fewer individual parts, which can nevertheless be folded into a small pack size.
[0017] The first identical parts of the ring, and preferably also the second identical parts of the legs, are preferably understood to be identical parts.
[0018] Alternatively, the second identical parts of the legs can be understood to be identical in shape, with the length preferably being variable to allow for variable adjustment of the height of the frame. For example, second identical parts of different lengths can be combined to adjust the frame to a specific height above the ground according to the dimensions of a bag.
[0019] According to a preferred embodiment, as a snap-in connection or a type of click connection, at least one identical part has a bore in a female connecting section at one end and an elastic element in a male connecting section at the other end. When assembled, the elastic element engages with another identical part in the bore. This allows the frame to be assembled or disassembled particularly easily and quickly.
[0020] In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the first identical part of the ring has a receptacle for the second identical parts of the legs with two guide sections, wherein the receptacle has an enlarged cross-section as a female connecting section. This facilitates the assembly of the various identical parts and simultaneously increases the stability of the locking connection.
[0021] Particularly preferably, the second identical parts are connected to the ring at an angle such that the legs extend along a vertical perpendicular to a plane of the ring, wherein an angle of spread between the second identical parts and the vertical is preferably between 3° and 10°, particularly preferably 5°. A distance between the second identical parts and the legs in the direction of the vertical or in the direction of the floor thus increases. This advantageously increases a support surface for a sack on the floor between the legs of the frame. The spread legs make it easier to dismantle the sack, and in particular the frame can be lifted more easily over a filled sack.
[0022] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the first and second identical parts consist of a shell-shaped or U-shaped base body with preferably rib-like struts. This allows for the production of lightweight yet stable identical parts with low material consumption. In particular, such a shell-shaped or U-shaped base body has higher rigidity properties than a tubular base body and is therefore preferred over it. The base body is preferably designed such that an open section is oriented toward the bottom to ensure a smooth surface for receiving the bag and optimal flexural rigidity.
[0023] Preferably, the first and second identical parts are made of a plastic material and can be manufactured using an injection molding process. This allows the production of one-piece identical parts with a snap-in connection, complex struts, and a three-dimensional contour.
[0024] In a further embodiment of the frame, the legs are connected to each other by means of third identical parts in addition to the connection to the ring, preferably from a height of the ring above the ground of greater than 410 mm to 430 mm, particularly preferably greater than 650 mm, to increase the stability of the legs. With these third identical parts, the frame is particularly suitable for accommodating 50 l to 70 l, preferably 60 l, bags or 100 l to 120 l, preferably 110 l, bags.
[0025] Particularly in combination with legs that have a spreading angle, even with legs reinforced with third identical parts, the frame can be lifted over a filled bag without dismantling individual third identical parts.
[0026] Preferably, the third identical parts form a base ring as further first identical parts, wherein at least the second identical parts facing the base and the third identical parts can be connected to one another and pluggably to one another. Preferably, the second and third identical parts can be connected by means of a snap-in connection, wherein the second and third identical parts have male and / or female connecting sections in order to accommodate a further identical part. This allows the frame to be assembled quickly and easily and, in particular, disassembled for removing a bag. The third identical parts are therefore preferably designed analogously to the first identical parts, wherein the design of the snap-in connection can vary, in particular can be simpler and can also be designed without guide sections.
[0027] Alternatively or additionally, the third identical parts can be designed as at least one flexible connecting strap, in particular a hook-and-loop fastener, wherein at least the second identical parts facing the bottom have guide sections, in particular eyelets, for the flexible connecting strap. In particular, when using such an easily removable connecting strap, even a heavily filled bag can be easily removed. The third identical parts, and in particular the connecting strap, prevent the legs from being displaced by a filled bag in a plane parallel to the plane of the ring, thus increasing the spreading angle.
[0028] The invention also relates to a device comprising a previously described frame, a bag, and a lid, wherein the lid, in the assembled state, rests on the upper edge of the bag and the ring and has a gripping area to enable manual operation. In particular, the lid is designed as a slip-on lid to close the upper edge of the bag and, preferably, also to fix it to the ring in the closed or assembled state. Such a slip-on lid is particularly space-saving because the lid is not firmly connected to the ring and can thus be removed or disassembled in any orientation.
[0029] In a further embodiment, the device additionally comprises a pluggable hinge element for rotatably mounting the lid, in particular as a hinged lid, to the frame, in particular by means of a force-locking and / or positive-locking connection. The hinge element is preferably mounted on the frame's ring.
[0030] The hinge element is therefore preferably plug-in and therefore easy to assemble or disassemble. This means that the hinge element can also be retrofitted. Thanks to its simple assembly, the lid can be used either as a slip-on lid or as a hinged lid, or the entire device, including the frame and lid, can be quickly disassembled for transport or storage. The hinge element usually makes it easier to use the frame to hold the waste bag, as the lid does not have to be placed down or held to the side. For space reasons, an operator can also temporarily do without the hinge element and a permanent connection between the lid and the frame, which is why the optional installation of the hinge element is advantageous.
[0031] The hinge element preferably has a first U-shaped connecting section, which is designed to connect the hinge element to an edge of the lid in a pluggable and preferably non-positive connection, wherein the edge of the lid can be inserted into the U-shaped contour of the first connecting section. The U-shaped connecting section is preferably curved at an open end such that, in the assembled state, the lid partially elastically deforms the first connecting section or expands the U-shaped contour, thereby establishing a non-positive connection.
[0032] Further preferably, the hinge element has a second U-shaped connecting section, which is designed to connect the hinge element in a pluggable and positive-locking, preferably also non-positive, connection to the first identical part of the ring, wherein the first identical part or a strut of the first identical part can be inserted into the U-shaped contour of the second connecting section. For the positive connection, the second connecting section has at least one hook-shaped locking element, which, in the assembled state, interacts with a strut of the first identical part or an additional counterpart on the first identical part and engages in a positive-locking manner.
[0033] Preferably, the hinge element is formed in one piece and preferably from the same material, wherein between the first and the second connecting portion, a section with a reduced cross-section forms a flexible joint portion which is elastically deformable and thus allows the first and the second connecting portion and thus the lid to pivot about a pivot axis relative to the frame.
[0034] The hinge element further preferably has locking means for fixing the lid in an open state. For this purpose, the first and second connecting sections preferably have at least one, preferably two, end cheeks perpendicular to the pivot axis of the hinge element. As locking means, the cheek of the first connecting section has a projection and the cheek of the second connecting section has at least one, preferably three, notches, wherein at least in a rotational section and an open state of the lid, the projection engages in the at least one notch parallel to the pivot axis. With multiple notches, the lid can be engaged in different locking positions.
[0035] The hinge element is preferably made of a plastic material, in particular polypropylene, and can be manufactured using an injection molding process. This allows, in particular, a relatively complex part to be produced with the reduced-cross-section section as the joint section, the cheeks with locking means, and a three-dimensional contour.

[0038] Identical elements or elements with the same function are provided with the same reference numbers in the figures.
[0039] In the Fig. 1 and the Fig. 2a bis Fig. 2c a frame 10 with ring 14 and four legs 16 is shown. According to the Fig. 2c the frame 10 stands with the legs 16 on a base 18 and receives a sack 12 in the middle or in an inner part of the ring 14 and between the legs 16, the sack 12 being placed with the upper, open edge 20 over the ring 14 and the legs 16 being designed such that a height h of the ring 14 above the base 18 corresponds at most to the length of the sack 12 less an everted edge 20 and the sack 12 thus rests on the base 18 with a closed base section 30.
[0040] For a bag 12 with a volume of 35I, the height h of the ring 14 above the bottom 18 is preferably between 380mm and 440mm, particularly preferably 400mm to 420mm.
[0041] For a bag 12 with a volume of 60I, the height h of the ring 14 above the bottom 18 is preferably between 620mm and 660mm, particularly preferably between 640mm and 655mm.
[0042] For a bag 12 with a volume of 17 l, the height h of the ring 14 above the bottom 18 is preferably between 320 mm and 340 mm, particularly preferably 330 mm.
[0043] For a bag 12 with a volume of 110I, the height h of the ring 14 above the bottom 18 is preferably between 800mm and 840mm, particularly preferably 820mm to 835mm.
[0044] The ring 14 for receiving the bag 12 consists according to the Fig. 1 and the Fig. 2b from four first identical parts 22, preferably identical parts, each of which is pluggably connected to one another by means of a snap-in connection 26. The four legs 16 are preferably each formed from two second identical parts 24, which can also be plugged together by means of a snap-in connection 26. The first identical parts 22 of the ring 14 and the second identical parts 24 of the legs 24 are also connected by means of a snap-in connection 26.
[0045] In the assembled state, the ring 14 composed of the four first identical parts 22 preferably has an identical width and length parallel to a y- or x-axis. For a 35L and a 60L bag 12, the width and length are preferably between 310mm and 320mm. For a 17L bag 12, the width and length are preferably between 210mm and 240mm, particularly preferably between 220mm and 230mm, and for a 110L bag 12, the width and length are preferably between 370mm and 420mm, particularly preferably between 380mm and 390mm.
[0046] Preferably, the legs 16 for a 35I and a 60I bag 12 are formed from two second identical parts 24, wherein the length of the second identical part 24 parallel to a z-axis for receiving a 60I bag 12 is preferably between 280mm and 320mm. For receiving a 35I bag 12, the length of the second identical part 24 parallel to a z-axis is preferably between 160mm and 200mm, preferably 190mm. Preferably for a bag 12 of 17I, according to the Fig. 5a bis Fig. 5c , the legs 16 are each formed from a second identical part 24, wherein the height or length parallel to the z-axis of the second identical part 24 is 330mm to 350mm, preferably 340mm. Preferably for a bag 12 of 110I, according to the Fig. 10a bis Fig. 12c , the legs 16 are each formed from three second identical parts 24, wherein two second identical parts 24 have a height of 290mm to 310mm, preferably 300mm, and wherein one of the second identical parts 24 has a height of 170mm to 190mm, preferably 180mm.
[0047] As in the Fig. 3a und Fig. 3c As shown, the first identical part 22 of the ring 14, preferably also the second identical part 24 of the leg 16, has at one end a male connecting section 28, in particular a section with a reduced cross-section, in order to connect a further first identical part 22 at the other end in a female connecting section 29, in particular a hollow cross-section 38 according to the sectional view BB in the Fig. 3d The first identical part 22, preferably also the second identical part 24, has in a cross section along a section axis AA according to the Fig. 2b a height between 18mm and 22mm parallel to a z-axis and a width between 10mm and 14mm.
[0048] In particular, the locking connection 26 of the second identical parts 24 of the legs 16 has a bore in a female connecting section 29 at one end and an elastic element in a male connecting section 28 at the other end, for example a thin, in particular plate-shaped, elastically deformable plastic element, which in the assembled state according to the Fig. 1 with a further second identical part 24 or a first identical part 22 of the ring 14 in the bore. The elastic element has a preferably cylindrical cross-sectional extension at a deformable end, which engages in the bore when assembled.
[0049] Preferably, the locking connection 26 between the first identical parts 22 of the ring 14 is designed without an elastic element and the first identical parts 22 clamp in the assembled state preferably due to narrow dimensioned tolerances or partially overlapping dimensions between the outer dimensions of the male connecting section 28, in particular the section with reduced cross-section, according to the Fig. 3a and the internal dimensions of the female connecting section 29 or hollow cross-section 38 according to the Fig. 3d .
[0050] As in the Fig. 3a As shown, in the first identical part 22 of the ring 14, a receptacle 30 for a second identical part 24 of a leg 16 is provided as a female connecting section 29 in order to connect the two identical parts 22, 24 according to the Fig. 1 To connect. The receptacle 30 has two guide sections 32 and preferably a bore to stabilize the locking connection 26 between the first identical part 22 and the second identical part 24. The two guide sections 32 preferably have a height of 18 mm to 22 mm parallel to a z-axis. Furthermore, the first identical part 22 has an enlarged cross-section in the region of the receptacle 30, in particular a U-shaped profile of the first identical part 22 is in the Fig. 3a extended on one side to reinforce the guide sections 32 and the holder 30.
[0051] As in the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2a until Fig. 2c As shown, the second identical parts 24 are connected at an angle to the ring 14, in particular in the receptacle 30, such that the legs 16 extend spreading out along the vertical z or the z-axis perpendicular to a plane of the ring 14, wherein a spreading angle α between the second identical parts 24 or an orientation of the leg 16 and the vertical z is preferably between 3° and 10°, particularly preferably 5°. In other words, with the spreading angle α, a circumference in a plane parallel to an xy plane of the frame 10 increases in the direction of the floor 18 in order to enable the most stable possible stand on the floor 18.
[0052] The first and second identical parts 22, 24 consist of a bowl-shaped or U-shaped base body, wherein in particular the second identical parts 24 of the legs 16, as shown in the Fig. 1 As shown, the shell-shaped base body may have rib-like struts 40 to increase mechanical stability. The wall thickness of the shell-shaped base body is preferably between 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm.
[0053] Preferably, the first and second identical parts 22, 24 are made of a plastic material, preferably polypropylene, and can be produced by an injection molding process, so that in particular the complex geometries with rib-like struts 40 and the identical parts 22, 24 can each be produced in one piece.
[0054] The Fig. 1 The preferred assembly arrangement shown shows that the legs 16 are each connected exclusively to the ring 14, in particular, they are not directly or indirectly connected to one another. Although each leg 16 is formed with the same second identical parts 24, the different legs 16 are connected to the ring 14 separately from one another. Preferably, exactly one first identical part 22 of the ring 14 is connected to exactly one second identical part 24 of the leg 16.
[0055] For particularly large bags 12, in particular 60I and 110I bags 12, or a high frame 10, it may be preferable that the legs 16 are connected to each other by means of third identical parts 44 in addition to the connection to the ring 14. According to the Fig. 6a bis Fig. 9c especially for a 60I bag 12 and according to the Fig. 10a bis Fig. 12c In particular for a 110I bag 12, the frame 10 is preferably connected to the legs 16 by means of the third identical parts 44 from a height h of the ring 14 above the floor 18 of greater than 410mm to 430mm, particularly preferably greater than 650mm, in order to increase the stability of the legs 16.
[0056] Preferably, the third identical parts 44 form a base ring 42 as further first identical parts 22, wherein at least the second identical parts 24 facing the base 18 and the third identical parts 44 can be connected to one another and plugged into one another. Preferably, the base ring 42 is also formed from four third identical parts 44, analogous to the ring 14, and can be plugged into one another.
[0057] In the Fig. 6a bis Fig. 6d and the Fig. 10a bis Fig. 10d , in particular for a frame 10 for a 60I bag 12 and a 110I bag 12, the base ring 42 is shown in a first embodiment, wherein the third identical parts 44 each have a male connecting section 28 which is aligned along the z-axis and engages in a female connecting section 29 of a second identical part 24, in particular with an already described locking connection 26 in which an elastic element locks into a bore which is in the Fig. 6b and Fig. 10b shown in a detailed view Z. The Fig. 6d and Fig. 10d show in a detailed view Y and along a view along a section axis AA that the third identical parts 44 can also be plugged together and can preferably be locked by means of clamping pins 48.
[0058] In the Fig. 7a bis Fig. 7d and the Fig. 11a bis Fig. 11d the base ring 42 is shown in a second embodiment, in particular for a frame 10 for a 60I bag 12 and a 110I bag 12, wherein the third identical parts 44 each have a female connecting section 29 which is aligned along the z-axis and cooperates with a male connecting section 28 of a second identical part 24, in particular with an already described locking connection 26 in which an elastic element locks into a bore which is in the Fig. 7b and Fig. 11b shown in a detailed view Z. The Fig. 7d and Fig. 11d show in a detailed view Y and along a section axis AA that the third identical parts 44 can also be plugged together and preferably locked by means of clamping pins 48. Preferably, the base ring 42 in this second embodiment has a reinforced receptacle 30 with guide sections 32, analogous to the ring 14 already described.
[0059] In the Fig. 8a bis Fig. 8d , in particular for a frame 10 for a 60I bag 12, the bottom ring 42 is shown in a third embodiment, wherein the third identical parts 44 each have a female connecting section 29, wherein the connecting section 29 can be pushed onto the second identical part 24 and can be connected by means of a locking connection 26, in which an elastic element locks into a bore, as in the Fig. 8b shown in detail. In particular, the second identical part 24 does not have a section with reduced cross-section. Fig. 8d shows, in a detailed view Y, that the third identical parts 44 can also be plugged into one another and can preferably be locked into one another by means of a T-connector 50 or a T-shaped connector. This third embodiment of the base ring 42 can be displaceable along the second identical parts 24 and can also be arranged above the base 18. Therefore, this third embodiment of the base ring 42 would also be conceivable in addition to other embodiments of a base ring 42.
[0060] In Fig. 9a to Fig. 9d and Fig. 12a to Fig. 12d, in particular for a frame 10 for a 60L bag 12 or a 110L bag 12, instead of or in addition to the previously described base ring 42, the third identical parts 44 are designed as at least one flexible connecting band 46, in particular a hook and loop fastener as shown here, wherein at least the second identical parts 24 facing the base 18 have guide sections 47, in particular eyelets, for the flexible connecting band 46. The guide sections 47 are preferably formed on an outer side of the frame 10 and the second identical parts 24. The connecting band 46 is guided through the guide sections 47 and can thus prevent spreading due to increased loading on the legs 16. To remove a bag 12, a hook and loop fastener in particular can be easily and quickly removed or can be easily opened.
[0061] A device with a frame 10 with a bag 12, as in the Fig. 2c shown, can be fitted with a cover 34 as shown in Fig. 4a bis Fig. 4d shown, wherein the lid 34 in the assembled state can lie on the upper edge 20 of the bag 12 and the ring 14, thereby forming a type of slip lid, which preferably clamps the bag 12 between the ring 14 and an inner side of the lid 34 and thus fastens it force-fittingly. The lid 34 has a handle area 36 to enable particularly simple manual operation. Furthermore, the cross section of the lid 34 is shown in the sectional views in the Fig. 4c und Fig. 4d along the cutting axes CC and DD in a bowl-shaped manner, so that several lids 34 can be stacked on top of each other in a z-direction.
[0062] In the Fig. 13a bis Fig. 13c The lid 34 is shown in a mounted state on the frame 10 and the ring 14. As already described, the lid 34 can thus close the ring 14 as a type of slip lid and thus an open edge 20 (not shown here) of the mounted bag 12.
[0063] In addition, the Fig. 13a bis Fig. 13c an embodiment with a hinge element 52 or joint with which the lid 34 is rotatably or foldably connected to the ring 14 as a hinged lid.
[0064] In the Fig. 14.a bis Fig. 14e the hinge element 52 is shown in detail, wherein the hinge element 52 has a first U-shaped connecting portion 54 for connection to the cover 34 and a second U-shaped connecting portion 56 for connection to the frame 10, in particular the ring 14.
[0065] By means of the first U-shaped connecting section 54, the hinge element 52 can be pushed onto an edge of the lid 34 and connect to the lid 34. Preferably, at an open end, the U-shaped contour or profile of the connecting section 54 is curved with a bent section such that, in the assembled state of the hinge element 52, the U-profile is elastically deformed and the connecting section 54 is non-positively connected to the lid 34.
[0066] The second U-shaped connecting portion 56 is designed for connection to the ring 14, in particular the first identical part 22 of the ring 14.
[0067] As in the Fig. 3a bis Fig. 3d As shown, the first identical part 22 is preferably designed as a U-profile, wherein the second connecting section 56 either engages in the U-profile of the first identical part 22 or completely encompasses it.
[0068] In the Fig. 14d und Fig. 14e It is shown that in order to fix the second connecting section 56 to the first identical part 22 of the ring 14, the hinge element 52 has at least one, here two hook-shaped locking elements 62, wherein these locking elements 62, in the assembled state, engage with a counterpart or a strut inside or outside the first identical part 22 and connect the hinge element 52 to the ring 14 in a form-fitting manner.
[0069] The first and second connecting sections 54, 56 are connected to a flexible joint section 58 along a pivot axis 60, wherein the joint section 58 forms a section of the hinge element 52 with such a reduced cross-section that it can be elastically rotated about the pivot axis 60 due to a relatively low rigidity.
[0070] Preferably, the hinge element 52 is made in one piece and from the same material.
[0071] The first and second connecting sections 54, 56 each have end cheeks 64 perpendicular to the pivot axis 60, wherein a projection 66 is formed in each case on an inner side of the cheeks 64 of the first connecting section 54 parallel to the pivot axis 60 and three notches 68 are formed in the outer side of the cheeks 64 of the second connecting section 56 such that the projection 66 in the first connecting section 54 can engage as a locking means in the notches 68 of the second connecting section 56 as soon as the cover 34 is opened and the hinge element 52 rotates about the pivot axis 60. The cheeks 64 are arranged opposite one another at a small distance or in a sliding parallel manner, wherein when they overlap, the projection 66 elastically deflects or prestresses the cheeks 64 and engages in the region of the notches 68.Through this interaction, the cover 34 can be adjusted into different locking positions according to the number of notches 68 of the second connecting section 56 and fixed in an open state.
[0072] The notches are preferably V-shaped and formed radially around the pivot axis 60, wherein the three notches are arranged at an angle of preferably 20° to 40°, particularly preferably 30°, to one another.
[0073] A width of the hinge element 52 parallel to the pivot axis 60 is preferably between 50 mm and 60 mm, particularly preferably 56 mm. A wall thickness of the first and second connecting sections 54, 56 is preferably between 1 mm and 3 mm, particularly preferably 2 mm. Bezugszeichenliste
