Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for adjusting a motorized drive device for a swing gate.

[0002] In general, the present invention relates to the field of swing gates comprising a motorized drive device setting a screen in motion following a rotational movement.

[0003] The motorized drive device allows the screen to be moved between at least one first position and at least one second position.

[0004] The motorized drive device includes an electromechanical actuator of a movable closing element, such as a gate, a grille or any other equivalent material, hereinafter referred to as a screen.

[0005] We are already familiar with document FR 3 019 579 A1, which describes a motorized drive device for a swing gate, including a screen. The motorized drive device includes an electromechanical actuator, comprising an electric motor, a motion transmission system, a housing, a cover, and a limit switch position sensor.

[0006] The motion transmission system consists of a threaded rod and a nut. The threaded rod is rotated by the electric motor. The nut is moved linearly along the threaded rod.

[0007] The housing comprises a first part and a second part. The first part forms a compartment containing the electric motor. The second part forms a second compartment containing the motion transmission system. The first and second parts of the housing are assembled together. The cover is mounted onto the housing and covers one side of the second part. The sensor is positioned between the second part of the housing and the cover.

[0008] Such an electromechanical actuator is intended to allow the hood to slide relative to the second part of the housing by means of guide elements, so as to be able to access the sensor located between the hood and the second part of the housing.

[0009] However, when putting the motorized drive device into service, an adjustment of the first and second positions of the screen is necessary, since each installation has specific characteristics, such as, for example, the opening angle of the screen and the closing angle of the screen in relation, in particular, to a fence, a building and obstacles.

[0010] We also know of US patent 2011 / 0302841 A1, which describes a motorized drive system for a swing gate. The swing gate includes a screen. The motorized drive system includes an electromechanical actuator. The electromechanical actuator includes an electric motor, a motion transmission system, a housing, and first and second limit switch position sensors. The housing comprises a first part and a second part. The first part forms a first housing within which the electric motor is located. The second part forms a second housing within which the motion transmission system is located. The first and second parts of the housing are assembled together. The electromechanical actuator also includes a magnet. The magnet is attached to a moving element of the motion transmission system. The first sensor is a magnetic detection sensor. The first sensor is configured to cooperate with the magnet. In addition, the first sensor can be moved relative to the second part of the housing by means of a sliding rail located on the underside of the second part of the housing.

[0011] The present invention aims to resolve the aforementioned drawbacks and to propose a method for adjusting a motorized drive device of a home automation closing system, allowing at least one end-of-travel position of the motorized drive device to be adjusted in a simple, ergonomic and easily accessible manner.

[0012] To this end, the present invention relates to a method for adjusting a motorized drive device for a swing gate, the swing gate comprising at least one screen, the motorized drive device comprising at least: an electromechanical actuator, and an electronic control unit, the electromechanical actuator comprising at least: an electric motor, a motion transmission system, a housing, the housing comprising a first part, the first part forming a first housing within which the electric motor is disposed, and a second part, the second part forming a second housing within which the motion transmission system is disposed, the first and second parts of the housing being assembled together, a cover, the cover being assembled on the housing and covering at least one face of the second part of the housing, and a first end-of-stroke position sensor, the first sensor being disposed between the second part of the housing and the cover.

[0013] According to the invention, the electromechanical actuator further comprises at least one magnet, the magnet being integral with a moving element of the motion transmission system. In addition, the first sensor is a magnetic sensing sensor, the first sensor being configured to cooperate with the magnet.

[0014] Furthermore, the process includes at least the following steps: removal of the hood relative to the second part of the housing, movement of the screen to a first end-of-travel position, movement of the first sensor relative to the second part of the housing towards the magnet, indication of the positioning of the first sensor opposite the magnet, holding the first sensor in position relative to the second part of the housing, assembly of the hood relative to the second part of the housing, following the step of assembling the hood relative to the second part of the housing, a step of engaging the electric motor relative to the transmission system, and following the engagement step, a self-learning step implemented by the electronic control unit of the motorized drive device.

[0015] Thus, adjusting the position of the first sensor relative to the second part of the housing allows for setting a limit position of the motorized drive device in a simple, ergonomic and easily accessible manner.

[0016] In this way, the adjustment of the position of the first sensor relative to the second part of the housing is implemented without having to dismantle the electromechanical actuator relative to a fixed support and the screen of the swing gate.

[0017] In addition, adjusting the position of the first sensor relative to the second part of the housing is easy to implement, thanks to the removal of the cover relative to the second part of the housing, which delimits a space inside which the first sensor is placed.

[0018] According to an advantageous feature of the invention, prior to the step of moving the screen to the first end-of-travel position, the method includes a step of disengaging the electric motor from the transmission system.

[0019] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the movement of the first sensor is implemented by a translational movement, following the longitudinal direction of the second part of the housing.

[0020] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the step of holding the first sensor in position relative to the second part of the housing is implemented by screwing a pressure screw through an opening made in the first sensor and bearing against a surface of the second part of the housing.

[0021] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the electromechanical actuator further comprises an end piece, the end piece being assembled at one end of the hood. Furthermore, the method comprises the following steps: before the step of removing the hood from the second part of the housing, a step of dismantling the nozzle from the second part of the housing, and after the step of assembling the hood from the second part of the housing, a step of assembling the nozzle from the second part of the housing.

[0022] According to a preferred feature of the invention, the first sensor includes a light source. Furthermore, the positioning indication step of the first sensor relative to the magnet is implemented visually by activating the light source.

[0023] According to another preferred feature of the invention, the electromechanical actuator further comprises a second end-of-stroke position sensor, the second sensor being disposed between the second part of the housing and the hood, the second sensor being a magnetic sensing sensor, the second sensor being configured to cooperate with the magnet.

[0024] Furthermore, the process includes the following steps, implemented after the step of holding the first sensor in position relative to the second part of the housing and before the step of assembling the cover relative to the second part of the housing: movement of the screen to a second end position, movement of the second sensor relative to the second part of the housing towards the magnet, indication of the positioning of the second sensor opposite the magnet, and holding the second sensor in position relative to the second part of the housing.

[0025] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the movement of the second sensor is implemented by a translational movement, following the longitudinal direction of the second part of the housing.

[0026] According to another preferred feature of the invention, the second sensor includes a light source. Furthermore, the positioning indication step of the second sensor relative to the magnet is implemented visually by activating the light source.

[0027] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the self-learning step is implemented from an intermediate position of the screen, the intermediate position being located between the first end-of-stroke position and a second end-of-stroke position.

[0028] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, during the self-learning stage, the electronic control unit implements two screen opening and closing cycles, the first screen opening and closing cycle being implemented at a reduced screen movement speed and the second screen opening and closing cycle being implemented at a nominal screen movement speed.

[0029] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the method includes a step of controlling the screen's position in the first end-of-travel position.

[0030] According to another advantageous feature of the invention, in the event that the result of the control step is unsatisfactory, the method includes a step of implementing a correction parameter for the first end-of-stroke position implemented by the electronic control unit, during a movement of the screen to the first end-of-stroke position.

[0031] Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent in the following description, made with reference to the attached drawings, given by way of non-limiting examples: there figure 1 is a schematic top view of a home automation closing system according to an embodiment of the invention, where the home automation closing system includes a motorized drive device according to the invention; the figure 2 is a schematic front view of an electromechanical actuator of the motorized drive device illustrated in the figure 1 , where a cover of an electromechanical actuator housing has been removed; the figure 3 is a schematic exploded perspective view of the electromechanical actuator illustrated in the figure 2 ; and the figures 4 à 11 are schematic perspective views of the electromechanical actuator illustrating a method of adjusting the motorized drive device according to an embodiment of the invention.

[0032] First, we describe, with reference to the figure 1 , a home automation closing system conforming to an embodiment of the invention.

[0033] The home automation closing system 1 includes a swing gate 2 and a motorized drive device 3.

[0034] The swing gate 2 is installed at an opening 7 made in a fence. The swing gate 2 allows the opening 7 to be selectively closed.

[0035] Alternatively, the opening is made in a building or enclosure.

[0036] The swing gate 2 of the home automation closing system 1 is a barrier that moves horizontally.

[0037] The motorized drive device 3 includes an electromechanical actuator 4, in particular of the linear type.

[0038] The swing gate 2 includes at least one screen 5.

[0039] Here, the screen 5 is mounted to oscillate around a rotating shaft 6 that is theoretically substantially vertical and perpendicular to the plane of the figure 1 .

[0040] In addition, the electromechanical actuator 4 is configured to move the screen 5 of the swing gate 2.

[0041] Thus, the screen 5 of the swing gate 2 is driven in movement by the motorized drive device 3 and, more particularly, by the electromechanical actuator 4.

[0042] The motorized drive device 3 moves the screen 5 of the swing gate 2 between at least one first position and at least one second position, corresponding respectively to a closed position and an open position.

[0043] In this embodiment, the screen 5 is a movable closing element, such as a gate, a grille or any other equivalent material.

[0044] The electromechanical actuator 4 comprises a first part connected to the screen 5 and a second part connected to the fence.

[0045] The rear end of the electromechanical actuator 4 is articulated on a fixed support 8 of the fence, so as to oscillate around a transverse shaft 49 substantially parallel to and close to the rotation shaft 6 of the screen 5.

[0046] The screen 5 is driven by the electromechanical actuator 4 and is movable between the open position and the closed position.

[0047] The electromechanical actuator 4 of the motorized drive device 3 comprises at least a housing 9, an electric motor 10 and a motion transmission system 11.

[0048] The swing gate 2 of the home automation closing installation 1, in particular the screen 5, is driven by the electromechanical actuator 4 and is mobile between the first position, closed, and the second position, open.

[0049] The motorized drive device 3 includes an electronic control unit 12.

[0050] The electromechanical actuator 4 is controlled by the electronic control unit 12 of the motorized drive device 3.

[0051] Here, and as illustrated in the figure 1 , the electronic control unit 12 of the motorized drive device 3 is located inside the housing 9 of the electromechanical actuator 4.

[0052] The electronic control unit 12 of the motorized drive device 3 comprises hardware and / or software components. By way of non-limiting example, the hardware components may include at least one microcontroller.

[0053] The electronic control unit 12 of the motorized drive device 3 is capable of starting the electric motor 10 of the electromechanical actuator 4 and, in particular, enabling the supply of electrical energy to the electric motor 10.

[0054] Thus, the electronic control unit 12 of the motorized drive device 3 controls, in particular, the electric motor 12, so as to open or close the screen 5 of the swing gate 2.

[0055] In one embodiment, the motorized drive device 3 also includes a control interface 13, 14 functionally connected to the electronic control unit 12 of the motorized drive device 3.

[0056] As depicted in the figure 1 , the control interface 13, 14 is connected, via a wireless link, to the electronic control unit 12 of the motorized drive device 3.

[0057] Alternatively, the connection between the control interface 13, 14 and the electronic control unit 12 is wired.

[0058] The command interface 13, 14 includes a control keyboard equipped with selection elements and, optionally, display elements.

[0059] By way of non-limiting examples, the selection elements can be push buttons or touch keys, the display elements can be light-emitting diodes, an LCD (acronym for the Anglo-Saxon term "Liquid Crystal Display") or TFT (acronym for the Anglo-Saxon term "Thin Film Transistor") display.

[0060] The control interface 13, 14 allows a user to adjust parameters and / or control the motorized drive device 3 and, in particular, the electromechanical actuator 4 associated with the swing gate 2, by pressing one of the selection elements.

[0061] The control interface 13, 14 may include, for example, a local control unit 13, in particular a remote control.

[0062] The local control unit 13 can be connected, via wired or wireless link, to a central control unit 14.

[0063] The electronic control unit 12, the local control unit 13, or the central control unit 14 can communicate with a weather station located on or near a fenced area and including, in particular, one or more sensors that can be configured to determine, for example, temperature, wind speed, or light intensity. When the opening 7 is provided in an enclosure or building, this weather station is located outside of that enclosure or building.

[0064] The central control unit 14 can also be in communication with a server 42, so as to control the motorized drive device 3 according to data made available remotely via a communication network, in particular an internet network that can be connected to the server 42.

[0065] The electronic control unit 12 also includes a command receiving module, in particular for radio commands issued by a command transmitter, such as the remote control 13 intended to control the electromechanical actuator 4. The command receiving module can also allow the reception of commands transmitted by wired means.

[0066] The motorized drive device 3 is configured to execute the opening or closing commands of the swing gate 2 of the home automation closing system 1, which can be issued by the control interface 13, 14.

[0067] We now describe, in more detail and with reference to figures 1 à 3 , the electromechanical actuator 4 belonging to the home automation system for closing the figure 1 .

[0068] The electromechanical actuator 4 further comprises a reducer 50. The reducer 50 is mounted between the electric motor 10 and the motion transmission system 11.

[0069] The electric motor 10 is configured to drive the motion transmission system 11 in reversible rotation, i.e. in a clockwise direction and in a counterclockwise direction.

[0070] Here, the motion transmission system 11 includes a moving element 15 configured to be connected to the screen 5.

[0071] The motion transmission system 11 comprises a threaded rod 16 and a nut 17. The threaded rod 16 is driven in rotation by the electric motor 10 and, in this case, by the reducer 50. In addition, the nut 17 is moved in translation on the threaded rod 16.

[0072] Advantageously, the movable element 15 is formed by means of the nut 17.

[0073] Here, nut 17 comprises a first element commonly called the "nut holder". Furthermore, nut 17 comprises a second element commonly called the "nut".

[0074] The threaded rod 16 is mounted for rotation inside the housing 9 around an axis of rotation X.

[0075] The threaded rod 16 is supported by at least one bearing, not shown, and in particular by two bearings.

[0076] The housing 9 comprises a first part 18 and a second part 19. The first part 18 of the housing 9 forms a first housing inside which the electric motor 10 is located. In addition, the second part 19 of the housing 9 forms a second housing inside which the motion transmission system 11 is located. The first and second parts 18, 19 of the housing 9 are assembled together.

[0077] Advantageously, the first housing of the first part 18 of the housing 9 is disjoint from the second housing of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0078] Here, the electric motor 10 is fixed in the first part 18 of the housing 9. In addition, the threaded rod 16 of the motion transmission system 11 is stationary, along the axial direction, in the housing 9 and, in particular, in the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0079] Thus, the threaded rod 16 is protected inside the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0080] In this way, only the nut 17 is configured to be moved along the axis of rotation X and the threaded rod 16. In addition, the nut 17 is configured to be moved inside the second part 19 of the housing 9. The nut 17 is moved on the threaded rod 16 according to the direction of rotation of the electric motor 10.

[0081] In this embodiment example, the movable element 15 is housed in a bore, not shown, provided in a fixing tab 20 connected to the screen 5.

[0082] Thus, this connection prevents the nut 17 from rotating around the axis of rotation X of the threaded rod 16.

[0083] Here and in no way limiting, the mounting bracket 20 is fixed to the screen 5 by means of fixing screws.

[0084] When the threaded rod 16 is driven in rotation in a first direction of rotation, for example clockwise, by the electric motor 10, the nut 17 is moved, for example, from a free end of the second part 19 of the housing 9 to the first part 18 of the housing 9, so as to exert a pull on the screen 5, and consequently to open the screen 5 of the swing gate 2.

[0085] Furthermore, when the threaded rod 16 is driven in rotation in a second direction of rotation, i.e. in the opposite direction, for example counterclockwise, by the electric motor 10, the nut 17 is moved from the first part 18 of the housing 9 to the free end of the second part 19 of the housing 9, so as to exert a thrust on the screen 5, and consequently to close the screen 5 of the swing gate 2.

[0086] Advantageously, the first and second parts 18, 19 of the housing 9 are made of metallic material and, preferably, of aluminum.

[0087] Here, the first part 18 of the housing 9 is a profiled element.

[0088] Thus, the first part 18 of the housing 7 is a single unit connecting four faces together, an upper face 18a, a lower face 18b and two lateral faces 18c, so as to guarantee its rigidity.

[0089] Here, and as illustrated in the figure 3 , the upper face 18a of the first part 18 of the housing 9 is a solid face.

[0090] Alternatively, not shown, the upper face 18a of the first part 18 of the housing 9 includes a recess.

[0091] Here, the second part 19 of the housing 9 lacks a lower wall. A lower plane of the second part 19 of the housing 9 includes a longitudinal recess 21.

[0092] Alternatively, not shown, the second part 19 of the casing 9 may also include a lower wall inside which is provided the longitudinal recess 21.

[0093] The electromechanical actuator 4 further includes a cover 22. The cover 22 is assembled on the housing 9 and covers at least one face of the second part 19 of the housing 9, in particular the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9, in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 4.

[0094] Advantageously, the hood 22 also covers at least part of one face of the first part 18 of the housing 9, in particular the upper face 18a of the first part 18 of the housing 9, in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 4.

[0095] Here, the hood 22 is made by a wall distinct from the first and second parts 18, 19 of the casing 9.

[0096] Thus, the electromechanical actuator 4 formed by means of the first and second parts 18, 19 of the housing 9 includes a common element consisting of the cover 22 covering, on the one hand, the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9 and, on the other hand, at least in part the upper face 18a of the first part 18 of the housing 9.

[0097] In this way, the covering at least in part of the upper face 18a of the first part 18 of the housing 9 and of the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 7 by the cover 22 makes it possible to improve the perceived quality of the electromechanical actuator 4 and, in particular, to convey a perception of robustness by a monobloc appearance obtained by the use of the cover 22 as a common part between the first and second parts 18, 19 of the housing 9.

[0098] The hood 22 is thus arranged above the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9 and above the upper face 18a of the first part 18 of the housing 9.

[0099] In addition, the distribution of the forces of the connection between the first and second parts 18, 19 of the housing 9 of the electromechanical actuator 4 can be improved through the cover 22 covering at least in part the upper face 18a of the first part 18 of the housing 9 and the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0100] Furthermore, the covering at least in part of the upper face 18a of the first part 18 of the housing 9 and of the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9 by the cover 22 makes it possible to mask the connection between the first and second parts 18, 19 of the housing 9.

[0101] The hood 22 thus provides effective protection against dust and a relatively flat surface that is easy to clean.

[0102] Here, the hood 22 covers the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9 along its entire length.

[0103] The housing 9 has an exposed side. The exposed side of the housing 9 corresponds to the external side of the electromechanical actuator 4, in other words, the side facing the weather and the sun.

[0104] Here, the exposed side of the housing 9 is its upper side in the assembled position of the electromechanical actuator 4 relative to the swing gate 2. In addition, the exposed side of the housing 9 corresponds to the upper face 18a, 19a, respectively, of the first and second parts 18, 19 of the housing 9.

[0105] Advantageously, the second part 19 of the housing 9 includes a profiled element.

[0106] Here, the second part 19 of the housing 9 comprises the upper face 19a and two lateral faces 19c. The upper face 19a extends between the two lateral faces 19c of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0107] The profiled element of the second part 19 of the housing 9 forms a hollow body comprising the longitudinal recess 21 in a lower plane of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0108] Advantageously, the movable element 15 is configured to be moved through the longitudinal recess 21, when the electric motor 10 is activated.

[0109] Preferably, the hood 22 and the second part 19 of the housing 9 are assembled together by first guide elements 23, so as to form a solid assembly.

[0110] Advantageously, the first guide elements 23 of the hood 22 relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 are sliding connection elements.

[0111] Thus, the assembly of the hood 22 and the second part 19 of the housing 9 is carried out by sliding between the hood 22 and the second part 19 of the housing 9, along the first guide elements 23.

[0112] Furthermore, the sliding of the hood 22 relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 by means of the first guide elements 23 makes it possible to access, in particular from the top of the electromechanical actuator 4, a defined space E between the hood 22 and the second part 19 of the housing 9, in particular during an installation or maintenance operation of the electromechanical actuator 4, so as to facilitate the handling by the operator.

[0113] The electromechanical actuator 4 includes a first end-of-stroke position sensor 24a. The first sensor 24a is located between the second part 19 of the housing 9, more specifically the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9, and the cover 22.

[0114] The first sensor 24a is associated with a first end position of the nut 17 relative to the threaded rod 16. The first end position of the nut 17 relative to the threaded rod 16 corresponds to the first position of the screen 5, in other words the closed position.

[0115] Preferably, the electromechanical actuator 4 includes a second end-of-stroke position sensor 24b. The second sensor 24b is located between the second part 19 of the housing 9, more specifically the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9, and the cover 22.

[0116] The second sensor 24b is associated with a second end position of the nut 17 relative to the threaded rod 16. The second end position of the nut 17 relative to the threaded rod 16 corresponds to the second position of the screen 5, in other words the open position.

[0117] Positioning the first sensor 24a and, possibly, the second sensor 24b at the level of the space E defined between the second part 19 of the housing 9 and the cover 22 allows easy access to them, following the removal of the cover 22.

[0118] The first 24a sensor is a magnetic detection sensor.

[0119] Similarly, the second sensor 24b is a magnetic detection sensor.

[0120] Advantageously, the first sensor 24a and, optionally, the second sensor 24b have respectively a housing 43 and a sensing element 44, as illustrated in figures 6 And 9 .

[0121] Here, the housing 43 of the first sensor 24a and, possibly, of the second sensor 24b is made of a plastic material.

[0122] Preferably, the sensing element 44 of the first sensor 24a and, possibly, of the second sensor 24b is a Reed bulb.

[0123] Advantageously, the first sensor 24a and, possibly, the second sensor 24b are respectively held in position relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 by retaining elements 38.

[0124] Advantageously, the retaining elements 38 of the first sensor 24a and, possibly, of the second sensor 24b relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 are sliding connection elements.

[0125] Thus, the first sensor 24a and, possibly, the second sensor 24b can be moved relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 by sliding using the retaining elements 38.

[0126] Here, the retaining elements 38 include rims, so as to form slides inside which the first sensor 24a and, possibly, the second sensor 24b are held.

[0127] Preferably, the retaining elements 38 extend along the longitudinal direction of the second part 19 of the housing 9 and, in particular, along the entire length of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0128] In the example of implementation illustrated in figures 3 And 5 has 11 , the first guide elements 23 of the hood 22 relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 and the retaining elements 38 of the first sensor 24a and, possibly, of the second sensor 24b are made through the same elements belonging to the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0129] The electromechanical actuator 4 further comprises at least one magnet 25.

[0130] Here, the electromechanical actuator 4 includes a single magnet 25.

[0131] Alternatively, not shown, the electromechanical actuator 4 comprises two magnets 25. In such a case, each magnet 25 is arranged at one end of the nut 17.

[0132] In the description that follows, the expression "magnet 25" is used to refer to one or more magnets depending on the configuration of the electromechanical actuator 4.

[0133] The magnet 25 is attached to the moving element 15 of the motion transmission system 11 and, more specifically, assembled on the nut 17 of the motion transmission system 11.

[0134] Advantageously, the magnet 25 is arranged inside the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0135] Following the electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator 4 generating a displacement of the nut 17 on the threaded rod 16, when the magnet 25 is moved in the vicinity of the first sensor 24a or, possibly, the second sensor 24b, a signal is sent to the electronic control unit 12, corresponding to the positioning of the magnet 25 opposite the first sensor 24a or, possibly, the second sensor 24b.

[0136] The determination of the position of the magnet 25 in relation to the first sensor 24a or, possibly, the second sensor 24b is implemented by the detection of a magnetic field emitted by the magnet 25, either by means of the first sensor 24a, or by means of the second sensor 24b and, in particular, through the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0137] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 4 includes a support 26 configured to hold the magnet 25. In addition, the support 26 is fixed on the nut 17.

[0138] In practice, the support 26 is assembled onto the nut 17 using fastening elements.

[0139] Here, the fixing elements of the support 26 on the nut 17 are elastic snap-fit fixing elements.

[0140] The type of fasteners used to attach the bracket to the nut is not limited and may vary. It may, in particular, involve an adhesive bonding method.

[0141] In the example of implementation illustrated in the figure 3 , the support 26 includes a housing 26a configured to house the magnet 25 and an element, not shown, for holding the magnet 25 in the housing 26a.

[0142] Here, the element holding the magnet 25 relative to the support 26 is an elastic snap-fit fastening element.

[0143] The type of element used to hold the magnet to the support is not limited and can vary. It can, for example, be a bonded assembly.

[0144] The first sensor 24a is configured to cooperate with the magnet 25 assembled on the nut 17 of the motion transmission system 11.

[0145] Similarly, the second sensor 24b is configured to cooperate with the magnet 25 assembled on the nut 17 of the motion transmission system 11.

[0146] Preferably, the first sensor 24a includes a light source 39.

[0147] Similarly, the second sensor 24b includes a light source 39.

[0148] Thus, the first sensor 24a and, possibly, the second sensor 24b allow respectively to emit a visual indication by means of their light source 39.

[0149] Here, the light source 39 of the first sensor 24a and, possibly, of the second sensor 24b is a light-emitting diode.

[0150] Advantageously, the light source 39 of the first sensor 24a is configured to indicate the positioning of the magnet 25 opposite the first sensor 24a. Furthermore, the light source 39 of the second sensor 24b is configured to indicate the positioning of the magnet 25 opposite the second sensor 24b.

[0151] Advantageously, the sliding of the hood 22 relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 through the first guide elements 23 allows access to the first sensor 24a and, possibly, to the second sensor 24b arranged respectively between the hood 22 and the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0152] Advantageously, the first sensor 24a and, optionally, the second sensor 24b are electrically connected to the electronic control unit 12 by means of electrical cables, not shown.

[0153] Here, the electrical cables are arranged at the level of the space E defined between the second part 19 of the casing 9 and the cover 22.

[0154] Preferably, the electromechanical actuator 4 includes additional elements 37 arranged between the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9 and the cover 22, in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 4.

[0155] The additional elements 37 are configured to hold in position the electrical cables electrically connecting the first sensor 24a and, possibly, the second sensor 24b to the electronic control unit 12.

[0156] Thus, the additional elements 37 are cable clamp type elements.

[0157] In addition, the additional elements 37 are configured to dampen vibrations between the hood 22 and the second part 19 of the housing 9, in particular at the level of the first guide elements 23, so as to limit noise.

[0158] Thus, the additional elements 37 are also noise reduction elements.

[0159] Here, the additional elements 37 are made of a plastic material and, preferably, of elastomer.

[0160] Advantageously, the first guiding elements 23 of the hood 22 relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 are connecting elements forming ribs 23a and grooves 23b of conjugate shapes, that is to say, elements projecting from one wall and fitting together, in particular by sliding, into corresponding recessed elements of another wall.

[0161] Here, the lateral faces 19c of the second part 19 of the housing 9 respectively include a rib 23a at their upper end, in particular following their extension above the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0162] In addition, the hood 22 includes a groove 23b at each of its two lateral ends, so that the grooves 23b of the hood 22 engage respectively by sliding into the rib 23a of each lateral face 19c of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0163] Thus, the assembly of the hood 22 and the second part 19 of the casing 9 is achieved by sliding between them along the first guide elements 23 forming ribs 23a and grooves 23b.

[0164] In this way, the assembly of the hood 22 and the second part 19 of the housing 9 is inexpensive, simple and quick to implement, during the manufacture, commissioning and maintenance of the electromechanical actuator 4, without the need for specific tooling.

[0165] In addition, such first guide elements 23 make it possible to guarantee the aesthetics of the electromechanical actuator 4, since these are invisible, following the assembly of the hood 22 and the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0166] Here, each rib 23a is formed by a projecting, dovetail-shaped element, i.e., trapezoidal in shape. Furthermore, each associated groove 23b corresponds to a recessed element of the same shape.

[0167] Thus, the dovetail shape of the ribs 23a and the grooves 23b prevents unwanted separation of the hood 22 from the second part 19 of the housing 19, following their assembly together.

[0168] Alternatively, each rib 23a is formed by a projecting element of longitudinal shape, in particular straight or curved. Furthermore, each associated groove 23b corresponds to a recessed element of the same shape.

[0169] Preferably, the hood 22 and the first part 18 of the housing 9 are assembled together by second guide elements 27.

[0170] Advantageously, the second guide elements 27 of the hood 22 relative to the first part 18 of the housing 9 are sliding connection elements.

[0171] Thus, the assembly of the hood 22 and the first part 18 of the housing 9 is achieved by sliding between the hood 22 and the first part 18 of the housing 9, along the second guide elements 27 and, in particular, in relation to guide flanks 27a of the upper face 18a of the first part 18 of the housing 9.

[0172] In this way, the assembly of the hood 22 with the first part 18 of the housing 9 is inexpensive, simple and quick to implement, during the manufacture, commissioning and maintenance of the electromechanical actuator 4, without the need for specific tooling.

[0173] In addition, such second guide elements 27 make it possible to guarantee the aesthetics of the electromechanical actuator 4, since they are invisible, following the assembly of the hood 22 with the first part 18 of the housing 9.

[0174] The second guide elements 27 configured to connect the hood 22 to the first part 18 of the housing 9 and, in particular, the guide flanks 27b of the hood 22 and the guide flanks 27a of the upper face 18a of the first part 18 of the housing 9 constitute sliding elements, i.e. sliding surfaces of the hood 22 relative to the first part 18 of the housing 9.

[0175] Preferably, the electromechanical actuator 4 includes a connecting element 28 configured to connect the second part 19 of the housing 9 to the first part 18 of the housing 9.

[0176] Advantageously, the hood 22 and the connecting element 28 are assembled together by third guiding elements 29.

[0177] Advantageously, the third guide elements 29 of the hood 22 relative to the connecting element 28 are sliding connection elements.

[0178] Thus, the assembly of the hood 22 and the connecting element 28 is achieved by sliding between the hood 22 and the connecting element 28, along the third guide elements 29 and, in particular, relative to the guide flanks 29a of the connecting element 28.

[0179] In this way, the assembly of the hood 22 with the connecting element 28 is inexpensive, simple and quick to implement, during the manufacture, commissioning and maintenance of the electromechanical actuator 4, without the need for specific tooling.

[0180] In addition, such third guide elements 29 make it possible to guarantee the aesthetics of the electromechanical actuator 4, since they are invisible, following the assembly of the hood 22 with the connecting element 28.

[0181] The third guide elements 29 configured to connect the hood 22 to the joining element 28 and, in particular, the guide flanks 27b of the hood 22 and the guide flanks 29a of the joining element 28 constitute sliding elements, i.e. sliding surfaces of the hood 22 relative to the joining element 28.

[0182] Advantageously, the connecting element 28 includes fourth guiding elements 30 of the lateral faces 19c of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0183] Here, the fourth guide elements 30 provided in the connecting element 28 are slots for the passage of the lateral faces 19c of the second part 19 of the housing 9 through at least a part of the connecting element 28.

[0184] Thus, the assembly of the side faces 19c of the second part 19 of the housing 9 with the connecting element 28 is achieved by sliding each side face 19c of the second part 19 of the housing 9 relative to the connecting element 28 and, in particular, relative to the passage slots 30 of the connecting element 28.

[0185] Advantageously, the fixing of the side faces 19c of the second part 19 of the housing 9 with the connecting element 28 is achieved by screwing fixing screws 45, in particular by screwing fixing screws 45 through on both sides of the connecting element 28 and opening into the passage slots 30 of the connecting element 28.

[0186] Here, the connecting element 28 includes through holes for the fixing screws 45. In addition, the side faces 19c of the second part 19 of the housing 9 include screw holes, not shown, configured to cooperate with the fixing screws 45, in particular self-tapping screws.

[0187] Advantageously, the electromechanical actuator 4 further includes a plug 31. The plug 31 is assembled at one end of the second part 19 of the housing 9, in particular at the free end of the second part 19 of the housing 9, in other words the end of the second part 19 of the housing 9 opposite to the connection of the second part 19 of the housing 9 with the first part 18 of the housing 9.

[0188] Thus, the plug 31 is configured to seal the free end of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0189] In this way, the sealing of the free end of the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented at a lower cost, while ensuring the modularity and customization of the different models of electromechanical actuators 4, in particular by giving the possibility of replacing the plug 31 with another depending on the model of actuator 4.

[0190] In addition, the plug 31 sealing the free end of the second part 19 of the housing 9 helps to protect the motion transmission system 11 from the environment of the electromechanical actuator 4, in particular from water or projectiles, such as gravel.

[0191] Here, the plug 31 is fixed to the second part 19 of the housing 9 by means of fixing screws 33, in particular by screwing fixing screws 33 through on both sides of the plug 31.

[0192] In practice, the cap 31 includes through holes 35 for the fixing screws 33. The second part 19 of the housing 9 includes screw holes, not shown, configured to cooperate with the fixing screws 33, in particular self-tapping screws.

[0193] Preferably, the plug 31 supports a bearing, not shown, configured to cooperate with the motion transmission system 11, in particular with the threaded rod 16 comprising a smooth end, i.e. without threads.

[0194] Thus, the plug 31 allows, on the one hand, to protect the motion transmission system 11 from the environment of the electromechanical actuator 4 and, on the other hand, to guide the motion transmission system 11 inside the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0195] Here, the bearing inserted in the plug 31 is a plain bearing, commonly called a bushing.

[0196] Preferably, the electromechanical actuator 4 further includes an end piece 32. The end piece 32 is assembled at one end of the hood 22.

[0197] Thus, the nozzle 32 allows the space E defined between the second part 19 of the housing 9 and the cover 22 to be closed.

[0198] Here, the tip 32 is also assembled onto the cap 31.

[0199] Thus, the assembly of the tip 32 with the cap 31 and the cover 22 makes it possible to secure the whole.

[0200] Here, the tip 32 is fixed to the cover 22 by means of a fixing screw 34, in particular by screwing the fixing screw 34 through the tip 32 on both sides.

[0201] In practice, the end piece 32 includes a through hole 51 for the fixing screw 34. The cap 31 includes a screw hole, not shown, configured to cooperate with the fixing screw 34, in particular a self-tapping screw.

[0202] We now describe, with reference to figures 4 à 11 , a method of implementing a procedure for adjusting the motorized drive device 3 of the swing gate 2 illustrated in figures 1 à 3 .

[0203] In this embodiment, the adjustment process for the motorized drive device 3 of the swing gate 2 includes a step of disengaging the electric motor 10 from the transmission system 11, as illustrated in the figure 4 .

[0204] Here, the disengagement of the electric motor 10 from the transmission system 11 is implemented by a disengagement of the output shaft of the electric motor 10 and, more particularly, of the reducer 50 from the threaded rod 16 of the transmission system 11.

[0205] In practice, the disengagement of the electric motor 10 from the transmission system 11 is implemented by the rotation, in a first direction of rotation, of a key 46 inside a lock 47, so as to unlock the output shaft of the electric motor 10 from the threaded rod 16 of the transmission system 11.

[0206] Here, the disengagement of the electric motor 10 from the transmission system 11 is implemented through a mechanism, not shown, located between the output shaft of the electric motor 10 and the threaded rod 16 of the transmission system 11.

[0207] In one embodiment, such a disengagement mechanism for the electric motor 10 from the transmission system 11 comprises a cam configured to transmit a rotational motion at the lock 47 into a translational motion of a rod. The rod is in contact with a key. Following the displacement of the key, the threaded rod 16 of the motion transmission system 11 is disengaged from the output shaft of the electric motor 10 and, more specifically, from the gearbox 50.

[0208] Thus, such a disengagement of the electric motor 10 from the transmission system 11 allows the threaded rod 16 to be free to rotate.

[0209] In this way, screen 5 of swing gate 2 can be moved manually, especially by the installer.

[0210] Advantageously, prior to the disengagement step, the process includes a step of dismantling a cover 48 relative to the first part 18 of the casing 9.

[0211] Thus, dismantling the cover 48 from the first part 18 of the casing 9 allows access to the lock 47, so as to allow the disengagement of the electric motor 10 from the transmission system 11.

[0212] Here, the dismantling step of cover 48 is implemented by detaching the fixing elements by elastic snap-fit.

[0213] Advantageously, the process also includes a step of dismantling the tip 32 relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0214] The step of dismantling the tip 32 is preferably implemented following the step of disengaging the electric motor 10 from the transmission system 11.

[0215] Here, the dismantling step of the tip 32 is implemented by unscrewing the fixing screw 34 relative to the cover 22 and by removing the tip 32 relative to the plug 31 and the cover 22.

[0216] Following the disassembly step of the nozzle 32, the process includes a step of removing the cover 22 from the second part 19 of the housing 9, as illustrated in the figure 5 .

[0217] Thus, the step of removing the cover 22 from the second part 19 of the housing 9 allows access, from the top of the electromechanical actuator 4, to the space E defined between the cover 22 and the second part 19 of the housing 9 and, more particularly, to the first sensor 24a and, possibly, to the second sensor 24b.

[0218] Here, the step of removing the hood 22 from the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented by sliding the hood 22 from the second part 19 of the housing 9, in particular through the first guide elements 23, along a longitudinal direction of the second part 19 of the housing 9, which is parallel to the axis of rotation X and represented by the arrow A1.

[0219] Advantageously, the step of removing the hood 22 from the second part 19 of the housing 9 is also implemented by sliding, in the same direction, the hood 22 from the first part 18 of the housing 9 and the connecting element 28, in particular via the second and third guide elements 27, 29.

[0220] Following the step of removing the cover 22 from the second part 19 of the housing 9, the process includes a first step of moving the screen 5 to the first end-of-stroke position.

[0221] Advantageously, the first step of moving screen 5 is implemented manually, in particular by the installer.

[0222] Here, the first movement step of screen 5 is implemented until it reaches a first stop located on the ground, not shown. This first stop is configured to cooperate with screen 5, so as to limit the movement of screen 5 in a first direction of movement, specifically in the direction of screen 5 closing.

[0223] Following the first step of moving the screen 5, the process includes a step of moving the first sensor 24a relative to the second part 19 of the housing 19 in the direction of the magnet 25, as illustrated in figures 6 et 7 .

[0224] Advantageously, the displacement of the first sensor 24a is implemented by a translational movement, along the longitudinal direction of the second part 19 of the housing 9 and, more particularly, along the longitudinal direction of the second part 19 of the housing 9, which is parallel to the axis of rotation X and represented by arrow A2 in the figure 6 .

[0225] Here, the movement of the first sensor 24a relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented by the sliding of the first sensor 24a inside the retaining elements 38 of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0226] Following the step of moving the first sensor 24a, it is positioned opposite the magnet 25, as in the position of the figure 7 and the method includes a step of indicating the positioning of the first sensor 24a opposite the magnet 25.

[0227] Thus, the positioning of the first sensor 24a opposite the magnet 25 is indicated to the installer, so as to validate the adjustment in position of the first sensor 24a, according to the length of the second part 19 of the housing 9 and, in particular, according to the length of the threaded rod 16.

[0228] In this way, the implemented indication allows the installer to be notified that the first sensor 24a is correctly positioned relative to the magnet 25.

[0229] Preferably, the positioning indication step of the first sensor 24a opposite the magnet 25 is implemented visually, by switching on the light source 39 of the first sensor 24a.

[0230] Following the positioning indication step of the first sensor 24a opposite the magnet 25, the method includes a step of holding the first sensor 24a in position relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9, as illustrated in the figure 8 .

[0231] Thus, the positioning of the first sensor 24a relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is guaranteed, in particular during the electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator 4, so as to avoid an undesired displacement of the latter by vibrations, during the movement of the screen 5.

[0232] Advantageously, the step of maintaining the position of the first sensor 24a relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented by screwing a pressure screw 40 through an opening 41 provided in the first sensor 24a and bearing against a surface of the second part 19 of the housing 9, in particular the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0233] Here, the step of holding the first sensor 24a in position relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented by means of a tool 36, in particular a screwdriver visible on the figure 8 .

[0234] Preferably, following the step of holding the first sensor 24a in position relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9, the method comprises a second step of moving the screen 5 to the second end-of-travel position, and a step of moving the second sensor 24b relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 towards the magnet 25, as illustrated in figures 9 et 10 , a step of indicating the positioning of the second sensor 24b opposite the magnet 25, then a step of maintaining the position of the second sensor 24b relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9, as illustrated in the figure 11 .

[0235] Advantageously, the second step of moving screen 5 is implemented manually, in particular by the installer.

[0236] Here, the second stage of screen 5's movement is implemented until it reaches a second stop located on the ground (not shown). This second stop is configured to cooperate with screen 5, thus limiting the screen 5's movement in a second direction, specifically in the direction of screen 5's opening movement.

[0237] Here, the step of moving the second sensor 24b relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 towards the magnet 25 is implemented following the step of moving the screen 5 and, in particular, the second step of stopping the screen 5.

[0238] Advantageously, the displacement of the second sensor 24b is implemented by a translational movement, along the longitudinal direction of the second part 19 of the housing 9 and, more particularly, along the longitudinal direction of the second part 19 of the housing 9, which is parallel to the axis of rotation X and represented by arrow A3 in the figure 9 .

[0239] Here, the movement of the second sensor 24b relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented by sliding the second sensor 24b inside the retaining elements 38 of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0240] The positioning of the second sensor 24b opposite the magnet 25 is indicated to the installer, so as to validate the adjustment in position of the second sensor 24b, according to the length of the second part 19 of the housing 9 and, in particular, according to the length of the threaded rod 16.

[0241] In this way, the implemented indication allows the installer to be notified that the second sensor 24b is correctly positioned relative to the magnet 25.

[0242] Preferably, the positioning indication step of the second sensor 24b opposite the magnet 25 is implemented visually, by switching on the light source 39 of the second sensor 24b.

[0243] The positioning of the second sensor 24b relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is guaranteed by maintaining the position of the second sensor 24b relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9, in particular during the electrical activation of the electromechanical actuator 4, so as to avoid an undesired displacement of the latter by vibrations, during the movement of the screen 5.

[0244] Advantageously, the step of maintaining the position of the second sensor 24b relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented by screwing a pressure screw 40 through an opening 41 provided in the second sensor 24b and bearing against a surface of the second part 19 of the housing 9, in particular the upper face 19a of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0245] Here, the step of holding the second sensor 24b in position relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented using tool 36, as illustrated in the figure 11 .

[0246] In the embodiment example, where the electromechanical actuator 4 includes the first sensor 24a and the second sensor 24b, the method includes, following the step of holding the second sensor 24b in position relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9, a step of assembling the cover 22 relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0247] Alternatively, in the case where the electromechanical actuator 4 comprises only the first sensor 24a, the method includes, following the step of holding the first sensor 24a in position relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9, the step of assembling the cover 22 relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0248] Here, the assembly step of the hood 22 with respect to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented by elastic snapping of the hood 22 onto the second part 19 of the housing 9 and, more particularly, by elastic deformation of the hood 22.

[0249] In such a case, the hood 22 is elastically deformed during assembly on the second part 19 of the housing 9, in particular by bearing on the first guide elements 23 and, in particular, the ribs 23a of the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0250] In addition, the step of assembling the hood 22 with respect to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented by sliding the hood 22 with respect to the second part 19 of the housing 9, in particular through the first guide elements 23.

[0251] Here, the sliding of the hood 22 relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented until a stop is reached, in particular the hood 22 is pressed against an element of the first part 18 of the housing 9.

[0252] Advantageously, the step of assembling the hood 22 with respect to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is also implemented by sliding the hood 22 with respect to the first part 18 of the housing 9 and to the joining element 28, in particular via the second and third guide elements 27, 29.

[0253] Alternatively, the step of assembling the hood 22 with respect to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is carried out solely by sliding the hood 22 with respect to the second part 19 of the housing 9, in particular via the first guide elements 23.

[0254] Advantageously, following the step of assembling the hood 22 with respect to the second part 19 of the housing 9, the process includes a step of assembling the nozzle 32 with respect to the second part 19 of the housing 9.

[0255] Here, the assembly step of the tip 32 is implemented by fitting the tip 32 into the cap 31 and the cover 22 and by screwing the fixing screw 34 into the cover 22.

[0256] Adjusting the position of the first sensor 24a and, if necessary, the second sensor 24b relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 allows the first end-of-stroke position and, if necessary, the second end-of-stroke position of the motorized drive device 3 to be adjusted in a simple, ergonomic and easily accessible manner.

[0257] Such an adjustment of the position of the first sensor 24a, as well as of the position of the second sensor 24b, in relation to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is easy, since the first and second sensors 24a, 24b are visible and accessible from the top of the electromechanical actuator 4, in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 3 in relation to the swing gate 2 and following the removal of the cover 22.

[0258] In this way, the adjustment of the position of the first sensor 24a, as well as the position of the second sensor 24b, relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is implemented without having to dismantle the electromechanical actuator 4 relative to the fixed support 8 and the screen 5 of the swing gate 2.

[0259] In addition, adjusting the position of the first sensor 24a, as well as the position of the second sensor 24b, relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9 is easy to implement, thanks to the removal of the cover 22 relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9, which delimits the space E within which the first and second sensors 24a, 24b are arranged.

[0260] Following the fitting step of the tip 32, the process includes a clutching step of the electric motor 10 relative to the transmission system 11.

[0261] Here, the clutch of the electric motor 10 with respect to the transmission system 11 is implemented by a connection of the output shaft of the electric motor 10 and, more particularly, of the reducer 50 with respect to the threaded rod 16 of the transmission system 11.

[0262] In practice, the clutch of the electric motor 10 with respect to the transmission system 11 is implemented by the rotation, in a second direction of rotation opposite to the first direction of rotation, of the key 46 inside the lock 47, so as to lock the output shaft of the electric motor 10 with respect to the threaded rod 16 of the transmission system 11.

[0263] Here, the clutch of the electric motor 10 relative to the transmission system 11 is implemented through the mechanism disposed between the output shaft of the electric motor 10 and the threaded rod 16 of the transmission system 11.

[0264] Advantageously, following the clutching step, the process includes a step of mounting the cover 48 relative to the first part 18 of the housing 9.

[0265] Here, the assembly step of the cover 48 is implemented by fitting the cover 48 into the first part 18 of the housing 9 and by the cooperation of the elastic snap-fit elements of the cover 48 and the first part 18 of the housing 9.

[0266] Following the clutching step and, more specifically, the mounting step of the cover 48, the process includes a self-learning step implemented by the electronic control unit 12 of the motorized drive device 3.

[0267] Thus, the self-learning step allows control of the conformity of the movements of screen 5 up to the first end position of travel and, possibly, up to the second end position of travel.

[0268] Advantageously, the self-learning stage is implemented by activating the motorized training device 3.

[0269] In the embodiment example, the activation of the motorized drive device 3 is implemented by pressing at least one selection element of the electronic control unit 12.

[0270] Here, the activation of the motorized drive device 3 is implemented by a first press on a first selection element, called the setting element, for a predetermined period of time, which can be, for example, on the order of two seconds, then by a second press on a second selection element, called the confirmation element.

[0271] Advantageously, the self-learning step is implemented from an intermediate position of screen 5. The intermediate position is located between the first end-of-stroke position, i.e. the closed position, and the second end-of-stroke position, i.e. the open position.

[0272] Here, reaching the intermediate position is achieved by activating the motorized drive device 3, so as to rotate the screen 5, and then by deactivating the motorized drive device 3, so as to stop the screen 5.

[0273] In practice, the activation of the motorized drive device 3 is implemented by a first press on a first selection element of the control interface 13, 14, in particular of the remote control 13. In addition, the deactivation of the motorized drive device 3 is implemented by a second press on a second selection element of the control interface 13, 14.

[0274] During the self-learning stage, the electronic control unit 12 implements two cycles of opening and closing the screen 5.

[0275] In the event that the result of the self-learning step is compliant, the electronic control unit 12 emits a compliance signal, in particular displays a first piece of information, called compliance, on a display of the electronic control unit 12.

[0276] Furthermore, in the event that the result of the self-learning step is non-compliant, the electronic control unit 12 emits a non-compliance signal, in particular displays non-compliance information on a display of the electronic control unit 12.

[0277] Advantageously, the first opening and closing cycle of screen 5 is implemented at a reduced speed of screen 5 movement. Furthermore, the second opening and closing cycle of screen 5 is implemented at a nominal speed of screen 5 movement.

[0278] Preferably, the process includes a step to control the holding of the screen 5 in the first end-of-travel position, called the closed position.

[0279] Here, the control of maintaining the position of screen 5 in the first end-of-travel position corresponds to a control of applying pressure to screen 5 against the first stop placed on the ground.

[0280] In practice, the step of checking that the screen 5 remains in the first end-of-travel position is implemented by the installer.

[0281] In the event that the result of the control step is unsatisfactory, the method includes a step of implementing a correction parameter for the first end-of-stroke position implemented by the electronic control unit 12, during a movement of the screen 5 to the first end-of-stroke position.

[0282] Advantageously, the correction parameter for the first end-of-stroke position corresponds to an additional operating time of the motorized drive device 3, following the detection of the first end-of-stroke position by the first sensor 24a.

[0283] Thus, following the placement of the screen 5 on the first stop placed on the ground, the pressure exerted by the motorized drive device 3 on the screen 5 is greater than that defined by default.

[0284] In this way, the implementation step of the correction parameter of the first end-of-travel position allows, in the closed position of screen 5, to guarantee better holding of screen 5, as well as to increase the resistance of screen 5 against an attempted intrusion by an individual.

[0285] In practice, the step of implementing the correction parameter of the first end-of-travel position is implemented by at least one press on a selection element of the electronic control unit 12.

[0286] We now describe a method of execution of a control process in operation of the motorized drive device 3 of the swing gate 2.

[0287] The method of controlling the motorized drive device 3 in operation includes a step of moving the screen 5, a step of determining the positioning of the magnet 25 opposite the first sensor 24a or, optionally, opposite the second sensor 24b, a step of determining whether or not the first end-of-travel position of the screen 5, also called the closed position, or the second end-of-travel position of the screen 5, also called the open position, has been reached by the electronic control unit 12, depending on the result of the step of determining the positioning of the magnet 25.

[0288] The step of moving the screen 5 is implemented by activating the motorized drive device 3.

[0289] Here, the activation of the motorized drive device 3 is implemented by pressing a selection element of the control interface 13, 14, in particular of the remote control 13.

[0290] Here, the selection element is the selection element for closing or opening the swing gate 2.

[0291] The control method is implemented following the adjustment of the motorized drive device 3, so as to detect, by means of the electronic control unit 12, following the determination of the positioning of the magnet 25 relative to the first and second sensors 24a, 24b positioned relative to the second part 19 of the housing 9, during the adjustment process, whether or not the first end-of-stroke position of the screen 5 or the second end-of-stroke position of the screen 5 has been reached.

[0292] In the event that the first end position of screen 5 or the second end position of screen 5 is detected, the method includes a step of stopping screen 5.

[0293] The screen shutdown step 5 is implemented by deactivating the motorized drive device 3.

[0294] Furthermore, as long as the first end-of-travel position of screen 5 or the second end-of-travel position of screen 5 is not detected, the method continues to implement the step of moving screen 5.

[0295] Furthermore, the screen 5 can be stopped during the step of moving the screen 5, following a press on a selection element of the control interface 13, 14, in particular of the remote control 13.

[0296] Here, the selection element can be the stop selection element of screen 5 of swing gate 2.

[0297] Thanks to the present invention, adjusting the position of the first sensor and, optionally, the second sensor relative to the second part of the housing allows the first end-of-stroke position and, optionally, the second end-of-stroke position of the motorized drive device to be adjusted in a simple, ergonomic and easily accessible manner.

[0298] Such an adjustment of the position of the first sensor, as well as the position of the second sensor, relative to the second part of the housing is easy, since the first and second sensors are visible and accessible from the top of the electromechanical actuator, in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device relative to the swing gate.

[0299] In this way, the adjustment of the position of the first sensor, as well as the position of the second sensor, relative to the second part of the housing is implemented without having to dismantle the electromechanical actuator relative to the fixed support and the screen of the swing gate.

[0300] Numerous modifications can be made to the embodiment examples described above without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.

[0301] In particular, the material of the first and second parts 18, 19 of the housing 9 may be different. It may, in particular, be a plastic material.

[0302] Alternatively, and not shown, the positioning indication step for the first sensor 24a relative to the magnet 25, and similarly for the second sensor 24b, is implemented visually by means of a signaling device, which can be placed, for example, on a fence post. Such a signaling device allows, in particular, the indication of a movement of the screen 5 of the swing gate 2 operated by the motorized drive unit 3. The signaling device is configured to communicate with the electronic control unit 12 unidirectionally or bidirectionally via a wired or wireless connection, so as to perform the indication step.

[0303] Alternatively, the positioning indication step of the first sensor 24a opposite the magnet 25, and similarly for the second sensor 24b, is implemented audibly by means of a sound generation element, not shown, such as, for example, a buzzer, which can be integrated at the level of the electronic control unit 12.

[0304] Alternatively, the control interface 13, 14, in particular the remote control 13, includes a single selection element 14. The selection element of the control interface 13, 14 allows the movement of the screen 5 to be controlled in a first direction of movement and in a second direction of movement, as well as the stopping of the screen 5.

[0305] In the case where the swing gate 2 includes two screens 5 and where each screen 5 is driven in rotation by means of an electromechanical actuator 4, all the steps of the adjustment process must be implemented for each electromechanical actuator 4.

[0306] Furthermore, the embodiments and variants mentioned above can be combined to generate other embodiments of the invention, without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the claims.
