Description
Technical field
[0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural vehicles. In particular, it relates to a mobile agricultural silo. Similar systems are known in documents CN209527224U and CN212381717. Prior art
[0002] Collecting organizations, such as cooperatives, seek to respond to the constraints of their agricultural producers, in particular by offering them technological innovations that simplify and optimize logistics at harvest time.
[0003] Indeed, weather, regulatory, and economic conditions are forcing collection organizations to rethink their system for organizing the collection of agricultural products, such as cereals, in order to provide customized, lower-cost solutions to increase their productivity while limiting their operating costs.
[0004] However, the latter encounter a structural problem which is linked to the plurality of collection sites which are distributed over an area to be covered and to the aging of their infrastructures.
[0005] In fact, in certain areas, collecting organizations have silos in all or part of the neighboring municipalities in order to be as close as possible to their agricultural producers.
[0006] This organization requires traveling to each of the silos to collect the harvests stored in the silos. This involves high operational costs in terms of equipment and personnel that are proportional to the number of sites.
[0007] In order to reduce these operational costs, many collection organizations regularly close collection sites that are often outdated and no longer meet safety standards.
[0008] But these successive closures of local sites pose satisfaction problems for agricultural producers. Collecting organizations need to find alternative solutions to retain their agricultural producers and provide them with a local service.
[0009] Thus, there is a need to collect agricultural products flexibly and at competitive costs. Summary of the invention

[0027] One of the objectives of this invention is to provide a solution for collecting agricultural products in a flexible manner, and at competitive operational costs.
[0028] To this end, the inventor proposes a silo that can be positioned as close as possible to the crops while having a large storage capacity, in particular, thanks to the use of a vertical telescopic extension system. In addition, the silo of the invention is mobile and can therefore move between several harvest sites.
[0029] In this way, it is no longer necessary to have too many collection sites in a given territory. Because, the mobile silo according to the invention can move from collection site to collection site. In addition, the mobile silo of the invention has a large capacity to harvest agricultural products from several sites, thus allowing the optimization of the overall logistics chain. Indeed, thanks to the invention, collecting organizations will be able to reduce their operating costs (i.e., infrastructure costs, personnel costs, transport costs) while improving the productivity of transport providers.
[0030] Thus, the invention relates to an agricultural mobile silo.
[0031] In particular, as illustrated in the example of the figure 1 , the agricultural mobile silo 100 comprises a chassis 110, a storage container 120 and a lifting device 130.
[0032] In the example of the figure 1 , considering a front-rear orientation from right to left, the chassis 110 extends longitudinally forward and rearward.
[0033] Preferably, the chassis 110 has a length of less than twelve meters, excluding the drawbar.
[0034] In a first way of producing the chassis 110, it comprises at least one front axle 140a and at least one rear axle 140b.
[0035] In practice, each axle 140a, 140b supports a plurality of wheels 150.
[0036] Further, at least one of the front axles 140a is a steer axle, and at least one of the rear axles 140b is a self-steering axle.
[0037] A steering axle is a carrying axle of a vehicle whose wheels, which are connected to the steering, are mounted on parts that can pivot about axes carried by the ends of the central beam of the axle. For example, a drawbar can be used to control the change of wheel orientation.
[0038] A self-steering axle is an auxiliary axle of a vehicle which has a fixed central beam which is always perpendicular to the longitudinal plane of the vehicle and whose wheels, which are connected to the steering, are mounted on parts which can pivot about axes carried by the ends of the central beam of the axle. For example, known control mechanisms (e.g., rod systems or hydraulic control) can be used to control the orientation of the steering axle so as to change the orientation of the wheels.
[0039] In a first example of the primary embodiment of the chassis 110, each front axle 140a is a steering axle.
[0040] In a second example of the first way of making the chassis 110, each rear axle 140b is a self-steering axle.
[0041] In a second way of producing the chassis 110, it is configured to support at least one motor of the agricultural mobile silo 100, for example a thermal engine, an electric motor or a hybrid motor.
[0042] A hybrid engine is understood to mean a power plant which comprises at least one thermal engine and at least one electric motor, and in which the mechanical power is supplied either by the thermal engine alone, or by the electric motor alone, or by both motors jointly.
[0043] Preferably, the engine will be mounted at the front part of the 110 chassis.
[0044] However, as required, the engine may be mounted elsewhere on the chassis 110, without requiring substantial modifications to the invention.
[0045] In practice, the engine can be used to provide energy to operate one or more ancillary equipment of the agricultural mobile silo 100.
[0046] In one example, the ancillary equipment is chosen from: a collection hopper and a conveyor screw.
[0047] Thus, in this example, a collection hopper connected to an input conveyor screw may be used to harvest agricultural products in the storage container 120.
[0048] Preferably, the collection hopper will be mounted on the chassis 110, at its rear part.
[0049] However, depending on requirements, the collection hopper may be mounted elsewhere on the chassis 110, without requiring substantial modifications to the invention.
[0050] Advantageously, it will be possible to mount the collection hopper on the chassis 110 using a retractable means which will be configured to make the collection hopper movable between a folded position and a retracted position.
[0051] For example, in the folded position, the collection hopper may be substantially parallel to one of the walls of the storage container 120 or substantially rest against one of the walls of the storage container 120. Whereas, in the retracted position, the collection hopper may be substantially perpendicular to one of the walls of the storage container 120.
[0052] Furthermore, an outlet conveyor screw may be used to extract agricultural products from the storage container 120.
[0053] However, depending on resources, other additional equipment may be considered, without requiring substantial modifications to the invention.
[0054] Back to the figure 1 , the storage container 120 is mounted on the chassis 110 between the front and the rear of the chassis 110.
[0055] In one example, the storage container 120 is centered between the front and rear of the chassis 110.
[0056] However, depending on the needs, other positions of the storage container 120 may be envisaged, without requiring substantial modifications to the invention.
[0057] In a particular embodiment, the storage container 120 has the shape of a parallelepiped.
[0058] Preferably, the storage container 120 has a cube shape or a rectangular parallelepiped shape.
[0059] In this context, the storage container 120 comprises a floor, a ceiling, side walls, called left wall and right wall, and end walls, called front wall and rear wall.
[0060] However, depending on the needs, other forms of the storage container 120 may be envisaged, without requiring substantial modifications of the invention.
[0061] Furthermore, as illustrated by the figure 2 , the storage container 120 comprises an upper part 121, a lower part 122 which delimit a hollow internal cavity.
[0062] In the invention, the internal cavity of the storage container 120 is configured to store agricultural products.
[0063] In one example, agricultural products come in the form of seeds, for example, grains, such as oats, wheat, barley, corn, soybeans, and rice.
[0064] However, depending on the needs, it may be possible to consider using other agricultural products which may, where appropriate, be presented in other forms, without requiring substantial modifications to the invention.
[0065] Preferably, the internal cavity is configured to hold up to 130 tonnes of agricultural produce.
[0066] In a particular embodiment of the lower part 122, the latter has at least one extraction opening for evacuating agricultural products from the internal cavity of the storage container 120.
[0067] In practice, in this embodiment of the lower part 122, the extraction opening is arranged on at least one of the walls of the storage container 120.
[0068] In one example, the extraction opening is arranged on a wall of the storage container 120 chosen from: the rear wall, the front wall, the left wall and the right wall.
[0069] Back to the figure 1 , the upper part 121 of the storage container 120 comprises a roof 123 and a telescopic part 124.
[0070] In particular, the roof 123 surmounts the telescopic part 124.
[0071] In a particular embodiment, the roof 123 has a roof shape selected from: a barrel roof, a hull roof, a gable roof, a pavilion roof, a mansard roof, an inverted roof, and any combination thereof.
[0072] Furthermore, the telescopic portion 124 has an outer periphery which is adapted to be housed in the internal cavity of the storage container 120.
[0073] In one way of realizing the telescopic part 124, it comprises at least two telescopic stages 124a, 124b which are vertically movable.
[0074] In practice, the two telescopic stages 124a, 124b have external peripheries of different sizes.
[0075] In particular, a first telescopic stage, called the top telescopic stage 124a, is secured to the roof 123.
[0076] Furthermore, a second telescopic stage, called the base telescopic stage 124b, is arranged to move relative to the lower part 122 of the storage container 120.
[0077] Finally, the telescopic part 124 is arranged in such a way that at least two telescopic stages 124a, 124b adjacent to each other are movable relative to each other.
[0078] In one example of how to make the telescopic portion 124, the top telescopic stage 124a has an outer shoulder 125.
[0079] Further, the base telescopic stage 124b and any telescopic stage arranged between the top telescopic stage 124a and the base telescopic stage 124b have an outer shoulder 125 and an inner shoulder 126.
[0080] Furthermore, the lower portion 122 has an internal shoulder 126.
[0081] Finally, each inner shoulder 126 is configured to be able to come into abutment with the neighboring outer shoulder 125.
[0082] In a first particular embodiment of the telescopic part 124, the latter comprises a plurality of longitudinal guide rails for slidingly guiding each telescopic stage 124a, 124b.
[0083] In one example, each telescopic stage 124a, 124b is guided by guide rollers of known type.
[0084] However, depending on the resources, it will be possible to consider using other guidance devices, without requiring substantial modifications to the invention.
[0085] In a second embodiment of the telescopic part 124, the latter has at least one collection opening for harvesting agricultural products in the internal cavity of the storage container 120.
[0086] In practice, in this embodiment of the telescopic part 124, the collection opening is arranged on at least one of the walls of the storage container 120.
[0087] In one example, the collection opening is arranged on a wall of the storage container 120 chosen from: the rear wall, the front wall, the left wall and the right wall.
[0088] Returning to the example of the figure 1, a first fixed end 131 of the lifting device 130 is secured to the lower part 122 of the storage container 120.
[0089] In a first example, the first fixed end 131 of the lifting device 130 is welded to the lower part 122 of the storage container 120.
[0090] In a second example, the first fixed end 131 of the lifting device 130 is bolted to the lower part 122 of the storage container 120.
[0091] In practice, in the figure 1 , the first fixed end 131 of the lifting device 130 is further fixed to the floor of the storage container 120.
[0092] In a first example, the first fixed end 131 of the lifting device 130 is further welded to the floor of the storage container 120.
[0093] In a second example, the first fixed end 131 of the lifting device 130 is further bolted to the floor of the storage container 120.
[0094] So, in the example of the figure 1 , the lifting device is not mounted directly on the chassis 110, but is an integral part of the storage container 120.
[0095] Such an arrangement is advantageous, because it allows a system of scales, such as load cells 160, to be interposed between the chassis 110 and the floor of the storage container 120, to weigh the collection and / or extraction of agricultural products which are introduced and / or extracted from the storage container 120. In this way, the generation of interference on the weighing is avoided, because the lifting device 130 is part of the tare of the scale system.
[0096] Furthermore, a second movable end 132 of the lifting device 130 is secured to the upper part 121 of the storage container 120.
[0097] In a first example, the second movable end 132 of the lifting device 130 is welded to the upper part 121 of the storage container 120.
[0098] In a second example, the second movable end 132 of the lifting device 130 is bolted to the upper part 121 of the storage container 120.
[0099] In the invention, the lifting device 130 is configured to vertically move the upper portion 121 of the storage container 120 between a retracted configuration and a deployed configuration.
[0100] In practice, as illustrated in the example of the figure 3 in combination with the figure 2 , the retracted configuration allows the entire telescopic portion 124 to be housed in the internal cavity of the storage container 120.
[0101] Whereas, as illustrated in the example of the figure 2, the deployed configuration allows all or part of the telescopic portion 124 to extend out of the internal cavity of the storage container 120.
[0102] Preferably, in the deployed configuration, the storage container 120 has a height of less than ten meters, preferably less than seven meters, or even less than five meters.
[0103] In one way of implementing the lifting device 130, as illustrated in the example of the figure 4 , this comprises at least a first opposing pair of a first lifting device part which is disposed outside the storage container 120.
[0104] In a first example, a first lifting device portion of the first pair is disposed on the rear wall of the storage container 120 and the other first lifting device portion of the first pair is disposed on the front wall of the storage container 120.
[0105] In a second example, a first lifting device portion of the first pair is arranged on the left wall of the storage container 120 and the other first lifting device portion of the first pair is arranged on the right wall of the storage container 120.
[0106] However, depending on requirements, the first pair may be arranged in other ways, without requiring substantial modifications to the invention.
[0107] In practice, each first part of the lifting device comprises at least two fixed vertical uprights 133, a telescopic frame 134 and a main lifting mechanism 135.
[0108] The vertical uprights 133 are spaced transversely from each other by a predetermined distance.
[0109] In one example, the predetermined distance is chosen such that the vertical posts 133 are at opposite ends of the wall of the storage container 120 on which the first lifting device portion is disposed.
[0110] The telescopic frame 134 has a U-shaped or C-shaped cross-section, which is defined by two vertical legs and a central portion.
[0111] In one example, the telescopic frame 134 has a V-shaped cross-section that is defined by two vertical legs that meet at an intersection point. In this case, the intersection point is configured to perform the same functions as the central portion, as shown below.
[0112] In practice, the branches are configured to slide inside the vertical uprights 133.
[0113] In one example, each branch is guided by guide rollers of known types.
[0114] Furthermore, the main lifting mechanism 135 is arranged between the central part of the telescopic frame 134 and the vertical uprights 133 so as to be able to vertically move the central part of the telescopic frame 134.
[0115] In a first particular embodiment, the roof 123 comprises a peripheral rim 129 of which at least one part is integral with the central part of the telescopic frame 134.
[0116] In a second particular embodiment, the roof 123 comprises a peripheral rim 129 of which at least one part is integral with the central part of the telescopic frame 134.
[0117] Further, in the embodiment of the lifting device 130, it comprises at least a second opposing pair of a second lifting device part which is disposed inside the storage container 120.
[0118] In a first example, a second lifting device portion of the second pair is arranged on the rear wall of the storage container 120 and the other second lifting device portion of the second pair is arranged on the front wall of the storage container 120.
[0119] In a second example, a second lifting device portion of the second pair is arranged on the left wall of the storage container 120 and the other second lifting device portion of the second pair is arranged on the right wall of the storage container 120.
[0120] However, depending on requirements, the second pair may be arranged in other ways, without requiring substantial modifications to the invention.
[0121] For example, the second part of the lifting device of the second pair may be arranged at a distance from the walls of the storage container 120.
[0122] In practice, each second lifting device part comprises an auxiliary lifting mechanism which is coupled to the main lifting mechanism 135 and which is configured to assist, in a synchronized manner, the main lifting mechanism 135 in holding the central part of the telescopic frame 134.
[0123] In a first example of how to implement the lifting device 130, at least one of the main lifting mechanisms 135 and / or at least one of the auxiliary lifting mechanisms comprises a first group 136 of lifting cylinders and at least one second group 137 of lifting cylinders.
[0124] In particular, each group of lifting cylinders comprises at least one lifting cylinder.
[0125] In a first example relating to the main lifting mechanism 135, the lifting cylinder is a hydraulic cylinder.
[0126] This arrangement is advantageous because the hydraulic cylinders are powerful, durable, easily controllable and very precise.
[0127] In a second example relating to the auxiliary lifting mechanism, the lifting cylinder is a pneumatic cylinder.
[0128] This arrangement is advantageous because the pneumatic cylinders contain only air, which even if it leaks will not have an impact on the agricultural products present in the internal cavity of the storage container 120. Whereas, on the contrary, an oil leak from a hydraulic cylinder would be dangerous from a food point of view if it comes into contact with the agricultural products present in the internal cavity of the storage container 120.
[0129] Furthermore, the first group 136 of lifting cylinders and the second group 137 of lifting cylinders are configured to act in opposite directions relative to each other, referred to as the reverse cylinder configuration.
[0130] This arrangement is advantageous because it allows for smooth, step-by-step support.
[0131] In practice, one or more primary cylinders carry out the holding until reaching a first level which corresponds to an end-of-stroke position of the primary cylinders. Then, one or more secondary cylinders continue the holding until reaching a second level which corresponds to an end-of-stroke position of the secondary cylinders.
[0132] Of course, the invention covers the implementation of inverted cylinder configurations with more than two bearings.
[0133] In a first example, the inverted cylinder configuration includes a first cylinder and a second cylinder.
[0134] Preferably, the cylinder body of the first cylinder and the cylinder body of the second cylinder have the same length.
[0135] However, depending on requirements, cylinder bodies of different lengths may be chosen, without requiring substantial modifications to the invention.
[0136] In practice, in this first example, the rod of the first cylinder is oriented in a first direction, while the rod of the second cylinder is oriented in a second direction which is opposite to the first direction.
[0137] In a second example, the reverse cylinder configuration includes a first cylinder, a second cylinder, and a third cylinder.
[0138] Preferably, the cylinder body of the first cylinder, the cylinder body of the second cylinder, and the cylinder body of the second cylinder have the same length.
[0139] However, depending on requirements, cylinder bodies of different lengths may be chosen, without requiring substantial modifications to the invention.
[0140] For example, cylinder bodies of a first length may be chosen for the first cylinder and the second cylinder, while a cylinder body of a second length, different from the first length, may be chosen for the third cylinder.
[0141] In practice, in this second example, the rod of the first cylinder and the rod of the second cylinder are oriented in a first direction, while the rod of the third cylinder is oriented in a second direction which is opposite to the first direction.
[0142] Of course, depending on needs, other configurations of inverted cylinders can be considered.
[0143] In a second example of how to implement the lifting device 130, at least one of the main lifting mechanisms 135 and / or at least one of the auxiliary lifting mechanisms further comprises a ratchet holding mechanism of known type.
[0144] In this second example of how to make the lifting device 130, the wall of the storage container 120 on which the first lifting device part or the second lifting device part is arranged comprises a plurality of snap-fasteners which are arranged successively over a substantial part of the height of the wall.
[0145] Further, the ratchets are configured to cooperate with the retaining pawls of the ratchet retaining mechanism.
[0146] In practice, the retaining pawls are configured to engage with the detents or to be released from the detents. For this purpose, all or part of the retaining pawls are movable.
[0147] Thus, the invention also covers a configuration which comprises at least one fixed holding pawl and at least one movable holding pawl.
[0148] Furthermore, the holding pawls are pivotally mounted to switch between an engaging position and a releasing position.
[0149] For example, retaining pawls have an end portion whose shape is complementary to the shape of the space delimited between two successive clicks.
[0150] Thus, when at least one of the main lifting mechanisms 135 and / or at least one of the auxiliary lifting mechanisms performs the vertical movement of the central part of the telescopic frame 134, the ratchet holding mechanism makes it possible to maintain the lifting device 130 at a desired height.
[0151] We have described and illustrated the invention. However, the invention is not limited to the embodiments we have presented. Thus, an expert in the field can deduce other variants and embodiments from reading the description and the attached figures.
[0152] The invention may be the subject of numerous variations and applications other than those described above.
