Description

[0001] The invention relates to a mounting bracket for a door operator. Door operators are used to close and / or open doors. Door closers and door drives are referred to as door operators. With a door closer, a spring accumulator is usually charged by the manual opening movement. The energy stored in this way is used to close the door. With a door drive, the door can be opened and / or closed independently, for example by means of electromechanics or hydraulics. Door operators are usually attached to the door leaf, frame, or wall. Mounting plates are usually used to attach the door operators. The mounting plate is fastened to its mounting surface, i.e., the door, frame, or wall. The door operator, in turn, is attached to the mounting plate.

[0002] Particularly with fire doors, it is important to note that flammable fluids, especially hydraulic oils, are often used in the door actuators. Appropriate measures should be taken to prevent the fluid in the door actuator from overheating in the event of a fire and possibly igniting after escaping from the door actuator. A mounting bracket for fire doors is known from EP 3 064 684.

[0003] It is the object of the present invention to provide a mounting bracket for a door operator which ensures reliable fastening of the door operator and at the same time meets safety-relevant requirements, in particular in the event of a fire.

[0004] The problem is solved by the features of the independent claim. The dependent claims relate to advantageous embodiments of the invention.

[0005] The invention describes a mounting bracket that is used instead of a conventional mounting plate for attaching a door operator, namely a door closer or door drive. The mounting bracket has at least a first mounting element and a second mounting element. The mounting elements are connected to one another via at least one connecting arrangement. Under appropriate thermal stress, this connecting arrangement releases, so that the two mounting elements separate from one another. This causes the door operator to detach from the mounting surface, i.e., from the door, frame, or wall. In particular, it is assumed that the door operator is located on the side of the door facing away from the fire. By detaching the door operator from its mounting surface, it is prevented that the door operator becomes excessively hot, thereby preventing fluid from escaping from the door operator and igniting the fluid.

[0006] A mounting axis is defined on the mounting bracket to describe directions. For example, the mounting axis is parallel to the screws used to attach the mounting bracket to the mounting surface. According to an alternative definition, the mounting axis is perpendicular to the output axis of the door operator. A longitudinal axis and a vertical axis are defined perpendicular to the mounting axis; the longitudinal axis extends horizontally in the typical installation position.

[0007] The two mounting elements are preferably plates or plate-shaped elements that are arranged next to one another or, in particular, inside one another to form the mounting bracket. It is particularly provided that the rear side of at least one first mounting element is fastened, in particular screwed, to the mounting surface. This mounting surface is formed by a door, frame, or wall. Accordingly, the second mounting element is connected to the door operator. The second mounting element has, in particular, a front surface to which the door operator is fastened, in particular screwed. Preferably, the second mounting element is a separate component to which the door operator is fastened. Alternatively, however, the second mounting element can also be an integral part of the door operator.

[0008] Furthermore, the reverse design is also possible, according to which the at least one first mounting element is designed to receive the door operator and the second mounting element is fastened to the mounting surface.

[0009] The mounting bracket comprises at least one connecting arrangement. In particular, one, two, three, four, five, or more such connecting arrangements are provided.

[0010] The connecting assembly holds the two assembly elements together in its holding position. This is achieved, in particular, by a positive locking mechanism within the connecting assembly. The connecting assembly can be moved into a release position. In this release position, the connecting assembly no longer holds the two assembly elements together; in particular, the positive connection between the two assembly elements created by the connecting assembly is released.

[0011] The mounting bracket further comprises at least one shape memory assembly. This shape memory assembly, in turn, comprises at least one shape memory element (e.g., wire) made of shape memory material. This shape memory material is, in particular, a shape memory metal or a shape memory alloy. The shape memory material is, in particular, a special metal that can exist in two different crystal structures (e.g., austenite and martensite). The shape memory assembly is arranged and configured in the mounting bracket such that, upon thermal activation, it moves the connecting assembly into the release position. The shape memory assembly is thus used in the mounting bracket as an actuator or drive for moving the connecting assembly. It is not necessary to move the entire connection arrangement; it may be sufficient to move part of the connection arrangement in such a way as to release the connection between the two mounting elements.

[0012] Thermal activation occurs, in particular, in a temperature range of 90°C to 200°C. In particular, the shape memory assembly is designed such that activation occurs at a temperature appropriate to prevent the fluid from escaping from the door operator and subsequently igniting the fluid. In particular, thermal activation involves heating the shape memory element, resulting in the transformation of the martensitic structure into the austenitic structure.

[0013] The shape memory element is preferably designed as a wire, rod, or spring. The spring is, in particular, a spiral spring. The shape memory element changes its length upon thermal activation; in particular, it shortens. As a result, a force, in particular a tensile force, can be exerted on an element of the connecting arrangement by thermal activation of the shape memory element. This force, in particular a tensile force, can be used to release the connections of the connecting arrangement.

[0014] InIn the mounting bracket, the shape memory element is preferably arranged at least partially in a receiving groove and / or a fully enclosed channel. The receiving groove or channel is located in particular in the first mounting element. This arrangement in the receiving groove or channel enables a protected position for the relatively thin shape memory element, so that, for example, the wire is not damaged during assembly of the mounting bracket. The receiving groove or channel preferably extends over at least 50% of the length of the shape memory element. This also ensures that heat is transported particularly quickly from the mounting surface to the shape memory element, and thus the mounting bracket can react as quickly as possible to a dangerous increase in temperature on the mounting surface.

[0015] Preferably, the first mounting element comprises a base plate, which is particularly designed to rest against the mounting surface. The base plate is screwed to the mounting surface, in particular via corresponding mounting holes.

[0016] The second mounting element is preferably designed as a plate. In particular, this plate has at least one receiving recess. The receiving recess is, in particular, continuous from the front to the back. The first mounting element is arranged in the receiving recess. In particular, the second mounting element is frame-shaped and thus completely surrounds the at least one receiving recess.

[0017] In the second mounting element, several receiving recesses can also be provided, each for arranging a first mounting element.

[0018] By this design, the at least one first mounting element is integrated into the plate-shaped second mounting element and a space-optimized construction is provided.

[0019] The mounting bracket preferably has a maximum thickness of 6 mm, in particular a maximum of 4 mm. This relatively thin design results in an appearance similar to that of a standard mounting plate. The thickness is measured from the back to the front, i.e., parallel to the mounting axis. Any positioning projections or other elements onto which the door operator is attached are not taken into account.

[0020] In a preferred embodiment, the connecting arrangement comprises at least one locking element. This locking element is movably mounted on the first mounting element and can be moved from its holding position to a release position. The first mounting element is, in particular, the component to be screwed to the mounting surface (door, wall, or frame).

[0021] In the initial state, i.e., when the shape memory assembly is not thermally activated, the locking element is in its holding position, thereby holding the second mounting element. In the release position, the locking element releases the second mounting element, allowing the two mounting elements to separate from each other. This also releases the door operator from the mounting surface.

[0022] The movement of the locking element into its release position is effected by the shape memory arrangement, which exerts a corresponding force on the locking element of the connecting arrangement upon thermal activation.

[0023] The connection between the shape memory arrangement, in particular the shape memory element, and the at least one locking element can be direct or indirect. The positive connection between the locking element and the second mounting element can also be direct or indirect. For example, a variant is presented in which a pivoting lock is arranged between the locking element and the second mounting element. This lock is initially blocked by the locking element and can then rotate in the release position to release the positive connection with the second mounting element.

[0024] Basically, the shape memory arrangement is arranged and configured to move the locking element. The locking element can be arranged on the first mounting element, in particular on the base plate of the first mounting element, for linear or rotational movement. The locking element can be linearly movable either parallel to the longitudinal axis or parallel to the vertical axis, and thus perpendicular to the mounting axis. In the rotationally movable arrangement, it is particularly provided that the corresponding locking axis of rotation is parallel to the mounting axis.

[0025] Depending on these different arrangements of the locking element, the shape memory arrangement is particularly arranged and designed to pull, rotate, or deform the locking element. The deformation can be accompanied by a pulling and / or rotating movement of the locking element.

[0026] Preferably, the mounting bracket comprises at least two opposing locking elements. The two locking elements are, in particular, opposed in such a way that, upon movement toward each other, in particular parallel to the longitudinal axis, they are moved into their release position. The two ends of the at least one shape memory arrangement are preferably connected to the two opposing locking elements, so that upon thermal activation, the shape memory arrangement contracts, simultaneously moving the two locking elements toward each other into the release position.

[0027] Alternatively, it is also possible to couple the two opposing locking elements with a shape memory assembly each. In particular, one end of the shape memory assembly is then connected to the corresponding locking element, and the other end of the shape memory assembly is connected to the first mounting element, in particular the base plate. Upon thermal activation, the shape memory assemblies contract, thereby pulling the corresponding locking element into the desired release position.

[0028] In a third variant, at least two co-rotating locking elements are provided, wherein the two co-rotating locking elements are connected together with a shape memory arrangement, in particular a shape memory element, in a force-transmitting manner. As a result, both elements can be moved simultaneously with one shape memory arrangement upon thermal activation. In particular, it is provided that the shape memory arrangement is fastened at one end to the first mounting element, in particular the base plate, and the other end of the shape memory arrangement is connected to one of the two locking elements. Force can be transmitted to the other locking element via a force-transmitting element, for example a sleeve. The shape memory element preferably runs through the sleeve.

[0029] Preferably, an end piece is arranged at at least one end, preferably at both ends, of the respective shape memory element. This end piece is, in particular, an element crimped onto the shape memory element. With such end pieces, the shape memory arrangement can be connected to the associated locking element and / or the base plate of the first mounting element, for example, by hooking it into a corresponding receiving fork. Alternatively, the shape memory element can be connected to the corresponding element of the device by clamping or directly by a material bond (e.g., laser welding point).

[0030] To improve the sliding movement between the locking element and the first or second mounting element, at least one rolling element is preferably provided. Such a rolling element is located between the locking element and the first mounting element and / or between the locking element and the second mounting element.

[0031] The rolling element is preferably a roller (e.g., a rod) or a ball. Such rolling elements can be inserted into one of the mounting elements or the locking element without complex fastening.

[0032] As explained, the locking element can be mounted on the first mounting element for linear movement. In particular, it is provided that the locking element has at least one guide. This guide is, in particular, a guide slot or a guide groove. A guide extension protrudes from the first mounting element into the guide, thus ensuring the linearly movable guidance of the locking element relative to the first mounting element. The guide extension can be an integral component of the base plate of the first mounting element or, for example, a screw inserted into the base plate.

[0033] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that a pivot bolt is arranged between the locking element and the second mounting element. The pivot bolt is, in particular, rotatably mounted on the first mounting element. The pivot axis is preferably perpendicular to the mounting axis; in particular, parallel to the longitudinal axis or parallel to the vertical axis.

[0034] The swivel bolt comprises, in particular, two legs, with the swivel bolt rotation axis located between the two legs. One leg of the swivel bolt engages directly or indirectly with the second mounting element in a form-fitting manner. The other leg engages directly or indirectly with the locking element in its holding position. As long as the locking element is in its holding position, the swivel bolt is prevented from rotating about its swivel bolt axis, and the form-fitting connection to the second mounting element remains intact.

[0035] A cross element, particularly in the form of a rod-shaped rolling element, can be arranged between the locking element and the pivot bolt. When the locking element is moved into the release position, this cross element is pulled out from under the leg of the pivot bolt.

[0036] Furthermore, as already mentioned, the locking element is provided for rotationally movable mounting on the first mounting element. The shape memory arrangement can be connected directly or indirectly to the locking element in order to rotate the locking element about its locking element rotation axis.

[0037] In particular, a transmission rod is provided, which is pulled by the shape memory assembly upon thermal activation. The transmission rod is preferably arranged so as to be linearly movable parallel to the longitudinal axis.

[0038] The transmission rod is in turn connected to the at least one rotatable locking element in such a way that the linear movement of the transmission rod is converted into a rotary movement of the at least one locking element.

[0039] The locking element in the rotatable version is positively connected to the second mounting element in the holding position and is designed such that it is released upon rotation of less than 360°, preferably less than 180°. In particular, the locking element has a cam or other eccentric arrangement that extends perpendicular to the locking axis of rotation and establishes the positive connection with the second mounting element.

[0040] Particularly preferably, the rotatable locking element has, at least in a region of the circumference, a conical surface which interacts with a complementary conical surface of the second mounting element such that, upon rotation into the release position, the second mounting element is pressed away from the mounting surface by the two interacting conical surfaces; so that the door operator moves away from the mounting surface.

[0041] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the shape memory arrangement is arranged and configured to deform the at least one locking element. In this case, the locking element is deformed in particular such that the positive connection between the locking element and the second mounting element is released.

[0042] In particular, the deformable locking element has a U-shape or V-shape with two converging legs. The shape memory arrangement preferably pulls on the locking arrangement centrally between these two legs, so that the two legs bend toward or away from each other to release the connection.

[0043] In the embodiments with a linearly movable locking element, it is particularly provided that an inclined plane is formed between the locking element and the first mounting element. The locking element moves over this inclined plane when moving into the release position, causing the locking element to move perpendicular to the mounting surface and thus exert a compressive force on the door operator. The locking element can push away either the second mounting element or the door operator directly. This assists in the detachment of the door operator.

[0044] In alternative embodiments without a locking element, it is preferably provided that the connecting arrangement comprises at least one form-locking arrangement between the two mounting elements. This form-locking arrangement comprises, in particular, form-locking elements that are directly connected to the first and second mounting elements or are integrally formed, which engage with one another in a form-locking manner in the holding position. By moving at least one of the two mounting elements using the shape memory arrangement, these form-locking elements of the form-locking arrangement can be moved relative to one another, thereby releasing the connection between the mounting elements.

[0045] According to a first variant, the second mounting element can be displaced into the release position relative to the first mounting element upon thermal activation by the shape memory arrangement, whereby the form-locking elements of the form-locking arrangement are released from one another.

[0046] According to a second variant, the form-locking arrangement is arranged and configured to deform one of the two mounting elements, in particular the first mounting element. The corresponding mounting element is deformable in such a way that the form-locking arrangement between the two mounting elements is released.

[0047] If the deformation of the first mounting element is provided, the first mounting element is preferably screwed to the mounting surface via elongated holes, so that the first mounting element can move relative to the screws via these elongated holes.

[0048] Regardless of the design of the connection arrangement, it is preferably provided that the mounting bracket comprises at least one release element. The release element is a thermally intumescent material, for example, a swelling pad or a corresponding spring. The release element is arranged such that it pushes the door operator away from the mounting surface. The release element can act directly on the door operator or on the corresponding mounting element.

[0049] Furthermore, the mounting bracket can have a thermally activated blocking element. The blocking element is made, for example, of a thermally intumescent material or is a fluid-filled glass ampoule, such as those found in sprinkler systems. Furthermore, the blocking element can also be another material that melts or deforms at a certain temperature.

[0050] The blocking element is arranged in such a way that it blocks movement of the connecting assembly into the release position. Only upon thermal activation, ideally before the shape memory assembly is activated, does the blocking element release, thereby allowing movement of the connecting assembly.

[0051] The invention further encompasses an assembly comprising the described mounting bracket and a door operator. The door operator is particularly attached to the second mounting element. The mounting bracket is preferably attached to a mounting surface, in particular a door, frame, or wall.

[0052] The invention will now be described in more detail using exemplary embodiments. [0053] In the following, an arrangement 100 and a mounting bracket 1 are described in detail using the figures. Fig. 1 shows, purely schematically, a mounting surface 101 of the arrangement 100 for all embodiments. This mounting surface 101 is formed, for example, by a door, frame, or wall. A mounting axis 2 is defined perpendicular to the mounting surface 101. A longitudinal axis 10 is defined perpendicular to the mounting axis 2 and horizontally. A vertical axis 11 is defined perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 10 and perpendicular to the mounting axis 2. The longitudinal axis 10 and the vertical axis 11 are, for example, in Fig. 2 shown.

[0054] A door operator 102 is mounted on the mounting bracket 1. The door operator 102, here designed as a door closer, has an output shaft 103. The output shaft 103 is perpendicular to the mounting axis 2 and parallel to the vertical axis 11.

[0055] In all embodiments, the mounting bracket comprises a first mounting element 3 and a second mounting element 4. The first mounting element 3 is inserted into a recess 12 of the plate-shaped and frame-shaped second mounting element 4.

[0056] In particular, it is provided that the first mounting element 3 does not extend significantly further in thickness, i.e. viewed parallel to the mounting axis 2, than the second mounting element 4. The total thickness 43 of the mounting bracket 1 is thus determined by the thickness of the second mounting element 4.

[0057] The mounting bracket 1 has a rear side 6 facing the mounting surface 101. Opposite is the front side 7, onto which the door operator 102 is mounted. In particular, the door operator 102 is attached, in particular screwed, to the second mounting element 4 on this front side 7. However, the second mounting element 4 can also be an integral part of the door operator 102 and thus form the rear side of the door operator 102.

[0058] In the exemplary embodiments, the first mounting element 3 has at least one base plate 8. The base plate 8 extends essentially in the plane defined by the longitudinal axis 10 and the vertical axis 11. Mounting holes 9 are provided in the base plate 11 to secure the base plate 8 to the mounting surface 110. In particular, these mounting holes 9 are countersunk on the front side 7 so that the screw heads can be inserted flush.

[0059] The exemplary embodiments all have one or more shape memory arrangements 20. The respective shape memory arrangement comprises at least one shape memory element 21, here formed as a shape memory wire made of a corresponding shape memory metal alloy.

[0060] The shape memory element 21 may have end pieces 22 at one or both ends. These end pieces 22 are, in particular, thickened areas, for example, crimped elements on the wire.

[0061] The mounting bracket 1 comprises a connecting arrangement 5 for the positive connection of the two mounting elements 3, 4. By means of the shape memory arrangements 20, the connecting arrangement 5 can be moved from the holding position to the release position.

[0062] Details of the various embodiments are explained below. Identical or functionally identical components are always provided with the same reference numerals. Unless otherwise stated, reference is always made to all figures of the respective embodiment.

[0063] Figures 2 to 6 show the first embodiment: The connecting arrangement 5 here comprises two locking elements 13. The two locking elements 13 can be moved in opposite directions from the illustrated holding position to their release position. Guides 14 are provided for the linear mobility of the two locking elements parallel to the longitudinal axis 10. The guides 14 are formed here by elongated holes in the locking elements 13 that are open on one side.

[0064] A guide extension 15, formed here by a screw, protrudes into each of these guides 14. At the same time, these guide extensions 15, with their heads, serve to fasten the locking elements 13 to the base plate 8.

[0065] As especially the cut AA in Fig. 3 shows, the second mounting element 4 has a shoulder 17 in the receiving recess 12. The associated locking element 13 forms a positive connection with this shoulder 17, so that in the holding position shown, the second mounting element 4 cannot detach from the first mounting element 3. By pulling on the two locking elements 13, in the illustrated embodiment 1 by moving the two locking elements 13 towards each other, the connecting arrangement 5 is released and the second mounting element 4 can be moved away from the mounting surface 101.

[0066] To improve the sliding movement of the respective locking element 13, rolling elements 16, here in the form of rods, are inserted. One rolling element 16 is inserted into a groove of the second mounting element 4 at the shoulder 17. Another rolling element 16 is inserted into the locking element 13 and is in rolling contact with the front side 7 of the base plate 8.

[0067] In the first embodiment, two shape memory assemblies 20 are provided. Each shape memory assembly 20 has a shape memory element 21. End pieces 22 are arranged at both ends of the respective shape memory element 21.

[0068] Two parallel receiving grooves 23 are provided in the base plate 8. The shape memory elements 21 extend through these receiving grooves 23. The receiving grooves 23 open into base plate recesses 25 on both sides. The end pieces 22 are accommodated in these base plate recesses 25.

[0069] As the summary of the Figures 4 , 5 and 6 As illustrated, the respective shape memory element 21 rests with an end piece 22 in the base plate recess 25 on the base plate 8 and with the opposite end piece 22 on the associated locking element 13. Upon thermal activation, the length of the shape memory element 21 shortens, whereby the locking element 13 is pulled.

[0070] For the connection between the shape memory element 21 or end piece 22 and the locking element 13, the respective locking element 13 has a receiving fork 24 into which the shape memory element 21 is to be inserted and against which the end piece 22 rests.

[0071] For a space-saving design, the base plate recess 25 is designed such that the receiving fork 24 of the locking element 13 can protrude into the base plate recess 25 and can move in the base plate recess 25; this illustrates Fig. 5 .

[0072] Figures 7 to 12show the second embodiment in different variants: The second embodiment, like the first embodiment, shows opposing locking elements 13 which are moved towards one another with shape memory arrangements 20 in order to release the positive connection to the second mounting element 4.

[0073] Figures 7, 8 and 9 show a construction of the first mounting element 3, in particular the base plate 8 and the two locking elements 13, made of bent sheet metal. Here, too, as in the first embodiment, the locking elements 13 are guided linearly movable on the base plate 8 via corresponding guide extensions 15 and guides 14.

[0074] At the shoulder 17 in the receiving recess 12, there is a bridge 30 that is screwed to the second mounting element 4. The corresponding locking element 13 extends between this bridge 30 and the shoulder 17 in the holding position.

[0075] Fig. 10and the corresponding detail in Fig. 11 show a variant of the second embodiment. Here, two opposing locking elements 13 are provided. The locking elements are loaded into their holding position by play-compensating springs 31, so that a play-free connection is provided between the two mounting elements 3, 4. Such a play-compensating spring 31 can be used in all of the embodiments shown, in particular in the embodiments with at least one locking element 13. Furthermore, a cone can be provided between the locking element 13 and the associated surface on the second mounting element 4, which cone ensures a play-free position of the locking element 13 in the second mounting element 4.

[0076] Fig. 12 shows a further variant of the second embodiment. Here, four locking elements 13 are provided, each formed by the end pieces 22 of the shape memory element 21.

[0077] In detail, four shape memory arrangements 20 are provided here. The four shape memory elements 21 are connected to the base plate 8 by their centrally located end pieces 22 in the center of the mounting bracket 1. On the outer sides, the end pieces 22 protrude into corresponding receiving grooves 23 or channels, simultaneously into the first mounting element 3 and the second mounting element 4 in the holding position. This creates a positive connection between the two mounting elements 3, 4. Upon thermal activation, the four shape memory elements 21 contract, causing the outer end pieces 22 to be pulled out of the second mounting element 4.

[0078] Figures 13 to 15show the third embodiment in different variants: In the third embodiment, the locking elements 13 are both linearly movable and deformable. Through this deformation of the respective locking elements 13, the locking elements 13 detach from the second mounting element 4 and thus release the connecting arrangement 5.

[0079] Furthermore, the third embodiment illustrates how several locking elements 13 can be aligned and moved simultaneously using only one shape memory arrangement 20 and thus only one shape memory element 21.

[0080] Fig. 13 shows two U-shaped locking elements 13; in particular as flat sheet metal parts. Each locking element 13 has two legs, the ends of which engage positively with the second mounting element 4. In the illustration shown according to Fig. 13The locking elements 13 with the shape memory arrangement 20 can be pulled to the right upon thermal activation, causing the legs to move inwards. This results in the deformation of the locking elements 13. To facilitate this inward movement of the legs, the guide 14 and the associated guide extensions 15 are arranged accordingly. The movement into the release position and thus the deformation of the locking element 13 is illustrated in the schematic representation in Fig. 14 .

[0081] The Figures 13 and 14 illustrate that, regardless of the specific embodiment, a shape memory element 21 can move both locking elements 13. In the illustration in Fig. 13The shape memory element 21 is attached to the base plate 8 by its right end piece 22. The shape memory element 21 extends parallel to the longitudinal axis 10 through the right locking element 13 or past the right locking element 13 to the left locking element 13. The left end piece 22 connects the shape memory element 21 to the left locking element 13 and can thus pull the left locking element 13. A sleeve 32 is provided to transmit force to the right locking element 13. The wire-shaped shape memory element 21 passes through this sleeve 32. The sleeve 32 rests against the two locking elements 13 and can thus transmit the force from the left locking element 13 to the right locking element 13.

[0082] Fig. 15illustrates a variant in which the two locking elements 13 are not U-shaped with two legs, but rather the locking element 13 extends as a bendable part, for example a sheet metal part, parallel to the vertical axis 13 and protrudes at the top and bottom into the second mounting element 4. Here, too, by pulling with only one shape memory element 21, bending of both locking elements 13 can be achieved, whereby the connecting arrangement 5 can be released.

[0083] Figures 16 to 19 show the fourth embodiment in different variants: Fig. 16 shows the front 7 of the mounting bracket 1. Fig. 17 shows the back 6 of the mounting bracket 1. Fig. 18 shows in schematic representation with the sections CC and DD the movement of the connecting arrangement 5 from the holding position to the release position.

[0084] In the fourth embodiment, two opposing locking elements 13 are provided that can be moved toward each other. However, the locking elements 13 do not engage directly with the second mounting element 4 in a form-fitting manner, but rather block the pivoting movement of a pivoting bolt 33 via a transverse element 35. The pivoting bolt 33, in turn, engages with a form-fitting manner with the shoulder 17 in the receiving recess 12 of the second mounting element 4.

[0085] As the Figures 16 to 18 As can be seen, two pivot bolts 33 are arranged on both sides of the base plate 8. The pivot bolts 33 can each be rotated about a pivot bolt rotation axis 34. The pivot bolt rotation axis 34 is parallel to the vertical axis 11.

[0086] The two locking elements 13 are, as Fig. 17As illustrated, they can be moved toward each other by two shape memory elements 21. The two shape memory elements 21 are attached to the base plate 8 by the centrally located end pieces 22. Of course, the two shape memory elements 21 could also run past each other in parallel, as is the case, for example, in the first embodiment. Furthermore, only one shape memory element 21 can move the two locking elements 13 toward each other.

[0087] How Fig. 18 As illustrated, the locking element 13 can be used to pull the cross element 35, here designed as a rolling rod, inward. This allows the pivoting bolt 33 to rotate about its pivoting bolt rotation axis 34, thereby releasing the positive connection to the second mounting element 4.

[0088] As the third illustration in Fig. 18As illustrated, the locking element 13 runs over an inclined plane 36. This inclined plane 36 causes the locking element 13 to move parallel to the mounting axis 2 and in the direction of the door actuator 102 during its movement into the release position. Thus, the inclined plane 36 and the correspondingly moving locking element 13 exert a force on the door actuator 102 in order to push it away from the mounting surface 101.

[0089] The movement of the locking element 13 parallel to the mounting axis 2 over an inclined plane 36 is illustrated by way of example in this fourth embodiment, but can also be used in the other embodiments with a movable locking element.

[0090] Fig. 19illustrates a variant of the fourth embodiment, in which four locking elements 13 are used, which are movable parallel to the vertical axis 11. Furthermore, four pivoting bolts 33 are used, whose pivoting bolt rotation axis 34 is parallel to the longitudinal axis 10. Via a common shape memory arrangement 20, the four locking elements 13 are moved into the release position and, in turn, pull the transverse elements 35 out from under the legs of the pivoting bolts 33.

[0091] Figures 20 to 25 show different variants of the fifth embodiment. In the fifth embodiment, the locking elements 13 are not linearly movable but rather rotationally movable. The corresponding locking axes of rotation 38 are parallel to the mounting axis 2.

[0092] Fig. 20 shows the front 7 of the mounting bracket 1. In Fig. 21 Base plate 8 is hidden for clarity. Fig. 22 shows the Fig. 20 marked cut EE.

[0093] As in particular Fig. 21 As illustrated, a transmission rod 37 is provided here, which extends parallel to the longitudinal axis 10 and is movable with the shape memory arrangement 20 parallel to the longitudinal axis 10. In particular, the shape memory element 21 protrudes through the transmission rod 37 and is connected at one end to the transmission rod 37 by a corresponding end piece 22. The other end piece 22 is connected in particular to the base plate 8.

[0094] The transmission rod 37 and the rotatable locking elements 13 are connected to each other in such a way as to convert the linear movement of the transmission rod 37 into a rotary movement of the locking elements 13.

[0095] The cut in Fig. 22clarifies that the corresponding locking element 13, here on the top, has a conical cam 39, which is positively connected to the second mounting element 4 in the holding position. By rotating the locking element 13 by a few degrees, this positive connection to the second mounting element 4 is released.

[0096] The conical cam 39 and the complementary conical surface on the second mounting element 4 enable a play-free connection of the two mounting elements 3, 4.

[0097] Fig. 23 shows a variant of the fifth embodiment, in which two locking elements 13 are provided, and each locking element 13 engages positively with the second mounting element 4 both on its top side and on its bottom side. Here, again, the two locking elements 13 are rotated by the transmission rod 37, which is moved linearly by at least one shape memory arrangement 20.

[0098] Fig. 24shows a further variant of the fifth embodiment, in which, just as in Fig. 23 is locked at four points. The respective locking element 13 is formed here by a rotatable latch that extends along the vertical axis 11 in the holding position. The locking element 13 is positively connected to the second mounting element 4 at the top and bottom.

[0099] To release the connection, two shape memory arrangements 20 are provided to rotate the two locking elements 13.

[0100] Fig. 24illustrates, by way of example for all embodiments, that at least one blocking element 40 can be used in the mounting bracket 1. In the specific example shown, the blocking element 40 is a fluid-filled glass ampoule that is destroyed upon appropriate thermal activation. The blocking element 40 can be used to hold the connecting arrangement 5, in particular the locking element 13, in the holding position. Only by thermally activating the blocking element 40 is its blocking released, and the connecting arrangement 5 can be moved into the release position.

[0101] Fig. 25shows a further variant of the fifth embodiment. Here, it is shown that the transmission rod 37 can have a rack. The rotatable locking elements 13 are correspondingly designed as gears that mesh with the rack. This also makes it possible to convert the linearly movable transmission rod 37 into a rotary movement of the locking elements 13.

[0102] Figures 26 to 28 show a sixth embodiment of the mounting bracket 1: In this sixth embodiment, no independent locking elements 13 are provided. Rather, the connecting arrangement 5 is formed directly by appropriate shaping of the two mounting elements 3, 4 as a form-locking arrangement 41. As Figures 26 and 27As can be seen, the form-locking arrangement 41 between the base plate 8 and the inner edge of the second mounting element 4 comprises a plurality of tooth-like form-locking elements which engage with one another to form the form-locking arrangement 41.

[0103] Fig. 27 shows the release position at which, compared to the Fig. 26 the second mounting element 4 was moved to the left. This movement is carried out by two shape memory assemblies 20. The two shape memory assemblies 20 are attached to the second mounting element 4 with their right end pieces 22. The left end pieces 22 are connected to the first mounting element 3. As a result, when the shape memory elements 21 are pulled together, the second mounting element 4 can be moved; the first mounting element 3 is firmly screwed to the mounting surface 101.

[0104] The form-locking arrangement 41 is designed such that it is released by the relative movement between the two mounting elements 3, 4.

[0105] Also in the Figs. 26 and 27 It is shown schematically how the movement or release of the connecting arrangement 5 can be blocked with a blocking element 40, designed for example as a fluid-filled glass ampoule.

[0106] Fig. 28 illustrates that even without locking element 13, an inclined plane 36 can be used to generate a movement, here of the second mounting element 4, parallel to the mounting axis 2 at the same time as the connection arrangement 5 is released, in order to promote a detachment of the door operator 102 from the mounting surface 101.

[0107] Fig. 29shows a seventh embodiment of the mounting bracket 1. In this seventh embodiment, the first mounting element 3 is curved and the shape memory arrangement 20 is arranged to deform the first mounting element 3. As Fig. 29 As illustrated, the shape memory element 21 is connected to the first mounting element 3 by both end pieces 22. If the length of the shape memory element 21 shortens due to thermal activation, the first mounting element 3 is contracted and deformed in the process. The fastening holes 9 are designed as elongated holes here to enable the deformation. The form-locking arrangement 41 is designed between the two mounting elements 3, 4 such that the form-locking arrangement 41 is released upon deformation of the first mounting element 3.

[0108] Fig. 30shows an eighth embodiment of the mounting bracket 1, although only a section is shown here. Again, the two mounting elements 3, 4 are connected to each other via the form-locking arrangement 41. To facilitate the release of this form-locking arrangement 41, a rolling element 16 is inserted between the two mounting elements 3, 4 on the form-locking arrangement 41.

[0109] In the eighth embodiment, the deformation of the first mounting element 3 is achieved, in addition to or alternatively to the deformation by means of the shape memory arrangement 20, by a swelling pad 42. This swelling pad 42 is positioned between the first mounting element 3 and the mounting surface 101 and is made of thermally intumescent material that expands at a corresponding temperature, thus deforming the first mounting element 3.

[0110] Figures 31 and 32show details that can be implemented in all embodiments. According to these two figures, a release element 43 is used, which acts on the door operator 102 and / or the second mounting element 4 in such a way as to move the door operator 102 away from the mounting surface 101.

[0111] According to the Figures 31, 32 the release element 43 is designed as a spring. Fig. 31 shows a plate-shaped spring which is inserted between the mounting surface 101 and the mounting bracket 1 and acts on the second mounting element 4.

[0112] Fig. 32 shows that the release element 43 is bent out of the base plate 8 as an integral spring. This spring, integrated into the base plate 8, acts directly on the door actuator 102.

[0113] In addition or alternatively to the resilient release elements 43 shown, a thermally intumescent material can also be used, which expands upon thermal activation and thereby pushes away the second mounting element 4 and / or the door actuator 102. List of reference symbols
