Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to the field of electrical switching equipment of the NH fuse disconnector type.
[0002] To secure an electrical switching device such as an NH-type fuse disconnector, it is common practice to include a release mechanism designed to prevent the fuse holder from being pulled out of the base, particularly during disconnection. This release mechanism must be manually activated by the user to allow the fuse holder to be pulled out of the base.
[0003] Document EP2428972A2 discloses an electrical disconnect switch that includes a locking mechanism in the form of a pivoting, mounted spatula. This solution has the disadvantage of requiring an additional component, thus incurring extra costs, particularly for mold development. Furthermore, the additional component could be omitted or incorrectly assembled, which is undesirable.
[0004] Document EP1246213A2 discloses a locking unit comprising two external locking cams, each assembled in a hole located in the side wall of the cage. In this example, an additional part is also required, which presents the same drawbacks mentioned previously.
[0005] The present invention aims to overcome at least one of these drawbacks and to offer an ergonomic solution.
[0006] For this purpose, the invention relates to an electrical switching device of the type NH fuse disconnector according to claim 1.
[0007] The invention will be better understood from the following description, which relates to several preferred embodiments, given by way of non-limiting examples, and explained with reference to the accompanying schematic drawings, in which: [ Fig. 1 ] there figure 1 represents a perspective and cross-sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in a so-called closed contact position, [ Fig. 2 ] there figure 2 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention shown in the figure 2 , [ Fig. 3 ] there figure 3 represents a perspective and cross-sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in an intermediate position, [ Fig. 4 ] there figure 4 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention shown in the figure 3 , [ Fig. 5 ] there figure 5 represents a perspective and cross-sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in a so-called open contact position and comprising a locking element in the locked position, [ Fig. 6 ] there figure 6 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention shown in the figure 5 , [ Fig. 7 ] there figure 7 represents a perspective and cross-sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in a so-called open contact position and comprising a locking element in the unlocked position, [ Fig. 8 ] there figure 8 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention shown in the figure 7 , [ Fig. 9 ] there figure 9 represents a perspective and cross-sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in a disassembled position, [ Fig. 10 ] there figure 10 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention shown in the figure 9 , [ Fig. 11 ] there figure 11 represents a perspective and cross-sectional view of a portion of an electrical switching device according to the invention in an insertion position, [ Fig. 12 ] there figure 12 represents a side view of the portion of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention shown in the figure 11 , [ Fig. 13 ] there figure 13 represents a perspective view of an upper end of the fuse holder of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention, [ Fig. 14 ] there figure 14 represents a side view of the upper end of the fuse holder of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention, [ Fig. 15 ] there figure 15 represents a perspective and cross-sectional view of the base of the electrical switching device according to the invention, showing a protruding tab, [ Fig. 16 ] there figure 16 represents a cross-sectional view of the base illustrated in the figure 15 , [ Fig. 17 ] there figure 17 represents a top perspective view of a cap for a handle of the electrical switching device according to the invention, and [ Fig. 18 ] there figure 18 represents a perspective view from below of a cap for a handle of the electrical switching equipment according to the invention.
[0008] An electrical switching device of the NH fuse disconnector type includes at least: a fuse holder 1 comprising a cover 2 having a front face 3 and a receiving face 4 arranged to receive at least one fuse, a locking member 5 comprising a lever 6 and a locking portion 7, the lever 6 opening onto the front face 3 and the locking portion 7 projecting from the receiving face 4, a base 8 comprising at least one reception area 9 arranged to receive at least partially said at least one fuse holder 1 and comprising a bottom 19, the fuse holder 1 being movable relative to the base 8 according to: a so-called closed contact position PON ( figures 1 And 2 ), wherein said at least one fuse holder 1 is received in said receiving area 9, a position said to be open contact POFF ( figures 5 à 8 ), in which said at least one fuse holder 1 is disposed above said reception area 9.
[0009] In accordance with the invention, said electrical switching equipment is characterized in that: The locking portion 7 includes first guiding means and the base 8 includes second guiding means arranged to cooperate with the first guiding means. The locking portion 7 is mounted movably in translation relative to said base 8 by the first and second guiding means between the so-called closed contact position PON and the so-called open contact position POFF along a first direction D1 substantially perpendicular to the bottom 19. The first guiding means and / or the second guiding means include locking means arranged to stop the translational movement of the locking portion 7 relative to the base 8 by means of the first and second guiding means in the so-called open contact position POFF so as to prevent the removal of the fuse holder 1 from the base 8 in a locked position PV of the locking member 5.
[0010] Advantageously, during the transition from the so-called closed contact position PON to the so-called open contact position POFF of the fuse holder 1, the locking portion 7 is moved translationally by means of the first and second guiding means along the first direction D1 relative to the bottom 19 of the base 8, as illustrated by the figures 1 à 6 In particular, the figures 3 And 4 illustrate an intermediate position PI of fuse holder 1 located between the so-called closed contact position PON and the so-called open contact position POFF. When the so-called open contact position POFF is reached by fuse holder 1, as shown in the figures 5 And 6The locking portion 7 can no longer be moved by the locking means, and thus the fuse holder 1 cannot be removed from the base 8, and the locking member 5 remains in the locked position PV. This prevents the fuse holder 1 from unintentionally moving into a so-called disassembled position PD, in which at least one fuse holder 1 is disassembled from the base 8, as illustrated by the figures 9 à 10 .
[0011] Preferably, the fuse holder 1 is movable relative to the base 8 along the first direction D1.
[0012] For this purpose, the fuse holder 1 and the base 8 are preferably connected to each other by at least one sliding link 31 which is visible at the figure 7 , for example four sliding links 31, to be movable relative to each other between the so-called closed contact position PON and the so-called open contact position POFF.
[0013] Preferably, and as illustrated by the figures 5 à 8 , in the said open contact position POFF of the fuse holder 1, the locking member 5 is movable under the effect of the actuation of the lever 6 of the locked position PV of the locking member 5 ( figures 5 And 6 ) in which the first and second guide means are assembled towards an unlocked PDV position of the locking member 5 ( figures 7 And 8 ) in which the first and second guide means are disassembled so as to permit the removal of the fuse holder 1 from the base 8.
[0014] Advantageously, this configuration allows, when lever 6 is operated by a user, the locking mechanism 5 to be moved from the locked position PV to the unlocked position PDV, thus permitting the voluntary removal of the fuse holder 1 from the base 8. In other words, this allows the transition from the open contact position POFF to the disassembled position PD illustrated in the diagrams. figures 9 And 10 , as a result of a voluntary action by the user.
[0015] Preferably, and as illustrated by the figures 7 And 8, said locking member 5 is mechanically connected to the cover 2 and is arranged to be tiltable into an inclined position P2 under the effect of the actuation of the lever 6 in an actuation direction S1, preferably counterclockwise, at an angle of inclination relative to a rest position P1, in which the locking member 5 is substantially salient from the cover 2 in a second direction D2 substantially perpendicular to the receiving face 4.
[0016] Advantageously, this configuration allows the locking member 5 to be tilted when the lever 6 is actuated in the direction of actuation S1. This configuration is particularly ergonomic because the user can actuate the lever 6 with their thumb or forefinger to move the locking member 5 from the locked PV position to the unlocked PDV position.
[0017] The actuation direction S1 can be clockwise as in the non-limiting example shown or counterclockwise.
[0018] Preferably, and as illustrated in the figures, the second guiding means comprise a protruding tab 10 and the first guiding means comprise a longitudinal guiding member 11 in which the protruding tab 10 is able to be inserted and to slide.
[0019] Preferably and as represented by figures 1 à 6 , said longitudinal guide member 11 is mounted sliding relative to said protruding lug 10 in the first direction D1 between the so-called closed contact position PON and the so-called open contact position POFF.
[0020] Preferably, and as shown by figures 5 And 6, in the said open contact position POFF of the fuse holder 1 and in the locked position PV of the locking member 5, the locking member 5 is in the rest position P1 and the protruding tab 10 is inserted into the longitudinal guide member 11.
[0021] Preferably, and as shown by figures 5 And 6 , in the said open contact position POFF of the fuse holder 1 and in the unlocked position PDV of the locking member 5, the locking member 5 is in the inclined position P2 and the protruding tab 10 is out of the longitudinal guide member 11.
[0022] Preferably, and as illustrated by the figures 13 And 14, said locking portion 7 comprises a first end 12 surmounted by said lever 6 and a second free end 13 located opposite the first end 12, said longitudinal guide member 11 extending longitudinally between the first end 12 and the second free end 13.
[0023] Preferably, and as illustrated by the figures 5 And 6 , the locking means comprise a stop 14 and a stop face 10a, the longitudinal guide member 11 includes the stop 14 which is disposed on the side of the second free end 13, the protruding tab 10 includes the stop face 10a, so that in said open contact position POFF, the stop face 10a is disposed against the stop 14 so as to prevent the removal of the fuse holder 1 from the base 8 in the locked position PV of the locking member 5.
[0024] According to the invention and as illustrated in particular by the figures 13 And14 , said locking member 5 is mechanically connected to the cover 2 by two connecting portions 15 projecting from the receiving face 4, the two connecting portions 15 being in a deformable material.
[0025] Advantageously, these two connecting portions 15 allow the locking member 5 to be tilted between the locked position PV and the unlocked position PDV by deformation of material.
[0026] The connecting sections 15 were preferentially dimensioned using forces defined and validated by stress simulations and tensile tests. The forces considered in the calculations and physical tests are: the maximum user force and the actuation force of lever 6. The results exceeded expectations and make the solution very robust. The shape was validated by rheological analysis, which ensures its suitability for injection molding.
[0027] The connecting sections 15 are directed along the first direction D1.
[0028] The connecting portions 15 preferably each have a zone with a thinning of material 28 conferring deformability, as illustrated in particular by the figures 13 And 14 .
[0029] The connecting portions 15 form a hinge comprising an axis of rotation. Said locking member 5 can advantageously pivot about this axis of rotation when the lever 6 is actuated and the fuse holder 1 is in said open contact position POFF.
[0030] Preferably, and as illustrated in particular by the figures 11 And 12 , the protruding leg 10 includes an insertion ramp 16 and the second free end 13 includes a beveled edge 17 of complementary shape to the insertion ramp 16.
[0031] Advantageously, this configuration facilitates the assembly of the first and second guide means when installing the fuse holder 1 in a PINS insertion position, as illustrated by the figures 11 And 12 , that is to say the insertion of the protruding tab 10 into the longitudinal guide member 11. In other words the passage of the fuse holder 1 from the so-called disassembled position PD to the so-called open contact position POFF with a locking member 5 in the locked position PV is facilitated.
[0032] Indeed, the beveled edge 17 is positioned substantially opposite the insertion ramp 16 in the PINS insertion position. Thus, when the fuse holder 1 is inserted into the base 8, the beveled edge 17 slides along the insertion ramp 16, and then the protruding tab 10 is inserted into the longitudinal guide element 11.
[0033] Preferably, the insertion ramp 16 is located on the upper part of the protruding tab 10 opposite the stop face 10a and consists for example of a chamfer.
[0034] The projecting lug 10 may include, in its lower part, i.e., at the level of the stop face 10a which is intended to rest against the stop 14, a slope 24. This slope 24 prevents unexpected unlocking in the locked position PV of the locking member 5, as shown in the figure 6 .
[0035] Preferably, and as illustrated by the figures 17 And 18 , said electrical switching equipment of the type fuse disconnector NH includes a cap 18 mounted removable from the handle 6 and which is arranged to cover said handle 6.
[0036] Advantageously, the cap 18 allows for customization of the handle 6. The cap 18 is primarily aesthetic. For example, it may be available in several colors. The electrical switching equipment can operate with or without the cap 18.
[0037] Preferably, the cap 18 includes a marking 29 representative of the direction of actuation S1.
[0038] For example, marking 29 may include one or more symbols, preferably an arrow pointing in the direction of actuation S1.
[0039] Advantageously, the marking 29 allows the user to understand in which direction they should operate lever 6.
[0040] Preferably, the cap 18 includes two assembly tabs 30 to allow removable assembly with the handle 6. The two assembly tabs 30 are preferably made of a deformable material.
[0041] Preferably, the cover 2 comprises a first upper end 20, said locking member 5 is located at the first upper end 20. In addition, the base 8 comprises a second upper end 21 and said protruding tab 10 is located at the second upper end 21.
[0042] Preferably, the base 8 includes a mounting wall 22, the mounting wall 22 being substantially perpendicular to the bottom 19 along the first direction D1, and the protruding tab 10 is mounted substantially perpendicular to the mounting wall 22.
[0043] Preferably, and as illustrated in the figures, said longitudinal guide member 11 comprises a slot 23 in which the projecting tab 10 is able to slide. The slot 23 is elongated along the first direction D1 and has a rectangular shape.
[0044] The said longitudinal guide member 11 may, in a manner analogous to the slot 23, alternatively comprise a groove or similar.
[0045] The protruding tab 10 can be replaced by a rail or a rib in an example not shown.
[0046] Preferably, the lever 6 of the locking member 5 is protruding from the front face 3. Alternatively, the lever 6 of the locking member 5 is recessed or flush.
[0047] The cover 2 includes a window 25 from which the lever 6 of the locking member 5 is projecting on the side of the front face 3 and in which the lever 6 is movable between the locked position PV and the unlocked position PDV.
[0048] Preferably, the window 25 includes a stop 26 which limits the amplitude of the unlocking movement of the locking member 5 to avoid breaking the connecting portions 15.
[0049] The electrical switching equipment includes a handle 27 arranged to move the fuse holder 1 relative to the base 8 between the so-called closed contact position PON and the so-called open contact position POFF and between the so-called open contact position POFF and the so-called disassembled position PD.
[0050] Preferably, the mid-plane of the two connecting portions 15 and the mid-plane of the second end 13, which includes the stop 14, are offset to force the system to remain closed. This arrangement has the advantage that if the user forces the locking mechanism 5, it will remain locked. This offset is preferably a few tenths of a millimeter.
[0051] Preferably, the electrical switching device is an NH fuse disconnector.
[0052] The NH fuse disconnector can be unipolar and include one pole or be tripolar and include three poles.
[0053] In the case of a three-pole fuse disconnector, the latter includes a single fuse holder 1 carrying three fuses.
[0054] In the case of a single-pole fuse disconnector, the latter comprises three fuse holders 1 each carrying a fuse.
[0055] Preferably, in the case of a three-pole or single-pole fuse disconnector comprising three fuses, the three fuses are aligned along a third vertical direction D3.
[0056] The three-pole or single-pole fuse disconnector can be of type NH00, that is to say, have a size of 00.
[0057] The three-pole or single-pole fuse disconnector can be of type NH1 or NH2 or NH3, that is to say, have a size 01, 02 or 03.
[0058] Advantageously, the solution according to the invention can be adapted to the entire range of fuse disconnectors described above.
