Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to an insulating glass arrangement with an inner glazing and an outer glazing arranged at a distance therefrom, and with a motor-driven sun protection or blackout curtain integrated in the preferably hermetically sealed space between the panes according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] These so-called composite windows, doors, or sliding doors are widely known and in use. A single pane of glass can be used as the inner glazing, and another single pane can be used as the outer glazing. Due to the larger air gap between the panes of glass, composite windows generally offer good sound insulation and thermal insulation properties.
[0003] The installation of sun protection or blackout blinds or roller mechanisms within the cavity of insulating glass units is particularly attractive because, on the one hand, there are no external attachments on the window that detract from its aesthetics, and the mechanism is completely encapsulated, thus fully protected against dirt and mechanical damage. On the other hand, housing sun protection or blackout blinds within the cavity of insulating glass units presents particular challenges due to the limited installation space. The entire mechanism must be very compact, yet robust and reliable, as it is generally inaccessible after installation in known systems, and it must nevertheless function perfectly.
[0004] If sun protection or blackout blinds are to be used in this way for inclined windows, it is particularly important that the blind, for example a film or a roller blind, is always taut during the unrolling process, i.e. during the closing process, and does not sag, because a sagging blind in inclined insulating glass panes would rest on the glazing below and greatly increase the friction when unrolling and rolling up, thus significantly impairing the function.
[0005] However, this is not easy to achieve. With known roller blind mechanisms designed for installation between panes of glass, it is already common practice to use pulling elements, such as toothed belts, to move a pull rod attached to the free end of the blind for raising and lowering the blind. In this case, the pulling elements and the winding shaft are driven by a common, reversible electric motor during both raising and lowering. However, because the winding diameter changes when the blind is raised and lowered, and the pull rod moves synchronously with the rotation angle of the winding shaft, a compensating element is required, for example, a torsion spring between the winding shaft and the winding roller. This, however, requires a considerable amount of space.
[0006] EP 1 273 754 A1 and DE 200 21 691 U1 already propose a motor-driven roller blind integrated into an insulating glass unit, with upper and lower shafts, one of which can be driven by a miniature electric motor and the other of which carries a winding body for a roller blind, wherein the upper and lower shafts are synchronously rotatably coupled on both sides of the insulating glass unit by toothed belts and gears or similar means, and the toothed belts or the like are connected to both ends of the roller blind's pull rod. The winding body is mounted on its shaft with a torsion spring to allow for compensating rotational movements.
[0007] DE 20 2005 007 921 U1 relates to a roller shutter mechanism suitable for both upright and inclined windows and intended in particular for installation in the space between the panes of insulating glass units, with two electric motors with opposite directions of operation.
[0008] From DE 197 51 255 A1 a composite window with an inner glazing and an outer glazing arranged at a distance from it, wherein the inner glazing has an insulating double glass and a shading device is attached adjacent to the outer glazing.
[0009] EP 0 483 528 A1 relates to an insulating glass assembly with a spacer, two panes bonded to the spacer, and a solar control film arranged between the panes that can be moved up and down. The insulating glass assembly also includes a drive mechanism acting upwards on the solar control film and a counter-pull mechanism acting downwards on the solar control film.
[0010] DE 10 2009 009 504 B3 relates to a multi-pane insulating glass for building windows, wherein three panes are bonded together to form a fixed bond by means of spacers circumferentially around the edges, forming a gap between the panes, the middle pane is shorter than the two outer panes, so that an installation space is formed between the outer panes, in the installation space a winding shaft with a curtain is arranged which is adjustable into the gap between the middle pane and an outer pane.
[0011] US Patent 2002 / 053410 A1 discloses an insulating glass unit consisting of two spaced-apart glass units which are sealed together at their perimeter to form a sealed space in which a roller shutter device is enclosed.
[0012] WO 2005 / 066445 A1 concerns a device for automatically tensioning blinds, in which the handling of the blinds is controlled by means of bands that run between the outer slats of a window.
[0013] US Patent 2019 / 284874 A1 discloses a self-adjusting, retractable curtain made of flexible material with a lower rod assembly extending horizontally along the lower edge of the curtain from a first end to a second end. The lower rod assembly comprises a bottom rod attached to the lower edge of the curtain and an adjustable arm attached to the bottom rod. The adjustable arm can be rotated between a horizontal and a twisted position.
[0014] Based on the disadvantages described above, the invention aims to create a particularly simple, compact and particularly reliable insulating glass arrangement with a motorized sun protection or blackout blind suitable for installation in a space between panes.
[0015] The task remains to ensure that during initial assembly, all component and assembly tolerances can be adjusted once using an adjustment device to prevent uneven gap patterns in the final installations. In particular, additional cover strips / profiles that negatively impact visibility and impair the appearance should be avoided.
[0016] This problem is solved with an insulating glass arrangement according to claim 1.
[0017] The invention relates to an insulating glass assembly comprising an inner pane of glass and an outer pane of glass arranged at a distance therefrom, and a motorized sunshade or blackout blind integrated into the space between the panes, which is preferably hermetically sealed. This blind can also be referred to as a film or roller blind. This insulating glass assembly can be used for a window or a door, for example, a sliding door.
[0018] A winding shaft or winding body with the winding and unwinding curtain attached to it is arranged on a rotatable axis, the free end of the curtain being connected to a crossbar.
[0019] The crossbar is connected at both ends to a drive element, which is coupled to the rotatable winding shaft via at least one tensioning element, particularly for synchronous movement. The crossbar can also be referred to as a load beam or tension rod.
[0020] An electric motor drive rotates the axle driving the winding shaft and simultaneously advances the crossbar in one direction or the other. An electric motor is particularly preferred for this purpose.
[0021] According to the invention, the curtain or the free end of the curtain is movable, in particular rotatable, pivotable or tiltable, to compensate for tolerances between the curtain and the crossbar.
[0022] The curtain, in particular the free end of the curtain, is arranged on the crossbar with its connection or with receiving means in such a way that a compensating movement is possible in order to compensate for an offset with respect to the connection to the drive device or to compensate for a temperature-related expansion of the film.
[0023] The compensation can be achieved via a pivot point or, for example, via a spring arrangement between the foil holder and the crossbar.
[0024] The crossbar can have a profile, preferably substantially U-shaped, for receiving the curtain, wherein the free end of the curtain can be received, in particular clamped, into a receiving means during assembly in order to create a connection between the curtain and the crossbar.
[0025] The receiving device can be inserted into the, preferably U-shaped, profile.
[0026] The movable, in particular rotatable, pivotable or tiltable, mounting of the curtain or the free end of the curtain on the crossbar is formed by a projection or extension connected to the curtain and forming a rotational, pivoting or tilting axis, in particular a bolt, around which the curtain or the free end of the
[0027] The curtain is arranged to be rotatable, swiveling or tiltable.
[0028] In particular, the curtain can be mounted on the crossbar so as to be tiltable, rotatable, or pivotable about an axis defined by the projection, extension, or bolt, preferably a steel bolt, guided in at least one groove of the profile. The profile can have at least one groove within which the projection, extension, or bolt connected to the curtain or the free end of the curtain is movably arranged, in particular rotatably, pivotably, or tiltably, wherein the projection, preferably the bolt, can be arranged approximately centrally between the ends of the crossbar.
[0029] Alternatively, the movable, in particular rotatable, pivotable or tiltable arrangement of the curtain on the crossbar is formed by at least one spring element arranged between the curtain and the crossbar. , Preferably, the at least one spring element can be a shaped spring sheet or a tension, compression or torsion spring.
[0030] The crossbar can have a profile designed as a receiving element for the curtain, wherein the profile has a projection or extension, in particular the bolt, and / or wherein the spring element is arranged between the profile and the curtain. This allows the curtain to be securely received in the lower area. Compensation for tolerances and inaccuracies during installation is easily achieved. This is because the curtain has a certain amount of play due to its rotation around the bolt axis, allowing for adjustments. The pivot point of the curtain or film receiver, defined by the bolt, is guided in the groove of the crossbar, allowing for adjustment within the available space.
[0031] Insofar as the description of the present invention refers to "downwards" or "upwards," this is intended to describe the directions of movement that correspond to normal usage when the unit is installed vertically or at a slight incline. However, horizontal installation of the insulating glass arrangement according to the invention is also possible. In this case, the terms "upwards" and "downwards" lose their original meaning and should be understood analogously.
[0032] In particular, the bolt can be arranged approximately midway between the ends of the receiving element. This ensures maximum play and maximum compensation at both ends of the curtain. According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the receiving element holds the curtain in a form-fitting manner between two legs, one leg having several conically tapered projections that penetrate the curtain after assembly and engage in corresponding receptacles in the other leg of the receiving element. The curtain or film is connected to the receiving element via these projections, which are designed as points. During assembly, these points pierce the film and engage in a form-fitting manner in the film receptacle.
[0033] Preferably, the receiving device is formed in one piece and can be made of plastic, aluminum or steel.
[0034] According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, it is also conceivable that the receiving means receives the curtain by means of an adhesive and / or welding connection in a materially bonded manner between two legs of the receiving means.
[0035] A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the crossbar has a receptacle for a seal or sealing lip, wherein the seal, preferably designed as a sealing lip, can be inserted into the receptacle during assembly and, after assembly, is positioned on the side of the load bar opposite the blind. The seal can be made of plastic, an elastomer, or aluminum. The degrees of freedom of the installed seal or sealing lip in the crossbar allow for compensation to offset any tolerances. This ensures that the roller blind closes opaquely against the frame.
[0036] According to a further development of the invention, the seal can be essentially T-shaped and designed to be inserted into the essentially rectangular recess in such a way that, after assembly, it protrudes at least partially from the load beam. This results in a particularly effective seal or sealing lip.
[0037] According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the at least one traction element is designed as an endless toothed belt or endless chain drive arranged on both sides of the curtain, which are guided over ball chain or toothed belt wheels that are fixed to rotation on the axis of the winding shaft and over deflecting elements also designed as ball chain or toothed belt wheels, which are arranged away from the axis of the winding shaft.
[0038] The curtain is connected to the crossbar. The sides of the crossbar are preferably connected to the endless toothed belt, the endless chain drive, or a ball chain by means of a clamping connection. A gear unit moves the belt or ball chain, causing the crossbar to move up and down.
[0039] This design simplifies the mechanics of the arrangement. It consists of upper and lower shafts that are synchronously rotatably coupled via toothed belts or chains and gears or co-acting components on both sides. One of the shafts, which may also be split, is equipped with an electric motor drive. In the embodiment with a roller blind, the other shaft carries the winding shaft or the winding mechanism of the blind.
[0040] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the electric motor drive drives a shaft which acts at both ends on the deflecting elements designed as ball chain or toothed belt wheels.
[0041] The motor output shaft of the electric motor drive can be arranged parallel to this rotatable shaft.
[0042] According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the crossbar is connected to the pulling element by means of drivers and is adjustable to the drivers by means of an adjusting device for tolerance or offset compensation, wherein the adjusting device is preferably formed by a screw connection that can be slid in an elongated hole.
[0043] The adjustment mechanism allows for the compensation of any potential misalignment (tolerance) between the left and right drive shafts (component tolerances, chain, etc.) during initial assembly. This ensures complete blackout and prevents uneven gaps at the end positions. Additional cover strips / profiles, which negatively impact visibility and impair the appearance, are therefore unnecessary.
[0044] It is particularly conceivable that the deflecting elements are adjustable on the shaft by means of a screw, preferably a clamping screw.
[0045] The deflection elements, designed as ball chain or toothed belt pulleys on opposite sides of the curtain, can be coupled to each other by means of a multi-part rod, whereby two tubular elements of the rod are rotatable against each other in order to align the position of the ball chain or toothed belt pulleys relative to each other for the purpose of synchronizing the drives.
[0046] In a further development of the invention, the two tubular elements of the rod, which can be adjusted or rotated relative to each other, can be secured in a specific position by means of a screw connection, in particular a clamping or grub screw.
[0047] Advantageously, the tensioning elements are designed as threaded spindles or ball screws, with which the two ends of the crossbar are coupled via spindle nuts, and which are connected to the ends of the rotatable axis of the winding shaft via gears, in particular bevel gears.
[0048] According to an advantageous variant, a shaft driven by the electric motor drive carries a gear at each of its two ends for driving the threaded spindles or ball screws, and the winding shaft can be rotatably mounted relative to the shaft.
[0049] It is particularly conceivable that a first permanent magnet is arranged in an inner cavity of a tube section of the winding shaft, and that an outer profile, especially a square tube, has a second permanent magnet. In the assembled state, this second permanent magnet surrounds the first permanent magnet in such a way that the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets face each other to form a magnetic centering point. This ensures that the distance between the tube section of the winding shaft and the outer profile remains essentially constant due to the magnetic forces, and the winding shaft is held in position by the magnetic centering. In this way, deflection of the winding shaft under excessive load is prevented.
[0050] The polarization is designed in such a way that the tube is suspended; this can involve an attractive or repulsive interaction of the poles, since the magnetic forces act essentially radially around the inner tube.
[0051] The pipe section of the winding shaft and / or the outer profile can consist essentially of steel or of plastic containing magnetic components.
[0052] It is also conceivable that the winding shaft can be housed in a box-shaped casing, wherein the casing with the winding shaft arranged within it can be inserted into the insulating glass unit, in particular by being attached to a frame of the unit, and preferably secured in the mounted position by means of a clip connection. In this way, the casing with the winding shaft can be removed for maintenance purposes or in case of a defect without dismantling the glazing. Blinds can also be easily replaced without having to dismantle the entire unit.
[0053] It is conceivable that a desiccant, in particular a desiccant containing silica gel and / or zeolites, is provided in the space between the inner and outer panes of glass. This is known as a "warm edge" in windows.
[0054] The glazing is accommodated within a frame of the insulating glass unit, which also incorporates other functional areas. Firstly, the glass panes are securely and preferably hermetically sealed within the frame. Secondly, the frame has various functional areas, such as a receptacle or guide for the tensioning elements, particularly the ball chain or toothed belt pulleys or threaded spindles. The drive lugs or the spindle nuts coupled to the crossbar can also be accommodated in a guide on the frame. A further functional area of the frame can house the desiccant. Finally, the frame can include a receptacle for the box-shaped housing with its winding shaft.
[0055] According to further training, the insulating glass unit features a hermetically sealed connector for its power supply. The connector must be moisture-proof. This is achieved by means of a rubber seal on the connector collar or plug. Even if cables are routed to the outside within the space between the panes of this unit, creating an entry point for, for example, moisture, the connector remains hermetically sealed.
[0056] A particularly advantageous embodiment provides that the insulating glass unit is operated by means of a wireless signal transmission device connected to a control unit of the insulating glass unit. This wireless signal transmission device, also called an air interface, can be, for example, a WiFi, Bluetooth, or Zigbee interface. A smartphone / tablet or other smart home device can serve as the central control element for the unit.
[0057] In particular, the electronics of the insulating glass unit are designed modularly. This allows for the implementation of multiple operating concepts. The insulating glass unit can be operated via an air interface.
[0058] This air interface allows multiple insulating glass units to be connected into a group and centrally controlled. This can be achieved either through the air interface itself or via a central control unit (e.g., wall-mounted).
[0059] The configuration of the interconnected insulating glass units can be done via a graphical user interface or application software. This also allows for the adjustment of blinds of different lengths, especially when dealing with different window heights.
[0060] Once the curtain of the insulating glass unit is calibrated, especially adjusted to the window height, it is possible to move to the desired position at increased speed. Before reaching the target position, the speed is reduced, and a smooth stop is possible.
[0061] The central control unit enables the operation of the connected insulating glass units. The position of the blinds between open and closed can be continuously adjusted using an elongated control element. Direct movement to the open and closed end positions is achieved via buttons.
[0062] Furthermore, freely selectable saved positions can be accessed directly.
[0063] The central control unit allows integration into a smart home system.
[0064] In particular, the insulating glass arrangement may have a sensor surface arranged on a glazing of the insulating glass arrangement for contactless operation and / or a capacitive sensor surface.
[0065] A transparent sensor surface attached to the glass enables touchless gesture control of the roller blind. A transparent sensor surface attached to the glass also enables capacitive touch operation of the roller blind.
[0066] The insulating glass arrangement can have a power supply, in particular a rechargeable battery-powered supply, wherein the rechargeable batteries are preferably rechargeable without contact by means of an inductive charging system.
[0067] Due to its low energy consumption for operating the roller blind, the electronics can be powered by a battery. An inductive charging system allows the battery to be charged wirelessly even when the window is closed or tilted.
[0068] The winding shaft or the winding body can be arranged on its shaft via a spring, in particular a torsion spring, wherein the winding shaft is rotatable relative to the axis and connected to the axis via the torsion spring, which preloads the winding shaft against the axis in the winding direction.
[0069] The torsion spring and the winding shaft are rigidly connected to the connecting pieces. The connecting piece is rigidly connected to a ball wheel. The torsion spring is pre-tensioned by turning the connecting piece counterclockwise or clockwise. This causes the curtain to wind onto the winding shaft. This continues until the crossbar reaches its stop position and the curtain is fully wound. During operation, i.e., when the curtain moves downwards, the ball chain, along with the crossbar and curtain, is moved downwards.
[0070] Alternatively, it is conceivable that the torsion spring is pre-tensioned once by turning the connecting piece counterclockwise or clockwise so that the desired tension is achieved in the curtain.
[0071] During operation, i.e., particularly over the travel distance of the blind, the preset spring tension of the torsion spring, and thus the tension of the blind, remains almost constant. Minor differences arise due to changes in the winding diameter of the blind during winding and unwinding, as this results in a change in the lever arm.
[0072] This has the advantage that the spring only needs to be loaded to the extent necessary or desired. Otherwise, the spring would be unnecessarily stressed during operation and could reach its load limit during long travel distances.
[0073] This allows for the use of stronger torsion springs, enabling higher preload settings. A stronger spring also offers the advantage that its length changes only slightly during operation due to preloading, thus requiring less installation space.
[0074] Furthermore, this allows the use of a drive motor with lower power consumption / torque.
[0075] The crossbar can have a spring element at each end to ensure even tension of the blind after installation. This provides a spring-like compensation through the spring element on both sides, guaranteeing uniform tension of the blind. This is particularly important for wide windows. A shaped spring plate can be used, but tension-compression or torsion springs can also be employed.
[0076] Further objectives, advantages, features and application possibilities of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing.

[0078] Identical or equivalent components are identified in the following figures of the drawing by reference numerals based on an embodiment, in order to improve readability.
[0079] Figure 1 Figure 1 shows an insulating glass arrangement 10 with an inner glazing 1 and an outer glazing 2 arranged at a distance from it. The glazing 1, 2 and the space 4 between the glazing 1, 2 are in Figure 11 to recognize.
[0080] In the present case, a motorized sun protection or blackout blind 3 is integrated into the hermetically sealed cavity 4 between the glazing units 1 and 2. This blind 3 can also be referred to as a roller blind or film.
[0081] A winding shaft 5 with the winding and unwinding curtain 3 attached to it is arranged on a rotatable axis.
[0082] The winding shaft 5 is rotatably mounted on a holder fixed in the installation space. By rotating the winding shaft 5, the curtain 3 can be moved in the space 4 between the inner 1 and outer disc 2.
[0083] According to the embodiment according Figure 1 and 11The installation space and the winding shaft 5 are located in the upper end region of the insulating glass unit in its intended installation position. The blind 3 can be moved from an upper release position to a lower position, in which it is completely lowered, by actuating the winding shaft 5.
[0084] The free end 7 of the curtain 3 is connected to a crossbar 6, which is connected at both ends 15, 16 to a driver 17, 18. The drivers 17, 18 are coupled to the rotatable winding shaft 5 for synchronous movement via at least one tension element 19, as shown. Figure 1 shows.
[0085] How Figure 1 and also the Figures 5 and 6 As further shown, an electric motor drive 20, in this case an electric motor, causes the rotation of the axis driving the winding shaft 5 and the simultaneous advancement of the crossbar 6 in one direction or the other.
[0086] As the detailed view according to Figures 2 c), d) and e ) and Figure 3 As shown, the crossbar 6 has a substantially U-shaped profile 8 for receiving the curtain 3. During assembly, the free end 7 of the curtain 3 is received into a receiving element 9. The receiving element 9, which is preferably formed in one piece, can be made of plastic, aluminum, or steel.
[0087] In a Figure 2 a) and b ) and Figure 3In the illustrated variant, the receiving element 9 positively engages the curtain 3 between two legs 21, 22. One leg 21 has several conically tapered projections, so-called points 23, which pierce or penetrate the curtain 3 during assembly and therefore, after assembly, extend through the curtain 3 to the opposite side, where they engage in corresponding receptacles 24 in the other leg 22 of the receiving element 9. The connection between the curtain 3 and the receiving element 9 is thus made via the illustrated points 23.
[0088] These tips 23 pierce the curtain 3 during assembly and fit snugly into the counter-receptacles 24.
[0089] The Figure 2 a) The diagram shows the arrangement of the curtain 3 with the receiving element 9 in an open position. Figure 2 b) The recording device 9 is shown in the closed position. A bolt 13 can also be seen here. Figure 2 c)shows the crossbar and in Figure 2 d) The curtain 3 with receiving means 9 is shown in a partially inserted position in the crossbar 6. This representation also corresponds to the enlarged representation according to Figure 3 Finally, it shows Figure 2 e) the receiving device fully inserted into the crossbar 9.
[0090] In an alternative embodiment not shown, the receiving means 9 receives the curtain 3 by means of an adhesive and / or welding connection in a materially bonded manner between two legs 21, 22 of the receiving means 9.
[0091] As from Figure 2 b) and d ) and Figure 4As further shown, the curtain 3 is mounted so as to be tiltable or pivotable about an axis defined by the bolt 13 by means of a bolt 13 of the crossbar 6 guided in at least one groove 14 of the profile 8. This allows the curtain 3 to have some play and to be moved to compensate for tolerances and inaccuracies. The pivot point is defined by the bolt, which in this case is located approximately midway between the ends of the mounting element 9. The bolt 13 can be made of steel.
[0092] As especially from Figure 1 and Figures 2 c), d) and e ) as well as Figure 3 As can be seen, the crossbar 6 has a receptacle 11 for a seal 12, wherein the seal 12, which in this case is designed as a sealing lip, can be inserted into the receptacle 11 during assembly and is arranged on the side of the crossbar 6 opposite the curtain 3 after assembly.
[0093] The seal 12 can be made of plastic, an elastomer or aluminium.
[0094] How these Figure 1 , 2 c), d) and e ) as well as Figure 3 As can be further seen, the seal 12 is essentially T-shaped and can be inserted into the essentially rectangular receptacle 11 in such a way that, after assembly, it protrudes at least partially from the crossbar 6. The lower part of the curtain 3 is sealed with this seal 12.
[0095] The degrees of freedom of the mounted seal 12 in the crossbar 6 allow for compensation to offset any tolerances. This ensures that the curtain 3 closes opaquely against the frame of the insulating glass assembly 10.
[0096] Out of Figures 5 and 6A chain or belt drive is used. The at least one traction element 19 is designed as an endless chain drive 27 arranged on both sides of the curtain 3. These drives are guided over ball chain or toothed belt pulleys 25, which are fixed to rotation on the axis of the winding shaft 7, and over deflection elements 26, also designed as ball chain or toothed belt pulleys, which are arranged away from the axis of the winding shaft 7. In this case, the sides of the crossbar 6 are connected to the endless chain or ball chain 27 by means of a clamping connection. A gear unit moves the ball chain 27. The crossbar 6 can be moved up and down by means of the circulating ball chain 27.
[0097] As from Figures 5 and 6 As can be further seen, a shaft 35 driven by the electric motor drive 20 acts at both its ends on the deflecting elements 26 designed as ball chain or toothed belt wheels.
[0098] In the present embodiment according to Figures 5 and 6 The shaft 35 driven by the electric motor drive 20 is designed in multiple parts, wherein the deflecting elements 26 designed as ball chain or toothed belt wheels on opposite sides of the curtain 3 are coupled to each other by means of a multi-part rod 28, wherein two tubular elements 29, 30 of the rod 28 are rotatable against each other in order to align the position of the ball chain or toothed belt wheels 26 to each other for the synchronization of the drives.
[0099] The two tubular elements 29, 30 of the rod 28, which can be adjusted or rotated relative to each other, are secured in a specific position by means of a setscrew 29 (see figure). Figure 5 ).
[0100] The Figure 1Figure 1 shows another embodiment of the invention. Here, the tension elements 19 are designed as threaded spindles 32 or ball screws, with which the two ends 15, 16 of the crossbar 6 are coupled via spindle nuts 33, and which are connected to the ends of the rotatable axis of the winding shaft 5 via gears 34, in particular bevel gears.
[0101] The shaft 35, driven by the electric motor drive 20, carries a gear 36 at each of its two ends for driving the threaded spindles 32 or ball screw, and the winding shaft 5 is rotatably mounted relative to the shaft 35.
[0102] The operation for the movement of the curtain 3 of the insulating glass assembly 10 can be carried out by means of a wireless signal transmission device which is connected to a control unit of the insulating glass assembly 10.
[0103] This wireless signal transmission device, also known as an air interface, can be, for example, a WiFi, Bluetooth, or Zigbee interface. A smartphone / tablet or other control device for smart home components can serve as the central control element for the system.
[0104] For this purpose, a sensor surface arranged on a glazing 1, 2 of the insulating glass arrangement 10 for contactless operation and / or a capacitive sensor surface can be provided.
[0105] The insulating glass unit 10 can be powered by rechargeable batteries, i.e., accumulators, which can be charged contactlessly using an inductive charging system. This can be done with the window closed or tilted, since the window frame, which contains a powered charging coil, and the battery-side charging coil, which is located in the window sash or the insulating glass unit, are then close enough to each other or have contact.
[0106] The insulating glass arrangement 10 has a Figure 12The illustrated hermetically sealed connector 46 is used for supplying power to the insulating glass assembly 10. The connector must be moisture-proof. This is achieved by means of a rubber seal on the connector collar or plug. Even if cables are routed to the outside in the space between the panes of this assembly, creating an entry point for, for example, moisture, the connector remains hermetically sealed.
[0107] Another embodiment of the invention relates to a magnetic centering within the winding shaft 5, as shown in the Figure 7 and 8The following is shown. In this case, a first permanent magnet 40 is arranged in an inner cavity 39 of a tube section 37 of the winding shaft 5, and an outer profile 38, in this case a square tube, has a second permanent magnet 41, which in the assembled state surrounds the first permanent magnet 40 in such a way that the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets 40, 41 are opposite each other to form a magnetic centering, so that the distance between the tube section 37 of the winding shaft 5 and the outer profile 38 remains essentially constant due to the magnetic forces and the winding shaft 5 is held in position by the magnetic centering and deflection of the winding shaft 5 is prevented.
[0108] The pipe section 37 of the winding shaft 5 and / or the outer profile 38 consist essentially of steel or of plastic containing magnetic components.
[0109] The polarization of the permanent magnets 40, 41 is configured such that the tube section 37 of the winding shaft 5 is suspended. This can involve an attractive or repulsive interaction of the poles, since the magnetic forces act essentially radially around the inner tube.
[0110] The Figure 7 This shows that simple assembly of the winding shaft 5 with the curtain 3 is possible because the winding shaft 5 is housed in a box-shaped casing 42, wherein the casing 42 with the winding shaft 5 arranged therein can be inserted into the insulating glass assembly 10, in particular by being attached to a frame of the assembly 10, and secured in the assembled position by means of a clip connection. In this way, a modular design is achieved, which simplifies assembly and disassembly.
[0111] A desiccant, which may consist of silica gel and / or zeolites, may be provided in the space between the inner and outer glazing 1, 2. This is known as a "warm edge" in windows.
[0112] The glazing 1, 2 is accommodated in a frame of the insulating glass assembly 10, which has further functional areas. Firstly, the glass panes 1, 2 are securely and preferably hermetically sealed within the frame. Secondly, the frame has various functional areas, for example, as a receptacle or guide for the tensioning elements, in particular the ball chain or toothed belt pulleys or threaded spindles. The drive lugs or the spindle nuts coupled to the crossbar can also be accommodated in a guide on the frame. The desiccant can be introduced into another functional area of the frame. A further functional area of the frame can include receiving means for the box-shaped housing with winding shaft.
[0113] The Figure 9shows that the winding shaft or winding body 5 is arranged on its shaft via a torsion spring 51, wherein the winding shaft 5 is rotatable relative to the axis and connected to the axis via the torsion spring 51, which preloads the winding shaft 5 relative to the axis in the winding direction.
[0114] The torsion spring 51 and the winding shaft 5 are rigidly connected to the connecting pieces 52. The connecting piece 53 is rigidly connected to a ball wheel 54. The torsion spring 51 is pre-tensioned by rotating the connecting piece 53 counterclockwise or clockwise. As a result, the curtain 3 winds onto the winding shaft 5. This continues until the crossbar 6 reaches its stop position (as shown) and the curtain 3 is fully wound. During operation, i.e., when the curtain 3 moves downwards, the ball chain, along with the crossbar 5 and curtain 3, is moved downwards.
[0115] Alternatively, it is conceivable that the torsion spring 51 is pre-tensioned once by turning the connecting piece 53 counterclockwise or clockwise so that the desired tension is achieved in the curtain.
[0116] The Figure 10 Figure 1 shows a design in which a spring-like compensation is achieved by a spring element 55 attached to both sides, which ensures uniform tension of the blind 3. This is particularly important for wide windows. A shaped spring plate 55 is shown. Tension, compression, or torsion springs can, of course, also be used.
[0117] The Figure 13 a) Figure 1 shows the insulating glass assembly 10 with crossbar 6, which is connected to the tension member 19 by means of carriers 17, 18 and is adjustable on the carriers 17, 18 by means of an adjusting device 56 to compensate for tolerances or offsets. In the embodiment chosen here, according to the detailed view in the Figure 13 b)The adjusting device 56 is formed by a screw connection 58, in particular a clamping screw, which is displaceable in a slotted hole 57.
[0118] During assembly, the two drivers 17, 18 can be fixed to the crossbar 6 within adjustment ranges defined by the dimensions of the elongated holes 57, thanks to the guides for the screws in each elongated hole 57. For example, if the curtain 3 or the crossbar 6 does not close flush in the closed position, i.e., a small gap remains, adjusting the screw connection in the elongated hole 57 between the drivers 17, 18 and the crossbar 6 would ensure that the curtain 3 closes completely.
[0119] The adjusting device 56 allows for the compensation of any potential misalignment or tolerance between the left and right drive shafts (component tolerances, chain, etc.) during initial assembly. This ensures complete blackout and prevents uneven gaps at the end positions. Additional cover strips / profiles, which negatively impact visibility and impair the appearance, are therefore unnecessary.
[0120] The deflecting elements 26 can also be adjustable on the shaft 35 by means of a screw, for example a clamping or setscrew. Reference symbol list
