Abstract
Description
[0001] GUR TSY STEM
[0002] The invention relates to a belt system for fastening to a bra, comprising a first belt and a belt connecting element arranged at the end of the first belt, wherein the belt connecting element is provided and suitable for fastening the first belt to a bra.
[0003] State of the art
[0004] Nursing bras are well known. These bras typically feature a fold-out cup that allows a baby to easily reach the wearer's nipple. At the same time, the wearer's breasts are held in place.
[0005] A breast feeding set can be used to supplement the infant's nutrition during breastfeeding. A feeding container is placed over the breast, and a tube is attached to it, positioned very close to the nipple. In the simplest case, the tube is secured to the skin of the breast using an adhesive bandage.
[0006] Publication EP 2 877 047 B1 discloses a nursing bra with a breast band and fold-out cups. The front part comprises a first flexible tube and a second flexible tube, which serve to support the breast. The first tube extends along part of the underside edge of the first cup, and the second tube extends along at least part of the underside edge of the second cup. The tubes are sewn to the breast band. This bra has the disadvantage that the two tubes for supplying supplemental nutrition are permanently connected to the bra, i.e., cannot be removed. Furthermore, breastfeeding the infant is laborious.
[0007] It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a belt system for receiving a hose, with which the aforementioned disadvantages are overcome.
[0008] The object is achieved by means of the belt system for fastening to a bra according to claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments are described in the subclaims.
[0009] The belt system according to the invention for attachment to a bra comprises a first belt and a belt connecting element arranged at the end of the first belt. The belt connecting element is suitable and intended for attaching the first belt to a bra. In particular, the belt system can be releasably attached to a bra by means of the belt connecting element. When not in use, the belt system can therefore be removed from the bra; the bra according to the invention can be worn like a conventional bra. Furthermore, the belt system comprises a guide element which is intended and suitable for receiving a tube. By means of the guide element, the tube of a breast feeding set is received, secured, and guided such that one end of the tube is arranged directly on or in the immediate vicinity of the nipple.Manually guiding and securing the tube is therefore unnecessary, allowing the wearer of the bra according to the invention to use both hands to hold the infant she is breastfeeding. The use of adhesive strips on the skin of the female breast, which is often problematic for the skin, is also eliminated.
[0010] The tubes for supplementary feeding of infants have a diameter of less than 5 mm, often approximately 1 mm. The tube end must be positioned near the nipple for supplementary feeding. The guide element is suitable for receiving, holding, and / or positioning tubes with a diameter of less than 5 mm, preferably less than 3 mm, and particularly preferably less than 2 mm. Preferably, the holder can accommodate tubes with a maximum diameter of 2 cm, preferably a maximum diameter of 0.5 cm, and particularly preferably a maximum diameter of 0.3 cm. In a particular embodiment, the holder can suitably accommodate tubes with a maximum diameter of 1 mm.
[0011] In a further development of the invention, the guide element has a receptacle adapted to the diameter of the hose. According to the invention, a receptacle is adapted to the diameter of the hose if the receptacle is suitable for guiding the hose.
[0012] In an optional embodiment, the belt system is designed and suitable for being guided over the opening of a nursing bra. Two belt connecting elements are arranged on the belt system so that the belt system can be tightened over the opening of the nursing bra.
[0013] In a further embodiment of the invention, a strap of the harness system has an adjustment element suitable for adjusting the length of the strap. The strap, and thus the entire harness system, can be flexibly adjusted to the individual breast size of the wearer of the harness system using the adjustment element.
[0014] In a further embodiment of the invention, the belt system comprises several straps. By means of a plurality of straps, each of which preferably has an adjustment element, the belt system can be flexibly and individually adjusted to a bra and thus to the female breast.
[0015] In a further development of the invention, a first strap of the harness system is connected to a second strap of the harness system. In a further embodiment of the invention, the first strap of the harness system is guided through a loop formed by the second strap of the harness system. The first strap is therefore movably guided in the loop of the second strap. The harness system can therefore be flexibly adjusted to the chest of the wearer of the harness system.
[0016] In a further embodiment of the invention, a belt connecting element is arranged at the end of a strap of the belt system, which is intended and suitable for attaching the belt system to a bra. In particular, the belt system can be releasably attached to a bra by means of the belt connecting element. When not in use, the belt system can therefore be removed from the bra, allowing the bra according to the invention to be worn like a conventional bra.
[0017] In a further embodiment of the invention, a bra connecting element corresponding to the strap connecting element is arranged on the bra. The strap connecting element and bra connecting element, e.g., a clip connection with a hook and eye, function according to the lock-and-key principle, with the corresponding connecting elements being arranged on the bra and the strap system, respectively. The bra connecting elements corresponding to the strap connecting element are arranged on the upper, side, and / or lower breast band.
[0018] In a further development of the invention, the strap connecting element is designed as a clip. A clip connection is easy to manually establish and release and simultaneously ensures a secure connection between the bra and the strap system.
[0019] In a further embodiment of the invention, the guide element can be arranged at different positions on the belt. The guide element is arranged on the belt of the belt system, with which a tube of a breast feeding set is guided such that one end of the tube is positioned directly at or in the immediate vicinity of the nipple. The tube of the breast feeding set can be arranged, secured, and guided in different ways by varying the positions of the guide element. The tube can therefore be individually adjusted and stored.
[0020] In a further development of the invention, the guide element is movable along the belt. The guide element can be positioned on the belt by manual movement such that one end of the tube is positioned directly at or in the immediate vicinity of the nipple. The tube of the breast feeding set can thus be positioned, secured, and guided in various ways. The tube can therefore be individually adjusted and stored.
[0021] In a further embodiment of the invention, the strap system can be attached to the bra according to the invention and has the guide element with which a tube of a breast feeding set is guided such that one end of the tube is positioned directly at or in the immediate vicinity of the nipple. Manual guidance and / or fixation of the tube is therefore unnecessary. The wearer of the bra according to the invention can use both hands to hold the infant being breastfed. The use of adhesive strips on the skin of the female breast, which is often problematic for the skin, is also eliminated.
[0022] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the bra, in addition to the strap system, has a further guide element that is intended and suitable for receiving a tube. By means of the guide element, the tube of a breast feeding set is received, secured, and guided in such a way that one end of the tube is arranged directly on or in the immediate vicinity of the nipple. Manual guidance and / or securing of the tube is therefore not necessary; the wearer of the bra according to the invention can use both hands to hold the infant to be breastfed. Likewise, the use of adhesive strips on the skin of the female breast, which is often problematic for the skin, is eliminated. The guide element is advantageously designed in such a way that it is skin-friendly and not visible from the outside.A guide element within the meaning of this patent specification is an element designed and suitable for inserting and removing a hose from the guide element. The guide element preferably has two openings, with the hose being insertable into the first opening and removable from the second. The guide element can optionally be designed as a loop or an eyelet. The guide element can also be designed as a clamping device for securing the hose. Other designs are possible.
[0023] In a further development of the invention, the guide element according to the invention is arranged on the inside of the cup. This ensures that the end of the tube held by the guide element can be arranged on the inside of the cup in close proximity to the nipple.
[0024] In a further development of the invention, the guide element has an opening which is suitable and intended for removing a tube arranged in the guide element of the bra through an opening of the guide element.
[0025] In a further development of the invention, a guide element is arranged on the side panel, the upper breast band, and / or the lower breast band of the bra. The guide element is preferably arranged on the reinforced borders. This ensures that the tube of a breast feeding set is received and guided in such a way that the end of the tube is positioned directly on or in the immediate vicinity of the nipple.
[0026] In a further embodiment of the invention, a plurality of guide elements are arranged on the side part, on the upper and / or lower breast band of the bra. Preferably, a plurality of guide elements are arranged on the reinforced boundaries of the bra according to the invention. The tube of the breast feeding set can therefore be arranged, fixed and guided by means of a plurality of guide elements. The tube and the breast feeding set can therefore be individually adjusted. In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the guide elements are arranged on the side part and on the upper breast band, on the side part and on the lower breast band, or on the lower and upper breast band. This plurality of guide elements allows the tube of the breast feeding set to be guided in different ways such that one end of the tube is arranged on or in the immediate vicinity of the nipple, thus enabling supplementary feeding of the infant.
[0027] In a further embodiment of the invention, the cup has an opening for the nipple. This opening exposes the nipple of the female breast in such a way that a nursing infant can reach the nipple. The bra according to the invention can therefore also be used as a conventional nursing bra, as is known from the prior art.
[0028] In a further development of the invention, the cup opening can be opened and / or closed with a folding nursing access panel. The nursing access panel is designed as a fabric cover and exposes the nipple opening for a nursing infant or closes the opening when not in use. The bra can therefore be used like a conventional nursing bra.
[0029] In a further embodiment of the invention, the nursing access for opening the bra can be attached and / or detached from the strap by a closure element. The closure element can be, for example, a clip connection, a clamp connection, a hook-and-loop connection, or a clamp connection with a hook and eye. The closure element is so easy to operate that the wearer of the bra can comfortably open and close the nursing access with one hand.
[0030] In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the closure element comprises a first closure element on the strap and a second closure element corresponding to the first closure element on the fabric cover of the nursing access of the bra. The closure elements, e.g., a clip connection with a hook and eyelet, function according to the lock-and-key principle, with the corresponding closure elements being arranged on the strap of the bra and on the fabric cover of the nursing access.
[0031] In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the guide element is formed from loops or clips that are attached to the bra. The loops or clips are sized such that a tube of a breast feeding set can be arranged in the loops or clips. The loops or clips are spaced apart such that the tube is both arranged on the bra and guided such that one end of the tube is positioned directly on or in the immediate vicinity of the nipple.
[0032] In a further development of the invention, the loop is integrated into a seam of the bra. The seam is located, in particular, at the edge of a breast band of the bra. The seam reinforces the edge of the breast band or forms a hem at the edge of the breast band.
[0033] In a further embodiment of the invention, a tube is guided through the loops. The loops are sized so that a tube from a breast feeding set can be placed in the loops. The loops are spaced apart so that the tube is both positioned on the bra and guided so that one end of the tube is positioned directly on or in the immediate vicinity of the nipple.
[0034] Embodiments of the bra according to the invention and the belt system according to the invention are shown in a simplified schematic form in the drawings and are explained in more detail in the following description.

The second belts are attached to the closure elements 32, 33 by means of the belt connecting elements 56, 56'. The first straps 51, 5T are fastened by means of the strap connecting elements 54, 54' on the side parts 23, 24 at the connection to the lower chest band 20, and by means of the strap connecting elements 55, 55' on the upper chest bands 21, 22 also at their connection to the lower chest band 20.
[0054] An exemplary embodiment of the arrangement of the guide elements 40, 40' on the bra 1 according to the invention is shown in Fig. 4. The bra 1 corresponds to that described in the previous exemplary embodiment (see Fig. 1). The two breastfeeding accesses 30, 31 are open and expose the nipples BW.
[0055] The strap systems 50, 50' are arranged on the bra 1 as in the previous embodiment (see Fig. 3). The strap connecting elements 54, 54', 55, 55' of the first straps 51, 52' are designed as clamp connections, while the respective strap connecting elements 56, 56' of the second straps 52, 52' are designed as clip connections. The respective strap connecting elements 56, 56' of the second straps 52, 52' are advantageously designed such that they are each correspondingly formed. The second straps are attached to the closure elements 32, 33 by means of the strap connecting elements 56, 56'.
[0056] In addition to the belt systems 50, 50', in this exemplary embodiment, guide elements 40, 40' are arranged on the bra 1. The guide elements 40, 40' in this exemplary embodiment are designed as loops 41, 42, 42', 43, 43', which are arranged on the seams 25, 26, 27, 28 of the breast bands 21, 22 and side parts 23, 24. In this exemplary embodiment, each of the two cups 10, 11 has three loops 41, 42, 42', 43, 43'; an arrangement of a fewer or a greater number of loops is also possible.
[0057] In this embodiment, the loops 41, 42, 42', 43, 43' are sewn to the seams of the hems 25, 26, 27, 28 and are therefore firmly attached to the bra 1. The loops 41, 42, 42', 43, 43' are made of a flexible material, e.g., a skin-friendly cotton fabric. The loops 41, 42, 42', 43, 43' are therefore virtually invisible from the outside and exert little or no pressure on the wearer's breast.
[0058] Alternatively or additionally, the loops 41, 4T, 42, 42', 43, 43' can be designed to be fastened to the chest straps 20, 21, 22 by means of a detachable connection, e.g. clip and / or Velcro connection.
[0059] The loops 41, 42, and 42, 42' are arranged on the upper breast band 21, 22, with the loops 42, 43 being arranged on the upper breast band 21 of the first cup 10. The loops 42', 43' are arranged on the upper breast band 22 of the second cup 11. The loop 41 is arranged on the side part 23 of the first basket 10, the loop 41' on the side part 24 of the second basket 11. The arrangement of the loops 41, 4T, 42, 42', 43, 43' is such that the loops 41, 4T, 42, 42', 43, 43' are arranged mirror-symmetrically to one another, wherein the mirror plane runs along the central web 16 and perpendicular to the paper plane (representation plane).
[0060] Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 show exemplary embodiments of the arrangement of a tube 100 on the inventive belt system 50, 50' and in the guide elements 40, 40' of the inventive bra 1. The bra 1 corresponds to that described in the third exemplary embodiment (see Fig. 3). The belt system 50, 50' also corresponds to the belt system 50, 50' described in the previous exemplary embodiments (see Figs. 3, 4). A belt system 50, 50' is attached to the bra 1, ready for use.
[0061] Fig. 5a shows the possibility of guiding the hose with the help of the belt system. The hose is guided from below through the hose guide element 59 of the first belt 51 to the second belt 52. The hose is simply guided under the second belt 52. The second belt 52 serves here as a guide element for the hose. From the second belt 52, the hose is guided back to the first belt 51 and under it to the nipple BW. Fig. 5b shows how the hose is first guided on the side part 24 of the bra 1 under the first belt 5T and up to the second belt 52'. From there, the hose runs again to the first belt 5T of the belt system 50' and is guided through the guide element 59' on the first belt 51' to the nipple BW.
[0062] One possible arrangement of the tube 100 is shown in Fig. 6a. The tube 100 is guided through all loops 41, 42, 43 and the guide 59 of the belt system 50 such that the end of the tube 100 is positioned in the immediate vicinity of the nipple BW or touches it. Another possibility is to guide the tube 100 through only one loop 42', which is arranged on the upper breast band 22, and the guide 59' of the belt system 50' (Fig. 6b).
[0063] Fig. 6 b shows another possibility for arranging a tube on the bra 1 according to the invention. The tube 100 is also guided through all loops 41', 42', 43' and the guide 59' of the strap system 50. In contrast to the previous embodiment (Fig. 6 a), the end of the tube 100 is arranged on the opposite side of the nipple BW.
[0064] It is also possible to guide the tube 100 through a loop 42' located on the upper side part 22, as well as through the guide 59' of the belt system 50' (Fig. 6 b). In this embodiment, too, the end of the tube 100 is located on the opposite side of the nipple BW compared to the previous embodiment (see Fig. 5 b).
[0065] In addition to the exemplary embodiments presented here, a multitude of further guides for the tube 100 through the loops 41, 41', 42, 42', 43, 43' of a guide element 40, 40' and guide 59, 59' of the belt system 50, 50' are conceivable. For example, one guide for the tube 100 can be guided through two loops 41, 41', 42, 42' of a guide element 40, 40'. Due to the plurality of loops 41, 41', 42, 42', 43, 43' of a guide element 40, 40' arranged on the seams 25, 26, 27, 28 of the bra 1, a plurality of arrangements of a tube 100 of a breast feeding set on the bra 1 are possible. The arrangement of the tube 100 and a breast feeding set can therefore be adapted to individual needs.
